Huma Abedin: A Closer Look at Hillary’s Closest Companion

06/30/2016

THE LEAGUE OF POWER

As Democratic presidential hopeful Hillary Clinton has campaigned around the country, the media and political observers have noted a near-constant companion by her side at nearly every event and rally she goes to: a tall, thin, long-haired brunette woman named Huma Abedin, who has been Clinton’s personal aide and confidante for nearly 20 years.

Abedin, who assumes the role traditionally referred to as “body man” (or in this case, “body woman”), is expected to serve as an assistant, scheduler and valet for the former First Lady. She accompanies, organizes and coordinates for Clinton at all times.

Abedin has been working for Clinton ever since she was a sophomore at George Washington University, in 1996, when she was 19 years old and served as an intern to the First Lady at the same time that Monica Lewinsky was serving as an intern to Hillary’s husband, President Bill Clinton.

The especially close relationship between Abedin and Clinton has been written about and been the source for much beltway gossip amongst Washington insiders.

But aside from the speculation that their relationship may be more intimate than is commonly perceived, there is a deeper issue at stake that has only recently been discussed widely.

Although many people are unaware, Abedin was not raised in the United States nor did she go through what might be termed a typical adolescence. In fact, for nearly the first 18 years of her life, Abedin was raised in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

Abedin’s mother still lives there and is the founder and director of an organization known as the Institute of Muslim Minority Affairs (IMMA), which has offices in Jeddah and London, England.

Both of Abedin’s parents have in fact been strong defenders and fierce advocates of Muslim theology, with Abedin’s father, Syed Zainul Abedin being affiliated with the Muslim Students League at his alma mater, Western Michigan University, and a counselor to that group’s sponsor, the Muslim World League (MWL).

The MWL is Saudi Arabia’s largest charity organization, having received over $1.3 billion from the Saudi Arabian government since it was founded in 1962. The Oxford Dictionary of Islam states that “[The MWL] has acted as a mouthpiece for the Saudi Arabian government, which finances it.”

The former head of the MWL is a man named Abdullah Omar Naseef, who, in addition to his role overseeing MWL, is the chairman of the board of trustees of the Oxford Center for Islamic Studies, where Huma’s brother is a fellow. Naseef is also a primary sponsor of the Abedin’s’ IMMA.

In 1988, Naseef, the MWL, and the national government of Pakistan created a financial entity called the Rabita Trust, a subsidiary of the MWL; Naseef remains active with this entity to this day.

In October of 2001, a month after the 9/11 terror attacks, President George W. Bush signed an executive order designating the Rabita Trust a sponsor of terrorism and had the Treasury Department freeze its assets.

The Treasury Department stated, the Rabita Trust is run by a man named Wa’el Hamza Jalaidan, a co-founder of Al-Qaeda and at that time the logistics expert for Osama bin Laden. Jalaiden himself was termed a terrorist entity by the Treasury Department, and his personal assets were frozen as well.

It turns out that the MWL had been funding a jihadist organization bin Laden had created, the Maktab al-Khidamat (MAK), since at least the early 1980s. Both the MAK and the MWL used the same offices in Peshawar, Pakistan, and had other personnel in common.

For nearly 13 years — from 1996 to 2008 — including during the time she was interning for Hillary Clinton in the White House — Huma Abedin was an editor for the Journal of Muslim Minority Affairs, an academic publication written and distributed by the IMMA, where both her mother, sister and brother are still on its staff.

When Hillary Clinton left the White House and became a New York Senator in 2000, Abedin became her personal aide and advisor.

After the 9/11 attacks occurred and the assets of the aforementioned Rabita Trust were frozen, no questions were asked about the ties between the Rabita Trust, Abdullah Omar Naseef and the closest aide to one of America’s most important senators and former First Lady.

In fact, no questions were asked at all about how someone whose family had close connections to the very terrorists responsible for the 9/11 attacks was able to become an assistant to the First Lady within two years of coming to the United States.

Very quickly, Abedin was able to create a comfortable life for herself in Washington, D.C. Despite earning just $27,999.92 in fiscal 2005, Abedin was able to buy an apartment there costing $649,000 the following year.

In 2009, when Hillary Clinton was named Secretary of State, Clinton made Abedin her deputy chief of staff. In 2010, Abedin married Congressman Anthony Weiner, a strong supporter and ally of both Clintons until he was forced to resign following a scandal over chasing women who were not his wife.

In 2012, Hillary Clinton signed paperwork allowing Abedin to work simultaneously for her at the State Department and at the Teneo Group, a private firm in New York with strong ties to the Clinton Foundation that also happened to employ former President Bill Clinton.

In 2012 and 2013, Abedin was allowed to hold two additional jobs simultaneously with the previous two — one at the Clinton Foundation itself (which she continues to work for) and one as the private personal assistant to Hillary Clinton herself.

Around this time, Abedin filed inaccurate timesheets that saw her overpaid by at least $10,000. Overpaid or not, Clinton can at least claim that her new assistant was loyal. During the hearings for the infamous Benghazi Consulate attacks, Abedin peppered her testimony with “I don’t recollect” and “I don’t remember” nearly as often as her boss did.

Beyond all these matters, we also know that Abedin was directly involved in setting up Hillary Clinton’s private email server, which has been the origin of at least two criminal investigations and may yet be the source of an indictment for Clinton.

The Atlantic magazine reported it was Abedin and another Clinton aide, Cheryl Mills, who both personally went through all of Clinton’s emails and determined which were to be deleted. This, of course, meant that Abedin had access to the most classified and top secret emails at the very highest levels of the U.S. government.

Today, in addition to continuing to work for Hillary Clinton as the vice chairperson of her campaign, Huma Abedin works for the Clinton Foundation and runs her own consulting company called Zain Endeavors.

So close is Clinton with her assistant that she visited the latter’s mother in Saudi Arabia, who is known to be an outspoken advocate of traditional Muslim practices such as child marriage and female genital mutilation. This is despite Clinton’s proud claims to be a protector and champion of women’s rights and the living embodiment of female liberation.

What Abedin’s real role in the Clinton campaign is is difficult to discern. Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump and others have recently called on Clinton to return $25 million in donations that she’s received over the years from Saudi Arabia, both personally and via the Clinton Family Foundation.

Could Abedin’s close, active role in the Hillary Clinton’s campaign be a quid pro quo for all those donations? Some Washington insiders have loudly wondered if Huma Abedin isn’t a Saudi agent or spy.

As more information about Hillary’s closest aide comes to light, the press is likely going to be taking a harder look at this woman who has such close access to a person who has a significant chance of becoming the next president of the United States.

If anything more untoward turns up, it may not just be Abedin who will be feeling the heat.

Regards,

Mark Patricks

COMPROMISE? CAPITULATE? HELL NO! RESIST! FIGHT!

As Patrick Henry’s cry of freedom, “Give Me Liberty, Or Give Me Death” echoes across the passages of time, has it not become meaningless in the 241 years since it was uttered at the Virginia Convention on March 23, 1775, which ushered Virginia into the American Revolution? Future presidents George Washington and Thomas Jefferson were at that convention but the freedom they fought for in 1776 and described in the Declaration of Independence and the new, fresh-off-the-press, U. S. Constitution, is not the freedom that exists in contemporary America today. It is so far from it as to be earth and fire.

There was no compromising or capitulating in 1776. There was only open defiance, dedicated resistance and the courage to risk it all and fight with cannons, guns, swords, knives, spies and lives, the rising tyranny of King George III. If you think that government in America, at every level, has not become tyrannical, you have been watching too much reality TV.

Once again, we celebrate the 4th of July but why do we celebrate it, if what we are celebrating no longer exists? We say our soldiers are fighting for our freedom, but what is the definition of the freedom for which they fight? Do they know? Does the general population know? Hell no!

Free you say? Freedom? My Aunt Fanny’s, fanny!

If July 4th is Independence Day, it is not the Independence that is defined in our American dictionary. It is not the freedom and independence that was crafted so carefully in our Declaration of Independence by men of vision, in a time of conflict, confusion and turmoil, over two centuries ago.

Freedom and independence means freedom of choice, freedom of movement, freedom of what to buy, freedom of what to wear, freedom of what to say, freedom of where to live, freedom to arm yourself, freedom to defend you and your family by violence if necessary, freedom of where to work, freedom to live on and use your land without undue government interference and freedom to roam freely throughout America without having to go through check points and body searches.

We are constantly subjected to the authority and jurisdiction of government. We are continuously being influenced by the dictates of government. We can’t move sideways without butting heads with an out-of-control, arrogant bureaucrat to get some permit or license. Way too many of us are dependent on government for our very existence. We are forever relying on government for aid and support. We, as a culture and as a nation, are no longer competent, self-sufficient, self-reliant and responsible. Some of us are, but nowhere near a majority. We have been bought, sold, conquered and enslaved with out a shot being fired, for a few pieces of silver. God, Americans are cheap to sell their freedom for so little.

If we were to tell you how un-free you are, it would take a book, not an article. There have been so many laws written that every American is a lawbreaker every day of their lives, but they don’t know it, that is until they get caught. And when they plead to the court that they didn’t know there was a law they had violated, the judge will say, “ignorance of the law is not an excuse. Guilty!” That’s enslavement.

Americans have become so conditioned to ever-increasing laws they shrug them off as “that’s just the way it is.” There are no constitutional challenges to the old laws or the new ones, just capitulation. There is no repeal of out-of-date, or conflicting laws. Every American should shudder in abject fear and terror when a state or federal legislature is in session, or when bureaucrats meet to propose new rules, or when a city or county council hold public hearings, or executive sessions behind closed doors.

Government taxes the Hell out of us to pay for social programs so that they can buy votes and stay in power. Government wastes our money like a drunken sailor on shore leave. Government lies to us so that we won’t know what they are doing behind our backs. Government tries to trick us by playing with our subconscious minds. Corruption is not the antithesis of government. Corruption is the very essence of government.

So just how can you be free when your government taxes you, what you buy and everything you own to death, taxes you after death, forces you to get a license or a permit for everything, or passes laws to stop you from doing anything. Do you believe that Obama Care has increased your freedom? Do you believe that allowing millions of illegal aliens to enter America illegally, without penalty and then rewarding them with “free” stuff paid for by you, is freedom? Do you think that you will be more free when the Democrats are finally successful in taking your guns away, as the liberals have already done in England and Australia? Of course it’s coming!

Did you see the Democrats stage a sit-in on the House floor and cry like babies because they didn’t get their way on more gun control legislation? It’s Democrats, liberals and unions that protest violently when they don’t get their way. Disgusting!

Are you free when your government allows a foreign enemy to grow and propagate worldwide and allowed to attack and kill American civilians at will, without a swift and overpowering response to those attacks? Are we so fearful of conflict that we will let the bullies win? Did we not learn anything from World War II?

Are you free when one anti-freedom ideology can be embedded in all of our institutions, as has Progressivism? Are you free when radical environmental law makes a human being a virus on the earth and restricts almost every human activity? Is it freedom when Google, Facebook and Twitter, Democrats all, can silence conservative speech with just a simple algorithm? Are you free when the IRS can drive you into poverty or put you in jail because of mistakes they make, target you because you might resist government, or God forbid, ask for tax-exempt status? Is freedom defined when the president can make a law simply by signing an Executive Order, in direct violation of his oath of office and Article I, Section 1 of the Constitution?

What we have described here is not freedom ladies and gentlemen, it is the very definition of tyranny. American government tyranny has surpassed King George’s tyranny by several orders of magnitude and the allegedly “free” people in America have let out not so much as a noticeable peep in opposition. In fact, the American people have been complicit in this tyranny.

Americans have been conditioned not to resist, at home, at work, in our public schools and our colleges. Compliancy with government and authority has become a virtue. The patriot’s cry of freedom, or believing in the Christian God, or defending your 2nd Amendment rights has become extreme, or dangerous. To call radical Islam, “radical Islam” is not politically correct, even though radical Islam’s plan is to kill us all.

It is OK to discriminate if you are a protected class. White men are not a protected class, but blacks, Latinos, gays, lesbians, bi-sexuals, transgenders, women and the elderly are protected classes and are granted special privileges, in direct violation of the “equal protection” clause of the 14th Amendment. Affirmative Action, which is racial discrimination on its face, has just been upheld again by the U. S. Supreme Court.

The U. S. Supreme Court itself has become a wholly political body, not an impartial group of nine learned men and women to adjudicate the constitutionality of laws and legislation. The split decision over Obama’s Executive Order to stop illegal alien deportation is a glaring example. Four very liberal Supreme Court Justices thought Obama’s usurpation of executive power was perfectly OK. How can that be in a “free” America?

Judges in our federal and state courts have become unsanctioned affiliates of the legislative branch and legislate from the bench.

Freedom? Poppy cock! Alleged American freedom and the 4th of July, which celebrates that freedom, is an illusion, a mirage, a construct by the Progressives in our midst. The only people who are free are politicians, judges, attorneys and bureaucrats who have the power to tax us, regulate us, or throw us in jail.

Go ahead! Compromise! Capitulate! Be compliant to authority! Roll over! Go along to get along! Don’t rock the boat! You can, but like Hell we will. That’s how America got into this mess; Republicans forsaking their principles of liberty and unalienable rights and compromising with Democrats, as Democrats moved America ever so faster towards socialism.

Life is a constant struggle over competing interests. Either protect your interests, or the other guy’s interests prevail. Freedom and property rights are our interest and we intend to protect those interests with committed defiance.

But we don’t have to have another American Revolution to fight or resist government. In our long struggle with government over our adult lifetime, we have created effective tools and defenses against government’s interests. When they come calling, which they seem want to do these days, we go on the defensive, and sometimes on the offensive. We never compromise or capitulate. We never give in or roll over. We study the law and then question government’s authority and their laws, using existing laws already on the books. If you have the courage you can challenge them as well, using the tools we have developed, HERE. Urban or rural, the tools are effective.

Everyone wants world peace or national tranquility, but world peace or national tranquility won’t happen until all competing human interests have been neutralized. That won’t happen until the next big asteroid or comet strikes earth and causes a mass extinction of the human species.

All humans have a natural, animal, God-given right to protect themselves and their offspring from all forms of tyranny, foreign or domestic. To do otherwise is cowardice. Human bodies and minds were purposely designed for survival and to resist all forces jeopardizing that survival and freedom. If you want the 4th of July to mean something again you are going to have to fight for it, now more than ever. On June 23, 2016 the English declared their Independence from the ruling class, unelected EU bureaucrats and the central banks. It’s way past time for Americans to do the same. Maybe Trump can lead the way.

“Compromise! Capitulate! Be compliant! Not question government authority! Never, as long as there is breath in this body!

Who STANDS with us and freedom?

