Dear Sir:

It is apparent from reading your open letter to our military personnel that you are acting under some common misconceptions.

The word “citizen” has a legal definition and you need to take note of it.  Citizens of all kinds are obligated to serve the government.  While employed in military service, all personnel function as “citizens of the United States” and are de facto slaves under the municipal law of the foreign, independent international city state of Washington, DC which is run as a plenary oligarchy of the members of the United States Congress.

However, that same “Congress” is under contract and obligation to our states occupying the land jurisdiction of this country and by subrogation to us— and so are you.

Federal civilian employees and federal dependents also function as citizens— “United States Citizens”.

Such citizens are all British Subjects and part of the democracy adopted by the United States of America (Minor)—- a “union” of “American states” comprised of the “State of New Columbia” and the so-called Insular States, including Guam, American Samoa, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and the “State of State” franchises, sometimes called “inchoate states”, such as the “State of Florida”.

These are all purely secondary adjuncts to the actual, factual, physical organic states and living people and their states of the union operating as, for example, the “Florida State”.  You are now talking to your actual employers, the “people of the United States”, not the “People of the United States of America”.

All “citizens” of the “inchoate states and territories” are obligated to serve the government and obey all its codes—including military codes, statutes —which are supposed to be applied only to entities created by statute—and administrative regulations promulgated “as” law by administrative agencies.

Please note that all the above applies only to “citizens” and none of it applies to the American states occupying the land jurisdiction of this country and the living, breathing people occupying the land jurisdiction who are known as American State Nationals: Ohioans, Virginians, Wisconsinites, and so on.

Just as the citizens exist to serve the government, the government exists to serve the organic American states and the people who live in these organic states of the Union — the American State Nationals who by their labor and the expenditure of their natural resources are your actual employers and benefactors.

The “civilian government” you invoke as the leadership that you and other military personnel are obligated to follow and obey is in fact composed of citizens, like yourselves, not American State Nationals, the actual people you (and they) are under obligation to serve and protect.

Our contract is called The Constitution for the united States of America, not The Constitution of the United States of America.

The word “of” means “without” or “outside of” or “of” in the sense of possession, as in “Anne of Green Gables”.

The Constitution of the United States of America translates as “The Constitution Without the United States of America”—–and it governs only the United States of America (Minor) — the Insular States and Territories and States of States which are franchises of the federal corporation and their citizenry all of whom are British Subjects or foreign Municipal Subjects—- not the actual, factual states of the Union and not the actual “free, sovereign, and independent people of the United States” defined in The Definitive Treaty of Peace, Paris, 1783.

You are being deluded, Sir, regarding who you actually work for and what your actual job duties are.

As “citizens of the United States” or “United States Citizens” you may vote in your own private foreign government’s elections and you may for the purposes of those governmental functions administer things however you and the President and the members of Congress please, but with respect to our nation composed of fifty republican states of the Union, you are under obligation to perform nineteen enumerated services, one of which is to defend our states from “enemies both foreign and domestic”.

That word “domestic” in your Oath refers to those fellow-civilians of yours who are citizens of the United States of America (Minor) and the Municipality of Washington, DC.

In other words, Sir, you are under obligation to protect us, the American states on the land and the American State Nationals living here—the ones who actually pay your payroll and whose sons and daughters serve under your command— from ALL enemies, including any you find in the White House or occupying seats in Congress, or administering government agencies are fair game.

You are not compelled to take any orders repugnant to human decency, nor violate any of the Organic and Public Law underpinning this nation of nations, nor are you allowed to do so.

You are empowered and commanded to remove any threat to our peace and have been duly notified of all these facts since July of 2014.

The most cogent threat to our peace is the rampant criminality infesting Washington, DC, and secondarily, the offensive attempts made by the various federal corporations to mischaracterize all of us as “citizens” under obligation to serve the government which we created to serve us.

Thank you, very much, but we do not need or desire any such interference from or misunderstanding with our Hired Help and with respect to us and our states, the “federal government” together with all its parts is exactly that— Hired Help.

In July of 2014 we informed you and the other members of the Joint Chiefs of Staff of a clear and present danger on our shores—- the presence of a burgeoning private commercial mercenary army composed of corporate federal agency subcontractors— IRS, BATF, FEMA, DHS, BLM, FBI, CIA and so on—all operating under color of law on our soil and making obvious preparations for war on our soil.

As American State Nationals who hold your foreign governments–both the district government and the municipal government— under contract to our states of the Union, we ordered you and the other Joint Chiefs to take action to honor your commitment to protect us from ALL enemies both inside and outside —“foreign and domestic” —-of the civilian administration of the various federal commercial corporations responsible for providing our states with the nineteen enumerated services, including the honoring of our National Trust set forth in the Preamble and Bill of Rights.

It is important for you to realize that when and if any President or member of Congress fails to act as a Fiduciary and Protector of the land and the people of our fifty organic states of the Union, he or she is committing treason and Breach of Trust and must be removed from any office public or private and remanded to custody as directed by our General Civil Orders.

It doesn’t matter what powers or authority these people assume within the foreign and territorial governments of the United States of America (Minor) or the municipal government of Washington, DC.  When these people betray our trust, attempt to mischaracterize, defraud, cheat, or commit any crime against us, it is your job before God and Man to protect us against them and to punish them for their crimes.

They— the District and Municipal governments which are foreign to us –are under martial law.  We are not.

Our states and people have been at declared peace since 1865 and we mean to stay that way.

In case it has escaped your attention, we have been targeted and dragged through private bankruptcy proceedings that we are not subject to, have had false claims of surety-ship attached to our names and estates by foreign corporations, have been mischaracterized as foreigners on our own soil, suffered what can only be termed a national level identity theft at the hands of our own employees. and private undeclared foreign agents (for example, the BLM) and bill collectors (IRS) pretending to be part of our lawful government have deceitfully abused and misidentified our people and overrun the country while perverted lunatics are holding sway under the Capitol Dome—and yes, General Dunford, this is your fault and that of the other Joint Chiefs.

You have failed to protect us from domestic enemies—enemies operating the –to you and other citizens– domestic government of the so-called Federal United States.

You have a contract with the American people that supersedes all and any other domestic contracts you may have with the UNITED STATES, INC., the District of Columbia Municipal Corporation, or any other “domestic” institution.

And you can’t shrug and tell us that, “Gee, folks, I’m just a simple soldier and I don’t know what “domestic” means.”

The actual fifty states and nations have suffered numerous outrages for the past 150 years and it is more than past time for this sick and sorry non-performance of your duty to address the criminality of the “domestic” leaders of the District of Columbia and Municipality of Washington to stop.

Their crimes against us are war crimes under the Geneva Conventions— mischaracterization of non-combatant Third Parties– as well as vast commercial crimes that have been committed against the American People while those under contract and oath to protect us have stood around with their thumbs up their rumps.

These crimes have been duly witnessed, reported, published,  signed and sealed and properly witnessed wet-ink copies of our affidavit of probable cause have landed on your desk.

You have obviously been mistaken about who your real employers are and where your real duties lie.  A prompt resignation or equally prompt action to apprehend the criminals responsible —-all of whom are operating under martial law as citizens and civilians and who are foreigners with respect to us and our states— would be your best reply.

As part of our General Civil Orders— that is, orders to the civil government, including all citizens thereof— we, American State Nationals instructed the Joint Chiefs to fully re-commission the Grand Army of the Republic and to offer the command of it to General Carter Ham, if he would come out of retirement and accept it.

Either get off your laurels and do your job or abdicate it in public, so that everyone can see that you have chosen to betray your duty.

 Unprecedented letter from Chair of Joint Chiefs suggests U. S. military does not want a President Hillary

Four days ago, on October 24, 2016, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff General Joe Dunford sent a fascinating piece of communication, titled “Upholding Our Oath,” to every member of the U.S. Armed Services.

Note: General Joseph Dunford Jr., 60, was the 36th Commandant of the U.S. Marine Corps. Nominated by Obama, Dunford became the 19th Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff on October 1, 2015.

This is what Gen. Dunford wrote:

“As the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff…as our country again prepares for a peaceful transfer of power to a new administration, I write to share my views regarding our mutual obligations as military professionals and rights as citizens during this election season.

Every service member swears “to support and defend the Constitution of the United States” and to “bear true faith and allegiance to the same.” This oath is embedded in our professional culture and underpins the values that shape and define our all-volunteer force. Beginning with General George Washington resigning his military commission, our deliberate and disciplined commitment to upholding the principle of civilian control of the military underpins not only our warrior ethos but also the expectations of how we conduct ourselves while in uniform.

While we must always safeguard our professional integrity, extra vigilance is required during any political transition. Our individual and collective obligation during this election season is twofold. First, we must recognize that we have one Commander in Chief, and until authority is transferred on January 20, 2017, the Joint Force must remain clearly focused on and responsive to the existing National Command Authority. Second, the Joint Force must conduct itself in such a way that the new administration has confidence that it will be served by a professional, competent, and apolitical military. This is especially important in the context of delivering the best military advice.

Every member of the Joint Force has the right to exercise his or her civic duty, including learning and discussing — even debating — the policy issues driving the election cycle and voting for his or her candidate of choice. Provided that we follow the guidance and regulations governing individual political participation, we should be proud of our civic engagement. What we must collectively guard against is allowing our institution to become politicized, or even perceived as being politicized, by how we conduct ourselves during engagements with the media, the public, or in open or social forums.

We are living in the most volatile and complex security environment since World War II. Whether confronting violent extremist organizations seeking to destroy our way of life or dealing with state actors threatening international order, threats to our national security require a Joint Force that is ready, capable, and trusted. To that end, I have a duty to protect the integrity and political neutrality of our military profession. But this obligation is not mine alone. It belongs to every Soldier, Marine, Sailor, Airman, and Coastguardsman. Thank you for joining me in honoring our history, our traditions, and the institutions of the U.S. Armed Forces by upholding the principle of political neutrality.”

Even without reading between the lines, General Dunford clearly has concerns about politicization of the military and its obligation and commitment to political neutrality and noninterference in politics. That the head of the Joint Chiefs of Staff must remind members of the Armed Forces that they must “uphold” their oath both suggests and implies that the opposite is going on, i.e., the military is politicized and there are fears that it will intervene in civilian politics.

If this pic (below) of a young U.S. Marine is any indication, Gen. Dunford has good reasons to issue the “Upholding Our Oath” communication.

A year ago, a Rasmussen Reports national survey of active and retired military personnel found that only 15% had a favorable opinion of Hillary Clinton, with just 3% who viewed her very favorably. A staggering 81% had an unfavorable opinion of her, including 69% who had a very unfavorable view of her.

A similar survey today is sure to find even higher unfavorable ratings for Hillary among those whom she would command as their Commander in Chief.

Our Very Awkward Political Situation

 Bravo, Diane.  This should go to all the “snakes” that are running the Republican party.  Spread this far and wide. Our Country depends on us to make sure the witch doesn’t defeat us!

As the nominal “chair”(if such a title still exists),  of the Trump campaign in Albemarle County, VA I would like to address the current melee among Republicans regarding our presidential candidate’s locker-room talk which occurred over a decade ago.

Do you suppose these tapes just “surfaced”? Of course not, Hillary
has been sitting on them for months, and they are designed to distract conservative voters from the issues. That’s a no-brainer. But congratulations to Hillary: It worked.

The Democrats knew that Republicans would turn against their
candidate for these particular infractions. They knew it would dominate the news, and that the disintegration of our nation would cease to be an issue. Well done, Hillary.

I find it mind-boggling that our country is about to disappear
before our very eyes. Under Hillary, our nation will fall into
bankruptcy, our Constitution will be nullified, our borders will be
flooded with illegal’s (and terrorists) who will expect to live off the
public purse, our cities will be under nuclear threat from Iran, North Korea and other rogue nations, and we will have rendered ourselves helpless with an ineffectual military (currently under gender diversification training.)

No nation in history has survived as a debtor nation, and once the
Fed takes its finger off the interest rate button and the dollar ceases to be an international currency, we are Germany in 1923. The devastation that was Europe after World War II will happen here, only there will be no wealthy, generous nation like the U.S. who will step forward and help us pick up the pieces. Our future will be very, very ugly, and the apocalyptic scenes that our young people watch on the screen will become a reality.

Let’s get this straight: The one man who broke through the stifling
political correctness, who had the brilliance, fearlessness,
determination, focus, dynamism and iron will, to create his own
real-estate empire, has been rejected by his own party because he talked like millions of other men — over a decade ago. We Republicans are a tragic lot: we are just too good for this world. We accept the overwhelming corruption of the Democrats, but reject our own when they offend our sensibilities – ten years ago.

I confess, I live in the real world. It does not surprise me that
the elder George Bush had a mistress (yes, look it up; when Barbara discovered, she stopped coloring her hair). Jeb Bush was a notorious womanizer – that, too, would have come out eventually. Ted Cruz had five affairs (even if you don’t believe it was five – I certainly would have sued had I been listed as one ), and anyone who has eyes could see that Amanda Carpenter was an ongoing one – is this why his wife suffered depression? The list could go on and on. Politics, power, money and sex are all one package in Washington, and not just on Capitol Hill, but in the DC press (of which I was a member).

And how could anyone be so naive as to think that there are no huge egos on Capitol Hill? Or anywhere, in the world of power politics? If you want to find Mother Theresa’s, look elsewhere, fellow Republicans. Having a large ego is necessary, and sometimes sufficient, for running for political office. Any politician who pretends to be selfless and self-effacing has been pulling your leg, my friends.

Let us step back a bit, and leave our sensitivities behind for a
moment.

In literature, there are what is known as “round” and “flat”
characters. The flat characters are one-dimensional, cardboard cut-outs, they are predictable, they are boring, maybe foils to the round characters – they are the “extras”. They lack true heroic status because they are too perfect; turn them around and you see the same side. They do not engage the imagination, and we learn nothing from them.

Then there are the round characters. These are characters who are
drawn with a fuller knowledge of human nature; they remind us of people we know. Human beings are not microbes, folks; we are complicated. We have complexities, inner contradictions, self-doubts and regrets, from which we grow into being rounded, more developed human beings – assuming we learn from our experiences. If you read any of George Elliott’s or Tolstoy’s novels, or read Shakespeare’s plays, you will find these so-called “larger than life” characters.

Donald Trump is a round character. He is multi-dimensional. But oh, dear! Naughty, naughty! But while you can shake your finger at
decade-old naughty talk, you know that Mr. Trump also raised fine
children, and has a stable family life.. He laughs, he jokes, he gets
angry, he breaks the rules. But he is a man of vision, with the courage to confront, and to run circles around, the legions of journalists (along with the Vatican, the presidents of Mexico, the Saudi Prince and a British petition) who have conspired to bring him down for over a year. There is a name for this: courage.

Most men under that kind of pressure would have wilted – run away, with their tail between their legs. For eight years, our Republicans in Congress have run from Obama, Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid and the press like scared little bunnies. Their policy has been appeasement. They have put their stamp of approval on Obama’s entire agenda.

Donald Trump is not an appeaser. But, his major flaw seems to be –
oh, horrors! that he likes women – and, if you’ve been watching, women seem to reciprocate. We have here on our hands a colorful personality, not a cardboard cutout, and not one who pretends to be anything other than what he is. And he is not a saint.

Winston Churchill too, was an outrageously rude, crude, vulgar and
highly eccentric man. He made big mistakes in Gallipoli during World War I, and spent a decade in the political “wilderness.” Neville Chamberlain, who ran Britain between the wars, was very popular with the British Paul-Ryan-style insiders. Chamberlain, appeased the Germans, ignored the arms build-up of the Germans and their violations of the Versailles Treaty — and continued on the road to disarmament. Until it was too late, and Britain was on the verge of disaster.

Sound familiar? Churchill was brought to power by the British
people, you know, the riff-raff – these ordinary folks were quite
willing to overlook the warts and choose a man with the steely
determination, the oversized ego, the strength and the willpower – the only man in British politics capable of saving them.

Frankly, Americans have not seen that kind of leadership for over a
generation. So we don’t know what it looks like. And so we disparage what millions of Americans – the “little people” as the Brit’s would call us — know to be intuitively true: That Donald Trump is a leader. He has shown us that much already.

Pity the poor Republicans. We have it within our reach to save our
nation from destruction, and we allow ourselves to be deflated by the carefully planted “October surprise” delivered to us by Hillary Clinton. The poison dart. The 2016 version of the totally absurd Sandra-Fluke birth control episode of 2012, which was designed to convince voters that Mitt Romney was against publicly funded birth control and therefore against women. They are too clever for us. We are easily manipulated.
A Must Read on Our Very Awkward Political Situation
The Democrats know us better than we know them. They know that they can throw a red herring – like birth control, bathrooms or locker-room talk – and we will run off the cliff like lemmings and hand the election to Hillary Clinton.

And now you will have to make the decision of a mature, practical
adult. You are offered two alternative realities:

Do you want to push the lever for the Hillary-Clinton-Saul
Alinsky-George Soros ticket — with Obama’s water boy for vice president, who will take over after Hillary collapses? (Bear in mind that Obama has made preparations for this by purchasing a mansion with a ten-car garage in the Kalorama area of Washington, D.C., so that he can continue as shadow president.) Do you want to live in the slavery of a one-party dictatorship?

Or do you want to be a pragmatic grown-up, and vote for Donald
Trump and Mike Pence, and live in freedom and prosperity?

Frankly, I no longer have faith that Republicans are capable of
saving our nation from the oncoming disaster. We no longer understand how to operate within a power-driven framework. We blame the “uneducated” Democrats, but our fatal flaw is far worse than that: We are handed the opportunity for victory and we turn our noses up because Andy Griffith is not our candidate.

We Republicans are just too good for this world.

The Vanishing Act

Ever wonder how things vanish? Massive things? Entire civilizations, not to mention vast business empires that just go “Pop!” —- now you see ’em, now you don’t?

The Ten Tribes of Israel? Well, they didn’t really vanish. They were “spiritually lost” and succumbed to the charms of Babylonian idolatry. We actually know where they went and we know where their descendants are to this day.

In the 1300’s the vast Knights Templar organization folded and disappeared overnight taking the bulk of their wealth with them. A few leaders were captured and tortured and killed, most notably, Jacques de Molay, but as for the gold and thousands of others, they simply disappeared.

We know that they went to Scotland and the Isle of Mann and Malta and the Hebrides and Iceland and Norway and Russia and back to their home bases in the Middle East and Africa—-and that they not only embellished the Inner City of London long after the purge of the Pope and the French King—- they continued to be Lords of the Admiralty and the Exchequer. They were on the boats to the New World along with the most ardent Spanish treasure seekers and their members swelled the ranks of the Jesuit Order.

Did they vanish, really, or have they always been hidden in plain view?
And then, there was the mammoth Dutch East India Trading Company, four or five times larger than its nearest competitor, the British East India Company—easily the most successful, most predatory, and richest commercial company on Earth, and yet, it vanished overnight. Poof!

And except for Frank O’Collins and a few other Intrepid Explorers into the realms of Utter Darkness, we would probably remain ignorant of the deals the Dutch East India Traders made with the British which allowed them to come here, to America, and act as predators let loose on our shores.

Then as now, the Dutch East India Company specialized in dealing in slaves, drugs, prostitution, money laundering, war profiteering, and every other nasty, unspeakable vice. If nothing else, we can follow their progress in the New World by the proliferation of their wares.

And now, the parasites that began their journey in Babylon 8,000 years ago and who have wandered the Earth like their Father, Cain, generation to generation, are moving on again. They have turned their faces to the sun and yet continue to see and read everything in reverse.
As crazy and unlikely as it seems, a good portion of all the ill-gotten wealth acquired from centuries of war, pillaging, and plundering, is moving to China. When the commentators woke up last week and realized that the perpetrators of all this fraud have vanished the rumors flew wildly around the globe and pole to pole.

Had they all shipped out “off world” to travel to other dimensions and galaxies?
Had they headed for underground bunkers and prepared for the worst?

It’s much more prosaic than that. They all just up-ended and relocated to China, like tapeworms journeying on, host to host, they will subtly eat away the substance of China and the Chinese People and this, despite our best attempts to warn them all.

The Forbidden Fruit, the Great Lie, is hard to beat.

One wonders what will happen when the world wakes up and realizes that they are gone from our shores, and gone from Europe, too. What will people make of yet another “Vanishing” and what sorts of tricks will they pull from their kit-bags upon landing in Beijing?

