John Podesta in a frenzy converting $40B Clinton Foundation assets into gold, diamonds and artwork ++

Independent journalist George Webb says that after President Trump fired FBI director James Comey, longtime Democrat operative and Clinton loyalist John Podesta is in a frenzy to unload $40 billion from the Clinton Foundation — by buying up art, gold and diamonds, and spreading them out all over the world — before those assets are seized by a new FBI director.

Beginning at the 0:30 mark in the video above, Webb says:

“Right now . . . John Podesta is buying up artwork between every Jewish art dealer.”

Webb is asked: “How do you know that?”

Webb answers:

“I have a contact within the French intelligence that’s told me that. So they’re buying up artwork right now in every, they know every art dealer that he’s buying art from . . . . What you’re dealing with is Trump could go get that 40 billion dollars right now and seize those assets. So before a new FBI director is named — [Acting FBI Director Andrew] McCabe knows all about the $40 billion — you start moving this stuff to gold, diamonds, artwork and so forth, and you put it in your network . . . out into as many different countries as possible, so it’ll be so difficult to actually go seize. You have a contractual issue or an international issue every time you try to get some of this stuff that’s been moved. The money right now is being moved by John Podesta to artwork, diamonds and gold.

As explained by Forbidden Knowledge TV‘s Alexandra Bruce:

“Webb sees the Seth Rich murder as just a small part of a much bigger picture of high-level racketeering by Hillary Clinton, her minions and whoever she’s fronting. It’s an outrageous amount of money that’s been amassed over some twenty years.”

Webb calls the Clintons’ racketeering, including drug running, the Clinton rat line.

“Webb then proceeds to . . . illustrate how the drug-running between Afghanistan and Punjab, to Pakistan, to Turkey’s Incirlik airbase to NATO, in Mons, Belgium.

Webb says, large military transport planes, like C-130s are used to transfer raw opium from Afghanistan to Pakistan, where they are refined into opioid medications, which are then contracted-out by mobbed-up doctors, to places like the VA (US Department of Veterans Affairs), where these generic drugs (usually watered-down to half- or quarter-strength) are distributed from Belgium.

He says information about all of the above can be found in the Congressional Blackberry phone network.

He describes these activities as, ‘Just Mena [Arkansas] Airport, on a global scale, just longer distances…It’s very simple: drugs go one way, arms go the other way….’ Half of the cargo gets left in Belgium and the rest comes to the US. In the past, he’s mentioned Offut Air Force Base in Nebraska, as well as an airport in Rockford, Illinois, where drugs were smuggled in shipments of mangoes and Basmati rice. Except that instead of the $1 million per day worth of cocaine being brought in at Mena, Webb claims, in an another one of his blizzard of micro-posts, that Offut AFB receives $1 billion per day (!) in opioids.”

Organized Slander and Malignant False Personal attacks

Cleaning up the organized corruption permeating government is a monument-us and daunting job.

With the organized corruption being so well entrenched throughout all levels of government, and generating such massive wealth for the players from the same, in plain language: “They don’t play fair.”

The recent Presidential election shook the entrenched gang based on the implied cleanup to purge the corruption. What was their response to protect their well entrenched syndicate?

ANSWER: The same as they did before the election was maintained and solidified: Organized Slander and Malignant False Personal attacks and what they are doing is “NOT” a secured right under the: 1st Amendment.

What is systematically being done is a showing of just how entrenched the corruption is. The public is not stupid (at least most of them). Now I have watched over the decades the inherently corrupt organized syndicate gang “play” the public as if they were automated stupid drones who could be directed in their thinking through spoon fed malignant contrived information designed to destroy or promote an intended target.

We all have seen this played out before the election and now even a more organized and systematically applied effort by the gang after the election. A gradually intensified masterful presentation frothing the malignant intent to marginalize and damage our president, Mr. Donald Trump and certain key players of his staff.

Now those who do not know what the First Amendment is, they can stop reading this article. They are part of the hopelessly lost sound-bite conditioned drone population, and the time it would take to make them well informed cognitive thinking individuals, in end result would be well after the planed destruction and final looting of our country taking place. This article is exclusively for the informed cognitive thinkers out there.

My personal feelings and sentiments as to what is being done to slander, malign, and personally attack Mr. Trump are as follows.


  1. It is a very dangerous game the gang is playing. They weaken the standing the USA has with the global community. I note also that in this type of environment created by the gang, they also believe  they can manipulate the responses from Mr. Trump to actual world events. I say this after watching what I consider a mistake Mr. Trump was baited into making. Notably: The attack on a Syrian military air-base.

Those who do not have a short-term memory will recall that several years ago the syndicate gang wanting to attack Syria staged a chemical weapons incident blaming Syria in their attempts to use Military force to attack Syria. Well it almost worked until it was shown and proved that the chemical weapons use was done by insurgents (probably in coordination with a CIA covert op) to falsely justify an attack on Syria. The covert-op came real close to accomplishing the intent for a military attack but the false assertion backfired through assertive and timely investigation by the international community.

Well, it almost worked once, why not do the same and make it work again by baiting and pushing Mr. Trump into attacking Syria at this time as the gang froths at the mouth with a new presented oppertunity to do so. By them utilizing the same routine that almost worked before.. Well, they were successful in motivating Mr. Trump to attack Syria, and to his detriment in the international community.

Currently, the military option is being focused on N. Korea, a very real and dangerous circumstance. The response the USA should give to this circumstance? Well, what I would suggest is a four prong response:


A.) China is the “Parent” country to N. Korea. China should not tolerate the rhetoric coming out of N. Korea per an attack on the USA combined with long-range missile development. It should be made very clear to China that the threats from the child will bear on having responsibility and consequences to and for the parent.  China can stop N. Korea cold in its tracks and should be required to do so.


B.) We have spent a few trillion  dollars on our Star-Wars missile defense program. Let’s not let it go to waste. Make it very openly clear to N. Korea that any further long-range ballistic missile tests they conduct will be without hesitation shot down after launch by the USA.   A little target practice would be a good thing in this circumstance.


C.) Direct and severe  sanctions levied immediately against N. Korea by the USA until N. Korea changes their tune.


D.) Organize and implement world condemnation against N. Korea for openly and intentionally threatening World Peace. China, Russia, and the USA should be the fore-runners in this effort with all and as many other countries joining into the condemnation.


  1. The key buzz word the gang is using over and over again as if a promoted dreaded threat is Russia, Russia, Russia.

RUSSIA is a world power. All and every attempt to have a friendly, open, and mutually beneficial cooperative relationship with Russia is a must to be in place.

“How many other countries openly endorsed Mr. Trump”, many.. But it appears Russia has been selected by the gang as the “Buzz Word”.

In my personal opinion, if before the election Vladimir Putin staged an event in the USA in line with his famous picture were to ride his horse from East to West across the USA in a “Ride for Trump”, yes that would be “influencing the election” and that event would have been just fine with me.

ANYONE supporting a candidate for public office in the USA, if from the USA or elsewhere “is” a hallmark this country was founded on.

The effect of ANYONE’S support of a candidate will have  negative or positive effects that will motivate voters to vote one way or the other.

The event example noted here could not have been done due to security concerns for Mr. Putin. But if it had, I believe that due to the sentiments of the voters wanting to see a friendly, open, and mutually beneficial cooperative relationship with Russia , Hillary would have lost the election by another 25 to 30 million votes.


  1. Spoon feeding to the US Population selectively contrived half-truth or false information to the population is a well refined art. An art proven to be very effective over and over again throughout history. The gang and their well entrenched cooperatives from the syndicated media know this all to well.

If the gang for whatever reason targeted Mother Theresa for jay-walking in NY City as if a capital offense, after a while, with one contrived false story as fact being masterfully presented coming out, and to the detriment of the people of the United States, they would have the useful idiot drones chirping here, there, and everywhere for her execution to the dismay of the majority of the population wondering if this country has gone nuts. Bottom line is that the Gang is very good at their organized and false attacks against anyone.


  1. Read the writing on the wall and remember “who” is participating in the organized and methodical false and contrived attack on Mr. Trump. They are the well entrenched agents of the syndicate. Let them bear the mark of whom and what they are.


  1. “If” the corrupt syndicate is to be diminished and perpetually loose their in-place influence over this country, they must be overwhelmed with descent and indignation from a disgusted population in a direct, open, and effective manner. Let those talking heads and especially the directors from ABC, NBC, etc., or any other participant that is cooperating with the contrived, orchestrated, created out of false innuendo, attack against our president, that they are in no uncertain terms, human garbage. If that becomes the “Buzz words” of the day, it will out of their own survival instincts stop their organized venture.


  1. The following comment is directed to Mr. Trump: As noted, Organized Slander and Malignant False Personal attacks and what they are doing is “NOT” a secured right under the First Amendment. It is slander and defamation. Additionally when it is being done systematically as an organized “programmed” venture, for all intents and purposes it crosses the line of racketeering and establishment of a criminal enterprise.

If possible, and I strongly urge, that a multi-billion dollar “class action” law suit be expeditiously implemented against the syndicate players involved. ABC, NBC, CNN, and ALL individuals that have clearly established, proven, and showed they were and are actively involved. I say make it a class action being: Let every individual from the USA; participate in the “Class”.

You may just have 80 to 120 million individuals sign up to be a member of the class-action.

Many individuals from this country who now know the score are crying to STOP the syndicate that has slithered into the controlling forces over this county.

There is countless evidence now available to establish the malignant and falsely contrived intent of the syndicate operating as an organize racketeering entity in concert with each other, to within a predominance of the evidence; a judgment as requested can be secured on the class-action.

I do not know the over-all limitations on the Office of The President, but if this action is possible, I, and I believe tens of millions of Americans would be a 110% for this to take place, done directly or indirectly in your and this countries behalf.

As the old saying goes: “If you want to give someone an attitude adjustment, hit them in their pocket-book”.

 A class-action such as this would do just that to where “Fair Play” based on truth becomes the predominate factor and not the exception..

The First Sin Update on State Non Assumpsit Actions

Most people don’t read the Bible.  They need to, if they want to know what is going on in the world.  It is indeed a strange concept that we need to read a book that is derived from ancient history to keep current with today, but as with much else concerning this particular book—- it’s true.

Those who read the Bible know that Adam was tasked to be a caretaker of the Earth and granted dominion over the Earth, and he was also tasked to name the animals and trees and other things that he interacted with on Earth.

However, he was never given the task of naming himself or other men.

That task is reserved to our Father.  Much later in the Bible, in fact, we are promised that He will give us our true names.

As a result, whatever names we are given are not true names and are not part of Adam’s job to give.  The practice of applying names to men is the First Sin.

We may well ask, how are we supposed to talk about anything pertaining to men or make reference to anyone without giving them a name?

For many generations we have used descriptions that appear to be names to a greater or lesser extent, and so names typically have additional meanings which create descriptions that are included on a sub rosa basis.

Names like “Anne of Green Gables” and “Geoffry of Malmsbury” are apparent descriptions, but a name like “Anna” which means “Mother” and “Grace” also holds descriptive meaning.  This is all because we are not supposed to name each other, but, in practice, we do.

And that is the First Sin.

That it is a sin becomes very clear when you examine the process that has led to our current distress.  When we create “persons” and name them, men become identified as “things” and as things they lose their sanctity and dominion, and take on the inert and alien characteristics of say, rocks.

A man is a man, but a person is a thing—- and all the profound differences that exist between men and things apply.  It is a crime to murder a man, but there is no law against murdering a thing.

When you deliberately apply the names of living men to PERSONS as a means of deceiving them and harming them without being held accountable, a crime of “personage” occurs.

Personage is the act of reducing a man to a thing via a manipulation of his given name or by changing the agreed upon usage of his name to facilitate such a change.

For example, personage occurs when the function of your Trade Name in the form “John Mark Doe” (which you use for international trade) is arbitrarily redefined as the name of a Foreign Situs Trust operating in international commerce.

This is the kind of personage the FDR committed against our grandparents. It arbitrarily removed their names from the jurisdiction of the land and exposed them to piracy and the loss of their material rights and interests including their constitutional guarantees— all without telling them.

This change was made by the Territorial United States and could actually only apply to their Citizens, however, since nobody in the actual United States was fully informed, a process of “assumpsit” kicked in.  People just continued to use their own familiar Trade Name  as they always had, and in the process they became misidentified government employees operating Foreign Situs Trusts belonging to the United States of America, Inc.

Another form of personage occurs when the style of a name is changed to conform with such a change in function.

Having redefined the use and meaning of our Trade Names on the land to serve as the names of Foreign Situs Trusts on the sea, the perpetrators next created so-called Municipal franchises and messed with our names again to create Cestui Que Vie Trusts named after us:  JOHN MARK DOE.

Most recently, the Municipal United States has floated a whole new scam and arbitrarily defined names in the form “JOHN M. DOE” to be the names of US Public Transmitting Utilities.

Well, that may be what Mr. Obama thinks they are.

I say it’s just more fraud and more personage by our public servants deliberately being used to defraud and foist off foreign debt on us via a process of unwitting assumption.

The State of State organizations in Alaska, Maine, Washington, Michigan, Illinois, Texas, and Utah have received Notice of Non-Assumpsit published in the local newspapers.

These six actual States and their people have told Washington, DC and the world at large that there is a fraud scheme in play and we don’t agree with it and we don’t assume any debts related to all the names in the form “JOHN M. DOE”.

What about the rest of you people and states?

Are you all going to stand around like dumb posts and let the Territorial United States claim that you are one of their “Citizens” and subject to their “law” as if you were born in Puerto Rico?  Are you going to assume their debts, knowing that they are already bankrupt?

Get those Notices of Non-Assumpsit published so the Territorial United States can’t come back and say, “Hey, these people and their states assumed this debt, so it’s theirs to pay.”

This is your time to object and put it on the record.

Now, it is possible that what has been done by these states that have published their objections already could be brokered into a claim that all our states are owed equal footing—- but do you really want to leave your state on the list of states that they can say “acquiesced” by being silent?

With a $20 trillion debt in the air and looking for a place to land!

Dear President Trump and Attorney General Sessions:

This may be helpful to resolve— both in terms of coming to a peaceful resolution of our intergovernmental understandings, and in terms of getting the court system in this country working as it should again.  A country without justice and without an honest court system can never be great again, so let’s start there.

Back in 1994 this information passed over my desk and when a friend mentioned it to me this morning, I had reason to recall it and paw through the archives to find the 1994 US Government Manual, at page 390, where it says that the Attorney General is the permanent representative of INTERPOL, and the Secretary of Treasury is the alternate member.

Under Article 30 of the INTERPOL constitution, these individuals must expatriate their citizenship. They serve no allegiance to the United States of America.

So, Mr. Sessions, where is your FARA registration lodged?  And who are you working for now?  And under what authority? Presumably all the “state of state” Attorney General franchises are under the same authority?  And also have their Foreign Agents Registration on file somewhere?

The people who live in this country and who are supposed to be protected by you, Mr. Sessions, really want to know the answers to these questions.

Since 1999 when the bankruptcy of the United States of America settled, our actual land jurisdiction state governments operating as the Alaska State, California State, et alia, have been up and operating and have had our Notices and other paperwork on file with the World Court.

By what stretch of the imagination, then, have District Courts and the State of State organizations continued to presume that we aren’t in charge of our own business, and that we don’t have a population of our own people who never actually left their lawful standing and nation-state despite self-interested fraud by FDR and others?

As Mr. Trump recently experienced in his head-butting with the Ninth Circuit, the court system here is highly politicized, but that is actually the least of its problems.

Every time a prosecutor or a litigant plaintiff brings a charge in one of these private corporate tribunals operated “as” courts they must post a Bid Bond, and they have to post it in Good Faith— at least according to the Securities and Exchange Commission.  How is that possible, Mr. Sessions, when the majority of the cases involve parties who are not knowingly operating as corporations nor as corporate franchises?

Millions of people have been purposefully misidentified as Foreign Situs Trusts belonging to the Territorial United States and millions more have been similarly misidentified as ESTATE Trusts or Public Transmitting Utility franchise operators employed by the Municipal United States—- and this is all just self-interested fraud and bull poopy, to quote Ross Perot.

This whole situation is both illegal and unlawful, but most of all, it is immoral.

Last year, I sent out a simple Judicial Notice of Fraud and Violation and an Immediate Order to Cease and Desist, objecting to the practice of personage and barratry rampant in this country.  A copy of the two (2) page document is attached to this letter.  It forbids the practice of using GLOSSA, otherwise known as “Dog Latin” and “American Sign Language” to misrepresent the content of legal documents that otherwise appear to be written in English and what otherwise appears to be NAMES of living people: JOHN SILAS DOE and JOHN S. DOE for example, so as to confuse the real parties of interest in these cases and claims.

The living people of the fifty (50) American states are depending on you, Mr. Sessions, to secure and respect the lawful operations of our state and county land jurisdiction courts and to ride herd on all the District Courts and Territorial State of State Courts to ensure their proper limits and operations.  The abuse of the 150 year-old Reconstruction Acts by the members of the American Bar Association and members of Congress must come to an end.

There was in fact no “Civil War” ever declared by Congress and no Peace Treaty, either.  All that exists in the public record are declarations made by Presidents of commercial companies and corporations.  What we call the “American Civil War” was nothing but a private, illegal commercial mercenary action on our shores, and the guilty parties on both sides have milked it for all its worth.

If you are serious about making “America Great Again” we need to remember what made it great in the first place, and it wasn’t because of any Nanny State or “Democracy” or because  a couple gigantic commercial corporations in the business of providing governmental services cheated and defrauded their employers— the actual states and people.

Conscripting Americans into Territorial and Municipal jurisdictions without their knowing consent, foisting PERSONS merely named after them onto them to expedite the personage and barratry scheme, and then holding them liable for the actions and debts of various governmental services corporations is a form of criminality associated with the Dark Ages – feudalism–and it has no plausible excuse for being practiced on American state soil by a foreign municipal government that is supposed to be strictly limited in scope and location to the ten square miles of the District of Columbia.

Is it possible that these many thousands of “government” employees can’t read?  Or are we to understand that our employees are in rebellion against the actual Constitution and the Federal Territorial Constitution as well?  If so, Mr. Sessions, it is your duty to inform Interpol and order the arrest of all those in Washington DC who are involved in this criminal plot.

As recent court actions have proven, there is no specific allowance for the Territorial United States to operate any “State of State” franchises on our soil.   In view of their participation in fraud schemes meant to disinherit the people of this country and unlawfully convert our assets under color of law, hosting these State of State franchises of the Territorial United States is obviously not working out for us.

In fact, we understand that the Territorial United States surreptitiously offered our land as security for the bankruptcy of The United States of America, Inc. circa 1907, and that when the bankruptcy of that entity ended circa 1953, the color-of-law land titles were not returned to the states and the people.  This is an egregious disservice that was never admitted, so it could never be straightened out.  Instead, the next generation of administrators rolled our land holdings into a giant trust and pretended that the original landlords were “absent” and their locations “unknown” and assigned themselves the position of presumed beneficiaries.

Do you know how bad this stinks?

We are here, right where we have been for generations.   I, for one, have requested an in-depth title search to land owed to my parents, grandparents, and great-grandparents all the way back to before the so-called “Civil War” and our family still holds title to it, though we are owed the land patent instead.

This kind of unlawful conversion of property and beneficial interest has been practiced against us— your employers, the nice trusting people who ultimately pay for all these departments and personnel – since 1860.  It’s time for it to end and for the land and land assets to come home.

Gentlemen, there is absolutely no provision for the Municipal United States to operate “STATE OF STATE” organizations on our soil and there never was.  This is a blatant and unwelcome trespass upon our sovereign authority that the Territorial United States is responsible for.

We are operating our actual unincorporated businesses dba Colorado State, Florida State, et alia, that are owed to the formerly bankrupted land jurisdiction states.   The World Court has been advised since 1998.  The BIS has been notified since 2000.  It should not be a surprise to anyone that we have pursued our inheritance and our rightful place.

We are objecting to the presence of the Municipal United States on our shores outside the District of Columbia, and if you, Mr. Sessions, are indeed operating as the chief contact with Interpol, you should be fully informed and advised that: (1) our lawful states and state courts are operating and serving the people, not any PERSONS; (2) the corporate tribunals being run as District Courts are operating in blatant fraud and it is a disservice to everyone involved that they are; (3) we have suffered long-term, blatant, purposeful attacks in international jurisdiction infringing our copyrights, entangling us improperly in bankruptcies, stealing our identities, and have suffered press-ganging, involuntary conscription, kidnapping, identity theft, enslavement, and many, many other crimes committed against us by people taking their paychecks from our pockets.

There is indeed “something rotten in Denmark” but it is not the people of this country and it is not their states of the Union at fault.  Instead, the fraud since 1860 is the unique problem of the Territorial United States and the Municipal United States and it amounts to a gross Breach of Trust and violation of commercial contract which has been given Notice and Due Process for over a decade.

We are not being represented properly so it is therefore entirely necessary and proper that we present ourselves and settle our own issues.

We request that you, Mr. Sessions, take action to clean up the court system in this country.  Make sure that District Courts and federated “State of State” courts are not presuming upon American state nationals who bear no responsibilities of citizenship and who are not naturally subject to the government of the Territorial United States nor the Municipal United States.

The actual people belong with us and to our states, Mr. Sessions.  Only the “persons” — most of which have been created under conditions of fraud and copyright infringement—belong to you.

We request that you, Mr. President, lean on Mr. Sessions to make sure this gets done, and that all the district courts and federated “state of state” courts operating in this country are either shut down in the case of Municipal United States STATE OF STATE operations, or rigorously required to observe their proper limitations with respect to the actual states and people in the case of Territorial United States Courts.

As the Fiduciary acting in behalf of the actual land jurisdiction states and specifically in behalf of the Colorado State and the Nevada State, I request the immediate release and return of the Bundys who are peaceful Nevada State “vessels” engaged in international trade— Protected Persons – who have been improperly arrested and detained under false presumptions of municipal citizenship by the STATE OF NEVADA and also request the release of the Colorado State Judges who have been similarly wrongfully attacked, mischaracterized and assaulted in violation of their Constitutional guarantees by the STATE OF COLORADO— neither one of which— STATE OF NEVADA or STATE OF COLORADO— have any right to be on our soil in the first place.

We have declared and are declaring to the entire Earth that our land is ours, and despite chicanery to the contrary, we are still here and still the landlords— yes, we mean that literally.  Our land.  Not yours.  Not the Secondaries in a fraudulent bankruptcy.  Not the merely “presumed” Beneficiaries.  Read it. Hear it. Know it for sure.  The heirs of the American states known as American state nationals did not disappear and did not knowingly, willingly declaim their birthright inheritance, either.

Globalists Using Donald Trump To Take America Into War

One thing globalist Republicans and Democrats both love is WAR. They might squabble over social and domestic issues, but when it comes to war, the two parties are ONE. As I have said repeatedly, there is really only ONE party in Washington, D.C.: the War Party. And “outsider” Donald Trump has quickly mastered the presidential art of killing. Let’s face it: our federal government has become one of the bloodiest regimes in world history. Between the killing of unborn babies and the killing of men, women, and children around the world in our so-called war on terror, the U.S. government is an insatiable, sadistic killing machine. And all of the talk about Donald Trump not being controlled by globalists is just that: TALK. It is more than obvious that Zionist globalists own Trump, lock, stock, and barrel.

Donald Trump’s visit to the Western Wall, which is considered to be the Jews’ holiest site, was a complete embarrassment. Anyone with half a brain knows that the Western Wall is NOT “the last standing wall of the Jewish Second Temple.” The New Testament record and the Jewish historian Josephus are clear that there was NOTHING remaining of the Jewish temple, wall, or city after the siege of Titus in A.D. 70.

“And Jesus said unto them, See ye not all these things walls? verily I say unto you, There shall not be left here one stone upon another, that shall not be thrown down.” (Matthew 24:2)

Josephus wrote: Titus gave orders to “demolish the whole city and temple except for three towers. But for the rest of the wall, it was laid so completely even with the ground by those who dug it up from the foundation, that there was nothing left to make those believe who came hither that it had ever been inhabited.” (“Jewish Wars,” b. 6 chapter 4, section 5-7)

The so-called Western Wall is actually a wall from the Roman Fortress Antonia. It was NEVER part of the Jewish Second Temple. Trump’s sacrilege at the Antonia wall is further evidence of his (and his family’s) total sellout to the false pagan religion of Talmudic, Kabbalah Judaism and its Zionist political wing that is undoubtedly the brains and backbone of the modern globalist New World Order.