“We the Prisoners”: The Demise of the Fourth Amendment

06/28/2016

“Carceral” [Relating to a prison]

“Our carceral state banishes American citizens to a gray wasteland far beyond the promises and protections the government grants its other citizens… When the doors finally close and one finds oneself facing banishment to the carceral state—the years, the walls, the rules, the guards, the inmates—reactions vary. Some experience an intense sickening feeling. Others, a strong desire to sleep. Visions of suicide. A deep shame. A rage directed toward guards and other inmates. Utter disbelief. The incarcerated attempt to hold on to family and old social ties through phone calls and visitations. At first, friends and family do their best to keep up. But phone calls to prison are expensive, and many prisons are located far from one’s hometown… As the visits and phone calls diminish, the incarcerated begins to adjust to the fact that he or she is, indeed, a prisoner. New social ties are cultivated. New rules must be understood.”—Ta-Nehisi Coates, The Atlantic

In a carceral state—a.k.a. a prison state or a police state—there is no Fourth Amendment to protect you from the overreaches, abuses, searches and probing eyes of government overlords.

In a carceral state, there is no difference between the treatment meted out to a law-abiding citizen and a convicted felon: both are equally suspect and treated as criminals, without any of the special rights and privileges reserved for the governing elite.

In a carceral state, there are only two kinds of people: the prisoners and the prison guards.

With every new law enacted by federal and state legislatures, every new ruling handed down by government courts, and every new military weapon, invasive tactic and egregious protocol employed by government agents, “we the people”—the prisoners of the American police state—are being pushed that much further into a corner, our backs against the prison wall.

This concept of a carceral state in which we possess no rights except for that which the government grants on an as-needed basis is the only way I can begin to comprehend, let alone articulate, the irrational, surreal, topsy-turvy, through-the-looking-glass state of affairs that is being imposed upon us in America today.

As I point out in my book Battlefield America: The War on the American People, we who pretend we are free are no different from those who spend their lives behind bars.

Indeed, we are experiencing much the same phenomenon that journalist Ta-Nehisi Coates ascribes to those who are banished to a “gray wasteland far beyond the promises and protections the government grants its other citizens” : a sickening feeling, a desire to sleep, hopelessness, shame, rage, disbelief, clinginess to the past and that which is familiar, and then eventually resignation and acceptance of our new “normal.”

All that we are experiencing—the sense of dread at what is coming down the pike, the desperation, the apathy about government corruption, the deeply divided partisanship, the carnivalesque political spectacles, the public displays of violence, the nostalgia for the past—are part of the dying refrain of an America that is fading fast.

No longer must the government obey the law.

Likewise, “we the people” are no longer shielded by the rule of law.

While the First Amendment—which gives us a voice—is being muzzled, the Fourth Amendment—which protects us from being bullied, badgered, beaten, broken and spied on by government agents—is being disemboweled.

For instance, in a recent 5-3 ruling in Utah v. Strieff, the U.S. Supreme Court opened the door for police to stop, arrest and search citizens without reasonable suspicion or probable cause, effectively giving police a green light to embark on a fishing expedition of one’s person and property, rendering Americans completely vulnerable to the whims of any cop on the beat.

In a blistering dissent, Justice Sonia Sotomayor blasted the court for holding “that the discovery of a warrant for an unpaid parking ticket will forgive a police officer’s violation of your Fourth Amendment rights.” Sotomayor continued:

This Court has allowed an officer to stop you for whatever reason he wants—so long as he can point to a pretextual justification after the fact. That justification must provide specific reasons why the officer suspected you were breaking the law, but it may factor in your ethnicity, where you live, what you were wearing, and how you behaved. The officer does not even need to know which law you might have broken so long as he can later point to any possible infraction—even one that is minor, unrelated, or ambiguous.

The indignity of the stop is not limited to an officer telling you that you look like a criminal. The officer may next ask for your “consent” to inspect your bag or purse without telling you that you can decline. Regardless of your answer, he may order you to stand “helpless, perhaps facing a wall with [your] hands raised.” If the officer thinks you might be dangerous, he may then “frisk” you for weapons. This involves more than just a pat down. As onlookers pass by, the officer may “‘feel with sensitive fingers every portion of [your] body. A thorough search [may] be made of [your] arms and armpits, waistline and back, the groin and area about the testicles, and entire surface of the legs down to the feet.’”

If you still can’t read the writing on the wall, Sotomayor breaks it down further: “This case allows the police to stop you on the street, demand your identification, and check it for outstanding traffic warrants—even if you are doing nothing wrong… So long as the target is one of the many millions of people in this country with an outstanding arrest warrant, anything the officer finds in a search is fair game for use in a criminal prosecution. The officer’s incentive to violate the Constitution thus increases…”

Just consider some of the many other ways in which the Fourth Amendment—which ensures that the government can’t harass you, let alone even investigate you, without probable cause—has been weakened and undermined by the courts, the legislatures and various government agencies and operatives.

Breath tests, blood draws: Americans have no protection against mandatory breathalyzer tests at a police checkpoint, although mandatory blood draws violate the Fourth Amendment (Birchfield v. North Dakota).

Ignorance of the law is defensible if you work for the government: Police officers who violate the law can be granted qualified immunity if they claim ignorance of the law (Heien v. North Carolina). That rationale was also applied to police who clearly used excessive force when they repeatedly tasered a pregnant woman during a routine traffic stop and were granted immunity from prosecution (Brooks v. City of Seattle).

High-speed car chases: Police officers can use lethal force in car chases without fear of lawsuits (Plumhoff v. Rickard).

No-knock raids: Police can perform a “no-knock” as long as they have a reasonable suspicion that knocking and announcing their presence, under the particular circumstances, would be dangerous or futile or give occupants a chance to destroy evidence of a crime (Richards v. Wisconsin). Legal ownership of a firearm is also enough to justify a no-knock raid by police (Quinn v. Texas).

Warrantless searches by police: Police can carry out warrantless searches on our homes based on a “reasonable” concern by police that a suspect (or occupant) might be attempting to destroy evidence, fleeing or hurt, even if it’s the wrong house (Kentucky v. King). Police can also, without a warrant, search anyone who has been lawfully arrested (United States v. Robinson) as well as their property post-arrest (Colorado v. Bertine) and their vehicle (New York v. Belton), search a car they suspect might contain evidence of a crime (Chambers v. Maroney), and search a home when the arrest is made on its premises (Maryland v. Buie).

Forced DNA extractions: Police can forcibly take your DNA, whether or not you’ve been convicted of a crime. Innocent or not, your DNA will then be stored in the national FBI database (Maryland v. King).

Strip searches: Police can subject Americans to virtual strip searches, no matter the “offense” (Florence v. Board of Chosen Freeholders of the County of Burlington). This “license to probe” is now being extended to roadside stops, as police officers throughout the country have begun performing roadside strip searches—some involving anal and vaginal probes—without any evidence of wrongdoing and without a warrant.

Seizures: For all intents and purposes, you’re “seized” within the meaning of the Fourth Amendment from the moment an officer stops you (Brendlin v. California).

Search warrants on a leash: Police have free reign to use drug-sniffing dogs as “search warrants on leashes,” justifying any and all police searches of vehicles stopped on the roadside (Florida v. Harris), but the use of a K-9 unit after a reasonable amount of time has passed during a stop does violate the Fourth Amendment (Rodriguez v. United States).

Police and DUI Checkpoints: Police can conduct sobriety and “information-seeking” checkpoints (Illinois v. Lidster and Mich. Dep’t of State Police v. Sitz).

Interrogating public transit passengers: Police officers are free to board a bus, question passengers, and ask for consent to search without notifying them of their right to refuse (U.S v. Drayton).

Warrantless arrests for minor criminal offenses: Police can arrest you for minor criminal offenses, such as a misdemeanor seatbelt violation, punishable only by a fine (Atwater v. City of Lago Vista).

Stop and identify: Refusing to answer when a policeman asks “What’s your name?” can rightfully be considered a crime. No longer do Americans, even those not charged with any crime, have the right to remain altogether silent when stopped and questioned by a police officer (Hiibel v. Sixth Judicial District Court of the State of Nevada).

Traffic stops: As long as police have reasonable cause to believe that a traffic violation occurred, they may stop any vehicle (Whren v. U.S.). If probable cause justifies a vehicle search, then every part of the vehicle can be searched (U.S. v. Ross). A vehicle can be stopped even if the driver has not committed a traffic offense (U.S. v. Cortez).

Anonymous tips, careful driving, rigid posture and acne: Police officers can stop cars based only on “anonymous” tips (Navarette v. California). Police can also pull you over if you are driving too carefully, with a rigid posture, taking a scenic route, and have acne (U.S. v. Westhoven).

What many Americans fail to understand is the devastating amount of damage that can be done to one’s freedoms long before a case ever makes its way to court by government agents who are violating the Fourth Amendment at every turn. This is how freedoms, long undermined, can give way to tyranny through constant erosion and become part of the fabric of the police state through constant use.

Phone and email surveillance, databases for dissidents, threat assessments, terror watch lists, militarized police, SWAT team raids, security checkpoints, lockdowns, roadside strip searches: there was a time when any one of these encroachments on our Fourth Amendment rights would have roused the public to outrage. Today, such violations are shrugged off matter-of-factly by Americans who have been assiduously groomed to accept the intrusions of the police state into their private lives.

So when you hear about the FBI hacking into Americans’ computers without a warrant with the blessing of the courts, or states assembling and making public terror watch lists containing the names of those who are merely deemed suspicious, or the police knocking on the doors of activists in advance of political gatherings to ascertain their plans for future protests, or administrative government agencies (such as the FDA, Small Business Administration, Smithsonian, Social Security, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, U.S. Mint, and Department of Education) spending millions on guns and ammunition, don’t just matter-of-factly file it away in that part of your brain reserved for things you may not like but over which you have no control.

It’s true that there may be little the average person can do to push back against the police state on a national level, but there remains some hope at the local level as long as we retain a speck of our independence and individuality—as long as we can resist the defeatist sense of double-consciousness (a phrase coined by W. E. B. Du Bois in which we view ourselves as inferior through the prism of our oppressors)—as long as we continue to cry out for justice for ourselves and those around us—as long as we refuse to be shackled and made prisoners—and as long as we continue to recognize that the only way the police state can truly acquire and retain power is if we relinquish it through our negligence, complacence and ignorance.

Unfortunately, we have been utterly brainwashed into believing the government’s propaganda and lies. Americans actually celebrate with perfect sincerity the anniversary of our independence from Great Britain without ever owning up to the fact that we are as oppressed now—more so, perhaps, thanks to advances in technology—than we ever were when Redcoats stormed through doorways and subjected colonists to the vagaries of a police state.

You see, by gradually whittling away at our freedoms—free speech, assembly, due process, privacy, etc.—the government has, in effect, liberated itself from its contractual agreement to respect our constitutional rights while resetting the calendar back to a time when we had no Bill of Rights to protect us from the long arm of the government.

Aided and abetted by the legislatures, the courts and Corporate America, the government has been busily rewriting the contract (a.k.a. the Constitution) that establishes the citizenry as the masters and agents of the government as the servants. We are now only as good as we are useful, and our usefulness is calculated on an economic scale by how much we are worth—in terms of profit and resale value—to our “owners.”

Under the new terms of this one-sided agreement, the government and its many operatives have all the privileges and rights and “we the prisoners” have none.

As Sotomayor concluded in her ringing dissent in Utah v. Strieff:

By legitimizing the conduct that produces this double consciousness, this case tells everyone, white and black, guilty and innocent, that an officer can verify your legal status at any time. It says that your body is subject to invasion while courts excuse the violation of your rights. It implies that you are not a citizen of a democracy but the subject of a carceral state, just waiting to be cataloged. We must not pretend that the countless people who are routinely targeted by police are “isolated.” They are the canaries in the coal mine whose deaths, civil and literal, warn us that no one can breathe in this atmosphere. They are the ones who recognize that unlawful police stops corrode all our civil liberties and threaten all our lives. Until their voices matter too, our justice system will continue to be anything but.

ARE WE REALLY THAT STUPID?

06/27/2016

http://www.rebelmadman.com/?p=452

By Michael Gaddy

“The difference between stupidity and genius is that genius has its limits.” ~ Albert Einstein

Imagine with me for a minute: it is April 19, 1942, you have heard on the radio of the Doolittle raid on Tokyo. In your heart, you feel a little justification for what you have been repeatedly told was a “sneak attack” on Pearl Harbor just four months prior. You are told the president of the United States (Barack Roosevelt) will be making an announcement within the hour. Of course, you are shocked beyond belief when the president declares he will be spearheading efforts to bring refugees from the raid on Tokyo to cities and towns in America and proclaims Islam Shinto religion to be a religion of peace.

Then you remember the words of the former president (George W. Crimefamily) when he stated: “America treasures the relationship we have with our many Muslim Shinto friends, and we respect the vibrant faith of Islam Shinto which inspires countless individuals to lead lives of honesty, integrity, and morality. This year, may this also be a time in which we recognize the values of progress, pluralism, and acceptance that bind us together as a Nation and a global community.” (Papa Crimefamily’s New World Order)

Then it is February 13, 1945, and the media of the day is all alive with reports on the bombing of Dresden in Germany. It passes through your mind that the war may be almost over. But, you are shocked beyond belief when Speaker of the House of Representatives (Paul Ryan McStupid) states publicly the following: “Muslims Nazis are our partners: The vast, vast majority of Muslims Nazis in this country and around the world are moderate, they’re peaceful, they’re tolerant.” Speaker McStupid then states “A ban on Muslims Nazis is not in our country’s best interest.”

Just a few months after the bombing of Dresden in August of 1945, we hear suddenly of the dropping of Atomic bombs on Hiroshima and Nagasaki in Japan. Again, we can see the end of the war in sightbutwe then hear of an attack in an American nightclub where a radical member of the Muslim Shinto faith has killed a large number of American citizens and pledged allegiance to Emperor Hirohito. As the numbness and anger begins to diminish, you hear a candidate for president, none other than the presumptive democrat nominee, Hillary “Benghazi” Warmonger state the following: “Muslims practitioners of the Shinto faith are peaceful and tolerant and have nothing whatsoever to do with terrorism” She also states there should be a “500% increase in the number of Muslim Shinto immigrants allowed into this country” and “blocking such refugees will make Muslims followers of Shinto angry at police officers.” She excoriates and vilifies her opponent for campaigning for stronger restrictions on immigration.

People, it’s Sunday and I’m not going to write a lot more words for you to mull over on this day. But, considering the above, are we or are we not living in an insane time in our country’s history?

What level of insanity has been brought to us by socialist indoctrination masquerading as compulsory education and blind allegiance to political party irrationality?

This madness is prevalent in both political parties. The culmination of the horrors of “voting for the lesser of two evils” has produced the promised results: complete and total evil. Yet, the party faithful are in full idiotic bloom on social media. To the “conservative” mind all of the blame for our current political and economic malaise is to be placed at the feet of the democrats. While those on the progressive left believe the answers are to be found in increased socialist policies and actions. They are so ignorant as to not understand it was Socialism which got us into this predicament. Kind of analogous to advocating boiling water or oil as an antidote for 3rd-degree burns.

Karl Marx, Abraham Lincoln’s pen pal and supporter stated in the Communist Manifesto the Socialist revolution would establish a Socialist dictatorship of the proletariat. To achieve those goals Marx said three things must occur. The elimination of all private property rights, the destruction of the family structure and a rejection of the “opiate of the people,” Christianity. In many, many ways those goals have been attained. In fact, there are currently government bureaucracies in place to make sure all ten planks of the Communist Manifesto are fully implemented.