Will they take to silk? Learn to drink tea—-again—after 300 years in New York?
And what about the rest of us? Have we finally grown up enough to recognize their attempts to pit Russia and America against each other and provoke a war between their own two natural enemies?

Make no mistake— the predatory parasites would like nothing better than to cook something up and stand back and watch us kill each other. Why? Because they are Monarchists and they always have been.

It is far easier to control a single Monarch than bamboozle 390 million separate sovereigns.
They realized early on that the American Republic and American workers actually had more in common with the Russian workers and the ideals of Russian Communism than they did with old crumbly European Monarchies—– so almost from the first, it has been the modus operandi of the Divine Right proponents to spread suspicion, fear and hatred of Russians among the Americans and suspicion and fear and hatred of Americans among the Russians.

Keeping us at each other’s throats has been very convenient. It kept both young, powerful, idealistic nations busy and prevented us from noticing all that they were quietly doing to us behind our backs to benefit themselves at our mutual expense……and even now, when they have quietly vanished, simply disappeared to their new royal palaces and set up their stock and trade behind a seawall composed of billions of Chinese bodies, they continue to prod us and hope that we will be stupid enough to oblige their sincere wish for our mutual destruction.

Sooner or later, we all have to quit being the straight men in these evil, self-interested games. Sooner or later, we have to stop doing what we are told—-especially when we are being prodded into war.

Military Veneration in America

This is a portion of an e-mail, edited only for small matters of punctuation and such to improve readability:

“I’m 78 and not ever a John Joiner type, so it’s been very difficult to grow up in this propagandized environment. But to get to the point, I attend cars shows every weekend during the summer [and] early fall, and at every one the announcer blares out ATTENTION PLEASE AS WE PLAY THE NATIONAL ANTHEM AND FACE THE FLAG. Then comes the color guard and prayer for OUR HEROES AND VETERANS. And on 9/11 which was a Sunday they had a huge ladder firetruck with a flag as large as the truck raised in the air about 80ft and then a piper played the Irish song they use at funerals. It was excruciating to me. And, to a person, at every one of these shows the American propagandized uneducated fools doff their hats or stand at attention depending on military service. To the person, they are like little-trained rats. We will never ever be able to change this psyche. It has been a part of American culture since its inception. Just look to the wars starting with the Revolution, then 1812, many native American battles, Civil War, Spanish [American], WW 1, WW 2, Korea Vietnam, the entire M.E. [Middle East] and soon Russia and China.”

The writer went on to mention the Black Hawk War of 1832 as an example of war-making embedded in American culture. In this case, fear doesn’t stand out as a prime component of the American psyche as it may in the contemporary case. The veneration of military forces in American culture can be explained in part as appreciation for the forces of coercion that enabled settlers to homestead disputed territories and lands. The military has been a necessary means of expansion and Manifest Destiny, and its veneration became a tradition. This approval was widespread geographically because in many cases the military drew upon militia and upon volunteers. The local support was not for a distant professional armed force but for local people. A dead soldier was not a number but a known and real person; and coming to terms with such deaths included seeing them as heroic. Later on, the draft boards were likewise local.

The late 19th and 20th centuries saw the general approval of American military force extended to wars across the Pacific and then the Atlantic. The disapproving voices were stilled by Pearl Harbor. The voices against these extensions and recent ones in the Middle East and nearby regions in Asia and Africa have also not succeeded in halting this worldwide expansion of American military might.

The settling of land is not now at stake. An important rationale for the expansion has been for American leaders and their followers to transfer the epithets of SAVAGES, HOSTILES, and ENEMIES to foreign targets. Nowadays, it’s almost enough to label some country a THREAT, or a supporter of TERRORISM, or a HUMAN RIGHTS VIOLATOR, or an irresponsible holder of WEAPONS OF MASS DESTRUCTION, or a potential user of CHEMICAL AND BIOLOGICAL WEAPONS, or a LEADER WHO HAS LOST LEGITIMACY, in order to rally American support to impose sanctions, support a revolution, infuse weapons into the country, send in the CIA or augment it, and introduce U.S. special forces.

The saying is that violence is as American as apple pie. I’d say that militarism is as American as apple pie, and it’s militarism used in support of American expansionism.

Imagine someone who is mentally insane, and the essence of their insanity is that they can’t tell the difference between their own body and someone else’s.  When they get mad, they punch the guy in the mirror and then wonder why it hurts so bad.  Then they get even angrier, and punch “him” again, and wind up on the floor in the bathroom with a concussion several hours later, with no idea what happened or how.

That’s how some patriots are reacting to the news that the federal government is just a governmental services corporation in the business of providing us with essential government services (Article IV).  They can’t quite wrap their heads around it, even though it has been hidden in plain view for over two hundred years— and they continue to be confused about who is who.  They get angry at the federal government and its “federated state” franchises which are part of the federal corporation—and they bash themselves and other patriots by mistake.

They don’t know who they are, so they don’t recognize who anyone else is, either. Like the insane man, they start making assumptions and punching away, with much the same result.

There is no New Republic.  There is just another Rothschild-funded services corporation operating under a new name.  I wish I could say that it was under totally new management, but it isn’t.  And no, it is not our government.  It is not and it never was.

It’s their government— a foreign government belonging to and operated by foreigners in our midst—- foreigners who are merely under contract to provide us and our states with stipulated services.  If we don’t like the service, we have to stand up and identify ourselves as non-citizen American State Nationals, stop voting in their elections, stop using their private corporate laws known as codes and statutes, and stop allowing them to presume that we are “citizens” owing our service and allegiance to their Queen and their municipal corporations.

Let’s get the basics down.  The federal government operates out of the District of Columbia which belongs to all states and to no states.  It is its own turf and has its own laws.  Inside this is District is the Municipality of Washington, DC, which operates as an international city-state.  It is also its own turf and operates under its own laws.

And both of these foreign entities with their foreign governments are perched on land that was provided to them by Virginia and Maryland as part of the peace treaties and other agreements coming out of the Revolutionary War.  The Congress acting as a corporate Board of Directors operates the affairs of the District of Columbia as a democracy (which is completely foreign to the republican form of government the states and people owe themselves) and also operates the municipal  government of Washington, DC, as an oligarchy.

These are both foreign nations and foreign governments co-existing on our soil.

The government of the District of Columbia has operated as a corporation known as the “United States of America” since the Civil War.  The government of Washington, DC, has operated as another corporation doing business as the “United States” but actually formed as the “District of Columbia Municipal Corporation”.

These two corporations have franchises that they operate in both the names of the people and the states.

They have been used to fight each other in commercial wars over the past century and a half —-wars in which we and our actual states are naturally non-combatant Third Parties.

Unfortunately, we have been deliberately mischaracterized and mistaken as combatants in these “wars”— as if we knew a thing about these corporations and their various mergers, bankruptcies, attempted takeovers. etc., and chose to be actively involved in their affairs.

Technically, the only job, role, or reason for existence either of these two foreign entities have for being here, is to provide “essential government services” under Article IV of the actual Constitution —-to your actual states——and only secondarily, in a subrogated fashion, to you.

“State of Florida” is a separate and foreign entity from the “Florida State” and the municipal version operating as the “STATE OF FLORIDA” is again a separate foreign entity apart from either the “State of Florida” or the “Florida State”.  These States and States of States and Municipal “States” are all as foreign to each other as Spain and France and Denmark.

The United States of America operates under Federal Code.  It’s franchises operating as “States of States” operate under private, copyrighted, corporate state statutes.  Remember that the word “of” here means “without” so the phrase “State of Florida” translates as “the state without Florida”.

The “State of Florida” is not within the Florida State you live in, because it is a foreign state populated by British Subjects, operating as a Democracy, co-existing in our midst—- supposedly only to serve the actual Florida State and its republic and people, but in fact is serving itself at your expense because you have failed to ride herd on your own employees.

So it stacks up like this:  United States of America is a corporation operated by British Subjects, for the purpose of providing stipulated services to the subscribing actual states of the Union.  These British Subjects are called “United States Citizens” and they owe their allegiance to the British Crown.

This corporation has its own internal government, which serves the British Subjects and operates as a Democracy and which with respect to us and our states is obligated to operate exclusively in international jurisdiction.  Internally, of course, it has its own “government” and it also provides governmental services to its own citizenry via its network of “states” such as the “State of Florida”.

The UNITED STATES, INC., is a doing-business-as name of the old District of Columbia Municipal Corporation, another and separate foreign government that operates as an oligarchy run by the members of Congress out of the international city state known as Washington, DC.  This entity has citizens called “citizens of the United States” which are all either “orphans” or corporations of one kind or another:  JOHN MAYNARD DOE,  JOHN M. DOE,  GENERAL ELECTRIC, INC., STATE OF IOWA, etc.

The confusion that results from having all these separate foreign entities and states operating under names that are deceptively similar to your own actual nation-states and foreign doppleganger “persons” operating under names deceptively similar to your own— is self-interested fraud. None of this chicanery has nothing to do with our organic republics governed of the people of this country, yet Americans typically can’t tell the difference and are left shadow-boxing with unknown opponents or bashing each other or bashing ourselves by mistake.

And if we can’t stand on our own two feet and discern the difference between us and these British Subjects and these foreign Municipal “CITIZENS” named after us—-how can the rest of the world make heads or tails of it?   It’s like the old Laurel and Hardy skit—- “Who Is On First?” — in which the question turns out to be a statement, because the man on first base is called “Who”.

People see me, operating under American Common Law as a Justice of the Common Law (popularly called a “Judge” by mistake) and under Article X of the actual Constitution— and mistake me as a Bar Attorney acting under admiralty or corporate administrative law.  They can’t discern the profound difference between the two.

They see Americans taking up their rightful role and duty as American State Nationals and they continue to presume that these people are “citizens” subject to The Constitution in some form, or to the foreign Federal Code as British Subjects or municipal “CITIZENS” subject to Municipal Code— when in fact none of these codes, rules, private statutes or even constitutions apply to non-citizen State Nationals.

So let’s give you, members of the American People, some helpful guidelines and pointers to sort through all this corruption.

Your rights do not come from any constitution.  They come from Nature and Nature’s God. The Constitution exists to define and limit the activities and prevent the over-reaches of the federal corporation, its corporate officers, their employees and their franchises, no matter what name they use.

The Constitution is called “the law of the land” because it is the law that the British Subjects operating in the international jurisdiction of the sea must obey when they step foot on our soil.  They call it the “law of the land” from their perspective as foreigners operating in the international jurisdiction of the sea. To us, it’s just the agreement that our states made to allow these cretins to be here and perform these duties.

Until and unless we get busy and re-negotiate the actual Constitution through our unincorporated states of the Union, these foreigners have work to do and we are not in a position to object to their continued operations so long as they abide by the rules of the actual Constitution with respect to us and our states and take note that no “Successor” organization merely assuming the duties of the federal government has a contract beyond a quid pro quo of reasonable payment for reasonable stipulated services provided.

You are known as a “non-citizen State National” —- an Ohioan, Virginian, Texan, etc., and you have no obligation to serve any government as a “citizen”.  Instead, the government has an obligation to serve and protect you– which is an obligation these foreign entities attempt to avoid by mischaracterizing and mis-identifying you as a “citizen”.

Over time, the foreigners who are supposed to be here helping us by providing us “governmental services” in good faith, have usurped upon us and mimicked us so as to confuse themselves with us.

They have worked this confusion to their benefit—- used it to access our credit, to trade upon our good names, to control our commercial operations, dictate our foreign trade, and subject us to their rules under false presumptions and false pretenses.

Most Americans have been “seized upon” while still babies in their cradles by undeclared Foreign Agents working for either the foreign United States of America, Inc., or the equally foreign municipal government of the UNITED STATES, INC. and have been mischaracterized as a “citizens” of one or the other.

The word “citizen” means that you serve the government, instead of the government serving you.  You are not born as a citizen, but you are converted into being a “citizen” by legal chicanery and deceitful undisclosed contracting practices of the federal and municipal corporations.  This presumed political status has to be objected to and rebutted.

Until you make your political status choices clear and clean, stop taking refuge in “The Constitution” — because until you overcome the presumption that you are a “citizen”, not a single word of The Constitution applies to you.  On top of that, you are not a party to The Constitution—- not directly.

The only enforcement of The Constitution comes into play when you (1) rebut and object to the presumption that you are a “citizen” of the United States in any way —and cease operating as one—- stop voting in their foreign elections, stop paying their foreign taxes, stop using their foreign laws—– and (2) form your jural assemblies as organic communities, counties, and states of the Union and operate the land jurisdiction government you are owed.

Which Union?

The Union of free nation-states formed under the original and never repealed Articles of Confederation (1781) and again under The Articles of Confederacy (1860).

Any “Union” formed by “federated” State of States franchise corporations following the Civil War is nothing more than an association of franchisees seeking commercial enrichment, akin to a “union” of oil producing nations or orange growers.

Getting back to our insane man, punching himself in the face—-

You, a birthright American State National, are not a “United States Citizen” nor are you a municipal “citizen of the United States”.  You are naturally a Third Party to all these corporate shenanigans and the proliferation of corporate franchise dopplegangers — “persons” —-operated in your name by strangers.

Any and all presumptions that you are a “citizen” belonging to one or the other or both of these corporations are foisted off on you almost at birth, and only you can stand up and say, “No, not me.  I’m exempt from all your presumptions and corporate infighting. I am not a British Subject.  I don’t agree to act as a Municipal franchise or franchisee. I am owed my self-governing Republic and I claim it and operate it as an American State National.”

You are not obligated to follow any Federal Code.  You are not bound by any federated “State” statute.  You are not a “person”—–that is, an incorporated entity merely named after you.

You are one of the people who are owed every square centimeter of soil and the use of every Public Law for your private purposes.

Recently we’ve had some more “misunderstandings” within the patriot community about who is who and what is what.  We’ve had people making wrong assumptions about the identities and roles of the various parties and given the vast and purposeful confusion created by deceptively similar names and years of being indoctrinated to assume we are all “citizens” and acting as “persons” this is understandable, but cannot be allowed to stand.

The actual Constitution grants the federal corporation exactly nineteen services to perform (and this also limits their “State of State” franchises in the same way—the parent corporation cannot give authority to its state franchises which it does not possess itself) and reserves all other rights, powers, and prerogatives to the states and the people under Article X.

Everything that isn’t specifically delegated remains with us and with our states.

When you look at The Constitution with a jaundiced eye, you will see how vast the remaining authority and responsibility under Article X is.  You will also see how you, as an American State National and your organic state of the Union, hold the ultimate power to enforce the limits of the constitutional agreement and put an end to the false practices and presumptions which have been employed by foreign governmental services corporations against your interests and the interests of your organic state of the Union.

Upon your first waking up to the facts, please do not mistakenly continue to presume that you or anyone else is a “citizen”.  Make the opposite presumptions—-that most of the people you see and interact with are actually  American State Nationals who have been bamboozled and railroaded into serving as citizens against their Will and without their knowledge or consent.  Flip it all upside down and on its head.

Remember that in an actual Republic, the flow of power is from the bottom up.

All power is vested in the people of this country.  They delegate a little to the county governments, which delegate a portion of their responsibility to the state governments, which delegate a portion of their power to the federal government.  Not the other way around.

When the power flows in the opposite direction— from a few oligarchs vested as executive officers and cabinets of experts and politicians— you should know for sure that this is NOT your government —- and other than making sure that the federal corporation fulfills its duties and obeys its limits—- it is not your concern, either.

They are under contract.  They are in fact subcontractors.

Your only responsibility is to run your own actual organic state government and make sure that whoever is running the federal corporation—- be it Trump or Hillary or Paul Ryan—- and whatever they are calling themselves this week—- United States of America, United States, or New Republic—- they obey the stipulations of the actual Constitution and they stop mischaracterizing and creating false legal presumptions against their employers: you, your family, your friends, and your neighbors.

Hold them feet first to the fire and organize you local communities, unincorporated counties and unincorporated states to do it.

Merely changing the management or name of a governmental services corporation does little or nothing to address the actual problems and “missing pieces” to this puzzle, which all depend —-not on any externality—but on you remembering who and what you are, taking up the work before you, and joining with others to get the job done.

In order for Checks and Balances to work, there must be American State Nationals balancing out the United States Citizens.  There must be actual organic states of the Union organized as Jural assemblies and Fiduciary Deputies to hold the federal corporation(s) at bay and on task.  There must be actual unincorporated counties to support the organic and unincorporated states of the union.

As American State Nationals you are uniquely responsible for creating, staffing, and supporting the Body Politic that actually owns and should be operating the land jurisdiction of the United States. It’s a job that only you can do and a vision that only you are heir to: it is called “self-governance”.

Cleaning Up the Civil War — 150 Years Later

With a little thought it will become obvious to everyone that we are now finally in the throes of resolving issues that should have been resolved in the wake of the Civil War—- and weren’t.

The chief issue to be resolved once and for all time is still slavery.

Back then it was private slave ownership that was the issue—whether or not one man could own another as property. The answer was a resounding, “No!” This was the determination made in England in 1837, in America in 1865, and by 1926, both slavery and involuntary servitude (peonage) had been outlawed worldwide.

And yet, both slavery and involuntary servitude have continued unabated. Only the owners and the verbiage have changed.

All that the governments making these fine emancipation proclamations actually did, was to change venue from private to public slave ownership—and in this, they were entirely self-interested.

Men could no longer own men, but governments could own men.

In this respect, the entire outcome of the Civil War and of abolitionist efforts worldwide should be viewed in the rearview mirror as resulting in a giant corporate asset grab.

The governments functioning as for-profit corporations seized “title” to all the supposedly freed slaves and used them and their labor and their “human capital” as collateral backing federal corporation debt in the wake of the Civil War.

These same corporations have continued on in the public-owned slave business ever since.

Look at their corporate constitution published as “The Constitution fo the United States of America” and its 13th Amendment— which abolished slavery, except that criminals could be enslaved.

Catch that?

As long as there was any exception, that class of people could be enslaved—- and that was made a formal part of the new corporate “Constitution” from the outset

From there, it was a simple matter of redefining criminality…..

And, sure enough, immediately thereafter came the 14th Amendment, which made everyone who didn’t expatriate from this madness a criminal.

This “Amendment” which was never ratified by the actual states was written in language so deliberately convoluted that no normal man could grasp what it said, much less its implications.

But in retrospect the meaning and intent is plain and simple. The governmental services corporations meant to enslave as many people as possible and hold them subject to corporate rule and control as living assets. Slaves.

They just gave them a new name: “citizens”.

While private slave ownership was outlawed, public slave ownership became the rule and fashion of the day. In the United States it was even given special pride of place and permanently enshrined in the Land of the Free.

By 1933, the Roosevelts and Rockefellers and Vanderbilts and other old Dutch East India Company slave trader scions were allowed by the feckless (and ultimately responsible) British Government to extend their reach and claim all the American People as corporate slaves.

So long as it was “papered over nicely” by pretending that the names of the citizen-slaves were actually only the names of foreign situs trusts and not being used as the names of living people.

Oh, no, couldn’t admit the intent to enslave the working classes and and make them responsible for corporate debt and irresponsible corporate spending, could we?

But that is, nonetheless, what the rats did

They stole the identities of three generations of Americans and sold them into slavery as “foreign situs trusts” standing as chattel backing the debts of a private, mostly foreign-owned corporation without the victim’s knowledge or consent, and these same venal men pretended that they were acting as the legitimate government of our nation while they were doing it.

They also confiscated our privately held gold and used it to secure their bankruptcy. The bewildered Americans put up with all this, believing and trusting that the criminals were part of their lawful government and would never do anything wrong….

The plain fact is that as long as any of us are subjected, as long as any of us are enslaved for any reason, nobody is free.

Slavery for any excuse or reason has to be outlawed. All of it has to go. Even so-called “voluntary slavery” such as “indentured servitude” needs to go straight out the door. Forever.

Now would be a good time to end the Civil War and recognize its causes and results. Now would be a good time to declare emancipation. Right now. We have all waited long enough.

No matter which candidate wins the presidential election, this shadow government is here to stay. Indeed, as recent documents by the FBI reveal, this shadow government—also referred to as “The 7th Floor Group”—may well have played a part in who will win the White House this year.

To be precise, however, the future president will actually inherit not one but two shadow governments.