“‘Iran holds elections, which the Saudis do not do, and it is far outgunned by its enemies in the region. It is no threat to anyone but it is convenient to pretend that it is to support policies that would otherwise be unpalatable,’ Giraldi said.”

“‘In Riyadh, Trump abandoned any pretense of following up on his repeated rhetoric during the US presidential election last year to hold the Saudi leaders accountable for their decades of financial and other support for Islamic extremists,’ Giraldi pointed out.

“‘The Saudis have been, of course, the leading funder of Sunni Islamic terrorism, which Trump would not dare to say,’ he noted.”

The White House spin on Trump’s trip to the Middle East is that the trip is “an effort to unite three of the world’s leading religious faiths in the common cause of fighting terrorism, reining in Iran and unifying the world against intolerance.” What a bunch of hooey!

“The main purpose of his sojourn is to cut a record arms deal with Saudi Arabia and the other closely aligned Gulf Arab monarchies. While in the Saudi capital, Riyadh, addressing regional leaders about ‘world peace,’ Trump is set to sign off weapons deals worth $350 billion. That’s more than double what his predecessor Barack Obama flogged to the Saudi rulers during his presidency.

“According to Bloomberg, topping the list of US arms transfers are warships, helicopter gunships, anti-missile systems and tanks.”

“The Saudi prince, known as MBS by the Trump inner circle, is the chief strategist behind the Saudi war on Yemen since March 2015. That war is a blatant aggression on Yemen carried out by Saudi forces supplied by the US and Britain. Thousands of children have been killed in Saudi air strikes, using internationally banned cluster bombs in indiscriminate attacks on civilian centers.

“Just days before Trump’s departure to the Middle East, Saudi air strikes reportedly killed 23 civilians, including six children, near the southern Yemeni city of Taiz.

“Millions of other Yemeni children are dying from starvation and preventable diseases like cholera because of a naval blockade imposed on the country by Saudi and American forces. No doubt the new warships that Trump is lining up for Saudi Arabia will add to the ‘efficacy’ of the genocide that is underway in Yemen.

“With staggering cynicism, the Trump administration is ‘justifying’ this ramped-up military support for Saudi Arabia as an effort to ‘fight terrorism’ and to ‘counter Iranian meddling’ in the region.

“Trump’s messianic zeal to visit the Middle East–his first foreign destination being the dubious human rights ‘haven’ Saudi Arabia–is all about flogging ever more deadly weapons to the already explosively-charged region. So desperate is Trump to pimp billions of dollars that he is willing to fuel war with Iran and perhaps Syria’s other ally, Russia, in the pursuit of lucre.

“And to add further insult to injury, the whole tour of the ‘holy land’ is being sold by the American government and media as some kind of benevolent religious duty to mankind and world peace.

And speaking of “gifts,” let’s not forget that the Saudi’s–along with the United Arab Emirates–have promised to give $100 million to Ivanka Trump Kushner’s foundation. What a coincidence!

I already reported how Donald Trump killed more people in the month of March than all of the so-called terror states of the world combined. And Trump only became a more proficient killer in the month of April. “The Airwars monitoring group has compiled reports of 1,280 to 1,744 civilians killed by at least 2,237 bombs and missiles that rained down from U.S. and allied warplanes in April (1,609 on Iraq and 628 on Syria). The heaviest casualties were in and around Old Mosul and West Mosul, where 784 to 1,074 civilians were reported killed, but the area around Tabqa in Syria also suffered heavy civilian casualties.”

This is the same Donald Trump who on the campaign trail told Fox & Friends, “Who blew up the World Trade Center? It wasn’t the Iraqis, it was Saudi–take a look at Saudi Arabia, open the documents.” Now, instead of opening the documents ON Saudi Arabia, Trump is opening the purse FOR Saudi Arabia.

What is it about Christians and conservatives that they can be so easily duped into supporting war? What is it that makes them not only overlook and excuse wars of aggression but also enthusiastically endorse and champion such wars? Nothing builds the size and scope of government like WAR; nothing creates socialist government like WAR; nothing causes people to accept authoritarian government like WAR; nothing separates families like WAR; nothing leaves children homeless and helpless like WAR; nothing fills the political swamp like WAR; nothing empowers globalists like WAR; nothing destroys a country’s economy like WAR; nothing destroys truth like WAR; and nothing sears the conscience of a people like WAR. Yet, professing Christians and conservatives from Alex Jones to Jerry Falwell, Jr. to Mike Huckabee to Tony Perkins continue to laud Donald Trump as a great “conservative” even as he prepares to take America into yet another senseless, unconstitutional, and perhaps global WAR.

The Declaration of Independence established the foundation for several key aspects of what would eventually become the Republican Form of Government guaranteed to every State by the Constitution for the United States of America (Article IV, Section 4).

We hold these truths to be self evident:

  • All men are created equal (separate and equal station)
  • They are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights
  • That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among men
  • Governments derive their just powers from the consent of the governed
    • laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.

In order to understand the foundation of the Government of the United States it is important to not only understand the words that are used in our founding documents and laws but also the context and the paradigm from which they came.  It is well documented that many of the Founders were men who believed in the Bible.  The 1st Amendment that was ratified years later prohibits the Congress from enacting any law that establishes or prohibits the free exercise of one’s religion, however, because of their beliefs many of the words and concepts that are part of the foundation of the United States are defined by Scripture and are discussed here for clarity and because they are fundamental to the authority of We the People.  Any reference is provided that the reader may verify and validate the accuracy of what is presented for your review.

In the beginning God created man (Gen 1:26).  And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth. (Gen 1:28)

These two verses establish our authority as men to have separate and equal station among the powers of the earth.  It is from Scripture that we get the word “dominion” which is defined as “Sovereign or supreme authority; the power of governing and controlling.”  Unalienable Rights cannot be taken or given away.  We the People delegated “just powers” by our consent to institute the government of the United States to “secure these rights.”  All political power is inherent in the People.  We the People ARE the government.  If there was no government WHO would perform the duties that were delegated to it?  We the People would, right?  And, if the People did not enumerate it, they reserved it to themselves.  Therefore, if we did not give the power, we retained it.  Once we gave it, we are subject to it and must abide in it.  A Republican Form of Government is “Rule of Law”, not politics, religion, special interests and the like.

In September of 1787 the Continental Congress adopted the Constitution for the United States of America and submitted it back to the State Legislatures for ratification.  So the supreme Law of the Land was not a work of just one political body (the Continental Congress/federal government but also required the approval (ratification) of at least nine of the thirteen original States for it to become Law.  This was accomplished by June of 1788 when New Hampshire became the ninth State which gave the Constitution for the United States force and effect.  By September of 1788 the Founders had passed a resolution to establish a seat of government, when to hold elections and the date that the Government of the United States would begin operations under the Constitution; March 4, 1789.

The Constitution is widely misunderstood.  Some believe that this is where we derive our Rights as Americans.  Some believe that the Constitution is a “living document”.  Some recognize it as a mere inconvenience.  The Bible says in Hosea 4:6 “My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge”.  The reason that the People of the United States suffer at the hands of an imposter government is for “lack of knowledge”.  This website is devoted to the truth.  The Constitution for the United States of America is a “system” of governance that was established by the consent of the People.  Shouldn’t we KNOW what it says?  The reason it does not “appear” to work is because most do not know what it says?  After all, how can you follow something you have never read?

The Constitution is a body of orders that the People issued to the government to secure their Rights and provide for the things that we have in “common” among the States.  The government Officials and Members of Congress do not answer to the People, they answer to the Constitution.  The Constitution answers to the People!  The Constitution cannot defend itself, it requires “support”.  That is what we are lacking in the United States at this time — “support” for the Constitution.  The oath that the Congress takes is “to support the Constitution of the United States”.  Their oath is not to the People, it is to support the orders of the People which is embodied in the Constitution, Treaties and Statutes of the United States first, and then to the State governments and what is not enumerated is reserved to the People.  There is a great misconception that the People are in charge of the government.  That is simply not so, the government answers to the Constitution, the Constitution answers to the People.

The issues that we face today in America are because the Constitution has not been supported!  It would surprise MOST of America to learn that there are NO political parties in the federal government!  The People did not enumerate in the federal Constitution the power for the government to be partisan in ANY way!  Their only duty is to support the Constitution!  The Constitution secures the Rights of the People.  The powers not given to the federal government were reserved to the State OR to the People.  The People never surrendered Rights or authority; they delegated powers to the government to perform certain duties in a specific way.  And they provided for the government to remove any individual who failed to comply with the duties as ordered.  It is a marvelous system!

In the first session of Congress, the Founders passed the Judiciary Act of 1789.  In section 34 of that Act is says: “And be it further enacted, That the laws of the several states, except where the constitution, treaties or statutes of the United States shall otherwise require or provide, shall be regarded as rules of decision in trials at common law in the courts of the United States in cases where they apply.”  Further, in 1791 The Legislatures of the several States ratified the “Bill of Rights”.  The 5th Amendment to the Constitution says: “No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offence to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.”

During the decade surrounding the events of the Civil War the Constitution for the United States of America was usurped through unconstitutional acts.  The oath that was established for Congress was changed so that Congress became Officers and not Members who hold seats.  In a Republican Form of Government, those who are elected or appointed go “in our place” to “support the Constitution”.  If no power is given, no action can be taken.  Once established, the Constitution requires “amendment” by a specific process and the Rights of the People cannot be “legislated” away.  The Congress also RE-defined words that have a significant impact on our lives today and mixed the Republican Form of Government that was authorized by the People with a corporate democratic structure.  This comingling of terms, jurisdictions, law forms and politics has led the American People into slavery.  The People have been RE-created as corporate fictions, never authorized by the Constitution.

The Republic for the United States of America is comprised of People just like you.  One must be a citizen of the United States to vote, hold office or be an elector in the Republic.  It is NOT the wicked thing that the Corporation called the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA makes it out to be.  We were born here in America or naturalized according to Law.  We have taken a stand for the truth and invite you to join us in that plight.  There is no need for violence.  We do not require the permission of a fiction to maintain the form of government that WE authorized.  No person in the United States may be deprived of life, liberty or property without due process.  As stated above, the laws of the States are the measure of Law, not the precedent, case law, administrative process, etc…that we have been subjected to all our lives.

There are those who would attempt to have us believe that we CAN be deprived of our Rights without due process.  How can that be true if our Rights are God given and unalienable?  It simply requires the American People to not KNOW the difference.  We have devoted ourselves to learning and disseminating the truth and ask you to join us.

Republic Has Fallen: The Deep State’s Plot to Take Over America Has Succeeded

You want to defend the United States of America, then defend it with the tools it supplies you with—its Constitution. You ask for a mandate, General, from a ballot box. You don’t steal it after midnight, when the country has its back turned.”—Seven Days in May (1964)

No doubt about it.

The coup d’etat has been successful.

The Deep State—a.k.a. the police state a.k.a. the military industrial complex—has taken over.

The American system of representative government has been overthrown by a profit-driven, militaristic corporate state bent on total control and global domination through the imposition of martial law here at home and by fomenting wars abroad.

When in doubt, follow the money trail.

It always points the way.

Every successive president starting with Franklin D. Roosevelt has been bought—lock, stock and barrel—and made to dance to the tune of the Deep State.

Even Dwight D. Eisenhower, the retired five-star Army general -turned-president who warned against the disastrous rise of misplaced power by the military industrial complex was complicit in contributing to the build-up of the military’s role in dictating national and international policy.

Enter Donald Trump, the candidate who swore to drain the swamp in Washington DC.Instead of putting an end to the corruption, however, Trump has paved the way for lobbyists, corporations, the military industrial complex, and the Deep State to feast on the carcass of the dying American republic.


Just recently, for instance, Trump—boasting about the “purchase of lots of beautiful military equipment because nobody makes it like the United States—agreed to sell Saudi Arabia more than $110 billion in military weapons and “tanks and helicopters for border security, ships for coastal security, intelligence-gathering aircraft, a missile-defense radar system, and cybersecurity tools.”Meanwhile, Trump—purportedly in an effort to balance the budget in 10 years—wants to slash government funding for programs for the poor, ranging from health care and food stamps to student loans and disability payments.


The military doesn’t have to worry about tightening its belt, however. No, the military’s budget—with its trillion dollar wars, its $125 billion in administrative waste, and its contractor-driven price gouging that hits the American taxpayer where it hurts the most—will continue to grow, thanks to Trump.

This is how you keep the Deep State in power.

The rich will get richer, the poor will get poorer, the military will get more militaristic, America’s endless wars will get more endless, and the prospect of peace will grow ever dimmer.

As for the terrorists, they will keep on being played for pawns as long as Saudi Arabia remains their breeding ground and America remains the source of their weapons, training and know-how (15 of the 19 terrorists—including Osama bin Laden—who carried out the 9/11 attacks were from Saudi Arabia).

Follow the money.  It always points the way.

As Bertram Gross noted in Friendly Fascism: The New Face of Power in America, “evil now wears a friendlier face than ever before in American history.”

Writing in 1980, Gross predicted a future in which he saw:

…a new despotism creeping slowly across America. Faceless oligarchs sit at command posts of a corporate-government complex that has been slowly evolving over many decades. In efforts to enlarge their own powers and privileges, they are willing to have others suffer the intended or unintended consequences of their institutional or personal greed. For Americans, these consequences include chronic inflation, recurring recession, open and hidden unemployment, the poisoning of air, water, soil and bodies, and, more important, the subversion of our constitution. More broadly, consequences include widespread intervention in international politics through economic manipulation, covert action, or military invasion…

This stealthy, creeping, silent coup that Gross prophesied is the same danger that writer Rod Serling warned against in the 1964 political thriller Seven Days in May, which put the military in charge of a coup that would institute martial law packaged as a well-meaning and overriding concern for the nation’s security.

On the big screen, the military coup is foiled and the republic is saved in a matter of hours. In the real world, however, the plot thickens and spreads out over the past half century.

We’ve been losing our freedoms so incrementally for so long—sold to us in the name of national security and global peace, maintained by way of martial law disguised as law and order, and enforced by a standing army of militarized police and a political elite determined to maintain their powers at all costs—that it’s hard to pinpoint exactly when it all started going downhill, but we’re certainly on that downward trajectory now, and things are moving fast.

The question is no longer whether the U.S. government will be preyed upon and taken over by the military industrial complex. That’s a done deal.

The “government of the people, by the people, for the people” has perished.

It will not be revived or restored without a true revolution of values and a people’s rebellion the likes of which we may not see for a very long time.

America is a profitable business interest for a very select few, and war—wars waged abroad against shadowy enemies and wars waged at home against the American people—has become the Deep State’s primary means of income.

If America has been at war more than we’ve been at peace over the past half century, it’s because the country is in the clutches of a greedy military empire with a gargantuan, profit-driven appetite for war. Indeed, the U.S. has been involved in an average of at least one significant military action per year, “ranging from significant fighting in Vietnam, Iraq and Afghanistan to lesser incursions in such far-flung countries as Kuwait, Bosnia, Pakistan, Libya, Grenada, Haiti and Panama… That total does not count more limited U.S. actions, such as drone strikes.”

War is big business.

In order to maintain a profit margin when there are no more wars to be fought abroad, one would either have to find new enemies abroad or focus on fighting a war at home, against the American people, and that’s exactly what we’re dealing with today.

Wars waged abroad to the tune of trillions of dollars since 9/11.

Military equipment sold to foreign enemies.

Local police transformed into a standing army in the American homeland through millions of dollars’ worth of grants to local police agencies for military weapons, vehicles, training and assistance.

The public acclimated to the sights and sounds of martial law through urban training exercises wherein military troops rappel from Black Hawk helicopters in cities across the country, from Miami and Chicago to Minneapolis, to domestic military training drills timed and formulated to coincide with or portend actual crises.

The citizenry taught to fear and distrust each other and to welcome the metal detectors and pat downs in their schools, bag searches in their train stations, tanks and military weaponry used by their small town police forces, surveillance cameras in their traffic lights, police strip searches on their public roads, unwarranted blood draws at drunk driving checkpoints, whole body scanners in their airports, and government agents monitoring their communications.

Had the government tried to ram such a state of affairs down our throats suddenly, it might have had a rebellion on its hands.

Instead, the American people have been given the boiling frog treatment, immersed in water that slowly is heated up—degree by degree—so that they’ve fail to notice that they’re being trapped and cooked and killed.

“We the people” are in hot water now.

As I make clear in my book Battlefield America: The War on the American People, the Constitution doesn’t stand a chance against a federalized, globalized standing army protected by legislative, judicial and executive branches that are all on the same side, no matter what political views they subscribe to: suffice it to say, they are not on our side or the side of freedom.

From Clinton to Bush, then Obama and now Trump, it’s as if we’ve been caught in a time loop, forced to re-live the same thing over and over again: the same assaults on our freedoms, the same disregard for the rule of law, the same subservience to the Deep State, and the same corrupt, self-serving government that exists only to amass power, enrich its shareholders and ensure its continued domination.

The republic has fallen to fascism with a smile.

As Bertram Gross wrote in what may have been his most prescient warning:

In 1935 Sinclair Lewis wrote a popular novel in which a racist, anti-Semitic, flag-waving, army-backed demagogue wins the 1936 presidential election and proceeds to establish an Americanized version of Nazi Germany. The title, It Can’t Happen Here, was a tongue-in-cheek warning that it might. But the “it” Lewis referred to is unlikely to happen again any place… Anyone looking for black shirts, mass parties, or men on horseback will miss the telltale clues of creeping fascism. In any First World country of advanced capitalism, the new fascism will be colored by national and cultural heritage, ethnic and religious composition, formal political structure, and geopolitical environment… In America, it would be supermodern and multi-ethnic-as American as Madison Avenue, executive luncheons, credit cards, and apple pie. It would be fascism with a smile. As a warning against its cosmetic facade, subtle manipulation, and velvet gloves, I call it friendly fascism. What scares me most is its subtle appeal.

I am worried by those who fail to remember-or have never learned -that Big Business-Big Government partnerships, backed up by other elements, were the central facts behind the power structures of old fascism in the days of Mussolini, Hitler, and the Japanese empire builders. I am worried by those who quibble about labels… I am upset with those who prefer to remain spectators until it may be too late… I am appalled by those who stiffly maintain that nothing can be done until things get worse or the system has been changed. I am afraid of inaction. I am afraid of those who will heed no warnings and who wait for some revelation, research, or technology to offer a perfect solution. I am afraid of those who do not see that some of the best in America has been the product of promises and that the promises of the past are not enough for the future. I am dismayed by those who will not hope, who will not commit themselves to something larger than themselves, of those who are afraid of true democracy or even its pursuit.

Elections will not save us.

Learn the treacherous lessons of 2008 and 2016:  presidential elections have made a mockery of our constitutional system of government, suggesting that our votes can make a difference when, in fact, they merely serve to maintain the status quo.

Don’t delay.

Start now—in your own communities, in your schools, at your city council meetings, in newspaper editorials, at protests—by pushing back against laws that are unjust, police departments that overreach, politicians that don’t listen to their constituents, and a system of government that grows more tyrannical by the day.

If you wait until 2020 to rescue our republic from the clutches of the Deep State, it will be too late.

Solar panel farm grows 17000 tons of food without soil pesticides fossil fuels or groundwater

(NaturalNews) A new agricultural technique may have just solved the problem of growing food in some of the world’s most inhospitable places – locations that don’t currently support traditional agriculture.

In addition, the technique can save what are clearly finite resources from extinction, something all of us should clearly favor.

As reported by Natural Blaze, as the world’s population grows, so too does its demand for food. Right now, activist organizations are battling the spread of the genetically modified organisms (GMOs) which have become prevalent in modern agriculture, despite the dangers they pose to our health.

The primary argument for GMO makers like Monsanto and backers in industry and government is that they are necessary because the world is running out of resources, and GMO crops are a better way to boost yields (which is not true, actually). On first hearing it, this argument might sound cogent and believable; after all, it’s “science” and scientists aren’t trying to harm us.

Technology to make agriculture sustainable and environmentally clean

But digging deeper into the impact of GMO crops and the herbicides used to make them most effective, demonstrates well that chemical farming is what’s doing real harm to finite land and soil resources.

So GMOs aren’t a viable, long-term option. Thankfully, however, a new innovation that is efficient and environmentally friendly – as well as productive – has been developed.

A new start-up called Sundrop Farms has developed what can only be called high-tech greenhouses that employ several solutions to grow crops with far less reliance on finite natural resources, even more than conventional greenhouse production. With offices in the UK, Australia and the US, the company is working to educate, enlighten and, most of all, expand.

In order to grow crops, you need land, water and energy – all finite resources. But Sundrop Farms’ technology sort of reinvents the resources.

In 2010, when the company launched its first pilot farm in Port Augusta, South Australia, it was located in the middle of a desert, where it would have been impossible to grow food using traditional agricultural methods. However, by combining seawater and sunlight, Sundrop Farms has managed to change the agricultural dynamic. It is a technology that negates any effects of climate change (real or imagined), land grabs by biotech companies who only want to spread GMOs, droughts, floods and other natural and man-made occurrences.

Using coconut husks, 23,000 mirrors to reflect solar power, and desalinated water on 20-hectares (roughly 49,400 acres), the developers have grown tons of fresh, wholesome, organic food.

As further reported by Natural Blaze, the facility in South Australia uses seawater from the Spencer Gulf, desalinating it and then using it in a massive greenhouse lined with cardboard, thereby eliminating the need to rely on groundwater or rain for growing produce.

In addition, the facility also grows food hydroponically – which you can also do at home – thereby further reducing the overall need for water and eliminating the need for soil.

Utilizing the mirrors for power to redirect the desert sun, all that is required is sunlight and seawater to grow as much as 17,000 metric tons of food a year.

And none of it is genetically modified.

What’s more, this kind of agricultural operation can produce year-round. During winter months, the greenhouse is fed with 39 megawatts of clean energy that comes directly from the sun. While the $200 million price tag may seem excessive, consider that with the renewable technologies and year-round growing seasons, such operations can quickly pay for themselves.

But the bigger issue is that Sundrop Farms is redefining the way food can be – and should be – grown in a world where the population is only expanding, along with competition for resources.

A couple of books come to mind amid the relentless leaks emanating from the spooks on either side of the Potomac and, not to be missed, their high approval ratings among our patriots of liberal persuasion.

One is The Devil’s Chessboard: Allen Dulles, the CIA, and the Rise of America’s Secret Government, published two summers ago. This is David Talbot’s history of the infamous CIA director’s quite successful effort to turn Langley, Virginia, into a state within a state, perfectly capable of taking on the one whose leaders Americans elect. We now call this “the Deep State,” and Glenn Greenwald put the debate on this point to bed in 140 characters a few days ago: “To summarize journalistic orthodoxy: only fringe conspiracists think a Deep State exists, but all sane people know Kremlin controls US Govt.”

(What exactly is the “Deep State,” anyway? Here’s a rundown of the basics.)

President Kennedy fired the Deep State’s godfather in 1961, after the Bay of Pigs calamity and Dulles’s never-acknowledged support for a failed coup against de Gaulle (believe it, the French president). Taking this to the ultimate, Talbot, who founded Salon 20-odd years ago, makes a persuasive case that Dulles retreated to Georgetown, gathered his loyalists, and probably architected JFK’s assassination two years later. Talbot’s book does not include this incident, but I have it from a former spook of great integrity, now noted for blowing whistles: A few years into Barack Obama’s presidency supporters asked at a fundraiser, “Where’s our progressive foreign policy, Mr. President?” Obama’s reply: “Do you want me to end up another JFK?”

The other book is I.F. Stone’s The Haunted Fifties, 1953–1963. The great Izzy’s commentary in I.F. Stone’s Weekly during those egregious years was among the few available sources of sanity in a nation of anti-Russian zombies. “To have kept his head in the hurricane of corrupted speech, ritualized patriotism, paranoid terror, and sudden conversions to acceptability,” Arthur Miller wrote in a foreword to the collection, “required something more than his wits and investigative talent and a gift for language.” It did—and does, so let us take a lesson. Stone endured, Miller observed, because he had faith that “a confident, tolerant America” would eventually come back to life.