Still, the great majority of people in this country refuse to accept the obvious, such as the stupidity of our so-called leaders as listed above. Repeatedly, in negative response to my writings I have been told, don’t confuse me with the facts. Although they don’t use that phrase and their language is much more coarse, the bottom line concerning their position is clear. People much prefer the comfortable lie to the most uncomfortable truth. Author Gary Allen in his great work “None Dare Call it Conspiracy” states it very succinctly.

“We keep electing new Presidents who seemingly promise faithfully to halt the world-wide Communist advance, put the blocks to extravagant government spending, douse the tea of inflation, put the economy on an even keel, reverse the trend which is turning the country into a moral sewer, and toss the criminals into the hoosegow where they belong. Yet despite high hopes and glittering campaign promise these problems continue to worsen no matter who is in office. Each new administration, whether it be Republican or Democrat continues the same basic policies of the previous administration which it had so thoroughly denounced during the election campaign. It is considered poor form to mention this, but it is true nonetheless. Is there a plausible reason to explain why this happens? We are not supposed to think so. We are supposed to think it is all accidental and coincidental and that therefore there is nothing we can do about it.”

Believing we can fix this by voting for evil in various amounts, refusing to accept facts and looking for the comfortable answer to all questions has led us to the place where our leaders have asked us to embrace those who seek our deaths and destruction and to disarm ourselves in order to make it easier to accomplish their stated goals.

As a young man, I often wondered how people could accept being placed in the gulag; lined up to be shot, or shuffled into an oven. After watching the idiots in this country who gleefully follow and support political candidates such as Obama, Bernie, Hillary, Paul Ryan, Willard Romney, John McCain, members of the Bush family and countless others, that question no longer troubles me. The answer is abundantly clear.

Again, Are We Really That Stupid? No answer required; it was a rhetorical question!

The Rebel Madman

By Michael Gaddy

“The ending is nearer than you think, and it is already written. All that we have left to choose is the correct moment to begin.” ~ “V” for Vendetta

No country, nation or empire can long exist whose leaders are devoid of honor and intellect and whose majority of followers and supporters are nothing but useful idiots. Decades of voting for “the lesser of two evils” and support of a socialist indoctrination complex known as compulsory public education has destroyed any semblance of what was gained with this country’s rebellion against the power that was England in 1776.

If the representatives of the people betray their constituents, there is then no recourse left but in the exertion of the original right of self defense which is paramount to all positive forms of government.” ~ Alexander Hamilton (Emphasis mine)

To say the American people have been complicit in their own destruction is a gross understatement of fact. The aforementioned compulsory public education has established a majority of people incapable of logical thought and the understanding of cause and effect. Only in such a perverted educational paradigm could anyone believe that disarming themselves in a violent society will make them safe. Also, to believe former members of the largest perpetrator of violence on our planet have the right to demand others give up their inalienable right of self-defense is insanity.

It is criminal to steal a purse, daring to steal a fortune, a mark of greatness to steal the mind of a nation. The blame diminishes as the guilt increases.” ~ Friedrich Schiller

In our country’s founding history there was a great fear of a standing army and Patrick Henry warned us of the federal and state sheriffs eating out our sustenance. In the insane world of paradox, those who claim to be “conservative” of our individual rights have embraced both of these entities. No one supports “the troops” and law enforcement more than these “conservative” folks. Now, those two entities have proved themselves more than worthy of the fears of our founders.

Our military, operating unconstitutionally at the direction of the perceived “lesser of evils,” is involved in unprovoked, unconstitutional, aggressive wars around the planet which create more enemies who hate this country and its citizens than they can ever eliminate. Then, in what can only be described as national suicide, we openly facilitate the migration of those who hate us and wish us harm into our own society.

In addition, these elected evil characters whose sole attributes were the misguided perception they were less evil than their political opponents have enacted unconstitutional and draconian laws which the aforementioned federal and state sheriffs (law enforcement) are enthusiastically enforcing in contrast to our Bill of Rights. Yes, the morons in this country are supportive of their own destruction.

We now have two prominent “veterans” of the standing army advocating and forming a new “gun control group.” General David Petraeus and astronaut Mark Kelly have formed the group “Veterans Coalition for Common Sense” which they claim “will feature veterans from every branch of the military (standing army)” That is correct: those members of the military who traveled through the streets of New Orleans confiscating personal firearms would prefer you not have the means to resist their efforts in the future as will those carrying badges when these draconian laws are passed and ordered to be enforced.

These “veterans for common sense” who wear/wore the invincible shield of protection from unconstitutional acts known as a military uniform, studiously avoid real common sense such as that mentioned by Professor John Lott in his book “More Guns, Less Crime” published in 1998. The devolution is complete; a Professor of Economics has more courage needed for common sense than former and current military leaders (heroes to all too many). Professor Lott asked a question in his book and this question should be asked of General “Betray Us” and astronaut (My wife was a liberal progressive member of congress) Kelly. “Name a single place in the entire world where murder rates fell after gun control measures were passed.”

Professor Lott’s revelations in “More Guns, Less Crime” should be the topic of discussion by anyone with common sense, but this country’s idolatry of those in uniform and love and support of the lesser of evils has established a mental illness among the masses which prohibits cognitive discourse. Please find the faults in this description of Lott’s findings at the Center For Individual Freedom.

“Based upon broad data sources and examination of FBI annual crime figures for all 3,054 American counties spanning sixteen years, he found that waiting periods, gun buybacks and background checks “yield virtually no benefits in crime reduction.”  In contrast, Lott observed that “of all the methods studied so far by economists, the carrying of concealed handguns appears to be the most cost-effective method for reducing crime.”

Last week the plastic talking heads and witless bimbos of the mainstream media were drooling all over themselves about the shooting in an Orlando gay nightspot. Any loss of life should be tragic but to the harpies in the MSM only those lives which promote a socialist progressive agenda really matter. In Orlando, allegedly, something over 100 people were shot with 49 losing their lives. We saw pictures and heard life stories of those shot and killed. But why are these lives the only ones deemed worthy of discussion by the MSM? Could these people be racist? Are their reporting protocols based on blatant racism?

Last week on the streets of Chicago, 117 people were shot, the majority being of minority status; 22 of them were killed. So far in the month of June, 272 people have been shot with 49 of them dying of their wounds. This year in Chicago, 1801 people have been shot with the subsequent deaths of 280 wounded souls. (source: http://www.heyjackass.com) Again, the vast majority of victims in Chicago are of minority status—but the people in the media seldom if ever mention them or weep over their lost lives and children left behind. Why? Could it be because the Second Amendment virtually does not exist in Chicago and this fact alone blows the argument and stated premise for gun control out of the water? Do black lives only matter when it conforms to a political agenda?

Yes, Chicago, along with the state of Illinois now has a concealed carry provision in its statutes, but this is only because the state of Illinois lost its appeal in the federal court of appeals to deny the right of self defense to its citizens. In the meantime, the administration of Progressive, Liberal, Socialist, dual citizenship holding, Mayor Rham Emmanuel has done everything within his political power to neuter this provision. Mayor Emmanuel is derisively known as the “Tiny Dancer” to the police in Chicago who have, according to their blog, assumed the “fetal” position as concerns their duties, especially since the good mayor has referred to the police there as “racist” and the real source of the violence. (Source: http://www.secondcitycop.blogspot.com) By the way, a study has named Chicago the most corrupt city in the U.S. Arguably, the most corrupt cities in this country are those headed by progressive socialist liberals and those with no Second Amendment protections. Obama has done much to convert this entire country into a replica of Chicago, with the help of the Republicans in congress of course.

Even with the Illinois concealed carry law one cannot be legally armed in a school, bars, restaurants, movie theaters and grocery stores in Chicago. Grocery stores—are you kidding me?

There has been a lot of discussion, even among politicians, about being able to carry concealed in an establishment that serves alcohol. There is an easy fix for this perceived problem. Supposedly, we advocate for “designated drivers” when going in groups to such establishments. We are told this is the responsible thing to do. Then why should we not have a “designated” armed protector who could of course double as the sober driver? Is this not just as responsible?

Many of our founders understood the perils of placing so much power in the hands of politicians, a standing army and federal and state sheriffs. Patrick Henry correctly predicted the loss of individual rights that would occur when either or both were embraced by the masses in the Virginia Ratification Convention in June of 1788.

“The Federal Sheriff may commit what oppression, make what distresses he pleases, and ruin you with impunity: For how are you to tie his hands?”

General David Petraeus would have the law-abiding people of this country disarmed. The good general should have been tried for treason for providing his mistress with classified documents. Yet, because he wore the protective shield from unconstitutional acts known as a military uniform, he now commands tens of thousands of dollars for public speeches and is advocating and forming a political action group with other veterans which advocates for the destruction of our Bill of Rights and the right to defend ourselves and our loved ones from the violence perpetrated by the very enemies our government has created. The Federal Sheriffs in the FBI and Department of Homeland Security are falling in line just as Patrick Henry predicted they would. They also advocate for unlimited immigration of those who wish to visit their retribution on the citizens of this country. And this is common sense?

For those in our country who are so delusional as to believe the military and law enforcement officials will not enforce the coming gun confiscation laws, just look to how the past 5 decades have been a tragic illustration of how both entities have ignored any constitutional restraints on their actions. Everyone in the Second Amendment community except for a few of us die-hards, are ecstatic over the “concealed carry” laws which have been passed in this country. Little do these folks realize that by agreeing to these laws the masses have acquiesced to the belief that the government must/can authorize those it deems worthy of exercising their constitutional rights and exclude all others.  This is a complete and total destruction of the principles of individual rights. This effectively establishes the right of government to not only vet those whom request their rights be observed, it establishes the power of government to collect fees for this vetting process. This is as ludicrous as attending a gun show where one can buy a gun but cannot carry it loaded for his/her own protection within that venue, even if the government has granted you the right to do so.

The only rights you possess in this country are the ones the government is willing to let you exercise with their permission and those you are willing to pay for.

The body of freedom has expired in this country. The slow walking and sad singing is almost over as well. If you want to know who is to blame—there should be a mirror somewhere close.

WHY HAVE RINO’s JUMPED ON OBUMA’S WAGON?

Moan, groan, puff out your chest, pull your hair, or gnash your teeth and the numbers won’t change. After over 100 years of buying votes, the Democrats have conquered the nation ….. with votes, using your money. Think of any constituency group and the Democrats have the plurality. Whether it is women, the elderly, gays, transgender, blacks, Latinos, or Jews, the Democrats have them and these groups aren’t going to “switch” any time soon ….. unless enough of them are broke or scared.

The entire Democrat ideology has been institutionalized at every level of government. Every single Democrat-sponsored program, from Social Security forward, is broke or going broke and sending America deeper into irrecoverable debt. The Democrat’s Obama Care just accelerated the path to insolvency.

With the tools of propaganda, hype, lies and distortions, the Democrats have been successful in painting conservatives as racists, misogynists, bigots, haters, extremists and anti-American, all the while promoting their own anti-freedom policies of the collective, dependency, multi-culturalism, political correctness, radical environmentalism and the one-world-order. Individual freedom is the farthest thing from their minds. Individual freedom doesn’t buy votes from the millions of Americans that have become wholly dependent on government, at the expense of those who work. Democrats have taken compassion to the irrational and carried it to the point of insanity, for votes, on the backs of the taxpayers.

Most of the news media has aided and abetted this century-long mindset shift in the body politic. Our public schools and colleges are infiltrated with this socialist dung. Parents of the last two to three generations have been immersed in it. Our children are being brainwashed in it at home and at school. When they grow up they get jobs in government or education, thereby perpetuating and propagating this radical, un-American image. The officers and employees of powerful corporations, like Google, Facebook and Twitter, are carriers of the Democrat disease that punctuates and influences everything they do, including censuring conservative speech using computer algorithms, or editorial boards.

Democrats won’t be happy until we are all in chains, dependent on and subservient to an ever-growing government, with them in control of the political power, as well as our land, our water, our food, our energy, the Internet, our communications, our health care and our money. Spying on us everywhere, will become ubiquitous and Orwellian, as they weed out the patriots, mavericks and malcontents among us. If you challenge their words or authority, you will just disappear.

The hard truth is, Democrats go after votes with promises of money or benefits and then deliver on those promises at the expense of America’s financial security. Republicans go after votes based on fundamental constitutional principles. The Republicans are right, but that won’t help them win the popular vote, much less the Electoral College, with millions of dependent Americans who believe the War of 1812 was fought against the Russians.

But if you are a Republican-Establishment-RINO and you want to get re-elected and are without honor, you are going to “go” where the votes reside. You don’t care about principle. You only care about your cushy government position and the power, money and perks that come with it. It makes no difference if you are in the minority, or the majority, just as long as you keep getting re-elected.

Why do you suppose that Mitt Romney, Paul Ryan and the other RINO’s are scared to death of Trump? He has alienated large portions of the very constituency groups the RINO’s are trying to pander to, or win over. He’s shaking the timbers of the Republican Party and stirred up a hornet’s nest in the electorate. They are afraid that as Republican Establishment RINO’s they will suffer what they perceive to be a coattail-demise from a Donald Trump campaign for President. Instead of getting behind him with all their might, they trash him. The Democrats and the media are eating it up to the detriment of the Republican Party ….. and freedom.

Why do you think the term RINO came into being? Those Republicans still guided by conservative principles have split with the Establishment class who will do anything to get elected or re-elected, sans principle. In order to get elected or re-elected, they have had to sell their collective souls and move left, considerably left. They won’t do anything that might ruffle the feathers of Democrat constituency groups for fear of losing votes and that is why they give Obama everything he wants. They won’t chance a veto because they believe it will be turned around and used to denigrate Republicans ….. again, just like what happens when the Republicans shut down the government for all the right reasons. Republican Establishment RINO politicians are cowards and have become unbalanced and paranoid.

Republicans can’t win with any less than 50% of the women vote that is split between a woman’s right to choose and pro-life. They can’t win with any less than 40% of the Black and Latino vote that have been hypnotized, mesmerized and bought off by Democrats. Why do you suppose Democrats want open borders?

Republicans can’t win unless they get over 50% of the elderly vote who have been bought off by the Democrat-created programs of Social Security and Medicare. They won’t get the LGBT vote for sure because conservatives still believe in the sanctity of marriage and the nuclear family of one man, one woman and some well-balanced kids and the LGBT community doesn’t. Republicans can’t win even if they have 100% of the white male vote.

Is it any wonder that Republicans are split so badly? Is it any wonder that the gap grows wider by the day? Is it any wonder that Trump is so controversial and an antithesis to the Republican Establishment RINO class who don’t care if they destroy what is left of the Republican Party because Trump isn’t “one of them?” Democrats get behind their own, right or wrong. Republicans “eat” their own, for sport. Republicans had better ask why and fix it before America becomes a one-party nation, if it hasn’t already.

But wait! There is a wildcard in all of this. The electorate is driven almost entirely by emotion and is thereby fickle. Most of the electorate doesn’t give one whit about Constitutional principles. However, they do care about jobs and the economy and they do care about national security, especially after the terrorist attack in Orlando, Florida and the threats of more attacks by ISIS or ISIS sympathizers. Trump plays heavily into the electorate with these two vote-rich issues.