The first shadow government, referred to as COG or Continuity of Government, is made up of unelected individuals who have been appointed to run the government in the event of a “catastrophe.” COG is a phantom menace waiting for the right circumstances—a terrorist attack, a natural disaster, an economic meltdown—to bring it out of the shadows, where it operates even now. When and if COG takes over, the police state will transition to martial law.

Yet it is the second shadow government—also referred to as the Deep State—that poses the greater threat to freedom right now. Comprised of unelected government bureaucrats, corporations, contractors, paper-pushers, and button-pushers who are actually calling the shots behind the scenes, this government within a government is the real reason “we the people” have no real control over our government.

The Deep State, which “operates according to its own compass heading regardless of who is formally in power,” makes a mockery of elections and the entire concept of a representative government.

So who or what is the Deep State?

It’s the militarized police, which have joined forces with state and federal law enforcement agencies in order to establish themselves as a standing army. It’s the fusion centers and spy agencies that have created a surveillance state and turned all of us into suspects. It’s the courthouses and prisons that have allowed corporate profits to take precedence over due process and justice. It’s the military empire with its private contractors and defense industry that is bankrupting the nation. It’s the private sector with its 854,000 contract personnel with top-secret clearances, “a number greater than that of top-secret-cleared civilian employees of the government.” It’s what former congressional staffer Mike Lofgren refers to as “a hybrid of national security and law enforcement agencies”: the Department of Defense, the State Department, Homeland Security, the CIA, the Justice Department, the Treasury, the Executive Office of the President via the National Security Council, the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court, a handful of vital federal trial courts, and members of the defense and intelligence committees.

It’s every facet of a government that is no longer friendly to freedom and is working overtime to trample the Constitution underfoot and render the citizenry powerless in the face of the government’s power grabs, corruption and abusive tactics.

These are the key players that drive the shadow government.

This is the hidden face of the American police state that will continue long past Election Day.

Just consider some of the key programs and policies advanced by the shadow government that will continue no matter who occupies the Oval Office.

Domestic surveillance. No matter who wins the presidential popularity contest, the National Security Agency (NSA), with its $10.8 billion black ops annual budget, will continue to spy on every person in the United States who uses a computer or phone. Thus, on any given day, whether you’re walking through a store, driving your car, checking email, or talking to friends and family on the phone, you can be sure that some government agency, whether the NSA or some other entity, is listening in and tracking your behavior. Local police have been outfitted with a litany of surveillance gear, from license plate readers and cell phone tracking devices to biometric data recorders. Technology now makes it possible for the police to scan passersby in order to detect the contents of their pockets, purses, briefcases, etc. Full-body scanners, which perform virtual strip-searches of Americans traveling by plane, have gone mobile, with roving police vans that peer into vehicles and buildings alike—including homes. Coupled with the nation’s growing network of real-time surveillance cameras and facial recognition software, soon there really will be nowhere to run and nowhere to hide.

Global spying. The NSA’s massive surveillance network, what the Washington Post refers to as a $500 billion “espionage empire,” will continue to span the globe and target every single person on the planet who uses a phone or a computer. The NSA’s Echelon program intercepts and analyzes virtually every phone call, fax and email message sent anywhere in the world. In addition to carrying out domestic surveillance on peaceful political groups such as Amnesty International, Greenpeace and several religious groups, Echelon has also been a keystone in the government’s attempts at political and corporate espionage.

Roving TSA searches. The American taxpayer will continue to get ripped off by government agencies in the dubious name of national security. One of the greatest culprits when it comes to swindling taxpayers has been the Transportation Security Administration (TSA), with its questionable deployment of and complete mismanagement of millions of dollars’ worth of airport full-body X-ray scanners, punitive patdowns by TSA agents and thefts of travelers’ valuables. Considered essential to national security, TSA programs will continue in airports and at transportation hubs around the country.

USA Patriot Act, NDAA. America’s so-called war on terror, which it has relentlessly pursued since 9/11, will continue to chip away at our freedoms, unravel our Constitution and transform our nation into a battlefield, thanks in large part to such subversive legislation as the USA Patriot Act and National Defense Authorization Act. These laws completely circumvent the rule of law and the rights of American citizens. In so doing, they re-orient our legal landscape in such a way as to ensure that martial law, rather than the U.S. Constitution, is the map by which we navigate life in the United States. These laws will continue to be enforced no matter who gets elected.

Militarized police state. Thanks to federal grant programs allowing the Pentagon to transfer surplus military supplies and weapons to local law enforcement agencies without charge, police forces will continue to be transformed from peace officers into heavily armed extensions of the military, complete with jackboots, helmets, shields, batons, pepper-spray, stun guns, assault rifles, body armor, miniature tanks and weaponized drones. Having been given the green light to probe, poke, pinch, taser, search, seize, strip and generally manhandle anyone they see fit in almost any circumstance, all with the general blessing of the courts, America’s law enforcement officials, no longer mere servants of the people entrusted with keeping the peace, will continue to keep the masses corralled, controlled, and treated like suspects and enemies rather than citizens.

SWAT team raids. With more than 80,000 SWAT team raids carried out every year on unsuspecting Americans by local police for relatively routine police matters and federal agencies laying claim to their own law enforcement divisions, the incidence of botched raids and related casualties will continue to rise. Nationwide, SWAT teams will continue to be employed to address an astonishingly trivial array of criminal activity or mere community nuisances including angry dogs, domestic disputes, improper paperwork filed by an orchid farmer, and misdemeanor marijuana possession.

Domestic drones. The domestic use of drones will continue unabated. As mandated by Congress, there will be 30,000 drones crisscrossing the skies of America by 2020, all part of an industry that could be worth as much as $30 billion per year. These machines, which will be equipped with weapons, will be able to record all activities, using video feeds, heat sensors and radar. An Inspector General report revealed that the Dept. of Justice has already spent nearly $4 million on drones domestically, largely for use by the FBI, with grants for another $1.26 million so police departments and nonprofits can acquire their own drones.

School-to-prison pipeline. The paradigm of abject compliance to the state will continue to be taught by example in the schools, through school lockdowns where police and drug-sniffing dogs enter the classroom, and zero tolerance policies that punish all offenses equally and result in young people being expelled for childish behavior. School districts will continue to team up with law enforcement to create a “schoolhouse to jailhouse track” by imposing a “double dose” of punishment: suspension or expulsion from school, accompanied by an arrest by the police and a trip to juvenile court.

Overcriminalization. The government bureaucracy will continue to churn out laws, statutes, codes and regulations that reinforce its powers and value systems and those of the police state and its corporate allies, rendering the rest of us petty criminals. The average American now unknowingly commits three felonies a day, thanks to this overabundance of vague laws that render otherwise innocent activity illegal. Consequently, small farmers who dare to make unpasteurized goat cheese and share it with members of their community will continue to have their farms raided.

Privatized Prisons. States will continue to outsource prisons to private corporations, resulting in a cash cow whereby mega-corporations imprison Americans in private prisons in order to make a profit. In exchange for corporations buying and managing public prisons across the country at a supposed savings to the states, the states have to agree to maintain a 90% occupancy rate in the privately run prisons for at least 20 years.

Endless wars. America’s expanding military empire will continue to bleed the country dry at a rate of more than $15 billion a month (or $20 million an hour). The Pentagon spends more on war than all 50 states combined spend on health, education, welfare, and safety. Yet what most Americans fail to recognize is that these ongoing wars have little to do with keeping the country safe and everything to do with enriching the military industrial complex at taxpayer expense.

Are you getting the message yet?

The next president, much like the current president and his predecessors, will be little more than a figurehead, a puppet to entertain and distract the populace from what’s really going on.

As Lofgren reveals, this state within a state, “concealed behind the one that is visible at either end of Pennsylvania Avenue,” is a “hybrid entity of public and private institutions ruling the country according to consistent patterns in season and out, connected to, but only intermittently controlled by, the visible state whose leaders we choose.”

The Deep State not only holds the nation’s capital in thrall, but it also controls Wall Street (“which supplies the cash that keeps the political machine quiescent and operating as a diversionary marionette theater”) and Silicon Valley.

This is fascism in its most covert form, hiding behind public agencies and private companies to carry out its dirty deeds.

It is a marriage between government bureaucrats and corporate fat cats.

As Lofgren concludes:

[T]he Deep State is so heavily entrenched, so well protected by surveillance, firepower, money and its ability to co-opt resistance that it is almost impervious to change… If there is anything the Deep State requires it is silent, uninterrupted cash flow and the confidence that things will go on as they have in the past. It is even willing to tolerate a degree of gridlock: Partisan mud wrestling over cultural issues may be a useful distraction from its agenda.

In other words, as I point out in my book Battlefield America: The War on the American People, as long as government officials—elected and unelected alike—are allowed to operate beyond the reach of the Constitution, the courts and the citizenry, the threat to our freedoms remains undiminished.

So the next time you find yourselves despondent over the 2016 presidential candidates, remember that it’s just a puppet show intended to distract you from the silent coup being carried out by America’s shadow government.

Mr. Goodall, (NFL), and company,

History has varied the story, but the playing of the National Anthem at sports events began as an incentive to instill the American spirit to Depressed, low-attendance Baseball fans in an America, that had suffered the loss of over 100,000 American troops during World War – I. It also had a commercial value to the Team owners, as it also helped raise the spirit, unity, and eventually the attendance of the people to support both  “Team-America” and the home-town baseball team. Even then, it took time before the “fans” realized that the playing of the Anthem at a game garnered due respect and somber reflection. *It wasn’t about the game, it was about considering America’s sacrifices and losses, of those who couldn’t attend….May they still rest in Peace with Honor!

OPEN LETTER TO THE NFL;

Remember and get to know who allows you to flourish, then and now, as we approach this upcoming Veterans Day,………..for you have done them a Great Disservice;

They were kids of an average age of 20 yr. old, but with minds filled with fear and wonderment. They came from all backgrounds, with different perspectives on where and why they were in a Foreign land. They were dropped-off, in a somewhere place, called Vietnam. A word / a name not really familiar to them, in an environment and culture even stranger then anything their young lives had experienced. They didn’t understand that they were destined to become invisible, as America’s Defenders, though their actions became indelible, for those with eyes-wide-open. They were writing a part of America’s history that some didn’t want to print, and many, then as now, refuse to read, or understand. In their young minds they felt duty-bound to protect and preserve the Freedoms and Rights they were taught were precious and distinct, but also shouldered a great deal of Responsibility. They didn’t (personally), know too many of their fellow Americans (back home), who’s Freedoms they felt they were defending. You see, that didn’t matter because they were Honored to defend those who had made some form of sacrifice for them. This is part of a Societies fundamental need to survive as a Family, and a Nation. It will always be an essential ingredient in one’s existence, until we truly travel where “No man has gone before”,  into the realm of Peace.

Their training, their discipline, their determination, their dedication to the unified purpose has no equal to anything your so-called “Teams” experience.

In the early morning hours they would prepare their “Team”(s) to go out on patrol. Average daily temperatures would be around 105 degrees. Once everyone put on their Flak-jackets, Helmets, Back-packs filled with C-Rations, and additional supplies, you could be carrying (at least), 30-50lbs extra on your body. Some carried more. Their silence and their eyes spoke of thoughts that some may not come back this time, but those thoughts were never heard out-loud. Patrols that sometimes lasted for days / weeks, where you slept on foreign soil, next to snakes, insects, and creatures  you never remember reading about in (high school), Science class. You would travel so far from “the company base”, that Helicopters would be deployed to bring you additional food, or sometimes bring you back to camp. The life-saving, always “Loved”, Helicopter, that decades later can bring you back to that time, and place, just by hearing the sound of the blades overhead.

Patrolling in the mountainous regions south of Saigon, where you thought you would never reach the top of a “hill” or ridge, because you were getting numb from the weight on your back, and the Heat of the day. Reaching for your Canteen of warm, bad-tasting water, was more of a necessity then a desire. Reminding yourself, that if the guy in front of me can do it,…..then so can I. *Each tour-of-Duty, put 100’s of miles on those young men’s’ bodies, and an uncounted toll on their minds. The air they breathed contained Billions of particles of  Herbicides, later to be known as “Agent Orange”. Unbeknownst to many who believed they made it back home “safe”, they carried a poison, that was to remind them of all they wanted to forget. The enemy came Home with them.

Patrolling / marching in Monsoon rains, along the DMZ,  that made you fight for every step you took. Rains that pounded you till you had to learn to become oblivious to their presence. You felt a need to show defiance to Mother Natures continuous “beatings”, as if she was telling you,……you shouldn’t be here!! Mud-caked uniforms, were your blanket at night, as you tried to dry your socks and boots so as to preserve your most precious tools, while on patrol, your feet.

Crossing rivers / streams who’s initial embrace was refreshing from the torture of a battling heat and humidity that appeared to fight each other for the right to bring you to your knees. Unfortunately the (cool water), embrace of the River /stream was short-lived as we had to (stop and), return their inhabitants (who joined us) as we crossed. Once the opportunity came for us to rest on dry land again, so began the tedious practice of returning those who hitched a ride from the River. The river’s residents known as Leaches found a way to cling on to each Soldier, as if they were lost relatives. Somehow / someway, they would get under your uniform, and immediately begin to embed themselves into your skin. Soldiers were compelled to stop, examine their bodies, and remove any / all Leaches before they became too comfortable and made your body their “new” home.

Such was some of the common everyday sacrifices made by a Team that knew and understood what Unity meant. They understood they may have to do this everyday, and every-time they left on another Patrol. They knew that we all couldn’t “get our way”, or do what we wanted, and that supporting each other regardless of our differences of opinion, is best in serving the “TEAM”. They found strength in their newly established unity, and it was making them Mature. Perhaps faster then they expected, but maturity embraced them nevertheless. They shared their water with a weakened member or shared their food with one in need. They shared precious cigarettes from the rations they carried, as comrades often do. They grew together. They may have not agreed or even liked those in-charge, but Respect and Obedience was essential, because what you do, or do not do affects everyone else. It’s part of being a good Team.

All this was understood and respected, and made them adhere to the power of becoming a “Team-Member”, so as  to overcome these obstacles………..together,………and that was even before they ever confronted obstacles far greater and more deadly…………Such as the “Enemy” in combat, for the spectra of Death camped with us, marched with us,…….and followed our every move.

………..AND yet (NFL),your players are called Warriors and Champions. Your players  (should they get thirsty or sweat), are handed water, and towels to dry that sweat off their “Gladiator”  brows, by those employed just for that purpose. Your players only “work” one day a week, and for only part of the year. In luxury they only have to wait around for someone else to bring in their newly cleaned uniforms, from the past weeks event. Your salaries far exceed your work-load, and yet complaints about “your struggling lives”, is all people read about in embellished stories about your “conquest”.

Your Players, lacking true obedience and discipline, can decide “who is in charge”, and real-teamwork and mutual respect are in-effect only if everyone gets “their-way”. The Media follows you around, as if you are really making a difference in the world.

Your training may indeed have some compelling aspects to it, but would your training ready you for what has been mentioned (above), in real fields of “battle”, by America’s real Teams? Would you dare compare your training to that of a Guardian-of-Freedom, that protects your right to play-a-game?………..I suspect your training would Fail you in a “Real World” circumstance…….So I ask……Why do you Shame us????

………… Why do you allow your “employees” to take over, and Dis-respect America’s Best Teams, with protest performances that only demean the spirit and intent of playing the National Anthem at your games? These (so-called “protest”) are NOT actions of “Free” speech, that your employees impose on Americans. These are practices of deceit to the Public in attendance. Announcing and selling tickets for a sporting event , and once the (citizens in the stands), are asked to rise for the singing of the National Anthem, you have then created a “captive audience” environment. Your employees (with your Silent Consent), then allow these designed “Protest” of insult, and dishonor to be inflicted on the Audience!! …….An audience that is expecting a period of somber reflection during the playing / singing of the Anthem………..That is Not Free Speech!!

NFL, you need to educate yourself and your employees on what Free speech entails and what it does not allow. You cannot hold a specific event, for a specific purpose, invite the public, and then inflict them with something they had no-choice in attending!!……….Did you tell the Public beforehand, did you allow them the choice? Free speech is Not in-practice when you compel and deceive others to listen and /or observe what you have to protest!!

Captive audiences are Not willing participants in the practice of “Free Speech”, if you take away their choice. Thus your arrogant, and undisciplined “Protesters” were NOT practicing Free Speech.

The NFL, has Failed in Respecting and Honoring other “Teams” that have paved the way for you to Entertain others. Your Teams have Failed in the transference of Mutual Respect for other real American Teams, far better, and more disciplined then they.

…………I am shamed that the NFL, (allegedly) is a compilation of representative “Home-Teams”, that in Theory are supposed to represent America. Yet you have done Nothing to quell this Unconstitutional practice, alleged, to be “free speech” by your team members and their employees, because you have NOT educated yourselves on what is Free speech!

You have allowed the practice of Disrespecting and Dishonoring those who protected you before and those who protect you now, without consequence. Had we as Americans and Soldiers, decided to protest “at-will” without regard for the rest of our American Team, then we would have Failed as Citizens, and Americans representing our Country……….A Failure, by your “Teams”,  seems to be embraced by your Silence!!

You have Shamed and Disgraced us All!!

Wasn’t it sufficient embarrassment for the NFL, when you took American Tax dollars to display “Paid-for-Patriotism” to War Veterans, at your games? Hollow exercises in (lets pretend we care about you) Patriotism, paid for with our Tax dollars, should have been enough shame for you to have shown better Respect and Discipline, and insist that your employees merely come to the game and do what they are paid to do???  Has it become so “Politically Correct” that you cannot ask employees to do their job anymore?  Has the Greed of making so much money, blinded the NFL, to the unspoken Patriotic, Higher duty you should have towards America’s people? We did our job on your behalf, as your employees should have done, on behalf of those in attendance, and throughout the Country.

All Grievances should be heard, but Free Speech like all protected Rights, come with Responsibilities, and those people in the stands, as those watching at home, have rights also, and you should have respected those boundaries. You took away their Free Choice, and thus your employees “protest” was NOT free speech. but Imposed Speech to captive citizens.

You may have groups of Players that play this overly-embellished game, BUT you don’t have any Teams,…………Not really!!

You can’t compare to our American Teams, of the Army,  Navy,  Air Force, National Guard, and (of course), the Marines…………….Impossible!!

As a final note,………..The National Anthem, was played, not for your employees, or even for those in the stands………….It was played to remind us ALL of those “Empty-seats” in all Stadiums and all Arenas, where good Americans will never be present to attend, because of the sacrifice they made…………….What Sacrifice have you made????

What Shame you have brought to their Memory!!

This is a difficult rebuttal to write because of the lingering brainwashing that still remains in my sub-conscious, but the facts gathered after ten years of relentless research are indisputable. The grifters that inhabit our media, education and government have done a remarkable job of implanting an indestructible love for our own destruction in our brains. The author above is a prime example of an ignorant hero. There was a time when I would have wiped his ass if needed, but today I feel a pity for him that’s hard to explain. It was my experience in the military that changed my direction and attitude about wars fought for profit, and after all these years there still lingers the doubt that the thrill of murdering someone falsely accused of debauchery is somehow acceptable.  Vietnam was the perfect example of how good men can be turned into killers of innocent human beings. But so were the wars of all nations. The international Investment Bankers dead and alive are laughing their asses off. The following words are more powerful than chemicals in our brain: the star spangled banner, the pledge of allegiance, the Constitution, the declaration of Independence, Old Glory, have effectively altered our common sense. We now live in a time when debauchery is socially acceptable.

Doug Casey On The Self Identified Elite

Mark Twain said, “If you don’t read the papers you’re uninformed. If you do read them, you’re misinformed.”

That’s why I want to draw your attention to a recent article called “The Isolationist Temptation,” in The Wall Street Journal, written by Richard Haass, the president of the Council on Foreign Relations.

The piece wasn’t worth reading—except that it offers some real insight into what the “elite” are thinking. The CFR is one of about a dozen groups, like Bilderberg, Bohemian Grove, and Davos, where the self-identified elite gather.

These groups don’t have political power, per se. But their members are members of governments, large corporations, universities, the military, and the media. They all went to the same schools, belong to the same clubs, socialize together and, most important, share the same worldview. What might that be? They believe in the State—not the market—as the best way to organize the world.