I propose staying with this thought. But it is no good looking for help among the corrupted, the paranoid, and the suddenly converted.

One finds little confidence and less tolerance among Americans now. One finds instead, a president who has more bad ideas than you’ve had hot dinners—a man with an antidemocratic streak that appears to result from his failure to understand the principles of democratic government. There is only one thing worse than this president. I refer to the liberal reaction to his election. It had been bad but short of dangerous for some time after the night of last November 8. As of last week, I count it a disgrace: It is full of danger now.

I know it is a long time ago, but cast your mind back to those autumn days when mainstream Democrats considered “President Hillary Clinton” a shoo-in. There was going to be a big problem come November 8, they direly warned: All the Trumpets and Trumpettes will not accept the result. They will refuse Clinton her legitimacy. They will deny and resist and rampage. They will be in the streets. They will put our great republic’s political process, our very glory, at risk.

Striking it has been to watch liberals as they commit these very sins. One opinion-page inhabitant predicted “a perpetual fever swamp” after Clinton took the White House. Are we not sloshing through one now? Here is what these people utterly refuse to grasp, from what one can make out because it is too embarrassing: Donald Trump is a consequence. He is not the cause of anything.

To be clear: Given that the Supreme Court broke the democratic process decisively with its Citizens United decision seven years ago, the street is a perfectly logical place to be, in my view. But there is no point in being there unless one is for something and not merely contra. Having failed to think things through, the implicit argument among many of those taking it to the street these days is that things were copacetic before Trump came along and ruined them. Obama now goes down as the Mighty Quinn. The self-delusion is astonishing, and the historians will fix it, one hopes. But in the meantime, this error turns consequential: It lands us with the kind of problem that David Talbot suggests killed Kennedy in Dallas, if you care to entertain the thesis.

Read the histories. The Ivy League culture that still suffuses the CIA has from the first been far more liberal than conservative. The Democratic Party’s Clintonian era is perfectly exemplary on this point. As a smart friend said the other day, John Brennan, who served Bill Clinton and then Obama at the CIA and wanted to serve in an HRC administration, had a lot of trouble sorting out his role in Langley and his relations with the Democrats.

Now look.

It is one thing to tar Donald Trump with a groundless campaign, Nixon-style, so as to insinuate without evidence that he entertains objectionable ties to Russia. That is mere politics. (And I like Reince Priebus’s term for this last Sunday on Fox News. Citing top officials in the IC, which stands for intelligence cabal, Priebus asserted, “They have made it very clear that the story is complete garbage.”)

It is another matter altogether when the descendants of Dulles (whom Priebus suggests are not united on this one) mount what looks awfully like a coup operation against the president of our republic. That is a strong phrase, but it belongs on the table far more than the “complete garbage” you can read in any day’s edition of The New York Times. There I will put it for now, awaiting a historically informed argument for taking it off.

Leaks have the wonderful advantage of requiring no substantiation. With Michael Flynn’s resignation as Trump’s national-security adviser, they have already claimed one prominent victim. Who or what is next? Priebus? Trump himself? Or maybe just crippling the Trump White House’s determination to forge a saner relationship with Moscow will do.

I have seen a few naked emperors in my day, but this one is positively obese (and wears a Speedo at the beach). This is a perception-management campaign quite similar to those mounted decades ago in Iran, Guatemala, and elsewhere. The media are thoroughly complicit, and the objective is perfectly plain but nowhere mentioned. We have an intelligence apparatus that has accreted autonomous power such that no president dares try to control it: This much lies beyond debate. Now we watch as it counters a president who proposes to scrub the single most important passage in the narrative of fear and animosity on which this apparatus depends.

You have two potential casualties here, readers. It is very dangerous to suffer either.

One, this looks like the most serious threat to (what remains of) American democracy since… since the Kennedy assassination, if you accept David Talbot’s case. It comes from the very people everyone from Pat Moynihan to Edward Snowden warned us about—those who abide in the culture of secrecy, the Deep State. Set aside all thought of “it can’t happen here.” At the very least you are watching the threat that it is going to happen.

You want to get Trump out of office? Good idea. Do the work. We all want to see your plan.

Two, if the spooks, the seething mainstream of the Democratic Party, and the neoconservative warmongers succeed in taking down Trump’s détente policy and who knows whom among its advocates, the already distorted role of intelligence agencies in the foreign-policy process will be further consolidated. More immediately, Americans will be condemned to live with Russophobic fear more or less indefinitely. I have only one question on this point, and maybe some (more) elderly fellow can answer it: Was the anti-Communist case that haunted the 1950s so impossibly flimsy as this? Hard to believe, given all the damage it did, but maybe we are about to learn something very awful.

Another question, actually. How did it come to be that what we witness daily now is to be cheered? My own answer runs to an old confusion characteristic of Americans. Most of us are entirely taken up with means. This has been so for a long time. We say we have ideals, ends, but in truth these are museum curiosities now. Our only purpose is merely to sustain the present—which by definition is not an ideal. If it takes a CIA operation to get this done—in this case to kneecap Donald Trump—well, one is all for it.

“Bring on the special prosecutor” was the headline on an editorial in the Times a few days after Flynn resigned. All the banners of liberal outrage were aloft by then. At first Flynn’s sin was talking to Russian officials before Trump’s inauguration. When the idiocy of this position finally dawned, it was, as it is now, that Flynn had lied to Trump and Vice President Pence. Unless Flynn broke a law, and he did not by any untainted judgment, this is a matter strictly between Trump and Pence and Flynn, if I am not mistaken. It is the latest peg for the anti-Trump people to hang their hats on, but as grounds for a special prosecutor, it is ridiculous. The proposal is less for a special investigation than for a fishing expedition, and given how the non-evidence of a mail hack was conjured into the “highest confidence” of Russian meddling, it is impossible to say what “evidence” or “conclusions” would be drawn from it.

One cannot figure, in the case of the Times, what the object of the exercise might be. On the one hand, it is a brimming chalice of liberal anger, and so an expression of the Democratic Party’s elites. Recall, the Times confessed on page one last summer that it had abandoned all efforts to report about Trump objectively. On the other, it is full tilt these days finding Russians under every bed: Having subverted our democracy, they are subverting elections in France. They are subverting elections in Holland. They are subverting something or other in Kosovo, I cannot make out quite what. This is typical CIA stuff. Does the Times carry the agency’s ball, then?

Maybe both. Or, as earlier suggested, between the Democrats and Langley, maybe there is only one ball: It is the same for the two of them.

Long ago, New York Times reporter Tom Wicker called the CIA “a Frankenstein monster no one can fully control.”

Long, long ago, Tom Wicker, the much-noted Times reporter and later columnist, called the CIA “a Frankenstein monster no one can fully control.” That was in the edition of April 27, 1966, when the Times published the third in a running series of influential exposés of the CIA’s limitlessly crazy doings. People were outraged, as I suppose it is necessary to explain. This was five years after Arthur Hays Sulzberger stepped down as publisher. Sulzberger served the CIA and had signed a secrecy agreement with the agency, so Wicker could not know of this connection, and it was not in his piece.

To conclude where I began, think for a moment about I.F. Stone during his haunted 1950s. While he was well-regarded by a lot of rank-and-file reporters, few would say so openly. He was PNG among people such as Sulzberger—an outcast. (Among my favorites of Stone’s many good lines: “It’s always fun reading the Washington Post because you never know where you’ll find a page one story.”) Now think of all the good Stone did. “I know that in the fifties,” Arthur Miller wrote in recollection, “to find his Weekly in the mail was to feel a breath of hope for mankind.”

Now think about now.

A few reporters and commentators advise us that the name of the game these days is to sink the single most constructive policy the Trump administration has announced. The rest is subterfuge, rubbish. This is prima facie the case, though you can read it nowhere in the Times or any of the other corporate media. A few have asserted that we may now be witnessing a coup operation against the Trump White House. This is a possibility, in my view. We cannot flick it off the table. With the utmost purpose, I post here one of these pieces. “A Win for the Deep State” came out just after Flynn was forced from office. It is by a writer named Justin Raimondo and appeared in a wholly out-of-bounds web publication called I know nothing about either, but it is a thought-provoking piece.

My point here is simple. You have studied the Enlightenment? Good: You know what I mean when I say we are headed into the Endarkenment. The lights upon us are dimming. We have been more or less abandoned by a press that proves incapable of informing us in anything approaching a disinterested fashion. As suggested, either the media are Clintonian liberals before they are newspapers and broadcasters, or they are servants of power before they serve us.

This is the media’s disgrace, but our problem. It imposes a couple of new burdens. We, readers and viewers, must discriminate among all that is put before us so as to make the best judgments we can and, not least, protect our minds. The other side of the coin, what we customarily call “alternative media,” assumes an important responsibility. They must get done, as best they can, what better-endowed media now shirk. To put this simply and briefly, they and we must learn that they are not “alternative” to anything. In the end there is no such thing as “alternative media,” as I often argue. There are only media, and most of ours have turned irretrievably bad.

And now they are doing much to land us in very grave trouble.

Part 1

Americans dislike the concept of “piling on.”  We even have rules to prevent it in sporting events like football.

Liberal Democrats do not understand this concept.

It’s pretty easy to identify piling on in a football game.  In politics it’s more difficult – until the public has been so badly abused it reaches a tipping point and just stops believing anything anyone says.  It is part of the reason people who have supported President Trump remain loyal.  They understand the concept of piling on… your enemies do it when they’re losing and need to injure an important player on the other team to have a chance for victory… if you call that victory.

It’s Not What You Believe. It’s How You Believe It

George Orwell’s novel 1984 has been selling in large numbers to people scared of a lurch toward 2345 authoritarianism in the USA. I recently noted that both that book and Animal Farm were written not as a warning against a particular political ideology but against the implementation of any ideology, however progressive, by people who think themselves too smart to have to test their politics against the emotions, sentiments, and experiences of those they would affect.

In his essay, My Country Right or Left, Orwell referred to such people as:

“so ‘enlightened’ that they cannot understand the most ordinary emotions.”

He understood that the morality of a political ideology in practice cannot be determined from its theoretical exposition – but only from the actual experiences of those who would be affected by its real-world application.

1984 warned not about a political ideology, but rather, commitment to an ideology.

To make the point to the people he felt most needed to hear it, Orwell, a self-identified socialist, called out the arrogance of his friends on the Left who experienced themselves as so “enlightened,” to use his word, that they did not need to consider the sentiments – let alone ideas – of those who were to them clearly politically ignorant.

Orwell had a name for this kind of self-righteous certainty – and it wasn’t fascism, capitalism, or communism.  It was “orthodoxy,” which he explains in 1984, “means not thinking—not needing to think. Orthodoxy is unconsciousness.” It is a state exhibited by people who already know they have the right answers – at least in the areas that matter.

To understand tyranny, we need to think about epistemology, not politics.

There is no political system so perfect that it will not be deadly when imposed against the will of others by people sure of their own righteousness. Orwell saw that no political theory – even the egalitarian socialism that he believed to be the most moral – can prevent its adherents from being anything other than tyrants if they are committed to it in a way that is immune to the protests and experiences of other people.

In other words, tyranny is not the result of a belief in a bad political theory; it is the result of a bad belief in a political theory – and that is an entirely different thing.

The Epistemology of Political Ideologies

To understand tyranny, then, we need to think a bit less about politics, and a bit more about epistemology.

Epistemology concerns the nature of knowledge, and especially its formation, justification, and scope. Accordingly, the word “epistemic” means “relating to knowledge or the degree of its validation”.

We may be able to identify one ideology as more consistent with freedom than another, but that is just an academic exercise if in practice it is the nature of the commitment to the ideology, rather than the content committed to, that leads to authoritarianism.

As Yogi Berra rather nicely put it:

“In theory, there’s no difference between theory and practice; but in practice, there is.”

Can we identify an epistemology of tyranny? Is there a mechanism by which a certain kind of cognitive commitment to a political or moral theory might cause someone willingly to harm others in its pursuit; prevent them from seeing the harm they are doing, or even make invisible to them the data that would demand a revision of their beliefs to better reflect human experience and lead to outcomes more aligned with their stated goals?

Such fundamental questions concern our ability to form knowledge and change their opinions and so both depend on, and reveal, much about human nature. And since human nature doesn’t change, we shouldn’t be too surprised to find that history provides a useful guide in answering them.

Orwell referred sarcastically to the “enlightenment” of people who are rather less enlightened than they believe themselves to be.

Newton was doing physics, but his work clearly implied a certain metaphysics.

At first blush, then, it may appear to be a rather remarkable coincidence that the period of history that perhaps sheds light on what makes commitment to ideology dangerous is the Enlightenment. (But we’ll soon see that it isn’t a coincidence at all.)

Knowledge is Dangerous

In the latter part of the 17th century, René Descartes, Isaac Newton, and myriad other intellectual giants were making a whole new world.

In Principia Mathematica, published in 1687, Newton presented the Laws of Motion, the theory of gravity and even a set of “Rules for Reasoning in Philosophy.” His work explained and predicted an infinity of (although by no means all) phenomena that had theretofore been mysterious. In providing a coherent means of understanding many complex phenomena in terms of a few axioms and principles, he made tractable a huge swathe of the world.

In as much as Newton’s theories substantially described and predicted things that had not been accurately described or predicted before, they were both true and useful – or, at least they were much “truer” than any understanding of the world that had come before it.

Newton was doing physics, but his work clearly implied a certain metaphysics. Newton’s explanations, and therefore the underlying reality, were deterministic – meaning that if you knew the laws that governed things and their state at one instance, then you could predict in principle their motions and states at all times. They rested on common-sense, observable, causation – meaning that a specific cause necessarily leads to a specific effect. They used a common-sense framework of time and space, in which a foot is always a foot and a second is always a second, everywhere and always. In one fell swoop, Newton’s work eliminated the need for any non-physical explanations of a huge number of terrestrial and celestial phenomena.

It was better than what came before it because whereas, say, the Church’s explanatory entities (God, the saints, the soul) failed to explain why the world operated as it did rather than any other way, Newton’s explanatory entities (force, mass etc.) did exactly that. And did so with precision in a manner that could even be used to steer the world towards specific outcomes.

Indeed, to many, an explanation that wasn’t scientific wasn’t even an explanation.

Some of the critical intellectual groundwork for Newton had been laid by René Descartes, who not long before, had developed the mathematical framework that was used by Newton in his extraordinary endeavor. But more than that, Descartes had pioneered the skeptical philosophical project, showing the world the nature and standard of certainty that would have to pertain to any claim that could even be said to constitute “knowledge” at all.

Between Descartes’ having primed the Western world not to believe things that it didn’t actually know, and Newton’s appearing to eliminate the need for non-physical explanations of physical phenomena, some of the “enlightened ones” started to feel that they could not just sift fact from non-fact, but could prejudge entire classes of claims as to whether they need to be taken seriously at all.

Over the next hundred years, this line of thinking continued. In 1785, for example, Coulomb did in the domain of electricity and magnetism what Newton had done in the domain of mechanics and gravity. And as science advanced, so-called former “knowledge” that could not be tested against the direct experience of physical objects; that invoked non-physical explanations of anything; that could not be the basis of accurate predictions of physical phenomena – was seen by some to be no more than commitments of faith, guesswork, or superstition.

To some, this new science made free will no longer free, and no longer even will.

In other words, it wasn’t just wrong: it was of an altogether lower order – perhaps even derisible – and the people who advanced them were backward-thinking.

To that part of the educated classes, every success of science reinforced their certainty in a clockwork universe, justifying not just disagreement with, but the dismissal of, any postulates that were not consistent with the prevailing metaphysics.

Indeed, to many, an explanation that wasn’t scientific wasn’t even an explanation. Of great consequence, a phenomenon that wasn’t amenable to a scientific explanation wasn’t even a real phenomenon, but at best an emergent property of real (physical) phenomena that could be scientifically explained (such as particles moving in the brain in reaction to stimuli, according to deterministic laws).

To some, this new science made free will no longer free, and no longer even will. To many, it turned cats into machines, because (with the exception of humans who in a still largely Christian world could be believed to have souls), everything was a machine. Kicking a cat became as acceptable to those people as slamming a door.

And here’s where we start to circle back to Orwell.

“You See Only What You Know”

The cat-kickers of the 18th and 19th century could see their cats react in pain; they could hear them squeal, but now they knew something that caused them no longer to take their cat’s apparent experience into account — because it was now only that —apparent.

That squeal was just a mechanical response of a machine to a mechanical stimulus. There was no consciousness; there was just a really complex machine (a cat’s brain) inside another really complex machine (a cat).

Cruelty to cats became acceptable not because cruelty became acceptable, but because cats ceased to be cats. But only for the “enlightened”, of course, who knew their science, and could laugh condescendingly about their sentimental neighbors who worried about whether their cats were happy because they’d evidently not read any Descartes or Newton.

So we begin to see how something that only the most “enlightened” people know can cause them to cut off emotionally from the harm they can clearly see themselves causing, if only their theory – in fact, their knowledge – were not in the way. And it is all utterly reasonable because their knowledge is the most certain and most tested of any the world has produced.

These are the people who are literally the most progressive of their age. In the18th and 19th centuries, not only did they have all the certainty of science: they had it bolstered by the imprimatur of a Church that told them that cats, not being human, don’t have souls, so machines are the only possible things left for them to be.

Understanding that people are made of matter, which follows deterministic rules, many of the European intelligentsia understandably deduced that rules must govern human behavior too, so they started looking for them.

It was understood that it was necessary to look at the world to find the laws that govern it, but once they were found, many non-scientists forgot about the need to keep testing them against actual phenomena as they started to exploit those laws to produce desired outcomes.

By the beginning of 18th century, we were doing that with steam engines with amazing results. Could it be that we could do it with political systems too, especially if the increasingly discredited Church was wrong about the soul, and a human being is just a more complex machine than a steam engine, but a machine nonetheless? It certainly appeared to many enlightened thinkers that society followed statistical laws that could obviously be exploited by social engineering for our benefit, just as the physical laws were exploited by mechanical engineering to produce the steam engine and all the good it had done for us.

Gustav Le Bon, in the Psychology of Revolutions, explaining the roots of the terror at the end of the 18th century in France wrote the following:

The [French] Revolution was above all a permanent struggle between theorists who were imbued with a new ideal, and the economic, social and political laws, which ruled mankind, and which they do not understand…

Well, quite.

The political orthodoxies that arose from the end of the 18th century – benign and logical in their exposition, but terrifying in their application – could only be imposed with such relentless horror and death because of the confident commitment of people to a “theory” that “explained” a certain set of effects as following from certain causes – even as the effects were proving them wrong, if only they’d been open to them.

But they weren’t open to them, because they experienced their own certainty in their theories, not as a psychological state, which is all it was, but as the accuracy of the theory in which they were certain, which is an entirely different thing.

That kind of religious commitment to theory – and commitment can be religious even when the theory is anything but — doesn’t matter much if you’re working with steam engines, but it matters a lot if you’re working with guillotines.

I imprison you so that we may all have liberté. I kill you so that we may all have égalité.

You’d get it if only you were enlightened enough to understand the theory that makes sense of it all.

And a century after the French Revolution, the deaths of tens of millions of Russians would be similarly caused and justified using a philosophy that purported to be deterministic and rational and manifesting of all the characteristics that make a theory – like Newton’s laws of motion – a good theory.

In both cases, the evil didn’t result from the fact that the theory was incorrect per se. It resulted from the fact that its adherents weren’t doing science – recognizing that their current, best model of the world was a step to a better one that is taken by revising it to accommodate the world’s reaction to its application – but something called scientism, wherein the current, best model becomes a fixed doctrine and the best of all possible models.

Orwell’s “unthinking orthodoxy” is “political scientism.”

In other words, it was the epistemology rather than the political content that was the problem.

All theories are incorrect because none – not even the best theories we have – are complete, and they are all conceived in very finite human minds. But some, like quantum mechanics, for example, are really, really good. They get to be good by being tested time and time again against data from the real world by people whose motivation is to find information that will show up all the ways it is wrong or incomplete, rather than information that reinforces their current understanding.

And motivation is everything, because it determines not just what you will be found, but even what can be seen.

The Epistemology of Tyranny

Science and scientism are superficially similar but epistemic opposites.

A true scientist remains doxastically open. That means that she works always on the assumption that her theory is a) false or incomplete and b) will therefore change.

The daily task of science is to identify the ways in which our current understanding is lacking. In so doing, science’s understanding of the world becomes less false.

Scientism, in contrast, is doxastically closed. That means that it identifies our best theory but then behaves as if it is a) absolute truth and b) will therefore not change.

Scientism, unlike science, has no need for data. It is deadly because it always uses the current paradigm to explain away potentially problematic observations. (E.g. the cat’s squeal isn’t telling me it’s in pain; it’s confirming that machines, including cats, have predictable responses to physical stimuli.)

Orwell’s “unthinking orthodoxy” is “political scientism.” That’s the epistemology of tyranny.

In my earlier article, I wrote about the authoritarianism of some of the “Social Justice Warrior” Left today, who would give moral privilege to groups they identity as victim groups in the name of eliminating privilege; who would eliminate the free speech of people with whom they disagree in the name of giving everyone an equal voice; who equate speech with violence to justify violence against those who speak.

Bizarre as those paradoxes clearly are, their advocates are not automatically dangerous if they are open to revising their moral or political theory in the light of falsifying data or contradictions in the theory’s application.

What makes it all dangerous is that it is allied with an a priori belief about competing views and political opponents that eliminate the possibility that any experiences or perspectives could provide data that could challenge the theory.

If potentially contradictory data can be rejected a priori on account of being explained away as the result of “fascist”, “racist”, “sexist” attitudes, for example, then the theory is inoculated against the human data against which all political theories must be tested.

Our social justice warrior friends thus become like those engaged in scientism two centuries ago. But instead of rejecting as “backward” phenomena or interpretations of phenomena that do not exhibit the required meta-characteristics of determinism, materialism, etc., they reject as “backward” phenomena or interpretations of phenomena that do not exhibit the exhibit the meta-characteristics of victimhood or privilege.

It’s not just the preserve of the Left. This kind of epistemic “inoculation” happens all over the political spectrum.

The successful defense of truth against the closed epistemology of scientism, and the successful defense of human happiness against the closed epistemology of political scientism, depend on knowing something crucial about it: scientism never feels backward or even extreme: it necessarily looks and feels modern and progressive.

Those with scientistic attitudes usually experience themselves as just asserting common sense. After all, they are doing no more or less than believing in the claims of science, which have been tested at every turn, have produced tangible improvements all around us, and have generated more provable knowledge than any other method of human enquiry.

Indeed, no educated person post-enlightenment can doubt the advance of science or, therefore, that deterministic and mechanistic explanations have succeeded where religious ones, for example, have failed.

Since these scientistic non-scientists experienced themselves, rightly, as believing in nothing more than the most certain and proved human knowledge, if you disagree with them, you aren’t just wrong (which would be allowable), you are intellectually backward. If you believe in spirit, whatever that might be, in a mechanistic universe, you aren’t just factually mistaken, you are rejecting human progress; you are believing in something that isn’t just not the case but isn’t even worthy of consideration.

It is a position that is so enticingly and dangerously reasonable. After all, it is obvious that cause and effect exists. How can there be any knowledge without it? Every known truth depends on it.

You may experience yourself as conscious, the scientistic non-scientist believes, but there is obviously an objective reality that doesn’t depend on what you think about it.

You may have different experiences from me and interpret them differently from me, but if your interpretation of the world violates that belief, then I don’t even have to take it seriously.

In fact, I don’t even have to take you seriously. You are not just wrong; you are intellectually beyond the pale; you are one of the dangerous ones. You are the one, with your strange pseudo-religious ideas, who probably has to be stopped by people like me who know better.

In the French Revolution, they stopped you with blades. In the Russian Revolution, they stopped you with guns and gulags. And it was all perfectly in line with the theory – with the theory that the most intellectually and morally enlightened had formulated and were applying.