It wouldn’t be the first time that the electorate shifted in a presidential cycle. After 4 years of Jimmy Carter, Americans went big-time for an actor that made people feel that America was still a shining city on the hill. Now Trump is no Reagan but nevertheless Trump exudes confidence, boldness, energy, power and the dedication to help America reach its full potential, while at the same time going after our enemies with a vengeance.

During the over 230 plus year history of America, presidents of all stripes, character, persona and flaws have served their country. Some have served with dignity and honor and others were lack luster or just plain not up to the job. Some were hopelessly corrupt. All have shaped America in one form or another. Depending on your perspective, the shaping was either good or bad. As the presidents have shaped America, so too has the Presidency shaped each president. They either have grown in the oval office, or have become diminished by the job.

Along comes a Trump. He constantly says, “I am going to make America great again.” He says his victories will just keep on coming, to the bewilderment of all Americans. He will make our military stronger than ever. He will build up our economy beyond our wildest dreams. He personally, will negotiate deals that will make our heads spin, because he is the great dealmaker. He will show our enemies, including Russia’s Putin, that when he draws a red line and it’s crossed, there will be severe consequences. Millions of Americans were eager to hear these kinds of words that Trump utters and rushed to support him.

Trump is a powerful, successful man. Unfortunately, his untamed mouth makes him prone to gaffs and stretches of the truth, if not outright fabrications. Like most men, he has flaws and is individually thin skinned. The flaws and the thin skin will either doom him or propel him to greatness.

Nevertheless, no matter what the general population thinks of him on either side of the aisle, he has managed to capture the adoration of millions of Americans. It remains to be seen whether he can keep the current momentum going all the way to winning the Presidency, or will open his mouth one too many times and choke off the votes he needs to win over that part of the electorate that wants more jobs and a better economy and wants America to stand up to its enemies and permanently defeat them.

The harsh reality is, Trump wins or loses on the electoral vote. Right now, as the Electoral College exists today and without a voter revolt, Trump loses and Hillary, or some other Democrat wins. It’s up to Trump and all other Republicans, RINO or conservative, to back him because he wins or loses on Republican votes and crossovers from Democrats and Independents. Sit out the election, or write in another candidate on your ballot and you give your vote to Hillary. It’s that simple. A vote for Hillary or any other Democrat is a vote to permanently destroy America and liberty.

A lot can happen in the next four months and what happens will shift the vote one way or another, because as we said, the electorate is emotional, fickle and hopelessly uninformed. Our political world in America rests atop the sharp point of the sword of fate and random probabilities. Sadly, emotion, not intellect, rules.

We have written a poem about these issues and have uploaded it to one of our websites. Now some of you may not like poems but they are nothing more than a different literary medium to convey a message. Some poems are witty and well thought out, while others are corny or hollow. You can view the poem HERE and make up your own mind.

OLDDOGS COMMENTS!

The above cluster F$#k is the results of a self-centered population that preferred being ignorant to being a free human being, so they could live a life of leisure and entertainment. NOW, the shit has hit the fan and soon they will turn on each other like a pack of wild dogs. You can prepare by buying food, guns, and ammo, until you run out and no more is available. OR, you can rise up and die on your feet like a man by demanding a new government you intend to be active and supportive of. The lies the Bankers invented were too good to resist, and now we intend to keep them. Either I’m free or I’m dead! How about you?

Question and Answer; The Only Living Law Firm in the United States

06/21/2016

http://www.paulstramer.net/2016/06/question-and-answer-june-19-2016-only.html

2-2-2016 1-52-57 PMBy Anna Von Reitz

I just deleted 43,000 emails.  I have also been inundated with calls.  Please, unless you have something that applies to the Big Picture, leave me alone and let me work. I am up to my ears in vexatious international claims and banking issues trying to recoup and deploy American assets.  I do not have time to sneeze, and I cannot get involved in individual law suits.

I have 390 million Americans who are in deep Kim Chee, all of them wanting answers and remedies for everything from tax issues to unlawful arrests to foreclosures to correcting their political status.  If there were any simple 1,2,3  and One-Size-Fits-All answers we would have published the recipe already.  It’s not that we are stupid and just need someone to suggest it, okay?

So far the kind of solutions that average people can easily apply by themselves have been few and far between.

You can all expatriate.  You can all demand proof that you and your parents and grandparents ever knowingly and willfully accepted “United States” citizenship of any kind and that you complied with the Naturalization Act.  You can collect your records— Birth Certificates and geneology.  You can get the Birth Certificates authenticated for use in a Non-Hague convention country such as Taiwan and Indonesia.  You can collect witnessed Affidavits from friends and family who have known you for a period of years who can attest that you were born in such and such place to such and such parents.  You can know for sure that being a “citizen” makes you a subject of the government, while being an American State National— a Virginian, Ohioan, etc., makes you the master of the government.

We have done successful probate actions to clear estates and reclaim property, but every state is different and has different procedures and rules and the process is not simple, so that it requires attorneys and the only attorneys who can do this work are non-Bar attorneys, who are in very, VERY short supply.  Paralegals can be trained to help people do this process, but that requires staff time and resources, too.

We have researched the MERS and other fraud systems and patent and trademark ruses being used by the banks to create secondary “loans on top of loans” associated with every mortgage in America—- obtained under conditions of deceit and fraud and used to foreclose on homes and businesses.  This is major league international fraud that needs to be addressed via class action law suits in Admiralty using Article X powers of the states of America against the federal corporations responsible.  This requires expertise at a high level and money to support the researchers and lawyers and paralegals.

We have done highly successful habeas corpus actions and released people from federal prisons, but again, every case is unique and it has to be pursued one-by-one—-and though much of the work can be done by family members, it has to be directed by someone who knows how to do this—- a paralegal, for example, who can assist.  Those people have to be trained and they have to be paid.

Time and time again, I hear the whine— “But what do I get out of it?”  Does it make sense to everyone that you are not existing on a desert island and that what happens to the mass of people happens to you, too?

If hundreds of millions of Americans and Canadians and Brits and Aussies and Europeans are picked clean and defrauded by these banks, you think that doesn’t affect you and your business?  What does it mean to you to learn that “your mortgage” has already been paid off? Was in fact paid off at the closing table?  And that there was never any loan involved?   What does it mean to know that you have a false title on your property, so that you will never actually own it, even after you are done paying off that mortgage?  What does it mean to know that these banks are using your signature to counterfeit credit “in your name” without your knowledge or permission?  What does it mean that they are exercising trademarks and patents as a means to commit vast, wide-ranging fraud against you and your country?   Think that you and yours won’t be affected by that, so that I need to explain more about why you should support the work of those lawyers that ARE throwing away their rice bowls to defend the people of this country?

How about the millions of Americans being used for slave labor in the Prisons for Profit scheme?  How much do you think their labor is worth?  And how much do you think you are paying to keep those people incarcerated?  Millions of Americans are in jail who have committed no crime according to the Public Law, and yet, they are being mischaracterized and living in the federal gulag system for no reason and you are paying up the wazoo for this “service”?  Hello?  What do you get out of seeing your brothers and sisters home and with their families and working in the private sector?  What do you get out of not having to pay these goons to keep people under unlawful arrest?  How does it benefit you and yours to see this ugly, criminal fraud scheme put down for good, so that it is no longer around to be a threat to you and yours?

How about the billions upon billions of dollars collected every year from Americans as “federal income tax”—- when in fact, the vast majority of you don’t owe any such tax at all?

How would it benefit you and your family to tell the IRS to go blow?  And no longer have to lay in bed at night in fear and terror of these godless bill collectors intent on extorting the value of your labor from you?

How would it feel to take back America from the Big Box Stores and restore mainstreet?  How would it feel to force Monsanto to act responsibly?  End chem-trails?  End forced vaccinations?  End “government” encroachment on your life and property?

In the UN and at the World Court, the rat scumbags responsible for all the miseries enumerated above are trying to say that you no longer exist, that you agreed to all this, that you are all nicely corralled and ready for “slaughter” and that the Republic no longer lives.  They say that you are all good liitle “United States Citizens” and that you no longer run your own government and have no “Natural and Unalienable Rights”—– according to the treasonous vermin inhabiting the Beltway, you are just human “chattel” backing their debts, subject to their whims, “voluntarily” submitting yourself to be a “United States Citizen” and “voluntarily” using their funky I.O.U.’s in place of money, “voluntarily” putting up with all this fraud and extortion and crime against you and your property.

What is it worth to you to effectively tell the UN and the World Court that all that simply isn’t true and never was true and is all a bunch of self-interested hokum being promoted by agents of the British and French Governments and their banks, operating under conditions of deceit and fraud and breach of trust?   That you are very much alive and owed a LOT of consideration from all those who are otherwise pretending to be your creditors, but who are in fact your debtors?

What’s in for you?  Your freedom or your enslavement.  You choose.  Does the government serve you, or do you serve it?  You choose.

I have assembled the best team anyone could ask for and everyone on that team is working hard to bring forth the badly needed answers and remedies to address these issues and more, but if you want a better world— it’s up to you to get on your hind legs and push for it now.

But HOW?

And lest anyone be confused— this is very TEMPORARY need.  We are well on our way to not only being self-supporting, but also being able to fund many actions without donations. This is a one-time-only plea for seed money help to get the pump primed.

PROPAGANDA!

06/20/2016

An excerpt from Deanna Spingola’s book

“THE RULING ELITE”

Pages 409 – 410

Transcribed by Olddog

“Novels, like many television shows or Hollywood movies are the most benign of propaganda yet they have functioned very effectively as propaganda because people subconsciously accept fiction, portrayed in a novel or movie, as if their writers and producers had based their creation on absolute fact.

While there might be a modicum of truth or accuracy in some novels, shows or movies, we must remember that there is no such thing as valueless entertainment: everything, whether non-fiction and especially fiction has an objective. Unfortunately, people when enjoying something purportedly entertaining have  their guard down and do not expect people to manipulate their values and dispense false information.

Writers compose books, articles, essays, novels with a particular agenda. It is up to the reader to dispassionately accept or reject certain portions or an entire work or to be a critical student and discern the truth through his/her own investigation and conclusions.

So-called documentaries or fact based movies attest to this human peculiarity in contemporary society.

Novels that portray fiction as fact gain popular support and transform a controversy into a “cause” and then recruits role-model-style backers.”

These so-called authors are as lethal as the most accomplished liar intent on the destruction of truth. America, it would seem, has an over-abundance of brain-washed citizens running around spouting off lies as the gospel of truth.

The vast majority of American’s have been propagandized through government controlled education, and every form of entertainment possible since infancy which enables the government to control every facet of their lives. It is true that many of them have no idea they are their own enemy, but remain responsible for their ignorance!

These words are absolute fact and if the majority of Americans do not get off their lazy asses and study the real history of their government and it’s people they will lose their freedom, all their possessions, including property. family and their lives. The International Investment Banking Cartel must be rounded up and exterminated. A new government of the people, by the people and for the people must be rebuilt from the ground up. And they must be re-educated to learn how to keep it. Absolute tyranny has been the form of all governments since they became a necessity, and only astute adults with the needed knowledge must be allowed in office.

In closing, let it be known that you were warned over and over and did not have the courage and or will power to be free.

INTOLERANT OF THE WILLFULLY IGNORANT

Michael Gaddy

The hardest thing to explain is the glaringly evident which everyone has decided not to see.” ~ Ayn Rand

“A formal attack on ignorance is bound to fail because the masses are always ready to defend their most precious possession—their ignorance.” ~ Hendrick Willem von Loon

I am tolerant of the people who believe differently than I do as long as they don’t insist I abandon my beliefs, my heritage or respect for my forefathers in order to better tolerate their views and beliefs. What I am growing increasingly intolerant of are those who willfully choose to be ignorant and demand I honor their ignorance by ignoring the documented facts of history.

“Tolerance and apathy are the last virtues of a dying society.” ~ Aristotle

You know the people of whom I speak; we hear or see their words every day. Those whose intellectual arguments consist of one word or phrase which they insist on using like a terrorist uses a bomb. If those among the willfully ignorant utter a word such as racist, neo-confederate, islamophobia or homophobe, in their minds the war of ideas is over, you have been defeated and they are the winners. They avoid the truths of history like Superman avoided Kryptonite. The real knowledge of history they possess to buttress their beliefs would fit in the eye of a needle and rattle from side-to-side like a BB in a boxcar.

Also missing from their reality is the fact they are unashamed, proud-full hypocrites. Nowhere can this be better illustrated than the contrast of events involving Dylan Roof and Omar Mateen.

Almost a year before Mateen supposedly killed at least 49 people and wounded many more in Orlando, Florida, Dylann Roof shot and killed nine and wounded three in Charleston, South Carolina. If body count is taken into perspective, Mateen is far ahead, but the police decided to leave Mateen in a target rich environment for three hours before performing their dynamic entry in which Mateen was allegedly killed. The police who claim to put their lives on the line every day made the decision to wait three hours before doing so in Orlando. One cannot help but wonder how long it would have taken them had there been a force of equal numbers inside that building. I thought this protocol of cowardice was abandoned after Columbine. After his alleged crimes, Roof got into his car and drove to Shelby, North Carolina where he would surrender peacefully to authorities.

This is where my intolerance with those who are willfully ignorant and proud of it comes into play. Because Dylann Roof shot nine people in South Carolina and, allegedly, a photograph with him displaying a Confederate Battle Flag was found by the authorities, I am required to banish the Confederate Battle Flag to history’s hell, ignore the valiant sacrifices of my ancestors, stop playing Dixie, destroy all symbols of my ancestors and help the cultural Marxists destroy the heritage of my forefathers. All this because of chattel slavery which hasn’t existed in this country for over 150 years.

I am also to ignore the fact the Stars and Stripes flew over a country where chattel slavery was legal for 89 years, and also flew over criminal atrocity after criminal atrocity visited upon the American Indian. Also a flag which flew over a country that left over 22,000 of its fighting men to be tortured and die at the hands of the Russians after WWII; left over 8,000 POW’s in the hands of the enemy after Korea and over 1,200 in the hands of the Vietnamese/Chinese/Russians after the Vietnam war.

What a contrast when it comes to the crimes of Omar Mateen. I am not to judge others by his conduct—exactly the opposite of Dylann Roof. I am to be tolerant of those of his nationality/faith who continue to hold people of color in bondage to this day. I am to respect places of worship (Mosques) of those who have a long sordid history of terrorism and slavery, but never display the Christian flag of St. Andrew known as the Confederate Battle Flag.

The criminal cabal in our country which we euphemistically refer to as a government, its shills, and sycophants, would have us ban the Flag of St. Andrew and call us racists if we don’t, but at the same time insist we tolerate the faith of Islam and those who practice that faith and call us Islamaphobes if we refuse. Strange: Christ never owned a slave but Mohammed did. (Source Ibn Sa’d’s Tabaqat, page 151) Within the religion of Islam, with the birth of the US government, created, financed and equipped ISIS, slavery has seen a dramatic increase.

Dabiq, the English-language journal of the Islamic State (IS) refers to women, such as the thousands of Yazidi captured near Sinjar and forced to become sex slaves to their captors, as being consistent with their faith. The Islamic State (IS) claims the subjugation of these women or concubinage is a religious act sanctified by the Quran.