Believe it or not (I still don’t…) I was recently invited to one of these conclaves. Probably by mistake. I don’t expect to be a fox in the henhouse, but more like a skeleton at a feast. I’ll tell you all about it next month…

But back to the current topic. Like me, you’ve probably asked yourself, “Who are these people? Are they knaves, or fools, or both? What are they smoking? Are they actually crazy?”

Haass starts out by dividing the world of foreign policy observers into the “internationalists” and the “isolationists”—a false, misleading, and stupid distinction. They’re not “internationalists” (which are people who move between countries); they’re “globalists” (people who want to work for one world government, that they control). He uses the term “isolationists” as a pejorative term for the enemy camp, conflating them with non-interventionists—who are a totally different group. Isolationists bring to mind a backward cult, hiding from the rest of the world. Non-interventionists simply don’t want to stick their noses into other people’s business.

He lauds so-called internationalists (i.e., globalists) as “those who want the U.S. to retain the leading international role it’s held since WW2.” By that, he means minions of the U.S. government should roam the world to “spread democracy.” He assumes that democracy—which is actually just a more polite form of mob rule—is always a good thing. Apart from the fact that democracy is only rarely the result of U.S. intervention. Another division he makes (and here I admire his candor) is between the “elites”—like high government officials and people like those in the CFR—and the “non-elites.” He actually uses these words. He terms U.S. invasions and regime change efforts as “an ambitious foreign policy.”

He says, even after referencing disastrous U.S. failures like the Korean, Vietnamese, Afghan, and Iraq wars, and ongoing catastrophes in Libya and Syria, that we should continue on the same course.

He loves the idea of alliances, of course. Despite the fact that alliances only serve to draw one country into another one’s war. Alliances just take relatively small local disputes and move them up to catastrophic levels. This has always been the case. But the classic example is World War 1, which signaled the start of the long collapse of Western Civilization. Alliances can only serve to draw the U.S. into wars between nothing/nowhere countries that few Americans can find on a map.

Then he goes on to discuss what he calls “free trade,” another dishonest misuse of the term. Free trade exists when there are no duties or quotas when any business can buy and sell what it wants when and where it wants.

What these people actually want is a government-managed trade, which they prefer to call “fair trade.” He implies that wise and incorruptible government officials are necessary to ensure that foolish and dishonest buyers and sellers don’t hurt themselves.

But shouldn’t we worry if foreigners subsidize their manufacturers, and disregard U.S. environmental and labor regulations? My answer is: No. It’s wonderful if a foolish, mercantilist government subsidizes U.S. consumers; we’re enriched while they’re impoverished by selling dollar bills for 50 cents. And if the Chinese can make something cheaper than Americans, that’s wonderful. The Americans—who still have the world’s largest pool of capital, technology, and educated labor—are freed to do something more productive.

Anyway, the Haass article is horrible on every level. I’d reprint it here, but it’s too long and too boring. And it would violate the Journal’s reprint policy. But there’s another article, even more egregious, more stupid, and more destructive, that the Journal recently ran, by Kenneth Rogoff, called “The Sinister Side of Cash.” He is, of course, a Harvard “economist.” You’ll have to get hold of it yourself, because of the newspaper’s reprint policy. But I urge you to do so. It lays out—in clear and well-written English—the “elite” rationale for negative interest rates, and the abolition of cash.

It literally beggars belief and makes me think the author is criminally insane. I mean that literally, in the clinical sense. Criminal because he actively advocates aggression against others property, and in effect, their lives. And insane because his thoughts and beliefs are completely delusional and divorced from reality.

All in all, every day there are more indications on every front that the trailing edge of the gigantic financial hurricane we entered in 2007 is going to be very, very ugly.

The Greater Depression is going to be worse than even I thought it would be.

I didn’t plan on writing PART 5 but given the global movement in play to collapse the fiat financial dominance historically created and controlled by the Vatican, European Royal and Elite plus the retaliatory efforts by the United States Corporation to recoup their control of America, I felt a need to point out the flaws in their CORPORATE PROCESS. You probably identify with this CORPORATE PROCESS as LEGAL PROCESS but it really isn’t about what is legal or lawful because all process is about the enforcement of CONTRACTS or the imposition and enforcement of CORPORATE REGULATIONS called STATUTES. The best advice you will ever receive is to: AVOID THEIR COURTS WHENEVER POSSIBLE. There is NO justice to be found in those courts unless you are a member of the Vatican, the royal or Elite, or have purchased Diplomatic Immunity.

THE COURTS

The only Constitutional Court in America is the International Court of Trades, which was created because no Foreign Nation Government would trade with the Corporate United States, until they provided a way for these foreign Nations to enforce their Trade Agreements with America.

NOTE: Historically, the World Court was created to provide Nations with a venue to enforce their Trade Agreements but the Corporate United States refused the Courts invitation to participate because they were denied control over the Court.

All of the other American Courts are pseudo courts or fictions and simply are Corporate Administrative Offices designed to resemble Courts and all of their Judges are simply Executive Administrations designed to resemble Judges.

The purpose of these pseudo Corporate Courts are only to settle contract disputes and since George Washington’s government was military in structure; if either party refuses to participate, these Courts cannot become involved and the dispute is dead in the water! My use of the term ‘dead in the water’ is not a canard because these pseudo Courts are unconstitutional Courts of Admiralty, the International Law of the Sea!

The Washington Monument was completed in 1884, as a tribute to George Washington and his military government, which is actually a sea-level obelisk that infers that all of America is ‘under water’ and thus subject to the Laws of Admiralty as opposed or contrary to the intended Constitutional Civilian Government under Common Law.

The pseudo Judges of these pseudo Courts have NO powers without the Consent of both the Plaintiff and the Defendant. [AND] In every case the Judge must determine that he has Consent, Personam and Subject Matter Jurisdiction before he can act or access the Cestui Que Trust.

NOTE:

All tradeable Securities must be assigned a CUSIP NUMBER before it can be offered to investors. Birth Certificates and Social Security Applications are converted into Government Securities; assigned a CUSIP NUMBER; grouped into lots and then are marked as a Mutual Fund Investment. Upon maturity, the profits are moved into a GOVERNMENT CESTUI QUE TRUST and if you are still alive, the certified documents a reinvested. It is the funds contained in this CESTUI QUE TRUST that the Judge, Clerk and County Prosecutor are really after or interested in! This Trust actually pays all of your debts but nobody tells you that because the Elite consider those assets to be their property and the Federal Reserve System is responsible for the management of those Investments.

Social Security, SSI, SSD, Medicare and Medicaid are all financed by the Trust. The government makes you pay TAXES and a portion of your wages supposedly to pay for these services, which they can borrow at any time for any reason since they cannot access the Cestui Que Trust to finance their wars or to bail out Wall Street and their patron Corporations.

The public is encouraged to purchase all kinds of insurance protection when the TRUST actually pays for all physical damages, medical costs, new technology and death benefits. The hype to purchase insurance is a ploy to keep us in poverty and profit off our stupidity because the Vatican owns the controlling interest in all Insurance Companies.

You may receive a monthly statement form a Mortgage Company, Loan Company or Utility Company, which usually has already been paid by the TRUST. Almost all of these corporate businesses double dip and hope that you have been conditioned well enough by their Credit Scams, to pay them a second time. Instead of paying that Statement next time, sign it approved and mail it back to them. If they then contact you about payment, ask them to send you a TRUE BILL instead of a Statement and you will be glad to pay it. A Statement documents what was due and paid, whereas a TRUE BILL represents only what is due. Banks and Utility Companies have direct access into these Cestui Que Trusts and all they needed was your name; social security number and signature.

CRIMINAL LAW

There are NO Criminal Laws in America because Criminal Laws would imply that the Corporate United States Government are Sovereign that have absolute power over all living, flesh and blood Americans, which of course is not true because a corporation is a fiction and therefore cannot be sovereign. Man is Sovereign and is in control of his own destiny and one day he will finally wake up and realize this to be true! There is however Criminal Contracts being enforced against us and with our Consent, which are surreptitiously called: Criminal Statutes. Our Consent has been obtained by them visa vie our silence and failure to act or protest, which under law is defined as Tacit Procuration.

(e.g.) Tacit Procuration:If someone accuses you of theft in writing and you fail to respond or deny those allegations in writing, your failure to deny or act is considered an admission of guilt (or) You receive a Bill for goods or services that you never ordered or received, and you fail to deny those allegations, your omission represents the truth of the matter, which imposes an obligation to pay! Collection companies frequently use Tacit Procuration to establish indebtedness to them on a discharged debt they had purchased from some corporate business.

‘Now you’re probably thinking: No Criminal Laws? Well, that can’t be true? A whole lot of people have been tried; convicted and are doing time in American Jails for breaking Criminal Laws!’

And my response to that is: True, they are in Jail because they unknowingly accepted the Criminal Contract on behalf of their Birth Certificate and consented to be imprisoned as a condition of their conviction and punishment. Their lawyer didn’t help any because he reinforced that situation by and through his Notice of Appearance to represent you. It is the Birth Certificate that is under arrest, which I will explain shortly!

NOTE: Criminal Contracts are graded according to the severity of the crime alleged and that grading is identified as either: Summary; Misdemeanor; Felony or Capital offenses.

The Criminal Process Usually begins with a Police Officer issuing a Citation (or) making an arrest with or without a Warrant [or] the Police Officer [or] County Attorney prepares a complaint based upon a sworn affidavit or information, which is presented to a Judge and a Warrant is then issued. The defendant is subsequently arrested and is brought before a Judge for arraignment.

The Complaint and Warrant will reflect your BIRTH NAME or identify you as a JOHN DOE, if your name is unknown, which is typed out in all capital letters! This is not a mistake on their part because it is your Birth Certificate that is under arrest and not your living, flesh and blood person. The hope of these pseudo Courts is that the flesh and blood person will be intimidated enough to accept responsibility for the Birth Certificate! Sounds crazy but nothing is what it seems. It’s all ‘Smoke and Mirrors’.

Most Police Officers do not know or have these details and believe in what they are doing and believe the lawyers who counsel them in law like they are Gods! Big mistake on their part because just like everyone else, they too have been vigorously lied to! You can’t trust lawyers to be inherently honest!

Police Officers are instructed to always print or type the Defendants Name in Capital letters but they are never told the reason why! As a precaution, you should always carry a copy of your Birth Certificate with you as part of your identification papers, which I will explain in the next paragraph.

At your Arraignment or Trial, the Judge will ask you if you are the named individual [ALL CAPS BIRTH NAME] on the complaint and your natural response will be to answer in the affirmative but that is exactly what you don’t want to do!

Remove your Birth Certificate and respond to him by stating: I am making a Special Limited Appearance on behalf of the defendant who is right here and hold up your Birth Certificate!

Then state the following:

As I understand this process Judge, the County Attorney or Police Officer has leveled a criminal charge with the Clerk and against the Trust, using the ALL CAPS NAME that appears on this BIRTH CERTIFICATE! The use of capital letters is dictated by the US Printing Style Manuel, which explains how to identify a CORPORATION, The Clerk, who is the ADMINISTRATOR of the CESTA QUE TRUST, then, appointed you Judge as the TRUSTEE for the TRUST and since neither of you can be the BENEFICIARY, that leaves me and therefore you are MY TRUSTEE!

So as MY TRUSTEE, I instruct you to discharge this entire matter, with prejudice and award the penalties for these crimes to be paid to me in compensation and damages for my false arrest!

The TRUSTEE Judge has no alternative but to honor your demands but you have to get this right and act with confidence! You really need to know this information well, so that you can’t be hoodwinked or confused by either of them! They will or may attempt to play some mind games with you if you display any doubt, stammer of display a lack of confidence! Appearances [the pomp and majesty] of these pseudo Courts, is totally for your benefit and is intended to invoke fear and intimidation! If you show fear or intimidation, you get a pony ride!

NOTE: I’ve seen and heard of Judges and Prosecutors interfering with a defendant’s response, which made the defendant, become confused and he was subsequently committed into a mental hospital for psychiatric evaluation. The Judge and Prosecutor successfully twisted what the defendant was trying to say and then the Judge Ordered a mental evaluation.

Understand that the County Attorney will be forced to pay the Cost of Court out of his own pocket, if the case is discharged, so he isn’t going to give up that easily and the Judge, Clerk and County Attorney, stand to make a pretty penny off your conviction and incarceration! So don’t screw it up.

If the County Attorney begins to act too cocky with you, you can take the wind out of his sails by asking him to produce the 1020 for this case? If he denies the need to do such a thing, inform him that you will be taking care of that for him ASAP [as soon as possible]! He may move for a discharge at that point because you are a little too dangerous or smart! The last thing that Prosecutor wants is the IRS examining his files for the last seven years because he makes money on every conviction but he doesn’t pay TAXES on them as a Rule! He usually only declares the salary he receives.

Also, should you accidentally find yourself in a mental hospital, the Psychiatrist who is assigned or appointed to evaluate you is just as corrupt as the Judge, Clerk and County Attorney and he will falsify all of your responses to him, just so that you are recommitted back into the mental facility with a review in six months! So lie to him and deny that you ever made such remarks! Of course, if you accept the criminal charges against your Birth Certificate, then you will instantly be deemed SANE!

Sorry that I had to be the one to tell you this but this is how corrupt many of my fellow Judges truly are and it should explain why my conscience caused me to retire early! Before I learned what was really going on, I believed that my duties and performance were entirely Constitutional. I was lied to also!

CITATIONS

The CITATION process can be handled much easier; through the mail. When a Police Officer issues you a CITATION, he is actually requesting you to CONTRACT with him! He is alleging that you violated a corporate regulation in writing, which you have accepted by signing and thus requires you to respond.

The Police Officer is instructed to explain that your signature is merely an acknowledgment that you received a copy of the CITATION but in actuality, your signature is notification to the Court and Judge that you have accepted or CONSENTED to this offer to CONTRACT, which also grants the Judge CONSENT; PERSONAM and SUBJECT MATTER jurisdiction over you and the case!

You can cancel that CONTRACT however my rescinding your CONSENT, within three business days of entering into such a CONTRACT. So across the face of the CITATION you should print or type in large print, the following words:

I DO NOT ACCEPT THIS OFFER TO CONTRACT

And I DO NOT CONSENT TO THESE PROCEEDINGS.

Use blue ink [for admiralty] or purple ink [for royalty]. Admiralty is the Court and Royalty represents your Sovereignty. Either way is appropriate. Sign your signature underneath in blue or purple ink and in front of a Notary and under your signature type: Without prejudice, UCC 1-308. This is another way to declare that you may not be held responsible for this contract pursuant to the Uniform Commercial Code. Serve Cancelled Citation back on the Clerk/Court, along with a Certificate of Service, by Certified Mail, Return Receipt Requested. This kills the CITATION, removes your CONSENT and removes the JURISDICTION of the Court, all at the same time. It really is that simple!

NOTE: A Certificate of Service is a letter that first identifies the Citation and then defines how and when you returned the document to the Court and is signed. If not denied, it becomes a truth in commerce by Tacit Procuration.

Remember to keep a copy of everything, in case the Clerk attempts to trash your response, which certainly will not happen with a Certificate of Service or if it is mailed back by the Notary. The Notary is actually a Deputy Secretary of State and is more powerful than the Court Clerk!

Public Notaries originate from the time of the Egyptian and Roman Scribes who were the purveyors of certified documents, which are sworn affidavits. Certified documents and sworn affidavits are truth in commerce. [e.g.] Birth Certificates are certified documents on bonded paper. The word bonded is derived from bondage as in slavery, which makes all of us Bond Slaves to whoever retains custody of our original Birth Certificates. I bet you believed that the Emancipation Proclamation freed the slaves and it did for a short time and then the Birth Certificate and the 14th Amendment enslaved us all!

SUMMONS and LAWSUITS

The SUMMONS process, whether it is defined a Civil or Criminal Action, is once again an offer to CONTRACT, despite what words are to command your appearance or response. It too can be cancelled just by following the same procedure as the CITATION process above. A million dollar lawsuit is no different than a CITATION and both can be cancelled! Hard to believe, isn’t it?

Does your lawyer know about this? You bet he does but he is not permitted to embarrass the Court and besides, Court is where he makes his money!

NOTE: How many of you have ever attempted to avoid Jury Duty? All you had to do was cancel the SUMMONS [OFFER to CONTRACT]; Notarize it and mail it back to the Jury Commissioner. Don’t worry, they won’t bother you because you are obviously too smart and may influence their Jury! The Jury [controls] the Court and not the Prosecutor and Judge and if you know that, they lose and the defendant wins, which is why they prefer only the dumbed down candidates to serve on Jury.

There are a few matters or issues that are next to impossible to circumvent or quash because of the depth of corruption within these pseudo Courts, such as child custody and the division of property resulting form a divorce. The Birth State claims the custody of your children pursuant to the Birth Certificate and records them under the Department of Transportation as a State owned Vessel!

A marriage is a CONTRACT and all that is required is a PRE-NUPIAL AGREEMENT to complete the marriage but if you are sufficiently indoctrinated to believe that a Judge or Mayor or a Minister or Priest, must join you in holy matrimony and you subsequently applied for a LICENSE; now you both have married the STATE as well! Now the State is entitled to its fair share of the division of your marital property should the marriage not work out or should you die [called probate]! Some people might say that a divorce should be included on this list of impossible issues but then they don’t know what I know!

DIVORCE

An Action in Divorce is a request to break the LICENSED MARRIAGE CONTRACT. If you desire a divorce and your spouse refuses to consent to a divorce, no State Judge will grant you a Divorce Decree because the Judge has not been granted the CONSENT of both parties! There is a way around this however, which your lawyer will never admit to because he cannot make any money from giving you truthful or sound advice!

NOTE: Puerto Rico is a United States Territory acquired from Spain and it still operates under Spanish Law. This was never changed by the Corporate United States when Puerto Rico became a US Territory, so first you need to fly to Puerto Rico.

Once in Puerto Rico, you can establish residency by simply opening a Post Office Box for a period of three days. Just after opening the Post Office Box, hire a local Paralegal to prepare an Action in Divorce for you. The Paralegal will file the divorce petition immediately, which is generally a certified form document and it will be heard by a Puerto Rican Judge within three days.

Under Spanish law, your spouse is not required to be served the divorce petition: only the divorce decree. Five days after the Decree, your former spouse will receive the divorce decree in the mail, written entirely in Spanish, which cannot be contested and must be honored by all US Federal and State Courts!

NOTE: Immediately after the Puerto Rican Judge declares you divorced, if you choose, you can marry again by Contract or by License. Both are legitimate, but no one will ever tell you that!

The division of marital property and custody of children is a much more complicated issue but at least the divorce cannot be utilized as leverage against you to divide up your property, less than proportionately, which is exactly why American Judges will not bifurcate the issues involved in a divorce. [e.g.] Divorce; division of property; custody; support and alimony. The hope is that your desire to obtain a divorce is worth more to you than anything else you own, now or in the future!

FORECLOSURE

If you are involved in a FORECLOSURE or are thinking about filing for BANKRUPTCY protection to buy you more time, instead of trying to defeat the corrupt Bank and your Creditors in a State or Federal Court, where the cards are certainly stacked against you, plan to file for BANKRUPTCY and do it this way, to ensure that you come out on top! All BANKRUPTCY FORMS are printable; can be obtained on line and they can be completed in longhand with an ink pen. The Forms to use are: B-1 through and including B-8, You only need to prepare and file the first five or six pages to obtain a Case Number and then you must sit through a Credit Counseling session, which can be done all in a day. When you are completely finished with preparing your petition, you should have filed about 58 pages in total and the filing fee is around $280.

Here’s the reason for using the Bankruptcy Courts:

List all your debts on one schedule and when it comes to listing your assets include your BIRTH CERTIFICATE and its CUSIP NO. The value of the Mutual Fund Investment for your Birth Certificate can also be found on line using the CUSIP Number under Fidelity Investments. You will discover that it is worth multi-millions but you must have the CUSIP NO. on your asset schedule or the Birth Certificate will be discharged as frivolous by the JUDGE or the TRUSTEE. The Bankruptcy Judge will then appoint a LAWYER TRUSTEE to dissolve the Mutual Fund Investment: pay off your debts and the balance must be paid to you! This procedure usually attracts the attention of the [DOJ] Department of Justice because they don’t want the LAWYER TRUSTEE to screw up and short change the Vatican; the Federal Reserve and the Corporate United States and so they tend to warn or threaten the LAWYER TRUSTEE to be very careful!