Here is Robespierre’s justification of the French Revolution:

We must smother the internal and external enemies of the Republic or perish with it; now in this situation, the first maxim of your policy ought to be to lead the people by reason and the people’s enemies by terror.

If the spring of popular government in time of peace is virtue, the springs of popular government in revolution are at once virtue and terror: virtue, without which terror is fatal; terror, without which virtue is powerless. Terror is nothing other than justice, prompt, severe, inflexible; it is therefore an emanation of virtue; it is not so much a special principle as it is a consequence of the general principle of democracy applied to our country’s most urgent needs.

It has been said that terror is the principle of despotic government. Does your government, therefore, resemble despotism? Yes, as the sword that gleams in the hands of the heroes of liberty resembles that with which the henchmen of tyranny are armed. Let the despot govern by terror his brutalized subjects; he is right, as a despot. Subdue by terror the enemies of liberty, and you will be right, as founders of the Republic. The government of the revolution is liberty’s despotism against tyranny.

In other words, it may seem that the fact that a small group of people is guillotining thousands is a piece of data against our theory of fraternité, liberté, and égalité – but that’s just because you are not smart enough or good enough or committed enough to understand it. Read Robespierre until you see that your data can’t possibly be the data.

It may seem that the fact that a small group of people are starving others and putting them in concentration camps is a piece of data against our theory of each those according to his ability to each according to his need, and the empowerment of the proletariat – but that is because you are not smart enough or good enough or committed enough to understand it. Read Marx until you see that your facts can’t possibly be the facts.

Orwell’s “War is peace” and “Freedom is slavery” aren’t fiction. They are history.

The “Knowing” Changes Everything

At the beginning of the 1920s, as in the decades that preceded it, some people believed in God and some didn’t; some believed in a human soul and some believed only in human machines, albeit very sophisticated ones; some believed in cats, and some believed in just feline machines.

But everyone knew, obviously, that whatever else is true, inanimate physical matter follows deterministic laws; that the physical universe is all cause and effect, and that there is an objective reality out there that carries on just the same regardless of whether little old me cares to look at it. I mean, the scientists, the scientism-ists and the unengaged could at least count on that certainty, right?

Wrong. All wrong.

In 1925, quantum mechanics happened, and even Einstein, who not only was one of its pioneers, but had also single-handedly overturned Newton’s common-sense notion of fixed time and space just a few years before, wasn’t sufficiently doxastically open to accept its implications. Faced with the end of determinism, effect without cause, and a physical world that unfolds in a way determined by conscious observation, he had a rare moment of scientism when he insisted, “God does not play dice with the universe”.

But, of course, God very much does play dice, and the metaphysics that was built on Newton has been turned on its head.

In so many ways, Newtonian metaphysics look to science today like the opposite of the truth, even though Newton’s theories are no less accurate than they were when he wrote Principia. It’s just that we now understand that they are approximate descriptions of non-deterministic phenomena on large scales. In other words, they describe reality, but not its fundamental nature.

That’s really important. We’ve not thrown out all of our past scientific knowledge: it’s still as accurate as it was – but in making a slight addition to that body of knowledge, the fundamental reality that it altogether implies – has been utterly transformed.

Scientism, including the political kind, is always wrong and always dangerous because the one thing that you do not know is likely to change everything you know.

Scientism is science stripped of its epistemological core, which is the knowledge that we don’t know. Those who practice it think they are “being scientific” because they accept scientific knowledge. But they are being anything but scientific because they are committed to those claims in an altogether wrong way – as knowledge that is both certain and static.

They turn a theory, which by definition, must always be tested against data that are sought to refute it, into an orthodoxy, which prevents the data that could refute it from even being perceived.

This is the nature of Orwell’s orthodoxy that 1984 was written to warn us about.

Science is the honest examination of physical objects and their relationships to understand our world and improve our experience in it, and scientism is its dogmatic bastardization that causes us to hold fast to wrong conclusions while a) “knowing” that we are right and b) being unable to perceive evidence to the contrary.

Political science is the honest examination of people and their relationships to understand our society and improve our experience in it, and political scientism is its dogmatic bastardization that causes us to hold fast to wrong behaviors while a) “knowing” that we are doing good and b) being unable to act on evidence to the contrary.

Regardless of your scientific theory, scientism destroys human knowledge and makes you stupid.  Regardless of your political ideology, political scientism destroys human life and makes you dangerous.

Liberty Begins in Your Head

Want to know if you could become a tyrant?

Don’t look at your political beliefs: look at your certainty about them. Look at whether you are more interested in how to apply your theory or in gathering the data you’d need to improve it once it’s applied. Look at whether you are more concerned about the good that you’d do because of what you know, or the harm that you could do because of what you don’t yet know. Most of all, consider whether those who are trying to tell you that the world you want to live in scares them are presenting you with the data you need to falsify and therefore improve your political theory (like all good scientists), or whether you see disregard their objections as obviously mistaken because, well … you know … the Bible, or Victims, or the non-aggression principle (depending on your political stripe).

If you really want to live in a world without tyranny, spend less time trying to show others why you are right and more time trying to show yourself why you are wrong.

That’s not just rhetorical. It’s necessary.

Most political arguments that focus on ideological content rather than commitment to it, end with each party’s being yet more certain about their own rightness and why the other’s views need to be resisted.

So rather than merely opposing your opponent’s position, which will generally elicit a defense of it, and therefore strengthened commitment to it, practice showing her just how undogmatically you are committed to your own position, how open you are to experiences that may challenge it – especially hers.

That doesn’t mean that you have to stop advocating living passionately according to your beliefs any more than scientists have to stop teaching and building computers because one day quantum mechanics will be superseded too.

Salesmen know that you have to give some to get some. If you want someone to share a personal story with you, share one with them. If you want someone to open their mind to your views and experiences, then open your mind to theirs.

The preservation of liberty is more about the way we hold our beliefs than the beliefs that we hold. Tyranny is less a political failure than it is an epistemological one.

So don’t just open your mind to win arguments for liberty – although that is a critical reason to do so. Do it also because if you don’t, you may start believing you’re one of the enlightened ones.

And then you’ll be surprised at just how aggressive the peace and how oppressive the liberty you’ll be willing to accept.

We are fortunate and grateful to work with some really great insiders who want the truth to come out about the inner workings of our governments.  FBI Anon, most known for showing up on 4Chan from time to time with his AMA, has agreed to allow our audience to ask questions.

Here are the questions and answers:

TOM asked:  The news is exploding that Trump shared intel with Russians from an “ally” in the middle east and the ally is very upset. This is in regards to an Isis plot regarding airplanes and laptops.

A:  The “ally” not being named is Israel, and they are mad as hell at Trump.  Israel is furious because they got caught with their pants down. Lets get to the point. Isis was created by Israel and the US to weaken Iran and topple Assad. Billions in profits at stake. Israel has developed the technology to remote control airlines via laptops. A false flag was being prepared. Trump discussed it with Russian officials,exposing the “plot” McMaster pitched, and now all hell has broken loose. Trump did a wonderful thing in my opinion.  We do not need anymore Isis false flags.

If Isis is eradicated, it will decrease CIA and DOD budgets, limit the amount of “support” Israel receives, and cause disruptions in the grand scheme to build a massive pipeline through Syria and ultimately cause the downfall of Iran and Russia. This is why “Isis” is being kept alive by the NWO. This is why such “bold” and “frightening” plots must be continually fed to the people. To justify larger budgets, and bigger hegemony.

Russia is actually our only hope, along with Trump, that this diabolical system can be broken, shattered, as JFK once said, into a thousand pieces and scattered to the wind.

The technology to remotely control and crash commercial airliners was developed by Unit 8200, the Israeli cyber command. Does any thinking person actually believe rag tag militants would have the know how and resources to develop this technology? Give me a break. While we are at it, you may want to see how close the Russian MetroJet 9268 was to Unit 8200 when it went down. Tensions between Israel and Russia continue to grow by the day. Putin knows every trick in the Israeli arsenal and he just happens to be a much better chess player than Netanyahu.

DONNA asked: Is there a statute of limitations on the Benghazi issue or the email issues involving HRC? If so, what is it?

A:  If immunity has been breeched, and this is a matter for legal minds,then technically, immunity can be withdrawn. Say Ms Mill’s lied, or Huma was granted immunity. Immunity is predicated on full and credible disclosure.

GILLIAN asked: Is the FBI investigating the Awan brothers Democratic spy ring being laid out so masterfully by George Webb?

A:  I am unable to comment on this matter.

CAROLINE asked: Was there more to Obama’s month-long trip to Tahiti than just a ‘vacation’? As there were rumors of drug trafficking and/or other corrupt negotiations.

A:  There will come a time when the acts of the former president will be under review, but the time is not now.  It is believed that a reopening and broadened investigation into both the Clinton Foundation and HRC may lead to multiple “smoking guns”. Things are fluid now with Comey gone and McCabe putting out fires daily.

MICHELLE asked: How does FBI rank and file feel about Comey’s firing?

A:  In public, mixed feelings;  but privately, many of us are pleased. The rank and file feel like trained fight dogs waking up to the sound of gunfire and realizing they are muzzled. The agency has been politically weaponized.

Most of us know how hard the agency worked to dismantle the Hoover era political tradecraft and to see it alive and well is disheartening. If we were given a mandate to investigate DC in its entirety, you could see 70% of your politicians being indicted.The Rank and File want nothing more than to see Americans witness that nobody, no matter how powerful, is above the law. I felt Comey was a good guy, but now feel he was compromised and did a disservice to the nation on July 5th 2016.

ANON asked: Has anything happened inside the FBI since Comey’s firing involving talks of knowing Comey’s involvement with the Clintons?

A:  Yes. There may be news regarding McCabe within months, if not sooner.

LAWNA asked: Is the FBI working on the mystery surrounding the deaths and disappearances of holistic health care professionals?

A:  We are aware of them. However, we have not been given a green light to move forward. This has everything to do with Obama era policies, but it’s a good question and the feeling among some of us is that we would not be surprised if there are connections between these deaths and disappearances and a concerted effort by the reigning health elites.  Understand that during the Obama era, we were instructed to avoid investigating anything that would harm his circle. Obama’s circle or Hillary’s circle to be exact.

I am no expert in the matter, but I understand close to 70 people in the holistic or alternative medical profession have ended up with strange and unexplained deaths or have vanished completely, under strange circumstances.It seems many of the deaths seem connected to either FDA or Big Pharma. I would personally be interested in data grazing this one.

SHIFT FREQUENCY asked: How dangerous is Comey’s firing for Clinton?

A:  Very dangerous.  But, few are thinking it through. The real danger is if she is given partial immunity. if HRC is facing serious prison time, and she can reduce her sentence by playing ball, we expect this will be the most profound thing Trump can do to drain the swamp. HRC has the goods on Schumer, and McCain, Graham, Blumenthal, and so much more. Imagine the most powerful mafia Don snitching on 30 years of tangled and corrupt relationships. Then triple the effect. HRC could effectively put 200 people currently in power behind bars.  This may be Trump’s chess move, however he needs to get rid of Kushner right away. As I indicated, Kushner is playing in an occult sandbox and there are recordings of this HRC is fully aware.  It could get ugly.

GILLIAN asked: Which of the dominoes involved in the Clinton Foundation – pay-to-play, pedophile, drug-running, gun running, human trafficking, organ harvesting, money laundering (etc.) network is most likely to be the first to fall, if any at all?

A:  All of the above, plus, the Israeli lobby, when fully exposed, with show how the alphabets have been compromised by a foreign nation. I believe Steele indicated that our “truest ally” is actually our national extortionist, and it’s true.  Imagine the public’s reaction when they find 80% of our senators and congressmen are on the take, allowing espionage, extortion and pedophilia to become the norm. We have a saying around here. If something dirty comes up regarding a politician, we refer to it as “New Babylon“.

Angie asksed:  Is anyone in the FBI concerned about or planning for a financial downfall?

A:  We expect some bubbles to burst in fall, as they usually do. But lets paint a picture of how the year may play out. Trump has done a good job getting the cattle market into China, but now you will see chicken from China in our supermarkets. Lets hope it has less lead than the toys from China.

On trade, we will see better deals. Trump has the business head to negotiate tougher deals, and its about time. However, the real unemployment rate is still very high, and not at all what the BLS says it is.  Labor participation is a danger, and housing is in a new bubble. 10% of our bridges and roads are in horrific shape, and the last 16 years has left America tattered. Nobody knows when black swans arrive, but they always do.

Perhaps the next crash will be a bond dislocation, like 1929-1941, or perhaps it will be today’s bogeyman, the trillions in derivatives waiting to implode. My guess is that it may be related to middle east issues. Right now, Saudis Israelis and Qutari’s want that pipeline built so they can crush Russia’s spine, weaken Iran and ultimately run Syria, much like we ran Iran until 1979. These are dangerous waters.

Russia has been in Syria since the late 1940’s, Assad is the rightful ruler of Syria. CIA and Israeli clandestine services created Isis. Saudis and Qutari’s funded it, Turkey brokered oil deals. The American people shake their head when told Iran is the biggest terrorist nation. That’s a false narrative. Saudi’s and Israeli’s are in cahoots together and many Americans are becoming aware of the charade and wonder why the media plays them day and night.

James asked:  What is the main concern (meaning what is the biggest case) going on inside the FBI at this time?

A:  Israel. We are truly in danger of becoming the United States of Israel.  They own 80% of our politicians. They have infiltrated our media, our tech companies, our banking systems.  The average Jew in Israel or America is not a problem, they are regular people. But, the ones who either serve Zionism, or work on the so called “Greater Israel” manifest destiny pose a serious risk, both foreign and nationally.

If we can move forward with a full investigation into the CF, Wiener, and HRC, it will eventually lead to exposing the vast reach of the Israeli lobby. The best thing we can do as a nation is to continue to bring this stuff into the light. That’s why platforms like /Pol/ on 4chan, and so called “truth” channels provide the people with some kernel of truth.

Back in July, I tried to let people know that their mandate for taking back the nation had to begin with a citizen’s investigation into the CF.  Now, please investigate Israel, from Mossad, to AIPAC, to a huge and complex web of financial connections between Israel and our elected leaders. I promise you that you will find a slew of information if you look closely. And what you find will make you question how we can consider Israel or Saudi Arabia as allies.

A:  Expect a flood of new info regarding this. It was a sloppy hit, and can lead directly to 3 senators, and John Brennan calling in a favor from some of his Mossad buddies. This I have heard from more than one source. There is a leaker within the DC police, and fireworks will come soon enough. Seth Rich passed on over 44k emails to Wikileaks. Why do you think the CIA is calling for JA’s head? Because they must silence any investigation into Rich’s  execution. Start with Schumer and McCain and see where the breadcrumbs lead.

When Are Americans Going to Bury the IRS?

Last week in our article entitled “Save the USA – Abolish the IRS“, we gave compelling arguments on why the IRS should be abolished.  At the same time we launched our new website with the same name.  On the website we announced six different ways in which we would accomplish that task.  Item number 5 in that list of six different ways stated the following:

“5. As part of the confusion of the Income Tax Code (Title 26 USC), the question arises on who is “liable” to pay income taxes.  Upon a strict interpretation of the Code, the answer seems to be that the average American citizen is NOT “liable” to pay federal income taxes and yet millions of Americans overlook this conflict and pay their taxes in compliance with what appears to be not required under the Code.

This question has been floating around for a number of years and many credible sources have produced incontrovertible evidence that when the Internal Revenue Code (IRC) is strictly interpreted, the average American citizen does not owe income taxes under that interpretation.  On our new website we produced a portion of the IRC relative to who is “liable” to pay income taxes and we have repeated that information below:

Sec. 4401. Imposition of tax
(c) Persons liable for tax
Each person who is engaged in the business of accepting wagers shall be liable for and shall pay the tax under this subchapter on all wagers placed with him. Each person who conducts any wagering pool or lottery shall be liable for and shall pay the tax under this subchapter on all wagers placed in such pool or lottery. [etc.]


Sec. 5005. Persons liable for tax
(a) General – The distiller or importer of distilled spirits shall be liable for the taxes imposed thereon by section 5001(a)(1)
(b)(1) Liability of persons interested in distilling – Every proprietor or possessor of, and every person in any manner interested in the use of, any still, distilling apparatus, or distillery, shall be jointly and severally liable for the taxes imposed by law on the distilled spirits produced therefrom.

Sec 5043. Collection of taxes on wines
(a) Persons liable for payment
(1) Bonded wine cellars
(2) Foreign wine
(3) Other wines

Sec. 5418. Beer imported in bulk
The proprietor of a brewery to which such beer is transferred shall become liable for the tax on the beer withdrawn [etc.]

Sec. 5703. Liability for tax and method of payment
(a) Liability for tax
(1) Original liability – The manufacturer or importer of tobacco products and cigarette papers and tubes shall be liable for the taxes imposed thereon by section 5701 [etc,]

Sec. 5751. Purchase, receipt, possession, or sale of tobacco products and cigarette papers and tubes, after removal
(b) Liability to tax
Any person who possesses tobacco products or cigarette papers or tubes in violation of subsection (a)(1) or (a)(2) shall be liable for a tax equal to the tax on such articles.

Now if you can find yourself in this list of those persons “liable” to pay income taxes, well then of course, you would owe income taxes.  But if you don’t find yourself in this list, then under the IRC, how can you be “liable” to pay such taxes?  Yes, this is an over simplification but a more detailed description would only send the reader to the refrigerator for a refreshment.

The next issue has been battered about since the passage of the 16th Amendment (1913) in the Pollock and Brushaber U. S. Supreme Court cases regarding whether the income tax authorized by the 16th Amendment, violates the U. S. Constitution requiring that all taxes must be apportioned, “according to the census or enumeration.”  But a new twist has been added to the controversy in a back door interpretation of a U. S. 5th Circuit Court Case (Parker v. Comm’r, 724 F.2d 469 – circa 1984) where by acquiescence, the court agreed with the assertion that “the IRS and the government in general, including the judiciary, mistakenly interpret the sixteenth amendment as allowing a direct tax on property (wages, salaries, commissions, etc.) without apportionment.”  The circuit court panel found itself unable to dispute Parker’s allegation, and ultimately admitted to its accuracy, an astounding and earth-shaking admission.

But these two perplexing and over complicated issues beg the question of why free citizens of a sovereign nation should be exposed to the confusion and conflict running through the 16th Amendment, enabling legislation, Internal Revenue statutes and U. S. Supreme Court decisions with multiple and often opposing interpretations?

Once again ladies and gentlemen, we say that America is no longer a nation of laws but a nation of compliant robots that are enslaved by law, resulting in wholesale slavery through the use of fear, harassment and intimidation from a rogue, out-of-control bureaucratic agency (IRS), within a centralized government that has assumed almost virtual absolute power over every aspect of the lives of every American citizen.  The tool of much of that enslavement is the almost un-decipherable 75,000 pages of the Internal Revenue Service Code.  The second tool was Obama Care.  The government (mostly Democrats) has thrown you in a cage of law and has thrown away the key and then has made you pay for the privilege by having to hire some “expert” to fill out your income tax forms because there is no way you could ever understand the Code.

Of course a nation needs taxes to operate, but the tax collection system must be fair, equitable and easily understandable by the average citizen, without having to hire “experts” to decipher the Code.  And government should go to great efforts to NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

What is unfathomable to this author is why a supposed nation of free men and women are so docile when it comes to being run around by the nose by an agency and a government who treats each American as a serf and collateral for the debt they run up to buy votes (Democrats), rather than individuals with individual rights, as we once were.

How can we convince people that only you own your life, your property, your thoughts and your labor and all is sovereign to that which is you.  You are not a pawn that can be battered about at someone else’s will, or a whim, or for entertainment, or for the pure exercise of absolute power.  You are not a slave to the collective, or the elite and you owe nothing to humanity other than which you choose to give, as a free spirit, endowed with free choice.  Your only responsibility is to take care of yourself and those in your charge and to treat others with the same respect and dignity, as you desire to be treated.

It is clear from America’s history that the individual rights guaranteed by our Constitution can be and have been compromised or ignored by our government. A federal judge decreed that as citizens, we must fight for those individual rights if we hope to have any standing against an all-powerful government, as true sovereigns in a free land.  In United States v. Johnson, 76 F. Supp. 538, 539 (D. Pa. 1947), Federal Judge James Alger Fee ruled that…

“The privilege against self-incrimination is neither accorded to the passive resistant, nor to the person who is ignorant of his rights, nor to one indifferent thereto.  It is a FIGHTING clause. Its benefits can be retained only by sustained COMBAT.  It cannot be claimed by attorney or solicitor.  It is valid only when insisted upon by a BELLIGERENT claimant in person.”  McAlister vs. Henkel, 201 U.S. 90, 26 S.Ct. 385, 50 L. Ed. 671; Commonwealth vs. Shaw, 4 Cush. 594, 50 Am.Dec. 813; Orum vs. State, 38 Ohio App. 171, 175 N.E. 876.

Pursuant to the Judges decree, as a Belligerent Claimant, we are committed to preserving our rights through FIGHTING and COMBAT if necessary, by resisting every effort by government to subjugate us by law, or by force of arms.  In addition, part of that resistance is setting up a website to work towards ABOLISHING THE IRS.  If you feel that you must be a Belligerent Claimant in order to preserve, protect and defend your individual rights as the judge has decreed, OR, if you wish to no longer comply until government restores the trust in the people and reduces its power to those limits placed upon it by the U. S. Constitution, please join those of us who are doing more than just talking. We’re acting!

If you see no reason to resist government, one day you will find yourself in handcuffs being led away to jail and you will be wondering why.  Or, your kids will be taken away from you.  Or, you will be forced to have an identity RFID chip implanted under your skin, or in your ear lobe, or a number tattooed on your arm.  OR, one day you will wake up to find that you are being forced to buy health insurance by government.

The path to freedom has been and always will be, resistance.  If we lose the will and the courage to question and resist government, then we lose our ability to preserve and maintain freedom.

Where are the fighters who don’t put up with any guff from anyone, including the IRS?  Have we become a nation of sheep being led to the slaughter?  It would appear so.

When ARE Americans going to bury the IRS?  The politicians won’t do it because they created it to manipulate and control every American.  So it is left up to the people.  We have developed an action plan containing six different elements to that end.  It has to start somewhere.  Let it start HERE.    If the people could win just this one war, there would be no stopping them from then on and we would return to the government fearing the people instead of the other way around.

Take the time to explore our efforts and see if you don’t fit into one of those actions to ABOLISH THE IRS ….. unless of course you are led by fear instead of the preservation of individual liberty.

For many inside the liberty movement the need to convert the devout statist is an instinct that burns with righteous conviction. It is with frustration that one can observe so many recent and distant examples of government horror and yet nothing ever changes for the positive. In sharing these horrors, it is then assumed that those believers in the State, those enforcers of its deeds and laws will somehow see the ‘light’ and suddenly convert to the message of liberty. It is assumed that in somehow using the process of democratic governance that one can convince enough of the voters to see the message, to embrace liberty so that government can then be saved from itself. It is why perhaps many libertarians, anarchists, minarchists, voluntarists, whatever sect of liberty one belongs are the most deluded.

Whether the empirical evidence happens to be economic, moral or warfare it never seems to have the punch that many assume that it should. Instead it is often met with slight concern but ultimately a dismissive ignorance that often only sees more of the same vulgar violence repeated. All done in the name of elusive abstracts, beliefs that society and culture needs such coercion, needs so many wars and needs the intrusions. Evidence be damned. The believers in the State and government shall go on worshipping.

For the devoted Christian, the bible is the sacred testimony of God’s greatness. For many Greatness is not a moral positive. Inside its ancient and edited over time pages are stories of the early genesis of humanity and its relationship with God. It has examples of genocide, sacrifice, rape and slavery. All in the name of God. Yet, this God, is loved and adored regardless of the crimes found inside his own book. For the non-believer, it does not make any sense, for the believer it needs not to. Genocide is justifiable if in the end, it is benevolent.

For the patriotic American the history books, those biased and those more polemic have stories inked in blood of the early to recent examples of American greatness, led by a government of such rhetorically limit in scale yet its reach is imperially immense. All nations have this nationalist perspective, whether it is marred in Juche like those in North Korea to a more confused quagmire of shame and pride as experienced in modern day Germany, the history is full of graphic examples of cruelty and savagery yet from the pulpit of State leaders and intellectuals along with sanctioned historians and academics, help to explain the contexts of so much violence. And the institutions of nation, the very government with so much blood on its many loyal hands continues to reside so powerfully in both mind and heart of the devout patriots.