Quran 33:50 “Prophet. We have made lawful to you the wives to whom you have granted dowries and the slave girls whom God has given you as booty.”

It must be understood, the tyrants in our government and their willing dupes do not fear the Christian flag of St. Andrew—what they do fear is the spirit of the people who continue to honor that flag and the culture it represents. This spirit and the belief of the people who possess this spirit that the individual rights of man are more important than the omnipotent powers of CORPORAT governments are anathema to the totalitarian mindset.

Tyrants, despots and other leaders of totalitarian forms of government require an environment and landscape of stupidity to rise to power. Those who are stupid are those who were once ignorant of the truth but having been presented with factual evidence continue to reject that evidence. As Benjamin Franklin said,

“We are all born ignorant, but one must work hard to remain stupid.”

The people who have worked hardest in this country to remain stupid are those who are either in politics or those who work tirelessly to support politicians. Of course, one must also mention those who are people of academia who have worked to promote the lies of revisionist history and the resultant stupidity among the masses.

Only the truly stupid would believe they are to reject the culture, heritage and symbols of the Confederacy of 1861-1865, claiming 94% of Southerners who did not own slaves were willing to die for the 6% who did.  To demonize the heritage, culture and symbols of the South by calling them racist while accepting the people of the Islamic faith whose entire existence, and especially the recent triumphs of the practitioners of that faith who glory in the taking of slaves is the very essence of stupidity.

When the beliefs of Mohammed and the followers of Islam and their acceptance of, and current participation in, the slavery of others is to be tolerated, but the courage and character of men like Robert E. Lee, Thomas (Stonewall) Jackson, John C. Calhoun, Patrick Cleburne, Alexander Hamilton Stephens, Robert L. Dabney, John B. Gordon, Jefferson Davis and countless others who fought for the concept of “consent of the governed” as listed in our Declaration of Independence is to be banished from our history by the hysterically stupid, this country is doomed to the trash heap of history.

The stupid among us have ignored or discounted the factual truths of history which have been available to them for well over one hundred years. Winston Churchill, considered by many as a hero surrounding the events of WWII, wrote of the dangers of accepting the people of the Muslim faith on equal terms in 1899 in his book The River War.

“How dreadful are the curses which Mohammedanism lays on its votaries! Besides the fanatical frenzy, which is as dangerous in a man as hydrophobia in a dog, there is this fearful fatalistic apathy. The effects are apparent in many countries. Improvident habits, slovenly systems of agriculture, sluggish methods of commerce, and insecurity of property exist wherever the followers of the Prophet rule or live. A degraded sensualism deprives this life of its grace and refinement; the next of its dignity and sanctity.

The fact that in Mohammedan law every woman must belong to some man as his absolute property, either as a child, a wife, or a concubine, must delay the final extinction of slavery until the faith of Islam has ceased to be a great power among men. Individual Moslems may show splendid qualities – but the influence of the religion paralyses the social development of those who follow it. No stronger retrograde force exists in the world. Far from being moribund, Mohammedanism is a militant and proselytizing faith. It has already spread throughout Central Africa, raising fearless warriors at every step; and were it not that Christianity is sheltered in the strong arms of science, the science against which it had vainly struggled, the civilization of modern Europe might fall, as fell the civilization of ancient Rome.”Sir Winston Churchill (The River War, first edition, Vol. II, pages 248-50 (London: Longmans, Green & Co., 1899). (Emphasis mine)

The Confederate Battle Flag is a flag of Christianity; Lee, Jackson, Davis, Dabney, and others were Confederate Christian men. The faith of Islam is racist and advocates slavery. Your government and its willing dupes are asking you to tolerate Islam and accept its followers, yet, reject Confederate Christians and their symbols in our history. How much longer must the stupid among us, posing as the willfully ignorant, lead and control this country?

“He should not be lulled to repose by the delusion that he does no harm who takes no part in public affairs. He should know that bad men need no better opportunity than when good men look on and do nothing. He should stand to his principles even if leaders go wrong.”  ~ No attribution found.

IGNORANCE IS A WEAPON!

Mike, I respect you like no other man I know on the net, but you have fallen into the same trap as the people you rave about. I love you for your courage and patriotism, but the true state of the union has escaped you. Our Government is a CORPORATION, and corporations are intended for making profits, and if the leaders in the corporation have no legal obligation to honor our hijacked Constitution which they only use to keep the people ignorant when it suits them; the only thing we can do is inform a hundred million people and take back our government by force, which is only fair because they are holding us in this state by force. DHS Secretary Sees All Americans As a Threat: “Gun Control Has To Be a Part of Homeland Security”

06/17/2016

http://freedomoutpost.com/dhs-secretary-sees-all-americans-as-a-threat-gun-control-has-to-be-a-part-of-homeland-security/

By Mac Slavo

Flags, firearms and incendiary conversations on social media have given ’cause’ to a government that is out of control and only wants a population that is ready to turn in its guns and be afraid of what the media tells them, not a population that is ready to challenge the unconstitutional actions of its government.

The agency’s source of power has always been fear.

And now is the time to capitalize upon it.

Homeland Security chief Jeh Johnson has seized upon the Orlando shooting and is… rather predictably… using the specter of terrorism as a pretext for instituting gun control on a wider scale. (Of course, he isn’t alone.)

Secretary Johnson told CBS News that:

Just days after the massacre in an Orlando nightclub left 49 people dead and 53 wounded, Homeland Security Secretary Jeh Johnson on Tuesday said that gun control is now a critical element of protecting the U.S. homeland and keeping Americans safe.

“We have to face the fact that meaningful gun control has to be a part of homeland security,” Johnson said in an interview on “CBS This Morning.” “We need to do something to minimize the opportunity for terrorists to get a gun in this country.”

“I thought frankly after Sandy Hook where you have schoolchildren murdered in a classroom that maybe finally this will be the tipping point and we were not able to move the needle in Congress, unfortunately,” Johnson said.

It seems Jeh Johnson thought Sandy Hook would be all that was necessary to reign in gun rights. For him, it is all part of ‘public safety.’

But apparently, the powers-that-be will wait for a bigger and bigger tragedy until something too big to ignore happens, then they can push for their un-American agenda with the opposition pinned down and the rest of the population too afraid to think.

Maybe the Orlando mass murder is that event.

DHS Secretary Jeh Johnson: Passing gun control is now ‘part and parcel of homeland security’

Though quieter than than it has been under past heads, Homeland Security has clearly maintained the twisted view that all Americans are potential terrorists, and that a preemptive police state, complete with surveillance, data mining and social profile trolling is necessary in order to maintain relative peace.

This attitude is noted in recent meetings of the Homeland Security Advisory Committee, discussing in part its community partnership program for Countering Violent Extremism (CVE):

“Secretary Johnson said there is much left to accomplish in this final year of the Administration… Counter-terrorism remains a cornerstone mission of the Department. There is a new environment when it comes to the global terrorism threat, which includes not only terrorist-directed attacks, but terrorist-inspired attacks. These threats call for a whole-of-government response, including military, law enforcement, and robust intelligence gathering and sharing efforts. These efforts extend to the private sector as well, and DHS is very active in this arena.”

It is clear that so-called “right-wing extremists” are still a leading concern for Homeland Security and the federal government agencies.

via Breitbart

One month after the San Bernardino terrorist attack that left 14 innocent people dead, Department of Homeland Security Secretary Jeh Johnson told advisors that right wing extremists pose just as much of a threat to the country as Islamic extremists.

Johnson made the comments during the Homeland Security Advisory Council’s (HSAC) January meeting. City of Austin Mayor Art Acevedo, whom Johnson appointed to HSACshifted the discussion to the threat of right-wing extremists, according to the official meeting minutes.

“Member Acevedo reminded the Council that the threat from right-wing extremists domestically is just as real as the threat from Islamic extremism,” the minutes state.

The Homeland Security Advisory Committee reports:

“Secretary Johnson agreed and noted that CVE, by definition, is not solely focused on one religion. Member Goldenberg seconded Member Acevedo’s remarks and noted the importance of online sites in right wing extremist communities, not only in America but worldwide.”

Against all logic, the Department of Homeland Security, which oversees immigration and the borders in addition to law enforcement and national security issues, has vowed to ‘give voice to the plight’ of Muslims, rather than focusing on keep out radical and potentially violent members of that group – essentially welcoming another attack.

Instead, ordinary Americans, including those with dissident political views of any kind, are typically regarded as potential threats under Homeland Security watch lists.

Flags, firearms and incendiary conversations on social media have given ’cause’ to a government that is out of control and only wants a population that is ready to turn in its guns and be afraid of what the media tells them, not a population that is ready to challenge the unconstitutional actions of its government.

Changes are coming. Keep your eyes open and encourage those around you to stand up for their rights.

Orlando Shooting!

06/16/2016

http://www.paulcraigroberts.org/2016/06/13/orlando-shooting-paul-craig-roberts/

By Paul Craig Roberts

Some readers have asked for my take on the Orlando Shooting.

I don’t have one. Let’s see if together we can form a reasonable view.

Let’s start with the basic first question. Before there can be a murder declared, there must be a body. Has anyone seen on TV or in newspapers pictures of dead bodies? Bodies should be readily available if the reports are correct that fifty people were killed and 50 or more were wounded and in hospital.

I cannot bear the presstitute TV and print media. These are full-time propaganda organizations. Hopefully, some of you hold your nose and watch the news and can fill in the spaces. Has anything we have been told been confirmed by any real evidence?

Initially, I saw a CNN newscast and a RT report. The reports were heavy with verbiage of blood being all over the place, but the only visual evidence offered were three people, supposedly injured, being helped, not by medics or first responders, but by ordinary folks. A couple of people were helping a guy with tattoos in place of a shirt, but there was no sign of blood. Several people were helping people in police uniforms to carry a person who they dumped in the back of a pickup truck, not in the cab. About 6 people were carrying a person stretched out prone (no stretcher) down a street.

There was no blood and it looked like a crisis acting performance. Why prone? Is an injured person really able to keep his body stiff so that he can be carried along prone parallel to the ground? Where are they taking him? Is this just a camera walk-by? http://www.cnn.com/videos/us/2016/06/12/orlando-nightclub-shooting-witness-sot.cnn/video/playlists/orlando-nightclub-shooting/ What has become of the protocol that untrained people are not to attempt to help injured people? When police arrive at a scene, they usually run off bystanders, not recruit them to assist their activities or allow them to carry away the wounded and dead.

Readers have noticed that the visual evidence does not match the verbal reports. Readers report that Fox “News” and MSNBC repeatedly show the same footage described above of bystanders carrying supposedly injured victims whose facial expressions are completely unstressed and show no pain, fear, or blood.

So has anyone seen any dead bodies? Any body bags? Any wounded taken to hospitals in ambulances? Any of the hospital wounded interviewed by TV reporters? Has any reporter checked with the morgue?

Allegedly, people inside the massacre location made cell phone calls and texted. But no one took photos or videos? Are there no security cameras? No doormen to notice a heavily armed person enter?

With 50 people killed and 50 or more wounded and reports of oceans of blood, there should be plenty of evidence Have any of you seen any of it?

As far as I know, dead bodies, other than those of the perpetrators themselves, seldom if ever emerge from the terrorist attacks. No dead bodies materialized from the Paris attacks except those of the alleged perpetrators. No dead bodies ever emerged from the Sandy Hook shootings. The only dead bodies I recall from the San Bernardino shooting were the husband-and-wife-alleged-perpetrators, and their hands were handcuffed behind their backs. Do police handcuff dead people who the police have shot to pieces? I don’t remember dead bodies from Brussels, just reports of dead bodies.

One could say that the media is averse to invading the privacy of dead people and their relatives by showing dead bodies, or that the media doesn’t want to show gruesome scenes—except for the videos of Muslim terrorists cutting off people’s heads. But by now the unanswered questions from the various shootings have created so much skepticism that a person would think the media would provide corroborative evidence for the official claims.

Maybe they have. As I admit, I don’t watch the presstitute news.

In order to shoot 100 people, the principal weapon allegedly used, an AR-15, would have had to have been reloaded several times, a procedure that takes enough time for people to rush the shooter and overpower him.

Is it possible for one person to shoot 100 people successfully but not be able to shoot even one cop when police appear? Remember the Charlie Hebdo event. The two killers were highly professional when they wiped out the magazine staff and a policeman in the street, but later when confronted by police they were so hapless and incompetent as to suggest that they were not the same people. Remember the San Bernardino shootings. Three eyewitnesses said that the shooters were three muscular males dressed in black, not a husband and diminutive wife with a new baby.

What is most troublesome about these shootings is that the story seems already prepared by the government and is immediately set. We are fed the story before there is time for investigation by government or media. The media never investigate. The media just repeat the government’s story over and over until it is set in everyone’s mind. Contrary evidence is just discarded.

The alleged perpetrators are always killed, so we never hear from them. The only survivor of the various terrorisms is the younger Tsarnaev brother who has been held incommunicado. We have never heard directly from him.

One might think that by now the US media would have at least a smidgen of skeptcism. After all, for the past 15 years we have wasted trillions of dollars in wars in the Middle East based on lies that Saddam Hussein had weapons of mass destruction and Assad used chemical weapons against his own people. So why is the media willing to accept whatever the government says without any investigation or even raising a question?

The chairman, co-chairman, and legal counsel of the official 9/11 Commission have said publicly that the commission was lied to by the US government, that information was withheld from the commission, and that the commission was “set up to fail.” If the government will not tell the truth to the 9/11 Commission, why would the government tell us peons the truth?

It is not reporting merely to repeat the government’s claim. But that is all we get from the payroll jobs, unemployment and inflation reports to terrorism reports and claims of “Russian aggression.”

Send your emails with URLs of news broadcasts showing dead bodies and other real evidence. Don’t send in your speculations. They might be interesting and on the mark, but what we are trying to do is to see if there is any real evidence in behalf of this latest story of mass slaughter inside a night club.

It will be difficult, perhaps even impossible, to get any truth out of the Orlando shooting. Too many vocal and well organized interest groups have a strong stake in the government’s explanation. It comes to the aid of the anti-Muslim lobby and the Trump campaign which want Muslims kept out of the US and those here arrested and deported. It comes to the aid of the gun control lobby. It comes to the aid of the progressive-left that wants to normalize homosexual and transgendered people, thus the outpouring of sympathy for those shot in the homosexual night club. It comes to the aid of the spy industry and the police state that want no check on their activities. It comes to the aid of Washington’s murderous foreign policy—so what if we blow up Muslim children—look what they do to us when they grow up, which is what the Israelis say about the Palestinians. It comes to the aid of the neoconservatives and the military-security complex for whom wars against Muslims advance their agenda and fatten their pocketbook.

All of these interests are far more powerful than the right of peons to know the truth.5-10-2016 8-55-33 AM

Violence Begets Violence The Orlando Shootings and the War on Terror

By John W. Whitehead
June 14, 2016

“Americans have been told that their government is keeping them safe by preventing and prosecuting terrorism inside the US… But take a closer look and you realize that many of these people would never have committed a crime if not for law enforcement encouraging, pressuring, and sometimes paying them to commit terrorist acts.”—Human Rights Watch

We can rail against ISIS, hate crimes, terror threats, Islamic radicalization, gun control and national security. We can blame Muslims, lax gun laws, a homophobic culture and a toxic politic environmental. We can even use the Orlando shooting as fodder for this year’s presidential campaigns.