Most of these Mutual Fund Investments usually involve a group of between 10 t0 25 Birth Certificates and so only a fraction of that Mutual Fund belongs to you! The Bankruptcy Judge will not certify the final disposition until the LAWYER TRUSTEE can prove his math and every aspect of his work because the Judge inherits responsibility for the Trustee’s errors, if he made any!

After the LAWYER TRUSTEE resigns, you can probably cut a deal with the DOJ or you can proceed on with the same Bankruptcy proceeding and the newly appointed LAWYER TRUSTEE! Now isn’t that easier and better than attacking or defending yourself against the Bank and a bunch of greedy Creditors; knowing full well that the cards are stacked against you because of the Vatican and the Federal Reserve System.

While you are in Bankruptcy, you are protected. No one can proceed against you for any debts or foreclosure, as long as you have a bond or sufficient assets, the Birth Certificate guarantees that aspect and while in Bankruptcy, you won’t have to pay on any of those past debts!

NOTE: There is a process to follow to determine your CUSIP NO [OR] you can ask a Stock Broker friend to help you [or] hire a Broker on the side to assist you. There are people in the Patriot movement who also know how to apply the formula, which converts your Birth Registration Number and or Social Security Number into a CUSIP Number. I paid to have mine done and discovered that I am worth about 167 million. It’s all FIAT money but as long as it can be spent, who cares?

East vs. West: Division Is About The Dollar Not Nuclear War

The interesting thing about working in alternative economics is that inevitably you will become the designated buzzkill. You may be presenting the facts on the ground and the reality behind the numbers, but most of what you have to report will not be pleasant. Alternative economists are doomed to be labeled “doom and gloomers.” And that’s okay…

The truth is what it is, and sometimes it hurts people obsessed with undue positivism and bull market naivety. However, as bad as we seem to be when it comes to a negative outlook, we do not necessarily present the most ugly options on the table.

There is an undeniable trend by some within the liberty movement to assume a Mad Max-style end game to our ever expanding house of cards. That is to say, they see the only plausible outcome being apocalyptic in nature, and nuclear holocaust fits well within this viewpoint. In many cases, the argument is sometimes presented that WWIII is in the best interests of global elites seeking a catalyst for their so-called “new world order.”

This is not to say that I don’t think WWIII is a possibility; it certainly is.  But I remain rather skeptical of the usefulness of nuclear war for the elites. Primarily because everything they openly claim they hope to accomplish can be accomplished without nukes.

The narrative of a coming conflict between the East and the West has been boiling steadily as the U.S. election nears its end. Even the mainstream media is insinuating the potential for shots fired. Some believe the results of the election will determine the odds of war. I hold a different position. It seems to me that the rhetoric of East vs. West and nuclear exchange is being exploited as a distraction away from a different but almost equally catastrophic end game — the death of the U.S. dollar as the world reserve currency.

First, let’s be clear; nuclear war does little to serve elitist interests. Consider the fact that globalists have been working diligently since 9/11 to install a vast electronic surveillance infrastructure in major cities around the world. This includes a pervasive video surveillance presence, biometric data collection, facial recognition, voice fingerprinting, etc. This is not only occurring in the U.S. and Europe, but in China and Russia. Vladimir Putin signed the Orwellian “Yarovaya Package” into law in June in Russia putting into motion an electronic surveillance apparatus directly on par with any measures exploited by the NSA. Perhaps ironically, even Edward Snowden, currently living in Russia under asylum, criticized the amendments.

The point is, an elaborate and costly digital control grid is being built all around us. It makes very little sense for the elites to achieve such a level of full spectrum awareness and then flush it down the tubes in a 1.2 megaton blink of a eye. Keep in mind that a nuclear exchange also includes the targeting of military satellites — everything surveillance worthy will most likely be thoroughly toasted.

Another issue to consider is the psychological underpinnings of elitism. Elites generally exhibit psychopathy, but it is a psychopathy driven by narcissism rather than nihilism. Narcissists tend to shy away from self destruction and the destruction of the treasures they believe they are entitled to. The elites want total centralization of power and influence, and they want the masses to accept or even demand a system in which globalism becomes sacrosanct. They want the Earth, and they want it nice and pristine for themselves. They might be willing to sacrifice certain appendages of the system, but they are not intent on vaporizing the entire prize.

Given, psychopaths also do not like to lose. They do have a propensity for attempting to take others down with them if they are on the verge of failure. That said, I think the recent reports of the demise of globalism are greatly exaggerated.

The narrative of coming world war revolves around certain assumptions. For example, some liberty proponents argue that the success of the Brexit referendum, the Trump campaign and the rise of sovereignty movements are an existential threat to the globalist empire. In their minds, a nuclear war triggered by the elites at this stage makes sense because globalism does appear to be “losing.”

As I outlined in my last article Global Elites Are Getting Ready To Blame You For The Coming Financial Crash, this is simply not the case. In fact, the rise of conservative and sovereignty movements in the West sets the stage perfectly for the elites to initiate the final act of a world changing fiscal crisis. With these conservative movements in “power,” the ongoing economic collapse can then be blamed on “dangerous populists” rather than the international bankers that created the problem to begin with.

The globalists are not on the run, they are playing the Hegelian dialectic game as they always have; problem, reaction, solution.

And, as I have evidenced and outlined in great detail in numerous articles, the “conflict” between East and West is an engineered sham. At the top of the political and financial pyramids of every major nation, including Russia and China, the elites promote globalism and a one world currency under the control of the International Monetary Fund. Putin has openly supported IMF dominance of the global financial structure and the implementation of the SDR as a bridge to a global currency system. Chinese officials have done the same, and as of October, China is a major liquidity amplifier for the SDR. The BRICS bank, which was supposed to be a counterweight to the IMF and World Bank, actually works in collusion with the IMF and World Bank. The bottom line? There is no East versus West, at least not where the elites are concerned.

The Russians and the Chinese are NOT on our side.  They are not even on their own side. The only legitimate opposition to the globalists is in the form of grassroots movements with very little concrete political influence. Whatever political influence we do gain tends to be quickly co-opted by deceitful measures and false leaders that ultimately serve the elites. Even the Brexit and a Trump presidency are not a real threat because they are functions of a system that the elites control in the absolute, and they would never be allowed to gain traction unless the elites needed scapegoats for a greater economic crisis.

Our fight has so far been one of disseminating information and countering propaganda; political battles have been rather fruitless. So, again, nuclear war hardly serves the interests of elites under these favorable conditions.

Nuclear war is also a very poor way of managing the darker goals of globalists. Their desire for substantial population reduction, for example, could be attained far more efficiently through economic collapse and mass starvation rather than the use of missiles and bombs. Food is a better weapon than smashed atoms ever will be. But if the false East/West paradigm is not setting the stage for nuclear war, then what is it being used for?

As I have examined in the past, the division between East and West far better serves the elites in their effort to slowly but surely unseat the U.S. dollar as the world reserve currency and replace it with the SDR basket — the next major step towards a single global currency system and a single global monetary authority.

Let’s be clear, the globalists are NOT pro-dollar or pro-America. They never have been. In fact the Federal Reserve has been destroying the dollar’s purchasing power since the central bank’s inception. And, by asserting the dollar as the world reserve currency, the Fed has actually placed America in a position of severe financial weakness rather than strength. Our dependency on the dollar’s world reserve status to sustain our living standards is so complete that the loss of that status will indeed crush our country. Our system cannot function without reserve status.

I’ll break it down even further; through the death of the dollar, the elites not only set in motion the chaos needed to justify total centralization and a world currency alternative, but in the process they also could remove the greatest threat to their control — those millions of American citizens still holding to conservative ideals of sovereignty and personal liberty.

The East vs. West paradigm creates a perfect rational for the end of the dollar’s reserve status. Just look at the geopolitical trends in motion.

Saudi Arabia with its vast influence over many OPEC nations is shifting away from the U.S. and building closer ties with Russia and China. The distancing of relations between the U.S. and the Saudis is even being encouraged in the U.S. through the passage of the 9/11 Saudi lawsuit bill. This will inevitably lead to the end of the dollar’s petro-status and, by extension, aid in the end of its world reserve status.

Turkey is now gravitating towards Russia and away from NATO after the very odd and most likely staged “coup” that has given Erdogan unprecedented room for dictatorship. This new relationship may even include military support from Russia.

Foreign central banks around the world, including Saudi Arabia and China, are currently liquidating their U.S. treasury holdings at record pace.  The program for “de-dollarization” is already well underway.

The U.S. overall has also lost considerable goodwill among the peoples of the world (or what little goodwill it had left) in the wake of revelations that it along with allies has essentially instigated the breakdown in Syria and funded militant groups that make up the skeleton of ISIS. The continued function of our involvement in destabilizing Syria has no other benefit to the U.S. except to undermine the image of America. It does not give us increased oil dominance. It does not give us increased regional dominance. In fact, our presence in Syria only continues to harm us and bring us into dangerous proximity with Eastern interests.

There are people who do benefit from this dynamic — the globalists.

The U.S. is painted as the bumbling villain of our little story, greedy and blinded by visions of empire. The East is set up as the more rational party, the mediator trying to reason with Western madmen. For the globalists, the death of the dollar, which has been an ongoing project of theirs for decades, can now be completed, and they will receive NO blame whatsoever. History, if it is written by anyone other than liberty champions, will say that the East, not the central bankers, destroyed the dollar’s reserve status because it had to. History will say that we had it coming.

In the aftermath, the elites hope to come to the rescue as global economic instability erupts with the failure of the dollar system. As they openly admit in The Economist in 1988, the dollar must be replaced by the IMF’s Special Drawing Rights; the new world order needs a great financial reset before it can take root. But, this is a much different methodology from widespread nuclear war.

Questions arise as to November’s election and how this might affect East vs. West relations. I see no indication that it makes a difference who ends up in the White House as far as the economic result is concerned. As I have stated before, I believe Trump is the most likely candidate. Relations with the East are already in irreversible and engineered decline and even if Trump has good intentions, the globalists will pull the plug on financial support to markets not long after he enters the Oval Office. Eastern nations have been preparing for a break from the dollar for years. They work closely with the IMF. If anything, Trump’s presence will accelerate the reset.

I think the notions of nuclear war and East vs. West conflagration endure for many reasons. An extreme distaste for Barack Obama has led many liberty proponents to assume that the man will never give up his seat of power. These people do not understand that Obama is nothing more than a Muppet, a middleman with no true influence. The elites do not need him in office to continue their program.

Others assume that the mere chance of a Trump presidency is so dangerous to the elites that they would rather push the nuclear button than risk it. I think this is a bit naive. As stated in past articles, conservative movements are gaining control of a ship that is already sinking. They are being set up. A Trump win might help the elites. If the U.S. economy and currency collapses under Trump, conservative movements can be blamed. If they collapse under Clinton, the banking cabal will be blamed. It seems clear to me which option better serves elitists.

A nuclear war is also perhaps subconsciously enticing to some people. The idea that the slate could be wiped clean leaving only the prepared to come out of the smoke and ash to rebuild could in some ways be considered a preferable outcome. Compare that to liberty movements taking the blame for an economic calamity while battling against an encroaching globalist machine, sacrificing for years or possibly decades on the mere chance that we can, through force of will and ingenuity, defeat a well organized empire with an established mass surveillance network and millions of duped citizens on its side.

Hell, I’m actually an optimist when it comes to our ability to overthrow globalism, but I see no easy way out of this situation. I find it saddening that the coming fight is so frightening to people that they would rather assume a nuclear nightmare is on the way. The slower agony of economic decay and a rebellion against Big Brother may be less appetizing, but in my view, it is unavoidable.

Former presidential candidate Dennis Kucinich on Monday broke the Democratic Party code of denial, denial, denial and said that it was the Obama Administration that decided Hillary Clinton would not be indicted, no matter what was revealed by an investigation into her handling of classified emails.

The executive branch “made an early determination that no matter what came up, that there was no way that Hillary Clinton was going to have to be accountable under law to — for anything dealing with the mishandling of classified information.”

Kucinich, who was appearing on Fox, said, “This is a very political process, having very little to do with the scales of justice, and having everything to do with the 2016 presidential election. The Justice Department and the FBI are inevitably a part of the executive branch of government.”

He added, “I will say, it is distressing to see the politicization of the justice system, and the attempt by people in the State Department to try to shade the classified document process in favor of an outcome during the period in which these records were being subpoenaed.”

Distressing, yes, but surprising? Hardly.

Anybody who has paid close attention to the workings of the federal government must be aware that transparency, while much talked about by politicians, is not something that really exists in Washington. Most decisions are made out of the public view, bills are often passed without even being fully written, much less read. There are numerous and obvious conspiracies to push political agendas without going through the legal process. The president regularly creates and passes laws through his improper use of executive orders and a very unique interpretation of the executive branch’s ability to create rules and regulations to support existing laws.

All these things are clear.

That the American public is manipulated by politicians and a complicit media to disbelieve these things is also clear.

How else to explain that, amid the recent deluge of email and video revelations confirming just about everything that’s ever been said or speculated on regarding the Clintons breaking the law, lying to the public and engaging in criminal behavior to get Hillary into the White House, so many voters still think the biggest election issue is that Donald Trump engaged in some locker room talk more than a decade ago?

Just in the past few days, there has been evidence produced that the multiple women accusing Trump of sexual harassment in the past week are all bought and paid for by the Clinton campaign. Other emails have revealed the close relationship between the Clinton campaign and journalists, with major journalists being invited to Clinton aides’ houses days before she declared her candidacy, and with journalists and news outlets revealed as donating more than 21 times as much to Clinton as to Trump. Also revealed in the Wikileaks email dump are instances of alleged “journalists” submitting their stories for approval to Clinton campaign officials.

(A friend of mine coined a term for the rash of slime-ball so-called journalists who are in Hillary’s purse: “presstitutes.” I think we should adopt the term and spread it around.)

On Monday, a video from Project Veritas confirmed beyond a shadow of a doubt what many of us have suspected, that the Democrats have been hiring people to stir up violence at Trump rallies. The video captures many top-tier Clinton cronies spelling out exactly how they find people, train them in the violence script, then plant them in a Trump audience or outside a Trump event, inviting the cooperative press to be there to take pictures and spread the word that Trump is causing violence. The video shows that several infamous incidents of violence were in fact staged, including one in which a woman with an oxygen tank was punched.

The arrogance of the Clinton minions on the video is such that they just come right out and admit to behavior that is probably illegal, including coordinating campaign efforts between the DNC and the Clintons through a number of “double blind” arrangements, in which, for example, the assistant to a Clinton employee is the director of another program that coordinates directly with the DNC. On the video, the man in charge of “bird-dogging,” stirring up violence at Trump and other GOP rallies, boasts that Hillary knows all about his activities.

In another set of emails from the Wikileaks dumps, top Clinton aides, including Huma Abedin and Robert Mook, are shown discussing how important it is to keep billionaire George Soros happy, and that Clinton was going to dine with him that night. Soros, of course, is the money behind much of the effort to get Clinton into office, as well as the string puller behind groups that fundraise for liberal causes, and a big contributor to Black Lives Matter and various activist, socialist groups that have been stirring up violence and racial division for more than the past year. Like President Obama, Hillary exists in Soros’ very deep pocket, as verified by the recently revealed emails.

Our government, represented by Hillary Clinton and her ilk, no longer belongs to us.

New documents released from the FBI investigation of Clinton’s emails even go so far as to reveal the attempted intervention in the release of information by a powerful group within the State Department referred to by employees as “The Shadow Government,” or “The 7th-Floor Group.”

“This is a giant criminal enterprise disguised as a foundation and disguised as a campaign,” Newt Gingrich said Monday about the Clinton cabal.

Despite all the evidence of the deep criminal activity involving the Clintons, their campaign and the DNC, it’s still very possible the Clinton corruption army will be able to cheat its way into office.

As difficult as it is to accept, the hypnotic hold on the minds of liberal voters may just be too powerful for anything to break it. The evidence of top-to-bottom coordination, from Soros down to the thug who throws a punch at a Trump rally, is too compelling and clear for denial of Clinton involvement in a criminal conspiracy to get Hillary into the Oval Office to hold water. Yet, the media will try to bury all of it, being part of that conspiracy, and we know from history that soft-headed liberals will buy whatever excuse is given, probably without even bothering to look into the evidence.

The only thing that can stop Clinton now is the truth, repeated loudly and often.

And he was appointed by the board of directors of the corporation, so if you want to call that voting go ahead because nothing is going to convince you of the truth you don’t WANT to believe. The next CEO is going to continue following the orders of the Board of Directors just like all of our so called Presidents have, regardless of what you believe. I’d like to suggest the soundtrack for the new America that is emerging.

I’ve covered my thoughts on rule of law, obedience and refusal unto death to not comply. These are the building blocks to create systems that stymie the political control of human beings.

My interest in politics is always a matter of self-defense. Politics is nothing more than a sophisticated way to describe a violence system that uses coercion through threat and force to steal from its geographical inhabitants and regulate every aspect of their lives. It molds society through sheer naked aggression and blood lust; a willingness to kill a subject for violating a seatbelt law or not obeying a badged Praetorian in the pay of the state.

And politicians are violence brokers and nothing more. There is no such thing as a statesman, a mythic fiction foisted by court historians through the ages to champion their country’s psychopaths in suit and tie.

There are a number of factors that make this possible. The factory school cartel controlled by the government is a key element of the imperial conditioning process that encourages humans to be so susceptible to the weird and odd hybrid of the Stockholm Syndrome and Milgram experiment that makes Western countries so unbearable.

The latest political circus has finally proven beyond a shadow of a doubt the kabuki theater that is the “two party” system in America; a mere flimsy superstructure to the Deep State that actually controls the vast plantation entity that is the US.

I find Trump just as obnoxious as the harridan from the Clinton crime family but do enjoy the fuck you attitude of the vote for Trump. Most don’t seem to realize that changing the meat puppets in DC does not a change make. But many are waking up to the reeking stink of corruption that is the entire collectivist swamp of Mordor on the Potomac. The leviathan will continue apace and the government will simply get bigger and more intrusive.

The non-aggression principle holds that no initiated aggression through force or fraud is moral and may demand reciprocal violence to stymie the threat or actual use of violence.

This is not pacifism, this is life as we know it. Pacifism is a sure-fire path to extinction for all its practitioners.

But the government keeps pushing and hitting and stealing. Pushing.

Mr. Smith at The Captains Journal adroitly nails this conceit and he straps it to the wall. He handily dissects the latest email conversation where the women of both sexes plot to disarm the populace in America.

The latest Wikileaks (thank you, Mr. Assange for your service to the cause of freedom) release on the DNC emails shows an interesting string of Podesta emails talking to one of his hoplophobic sycophants about disarming the Helots to make way for the next phase in the march to Stalinist America.

So when you look at the rear view mirror of American history you discover time after time where Americans, once British colonials, simply bend to the violent wishes of the central government or its satraps in the states.

The natural reaction to George Washington’s march on the tax protesters in 1794 in Pennsylvania should have been a guerrilla reaction to the national government army trespass with capture and lynching of Washington the moment he arrayed against the tax protesters.

The same applies for the Alien and Seditions Act and the Supremes’ self-appointment as imperial arbiter of the tentacled leviathan in DC in 1803. Time after time these were no different than the intolerant acts by the British government in London before 1775 and the subsequent Congressional over-reach from the criminal syndicate waving colored rags and fomenting war against its own inhabitants.

The fabled westward migration for the next hundred years wasn’t a quaint Disney-esque trek to found the new frontier but an escape mechanism for those who saw the US government for what it was: a Hamiltonian government supremacist orchid-house taking the worst excesses of the ongoing French Revolution and the fundamental tenants of the Roman Empire to craft a new form of mass oppression on the North American continent.

Flash-forward to present day and you’d have to be blind not to see that the Democrats and their Republican clients are nothing more than a vast combine of jobs programs, bureaucracy that never ends and a vicious war machine that makes equal violence on domestic and foreign enemies alike. And the entire trillions dollar enterprise is built on two simple concepts.

Hitting and stealing.

Despite the grandiose buildings, bad speeches, collared rags flapping in the breeze, shabby music and shiny technology; none of it is possible without doing those two simple things. Governments produce nothing that doesn’t result from a combination of theft and violence.