Despite the real examples versus the romantic depictions, many still worship and believe absolutely in the divinity of the Nation State. Its virtues seldom realized and what ones are apparent are their despite it and not because of it. Just like the God fearing who have read the bible the examples of mass death and torment are somehow viewed as a positive, after all the Lord works in mysterious ways. In the end so too does the government apparently.

The God in the bible does not need whistle blowers to reveal his apparent crimes-deeds. Those of us in the real world however do, when it comes to the deeds of State. Tuskegee, MK Ultra, the My Lai massacre, the Pentagon papers, those revelations made by Chelsea Manning and so on all are more famous examples of the real workings of the American State. And yet, despite this and so much more evidence the devout go on believing and in some cases, they attack those that revealed such bloody moments, as though in doing so they have endangered the heroic killers, the patriotic torturers, the protectors of the American State.

This is not exceptional to the United States, it occurs everywhere. Whether it is related to corruption and criminal scandals as is often the case from Sweden to Iran, or the knowing destruction of legal evidence in a rape case as was the focus of the Heiner affair inside Australia to the revelations that are made once they become historical and not contemporary such as the many massacres by death squads supported by various ‘free’ nations. The public, if any are interested at all, simply shrugs and disregards the evidence forsakes the pain of the victims and the courage of those revealing the information. It never ever seems to matter.

Many celebrity atheists spend so much time standing on stages or by selling books picking on the believers of ludicrously irrational myths. Whether those myths are ancient or more recent, the celebrity atheists poke and tease enjoying fame and wealth at the expense of the ‘stupid’ believers. It is easy to do, to attack belief. Especially when that belief is illogical and filled with so many examples in its own texts of a mean and jealous God. The outcome, the atheists feel smart and smug. The believers all that bit more alienated. The positions however remain the same. Sam Harris, Christopher Hitchens and Richard Dawkins devout statists, making exceptions for a flawed and irrational entity filled with ritual, riled in violence and horribly jealously guarding its possessions.

For those of us who hold dear the ideal of liberty and individualism the battle of atheist vs believer is harder. The believers have a monopoly. Their religion is heavily armed and active in each of our lives. No longer is it dangerous to condemn the God of the land or the Church, at least not in most countries. But it is still very dangerous to defy the State, to say No in action, not mere words, to the religious mob of Governance. Political atheism is unpopular and for many, it is considered dangerous.

The Government we are all taught in school is supposed to be filled with checks and balances, it is meant to have its own self-policing mechanics. It is after all democratic (for some) and this in itself reveals a problem in itself, and democracy somehow works out in the end. Except if you are not a part of the mob. Royal Commissions are expensive exercises into mostly matters of state, the outcome is somehow to reveal and shame the elite rulers. Yet besides paying lawyers a lot of money the outcomes are theatrical. Oversight hearings in the US are much the same but what if the problem is not solved by the clergy investigating the clergy?

How can one have justice and self-correction if the church and the notion of God is the problem itself? How can the liberty minded achieve its own renaissance, its own enlightenment? None of the historical atheists ever achieved such measures by hoping to use the church to spread their message. Instead they went on despite the presence of the church. They wrote and read, lived and died regardless of another’s God and his commands.

This is how liberty is spread. It is lived. It is not a case of conversion and it most certainly is not voted in or sought via the mechanics of governance. One does not cure cancer with a tumor. One hopefully seeks to eradicate it. Not by feeding it however benevolent it claims to be at the time. The greatest conversions among the everyday person is inspired by fellow citizens doing good, living freely and doing their preaching with a message heavy in actions and slight in hypocritical exceptions.

Many inside the liberty movement still cling with a childlike love to the notion of a perfect government or a system of laws that will somehow ensure freedom and human rights. It is supposedly why the Western Civilization is great. That word Great, is meaningless in virtue. And yet for many it is assumed that such great things are the cornerstone to ensuring liberty.

The West is seen as being great because of its enlightenment, though pogroms and sectarian conflict continued on up until recent times on such large scales that it shames any of the words penned by David Hume. Magna Carta? when has this ever stopped an agent of the State from breaking into private property to search for contraband? The constitutions of various nations, what good are they other than to suffocate liberty? All are words inked by imperfect men only to be used by other imperfect men to justify force and violence under the guise of some powerful greater good.

The many works of good men and women who advocated liberty need to be read alongside those who wanted to spread socialism, fascism, slavery, communism and so on. It is Great in its ability to colonize, to wage war on such a grand scale, to create a system of debt so immense and to legitimize genocide with the prose of wise legalese. And yet somehow with devout convictions many inside the liberty movement see the World in one half, and hold dear the religious texts that in the end are meaningless, especially to the many dead that they failed. The hemisphere of Taoism is somehow inferior to the West that conceived variations of practiced Communism?

Pragmatic solutions are often conjured up for short term ‘wins’. A siding with a political candidate or party that seems to be a lesser evil than their rivals. Though once elected they always prove to be rhetorical champions and practical despots. The need for a savior is not limited to liberty it is often the cause for misery among all spectrums of religion and ideology. Recently inside the United States the ‘Libertarians for Trump’ again proved how dangerous such an alignment can be, harming the movement in such a way that the damage to credibility will be longer lasting than many realize.

Voting for propositions or legislations that may allow individuals to do what they were often doing on the black market or regardless so that they can be taxed and regulated on these actions, is somehow a positive for liberty? Asking permission from the State to be free. Yes, it may limit the armed goons kidnapping, murdering and stealing yet so long as there is a state this will go on, in other sectors of the market and for other deemed threats to public safety. One Million individuals smoking a joint in front of parliament would send a greater message of liberty than ten billion petitions or votes. One hundred thousand individuals refusing to pay income tax will be of greater importance to diminishing the state and taxation than simply tweeting #taxationistheft one trillion times ever will.

Living liberty is frightening. It is hard for the public university professor with his tenured status and secure income to be an actual anarchist, though he is paid a lot of money to preach anarchy. Though he never lives it. Whether left leaning anarchist or right leaning, it does not matter if the message comes from a tenured academic who has no idea how any market works in practice. Having public officials sympathetic to the notions of liberty is sweet and charming. So is a politician kissing a baby, yet how many of the same politicians have signed the paper that makes it legal for thousands of babies to be blown to pieces.

One cannot pray to be an atheist. You cannot seek it from the Church. It is an individual decision, a living. Liberty is not granted by the State. It cannot be found in legalese or decided in an election. It simply is lived. Having the holier than thou attitude over the ignorant statist or laughing at the antics of the political class is nothing more than entertaining, especially while one enjoys the perks of government grants or obediently pays the State its extortion money.

Ultimately as is always the case the future and our legacy lies in our children. The pollutions of schooling and the meandering influences of popular culture shall always interfere with a child’s upbringing. But with philosophy and a consistently positive parent and familiar role models, the child will mature as many of us did. They will see the State and its deceit, its violence for what it is. They will recall the lies and the heavy-handed nature it had in their child hood and find a guarded sense about it. “I cannot hear you over what you are doing” is the most apt advice one can ever hear in regard to children. Many will see the positive and negative for what it is, so long as they are inspired and motivated with love and stimulation. Perhaps the cure lay inside of the youth and the unborn, provided we are wise and strong enough to plant the real seeds of liberty inside their hearts and minds.

So, if liberty is something that is important to you, then so be blessed by its cold individualized uniqueness. Do not expect to convert scores by your essays into abstract logic or in your articles on war crimes and genocide. No amount of evidence will ever change the mind of a devout believer. If they are going to convert then so be it, the State and its miserable reality does a good enough job of changing minds itself. Without a true alternative however, a living one, not an imagined utopia, individuals will keep on allowing it to exist. The alternative is in all of us. It is in us being free and liberty despite the State, despite law and despite the call for debate. Be free.

Liberty for all has never existed in the history of humans on any practical scale, and never will. However this putrid example of humanities history may be controllable if those of different beliefs would merge and defend their isolation. To demand, or expect any one philosophy to be accepted by all over a sense of right or wrong is lunacy. Massive Global Cyber Attack Using NSA Hacking Tools


Takes Down 45 000 Computers Across 74 Countries A Scale Never Seen Before”

They’re calling it one of the biggest cyber attacks in history. Unprecedented in scale, Kaspersky Labs reports that some 45,000 devices have been compromised across 74 countries.

According to reports, America’s own National Security Agency (NSA) developed the very tools that have been used to break into computers around the world. The exploit, named “EternalBlue,” was released by a hacking group earlier this year and put up for sale.

It appears that someone took them up on the offer and is now using it to deliver Ransom Ware to target computers:

A hacking tool known as “eternal blue”, developed by US spies has been weaponised by the hackers to super-charge an existing form of ransomware known as WannaCry, three senior cyber security analysts said. Their reading of events was confirmed by western security officials who are still scrambling to contain the spread of the attack. The NSA’s eternal blue exploit allows the malware to spread through file-sharing protocols set up across organizations, many of which span the globe.

Ransom Ware is designed to stealthily compromise a target system, and once deployed, immediately locks down files by encrypting so that only someone with the key is able to unlock them. In most cases, the virus requests that the user send a certain amount of money, often using untraceable digital currencies like Bitcoin to cover their tracks. Failure to pay within the allotted time will render the files on the target system unusable.

The latest hack shows just how vulnerable our systems are. And we’re not just talking about personal computers. Today’s attack targeted the health care system of Britain. Similar reports have emerged from Spain and other countries.

For the time being, systems related to utilities, law enforcement, power grids, and the energy sector have not been hijacked, but as we’ve previously warned these are exactly the networks that rogue terror groups and other organizations could compromise at any moment:

It now appears that our interconnected smart grid is actively under attack, as evidenced by a new Stuxnet-style trojan that has been detected by major cyber security leaders Symantec and McAfee. Much like its predecessor, the trojan dubbed “Duqu” is designed to infiltrate the networks that control everything from power production facilities to oil refineries. It is not yet clear exactly how the trojan operates, what its intended purpose is, or who designed it (though it is believed that the code for Duqu and Stuxnet likely originated with U.S. intelligence agencies). Both Symantec and McAfee continue to investigate the threat:

Trojans and viruses capable of taking down the very infrastructure upon which we depend in day-to-day life are getting more and more advanced.

Now, those viruses combined with NSA Zero Day tools capable of breaking through digital security protocols could deliver a blow to America’s cyber networks unlike anything we’ve ever seen before. Th combination can be extremely disruptive, perhaps even deadly.

Today’s cyber attack is a warning.

The next one could quite literally take down our entire power grid, at which point everything from the banking system to your local gas station will become inoperable.

Within about 48 hours of that scenario, should officials not be able to restore electrical grid services, you can expect a full breakdown of civil society as you know it today:

After the initial shock wears off  of the disaster, many will have difficulty in coping and adapting to what has just occurred. This is also what many refer to as the normalcy bias, and is actually a coping mechanism to help us process and deal with the changes that have occurred. Many will cling to any normal thought and habit until their brain begins to accept the changes it has witnessed. As they are  trying to wrap their thoughts around the severity of the disaster, their losses and what their future holds, local government leaders are scrambling for answers and trying to assess the situation, all the while dealing with their own normalcy bias issues.

At this point, the unprepared survivors will be expecting organizations and local government to step in to meet their immediate needs at any moment. The reality of the situation becomes more bleak when they realize that due to downed power lines or debris blocking roadways and access points, emergency organizations, emergency response and distribution trucks supplying food, water, fuel and other pertinent resources will be unable to get to the area. Once the realization hits that resources are scarce and the government leaders are incapable of helping them in a timely fashion, desperate citizens will take action into their own hands.

The breakdown has begun.

We realize that sounds dramatic and sensationalist, but don’t take it from us. The chairman of the House Committee on Homeland Security said just last year that U.S. cyber networks have already been compromised to such an extent that at any moment our stock exchanges, electrical utilities and other core nodes of the United States could be taken down for the count.

Further, former Department of Homeland Security head Janet Napolitano has not only warned of the imminence of a massive cyber attack, she also noted that it could take the government weeks to get it back online.

The outgoing Homeland Security Secretary has a warning for her successor: A massive and “serious” cyber attack on the U.S. homeland is coming, and a natural disaster — the likes of which the nation has never seen — is also likely on its way. 

In the meantime, there will be no food on grocery store shelves and the modern conveniences you enjoy today – things like refrigeration, air conditioning and television – will be non-existent, which is why preparing ahead of a major disaster is absolutely critical to survival.

Today hackers took down government healthcare systems and other important infrastructure components across 74 countries.

Tomorrow it could be the U.S. power grid.

Beware the Dogs of War Is the American Empire on the Verge of Collapse?

Of all the enemies to public liberty war is, perhaps, the most to be dreaded because it comprises and develops the germ of every other. Waging endless wars abroad (in Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan and now Syria) isn’t making America—or the rest of the world—any safer, it’s certainly not making America great again, and it’s undeniably digging the U.S. deeper into debt.

In fact, it’s a wonder the economy hasn’t collapsed yet.

Indeed, even if we were to put an end to all of the government’s military meddling and bring all of the troops home today, it would take decades to pay down the price of these wars and get the government’s creditors off our backs. Even then, government spending would have to be slashed dramatically and taxes raised.

You do the math.

The government is $19 trillion in debt: War spending has ratcheted up the nation’s debt. The debt has now exceeded a staggering $19 trillion and is growing at an alarming rate of $35 million/hour and $2 billion every 24 hours.  Yet while defense contractors are getting richer than their wildest dreams, we’re in hock to foreign nations such as Japan and China (our two largest foreign holders at $1.13 trillion and $1.12 trillion respectively).

The Pentagon’s annual budget consumes almost 100% of individual income tax revenue. If there is any absolute maxim by which the federal government seems to operate, it is that the American taxpayer always gets ripped off, especially when it comes to paying the tab for America’s attempts to police the globe. Having been co-opted by greedy defense contractors, corrupt politicians and incompetent government officials, America’s expanding military empire is bleeding the country dry at a rate of more than $57 million per hour.

The government has spent $4.8 trillion on wars abroad since 9/11, with $7.9 trillion in interest: That’s a tax burden of more than $16,000 per American. Almost a quarter of that debt was incurred as a result of the wars in Iraq, Afghanistan and Pakistan and Syria. For the past 16 years, these wars have been paid for almost entirely by borrowing money from foreign nations and the U.S. Treasury. As the Atlantic points out, we’re fighting terrorism with a credit card. According to the Watson Institute for Public Affairs at Brown University, interest payments on what we’ve already borrowed for these failed wars could total over $7.9 trillion by 2053.

The government lost more than $160 billion to waste and fraud by the military and defense contractors: With paid contractors often outnumbering enlisted combat troops, the American war effort dubbed as the “coalition of the willing” has quickly evolved into the “coalition of the billing,” with American taxpayers forced to cough up billions of dollars for cash bribes, luxury bases, a highway to nowhere, faulty equipment, salaries for so-called “ghost soldiers,” and overpriced anything and everything associated with the war effort, including a $640 toilet seat and a $7600 coffee pot.

Taxpayers are being forced to pay $1.4 million per hour to provide U.S. weapons to countries that can’t afford them. As Mother Jones reports, the Pentagon’s Foreign Military Finance program “opens the way for the US government to pay for weapons for other countries—only to ‘promote world peace,’ of course—using your tax dollars, which are then recycled into the hands of military-industrial-complex corporations.”

The U.S. government spends more on wars (and military occupations) abroad every year than all 50 states combined spend on health, education, welfare, and safety. In fact, the U.S. spends more on its military than the eight highest-ranking nations with big defense budgets combined. The reach of America’s military empire includes close to 800 bases in as many as 160 countries, operated at a cost of more than $156 billion annually. As investigative journalist David Vine reports, “Even US military resorts and recreation areas in places like the Bavarian Alps and Seoul, South Korea, are bases of a kind. Worldwide, the military runs more than 170 golf courses.”

Now President Trump wants to increase military spending by $54 billion. Promising “an historic increase in defense spending to rebuild the depleted military of the United States,” Trump has made it clear where his priorities lie, and it’s not with the American taxpayer. As The Nation reports, “On a planet where Americans account for 4.34 percent of the population, US military spending accounts for 37 percent of the global total.”

Add in the cost of waging war in Syria (with or without congressional approval), and the burden on taxpayers soars to more than $11.5 million a day. Ironically, while presidential candidate Trump was vehemently opposed to the U.S. use of force in Syria, as well as harboring Syrian refugees within the U.S., he had no problem retaliating against Syrian President Bashar al-Assad on behalf of Syrian children killed in a chemical attack. The cost of launching a 59 Tomahawk missile-strike against Syria? It’s estimated that the missiles alone cost $60 million. Mind you, this is the same man, while campaigning for president, who warned that fighting Syria would signal the start of World War III against a united Syria, Russia and Iran. Already oil prices have started to climb as investors anticipate an extended conflict.

Clearly, war has become a huge money-making venture, and the U.S. government, with its vast military empire, is one of its best buyers and sellers.

Yet what most Americans—brainwashed into believing that patriotism means supporting the war machine—fail to recognize is that these ongoing wars have little to do with keeping the country safe and everything to do with enriching the military industrial complex at taxpayer expense.

The rationale may keep changing for why American military forces are in Afghanistan, Iraq, Pakistan and now Syria. However, the one that remains constant is that those who run the government—including the current president—are feeding the appetite of the military industrial complex and fattening the bank accounts of its investors.

Case in point: President Trump plans to “beef up” military spending while slashing funding for the environment, civil rights protections, the arts, minority-owned businesses, public broadcasting, Amtrak, rural airports and interstates.

In other words, in order to fund this burgeoning military empire that polices the globe, the U.S. government is prepared to bankrupt the nation, jeopardize our servicemen and women, increase the chances of terrorism and blowback domestically, and push the nation that much closer to eventual collapse.

Clearly, our national priorities are in desperate need of an overhauling.

As Los Angeles Times reporter Steve Lopez rightly asks:

Why throw money at defense when everything is falling down around us? Do we need to spend more money on our military (about $600 billion this year) than the next seven countries combined? Do we need 1.4 million active military personnel and 850,000 reserves when the enemy at the moment — ISIS — numbers in the low tens of thousands? If so, it seems there’s something radically wrong with our strategy. Should 55% of the federal government’s discretionary spending go to the military and only 3% to transportation when the toll in American lives is far greater from failing infrastructure than from terrorism? Does California need nearly as many active military bases (31, according to as it has UC and state university campuses (33)? And does the state need more active duty military personnel (168,000, according to Governing magazine) than public elementary school teachers (139,000)?

Obviously, there are much better uses for your taxpayer funds than trillions of dollars being wasted on war. The following are just a few ways those hard-earned dollars could be used:

$270 billion to repair U.S. public schools, and twice that much to modernize them.

$120 billion a year to fix the nation’s crumbling infrastructure. With 32% of the nation’s major roadways in poor or mediocre condition, it’s estimated that improving the nation’s roads and bridges would require $120 billion a year through 2020, although it will take “many trillions … to fix the country’s web of roads, bridges, railways, subways and bus stations.”

$251 million for safety improvements and construction for Amtrak.

$690 million to care for America’s 70,000 aging veterans.

$11 billion wasted or lost in Iraq in just one year could have paid 220,000 teachers’ salaries.

The yearly cost of stationing just one soldier in Iraq could have fed 60 American families.

$30 billion per year to end starvation and hunger around the world.

$11 billion per year to provide the world—including our own failing cities—with clean drinking water.

Use the $10 billion spent every year to provide arms, equipment, training and advice internationally to more than 180 countries to start paying down the overwhelming $19 trillion national debt. This figure doesn’t include the hundreds of billions spent each year on maintaining the U.S. military presence around the globe.

As long as “we the people” continue to allow the government to wage its costly, meaningless, endless wars abroad, the American homeland will continue to suffer: our roads will crumble, our bridges will fail, our schools will fall into disrepair, our drinking water will become undrinkable, our communities will destabilize, and crime will rise.

Here’s the kicker, though: if the American economy collapses—and with it the last vestiges of our constitutional republic—it will be the government and its trillion-dollar war budgets that are to blame.

Of course, the government has already anticipated this breakdown.

That’s why the government has transformed America into a war zone, turned the nation into a surveillance state, and labelled “we the people” as enemy combatants.

For years now, the government has worked with the military to prepare for widespread civil unrest brought about by “economic collapse, loss of functioning political and legal order, purposeful domestic resistance or insurgency, pervasive public health emergencies, and catastrophic natural and human disasters.”

Having spent more than half a century exporting war to foreign lands, profiting from war, and creating a national economy seemingly dependent on the spoils of war, the war hawks long ago turned their profit-driven appetites on us, bringing home the spoils of war—the military tanks, grenade launchers, Kevlar helmets, assault rifles, gas masks, ammunition, battering rams, night vision binoculars, etc.—and handing them over to local police, thereby turning America into a battlefield.

This is how the police state wins and “we the people” lose.

Eventually, however, as I make clear in my book Battlefield America: The War on the American People, all military empires fail.

At the height of its power, even the mighty Roman Empire could not stare down a collapsing economy and a burgeoning military. Prolonged periods of war and false economic prosperity largely led to its demise. As historian Chalmers Johnson predicts:

The fate of previous democratic empires suggests that such a conflict is unsustainable and will be resolved in one of two ways. Rome attempted to keep its empire and lost its democracy. Britain chose to remain democratic and in the process let go its empire. Intentionally or not, the people of the United States already are well embarked upon the course of non-democratic empire.

This is the “unwarranted influence, whether sought or unsought, by the military-industrial complex” that President Dwight Eisenhower warned us more than 50 years ago not to let endanger our liberties or democratic processes. Eisenhower, who served as Supreme Commander of the Allied forces in Europe during World War II, was alarmed by the rise of the profit-driven war machine that emerged following the war—one that, in order to perpetuate itself, would have to keep waging war.

We failed to heed his warning.

Yet as Eisenhower recognized, the consequences of allowing the military-industrial complex to wage war, exhaust our resources and dictate our national priorities are beyond grave:

Every gun that is made, every warship launched, every rocket fired signifies, in the final sense, a theft from those who hunger and are not fed, those who are cold and are not clothed. This world in arms is not spending money alone. It is spending the sweat of its laborers, the genius of its scientists, the hopes of its children. The cost of one modern heavy bomber is this: a modern brick school in more than 30 cities. It is two electric power plants, each serving a town of 60,000 population. It is two fine, fully equipped hospitals. It is some 50 miles of concrete highway. We pay for a single fighter with a half million bushels of wheat. We pay for a single destroyer with new homes that could have housed more than 8,000 people. This, I repeat, is the best way of life to be found on the road the world has been taking. This is not a way of life at all, in any true sense. Under the cloud of threatening war, it is humanity hanging from a cross of iron.

Wake up, America. There’s not much time left before we reach the zero hour.

Yea I know! No one reads bad news because time is short and there is a lot to do just to keep the bills paid. Well for everyone of you who refuse to be involved in educating your neighbors just think for a minute what life will be like when the SHTF and your neighbors steal everything they can find in an effort to stay alive one more day. There is no denying that this country could be turned around and the scumbags in power taken care of on a slow and precise plan of action. But it means getting involved and taking a risk. Making Sense of the Super Fuse Scare

For weeks now I have been getting panicked emails with readers asking me whether the USA had developed a special technology called “super fuses” which would make it possible for the USA to successfully pull-off a (preemptive) disarming first strike against Russia. Super-fuses were also mentioned in combination with an alleged lack by Russia of a functioning space-based infrared early warning system giving the Russians less time to react to a possible US nuclear attack.

While there is a factual basis to all this, the original report already mislead the reader with a shocking title “How US nuclear force modernization is undermining strategic stability: The burst-height compensating super-fuze” and by offering several unsubstantiated conclusions. Furthermore, this original report was further discussed by many observers who simply lack the expertise to understand what the facts mentioned in the report really mean. Then the various sources started quoting each other and eventually this resulted in a completely baseless “super fuse scare”. Let’s try to make some sense of all this.