But until we start addressing the U.S. government’s part in creating, cultivating and abetting domestic and global terrorism—and hold agencies such as the FBI and Defense Department accountable for importing and exporting violence, breeding extremism and generating blowback, which then gets turned loose on an unsuspecting American populace—we’ll be no closer to putting an end to the violence that claimed 50 lives at an Orlando nightclub on June 12, 2016, than we were 15 years ago when nearly 3,000 individuals were killed on Sept. 11, 2001.

Here’s what I know:

The United States, the world’s largest exporter of arms, has been selling violence to the world for too long now. Controlling more than 50 percent of the global weaponry market, the U.S. has sold or donated weapons to at least 96 countries in the past five years, including the Middle East.

The U.S. also provide countries such as Israel, Egypt, Jordan, Pakistan and Iraq with grants and loans through the Foreign Military Financing program to purchase military weapons.

At the same time that the U.S. is equipping nearly half the world with deadly weapons, profiting to the tune of $36.2 billion, its leaders have also been lecturing American citizens on the dangers of gun violence and working to enact measures that would make it more difficult for Americans to acquire certain weapons.

Blowback, a CIA term referring to the unintended consequences of the U.S. government’s international activities, is a reality. Chalmers Johnson, a former CIA consultant, repeatedly warned that America’s use of its military to gain power over the global economy would result in devastating blowback. We failed to heed his warning.

The 9/11 attacks were blowback: the CIA provided Osama bin Laden with military training and equipment to fight the Soviet Union, only to have him turn his ire on the U.S. The Boston Marathon Bombing was blowback: the Tsarnaev brothers reportedly credited the U.S. wars in Afghanistan and Iraq as the motives for their attacks.

The attempted Times Square bomber was blowback for America’s drone killings of civilians in Afghanistan and Iraq. The Fort Hood shooter, a major in the U.S. Army, was blowback for the horrors our enlisted men and women are being exposed to as part of this never-ending war on terror: the 39-year-old psychiatrist had been struggling to come to terms with when, if ever, is the death of innocents morally justified.

The Orlando nightclub shooting is merely the latest tragic example of blowback on a nation that feeds its citizens a steady diet of violence through its imperial wars abroad and its battlefield mindset at home, embodied by heavily armed, militarized police and SWAT team raids.

You want to put an end to the mass shootings, the terrorist bombings and the domestic extremism?

Then start by telling the government to stop creating blowback at home by stirring up wars abroad, stop killing innocent civilians as part of its drone wars, and stop policing the world through foreign occupations.

Demand that the U.S. government stop turning America into a battlefield. Hillary Clinton may be right that “weapons of war have no place on our streets,” but I don’t see her attempting to demilitarize the U.S. government—the largest gun owner in the nation—she just wants to take guns away from American citizens.

And while you’re at it, tell the FBI to stop labeling anyone who might disagree with the government’s policies as “anti-government,” “extremist” and a “terrorist,” because while they’re busy turning average Americans into criminals, the real criminals are getting away with murder.

Omar Mateen, the alleged gunman responsible for the Orlando shooting, is the end product of a diseased mindset that has overtaken the U.S. government. It’s a calculating mindset that views American citizens as economic units on a profit-and-loss ledger. And it’s a manipulative mindset that foments wars abroad (and in our own communities) in order to advance its own ambitions.

Whatever Mateen’s issue—whether he was “radicalized on the internet,” as the government suggests, or mentally ill or homophobic or conflicted about his own sexuality—he was also a victim of a government that has been at war with its own citizens for decades.

Mateen was a 29-year-old American citizen, born in New York and raised in Florida.

He was employed by the military industrial complex. Since 2007, he worked for G4S, one of the world’s largest private security firms, which contracts with the Department of Defense and the Department of Homeland Security. G4S operates security centers, prisons and court cells and provides security to college campuses such as the University of Virginia.

As a security guard, Mateen was licensed to carry a firearm.

He was placed on the FBI’s terrorist watch list twice because of inflammatory remarks shared with a coworker and a brief association with an American suicide bomber. After twice being investigated and interviewed by the FBI, Mateen had his case file closed and was removed from the agency’s watch list.

And here’s where things get particularly interesting: what role, if any, did the FBI play in Mateen’s so-called radicalization?

Was the agency so busy amassing power, pursuing non-terrorists and inventing terrorists that it failed to recognize a “lone wolf” terrorist in its midst? Or was this another case of the FBI planting the seeds of terrorism in an impressionable mind?

Neither scenario is beyond the realm of possibility.

It could be that the FBI dropped the ball.

How many times in the wake of a bombing or shooting have we discovered that the alleged terrorist was known to the FBI and yet still managed to slip through their radar?

How is it that most people who get on the FBI’s terrorist watch list—even mistakenly—rarely if ever get off, while 29-year-old Omar Mateen was taken off the watch list, despite having been investigated for making inflammatory statements, interrogated by government agents on two different occasions, and having connections to a suicide bomber (two criteria for being watchlisted)?

As The Guardian notes:

Some of the most serious terrorist attacks carried out in the US since 9/11 have revolved around “lone wolf” actions, not the sort of conspiracy plots the FBI have been striving to combat. The 2010 Times Square bomber, Faisal Shahzad, only came to light after his car bomb failed to go off properly. The Fort Hood killer Nidal Malik Hasan, who shot dead 13 people on a Texas army base in 2009, was only discovered after he started firing. Both evaded the radar of an FBI expending resources setting up fictional crimes and then prosecuting those involved.

Then again, it could be that this is yet another terrorist of the FBI’s own making.

The FBI has a long, sordid history of inventing crimes, breeding criminals and helping to hatch and then foil terrorist plots in order to advance its own sordid agenda: namely, amassing greater powers under the guise of fighting the war on terrorism.

Investigative journalist Trevor Aaronson argues convincingly that “the FBI is much better at creating terrorists than it is at catching terrorists.” According to Aaronson’s calculations, the FBI is responsible for more terrorism plots in the United States than al Qaeda, al Shabaab and the Islamic State combined.

One method to the agency’s madness involves radicalizing impressionable young men in order to create and then “catch” terrorists. Under the guise of rooting out terrorists before they strike, the FBI targets mentally ill or impressionable individuals (many of whom are young and have no prior connection to terrorism), indoctrinates them with anti-American propaganda, pays criminals $100,000 per case to act as informants and help these would-be terrorists formulate terror plots against American targets, provides them with weapons and training, and then arrests them for being would-be terrorists. This is entrapment, plain and simple, or what former FBI director Robert Mueller referred to as a policy of “forward leaning – preventative – prosecutions.”

Whether or not the crisis of the moment—in this case, the mass shooting at an Orlando nightclub—is a legitimate act of terrorism or manufactured by some government agency or other, it’s hard not to feel as if we’re being manipulated and maneuvered by entities that know exactly which buttons to push to ensure our compliance and complaisance.

Already the politicians are talking about the next steps.

President Obama wants to restrict gun sales to American citizens. Of course, the U.S. government will continue to increase its production of and sales of weapons worldwide. What this means, as we’ve seen in Afghanistan and Iraq and most recently with ISIS, is that U.S. weapons will find their way to enemy hands and be used against our own soldiers.

Citing the need for an intelligence surge, Hillary Clinton wants to pressure technology companies to help the government conduct expanded online surveillance of potential extremist attackers. Of course, we already know how the government defines a potential extremist: as anyone—right-wing or left-wing—who disagrees with government policies and challenges government authority.

Meanwhile FBI Director James Comey is urging Americans to report anything they see that may be “suspicious.” There’s also been a lot of talk about individuals who are “radicalized through the internet.” This comes on the heels of efforts by the Obama administration to allow the FBI to access a person’s Internet browser history and other electronic data without a warrant.

This is the same agency that is rapidly hoovering up as much biometric data as it can (DNA, iris scans, facial scans, tattoos) in order to create a massive database that identifies each citizen, tracks their movements, connects them to relatives and associates, and assigns them threat assessments based on their potential to become anti-government troublemakers, “extremists” or terrorists of any kind.

Suddenly it’s all starting to make a lot more sense, isn’t it?

As I point out in my book Battlefield America: The War on the American People, what we’re witnessing is the case being made for the government to shift even more aggressively into the business of pre-crime: monitoring all Americans, identifying which individuals could become potentially “anti-government,” and eliminating the danger before it can pose a threat to the powers-that-be.

In this way, whether fabricated or real, these attacks serve a larger purpose, which is to give the government even greater powers to wage war, spy on its citizens, and expand the size and reach of the government.

The 9/11 attacks delivered up a gift-wrapped Patriot Act to the nation’s law enforcement agencies. As Chalmers Johnson recounted:

The people in Washington who run our government believe that they can now get all the things they wanted before the trade towers came down: more money for the military, ballistic missile defenses, more freedom for the intelligence services and removal of the last modest restrictions (no assassinations, less domestic snooping, fewer lists given to “friendly” foreign police of people we want executed) that the Vietnam era placed on our leaders.

The Orlando attacks may well do away with what little Fourth Amendment protections remain to us in the face of aggressive government surveillance.

Thus, whether you’re talking about a mass shooting at an Orlando nightclub, a bombing at the Boston Marathon, or hijacked planes being flown into the World Trade Center, the government’s spin machine is still operating from the same playbook they used post-9/11. Just invoke the specter of terrorism, trot out the right bogeyman (extremist Muslims, homophobes, racists, etc.), sentimentalize the victims enough, and most Americans will fall in line and patriotically support the government in its fight against the “enemy.”

Likewise, the government’s response to each crisis follows the same tune: a) the terrorists did it, b) the government is hard at work fighting the war on terror, and c) Americans need to “help” the government by relinquishing some of their freedoms.

So where does that leave us?

Chalmers Johnson, who died in 2010, believed that the answer is to bring our rampant militarism under control. As he concluded in an essay for The Nation:

From George Washington’s “farewell address” to Dwight Eisenhower’s invention of the phrase “military-industrial complex,” American leaders have warned about the dangers of a bloated, permanent, expensive military establishment that has lost its relationship to the country because service in it is no longer an obligation of citizenship. Our military operates the biggest arms sales operation on earth; it rapes girls, women and schoolchildren in Okinawa; it cuts ski-lift cables in Italy, killing twenty vacationers, and dismisses what its insubordinate pilots have done as a “training accident”; it allows its nuclear attack submarines to be used for joy rides for wealthy civilian supporters and then covers up the negligence that caused the sinking of a Japanese high school training ship; it propagandizes the nation with Hollywood films glorifying military service (Pearl Harbor); and it manipulates the political process to get more carrier task forces, antimissile missiles, nuclear weapons, stealth bombers and other expensive gadgets for which we have no conceivable use. Two of the most influential federal institutions are not in Washington but on the south side of the Potomac River–the Defense Department and the Central Intelligence Agency. Given their influence today, one must conclude that the government outlined in the Constitution of 1787 no longer bears much relationship to the government that actually rules from Washington. Until that is corrected, we should probably stop talking about “democracy” and “human rights.”

OLDDOGS COMMENTS!

Believe it or not I would give my STI SteelMaster if this man would admit our government is an illegal Corporation posing as a democratic government voted in by the people, and hook up with Anna Riezinger. Establish a common law firm and sue the shit out of these bastards in DC.

What Do I Need Money For? The Peoples Law Firm!

06/14/2016

By Anna Von Reitz

We need funds to hire paralegals, clerks, office space, forensic auditors, comptrollers, private investigators, non-Bar lawyers and experts in both Admiralty and Common Law, travel expenses, court filing expenses, and the list goes on.

What I do to inform all of you is a service.  Free to all.

But the time has come to launch The People’s Law Firm.

If you want to be free you have to take steps to educate and extricate yourself from the Kingdom of Lies and come back to America.

And if you want your property including title to it returned to you and your control, you have to take additional steps.

And if you want your country returned to you—–because believe me, these vermin have put in place a scheme to steal the whole enchilada—–you need to have a law firm like no other defending your interests

And after that you need an honest banking system.

Now it may seem harsh, considering that you are already paying for all this and a lot more and have the right to assume that you are getting your money’s worth, but I am here to tell you that that just ain’t so.

The people you have trusted to serve your best interests have instead served their own.

Think about it.

Do you feel safe putting your funds in a bank run by these people???

Do you think for a nanosecond that they are here to help you in any way???

Instead, the pukes at Merrill Lynch have patented a whole system purposefully designed to defraud you and steal your labor and your private property—- a sophisticated factory-like process for fraud—-and their buddies throughout the banking system have all gone along for the ride.

Who cares if it is blatantly immoral and illegal and unlawful and worse?

It’s all in black and white, drawn up in their own words, sitting in the US Patent Office.

This is not a matter of my interpretation.  It’s not something subject to denial.

These banks have been so arrogant and so lawless for so long that they think they are going to herd us all up like sheep and we aren’t going to know who is doing it, how, or why.

They think that we are all going to fall for their crappola forever and live and die  as “livestock”—– until we are slaughtered for their profit and amusement.  Why not? They got away with it in 1907, 1910, 1913, 1920, 1933, 1940, 1944, 1951, 1965, 1976, 1999, 2001……they have been pulling their crap on us for over a century and over the course of that time, they have lost all respect for us.

Are you all getting the sense that I am angry?  That I am outraged by the evidence I’ve seen of what these banks have done and what these “government” regulators and politicians have allowed them to do?  Do you get the feeling that at this moment Granna Anna Meek and Mild would happily tear out every hair on all their heads?

You’d be right. And I wouldn’t stop with their heads, either.

And, finally, do you all understand and clearly grasp the fact that I don’t ask you to help fund things unless there is a REAL, REAL, REAL need do so?

That shoe you’ve been waiting for has finally dropped.  And it doesn’t have a thing to do with Iraqi Dinar.

We must all do what we can— work, research, educate, donate, and then do it all again.  And again.  And again.

You may not know it, but you and your family are in desperate need of an honest law firm and an honest bank—–and those are two commodities have to be built from the ground up, piece by piece, man by man, woman by woman.

If we don’t do it and you don’t help us, there isn’t anybody else. It’s me and you, Frankie. If we don’t do it, and you don’t help us, you’re all going to suffer through something that makes the Great Depression look like child’s play.

Progress and Flaming #@$!@s

By Anna Von Reitz

First, a big thank you to all the people who have answered the call already and stood up to claim their State of the Union and let the rest of the world know that America still exists despite claims by the banks and politicos claiming otherwise.  The majority of states are now covered and more information keeps coming in.

A big thank you, too, to those who have donated.  All these years I have never asked for donations until now, but the sheer magnitude of the information gathering and other work ongoing is too much for me and our team to handle without help.

Over the past few days we have discovered that Merrill Lynch has been the kingpin in a vast scheme to defraud Americans of their land and private property.  This crime syndicate  has to be taken down and the trust assets it has purloined under conditions of deceit and non-disclosure must be returned to the rightful owners.