Here’s what makes the system so unique and powerful. Not one politician is ever held to account expect in certain outlier circumstances so the Ceausescus and other political ingrates throughout history who have met an untimely end. I am certain some readers can point to some politicos that have met ends forced upon them and not died comfortably in their beds in mansion built on stolen loot.

We’ve chatted before about how police necessarily exist since they are the spear point of all political will; they are among the most unaccountable for their poor and lethal behavior.

But politicians take this immunity to an incredibly absurd level. The only just war is one fought to defend your country from invasion or to defeat domestic political usurpers. Since war is primarily disputes between plantation owners in all other cases, the politician tends to gravitate to the shivering of swords and rattle of sabers, not participating tin the conflicts they start of course. One can make a very firm case that f anyone is a combatant in wartime it is the political class but the darlings have made sure to enshrine their protection as non-combatants in the conflicts they create sacrosanct and the sheep just follow merrily along.

What would happen if combatant status were granted to politicians instantly? Would it dis-incentivize the rush of old men to extinguish young man in forgotten neo-imperialist shitpits around the globe?

Which brings us to the core of this essay, what is the moral response to the total absence of accountability for those who erect a system without direct consent on the inhabitants of a geographical area? What is the level of tolerance one must bear before striking back in self-defense?

What would the landscape of political zealotry and boosterism look like if politicians were held to the same standards they impose on the Helots they rule over? What would happen if hitting and stealing were actioned the same way the vast number of bipedal sheep are sheared in America on a daily basis?

Let’s step outside the box and ask ourselves some Socratic questions.

• If I come in your house and burgle your wealth and goods every month and then stick a gun in your face if you try to stop me, is that right? What if I steal more simply because you object?

• If you pay off that house and own it outright (from the banks) but refuse to pay the king his assessment, he has the right to seize it for pennies on the dollar?

• If you happen to use or cultivate a plant banned by your betters, you should potentially lose everything including your freedom?

• If I grope your body and genitalia or worst yet forcibly remove your bodily fluids whether with a doctor or not, is that right?

• What if your neighbor decided to sell parts of unborn babies cannibalized by a quasi-government business, profit by it and force your to underwrite it?

• What if you decided to educate your own children but your were still forced at gunpoint to subsidize the destruction of the minds of other urchins whose parents were too immoral or lazy to educate their own?

On and on.

Is there no trespass that deserves to be resisted? Is there anything an American politician can do that would drive Americans to do the right thing? What would you do if your wife, sister or daughter had her face broken or was sexually assaulted by a state employee?

There is much mewling and caterwauling by the usual suspects in the media and their sycophant mouthpieces in the police bureaucracies of a war on cops in a Lewis Carroll world where police violence is civilization and defending yourself against such government hooliganism is barbarism.

Interesting times indeed.

Only the government you have not formally consented to can do as it pleases when it comes to the unlimited dispensation of violence and justification thereof. Many bloviations has been granted to the recent screed about the “Flight 93” nature of the present contest for the Offal Office and everyone misses the implication of the conjecture.

That cockpit should have been rushed in 1787 when the central government cabal was crafting the noose around the necks of all the patriots who had wrested control of their lives from London and granted it to themselves again. America is not a free country and I can no more suggest the morally defensible answer to this than a Helot could in ancient Sparta on pain of death.

I’d like to suggest the soundtrack for the new America that is emerging.

I’ve covered my thoughts on rule of law, obedience and refusal unto death to not comply. These are the building blocks to create systems that stymie the political control of human beings.

My interest in politics is always a matter of self-defense. Politics is nothing more than a sophisticated way to describe a violence system that uses coercion through threat and force to steal from its geographical inhabitants and regulate every aspect of their lives. It molds society through sheer naked aggression and blood lust; a willingness to kill a subject for violating a seatbelt law or not obeying a badged Praetorian in the pay of the state.

And politicians are violence brokers and nothing more. There is no such thing as a statesman, a mythic fiction foisted by court historians through the ages to champion their country’s psychopaths in suit and tie.

There are a number of factors that make this possible. The factory school cartel controlled by the government is a key element of the imperial conditioning process that encourages humans to be so susceptible to the weird and odd hybrid of the Stockholm Syndrome and Milgram experiment that makes Western countries so unbearable.

The latest political circus has finally proven beyond a shadow of a doubt the kabuki theater that is the “two party” system in America; a mere flimsy superstructure to the Deep State that actually controls the vast plantation entity that is the US.

I find Trump just as obnoxious as the harridan from the Clinton crime family but do enjoy the fuck you attitude of the vote for Trump. Most don’t seem to realize that changing the meat puppets in DC does not a change make. But many are waking up to the reeking stink of corruption that is the entire collectivist swamp of Mordor on the Potomac. The leviathan will continue apace and the government will simply get bigger and more intrusive.

The non-aggression principle holds that no initiated aggression through force or fraud is moral and may demand reciprocal violence to stymie the threat or actual use of violence.

This is not pacifism, this is life as we know it. Pacifism is a sure-fire path to extinction for all its practitioners.

But the government keeps pushing and hitting and stealing. Pushing.

Mr. Smith at The Captains Journal adroitly nails this conceit and he straps it to the wall. He handily dissects the latest email conversation where the women of both sexes plot to disarm the populace in America.

The latest Wikileaks (thank you, Mr. Assange for your service to the cause of freedom) release on the DNC emails shows an interesting string of Podesta emails talking to one of his hoplophobic sycophants about disarming the Helots to make way for the next phase in the march to Stalinist America.

So when you look at the rear view mirror of American history you discover time after time where Americans, once British colonials, simply bend to the violent wishes of the central government or its satraps in the states.

The natural reaction to George Washington’s march on the tax protesters in 1794 in Pennsylvania should have been a guerrilla reaction to the national government army trespass with capture and lynching of Washington the moment he arrayed against the tax protesters.

The same applies for the Alien and Seditions Act and the Supremes’ self-appointment as imperial arbiter of the tentacled leviathan in DC in 1803. Time after time these were no different than the intolerant acts by the British government in London before 1775 and the subsequent Congressional over-reach from the criminal syndicate waving colored rags and fomenting war against its own inhabitants.

The fabled westward migration for the next hundred years wasn’t a quaint Disney-esque trek to found the new frontier but an escape mechanism for those who saw the US government for what it was: a Hamiltonian government supremacist orchid-house taking the worst excesses of the ongoing French Revolution and the fundamental tenants of the Roman Empire to craft a new form of mass oppression on the North American continent.

Flash-forward to present day and you’d have to be blind not to see that the Democrats and their Republican clients are nothing more than a vast combine of jobs programs, bureaucracy that never ends and a vicious war machine that makes equal violence on domestic and foreign enemies alike. And the entire trillions dollar enterprise is built on two simple concepts.

Hitting and stealing.

Despite the grandiose buildings, bad speeches, collared rags flapping in the breeze, shabby music and shiny technology; none of it is possible without doing those two simple things. Governments produce nothing that doesn’t result from a combination of theft and violence.

Here’s what makes the system so unique and powerful. Not one politician is ever held to account expect in certain outlier circumstances so the Ceausescus and other political ingrates throughout history who have met an untimely end. I am certain some readers can point to some politicos that have met ends forced upon them and not died comfortably in their beds in mansion built on stolen loot.

We’ve chatted before about how police necessarily exist since they are the spear point of all political will; they are among the most unaccountable for their poor and lethal behavior.

But politicians take this immunity to an incredibly absurd level. The only just war is one fought to defend your country from invasion or to defeat domestic political usurpers. Since war is primarily disputes between plantation owners in all other cases, the politician tends to gravitate to the shivering of swords and rattle of sabers, not participating tin the conflicts they start of course. One can make a very firm case that f anyone is a combatant in wartime it is the political class but the darlings have made sure to enshrine their protection as non-combatants in the conflicts they create sacrosanct and the sheep just follow merrily along.

What would happen if combatant status were granted to politicians instantly? Would it dis-incentivize the rush of old men to extinguish young man in forgotten neo-imperialist shitpits around the globe?

Which brings us to the core of this essay, what is the moral response to the total absence of accountability for those who erect a system without direct consent on the inhabitants of a geographical area? What is the level of tolerance one must bear before striking back in self-defense?

What would the landscape of political zealotry and boosterism look like if politicians were held to the same standards they impose on the Helots they rule over? What would happen if hitting and stealing were actioned the same way the vast number of bipedal sheep are sheared in America on a daily basis?

Let’s step outside the box and ask ourselves some Socratic questions.

• If I come in your house and burgle your wealth and goods every month and then stick a gun in your face if you try to stop me, is that right? What if I steal more simply because you object?

• If you pay off that house and own it outright (from the banks) but refuse to pay the king his assessment, he has the right to seize it for pennies on the dollar?

• If you happen to use or cultivate a plant banned by your betters, you should potentially lose everything including your freedom?

• If I grope your body and genitalia or worst yet forcibly remove your bodily fluids whether with a doctor or not, is that right?

• What if your neighbor decided to sell parts of unborn babies cannibalized by a quasi-government business, profit by it and force your to underwrite it?

• What if you decided to educate your own children but your were still forced at gunpoint to subsidize the destruction of the minds of other urchins whose parents were too immoral or lazy to educate their own?

On and on.

Is there no trespass that deserves to be resisted? Is there anything an American politician can do that would drive Americans to do the right thing? In my correspondence regarding the events in Cologne, an editor of a Russian newspaper asked me a natural, but discouraging question; “Where were the German men?”, he inquired of me, perplexed.

Indeed, for us who grew up in Soviet Russia, it would be inconceivable that some drunk young people could publicly mock and harass girls on New Year’s Eve in the very center of Moscow or Saint Petersburg. If they dared to do this, they wouldn’t survive until the morning, they would become “martyrs” and would have their way with 72 virgins in a completely different realm.

Ethical codes, embedded in us on a genetic level, would demand that we intervene on behalf of the women. Especially, in a situation where normal adult men were more numerous than the rapists, and the rapists themselves were not terrorists, cyborgs or aliens, but mere street punks.

As it turned out in Germany, Sweden, Austria — these codes were fatally violated. A great number of strong healthy men, having heard the girls screaming and crying, and having seen the crimes being committed, didn’t do anything to save the victims. In rare cases, the girls were defended by migrants from Eastern Europe or Third World countries.

But this is only the first question in a long line of simple questions. We could expect that women, having learned about the abuse of girls the next day, would be in a fury. Since there is an inherent instinct in every normal woman to rescue a child or to protect a girl from an abuse, rape or harassment.

Again, genetic codes didn’t work.

We heard women blaming the victims and defending the rapists. We heard Henriette Reker, the mayor of Cologne, who claimed that “there’s always the possibility of keeping a certain distance of more than an arm’s length”; Claudia Roth from the Green Party, who accused an “organized mob” on the Internet of“calling for a hunt on non-white people”. We learned about dozens of female journalists who concealed the truth because the rapists were “refugees”. Feminists? We didn’t hear their voices. As we haven’t heard their voices in Sweden, Norway and England, where thousands of girls had long ago been turned into “white meat”.

Instead, all we hear is a subtle mumble, like that of the expert Irmgard Kopetzky, who states that “sexual violence is an issue for people of all ethnic origins”.“Figures show the majority of people carrying out sex attacks in Germany do not come from an immigrant background”, according to her.

Andrea den Boer, from the University of Kent, sees roots of the problem in that“the sex ratio alteration in the young adult population looking also to be abnormal at about 114 boys of that age for every 100 girls (SIC)”. Really?

In China, Armenia, Azerbaijan there are also many more boys than girls. Has anyone heard about something similar happening in Beijing, Erevan or Baku? Why, during the revolutions in Romania, Ukraine, Georgia and Moldova, were there no cases of gang rape of girls during demonstrations, as it happened in Tahrir Square?

The wider Pandora’s box is opened, the more questions arise. What about politicians? Have any of them, left or right, called it the way they saw it? No.

“Sexual harassment is not automatically binding to migration and immigration,” Swedish Prime Minister Stefan Löfven told in Davos. Sure! According to the report by Swedish National Council for Crime Prevention (BRÅ) 20 years before, in 1996, the highest rates of rape convictions were for individuals born in North Africa and Iraq. They were convicted of rape at rates of 17.5 times the native Swedish rate respectively.

We are speaking about a commonplace situation, typical for the patriarchal Muslim world — for Iraqis, Afghans or Somalis — where a non-Muslim woman is nothing more than a sexual object, an easy and natural prey, a whore.

Coptic women in Egypt are constantly subject to harassment just because they are Christians. The Civil war in Lebanon took place not least because of the mass rape of Christian women by Palestinians. How much more for European women accustomed to their free dress code and not protected by families.

If “refugees” ever dared to do the same at home — in Algeria, Iraq, Afghanistan and Somalia — with Muslim girls, they would be buried alive. There are strict and oppressive laws of clan vengeance and no one dares to harass a woman from another clan or tribe without bearing an inevitable cruel punishment. European women have no protection from their families or even the state, with the latter taking the side of the perpetrator. That is why they are doomed.

Why are western politicians paralyzed by fear? Why do only leaders of Eastern Europe dare to tell the truth, such as: Miloš Zeman and Bohuslav Sobotka, the President and Prime Minister of the Czech Republic, Slovakian Prime Minister Robert Fico, Prime Minister of Hungary Viktor Orbán? The issue is not about right or left ideology. Zeman, Sobotka and Fico are Socialists. The issue is about a healthy, normal perception of the world based on genuine European values.

Why did it occur that they were the only leaders who could give both a courageous and adequate response to the reality of this situation? These small countries, squeezed between millstones of formerly great empires, having survived Soviet despotism, now know the value of freedom and dignity. They were vaccinated against universalist ideologies. Yet it is curious that Czech Republic and Slovakia are the only countries that accept genuine refugees facing a terrible fate — Christians and Yazidis from Iraq, but not mature and aggressive young men heading to Europe for an easy life and “white meat”.

What has happened to the world, when men, women, politicians, and the elite betray their daughters and children in order to please newcomers with their baser instincts and a cult of male power?

The answer is sad — the culture of postmodernism has managed to do what couldn’t be achieved even by the Communist propaganda machine. It has degraded the instinct of self-preservation, natural reactions embedded in humans on a genetic level, the ability to feel compassion and protect a victim – a woman, a girl, a child. An abstract ideology has suppressed the mind and senses.

I left USSR as a hater of Soviet totalitarianism. Now I realize that the cultural totalitarianism of political correctness has turned out to be much more poisonous.

The Soviet regime dictated harsh rules and established censorship. However people remained normal human beings. They laughed at authorities, composed jokes about Brezhnev, made satirical films in spite of the censorship, and learned to read newspapers between the lines. This primarily referred to the intelligentsia.

Cultural totalitarianism succeeded much more. It affirmed a relentless self-censorship, turned people into sterile zombies, and exterminated basic senses of responsibility and dignity. It changed the very nature of man, and indeed, it was a unique experiment on their own people.

Just during the past few weeks, there have been major discussions about stock markets dropping, the insolvency of Europe’s biggest investment bank, the mounting debt crisis and a deeper, long-term decline for ‘everyday Americans.’

Here’s what you probably missed while the Hillary-Trump cage match has taken over the collective psyche:

1. HSBC Issues “Red Alert” Over Imminent Sell-Off of Stocks

The U.S. stock market is artificially propped up by the Federal Reserve, but their ability to stimulate the economy has worn off. Immunity has set in, and they’ve got nothing left.

It is only a matter of time until Yellen raises rates.

When the shoe drops, everything falls with it.

In a note to clients released Wednesday, Murray Gunn, the head of technical analysis for HSBC, said he had become on “RED ALERT” for an imminent sell-off in stocks given the price action over the past few weeks.

Citi’s Tom Fitzpatrick also highlighted the market’s similarities to the 1987 crash just a few days ago. “With the US stock market selling off aggressively on 11 October, we now issue a RED ALERT,” Gunn said.

2. I.M.F. Issues “Stability Warning” Over Deutsche Bank

Germany’s – and Europe’s – largest investment bank is in the midst of a terrible crisis with its balance sheets, overloaded with toxic debt that is big enough to topple several continents. Goldman Sachs and others, of course, have echoed their concerns.

According to the NY Times:

“The focus of investors has shifted from the level of capital to the business model, and that is why banks are under pressure,” said Peter Dattels, deputy director in the I.M.F.’s capital markets division.

In their report, the fund’s economists argued that the problems with European banks were deeply structural: a toxic brew of low levels of capital, troubled loans and business models that no longer delivered profits in an era of low growth and negative interest rates.

In particular, Mr. Dattels said, “banks are transitioning from outdated business models that rely on large scale balance sheets,” saying that Deutsche Bank fell into this bucket.

Economists and regulators have argued that Deutsche Bank, given its size and culture of risk-taking, poses more of a risk to financial markets than its peers in Europe and the United States.

As per usual with the haunting spectre of 2008, Deutsche Bank’s demise threatens contagion on a global basis, and will almost certainly infect U.S. markets as well.

3. Bank of America Warns That a Recession is Imminent, and Unavoidable

As SHTF reported, even the big banks are being forced to admit that stimulus is no longer working, and that consequences are happening.

The Fed’s disastrous rescue plan after the 2008 financial crisis has left the U.S. economy in a fragile and vulnerable state.

4. Macquarie Group’s Leading Investor Warns That the Private Sector Will Never Recover From QE3… and the Age of Human Jobs Is Over

Federal Reserve monetary policy has absolutely eviscerated small businesses. Even typical players in investment markets are no longer able to get returns in private investment.

This is forcing a de facto state-run economy, and to make matters worse, all the humans are about to be laid off as robots take their jobs.

In the coming decade, 3.5 million truckers will lose their jobs, and along with will go waitresses, secretaries, teachers, office workers and much more. What then?

None of that works, there is no evidence. It can impact asset prices, but they don’t flow into the real economy,” he said.

“There is no productivity on a global basis… The private sector will never recover, it will never multiply money again…”

5. The Bank of International Settlements – the Central Bank of Central Banks – Warns of Chinese Economy Meltdown

Our financial problems are global in nature, and markets in China are just as vulnerable to collapse. Basically, all the major economies are playing the same dangerous shell game.

As Michael Snyder reported:

The pinnacle of the global financial system is warning that conditions are right for a “full-blown banking crisis” in China.  Since the last financial crisis, there has been a credit boom in China that is really unprecedented in world history.

At this point the total value of all outstanding loans in China has hit a grand total of more than 28 trillion dollars.  That is essentially equivalent to the commercial banking systems of the United States and Japan combined.

The Bank for International Settlements warned in its quarterly report that China’s “credit to GDP gap” has reached 30.1, the highest to date and in a different league altogether from any other major country tracked by the institution. It is also significantly higher than the scores in East Asia’s speculative boom on 1997 or in the US subprime bubble before the Lehman crisis. (source)

But of course there is more.

Put this together with the downright eerie predictions of ranking figures in Goldman Sachs and JP Morgan Chase.

• Goldman Sachs warns that the “Third Wave” of the financial crisis is upon us, and will be the worst phase of it yet:

This wave is characterized by rock-bottom commodities prices, stalling growth in China and other emerging-markets economies, and low global inflation, Goldman Sachs analysts led by Peter Oppenheimer said in a big-picture note.

This triple whammy has its roots in the response to the first two waves of crisis — the banking collapse and European sovereign-debt crisis — and it is all part of the so-called debt supercycle of the past few decades. (source)

• JP Morgan Chase CEO Jamie Dimon warned last year that a “volatile crisis” is coming.

He is preparing his firm to dig deeper into control over the digital grid, and the fees, penalties and surcharges that go along with it.

The trigger to the next crisis will not be the same as the trigger to the last one – but there will be another crisis. Triggering events could be geopolitical (the 1973 Middle East crisis), a recession where the Fed rapidly increases interest rates (the 1980-1982 recession), a commodities price collapse (oil in the late 1980s), the commercial real estate crisis (in the early 1990s), the Asian crisis (in 1997), so-called “bubbles” (the 2000 Internet bubble and the 2008 mortgage/housing bubble), etc

These “reaction” transactions of the next financial crisis will be intensified by the new financial terrain:

• automated, rapid via computers, algorithms, big data;
• “shallow markets” and threatened with “illiquidity”;
• positioned to charge for deposits and transactions while less likely to lend and returning little or no interest;
• vulnerable to cyber theft and subject to account freezes;
• market “depth” limited by gravity of actions of big fish in the pond – big banks, Federal Reserve bond purchases, derivatives moved by enormous players and rapid computerized trades; dark pools of billionaires steering big deals from the shadows;

What do they know that we don’t, and how bad is it going to be? More importantly, are you prepared to survive such a crisis?