Understanding nuclear strikes and their targets

To understand what really has taken place I need to first define a couple of crucial terms:

  • Hard-target kill capability: this refers to the capability of a missile to destroy a strongly protected target such as a underground missile silo or a deeply buried command post.
  • Soft-target kill capability: the capability to destroy lightly or unprotected targets.
  • Counterforce strike: this refers to a strike aimed at the enemy’s military capabilities.
  • Countervalue strike: this refers to a strike on non-military assets such as cities.

Since strategic nuclear missile silos and command posts are well protected and deeply buried, only hard-target kill (HTK) capable missiles can execute a counterforce strike. Soft-target kill (STK) capable systems are therefore usually seen as being the ultimate retaliatory capability to hit the enemies cities. The crucial notion here is that HTK capability is not a function of explosive power, but of accuracy. Yes, in theory, a hugely powerful weapon can compensate to some degree for a lack of accuracy, but in reality both the USA and the USSR/Russia have long understood that the real key to HTK is accuracy.

During the Cold War, intercontinental ballistic missiles (ICBMs) were more accurate than submarine launched ballistic missiles (SLBMs) simply because targeting from the surface and from a fixed position was much easier than targeting from inside a submerged and moving submarine. The American were the first to successfully deploy a HTK capable SLBM with their Trident D-5. The Russians have only acquired this capability very recently (with their R-29RMU Sineva SLBM).

According to the Bulletin of Atomic Scientists just a decade ago only 20% of US SLBMs were HTK capable. Now, with the ‘super-fuse’ 100% of US SLBMs are HTK capable. What these super-fuses do is very accurately measure the optimal altitude at which to detonate thereby partially compensating for a lack of accuracy of a non-HTK capable weapon. To make a long story short, these super-fuses made all US SLBMs HTK capable.

Does that matter?

Yes and no. What that means on paper is that the US has just benefited from a massive increase in the number of US missiles with HTK capability. Thus, the US has now a much larger missile force capable of executing a disarming counterforce strike. In reality, however, things are much more complicated than that.

Understanding counterforce strikes

Executing a disarming counterforce strike against the USSR and, later, Russia has been an old American dream. Remember Reagan’s “Star Wars” program? The idea behind it was simple: to develop the capability to intercept enough incoming Soviet warheads to protect the USA from a retaliatory Soviet counter strike. It would work something like this: destroy, say, 70% of the Soviet ICBM/SLBMs and intercept the remaining 30% before they can reach the USA. This was total nonsense both technologically (the technology did not exist) and strategically (just a few Soviet “leakers” could wipe-out entire US cities, who could take such a risk?). The more recent US deployment of anti-ballistic missile systems in Europe has exactly the same purpose – to protect the USA from a retaliatory counterstrike. Without going into complex technical discussions, let’s just say that this point in time, this system would never protect the USA from anything. But in the future, we could imagine such a scenario

1) The USA and Russia agree to further deep cuts in their nuclear strategic forces thereby dramatically reducing the total number of Russian SLBM/ICBMs.

2) The USA deploys all around Russia anti-ballistic systems which can catch and destroy Russian missiles in the early phase of their flight towards the USA.

3) The USA also deploys a number of systems in space or around the USA to intercept any incoming Russian warhead.

4) The USA having a very large HTK-capable force executes a successful counterforce strike destroying 90% (or so) of the Russian capabilities and then the rest are destroyed during their flight.

This is the dream. It will never work. Here is why:

1) The Russians will not agree to deep cuts in their nuclear strategic forces

2) The Russians already have deployed the capability to destroy the forward deployed US anti-ballistic system in Europe.

3) Russian warheads and missiles are now maneuverable and can even use any trajectory, including over the South Pole, to reach the USA. New Russian missiles have a dramatically shorter and faster first stage burn period making them much harder to intercept.

4) Russia’s reliance on ballistic missiles will be gradually replaced with strategic (long-range) cruise missiles (more about that later)

5) This scenario mistakenly assumes that the USA will know where the Russian SLBM launching submarines will be when they launch and that they will be able to engage them (more about that later)

6) This scenario completely ignores the Russian road-mobile and rail-mobile ICBMs (more about that later)

Understanding MIRVs

Before explaining points 4, 5 and 6 above, I need to mention another important fact: one missile can carry either one single warhead or several (up to 12 and more). When a missile carries several independently targetable warheads it is called MIRVed as in “multiple independently targetable reentry vehicle”.

MIRVs are important for several reasons. First, one single missile with 10 warheads can, in theory, destroy 10 different targets. Alternatively, one single missile can carry, say 3-4 real warheads and 6-7 decoys. In practical terms what look like one missile on take-off can turn into 5 real warheads, all targeted at different objectives and another 5 fake decoys designed to make interception that more difficult. MIRVs, however, also present a big problem: they are lucrative targets. If with one of “my” nuclear warheards I can destroy 1 of “your” MIRVed missiles, I lose 1 warhead but you lose 10. This is one of the reasons the USA is moving away from land-based MIRVed ICBMs.

The important consideration here is that Russia has a number of possible options to chose from and how many of her missiles will be MIRVed is impossible to predict. Besides, all US and Russian SLBMs will remain MIRVed for the foreseeable future (de-MIRVing SLBMs make no sense, really, since the entire nuclear missile carrying submarine (or SSBN) is a gigantic MIRVed launching pad by definition).

In contrast to MIRVed missile, single warheads missiles are very bad targets to try to destroy using nuclear weapons: even if “my” missile destroys “yours” we both lost 1 missile each. What is the point? Worse, if I have to use 2 of “mine” to make really sure that “yours” is really destroyed, my strike will result in me using 2 warheads in exchange for only 1 of yours. This makes no sense at all.

Finally, in retaliatory countervalue strikes, MIRVed ICBM/SLBMs are a formidable threat: just one single R-30 Bulava (SS-N-30) SLBM or one single R-36 Voevoda (SS-18) ICBM can destroy ten American cities. Is that a risk worth taking? Say the USA failed to destroy one single Borei-class SSBN – in theory that could mean that this one SSBN could destroy up to 200 American cities (20 SLBMs with 10 MIRVs each). How is that for a risk?

Contrasting the US and Russian nuclear triad

Strategic nuclear weapons can be deployed on land, in the oceans or delivered by aircraft. This is called the “nuclear triad”. I won’t discuss the aircraft based part of the US and Russian triads here, as they don’t significantly impact the overall picture and because they are roughly comparable. The sea and land based systems and their underlying strategies could not be any more different. At sea, the USA has had HTK capabilities for many years now and the US decided to hold the most important part of the US nuclear arsenal in SSBNs. In contrast, the Russians chose to develop road-mobile intercontinental ballistic missiles. The very first one was the RT-2PM Topol (SS-25) deployed in 1985, followed by the T-2PM2 «Topol-M» (SS-27) deployed in 1997 and the revolutionary RT-24 Yars or Topol’-MR (SS-29) deployed in 2010 (the US considered deployed road-mobile strategic missiles, but never succeeded in developing the technology).

The Russians are also deploying rail-mobile missiles called RT-23 Molodets (SS-24) and are about to deploy a newer version called RS-27 Barguzin (SS-31?). This is what they look like:

SSBNs and road and rail mobile missiles all have two things in common: they are mobile and they rely on concealment for survival as neither of them can hope to survive. The SSBN hides in the depths of the ocean, the road-mobile missile launcher drives around the immense Russian expanses and can hide, literally, in any forest. As for the rail-mobile missile train, it hides by being completely indistinguishable from any other train on the huge Russian railroad network (even from up close it is impossible to tell whether what you are seeing is a regular freight train or a missile launching special train). To destroy these systems, accuracy is absolutely not enough: you need to find them and you need to find them before they fire their missiles. And that is, by all accounts, quite impossible.

The Russian Navy likes to keep its SSBNs either under the polar ice-cap or in so-called “bastions” such as the Sea of Okhotsk. While these are not really “no-go” zones for US attack submarines (SSN), they are extremely dangerous areas where the Russian Navy has a huge advantage over the US (if only because the US attack submarine cannot count on the support of surface ships or aircraft). The US Navy has some of the best submarines on the planet and superbly trained crews, but I find the notion that US SSNs could find and destroy all Russian SSBNs before the latter can launch unlikely in the extreme.

As for the land-based rail-mobile and road-mobile missiles, they are protected by Russian Air Defenses which are the most advanced on the planet, not the kind of airspace the US would want to send B-53, B-1 or B-2 bombers in. But most importantly, these missiles are completely hidden so even if the USA could somehow destroy them, it would failed to find enough of them to make a first disarming strike a viable option. By the way, the RS-24 has four MIRVs (make that 4 US cities) while the RS-27 will have between 10 and 16 (make that another 10 to 16 US cities vaporized).

Looking at geography and cruise missiles

Finally, let’s take a look at geography and cruise missiles. Two Russian cruise missiles are especially important to us: the Kh-102 and the 3M-14K(?):

What is important with these two cruise missiles is that the KH-102 has a huge range and that the KM-14K can be fired from aircraft, ships and even containers. Take a look at this video which shows the capabilities of this missile:

Now consider where the vast majority of US cities are located – right along the East and West coasts of the USA and the fact that the US has no air defenses of any kind protecting them. A Russian strategic bomber could hit any West Coast city from the middle of the Pacific ocean. As for a Russian submarine, it could hit any US city from the middle of the Atlantic. Finally, the Russians could conceal an unknown number of cruise missile in regular looking shipping container (flying a Russian flag or, for that matter, any other flag) and simply sail to the immediate proximity to the US coast and unleash a barrage of nuclear cruise missiles.

How much reaction time would such a barrage give the US government?

Understanding reaction time

It is true that the Soviet and Russian space-based early warning system is in bad shape. But did you know that China never bothered developing such a space based system in the first place? So what is wrong with the Chinese, are they stupid, technologically backward or do they know something we don’t?

To answer that question we need to look at the options facing a country under nuclear missile attack. The first option is called “launch on warning”: you see the incoming missiles and you press the “red button” (keys in reality) to launch your own missiles. That is sometimes referred to as “use them or lose them”. The next option is “launch on strike”: you launch all you got as soon as a nuclear strike on your territory is confirmed. And, finally, there is the “retaliation after ride-out“: you absorb whatever your enemy shot at you, then take a decision to strike back. What is obvious is that China has adopted, whether by political choice or due to limitation in space capabilities, either a “launch on strike” or a “retaliation after ride-out” option. This is especially interesting since China possesses relatively few nuclear warheads and even fewer real long range ICBMs .

Contrast that with the Russians who have recently confirmed that they have long had a “dead hand system” called “Perimetr” which automatically ascertains that a nuclear attack has taken place and then automatically launches a counterstrike. That would be a “launch on strike” posture, but it is also possible that Russia has a double-posture: she tries to have the capability to launch on warning, but double-secures herself with an automated “dead hand” “launch on strike” capability.

Take a look at this estimate of worldwide stocks of strategic nuclear warheads: While China is credited with only 260 warheads, Russia still has a whopping 7,000 warheads. And a “dead hand” capability. And yet China feels confident enough to announce a “no first use” policy. How can they say that with no space-based nuclear missile launch detection capability?

Many will say that the Chinese wished they had more nukes and a space-based based nuclear missile launch detection capability, but that their current financial and technological means simply do not allow that. Maybe. But my personal guess is that they realize that even their very minimal force represents a good enough deterrent for any potential aggressor. And they might have a point.

Let me ask you this: how many US generals and politicians would be willing to sacrifice just one major US city in order to disarm China or Russia? Some probably would. But I sure hope that the majority would realize that the risk will always remain huge.

For one thing, modern nuclear warfare has, so far, only been “practiced” only on paper and with computers (and thank God for that!)? So nobody *really* knows for sure how a nuclear war would play itself out. The only thing which is certain is that just the political and economic consequences of it would be catastrophic and totally unpredictable. Furthermore, it remains very unclear how such a war could be stopped short of totally destroying one side. The so-called “de-escalation” is a fascinating concept, but so far nobody has really figured this out. Finally, I am personally convinced that both the USA and Russia have more than enough survivable nuclear weapons to actually decide to ride out a full-scale enemy attack. That is the one big issue which many well-meaning pacifist never understood: it is a good thing that “the USA and Russia have the means to blow-up the world ten times over” simply because even one side succeeded in destroying, say, 95% of the US or Russian nuclear forces, the remaining 5% would be more than enough to wipe-out the attacking side in a devastating countervalue attack. If Russia and the USA each had, say, only 10 nuclear warheads then the temptation to try to take them out would be much higher.

This is scary and even sick, but having a lot of nuclear weapons is safer from a “first-strike stability” point of view than having few. Yes, we do live in a crazy world.

Consider that in times of crisis both the US and Russia would scramble their strategic bombers and keep them in the air, refueling them when needed, for as long as needed to avoid having them destroyed on the ground. So even if the USA destroyed ALL Russian ICBM/SLBMs, there would be quite a few strategic bombers in holding patterns in staging areas which could be given the order to strike. And here we reach one last crucial concept:

Counterforce strikes require a lot of HTK capable warheads. The estimates by both sides are kept secret, of course, but we are talking over 1000 targets on each side at least listed, if not actually targeted. But a countervalue strike would require much less. The US has only 10 cities with over one million people. Russia has only 12. And, remember, in theory one warhead is enough for one city (that is not true, but for all practical purposes it is). Just look what 9/11 did to the USA and imagine of, say, “only” Manhattan had been truly nuked. You can easily imagine the consequences.

Conclusion 1: super-fuses are not really that super at all

The super-fuses scare is so overblown that it is almost an urban legend. The fact is that even if all the US SLBMs are now HTK capable and even if Russia does not have a functional space-based missile launch detection capability (she is working on a new one, by the way), this in no way affects the fundamental fact that there is nothing, nothing at all, that the USA could come up with to prevent Russia from obliterating the USA in a retaliatory strike. The opposite is also true, the Russians have exactly zero hope of nuking the USA and survive the inevitable US retaliation.


The truth is that as far back as the early 1980s Soviet (Marshal Ogarkov) and US specialists had already come to the conclusion that a nuclear war was unwinnable. In the past 30 years two things have dramatically changed the nature of the game: first, an increasing number of conventional weapons have become comparable in their effects to small nuclear weapons and cruise missiles have become vastly more capable. The trend today is for low-RCS (stealth) long range hypersonic cruise missiles and maneuvering ICBM warheads which will make it even harder to detect and intercept them. Just think about it: if the Russians fired a cruise missile volley from a submarine say, 100km off the US coast, how much reaction time will the US have? Say that these low-RCS missile would begin flying at medium altitude being for all practical purpose invisible to radar, infra-red and even sound, then lower themselves down to 3-5 m over the Atlantic and then accelerate to a Mach 2 or Mach 3 speed. Sure, they will become visible to radars once they crosses the horizon, but the remaining reaction time would be measured in seconds, not minutes. Besides, what kind of weapon system could stop that missile type of anyway? Maybe the kind of defenses around a US aircraft carrier (maybe), but there is simply nothing like that along the US coast.

As for ballistic missile warheads, all the current and foreseeable anti-ballistic systems rely on calculations for a non-maneuvering warhead. Once the warheads begin to make turns and zig-zag, then the computation needed to intercept them become harder by several orders of magnitude. Some Russian missiles, like the R-30 Bulava, can even maneuver during their initial burn stage, making their trajectory even harder to estimate (and the missile itself harder to intercept).

The truth is that for the foreseeable future ABM systems will be much more expensive and difficult to build then ABM-defeating missiles. Also, keep in mind that an ABM missile itself is also far, far more expensive than a warhead. Frankly, I have always suspected that the American obsession with various types of ABM technologies is more about giving cash to the Military Industrial Complex and, at best, developing new technologies useful elsewhere.

Conclusion 2: the nuclear deterrence system remains stable, very stable

At the end of WWII, the Soviet Union’s allies, moved by the traditional western love for Russia, immediately proceeded to plan for a conventional and a nuclear war against the Soviet Union (see Operation Unthinkable and Operation Dropshot). Neither plan was executed, the western leaders were probably rational enough not to want to trigger a full-scale war against the armed forces which had destroyed roughly 80% of the Nazi war machine. What is certain, however, is that both sides fully understood that the presence of nuclear weapons profoundly changed the nature of warfare and that the world would never be the same again: for the first time in history all of mankind faced a truly existential threat. As a direct result of this awareness, immense sums of money were given to some of the brightest people on the planet to tackle the issue of nuclear warfare and deterrence. This huge effort resulted in an amazingly redundant, multi-dimensional and sophisticated system which cannot be subverted by any one technological breakthrough. There is SO much redundancy and security built into the Russian and American strategic nuclear forces that a disarming first strike is all but impossible, even if we make the most unlikely and far-fetched assumptions giving one side all the advantages and the other all the disadvantages. For most people it is very hard to wrap their heads around such a hyper-survivable system, but both the USA and Russia have run hundreds and even thousands of very advanced simulations of nuclear exchanges, spending countless hours and millions of dollars trying to find a weak spot in the other guy’s system, and each time the result was the same: there is always enough to inflict an absolutely cataclysmic retaliatory counter-strike.

Conclusion 3: the real danger to our common future

The real danger to our planet comes not from a sudden technological breakthrough which would make nuclear war safe, but from the demented filled minds of the US Neocons who believe that they can bring Russia to heel in a game of “nuclear chicken”. These Neocons have apparently convinced themselves that making conventional threats against Russia, such as unilaterally imposing no-fly zones over Syria, does not bring us closer to a nuclear confrontation. It does.

The Neocons love to bash the United Nations in general, and the veto power of the Permanent Five (P5) at the UN Security Council, but they apparently forgot the reason why this veto power was created in the first place: to outlaw any action which could trigger a nuclear war. Of course, this assumes that the P5 all care about international law. Now that the USA has clearly become a rogue state whose contempt for international law is total, there is no legal mechanism left to stop the US from committing actions which endanger the future of mankind. This is what is really scary, not “super-fuses”.

What we are facing today is a nuclear rogue state run by demented individuals who, steeped in a culture of racial superiority, total impunity and imperial hubris, are constantly trying to bring us closer to a nuclear war. These people are not constrained by anything, not morals, not international law, not even common sense or basic logic. In truth, we are dealing with a messianic cult every bit as insane as the one of Jim Jones or Adolf Hitler and like all self-worshiping crazies they profoundly believe in their invulnerability.

It is the immense sin of the so-called “Western world” that it let these demented individuals take control with little or no resistance and that now almost the entire western society lack the courage to even admit that it surrendered itself to what I can only call a satanic cult. Alexander Solzhenitsyn prophetic words spoken in 1978 have now fully materialized:

A decline in courage may be the most striking feature that an outside observer notices in the West today. The Western world has lost its civic courage, both as a whole and separately, in each country, in each government, in each political party, and, of course, in the United Nations. Such a decline in courage is particularly noticeable among the ruling and intellectual elites, causing an impression of a loss of courage by the entire society. There are many courageous individuals, but they have no determining influence on public life (Harvard Speech, 1978)

Five years later, Solzhenitsyn warned us again saying,

To the ill-considered hopes of the last two centuries, which have reduced us to insignificance and brought us to the brink of nuclear and non-nuclear death, we can propose only a determined quest for the warm hand of God, which we have so rashly and self-confidently spurned. Only in this way can our eyes be opened to the errors of this unfortunate twentieth century and our hands be directed to setting them right. There is nothing else to cling to in the landslide: the combined vision of all the thinkers of the Enlightenment amounts to nothing. Our five continents are caught in a whirlwind. But it is during trials such as these that the highest gifts of the human spirit are manifested. If we perish and lose this world, the fault will be ours alone.

We have been warned, but will we heed that warning?

In George Orwell’s 1949 dystopian novel, 1984, information that no longer is consistent with Big Brother’s explanations is chucked down the Memory Hole. In the real American dystopia in which we currently live, the information is never reported at all.

On April 26—16 days ago—Lt. Gen. Viktor Poznihir, Deputy Chief of the Main Operations Directorate of the Russian Armed Forces, stated at the Moscow International Security Conference that the Operations Command of the Russian General Staff has concluded that Washington is preparing a nuclear first strike on Russia.


The Times-Gazett in Ashland, Ohio, was the only US print media that a Google search could turn up that reported this most alarming of all announcements. A Google search turned up no reports on US TV, and none on Canadian, Australian, European, or any other media except RT and Internet sites.

I have been unable to find any report that any US Senator or Representative or any European, Canadian, or Australian politician has raised a voice of concern.

No one in Washington got on the telephone to tell Putin that this was all a mistake, that the US was not preparing a nuclear first strike on Russia, or ask Putin how this serious situation could be defused.

Americans do not even know about it, except for my readers.

I would have expected at least that the CIA would have planted the story in the Washington Post, the New York Times, CNN, MSNBC, and NPR that General Poznihir was expressing his personal opinion, nothing to be taken seriously. But apparently Americans and their European vassals are not to even know that such an accussation was made.

As I reported some time ago and more recently in my column about North Korea, the Chinese leadership has also concluded that the US intends a nuclear first strike against China.

Alone either Russia or China can destroy the US. If they act together, the destruction of the US would be redundant. What is the intelligence, if any, and morality, clearly none, of the US leadership that recklessly and irresponsibly invites Russia and China to preempt Washington’s attack on them with an attack on the US?

Surely not even insouciant Americans are so stupid as to think that Russia and China will just sit there and wait for Washington’s nuclear attack.

I lived through every stage of the Cold War. I participated in it. Never in my life have I experienced the situation where two nuclear powers were convinced that the third was going to surprise them with a nuclear attack.

I supported Trump because he, unlike Hillary, said he would normalize relations with Russia. Instead he has raised the tensions between the nuclear powers. Nothing is more irresponsible or dangerous.

We currently are in the most dangerous situation of my lifetime, and there is ZERO AWARENESS AND NO DISCUSSION!

How can this be? Putin has been issuing warnings for years. He has told the Western presstitute media on more than one occasion that they, in their dishonesty, are pushing the world to nuclear war. Putin has said over and over, “I issue warnings and no one hears.” “How do I get through to you?”

Maybe the morons will hear when mushroom clouds appear over Washington and New York, and Europe ceases to exist, as it will if Europe continues the confrontation with Russia as is required from Washington’s well-paid vassals.

Within the last several years I reported the Chinese government’s reaction to US war plans for a nuclear strike on China. The Chinese showed how their submarines would destroy the West Coast of the US and their ICBMs would finish off the rest of the country.

I reported all of this, and it produced no response. The Memory Hole wasn’t needed, as neither Washington nor the presstitutes nor the Internet noticed. This is insouciance to the thousandth degree.

In America and its subservient, crawling on their knees vassal states, the information never gets reported, so it never has to be put down the Memory Hole.

If you convince someone that you are going to kill them, they are going to kill you first. A government, such as what exists in Washington, that convinces powerful countries that they are targeted, is a government that has no respect whatsoever for the lives of its own people or the peoples of the world or for any life on planet Earth.

Such a government as Washington is evil beyond all measure, as are the media whores and European, Canadian, Australian, and Japanese vassal states that serve Washington at the expense of their own citizens.

Despite all their efforts to believe otherwise, the Russian and Chinese leaderships have finally arrived, belatedly, at the realization that Washington is evil to the core and is the agent of Satan.

For Russia and China, the Satanic Evil that rules in the West has reduced the choice for Russia and China to them or us.

Common Law, COMMON LAW, English Common Law, American Common Law…. + For the Record, Rothschilds v. Rockefellers

Just the title should clue you in that, like everything else, there’s common law, and then, there is COMMON LAW…..

The Masters of Deceit have been at work.

Common Law has its origins in the Stone Age.  It’s the tradition, often verbal, that a group or tribe has established as its standard of justice over time.  Please note that such a standard applied to a Zulu Warrior standing before a gathering of his tribal elders is just as much the “common law” for him as British Common Law is for a Brit.

Also note that English Common Law is different from British Common Law and they are both distinct from the Common Law of the United Kingdom…… and so on and so on.

It’s apparent, then, that “common law” is one of those catch-all or nearly all terms that can apply to tribal traditional law that is preserved as a verbal standard passed down generation to generation, or a written standard of law, code, or doctrine adopted by a tribe or a nation or even a commercial corporation.

It is also apparent that “common law” can exist in any jurisdiction.