The banks and investment companies have made merry here and played their “war” games on our soil, but the hunters now become the hunted.  From here on, The People stop talking and start walking. The politicians protecting these criminals are on notice and so is the FBI.

We have been paying you jokers to protect us from such crimes and we see what we get.

When little old ladies— Great-Grandmothers—-have to come out of retirement and do battle with international crime syndicates it’s time to face the facts. The government is nothing but a governmental services corporation, and unfortunately, it’s not even doing its job.

We aren’t talking about a little lapse or a misunderstanding or a mistake.  We are talking about whole hog down and dirty—-government regulators in bed and copulating with the perpetrators of this whole mortgage foreclosure scam.

We are talking about the entire bank-owned court system being complicit and deliberately being run as a money laundering and human enslavement racket.

And we are talking about the entire “law enforcement” apparatus from the CIA and DIA and FBI on down doing nothing about it—standing around with their thumbs up their butts, whistling and turning their pretty heads the other way.

This entire country is —provably— being run by mostly foreign investment banks, con artists and grafters, and sadly, ladies and gentlemen, it’s all because we Americans have been asleep at the wheel for over a century.

These unspeakable vermin have been claiming “war powers” and creating “emergencies” for over a hundred years to promote their fraud and pad their profits. They have been lying to us and using our sons and daughters as canon fodder in their wars for profit.  They’ve been polluting the entire Earth for profit.  They’ve been defrauding little babies in their cradles for profit.

It is past time for us to launch our own version of an ’emergency’ and hold their feet to the fire. Beginning today, we must weld ourselves into one body and one mind.  All those who are ready to cut the cake and expatriate back to the land of your birth, that is, your states of the union—do so. All those who have been “voluntarily” paying federal income taxes—- revoke your election—  now.

So who is eligible to revoke their election to pay federal income taxes?  Anyone who isn’t on welfare, isn’t directly employed by the government, isn’t seeking any political asylum, and isn’t claiming any citizenship or volunteering to operate any of their franchises for them. African Americans who were never granted anything but “US citizenship” need to additionally claim their equal civil rights in order to revoke.

We need to cut off their funding and their tax rolls and cut them down to size.  We need to kick their butts so hard they can feel the jolt all the way to their split-ends, every day and in every way from now on.  And we need to invoke our court system— the one supreme court of the people— in every state of the union.

Those of you who already know how to do this, teach the others.

If you can spare me a few shekels go to PayPal.com and donate to avannavon@gmail. I guarantee I will put every penny to good use.

A COMPLETELY CRIMINAL ENTERPRISE

06/13/2016

America’s largest criminal enterprise, one which operates with the consent and cooperation of millions is best known as our government. This criminal enterprise owns the so-called justice system because those entrusted with dispensing justice depend on the criminal element for appointments and income. Yet, there are still people who believe this element within our government will somehow turn on those from whom it gains power and sustenance. These are the people who believe Hillary Clinton will be indicted and perhaps convicted of a crime.

Missing from the thought process of those with such beliefs is to understand that to indict and convict Hillary would be an indictment and conviction of the operations of the government itself.

The U.S. Justice department has been tasked with the investigation of Hillary. Who controls the actions and direction of this department? Regardless of who you point to in this regard, your finger must point to another member of the criminal cabal. Loretta Lynch, as U.S. Attorney General, sits in her office at the pleasure of a man who has circumvented the Constitution and ignored his sacred oath to that parchment on a daily basis for almost 8 years now. Why would one criminal seek the indictment of another criminal whom he just endorsed for his current position?

The Attorney General owes her position of power and the wealth associated with that position to the confirmation of the U.S. Senate. Name for me please the members of this supposedly august body who have honored their sacred oath to our Constitution at least 50% of the time. I assure you it will be a very short list. Was Hillary once a member of that body of government? How many members of that body have endorsed Hillary for president including a Republican female (Susan Collins) who is considering just such an endorsement? Would they now embarrass themselves by seeking her indictment? Of course, they wouldn’t.

One who looks to the opposing political party for aid in ousting this career criminal, indicting her for a multitude of crimes and sending her pompous ass off to prison has to be completely ignorant of how prominent members of that party of opposition prevented her criminal husband from being impeached when he held the chief capo position in our government.

David Schippers, who was given the lead in the process of impeachment involving William Jefferson Clinton wrote a book about his experiences in that effort which he titled “Sellout.” In accordance with the tenets of revisionist history, Schippers is referred to now as a “Republican prosecutor” yet, in actuality, he was a member of the Democratic Party when he served as a prosecutor in Chicago before he was appointed to prosecute the impeachment. If one wants a detailed examination of the impeachment of Clinton, the male sexual predator, I highly recommend the book by Schippers.

Why would he title his book “Sellout” one might ask? Perhaps the answer can be found in Schippers’ own words.

“What I saw as chief investigative counsel for the House Judiciary Committee,
and therefore the man in charge of compiling the case against the
president was not a pretty sight. Lies, cowardice, hypocrisy,
cynicism, butt-covering, amorality. These all combine to make a
mockery of the impeachment process.”

I can hear the murmuring now: “those damn Democrats did it again.” Au contraire, mon Ami. Schippers discovered otherwise.

“…whenever I heard the word bipartisan from a Republican, that meant that they were selling out to whatever the Democrats wanted, in the House or in the Senate, and that was bipartisanship.”

Does anyone really believe that it has gotten better in Congress over the past two decades since Slick Willy’s impeachment? Does anyone believe these criminals will turn on each other when so much of their personal and professional lives are dependent on their fealty to this criminal enterprise called government?

When Schippers was asked why he thought the whole impeachment process was “fixed” he responded from his experience as a prosecutor with the justice system in his hometown of Chicago.

“In Chicago, we refer to it as a first ward election. The outcome was decided before we ever went over to the Senate. Apparently, they had all agreed, one, the
Republicans didn’t want to be bothered with this; two, the Democrats were going to vote not guilty. So it was a foregone conclusion. I’m an old prosecutor. It is like walking into a courtroom and saying, all right, judge, we are ready to proceed, and having the judge say: ‘Not guilty.’ That’s what happened.”

Why would the Republicans not want to be “bothered” with this impeachment process? Could it be because a thorough investigation of the illegal practices within government would expose all of the members of Congress, the various bureaucracies, and their criminal acts?

Next, let us take a look at the investigators in this fiasco of criminality. Of course, I refer to the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). First of all, the director of the FBI is a political appointment, not a merit appointment. It cannot be denied the person selected for that position must have political clout. This means they must have connections within the criminal cabal called government. No criminal enterprise is going to select anyone they believe might turn on them. A plain, cold, hard fact.

What about the track record of the vaunted FBI when it comes to their own criminality? Ever heard of Cointelpro? It is now openly admitted that many of the acts perpetrated by the FBI under the authority of Cointelpro were, in fact, illegal. Where are the records of the prosecution for these crimes?

Who shot an unarmed mother in the face while she held her infant at Ruby Ridge; A mother who just hours before had her 14-year-old son shot in the back by other members of the criminal cabal. When the state of Idaho sought to indict the murderer of Vicki Weaver, why did the government (a federal judge) step in to protect their own? This perpetrator, one Lon Horiuchi, was never prosecuted. Was he also an active sniper at Waco? Where is he now? Is he in witness protection perhaps? Is this not similar to how the mob protects its shooters; Getting them out of sight?

Why was a “contempt order” issued against the FBI in the trial of Randy Weaver?

Following Weaver’s sentencing, Judge Lodge issued a contempt order against the FBI and levied a fine (paid by taxpayers) because the prosecution had “received less than full cooperation from the FBI” and the Bureau had not produced items of evidence “timely.” The court referred to the FBI’s “recalcitrance” and held that the Bureau had “evidenced a callous disregard for the rights of the defendants and the interests of justice and demonstrated a complete lack of respect for the order and directions of [the] court.”  Would it surprise anyone that rather than being disciplined, the FBI personnel involved in this contempt were promoted? Would it surprise anyone the 3.1 million dollar award to the Weavers for the criminal actions of the FBI was paid by taxpayers, not the agents who committed the murders?

Who has been accused of withholding evidence about the FBI’s heinous acts of terrorism committed at a place called Waco? Who ordered the assault on a church building containing 26 children that ultimately led to their horrible deaths in Waco?

Who has been accused of complicity or withholding evidence in the JFK assassination, the MLK assassination, the RFK assassination and the OKC bombing? Who provided the explosives to the perpetrators of the first World Trade Center attack in 1993? Why were the 9/11 Pentagon video tapes seized by the FBI? Why was video footage from the Sheraton National Hotel seized by the FBI on 9/11? What about the video footage seized from the Citgo station just southwest of the Pentagon on 9/11? Why has the American Public never seen the film from those cameras? If these videos provided truth of the government’s version of events surrounding 9/11, I assure you they would have been seen ad nauseam on Fox, CNN, and other government-controlled outlets.

When it comes to the criminal acts of the comically named Department of Justice, why wasn’t anyone prosecuted for providing weapons to known gang members that led to the death of a Border Patrol Agent named Brian Terry? Is not providing a weapon to a criminal who uses that weapon in the commission of a murder classified as “accessory before the fact?” How many people without political clout are serving time in prison for such charges? Don’t forget this criminal government would like to blame guns for the commission of crimes—that is crimes to which they are not participants.

The Clinton family has been involved in criminal acts for well over three decades, first in Arkansas and then they took their criminal show on the road and made all Americans beneficiaries of their actions. Who says crime doesn’t pay? Hillary has collected something over 27 million dollars from a criminal banking enterprise in just the time since she left her position as capo di tutti Capi at the U.S. State Department. She obviously believes in the words of another famous crime family member (“Lucky” Luciano). “There is no such thing as good money or bad money. There is just money.”

The Clinton’s have enough dead bodies surrounding their political history to start their own graveyard. At the very least Hillary is guilty of accessory after the fact and obstruction of justice in the death of Vince Foster. It has been well documented she removed evidence from his White House office after his body was discovered. The other mysterious deaths surrounding the Clintons are too numerous to cover in this short piece. Some claim the body count to be near 90.

The fix is in folks; the president endorsed this criminal and then visited the AG to make sure nothing happens to make him look bad with his endorsement. Who was tasked with monitoring what Hillary did as Secretary of State? Any thorough investigation of our government would send a great many office holders to prison for the rest of their lives, but, not to worry, the politicians you have voted into those positions because they have the appropriate letter (D or R) before their names are safe because the criminal cabal controls the investigators, the judges, the prosecutors and the courts.

All is well in politically criminal America. Do not be surprised if between now and election day, instead of an indictment, the Department of Justice releases a statement exonerating Hillary of all accusations. It just makes sense when we consider what has happened within the bowels of this government for the past 150 years. While I hope that I am wrong—I also realize “Hope is not a method.”

Now, for all you folks who believe one can put a stop to this by electing a new face to the criminal enterprise, please consider how that approach has worked in the past. Hope springs eternal, but Einstein had it pegged when he defined insanity.

Folks in 1776 realized they could not compromise with those whose goal was their destruction. They laid out their solution in what we refer to as the Declaration of Independence. Many have not yet arrived at the awareness level of Thomas Jefferson, Patrick Henry and the Sons of Liberty which led to that declaration. We will continue to suffer the criminally induced malaise of this government as long as we believe voting will cure the problem.

Who Owns The News?

06/11/2016

The same bastards that own us!

http://www.whoownsthenews.com/

“Freedom of the press belongs to the man who owns one.” A. J. Liebling

Who Really Determines What You Will Or Will Not See On TV Or Read In The Newspaper?

In the early  years  of our democracy the “free press” was all that stood between greedy corporate interests, government corruption and you and I. While many newspapers were controlled by wealthy individuals such as William Randolph Hearst, who influenced the content of the news in his papers, a kind of journalistic “Hippocratic oath” seemed to prevail across the country as reporters and publishers at small papers usually chose to pursue the truth in reporting.

Local papers, TV stations and radio outlets were owned mostly by local individuals with an interest in their community. That began to change as a powerful institution known as the Council On Foreign Relations gained power and the trend  toward total corporate media control rapidly accelerated during the Bush era with media consolidation.

Suddenly the old rule that one corporation could not own all of the town’s news outlets was gone. Companies like Clear Channel Communications suddenly began to buy up every radio station, TV outlet and newspaper in major markets, effectively controlling everything that people read, watched and heard. The pattern of media consolidation has increased during the last eight years to the point that now only a few corporations control the news that we watch.

Just like the quote above, he who owns the media, controls the media. With such powerful platforms they are able to drown out independent media and control public opinion and government policy. There can be no freedom without freedom of the press and there can be no freedom of the press if only a few powerful corporations are allowed to own it.

What Liberal or Right Wing Media? It’s Just Corporate Media.

Who really controls the media? Is the so called “liberal media” that the  right complains about controlled by Hollywood and liberal special interests? Is Fox News controlled by the Republican Party? If you believe any of these generalizations you are dead wrong and the truth will shock you.

Major multinational corporations, Middle Eastern sovereign  wealth funds and Saudi Princes, all hell bent on protecting their own interests, choose what you will see on the nightly news and trick you into believing it is unbiased reporting.  As we see below all the major news outlets, regardless of what they make you believe, contributed heavily to George W. Bush in both 2000 and 2004 so any argument that they are controlled by liberals evaporates. In this case they all supported the candidate that promised to allow consolidation of multiple media companies.

The very news stories that you are fed by the mainstream media are manipulated to mirror the  public relations campaigns of companies that operate nuclear plants, sprawling theme parks that gobble up wetlands, defense contractors, oil companies and even Saudi Princes.  Remember the old “Outer Limits” TV shows where the announcer says “We control everything you see and hear, the vertical, the horizontal,” etc?   The corporate controlled news media controls all you see and hear.

Here are the top twenty media corporations in the U.S. according to mediaowners.com  All but two of the following, #18 and #19 are not members of the Council On Foreign Relations.

  1. Time Warner Inc.
    2.   Walt Disney Company
    3.   Viacom Inc.
    4.   News Corporation
    5.   CBS Corporation
    6.   Cox Enterprises
    7.   NBC Universal
    8.   Gannett Company, Inc.
    9.   Clear Channel Communications Inc.
    10. Advance Publications, Inc.
    11. Tribune Company
    12. McGraw-Hill Companies
    13. Hearst Corporation
    14. Washington Post Company
    15. The New York Times Company
    16. E.W. Scripps Co.
    17. McClatchy Company
    18. Thomson Corporation
    19. Freedom Communications, Inc.
    20. A&E Television Networks

Who Owns The Media?  Industry Giants, Saudi Princes and Australian Robber Barons.

The report, by the University of Miami and the College of the Bahamas, blames Disney for leaving hazardous materials, electrical transformers, and fuel tanks, and for introducing invasive alien plants and insects that threaten the natural flora and fauna of the island.

The Council On Foreign Relations and What It Has To Do With Corporate Control Of The News

    6-11-2016 8-05-07 AM

What do Dan Rather, Barbara Walters, Jim Lehrer, Rupert Murdoch, Tom Brokaw  and the late William F. Buckley have in common? They are all members of the CFR, The Council On Foreign Relations.  The stated goal of the CFR is to manipulate the News to bring about a new world order or corporate control of everything. This is not some weird conspiracy theory, it is stated in their original charter. Who else belongs to the CFR, Disney’s Michael Eisner and ABC’s Thomas Murphy, Tom Johnson, CEO of CNN, Time Warner’s Gerald Levine, and many, many more media CEO’s who have merged their empires under the CFR’s guidance.