Citi Should Worry About the End of Central Banking Instead of Yellen

Citi Is Worried About the Political Winds Blowing Against Yellen … A premature exit? … Citigroup Inc. on Tuesday posed an unspeakable question: will a political storm sweep Federal Reserve Chair Janet Yellen after the election that will force her to quit before her term ends in February 2018? -Bloomberg

Citi claims to be worried about the demise of Janet Yellen as Fed head but actually its top officials – the ones who report to London’s City – are more worried about the gradual unwinding of central banking itself.

We wrote yesterday about the unwinding of the Western – and US – political system. But central banking won’t last any longer than the current political “democracy” – and for the same reason. Too many people understand that like politics itself, central banking is not what it seems.

Yesterday, we didn’t fully explain the realities of the demise of politics. But elite concerns regarding the demise surely exist and surround central banking as well.

It is all a balancing act. Modern elites control the formal societal conversation and the Internet has corroded their control. They are fully aware by now of this corrosion and have taken steps to address it by centralizing Internet facilities via Facebook, Google, etc. and by expanding economic chaos and war worldwide.

But in the meantime, they struggle to control ‘Net fallout and to maintain the propaganda and “directed history” that they have used so successfully in past centuries.

Ideally, elite programs would be proactive, not reactive. They would be moving on their own terms and using their own timing. But we have observed for well over a decade that the Internet has challenged narratives and made control more difficult.

Elites intend to tear down current sociopolitical and economic structures on the way to creating world government. But that doesn’t mean they want the credibility of their memes to be rendered dysfunctional. Or at the very least they want to be in control of the process, which they are not now.

And thus they worry about Yellen, or at least give the appearance of doing so. And they worry about the current, global application of central banking. Ideally, the destruction of the current economic system is to be generated on their terms, not via uncontrollable third-parties.

Amid one of the most polarized U.S. elections in living memory, monetary policy has been thrust firmly into the campaign limelight. Republican nominee Donald Trump has attacked Yellen in highly personal terms, questioned the independence of the Fed, and suggested the Chair could be replaced with a partisan choice under a Trump administration …

“Calls to limit the power and monetary policy independence of the Fed are not new,” the analysts, led by Dana Peterson, wrote in a research note published this week. “However, recently intensified scrutiny of Fed activities and policy decisions, especially amid the 2016 election season, has prompted speculation that Fed Chair Yellen may exit her position and the board itself, sooner rather than later.”

What Citi is apparently worried about here is that Yellen and the Fed might lose “independence” and that central banking might end up being run by Congress. This kind of move might be driven by consumer anger and misery.

It is nonsense that those at the top of Citi have an concern about the Fed losing its independence because it doesn’t have any to begin with.Trump  seems somewhat anti-Fed and that is all to the good, as the Fed fixes the price of money and as such must always create currency debasement. Under the Fed, the dollar has lost all but about two cents of its value.

But Trump doesn’t go nearly far enough. He treats the Fed as if it actually could be some sort of productive entity. But it cannot be so.

The Fed was created by bank financiers who wore masks on their way down to meet together at Jekyll Island. They called their project a “federal reserve” because people were against the concept.

The hid their identities and mislabeled the Federal Reserve because what they were doing was wrong. They were creating an engine of monetary and price inflation that over time would break the middle class, ruin the dollar and eventually destroy the US itself.

This would be the inevitable result of monetary price fixing – which is the real Fed’s real authority and power.

There are central banks like the Fed all over the world now. Many are not “independent” and really that doesn’t matter a bit. One merely needs to keep in mind that central banks are agencies of destruction to understand fully what has taken place.

In every nation and region where there is a central bank, the nation state and its citizens will eventually find survival difficult if not impossible. People will be given a choice. Either the cooperate to create a more fully globalized world or they and their families will face extinction.

This will not take place overnight, of course. And that is why Citi will continue to be concerned over central banking, and perhaps even Yellen. Citi needs central banking to maintain its undeserved dominance over the US economy. It values the independence of the Fed because the US political system has less power that way and the banking establishment controlled out of the City of London has more.

Conclusion: Ultimately, Citi’s priority is not fending off the leave-taking of Yellen or the ruin of central banking … but managing its demise and the presentation of the preferred solution: a global central bank. That’s its real concern and the rest in a sense is incidental.

Ignorance of the law is no excuse!

Every time a legal question comes up, most run to an attorney to get an explanation. We naively ask them questions like: what does this rule mean, what does this bill mean, or what does this term mean? However, our dependence on attorneys has rarely enhanced our lives. And, there is a good reason why this is true.

In 1939 Yale law professor Fred Rodell wrote an amazing book, Woe Unto you Lawyers, exposing lawyers, judges and legal-speak. He pointed out reality regarding “The Law” (Rodell’s term) that exists today across the planet – in spades.

From Chapter I of Woe Unto You Lawyers!

“It is the lawyers who run our civilization for us – our governments, our business, our private lives. Most legislators are lawyers; they make our laws. Most presidents, governors, commissioners, along with their advisers and brain-trusters are lawyers; they administer our laws. All the judges are lawyers; they interpret and enforce our laws. There is no separation of powers where the lawyers are concerned. There is only a concentration of all government power – in the lawyers. As the schoolboy put it, ours is “a government of lawyers, not of men.””

It is a fact that lawyers intentionally write laws and contracts using language non-lawyers cannot comprehend. Even though we are expected to abide by these unintelligible laws and honor these incomprehensible contracts/agreements, they are written in a language that only lawyers can understand. If you doubt this fact, get out and read the “terms and conditions” your bank insisted you agree to when you opened your checking account or got your mortgage. Did anyone take a lawyer with them when they opened their checking account?

From Chapter I of Woe Unto You Lawyers!

“For the lawyers’ trade is a trade built entirely on words. And so long as the lawyers carefully keep to themselves the key to what those words mean, the only way the average man can find out what is going on is to become a lawyer, or at least to study law, himself. All of which makes it very nice – and very secure – for the lawyers.”

Legal-speak assigns different meanings to common words that we would never suspect, such as the word “person”. The Merriam-Webster dictionary defines a “person” as “a human being”. However, in legal-speak a “person” is not a human being, it is:

STATE OF CALIFORNIA Government code Section 1-26
17.  “Person” includes any person, firm, association, organization, partnership, limited liability company, business trust, corporation, or company.

STATE OF OHIO Statutory definitions 1.59
(C) “Person” includes an individual, corporation, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, and association.

It should be obvious to any living man or woman that rules for artificial legal constructs (such as corporations and trusts) can’t be the same as those for living men, women, boys and girls, i.e. the first being dead and the second being alive.

To keep this scam going and continue to inflict unjust rules and contracts against men and women trying to earn a living and live peaceful lives, The Law established a truly insane legal principle: “Ignorance of the law is no excuse”! This principle reigns supreme in all of our courtrooms today. It represents the primary doctrine of the “judiciary” as it metes out injustice on a daily basis.

Even the US Supreme Court was not exempt from Rodell’s scrutiny.

From Chapter IV of Woe Unto You Lawyers!

“The third kind of case – the most important of all – includes all those disputes in which someone claims that a state law or a federal law – or some action taken under such a law – “offends” the U.S. Constitution. Here the Supreme Court has the final word. What it decides and what it says in these cases make up that holy hunk of The Law known as Constitutional Law.”

“And of course, too, there is not a word in the Constitution about police power[1] or businesses affected with a public interest or state jurisdiction to tax. But this fact does not stop the Supreme Court from using such concepts as the basis of Constitutional Law. Even the Highest Court of the Land laying down the Supreme Law of the Land reverts to the same old hocus-pocus of solemn words spoken with a straight face, and meaning, intrinsically, nothing.”

We are also fooled by lawyers when they say that the “court decided” a matter or that it will be up to “the courts” to decide – as if black robed lawyers have some God-like power to judge human behavior here on planet earth.

From Chapter VII of Woe Unto You Lawyers!

“Even the Supreme Court, from time to time in its opinions, feels it imperative to state that it is The Law, that infallible automatic machine, and not the Court, those nine fallible men, that really dictates decisions. For the lawyers know it would be woe unto the lawyers if the non-lawyers ever got wise to the fact that their lives were run, not by The Law, not by any rigid and impersonal and automatically-applied code of rules, but instead by a comparatively small group of men, smart, smooth, and smug – the lawyers.”

It should be obvious to all who investigate our current legal system that Thomas Jefferson’s words of warning have become a tragic reality. Rodell stated it was true even back in 1939:

“The germ of destruction of our nation is in the power of the judiciary, an irresponsible body – working like gravity by night and by day – gaining a little today and a little tomorrow, and advancing its noiseless step like a thief over the field of jurisdiction, until all shall render powerless the check of one branch over the other and will become as venal and oppressive as the government from which we separated.”  Thomas Jefferson

Day after day men and women are marched into BAR courts by ‘law enforcement’ employees to receive fines or penalties (jail time) for breaking rules that they didn’t even know existed. And yet most lawyers refuse to acknowledge that our current legal system has absolutely nothing to do with justice.

Almost seventy years after Fred Rodell’s book came out another good man – also a law professor – released his book, Fruit from a Poisonous Tree, exposing the fraud within our legal system. Author attorney Melvin Stamper has done our country a great service, like Rodell, by explaining in every day language the secretive workings of our now completely commercial legal system called the Uniform Commercial Code.

These two human heroes have demonstrated to everyone – who takes the time to read their work – that it is up to all of us to educate ourselves on The Law and stop relying on lawyers to bring us justice. The harsh reality is that lawyers are unwittingly trained to inflict injustice on the 99% for the benefit of the 1% wealthiest and most powerful psychopaths on the planet.

It would be helpful if everyone started their education of The Law, as it is currently being inflicted on us, by reading Uniform Commercial Code Article 1 – General Provisions and learn what is really going on when you sign a contract or agreement.

On a sunny afternoon last summer, Craig Atkinson, a New York City-based filmmaker, stood in a front yard in South Carolina surrounded by several heavily armed police officers.

The officers, members of the Richland County Sheriff’s Department tactical team, were descending on a modest one-story house looking for drugs and guns. The team smashed through the windows of the home with iron pikes, then stormed the front door with rifles raised.

Inside, they found a terrified family of four, including an infant. As the family members were pulled outside, Atkinson’s camera captured a scene that plays out with startling regularity in cities and towns across the country, one of many included in his new documentary, “Do Not Resist,” an examination of police militarization in the United States.

The police begin rooting through the trash. “Where the fuck is the weed?” one officer asks, as the team ransacks a car parked in the driveway. “Boy that was sweet,” another says, commenting on the speed of the raid. One officer finds a backpack, which yields a bit of marijuana — it’s not enough to roll a joint, but it’s something.

The officer in charge questions the owner of the backpack, a young African-American man. In a conversation captured on Atkinson’s microphone, the young man, a local community college student, tells the officer he runs a small landscaping business.

Knowing he’s being taken into custody, with his hands cuffed in front of him, he asks the officer for a favor: Can he remove the $876 in his pocket set aside for new lawn-care equipment and give it to one of his employees to go to the hardware store?

Instead of handing the cash to the arrestee’s co-worker, the tactical team seizes the money.

“I never one time said you’re a bad person,” the officer tells the young man before he’s led off. “I just have a job to do, and you happen to be in the middle of it.”

The pernicious practice of civil asset forfeiture, which allows law enforcement to grab cash or property during the course of raids, then requires people to prove the assets were not related to criminal activity in order to get them back — and allows police to keep the assets if they fail to do so — has been well documented.

What’s less common is to see one of those interactions play out on camera. Capturing those kinds of moments is what “Do Not Resist” is all about.

Atkinson’s directorial debut has already taken home this year’s prize for best documentary at the Tribeca Film Festival and is currently making the rounds in select cities around the country. Radley Balko, author of “Rise of the Warrior Cop: The Militarization of America’s Police Forces,” has called the film “terrifying,” “powerful,” and “important.”

Based on substantial on-the-ground reporting, “Do Not Resist” is both unsettling to watch and necessary to see. The film begins in Ferguson, Missouri, on a rainy night of protest in August 2014 that erupted into a melee of tear gas and screaming. It then quickly moves to a seminar with Dave Grossman, a law enforcement guru who gives trainings on lethal force and the application of a warrior mentality in the name of the law.

“The policeman is the man of the city,” Grossman begins, before explaining that cops he’s spoken to routinely describe their first on-the-job kill as a prelude to the best sex of their lives. “Both partners are very invested in some very intense sex,” Grossman says. “There’s not a whole lot of perks that come with this job. You find one, relax and enjoy it.”

Grossman believes that a violent reckoning between law enforcement and critics of police militarization is fast approaching. “We are at war,” Grossman tells the crowd, “and you are the front-line troops in this war.”

The language reflects a theme that runs throughout “Do Not Resist.”

Atkinson began the project three years ago in the wake of the Boston Marathon bombings. The images of armored cars and commando cops in the streets resonated for him on a personal level. Atkinson’s father spent 29 years as a police officer outside Detroit — 13 of them on a SWAT team, where he held the rank of commander. Atkinson and his brother would take part in their dad’s training, playing the part of hostages when they were little and mock shooters when they were big enough to handle weapons.

Watching the footage from Boston, it was obvious to Atkinson that something profound had shifted since his dad’s days on the force. He set out to create a film that would capture that shift. The “Do Not Resist” crew attended expos and trade shows, community meetings and federal hearings, training seminars and SWAT contests. All told, the team traveled to 19 states, went on roughly 20 police ride-a-longs, observed half a dozen raids, and interacted with hundreds of police officers.

The hope was to be on-hand for an incident in which a SWAT team’s use of heavy weapons would be unquestionably warranted. “I thought the whole time I would be able to show something that would kind of reflect the entire scope of what a SWAT officer might go through sometimes, where you actually do need the equipment,” Atkinson explained.

Instead, the filmmaker repeatedly found himself watching police with military-grade weaponry executing dubious search warrants. The frequency of the raids was particularly shocking, with one of the officers in the film claiming his team does 200 such operations a year. By comparison, Atkinson notes, his father performed a total of 29 search warrant raids over his entire 13 years in SWAT — according to some estimates, SWAT teams now carry out between 50,000 to 80,000 raids across the country annually.

“The search warrants, we’re told, are always used for massive drug dealers and kingpins, and then we run in these homes and we never found anything,” Atkinson said.

Beyond the day-to-day breaking down of doors, “Do Not Resist” explores the growing role of private surveillance companies in local policing, and law enforcement’s thirst for technology that can predict crimes before they happen.

The film highlights Persistence Surveillance Systems, a company offering low-cost aerial surveillance honed in Fallujah to domestic law enforcement. “We’re not out to watch the whole world, just all the world that’s got crime,” Ross McNutt, the president of the company, insists.

“That’s the next wave in the militarization of police,” Atkinson told The Intercept in an interview. “What we found was a whole slew of retired military officers now in the private sector now selling the exact same surveillance technology that they just got back from Iraq and Afghanistan with to local law enforcement for small money on the dollar.”

The intent of “Do Not Resist,” Atkinson said, is to provide a glimpse inside the realities of American policing, challenge the policing-for-profit model that has caused departments in economically depressed communities to treat their citizens as walking ATM machines, call out a warrior culture that divides law enforcement from the public they’re sworn to serve, and flag the dangers of war-zone technologies being applied domestically.

For the most part, the reaction from law enforcement has been positive, Atkinson said.

“I’ve had a lot of law enforcement really respond well to the film and say that it reflects these issues that a lot of them have been working on themselves,” he said.

As for his father, Atkinson said, watching the film stirs up uncomfortable feelings.

“His major reaction was just disappointment in seeing how far the mission creep had actually gone,” he said. “It’s obviously disappointing to see something that you were dedicating your life to so completely, evolve into something that you would never want to be a part of.”

Presidents don’t give up power.

Executive orders don’t expire at the end of each presidential term.

And every successive occupant of the Oval Office since George Washington, who issued the first executive order, has expanded the reach and power of the presidency.

The Constitution invests the President with very specific, limited powers: to serve as Commander in Chief of the military, grant pardons, make treaties (with the approval of Congress), appoint ambassadors and federal judges (again with Congress’ blessing), and veto legislation.

In recent years, however, American presidents have anointed themselves with the power to wage war, unilaterally kill Americans, torture prisoners, strip citizens of their rights, arrest and detain citizens indefinitely, carry out warrantless spying on Americans, and erect their own secretive, shadow government.

These are the powers that will be inherited by the next heir to the throne, and it won’t make a difference whether it’s a President Trump or a President Clinton occupying the Oval Office.

The powers amassed by each successive president through the negligence of Congress and the courts—powers which add up to a toolbox of terror for an imperial ruler—empower whomever occupies the Oval Office to act as a dictator, above the law and beyond any real accountability.

Consider some of the presidential powers—which have been acquired through the use of executive orders, decrees, memorandums, proclamations, national security directives and legislative signing statements and can be activated by any sitting president—that have allowed past presidents to operate above the law and beyond the reach of the Constitution.

The power to kill. As the New York Times concluded, “President Obama, who came to office promising transparency and adherence to the rule of law, has become the first president to claim the legal authority to order an American citizen killed without judicial involvement, real oversight or public accountability.” Obama’s kill lists—signature drone strikes handpicked by the president—have been justified by the Justice Department as lawful because they are subject to internal deliberations by the executive branch. “In other words,” writes Amy Davidson for the New Yorker, “it’s due process if the President thinks about it.”

The power to wage war. Ever since Congress granted George W. Bush the authorization to use military force in the wake of 9/11, the United States has been in a state of endless war without Congress ever having declared one. Having pledged to end Bush’s wars, Barack Obama has extended them. As the New York Times notes, “He has now been at war longer than Mr. Bush, or any other American president… he will leave behind an improbable legacy as the only president in American history to serve two complete terms with the nation at war.” More than that, as the Atlantic makes clear, “Obama is inaugurating an era of unbridled war-making by the commander in chief, without any of the checks and balances contemplated by the American constitutional system.”

The power to torture. Despite the fact that the Bush Administration’s use of waterboarding as a torture tactic was soundly criticized by Obama, the Obama Administration refused to hold anyone accountable for participating in the rendition and torture programs. In the absence of any finding of criminality, the authorization of such torture tactics remain part of the president’s domain—should he or she ever choose to revive it.

The power to spy on American citizens. In the wake of the 9/11 terror attacks, President Bush secretly authorized the National Security Agency to carry out surveillance on Americans’ phone calls and emails. The Bush Administration claimed that the Constitution gives the president inherent powers to protect national security. The covert surveillance has continued under Obama.

The power to indefinitely detain American citizens. In 1942, President Franklin D. Roosevelt issued an executive order requiring that all Japanese-Americans be held in internment camps. While that order was later rescinded, the U.S. Supreme Court declared it to be constitutional. The ruling has never been overturned. Pointing out that such blatantly illegal detentions could happen again—with the blessing of the courts—Justice Scalia warned, “In times of war, the laws fall silent.” In fact, each National Defense Authorization Act enacted since 2012 has included a provision that permits the military to detain individuals—including Americans citizens—indefinitely without trial.

The power to strip American citizens of their constitutional rights. The Bush Administration claimed it could strip American citizens of their constitutional rights, imprison them indefinitely, and deny them legal representation simply by labeling them as enemy combatants. While the Obama Administration jettisoned the use of the term “enemy combatant,” it has persisted in defending the president’s unilateral and global right to detain anyone suspected of supporting terrorist activities.

The power to secretly rewrite or sidestep the laws of the country. Secret courts, secret orders, and secret budgets have become standard operating procedure for presidential administrations in recent years. A good case in point is Presidential Policy Directive 20, a secret order signed by President Obama as a means of thwarting cyberattacks. Based on what little information was leaked to the press about the clandestine directive, it appears that the president essentially put the military in charge of warding off a possible cyberattack. A FOIA request by the Electronic Privacy Information Center (EPIC) seeking more details on the directive was allegedly denied because doing so could cause “exceptionally grave damage to the national security.” However, EPIC believes the order allows for military deployment within the United States, including the ability to shut off communications with the outside world if the military believes it is necessary.