“Ecclesiastical Law” is, generally speaking, the Common Law of the Universal Church, whereas “Canon Law” is a specific codification of Ecclesiastical Law used by the clergy.

There’s Military Common Law.  Commercial Common Law.  State Common Law.  County Common Law.

No doubt we can derive a Bird Common Law and Dog Common Law and Cat Common Law based on the Natural Law of their kind.

That’s why when someone starts talking about “common law” you should jump on them and grill them—- what common law?

Katie Courier, always a blind guide, has come up with her own definition which appears to be “any written law” is “common law”.  Many generations of jurists would beg to disagree, and in fact, it is a famous disagreement about the nature and definition of “common law” that lies as part of the major impetus behind the American Revolution.

When Lord Mansfield became Lord Chief Justice in Britain in 1756 he brought along both his experience as an Admiralty Lawyer and as a Scotsman.

At that time, English Common Law, which required actual wet-ink, two party, fully disclosed, equitable agreements based on a “meeting of the minds” expressed in writing by freely consenting parties, was deemed old-fashioned by Mansfield and not convenient for the conduct of modern business.

Instead, he advocated a system of “honor” by which full disclosure and consent to contracts should and could be merely implied by acceptance of some service or benefit  and which also favored giving judges the “discretion” to act “in equity”—allowing them to escape the “narrow confines” of a written law.

So, Lord Mansfield “merged” the Common Law into the Admiralty system and created a dreadful mish-mash that could be “interpreted” endlessly by the courts that were supposed to be administering justice in behalf of the people who instead became victims of what then posed as their own justice system.

It is from this “merger” of law forms that we get such horrors as “unilateral contracts” in which only one party signs and bears all responsibility, “victimless crimes” in which one may not harm anyone or anything and still be subjected to lengthy and arbitrary prison sentences, and abuses of “judicial discretion” in which the judge’s personal buddies and political betters receive the property of whoever the judge doesn’t like or isn’t paid to protect.

The Americans, rightly, objected strongly to this merger of English Common Law and Admiralty Law and all the abuses that logically follow from it.

The upshot is that English Common Law was hopelessly polluted, twisted, and made into a tool for the Bar Associations to screw everyone and everything else to the wall, at their “discretion”.

The American Common Law retained its separation from Admiralty Law, maintained its prohibitions against implied and unilateral contracts, and
“judicial discretion” and “equity decisions”.

But they are both still called “Common Law”.

Lately, we’ve been beset with US attorneys (all US courts including federated “State of State” and “STATE OF STATE” courts practice this horrific hybrid British “Common Law”) attempting to present their bastard as our “Common Law”.

Common Law, lamentably, it still may be called in Britain.

But it is not our American Common Law.  It is a shady, depraved, debauched, prostituted sister, a tool of feudalism and oppression since 1756.

So when you hear or speak of “common law” with respect to yourself, your family, your assets—- be sure to stipulate and identify your form of law as American Common Law.

It isn’t the Rothschilds that are primarily responsible for the misery and defrauding of America. It’s the Rockefellers, Morgans, Mellons, and all the other Players named yesterday in my explanation of the fraud process used to undermine and commandeer our institutions including our governmental organizations.

The Rothschilds are businessmen. They are there to make a deal. If they can make money or leverage an advantage, they take the shot, they win or they lose. They are, for the most part (some noted exceptions) rather jaundiced and jaded, unimpressed with money and all it means, merely very, very adroit users of money as a tool — which is all that money is or was ever meant to be.

They, of all people on the planet, know what “money” and “credit” are, and also all the uses of “debt” and “securities”.

But taken on the whole as an entire family, the Rothschilds are not particularly malevolent or ill-intended. They generally take the tack that good business results in profit for everyone. They’d rather milk the Cash Cow than kill it for the insurance money.

And besides, their basic interests are rooted in Europe and expanded into the East and other spheres many, many years ago. America is a pie, to be sure, but far from the only pie on their table.

The Rockefellers are scions of the old corrupt, criminal, nasty, and ultimately suppressed Dutch East India Company, like the Roosevelts and Vanderbilts. The Dutch East India Company was far larger and more powerful than the British Crown and one day in the early 1700’s, it simply disappeared. Where did the largest merchant transport fleet in the world go?


That’s how we had a vast merchant fleet but not a navy when the Constitution went down.

It’s the homegrown traitors that are the always the real danger, and this is no exception.

Just as you are 95 out of a 100 times more likely to be murdered by a friend or relative than a stranger, when it comes to being the victim of fraud or treason the same percentages apply. What has been done to us is an inside job, done by people who have lived in this country for generations, yet have not attached their loyalties or affections to it.

The worst of this current Mess hasn’t come to us from the Rothschilds. It has come from the Rockefellers and their allies. The French have profited from it—immensely. The British, too. But the cause of the problem, the root of the evil and treason at the bottom of the pile in this case is homegrown. It stems from people who grew up here, who went to school here, who should –rationally— care what happens to this country and their neighbors. And don’t.

Colonel House, the engineer of this enslavement and corruption, was an American born in Houston, Texas.

So, if you want to deal with the problem, deal with the problem.

Don’t get on the “Blame the Rothschild” bandwagon when your real beef is with Dutchmen called Rockefeller and Roosevelt, instead. And despite my disgust with the almost-equally depraved and unjust behavior of the British Monarchy and the British Crown— let’s own the fact that those responsible for the actual nuts-and-bolts of the Great Fraud grew up here, sat in Congress here, served as Governors here—- and betrayed us all, deliberately, with malice aforethought.

Many of our readers are aware of our continuing battle with the IRS and the many articles we have written taking them to task.  But we’re just one IRS story.  Millions, and we do

mean millions, of Americans have fallen victim to this rogue, inept, out-of-control, bureaucratic agency that is relentless in its pursuit of your tax dollars to the point of abuse, harassment, blackmail, coercion, bungling mismanagement, law-creating, law breaking, corruption and blatant criminality.  If you think you are protected from the IRS by the 4th, 5th and 14th Amendments against illegal search and seizures, violations of due process or constitutional rights, or protected against self-incrimination, think again.  Every time you sign the “Jurat” statement at the bottom of Form 1040 under penalty of perjury, you have abrogated your 4th and 5th Amendment rights and opened yourself up to being penalized or charged with a crime because the Internal Revenue Code is basically unconstitutional, complex and is rife with errors, omissions and conflicts.

Just how is it that the people can “be secure in their persons, houses, papers and effects against unreasonable searches and seizures(4th Amendment) and how can the people not “be compelled to be a witness against himself” (5th Amendment) if the IRS can force each of us into disclosing all of our financial information (“papers”) without a warrant being issued by a judge “upon probable cause“, as required by the 4th Amendment?  The IRS has effectively repealed the 4th and 5th Amendments.

The U. S. Congress and the special interest lobbyists are wholly responsible and complicit for what the IRS has become.  The IRS is a tool of those special interests to herd you, the taxpayer, into the socialist cattle pens they want you to go.  The IRS accomplishes this with thousands of incentives, fines, penalties, or threats of incarceration, in tens of thousands of pages of pure un-intelligible “gobbledy gook.”

Since its creation out of the 16th Amendment in 1913, the IRS Act was reconstituted every two years by Congressional legislation. Then in 1939, the Internal Revenue Code (IRC) was codified into statute under Title 26 United States Code (USC).  Several machinations and revisions to the Code took place in the 50’s, then again in the 80’s and once more in the 90’s.  Congress has toyed with it, manipulated it, revised it and bastardized it at almost every Congressional session with new laws to placate some special interest group, advance some social or environmental goal, or enhance some banking, business or union interest.  Obama Care added countless more pages of regulations, fines and penalties and increased IRS employment by an estimated 16,000 new employees.

The Congress tried to rein in the IRS by making them comply with the “Fair Debt Collection Practices Act” (1977) and later with the “1998 Restructuring and Reform Act.”  Under the 1998 Act, it was up to the IRS to prove errors, mistakes, or wrong doing by the taxpayer.  In effect, the taxpayer was innocent until proven guilty by the IRS.  We can tell you from our own experiences, the IRS makes little effort to comply with these acts, as we pointed out to them in our affidavits.

This will give you an idea of the run-around we get from the IRS.  We send a letter to IRS Ogden, UT on an issue and we get a letter back from IRS Kansas City, MO.  We send a letter to Holtsville, NY and we get a letter back from Cincinnati, OH.  We send a letter to Memphis, TN and we get a letter back from Austin, TX.  We get letters from the IRS saying they will respond to our letters in 45-day, 60-day and 90-days, then we never hear back in the 45, 60, or 90 days.  We have no idea which office is handling our case.  Why isn’t it being handled by one IRS office?  Could it be intentional harassment?  Of course it is.

At a rally in front of the Washington DC IRS Headquarters on April 18, 2017, members of the Tax Revolution Institute ((TRI) started to read out loud the tax code, word by word and line by line, to demonstrate the ridiculousness and sheer volume of the code.  Calculating 1,000 words per page and 2.7 words per second to read out loud, it would take a person the better part of 53 years to read the entire code, reading 24 hours per day, without breaks of any kind.  In fact, in 10 hours the TRI members were only able to read well less than one percent of the code.

Dan Johnson, director of TRI, said this at the rally:  “Anyone who thinks that we’re going to fix the tax code instantly, or fix the tax code without basically setting it on fire, clearing it out, and starting from the beginning, they’re lying to themselves and they’re lying to you.”

The Code’s almost 75,000 pages of rules, regulations, limits and restrictions sets a hidden trap for every taxpayer that has no chance of ever understanding those rules, regulations, limits and restrictions.  Further, there is no guarantee that a tax preparer is any more qualified than you are to prepare your return.  Even if you asked ten different IRS agents a question about the Code, you are very likely to get ten different answers.  That’s not freedom ladies and gentlemen, that is government-instituted slavery.

For just these reasons, the Internal Revenue Service should be abolished.  But there is more.

In one of our affidavits that we sent to the IRS to challenge a tax due for two tax years, we included a set of 14 conditions in that affidavit to which, if the IRS responded to those conditions under penalty of perjury, we would agree to pay the tax.  In other words, we did not default on their demand, (a presentment).  We made our response (a presentment) conditional on their response, thereby complying with the provisions of the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC), to which the IRS is legally bound.

In two separate tax years, rather than respond to the conditions in our affidavit, they sent us a NO TAX DUE letter.  The last four of those conditions in the affidavit are included below:

Condition 11 – Provide proof, under penalty of perjury, that the Internal Revenue Code (IRC)and the IRS booklet known as “1040 Forms and Instructions” as provided by the IRS to the taxpayer and upon which the taxpayer relies, (the “BOOKLET”) DO NOT contain any conflicts, contradictions, in-accurate or vague information that would or could lead a normal, reasonable and prudent person to improperly prepare their tax return, either by omission in the IRC or said BOOKLET, or by the IRC or the BOOKLET containing false, conflicting, or vague information.

Condition 12 – Provide proof, under penalty of perjury, that any and/or all IRS tax forms DO NOT contain any conflicts, contradictions, in-accurate or vague information that would or could lead a normal, reasonable and prudent person to improperly prepare their tax return, either by an omission or omissions in said forms, or by said forms containing false, conflicting, or vague information.

Condition 13 – Provide proof, under penalty of perjury, on how the AFFIANT can file an income tax return and by some stroke of blind luck not commit perjury when the AFFIANT does not understand all the tens of thousands of tax laws and has no way to know if the AFFIANT’s tax return is true or correct, even if a tax professional prepared it for the AFFIANT, therefore, the AFFIANT would be committing perjury to sign the tax return perjury statement when the AFFIANT does not understand all of the constantly changing tax laws contained in the IRS Tax Code, nor could the AFFIANT ever understand them in the AFFIANT’s lifetime.

Condition 14 – Provide proof, under penalty of perjury, that by the AFFIANT signing the tax return “perjury statement”, such signing would not violate AFFIANT’s 5th Amendment rights against self-incrimination, should said return turn out to be in-accurate because the AFFIANT did or does not understand all of the tens of thousands of constantly changing tax laws contained in the IRS Tax Code.

In fact, there is no way the IRS could respond to these questions with specificity, or without exposing the conflicts and confusion in the almost 75,000 pages of the Internal Revenue Code (IRC) or the BOOKLET, or exposing the IRS’s negligence and incompetence.

This begs the question of why any allegedly free American citizen should be subjected to conflicts, confusions, contradictions, in-accurate or vague information contained in the tax code, or any law for that matter?  How is it possible for a normal, reasonable and prudent person to prepare their tax return if the information they are relying upon is rife with conflicts, errors and omissions?  How is it possible for that same normal, reasonable and prudent person to ever understand what is in the tax code when even the IRS will give conflicting and often opposing answers on a question submitted by a taxpayer?

America isn’t a nation of laws as politicians are so fond of saying.  It is a nation of slaves to law that is constantly changing, or subject to a thousand interpretations.  This is not freedom.  This is pure subjugation by government-perpetrated purposeful confusion on behalf of social, radical environmental, central bankers, corporate and union special interests.  Each American is just a number (social security number) whose lifetime earnings are pledged to pay America’s rising debt.  Your life is the collateral for that debt.  If you aren’t earning income, you are worthless to them, except for Democrat votes in exchange for government “goodies.”

For over 100 years, Americans have been led around by rings in their noses to feed a radical Progressive agenda that makes indentured servants of us all, using the ever-changing IRS tax code.

For these reasons and more, the Internal Revenue Service of the United States of America should be immediately abolished.  But since the Congress won’t do it, the job is left to the American people.

To that end and based on our intense but illuminating experiences with the IRS, we have decided to take them on with six different and specific actions, in a full court press to ABOLISH THE IRS.  If you are tired of being a slave to this gone-rogue, out-of-control, inept, bureaucratic agency known as the IRS that has no master, you would be wise to check out our efforts and add to them ….. that is if you don’t live in fear of the IRS.

Until we get rid of the IRS, all Americans will continue to be slaves to the IRS Master, in an ever-tightening noose around our necks.  Who among you will demand liberty over slavery?

Illuminism and the master plan for world domination: The Federal Reserve System Begins Operation

Col. House, who Wilson called his “alter ego,” because he was his closest friend and most trusted advisor, anonymously wrote a novel in 1912 called Philip Dru: Administrator, which revealed the manner in which Wilson was controlled.

House, who lobbied for the implementation of central banking, would now turn his attention towards a graduated income tax.

Incidentally, a central bank providing inflatable currency and a graduated income tax were two of the ten points in the Communist Manifesto for socializing a country.

It was House who hand-picked the first Federal Reserve Board. He named Benjamin Strong as its first Chairman. In 1914, Paul M. Warburg quit his $500,000 a year job at Kuhn, Loeb and Co. to be on the Board, later resigning in 1918 during World War I because of his German connections.

The Banking Act of 1935 amended the Federal Reserve Act, changing its name to the Federal Reserve System, and reorganizing it in respect to the number of directors and length of term.

Headed by a seven member Board of Governors appointed by the President and confirmed by the Senate for a 14 year term, the Board acts as an overseer to the nation’s money supply and banking system.

The Board of Governors, the President of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, and four other Reserve Bank Presidents who serve on a rotating basis make up the “Federal Open Market Committee”.

This group decides whether or not to buy and sell government securities on the open market. The Government buys and sells government securities, mostly through 21 Wall Street bond dealers, to create reserves to make the money needed to run the government.

The Committee also determines the supply of money available to the nation’s banks and consumers.

There are twelve Federal Reserve Banks in twelve districts:

  1. Boston (MA)
  2. Cleveland (OH)
  3. New York (NY)
  4. Philadelphia (PA)
  5. Richmond (VA)
  6. Atlanta (GA)
  7. Chicago (IL)
  8. Louis (MO)
  9. Minneapolis (MN)
  10. Kansas City (KS)
  11. San Francisco (CA)
  12. Dallas (TX)

The twelve regional banks were set up so that the people wouldn’t think that the Federal Reserve was controlled from New York.

Each of the Banks has nine men on [its] Board of Directors; six are elected by member Banks, and three are appointed by the Board of Governors.

They have 25 branch Banks, and many member Banks. All Federal Banks are members and four out of every ten commercial banks are members.

In whole, the Federal Reserve System controls about 70% of the country’s bank deposits. Ohio Senator, Warren G. Harding, who was elected to the Presidency in 1920, said in a 1921 Congressional inquiry that the Reserve was a private banking monopoly.

He said:

“The Federal Reserve Bank is an institution owned by the stockholding member banks. The Government has not a dollar’s worth of stock in it.”

His term was cut short in 1923 when he mysteriously died, leading to rumors that he was poisoned. This claim was never substantiated because his wife would not allow an autopsy.

Three years after the initiation of the Federal Reserve, Woodrow Wilson said:

“The growth of the nation… and all our activities are in the hands of a few men… We have come to be one of the worst ruled; one of the most completely controlled and dominated governments in the civilized world… no longer a government of free opinion, no longer a government by conviction and the free vote of the majority, but a government by the opinion and duress of a small group of dominant men.”

In 1919, John Maynard Keynes, later an advisor to Franklin D. Roosevelt, wrote in his book The Economic Consequences of Peace:

“Lenin is to have declared that the best way to destroy the capitalist system was to debauch the currency… By a continuing process of inflation, governments can confiscate secretly and unobserved, an important part of the wealth of their citizens…

“As the inflation proceeds and the real value of the currency fluctuates wildly from month to month, all permanent relations between debtors and creditors, which form the ultimate foundation of capitalism, become so utterly disordered as to be almost meaningless…”

Congressman Charles August Lindbergh, Sr., father of the historic aviator, said on the floor of the Congress:

“This Act establishes the most gigantic trust on Earth… When the President signs this Act, the invisible government by the Money Power, proven to exist by the Money Trust investigation, will be legalized…

This is the Aldrich Bill in disguise… The new law will create inflation whenever the Trusts want inflation… From now on, depressions will be scientifically created… The worst legislative crime of the ages is perpetrated by this banking and currency bill.”

On June 10, 1932, Louis T. McFadden, said in an address to the Congress:

“We have in this country one of the most corrupt institutions the world has ever known. I refer to the Federal Reserve Board and the Federal Reserve Banks… Some people think the Federal Reserve Banks are United States Government institutions.

They are not Government institutions. They are private credit monopolies which prey upon the people of the United States for the benefit of themselves and their foreign customers…

The Federal Reserve Banks are the agents of the foreign central banks… In that dark crew of financial pirates, there are those who would cut a man’s throat to get a dollar out of his pocket…

Every effort has been made by the Federal Reserve Board to conceal its powers, but the truth is the Fed has usurped the government. It controls everything here (in Congress) and controls all our foreign relations. It makes and breaks governments at will… When the Fed was passed, the people of the United States did not perceive that a world system was being set up here…

A super-state controlled by international bankers, and international industrialists acting together to enslave the world for their own pleasure!”

On May 23, 1933, Louis T. McFadden brought impeachment charges against the members of the Federal Reserve:

“Whereas I charge them jointly and severally with having brought about a repudiation of the national currency of the United States in order that the gold value of said currency might be given to private interests…

I charge them… with having arbitrarily and unlawfully taken over $80,000,000,000 from the United States Government in the year 1928…

I charge them… with having arbitrarily and unlawfully raised and lowered the rates on money… increased and diminished the volume of currency in circulation for the benefit of private interests…

I charge them… with having brought about the decline of prices on the New York Stock Exchange…

I charge them… with having conspired to transfer to foreigners and international money lenders, title to and control of the financial resources of the United States …

I charge them… with having published false and misleading propaganda intended to deceive the American people and to cause the United States to lose its independence…

I charge them… with the crime of having treasonably conspired and acted against the peace and security of the United States, and with having treasonably conspired to destroy the constitutional government of the United States .”

In 1933, Vice-President John Garner, when referring to the international bankers, said:

“You see, gentlemen, who owns the United States.”

Sen. Barry Goldwater wrote in his book With No Apologies:

“Does it not seem strange to you that these men just happened to be CFR (Council on Foreign Relations) and just happened to be on the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve, that absolutely controls the money and interest rates of this great country. A privately owned organization… which has absolutely nothing to do with the United States of America!”

Plain and simple, the Federal Reserve is not part of the Federal Government. It is a privately held corporation owned by stockholders.

That is why the Federal Reserve Bank of New York (and all the others) is listed in the Dun and Bradstreet Reference Book of American Business (Northeast, Region 1, Manhattan/Bronx).

According to Article I, Section 8 of the U.S. Constitution, only Congress has the right to issue money and regulate its value, so it is illegal for private interests to do so.

Yet, it happened, and because of a provision in the Act, the ‘Class A’ stockholders were to be kept a secret and not to be revealed.

R.F. McMaster, who published a newsletter called The Reaper, through his Swiss and Saudi Arabian contacts, was able to find out which banks held a controlling interest in the Reserve.

These interests control the Federal Reserve through about 300 stockholders:

  • Rothschild Banks of London and Berlin
  • Lazard Brothers Bank of Paris
  • Israel Moses Seif Bank of Italy
  • Warburg Bank of Hamburg and Amsterdam
  • Lehman Brothers Bank of New York
  • Kuhn, Loeb and Co. of New York
  • Chase Manhattan Bank of New York
  • Goldman, Sachs of New York

Because of the way the Reserve was organized, whoever controls the Federal Reserve Bank of New York controls the system, About 90 of the 100 largest banks are in this district.

Of the reportedly 203,053 shares of the New York bank:

  • Rockefeller’s National City Bank had 30,000 shares
  • Morgan’s First National Bank had 15,000 shares
  • Chase National Bank had 6,000 shares
  • National Bank of Commerce (Morgan Guaranty Trust) had 21,000 shares.

A June 15, 1978 Senate Report called “Interlocking Directorates Among the Major U.S. Corporations” revealed that five New York banks had 470 interlocking directorates with 130 major U.S. corporations:

  • Citicorp (97)
  • J.P. Morgan Co. (99)
  • Chase Manhattan (89)
  • Manufacturers Hanover (89)
  • Chemical Bank (96)

According to Eustace Mullins, these banks are major stock holders in the Fed. In his book World Order, he said that these five banks are “controlled from London”.

Mullins said:

“Besides its controlling interest in the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, the Rothschilds had developed important financial interests in other parts of the United States… The entire Rockefeller empire was financed by the Rothschilds.”

A May, 1976 report of the House Banking and Currency Committee indicated:

“The Rothschild banks are affiliated with Manufacturers Hanover of London in which they hold 20 percent… and Manufacturers Hanover Trust of New York”.

The Report also revealed that Rothschild Intercontinental Bank, Ltd., which consisted of Rothschild banks in London, France, Belgium, New York, and Amsterdam, had three American subsidiaries: National City Bank of Cleveland, First City National Bank of Houston, and Seattle First National Bank.

It is believed that the Rothschilds hold 53% of the stock of the U.S. Federal Reserve.

Each year, billions of dollars are “earned” by Class A stockholders from U.S. tax dollars which go to the Fed to pay interest on bank loans.

How U.S. Gold Reserves Were Stolen

The Coinage Act of 1792 established a dollar consisting of 371.25 grains of pure silver, but was later replaced with a gold dollar consisting of 25.8 grains of gold.

In 1873, the Coinage Act was passed, prohibiting the use of Silver as a form of currency, because the quantity being discovered was driving the value down.

In 1875, after temporarily suspending gold convertibility during the Civil War “greenback” period, the U.S. was put more firmly on the gold standard by the Gold Standard Act of 1900.

From 1900 to 1933, gold was coined by the U.S. Mint, and our paper currency was tied into the amount of gold held in the U.S. Treasury reserves.

In July, 1927, the directors of the Bank of England [Montagu Norman], the New York Federal Reserve Bank [Benjamin Strong], and the German Reichsbank [Hjalmar Schacht], met to plan a way to get the gold moved out of the United States, and it was this movement of gold which helped trigger the depression.

By 1928, nearly $500 million in gold was transferred to Europe.

President Franklin D. Roosevelt accepted the advice of England ‘s leading economist, John Maynard Keynes (1883-1946), a member of the Illuminati [also a socialist and a homosexual  – ed], who said that deficit spending would be a shot in the arm to the economy.

Most of the New Deal spending programs to fight economic depression, were based on Keynes theories on deficit spending, and financed by borrowing against future taxes.

In 1910, Lenin said:

“The surest way to overthrow an established social order is to debauch its currency.”

Nine years later, Keynes wrote:

“Lenin was certainly right, there is no more positive, or subtler, no surer means of overturning the existing basis of society than to debauch the currency…

“The process engages all of the hidden forces of economic law on the side of destruction, and does it in a manner that not one man in a million is able to diagnose.”

A Presidential Executive Order by Roosevelt on April 5, 1933, required all the people to exchange their gold coins, gold bullion, and gold-backed currency for money that was not redeemable in precious metals.

The Gold Reserve Act of 1934, known as the Thomas Amendment which amended the Act of May 12, 1933, made it illegal to possess any gold currency (which was [finally] rescinded December 31, 1974).

Gold coinage was withdrawn from circulation and kept in the form of bullion. Just as the public was to return all their gold to the U.S. Government, so was the Federal Reserve.

However, while the people received $20.67 per ounce in paper money issued by the Federal Reserve, the Reserve was paid in Gold Certificates. Now the Federal Reserve and the Illuminati had control of all the gold in the country.

In 1934, the value of gold [was increased by FDR] to $35 an ounce, which produced a $3 billion profit for the Government. But when the price of gold increases, the value of the dollar decreases.

Our dollar has not been worth 100 cents since 1933, when we were taken off of the Gold Standard. In 1974, our dollar was worth 38 cents, and in 1983 it was only worth 22 cents. In 2002, it took $13.88 to buy what cost $1.00 in 1933.

Since our money supply had been limited to the amount of gold in Treasury reserves, when the value of the dollar decreased, more money was printed.

The Bretton Woods Monetary Conference (1944)

The first United Nations Monetary and Financial Conference, held in Bretton Woods, New Hampshire, from July 1 to July 22, 1944, which was under the direction of Harry Dexter White (CFR member, and undercover Russian spy), established the policies of the International Monetary Fund.

Its goals were to strip the United States of its gold reserves by giving it to other nations, and to merge with their industrial capabilities as well as their economic, social, educational and religious policies to facilitate a one-world government.

Because of paying off foreign obligations and strengthening foreign economies, between 1958 and 1968, the amount of gold bullion in the possession of the U.S. Treasury dropped by 52%.

Of the amount remaining, $12 billion was reserved by law for backing the paper money in circulation. Our money had been backed by a 25% gold reserve in accordance to a law that was passed in 1945, but it was rescinded in 1968.

The amount of gold slipped from 653.1 million troy ounces in 1957, to 311.2 million ounces in 1968, which according to the Treasury Department, was due to sales to foreign banking institutions, sales to domestic producers, and the buying and selling of gold on the world market to stabilize prices. This was a loss of 341.9 million troy ounces.

In August, 1971, gold was used only for world trade, because foreign countries wouldn’t accept U.S. dollars. As of November, 1981, sources had indicated that the gold reserve had dropped to 264.1 million troy ounces.

Title 31 of the U.S. Code, requires an annual physical inventory of our gold supply, but a complete audit was never done, so officially, nobody knows what has occurred. After World War II, America had 70% of the World’s supply of loose gold, but today, we may have less than 7%.

Sen. Jesse Helms seemed to think that the OPEC nations have our gold, while others believe that 70% of the world’s gold supply is being held by the World Bank, which is dominated by the financial grip of the Rothschilds and the Rockefellers.

Some years ago, I had been contacted by a gentleman in Michigan whose research indicated that counterfeit $5,000 and $10,000 Federal Reserve Notes had been used to steal U.S. gold reserves.

Illegal to own, these notes are actually checks which are used to transfer ownership of large amounts of gold without actually moving the gold itself.

Using public records, he found the serial numbers of the bills which were originally printed and discovered that there are now more in existence.

It has been reported that 40% (13,000 tons) of the world’s gold is five levels below street level in a sub-basement of the New York Federal Reserve Bank, behind a 90-ton revolving door. Some of it is American-owned, but most is owned by the central banks of other countries.

It is stored in separate cubicles, and from time to time, is moved from one cubicle to another to satisfy international transactions.

The Destructive Effects of Fiat Money Inflation

The 1929 series of Federal Reserve notes said:

“Redeemable in gold on demand at the United States Treasury, or in gold or lawful money at any Federal Reserve Bank.”

This was just like the Silver Certificate, which was guaranteed by a dollar in silver that was on deposit.

The 1934 series of notes said:

“This note is legal tender for all debts, public and private, and is redeemable in lawful money at the United States Treasury, or at any Federal Reserve Bank.”

The 1950 series:

Kept the same wording, but reduced it to three lines, and reduced the size of the type.

The 1953 series:

The wording was totally removed, although the bottom portion contained a promise to “pay the bearer on demand.”

The 1963 series:

Even this wording was removed, and our dollars became nothing more than worthless pieces of paper because they no longer met the legal requirements of a note, which must list an issuing bank, and amount payable, a payee or “bearer,” and a time for payment or “on demand.”

After March, 1964, silver certificates were no longer convertible to silver dollars; and in March, 1968, near the conclusion of the Johnson Administration, silver backing of the dollar was removed.

Since 1933, the Federal Reserve has been printing too much money, compared to the declining Gross National Product (GNP). The GNP is the accumulated values of services and goods produced in the country.

If the GNP is 4%, then the money produced should only be about 5-6%, thus insuring enough money to keep the goods produced by the GNP in circulation.

Additional social services, which are promised during election year rhetoric to gain votes, increase the Federal Budget, so more money is printed. Then the Government will cut the Budget, establish wage and price controls.

The extra money in circulation decreases the value of the dollar, and prices go up. Simply put, too much money in circulation causes inflation, and that is what the Reserve is doing, purposely printing too much money in order to destroy the economy.

On the other hand, if they would stop printing money, our economy would collapse.

The Federal Reserve is responsible for setting the interest rate that member banks can borrow from the Reserve, thus controlling the interest rates of the entire country.

So, what it boils down to is that the Federal Reserve determines the amount of money needed, which is created by the International Bankers out of nothing. Besides the face value, they charge the government 3¢ to produce each bill.

The Federal government pays the Reserve in bonds (which are also printed by the Reserve), and then pay the bonds off at a high rate of interest. That interest will very soon become the largest item in the Federal Budget.

William McChesney Martin, a member of the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR), and Chairman of the Federal Reserve during the “New Frontier” years of the Kennedy Administration, testified to the Federal Banking Committee that the value of the dollar was being scientifically brought down each year by 3% to 3.5% in order to allow wages to “go up”.

The reasoning behind this was that the people were being made to think that they were getting more when in fact they were actually getting less.

The Congress has also contributed to this process by approving Federal Budgets year after year which requires the printing of more money to finance the debt, which by the end of 2003 was over $6,900,000,000,000 ($6.9 trillion).

When Wilson was President, the debt was about $1 billion and in 1974, the debt was about $1 trillion [a thousand-fold increase in only 60 years – ed].

Congressional Attempts to Control the Fed

In 1937, Rep. Charles G. Binderup of Nebraska, realizing the consequences of the Federal Reserve System, called for the Government to buy all the stock, and to create a new Board controlled by Congress to regulate the value of the currency and the volume of bank deposits, thus eliminating the Fed’s independence.

He was defeated for re-election.

Others have also tried to introduce various Bills to control the Federal Reserve:

  • Rep. Goldborough (1935)
  • Rep. Jerry Voorhis of California (1940, 1943)
  • Sen. M. M. Logan of Kentucky
  • Rep. Usher L. Burdick of North Dakota

Rep. Wright Patman of Texas (who was the House Banking Chairman until 1975), said in 1952:

“In fact there has never been an independent audit of either the twelve banks of the Federal Reserve Board that has been filed with the Congress… For 40 years the system, while freely using the money of the government, has not made a proper accounting.”

Patman said that the Federal Open Market Committee (who, in addition to the Board of Governors, decides the country’s monetary policy) is,

“one of the most secret societies. These twelve men decide what happens in the economy… In making decisions they check with no one  –  not the President, not the Congress, not the people.”

Patman also said:

“In the United States we have, in effect, two governments… We have the duly constituted Government… Then we have an independent, uncontrolled and uncoordinated government in the Federal Reserve System, operating the money powers which are reserved to Congress by the Constitution.”

During his career, Patman sought to force the Fed to allow an independent audit, lessen the influence of the large banks, shorten the terms of the Fed Governors, expose it to regular Congressional review just like any other Federal agency, and to have only officials nominated by the President and confirmed by Congress to be on the Federal Open Market Committee.

In 1967, Patman tried to have them audited, and on January 22, 1971, introduced H.R. 11, which would have altered its organization, diminishing much of its power. He was later removed from the Chairmanship of the House Banking and Currency Committee, which he held for years.

On January 22, 1971, Rep. John R. Rarick of Louisiana introduced H.R. 351:

“To vest in the Government of the United States the full, absolute, complete, and unconditional ownership of the twelve Federal Reserve Banks.”

He said: “The Federal Reserve is not an agency of government. It is a private banking monopoly.”

He was later defeated for re-election.

During the 1980’s, Rep. Phil Crane of Illinois introduced House Resolution H.R. 70 that called for an annual audit of the Fed (which never came to a full vote), and Rep. Henry Gonzales of Texas introduced H.R. 1470, that called for the repeal of the Federal Reserve Act.

The Federal Reserve System has never been audited, and their meetings, and minutes of those meetings, are not open to the public. They have repelled all attempts to be audited.

In 1967, Arthur Burns, the Chairman of the Federal Reserve, said that an audit would threaten the “independence” of the Reserve.

The Fed in the 1970s and 1980s

In 1979, after dismissing Secretary of Treasury Michael Blumenthal, President Jimmy Carter offered the position to American Illuminati chief David Rockefeller, the CEO of Chase Manhattan Bank, but he turned it down [as he had previously turned down the offer from Nixon].

He also turned down the nomination for the Chairmanship of the Federal Reserve Board.

Carter then appointed Paul Volcker as Chairman. Volcker graduated from Princeton with a degree in Economics, and from Harvard with a degree in Public Administration.

He was,

  • an economist with the Federal Reserve Bank of New York (1952-57)
  • worked at the Chase Manhattan Bank (1957-61)
  • was with the U.S. Treasury Department (1961-65)
  • Deputy Under Secretary for Monetary Affairs (1963-65)
  • Under Secretary for Monetary Affairs (1969-74)
  • President of the New York Federal Reserve Bank (1975-79)

When Volcker was in the Nixon Administration as the Under Secretary for Monetary Policy and International Affairs, the executive branch official who works most closely with the Federal Reserve, he and Treasury Secretary John Connally helped formulate the policy that took us off the gold standard in 1971, because of the dwindling gold reserves at Fort Knox.

Volcker was chosen because he was the “candidate of Wall Street.” He was a member of the Trilateral Commission, and a major Rockefeller supporter.

Bert Lance, the Georgia banker and political advisor to Carter who became his Budget Director and was later forced to resign… said that if Volcker was appointed he would be “mortgaging his re-election to the Federal Reserve.”

Lance predicted that he would bring high interest rates and high unemployment. He was confirmed by the Senate Banking Committee in August, 1979, replacing Arthur Burns, an Austrian-born economist who was a CFR member with close ties to the Rockefellers.

Volcker was against a gold-backed dollar or gold being used as a form of currency. He attempted to tighten the money situation in order to curb the 10% annual growth in the money supply, and to ease the pressure of loan demand.

The result [of his policy] was a dramatic increase in interest rates, which climbed to 13.5% by September, 1979, and then soared to 21.5% by December, 1980.

[We may speculate] that this economic decline was purposely engineered to cause the political decline of Carter.

In response to the rising interest rates, Carter said:

“As you well know, I don’t have control over the Fed, none at all. It’s carefully isolated from any influence by the President or the Congress. This has been done for many generations and I think it’s a wise thing to do.”

During the 1970’s, many banks had left the Federal Reserve, and in December, 1979, Volcker told the House Banking Committee that “300 banks with deposits of $18.4 billion have quit the Fed within the past 4-1/2 years,” and that another 575 of the remaining 5,480 member banks, with deposits of $70 billion, had indicated that they intended to withdraw.

He said that this would curtail their control over the money supply, and that led Congress, in 1980, to pass the Monetary Control Act, which gave the Federal Reserve control of all banking institutions, regardless if they are members or not.

Even though inflation had skyrocketed to all-time highs, Reagan kept Volcker on. It was Volcker who started the collapse of the U.S. economy.

Alan Greenspan, who became the Chairman of the Federal Reserve Board in 1987, is [also] a member of the Council on Foreign Relations.

He has a bachelor’s and master’s degree, and a doctorate in Economics from New York University. He met Ayn Rand, the author of Atlas Shrugged, in 1952 and they became friends.

It is from her that he learned that capitalism “is not only efficient and practical, but also moral.”

In February, 1995, the seventh increase in the interest rate, within the period of a year, took place. This put Greenspan in the limelight, as well as the Federal Reserve.

It was very interesting how the media spin doctors churned out information that totally skirted the issue concerning the Fed’s actual role in controlling our economy.

Predictions of Monetary Disaster

In the mid-1970’s, Paper 447, Article 3, from the World Bank said that the world economy would be fairly stable until 1980 when it would begin falling, in domino fashion.

On October 29, 1975, the Wall Street Journal printed a comment by H. Johannes Witteveen, Managing Director of the United Nation’s International Monetary Fund, that the IMF “ought to evolve into a World Central Bank… to prevent inflation.”

Dr. H.A. Murkline, Director of the International Institute University in Irving, Texas, wrote in World Oil:

1976 that he projected that the Federal Government could only hold out till the end of 1981. Dow Theory Letters, Inc. reported that by 1982, the cost of dealing with the national debt “would eat up all the government tax money available.”

The Robbins Report of January 15, 1978, said:

“If Carter introduces Bancor, which will be the yielding of our dollar to the ECU (European Currency Unit), this is what will happen: look for hyperinflation and collapse of all the world’s paper money before 1985.”

Julian Snyder said in the International Money Line of February, 1978:

“The United States is trying to solve its problem through currency depreciation (debasement)… it will not work. If the crash does not occur this year, it could be postponed until 1982.”

On March 13, 1979, while meeting at Strasbourg, France, the Parliament of Europe, which governs the European Economic Community (Common Market), oversaw the establishment of a new European money system. Known as the ECU, it was backed by 20% of the participating countries” gold reserves (about 3,150 tons).

What little strength our dollar had, came from the fact that all nations buying oil from OPEC, had to use U.S. dollars.

Then came the word in March, 1980, from Arab diplomatic sources at the United Nations that the Chase Manhattan Bank was making plans to drop the dollar in [favor] of the ECU.

Dr. Franz Pick, a well known authority on world currency, said in December, 1979, in the Silver and Gold Report:

“The most serious problem we face today is the debasement of our currency by the government. The government will continue to debase the dollar until… within 12-24, months it will shrink to 1 cent… at which time Washington will be forced to create the new hard currency…

“A currency reform is nothing but a fancy name for state bankruptcy… A currency reform completes the expropriation of all kinds of savings… it will wipe out all public and private bonds, most pensions; all annuities, and all endowments.”

Against all odds, our economy has continued to hang on even though financial analysts have continued to forecast disastrous conditions.

In 1993, Sen. Bob Kerrey (Democrat, NE) promised to support President Bill Clinton’s Budget Plan, if Clinton would appoint a Committee to study the condition of the American economy.

The President established a 32-member bipartisan committee and in August, 1994, they issued their report.

According to the committee’s findings, by the year 2012, unless drastic changes are made, we won’t even be able to pay the interest on the national debt.

Knowing this, the federal government has allowed the trend to continue, almost as if they’re trying to run our economy into the ground.

It seems obvious that the destruction of the American economy has been part of a deliberate plot to financially enslave our nation.

The New U.S. Currency

In the late 1970’s, it was [rumored that replacement currency had] already been printed and stored at the Federal Emergency Relocation Facility in Culpepper, Virginia, which is built into the side of a mountain, and would be able to continue functioning during the aftermath of a nuclear or natural disaster.

And at the 200,000 sq. ft. Federal underground facility in Mt. Weather, Virginia (near Berryville), which is the primary relocation area for the President, Cabinet Secretaries, Supreme Court Justices, and several thousand federal employees (Congress would be relocated to an underground facility in White Sulphur Springs, West Virginia).

It is believed that when our monetary system is finally destroyed, a reorganization will occur within the confines of a world government, and new money will be issued.

Rep. Ron Paul, Republican from Texas, who was on the Committee on Banking, Finance and Urban Affairs, wrote about the new money in a [1983] letter to Charles T. Roberts, Executive Vice-President of the Hull State Bank in Texas:

“In a closed briefing for the members of the House Banking Committee on November 2nd, representatives of the Bureau of Engraving and Printing, the Federal Reserve, and the Secret Service described plans for making changes in Federal Reserve Notes beginning in 1985 (although the long range target is 1988)…

These changes, which will probably include taggents, security threads, and colors, and may include holograms, diffraction gratings, or watermarks, will be made in coordination with six other nations: Canada, Britain, Japan, Australia, West Germany and Switzerland.

Japan, for example, will begin recalling its present currency in November, 1984, and have it nearly completed within six months… According to the government, the only reason for the currency changes is to deter counterfeiting.

Although it was admitted by one spokesman in the group that there would have to be a call-in of our present currency for new currency to work, the spokesmen for the government were adamant in saying that there was no other motive for a currency change…”

According to law, only the Treasury Secretary has the authority to change the currency.

Over $3 million was spent under “counterfeit prevention” authority for the development of the new money, which according to the Currency Design Act (H.R. 6005) hearings, would be issued by the Federal Reserve Board. In a July, 1983 market survey in Buena Park, California, people were shown proposed designs for “new U.S. dollar bills.”

The variations shown, consisted of each denomination being a different color; Federal Reserve seals replaced with a design utilizing reflective ink; and other optical devices like holograms (a process which produces a three-dimensional image which can change color depending on the angle it is viewed), and multilayer diffraction gratings (similar to a hologram); as well as bills containing metal security threads, and planchettes (red and blue colored discs incorporated into the paper, similar to threads) to trigger scanning equipment which would detect its presence, and to sort cash faster.

By the end of 1983, [the Fed] had received 110 new machines which could count up to 72,000 bills per minute each.

Jane Kettleson, an economic consultant to the U.S. Paper Exchange, said that,

“the Fed will have the capability to physically replace the entire U.S. currency in circulation in just four days time.”

It was shown that a drastic change would not be accepted, so a process of incrementalism was adopted.

It was decided that the Bureau of Printing and Engraving would have a fine metallic strip running through the currency, leaving the basic design intact; however, they later decided to use a clear imprinted polyester strip, woven into the paper, running vertically on the left side of the Federal Reserve Seal.

The length of the translucent polyester filament reads “USA100” for $100 bills, “USA50” for $50 bills, and so on; and can only be read if held up to direct light.

It was reported that a company called Checkmate Electronics, Inc., which manufactures the equipment needed to scan checks, scanned the new money, and found the strip to contain “machine detectable” aluminum. Their scan produced an indecipherable bar code.

Though the basic design did not change, there was microscopic type printed around the picture which reads, “The United States of America,” but appeared to only be a line.

This currency with oversized, off-center portraits, was introduced in 1996 with the $100 bills, then $50 bills and $20 bills (1998), and culminated with $10’s and $5’s in 2000.

The Government discontinued printing any of the old money, and began emptying their vaults to get rid of the old bills. The old money was never recalled, and continued to be circulated.

Then in June, 2002, only a few years after the last makeover, the rumors of colored money became a fact, as the Bureau of Engraving and Printing announced that further changes were being made to our money for security reasons. In October, 2003, the new, colored $20 bill (the most counterfeited note), was introduced.

The new bill retained the security thread, color-shifting ink, and watermark; but also had the colors of green and peach added to its background, as well as small yellow “20’s” printed on the back. The new $50 and $100 bills will be coming in 2004 and 2005.

Some financial experts have theorized that when every denomination is changed over, that the business sector may not want to accept old bills which would then become worthless and could create a financial emergency.

But Federal officials have said that the old money would be accepted, but scrutinized.

It has been suggested that the government could really take advantage of the situation, that in order for people to exchange their old money for new, an exchange rate may be determined which would benefit the economy.

For example, it may take two old dollars to exchange for a new one.

It is possible that we may be experiencing the final transition to the “new money.” [snip]

Worldwide Currency Changes

International cooperation has been intense to coordinate currency changes among its member governments.

In 1985, officials from the Morgan Bank in New York met with the Credit Lyonnais Bank in France.

They established the European Currency Unit Banking Association (ECUBA), to get world cooperation for a unified currency, and had support from bankers in Europe, Japan, and the United States.

It was an offshoot of the Banking Federation of the European Community (BFEC), which has been engaged in shutting down small banks in order to develop a conglomerate of a few huge banks.

In October, 1987, the Association for the Monetary Union of Europe (AMUE) secretly met and recommended that the ECU (European Currency Unit) replace existing national currencies and that all European Central Banks be combined into one and issue the ECU [Euro] as the official unified currency (which occurred on schedule in the year 2000).

It is believed that the plan is to [ultimately] have only three central banks in the world: The [U.S.] Federal Reserve Bank, the European Central Bank, and the Central Bank of Japan.

In a June, 1989 hearing of the Senate Banking Securities Subcommittee, Alan Greenspan, Chairman of the Federal Reserve, said that exchange rates could be fixed in order to solve the problem of uniformity between the currencies of various nations.

Many countries have issued new money, such as Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Japan, Canada, France, Germany, Australia, and Brazil.

Of the countries that already had, most currencies had a common 1″ square, usually on the left side of the bill.

Held over a light, a hologram appears on the spot, barely visible to the naked eye, which cannot be reproduced on a copier. It is believed that this spot is being reserved for a central World Bank overprint.

They also contain metallic strips that can be detected when they pass through scanners at airports and international borders. [snip]

The institution of a common world-wide currency may be delayed because of the possibility of moving right to a cashless system, making paper money obsolete.

The Visa MagiCard was the first step towards a national debit card. With this card, you could make purchases at any of the 10 million merchants who accepted Visa, and have the amount electronically deducted from your checking account.

Financial experts said at the time, that within only a few years, there would be more debit cards than credit cards.

Since then, there has been a massive campaign to promote debit cards, and a move to accommodate their use in all areas of life.

More and more banks have decided not to return people’s cancelled checks, because of the expense to do so; and it seems likely that there is a plan underway to gradually move away from the use of paper checks.

With the existence of debit cards, and the fact that credit cards are so easily attainable, there’s no doubt that we’re being pushed into an electronic economy of Direct Deposit and Automatic Withdrawal. When total saturation has been achieved, then the stage will be set.

Sure, it’s really convenient to whip out a piece of plastic to buy things, and to have all your financial affairs handled through the bank’s computer system. But do you realize, that when their plan is complete, you will be nothing more than a number in a computer.

Everything you do can be tracked; and with a click of a mouse, or the press of a button, you could be denied access to your own money.


In a letter to Edward M. House (President Wilson’s closest aide), dated November 23, 1933, Franklin D. Roosevelt said:

“The real truth of the matter is, and you and I know, that a financial element in the large centers has owned the government of the U.S. since the days of Andrew Jackson.”

Henry Ford, founder of the Ford Motor Company, said:

“It is well enough that the people of the nation do not understand our banking and monetary system, for if they did, I believe there would be a revolution before tomorrow morning.”

In 1957, Sen. George W. Malone of Nevada said before Congress about the Federal Reserve:

“I believe that if the people of this nation fully understood what Congress has done to them over the past 49 years, they would move on Washington: they would not wait for an election… It adds up to a preconceived plan to destroy the economic and social independence of the United States.” — from

Approximately three hundred people, known to each other and/or relations of the “owners,” who hold stock in the Federal Reserve System. They comprise an interlocking, International Banking Cartel of wealth beyond comprehension.

And to top that off, these men who control America through their financial manipulation are not even responsible to the public nor to Congress and has repeatedly shown that it is under the control of the International Jewish Bankers, by raising the discount rate (a deliberate act to destroy small business) they have been able to bring about the depressions which have devastated the American Farmer and Ranchers since the time this Evil Satanic Act was passed.