The power to transform the police into extensions of the military and indirectly institute martial law. What began in the 1960s as a war on drugs transitioned into an all-out campaign to transform America’s police forces into extensions of the military. Every successive president since Nixon has added to the police’s arsenal, tactics and authority. In fact, the Obama Administration has accelerated police militarization by distributing military weapons and equipment to police and incentivizing SWAT team raids and heavy-handed police tactics through the use of federal grants and asset forfeiture schemes.

The power to command the largest military and intelligence capabilities in the world and, in turn, “wag the dog.” As law professor William P. Marshall points out:

In his roles as Commander-in-Chief and head of the Executive Branch, the President directly controls the most powerful military in the world and directs clandestine agencies such as the Central Intelligence Agency and National Security Agency. That control provides the President with immensely effective, non-transparent capabilities to further his political agenda and/or diminish the political abilities of his opponents. Whether a President would cynically use such power solely for his political advantage has, of course, been the subject of political thrillers and the occasional political attack. President Clinton, for one, was accused of ordering the bombing of terrorist bases in Afghanistan to distract the nation from the Lewinsky scandal, and President Nixon purportedly used the Federal Bureau of Investigation to investigate his political enemies. But regardless whether such abuses actually occurred, there is no doubt that control of covert agencies provides ample opportunity for political mischief, particularly since the inherently secretive nature of these agencies means their actions often are hidden from public view. And as the capabilities of these agencies increase through technological advances in surveillance and other methods of investigation, so does the power of the President.

Thus, it doesn’t matter what the pundits predict, the candidates promise, and the people decree.

It doesn’t even matter whether the people elect Trump or Clinton. After all, politicians sing a different tune once elected. For instance, the Chicago Tribune editorial board observed that although Barack Obama opposed the imperial tendencies of George W. Bush, once in office, Obama “wound up behaving as if he had a scepter and throne.”

What matters is that the damage has already been done.

As Professor Marshall explains, “every extraordinary use of power by one President expands the availability of executive branch power for use by future Presidents.” Moreover, it doesn’t even matter whether other presidents have chosen not to take advantage of any particular power, because “it is a President’s action in using power, rather than forsaking its use, that has the precedential significance.”

In other words, each successive president continues to add to his office’s list of extraordinary orders and directives, granting him- or herself near dictatorial powers.

So let’s not have any more talk of which candidate would be more dangerous with these powers.

The fact that any individual—or branch of government—is empowered to act like a dictator is danger enough.

This abuse of presidential powers has been going on for so long that it has become the norm and it will continue no matter which corporate puppet wins the election. The Constitution be damned.

The government of laws idealized by John Adams has fallen prey to a government of men.

As a result, we no longer have a system of checks and balances.

“The system of checks and balances that the Framers envisioned now lacks effective checks and is no longer in balance,” concludes Marshall. “The implications of this are serious. The Framers designed a system of separation of powers to combat government excess and abuse and to curb incompetence. They also believed that, in the absence of an effective separation-of-powers structure, such ills would inevitably follow. Unfortunately, however, power once taken is not easily surrendered.”

The solution is far from simple but it’s time, as Marshall suggests, to recalibrate the balance of power. This will mean putting an end to the use of executive orders, decrees, memorandums, proclamations, national security directives and legislative signing statements as a means of getting around Congress and the courts. It will mean that Americans will have to stop letting their politics blind them to government wrongdoing. And it will mean holding all three branches of government accountable to the Constitution (i.e., if they abuse their powers, vote them out of office).

Thus far, Congress, with little spine, less integrity and too busy running for re-election, has offered little attempt at oversight, enabling the president to ride roughshod over the Constitution. The media—the perfect accomplice in this stealthy, bloodless coup—continues to inundate us with the latest celebrity scandal, says virtually nothing about these burgeoning powers. All the while, most Americans continue to operate in blissful near-ignorance, unaware or uncaring that the republic is about to fall.

Yet as I point out in my book Battlefield America: The War on the American People, it will be “we the people”—not the president, the politicians, the corporate elite or the media—who will suffer the consequences when freedom falls and tyranny rises. They may justify violating our freedoms in the name of whatever phantom menace-of-the-month threatens “national security,” but we will always be the ones to pay the price.

The Illuminati and the House of Rothschild

The “Illuminati” was a name used by a German sect that existed in the 18th century. They practiced the occult, and professed to possess the ‘light’ that Lucifer had retained when he became Satan.

In an attempt to document the origins of an secret organization which has evolved into a mastodonic nightmare, successfully creating and controlling a shadow government that supersedes several national governments, and in whose hands now lay the destiny of the world, one must carefully retrace its history. The lengths to which this organization has gone to create the political machinery, and influence public sentiment to the degree necessary to propel its self-perpetuating prophecy, are, quite frankly, mind boggling. Yet the facts provide for the undeniable truth of its existence.

In 1743 a goldsmith named Amschel Moses Bauer opened a coin shop in Frankfurt, Germany. He hung above his door a sign depicting a Roman eagle on a red shield. The shop became known as the Red Shield firm. The German word for ‘red shield’ is Rothschild.

Amschel Bauer had a son, Meyer Amschel Bauer. At a very early age Mayer showed that he possessed immense intellectual ability, and his father spent much of his time teaching him everything he could about the money lending business and in the basic dynamics of finance. A few years after his father’s death in 1755, Mayer went to work in Hannover as a clerk, in a bank, owned by the Oppenheimers. While in the employ of the Oppenheimers, he was introduced to a General von Estorff for whom he ran errands. Meyer’s superior ability was quickly recognized and his advancement within the firm was swift. He was awarded a junior partnership. Von Estorff would later provide the yet-to-be formed House of Rothschild an entré into to the palace of Prince William.

His success allowed him the means to return to Frankfurt and to purchase the business his father had established in 1743. The big Red Shield was still displayed over the door. Recognizing the true significance of the Red Shield (his father had adopted it as his emblem from the Red Flag which was the emblem of the revolutionary minded Jews in Eastern Europe), Mayer Amschel Bauer changed his name to Rothschild (red shield). It was at this point that the House of Rothschild came into being.

Through his experience with the Oppenheimers, Meyer Rothschild learned that loaning money to governments and kings was much more profitable than loaning to private individuals. Not only were the loans bigger, but they were secured by the nation’s taxes.

Meyer Rothschild had five sons, Amschel, Salomon, Nathan, Karl and Jakob. Meyer spent the rest of his life instructing them all in the secret techniques of money creation and manipulation. As they came of age, he sent them to the major capitals of Europe to open branch offices of the family banking business. Amschel, stayed in Frankfurt, Salomon was sent to Vienna. Nathan was sent to London. Karl went to Naples, and Jakob went to Paris.

Although all the sons became astute branch managers, Nathan exhibited a superior affinity for the banking business. When he got to London, he became a merchant banker and began to cement ties between the House of Rothschild and the Bank of England.

The House of Rothschild continued to buy and sell bullion and rare coins. Through their shrewd business transactions they successfully bought out or dismantled most of the competition in Europe. In 1769, Meyer became a court agent for Prince William IX of Hesse-Kassel, who was the grandson of George II of England, a cousin to George III, a nephew of the King of Denmark, and a brother- in-law to the King of Sweden. Before long, the House of Rothschild became the go between for big Frankfurt bankers like the Bethmann Brothers, and Rueppell & Harnier.

In 1785, Meyer moved his entire family to a five story dwelling he shared with the Schiff family. In 1865 The Schiffs’ not-yet-born grandson Jacob would move to New York and in 1917 become the mastermind behind the funding of the Bolshevik Revolution. This action would successfully instate communism as a major world movement, which was, (and still is), a basic tenet of the Illuminati and their collectivist agenda, (but more Jacob Schiff and the Illuminati agenda later). From this point on the Rothschilds and the Schiffs would play a central role in the rest of European financial history, and subsequently that of the United States and the world.

Meyer Rothschild began to realize that in order to attain the power necessary to influence and control the finances of the various monarchs in Europe, he would have to wrest this influence and power from the church, which would necessitate its destruction. To accomplish this, he enlisted the help of a Catholic priest, Adam Weishaupt, to assemble a secret Satanic order.

Adam Weishaupt was born February 6, 1748 at Ingoldstadt, Bavaria. Weishaupt, born a Jew, was educated by the Jesuits who converted him to Catholicism. He purportedly developed an intense hatred for the Jesuits. Although he became a Catholic priest, his faith had been shaken by the Jesuits and he became an atheist. Weishaupt was an ardent student of French philosopher Voltaire (1694-1778). Voltaire, a revolutionary who held liberal religious views, had written in a letter to King Frederick II, (“the Great”):

“Lastly, when the whole body of the Church should be sufficiently weakened and infidelity strong enough, the final blow (is) to be dealt by the sword of open, relentless persecution. A reign of terror (is) to be spread over the whole earth, and…continue while any Christian should be found obstinate enough to adhere to Christianity.”

It is believed that, as a result of Voltaire’s writings, Weishaupt formulated his ideas concerning the destruction of the Church. In 1775, when summoned by the House of Rothschild, he immediately defected and, at the behest of Meyer, began to organize the Illuminati. The 1st chapter of the order started in his home town of Ingolstadt.

As the name implies, those individuals who are members of the Illuminati possess the ‘Light of Lucifer‘. As far as they are concerned, only members of the human race who possess the ‘Light of Lucifer‘ are truly enlightened and capable of governing. Denouncing God, Weishaupt and his followers considered themselves to be the cream of the intelligentsia – the only people with the mental capacity, the knowledge, the insight and understanding necessary to govern the world and bring it peace. Their avowed purpose and goal was the establishment of a “Novus Ordo Seclorum” – a New World Order, or One World Government.

Through the network of the Illuminati membership, Meyer Rothschild’s efforts were redoubled and his banking empire became firmly entrenched throughout Europe. His sons, who were made Barons of the Austrian Empire, continued to build on what their father had started and expand his financial influence.

During the American Revolution, the House of Rothschild brokered a deal between the Throne of England and Prince William of Germany. William was to provide 16,800 Hessian soldiers to help England stop the Revolution in America. Rothschild was also made responsible for the transfer of funds that were to pay the German soldiers. The transfer was never made. The soldiers were never paid, which may account for their poor showing. The Americans prevailed. At this point Meyer Rothschild set his sights on America.

Meanwhile Benjamin Franklin, having become very familiar with the Bank of England and fractional reserve banking, (see goldsmiths above), understood the dangers of a privately owned Central Bank controlling the issue of the Nation’s currency and resisted the charter of a central bank until his death in 1791. That was the same year that Alexander Hamilton pushed through legislation that would provide for the charter of The First Bank of the United States. Ironically, the bank was chartered by the Bank of England to finance the war debt of the Revolutionary War. Nathan Rothschild invested heavily that first bank. He immediately set about to control all financial activity, between banks, in America.

There were a couple of problems, though. The U.S. Constitution put control of the nation’s currency in the hands of Congress, and made no provisions for Congress to delegate that authority. It even established the basic currency unit, the dollar. The dollar was Constitutionally mandated to be a silver coin based on the Spanish pillar dollar and to contain 375 grains of silver.

This single provision was designed to keep the American money supply out of the hands of the banking industry. The Bank of England made several attempts to usurp control of the U.S. money supply but failed. Still, through their Illuminati agents, they continued to enlist supporters through bribery and kickbacks.

During the next twenty years the country would fall prey to contrived financial havoc as a result of the bankers policies of creating cycles of inflation and tight money. During times of inflation the economy would boom, there would be high employment, and people would borrow money to buy houses and farms. At that point the bankers would raise interest rates and incite a depression which would, obviously, cause unemployment. People who could not pay their mortgages would have their homes and farms repossessed by the bank for a fraction of their true value. This is the essence of the Illuminati ploy, and it would recur, time and time again. In fact, it’s still happening today.

By 1810,The House of Rothschild not only had a substantial stake in the Bank of the United States, they were quietly gaining control of the Bank of England. Although foreign owners were not, by law, allowed a say in the day to day operations of the Bank of the United States, there is little doubt that the American share holders and directors were, if not affiliated, complicit in the aims and goals of the Illuminati and their central bankers.

In 1811 the charter for the First Bank of America was not renewed. As a result, the House of Rothschild lost millions. This enraged Nathan Rothschild so much that he, almost single handedly fomented the War of 1812. Using his formidable power and influence, he coerced the British Parliament to attempt to retake the Colonies. The first military attempt failed. The second strategy was to divide and conquer. Any serious historian will find that the Civil War was largely stirred up by Rothschild’s illuminati agents in the United States.

Meyer Amschel Rothschild died on September 19, 1812. His will spelled out specific guidelines that were to be maintained by his descendants:

1) All important posts were to be held by only family members, and only male members were to be involved on the business end. The oldest son of the oldest son was to be the head of the family, unless otherwise agreed upon by the rest of the family, as was the case in 1812, when Nathan was appointed as the patriarch.

2) The family was to intermarry with their own first and second cousins, so their fortune could be kept in the family, and to maintain the appearance of a united financial empire. For example, his son James (Jacob) Mayer married the daughter of another son, Salomon Mayer. This rule became less important in later generations as they refocused family goals and married into other fortunes.

3) Rothschild ordered that there was never to be “any public inventory made by the courts, or otherwise, of my estate…Also I forbid any legal action and any publication of the value of the inheritance.”

Nathan Mayer Rothschild, who, by 1820, had established a firm grip on the Bank of England stated:

“I care not what puppet is placed upon the throne of England to rule the Empire on which the sun never sets. The man who controls Britain’s money supply controls the British Empire, and I control the British money supply.”

The Second Bank of the United States, was also chartered by the Bank of England to carry the American war debt. When its charter expired in 1836, President Andrew Jackson refused to renew it, saying a central bank concentrated too much power in the hands of un elected bankers.

In 1838 Nathan made the following statement:

“Permit me to issue and control the money of a nation, and I care not who makes its laws.”

During the first quarter of the nineteenth century the Rothschilds expanded their financial empire throughout Europe. They crisscrossed the continent with railroads, which allowed the transport of coal and steel from their newly purchases coal mines and iron works. Through a loan to the government of England, they held the first lien on the Suez Canal. They financed the Romanov dynasty in tsarist Russia, provided the funding that allowed Cecil Rhodes the opportunity to plunder and sack South Africa as well as the funding that allowed the government of France to plunder and sack North Africa.

As I have stated many times before, “the Dark Side” has been on both sides of every war that has been fought in modern times. American and British Intelligence have documented evidence that the House of Rothschild has financed both sides of every war, since the American Revolution. Financier Haym Salomon, an Illuminati agent, supported the patriots during the American Revolution, then later made loans to James Madison, Thomas Jefferson, and James Monroe. As explained earlier, during the Napoleonic Wars, one branch of the family funded Napoleon, while another financed Great Britain, Germany, and other nations.

One of the most prominent Illuminati Orders in the U.S. was the secret “Order of Skull & Bones”. Illuminati agents, William Huntington Russell and Alphonso Taft, founded Chapter 322, at Yale University in 1833. Then, in 1856 the Order was incorporated as the Russell Trust. William Russell became a member of the Connecticut State Legislature in 1846 and a General in Connecticut National Guard in 1862. Alphonso Taft became Secretary of War in the Grant Administration in 1876, U.S. Attorney General in 1876 and U.S. Ambassador to Russia in 1884. Alphonso Taft’s son later became Chief Justice and United States President.

In the years preceding the Civil War, a number of “Skull and Bones” Patriarchs were to become leaders in the Secessionist movements of various Southern States. It has been suggested that these pressures exacerbated an already tenuous situation, and set the stage for the fomentation of the Civil War. The Rothschild Banks provided financing for both the North and the South during the war. After the civil war, the more clever method was used to take over the United States. The Rothschilds financed August Belmont, Khun Loeb and the Morgan Banks. They then financed the Harrimans (Railroads), Carnegie (Steel) and other industrial Titans. Agents like Paul Warburg, Jacob Schiff, Bernard Baruch were then sent to the United States to effect the next phase of the takeover.

By the end of the 19th. Century, the Rothschilds had controlling influence in England, U.S., France, Germany, Austria and Italy. Only Russia was left outside the financial sphere of world domination. England, through the Bank of England, ruled most of the world. Jacob Schiff, president of Khun Loeb Bank in New York was appointed by B’nai B’rith (A secret Jewish Masonic Order meaning “Bothers of the Convenent”) to be the Revolutionary Leader of the Revolution in Russia. A cartel, made up of the Carnegies, Morgans , Rockefellers, and Chases would contribute to the manifestation of communism. On January 13, 1917, Leon Trotsky arrived in the United States and received a U.S. Passport. He was frequently seen entering the palatial residence of Jacob Schiff.

Jacob Schiff, and his supporters, financed the training of Trotsky’s Rebel Band, comprised mainly of Jews from New York’s East Side, on Rockefeller’s Standard oil Company property in New Jersey. When sufficiently trained in the techniques of guerrilla warfare and terror, Trotsky’s rebel band departed with twenty million dollars worth of gold, also provided by Jacob Schiff, on the ship S.S. Kristianiafjord bound for Russia to wage the Bolshevik revolution.

After the Bolshevik Revolution and the wholesale murder of the entire Russian royal family, Standard Oil of New Jersey brought 50% of the huge Caucasus oil field even though the property had theoretically been nationalized. In 1927, Standard Oil of New York built a refinery in Russia. Then Standard Oil concluded a deal to market Soviet Oil in Europe and floated a loan of $75 million to the Bolsheviks. Jacob Schiff and Paul Warburg at the Kuhn Loeb Bank started a campaign for a central bank in the United States. They then helped the Rothschild’s to manipulate the financial Panic of 1907.

Then, the panic of 1907 was used as an argument for having a central bank to prevent such occurrences. Paul Warburg told the Banking and Currency Committee: ‘Let us have a national clearing house’.”

The Federal Reserve Act was the brainchild of Baron Alfred Rothschild of London. The final version of the Act was decided on at a secret meeting at Jekyll Island Georgia, owned by J.P. Morgan. Present at the meeting were; A. Piatt Andrew, Assistant secretary of the Treasury, Senator Nelson Aldrich, Frank Vanderlip, President of Kuhn Loeb and Co., Henry Davidson, Senior Partner of J.P. Morgan Bank, Charles Norton, President of Morgan’s First National of New York, Paul Warburg, Partner in Khun Loeb and Co. and Benjamin Strong, President of Morgan’s Bankers Trust Co.

The Federal Reserve Act of 1913, brought about the decimation of the U.S. Constitution and was the determining act of the international financiers in consolidating financial power in the United States. Pierre Jay, Initiated into the “Order of Skull and Bones” in 1892, became the first Chairman of the New York Federal Reserve Bank. A dozen members of the Federal Reserve can be linked to the same “Order.”

The Rothschilds operate out of an area in the heart of London, England, the financial district, which is known as ‘The City’, or the ‘Square Mile.’ All major British banks have their main offices here, along with branch offices for 385 foreign banks, including 70 from the United States. It is here that you will find the Bank of England, the Stock Exchange, Lloyd’s of London, the Baltic Exchange (shipping contracts), Fleet Street (home of publishing and newspaper interests), the London Commodity Exchange (to trade coffee, rubber, sugar and wool), and the London Metal Exchange. It is virtually the financial hub of the world.

Positioned on the north bank of the Thames River, covering an area of 677 acres or one square mile (known as the “wealthiest square mile on earth”), it has enjoyed special rights and privileges that enabled them to achieve a certain level of independence since 1191. In 1215, its citizens received a Charter from King John, granting them the right to annually elect a mayor (known as the Lord Mayor), a tradition that continues today.

Des Griffin, in his book Descent into Slavery, described ‘The City’ as a sovereign state (much like the Vatican), and that since the establishment of the privately owned Bank of England in 1694, this financial center has actually become the last word in England’s national affairs. He contends that the country is run by powers in ‘the City’ and that the throne, the prime minister, and parliament are simply fronts for the real power. E. C. Knuth, in his book Empire of the City, suggests that when the queen enters ‘The City,’ she is subservient to the Lord Mayor (under him, is a committee of 12-14 men, known as ‘The Crown’), because this privately-owned corporation is not subject to the Queen, or the Parliament. The Rothschilds have traditionally chosen the Lord mayor since 1820.

The last Presidential election in the United States provided its citizenry with a choice between two known members of a the same Satanic cult.