Here is a good video that traces the history of news media manipulation by large corporations in the U.S by buying up newspapers and using institutions such as the Council On Foreign Relations to shape U.S. policy and public opinion.

Freedom of the press is vital to our democracy. We need to prevent things like media consolidation, where one company is allowed to own all the news outlets in any given market. Speak up and stop the corporate robber barons and the CFR from taking that right away from us. Contact your senators at www.senate.gov  and let them know you are fed up with large corporations  and foreign interests gobbling up our news media.

How Much Land the Federal Government Owns Will Surprise You

06/10/2016

http://bigthink.com/strange-maps/291-federal-lands-in-the-us

by Frank Jacobs

The rough beauty of the American West seems as far as you can get from the polished corridors of power in Washington DC. Until you look at the title to the land. The federal government owns large tracts of the western states: from a low of 29.9% in Montana, already more than the national average, up to a whopping 84.5% in Nevada.

This map, depicting the distribution and share of federal land per state, was first published on this blog way back in 2008. Nevertheless, it keeps accumulating comments and hits at a steady pace, and is still frequently shared around. Unlike hundreds of other random maps, this one has become a perennial. That raises an interesting question for map geeks like yours truly: Which nerve, exactly, does this map strike with the Great Online Public?

6-10-2016 1-50-03 PM

Let’s start with the most obvious answer: the map is stunningly effective at bringing home its message. And that message is: Federal land ownership out west is huge.

Few minds will stir when they learn that the US federal government owns a grand total of 640 million acres of land: that figure is so vast that it becomes meaningless [1]. The sum of all that acreage adds up to about 28% of the nation’s total surface, 2.27 billion acres. That sounds like a lot, but since it is an average, and because we have nothing to compare it to, that percentage is, to use one of my favorite quotes, “the kind of information they conceal in books” [2].

Both issues – the blandness of averages, the lack of comparison – are eliminated by the map, which presents an immediate, jaw-dropping clear frame of reference. In the blink of an eye, the contrast between the west and the rest becomes clear.

The clever device delivering that instant insight: 50 icons, each shaped like the particular state they are centered on and sized to reflect the percentage of the federal lands in each particular state.

Back east, but even in the Midwest, those icons – colored red for better contrast – barely amount to a distant mirror of the state they’re modeled on. In those parts, the federal share of state territory rarely runs into the double digits. It even stays below 2% for the Top 10 states with the lowest percentage of federally owned land:

6-10-2016 2-02-49 PM

The largest splotches of red are all in the 11 westernmost states of the Lower 48. The federal government’s enormous share of Alaska is only less obvious because as usual the largest state in the Union is shown in an inset map, at a much larger scale [3].

These red icons look like parasites, about to take over the body of the host. Take a look at poor Nevada, where non-public land is pushed out to a narrow band skirting the state’s borders – marginalized, in the most literal sense of the word. Even in most other western states, that ledge is not much wider than a toehold.

The Top 10 list of states with the highest percentage of federally owned land on this map looks like this:

6-10-2016 2-04-23 PM

Both because of its enormous total size and its huge percentage of federal lands, Alaska alone represents almost half the government-owned area in the 10 most ‘federalised’ states combined. The only two western states falling out of the Top 10 are Montana (29.9%) and Washington state (30.3%).

What is all that federal land for? And exactly who is in charge? According to the Congressional Research Service [4], a total area of just under 610 million acres – more than twice the size of Namibia – is administered by no more than 4 federal government agencies:

* The United States Forest Service (USFS), which oversees timber harvesting, recreation, wildlife habitat protection and other sustainable uses on a total of 193 million acres – almost the size of Turkey – mainly designated as National Forests.

* The National Park Service (NPS) conserves lands and resources on 80 million acres – a Norway-sized area – in order to preserve them for the public. Any harvesting or resource removal is generally prohibited.

* the Bureau of Land Management (BLM), managing 248 million acres [5] – an area the size of Egypt – has a multiple-use, sustained-yield mandate, supporting energy development, recreation, grazing, conservation, and other uses.

* the Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS) manages 89 million acres – an area slightly bigger than Germany – to conserve and protect animal and plant species.

The first agency is part of the Department of Agriculture, the latter three of the Department of the Interior. The Department of Defense manages an additional 20 million acres – a bit larger than the Czech Republic – as military bases, testing and training grounds, etc.

Back to the map – apart from making its point in such an excellent manner, why is it so popular? The aforementioned Congressional Overview of Federal Land Ownership provides a broad outline of the answer:

“47% of the 11 coterminous western states [is federally owned]. By contrast, the federal government owns only 4% in the other states. This western concentration has contributed to a higher degree of controversy over land ownership and use in that part of the country”.

“Throughout America’s history, federal land laws have reflected two visions: keeping some lands in federal ownership while disposing of others. From the earliest days, there has been conflict between these two visions. During the 19th century, many laws encouraged settlement of the West through federal land disposal. Mostly in the 20th century, emphasis shifted to retention of federal lands.”

That conflict came to a head very publicly last year with the case of Cliven Bundy, a Nevada rancher whose conflict with the Bureau of Land Management over grazing rights led to the federal government impounding his cattle [6].

But the federal government’s extra-extra-large involvement in the management of western lands is far more than a conflict about grazing, water, mining, logging and other development. It pits the principle of good stewardship of the land, for the welfare of present and future generations, against one of America’s foundational axioms: That government is best which governs least [7].

The former attitude requires a central government to assume authority, restrict access, punish rule-breakers – and increasingly so, since resource depletion is a growing threat.

The latter viewpoint holds government intervention to be the problem, not the solution, and the stated reasons for it – be it conservation or climate change – as convenient cover stories at best.

Two quotes from the story’s comments section illustrate the gap between the two extremes:

“It’s too late [to take back our country]. Jump ship and buy land in a poor undeveloped country, Start a farm and build a new community.”

“Or we could stop wasting time with this nonsense and get back to the real issues.”

Ultimately, this map reverberates and keeps bouncing around the internet because it touches a divide in American politics and wider society that is about much more than land use. It pits libertarians versus federalists, with the gap between them increasing to such an extent that the former often seem to the latter to be no more than right-wing vigilantes, the latter to the former nothing less than world-government-promoting socialists. Until some middle ground emerges to bridge that divide, this map (and other incendiary devices) will continue to add fuel to the ideological fire.

Many thanks to Jonathan Leblang and Adam Hahn for signaling this map, which appeared as an illustration to ‘Can the West Lead Us To A Better Place?‘, an article in Stanford Magazine, a periodical for and about alumni from that university. Update: the map can be found in higher resolution – and with a long, long comments section – here on Reddit.

Strange Maps #291, first published on June 16, 2008 as Federal Lands in the US, updated on February 3, 2015.

[1] Remember the Joseph Stalin quote: “One death is a tragedy, one million is a statistic”. Not that one acre is a tragedy. But you catch our meaning.

[2] Oliver Platt as Hector Cyr in Lake Placid (1999).

[3] Contrary to intuition, map objects shrunk to fit in with others are shown at a larger, not a smaller scale. See the scales at the bottom: Alaska’s 500-mile line is 4 times shorter than the Lower 48’s. Meaning (a) that Alaska is shown 4 times smaller than the Lower 48; and (b) that if Alaska’s scale would have been as long as the other, it would have measured 2,000 miles – i.e. would measure a larger distance.

[4] Federal Land Ownership: Overview and Data

[5] The BLM is also responsible for subsurface mineral resources in areas totaling 700 million acres.

[6] The sentiment is often attributed to Jefferson, but the quote as such is from the opening lines of Henry David Thoreau’s Civil Disobedience.

[7] Mr. Bundy refused to pay $1.2 million in grazing fees to the BLM, arguing that the land his cattle uses belongs not to the federal, but the state government. In the spring of last year, BLM officials agreed to leave his property and release his cattle after hundreds of armed supporters showed up at the Bundy ranch. As the Washington Post recently reported, the conflict remains unresolved.

OLDDOGS COMMENTS!

By piecing together information I have read from many articles over the years, my best guess is; since the Banking Cartel controls a conglomeration of thousands of corporations who also are involved with agenda 21 & 2030 and the redistribution of humanity, I believe they will sell this land off to various Nations to (1) maximize their accumulation of gold and silver (2) infiltrate the races now occupying this land (3) make their absolute ownership of everything known to those few who are left after the breakup of American and the acknowledgement of the global masters, and the beginning of a new slave race. This is an unbelievable plan to the uneducated or intentionally ignorant self centered slouch. The average American has given up the desire for freedom and become compliant. Those who will not accept tyranny will be eliminated.

Count me in that group!

When Brainwashed Middle Class America Loses It All

Farm Wars

A hypothetical story about one middle class American caught in the crossfire of a crashing economy and false belief system.

6-9-2016 10-42-54 AM

Just when did I get here, and how? As I look out to see the chaos surrounding me, food lines circling the block, and rats scampering for scraps across the feet of those waiting patiently for a partially full belly, I remember what it was like before the crash. Before everything that I knew turned to dust and was carried away by the wind of change. A change so drastic that I didn’t even realize it was happening until it was too late to do anything about it. And I wonder…  Just what was I thinking?

I worked hard most of my life and thought that I had it made. A good job, house of my own, brand new car, friends with whom I could grab a beer at the local hangout every now and then, and enough cash to make things comfortable. The American Dream. And then it happened…

One day, without warning, the job was gone. Outsourced to another country. Not to worry, though. I had been there for over 20 years, so I had a pension coming. I could do very well on that. Until the retirement fund went bankrupt and the money dried up. But I still had cash in the bank, or so I thought. Then I went to the bank to withdraw some money and found that it was closed for ‘holiday.’ A cruel joke. Evidently a decree had been issued declaring that “Americans would have no access to banks or banking services. They could not withdraw or transfer their money, nor could they make deposits.” So I went home, driving on fumes since I could not buy gas without money from the bank. I was in shock. What now?

Denial took over. This couldn’t be happening. Not in America. Everything will sort itself out and be fine in the morning. I had enough food in the fridge to get by and needed some time to relax anyway. Besides, my favorite television show was on that night and I didn’t want to miss it. This situation was just a temporary glitch in the system. Until it wasn’t.

And so I kicked back, put my feet up, and watched Dialing for Dollars. Yes, things would be just fine. This was America after all, and the President was just on television the other day assuring us that everything was okay. In fact, the latest news report stated that the economy was going uphill, there were more jobs available than ever before, and hunger was  being eradicated by a new and improved way of making food in a lab, courtesy of Monsanto, the chemical company that owned and operated most of the country’s food supply. Ah, yes. What could possibly go wrong? After all, only third-world countries have to worry about things such as poverty. And that can’t happen here. At least not to me. I’ve done everything right. Supported the right candidates, waved the American flag at fundraisers, toed the party line, gave my life to a job that I didn’t particularly like but kept at for the security it provided, and ignored those ‘conspiracy theorists’ shouting that the end was near. Nuts. Every last one of them. Yes, things will be back to normal in no time. Those in charge will take care of it and I don’t have to worry.

The next day, I was still optimistic. I tried contacting the bank and couldn’t get through. The lines were evidently jammed from people calling to find out when it would be open again for business, so I rode my bicycle to the closest automatic teller machine (ATM) to see if I could get some cash to pay for gas for the car and a few groceries. After all, I only had about a week’s worth of food on hand because anything else would be considered ‘hoarding.’ “Funds not available” was what the machine displayed. So, I rode back home and started calling my friends. Most of them didn’t have a clue about what was going on. They told me not to worry, that the situation was only temporary. Things would be back to normal in no time. So I waited another day, confident that the system would not let me down. Then another. And another…

A week went by and my friends had started reporting to me that they were experiencing the same sort of thing. But confidence remained high that everything would work out. All we had to do was wait. And we did. But the fridge was looking bare, my stomach was starting to growl, and watching Gilligan’s Island reruns was not as enjoyable as it once was. I was hungry, confused, and downright angry. After all, it was my money in the bank! How could they just hold it and not let me withdraw any of it? My mortgage was coming due, as well as the car payment, electrical bill, phone bill, cable TV and Internet service. I was not a happy camper. So I decided to use my credit cards to pay the bills, buy food, gas, and whatever else I needed to get me by until funds were released by the bank. Simple. No worries. I had plenty of credit cards, so I would be okay. Or so I thought.

Denial is a powerful drug. It numbs the senses and distorts reality. It is also addicting.

When the credit card bills came due and the banks still had not released any funds, I began to really get worried. Now what would I do? My friends were starting to panic too. How would I get by? What would happen? Where would I get food? Will the bank foreclose on my mortgage? Will the car be repossessed? Will the lights go out? How will I watch American Idol? Going cold turkey is hard, and that is what was happening. My supply of money was cut off, and with it everything else that I was accustomed to was circling the drain. Maybe those ‘preppers’ were not so deranged after all. Could the media reports touting a glowing future possibly be wrong? Could they have lied? I was beginning to doubt all that I had seen and heard. Where did I go wrong?

Others were getting restless too. People were roaming the streets, out of gas, out of money, out of food, and out of patience. Desperate people resort to desperate measures. Suddenly, the corner grocery store becomes a means of survival and the friend who owns it a mere roadblock in the way of that survival. Windows break, alarms go off, people who would never think of doing so before become looters, pillaging what they can in the hopes of staving off the hunger that gnaws at their insides like a ravenous beast chewing its way through the stomach lining. Chaos. The end of all that we believed to be true.

And then the police stepped in to impose ‘order.’ Gas exploding all around to quell the crowds of looters and protestors. It burned the eyes and lungs, causing the crowds to disperse momentarily. The beginning of the end of any liberty we believed that we had. Snatched away in the blink of an eye. Those who escaped the police cordon fled to abandoned areas to carve out a meek subsistence hiding from the law, homeless and afraid. Others were rounded up and placed in internment camps because the jails were rapidly overflowing. And the realization hit home that what we had been living was not real. It was a fantasy created by an over-reaching government to pacify the people until the time arrived when that fiction could no longer be maintained. Then the façade was torn down and the ugly truth remained. The truth of food lines, hunger, homelessness and fear. This was the truth that we were living now. The truth that was held at bay by government lies and propaganda. The truth that only a thin line lies between fantasy and reality, which can be erased at any time by those controlling the strings of our existence. And when those strings are cut and we fall? What lies in store is not what we have been told. There is no happy ending to the tragedy of despair.

But it didn’t have to be this way. I think back at all of the times when I should have listened to the small voices around me that I chose to disregard. The voices that shouted: “Don’t believe all that you are told! Turn the TV off! Prepare for the worst and hope for the best.” It all comes back to me now. All of the times that I thought of getting out of debt, learning to grow my own food, storing up for emergencies and getting out of the city. Some did listen. I wish them well. It will not be easy for them to survive what has happened, but they will. A remnant always does. They will escape the camps and learn to thrive in a world turned upside down. This is my hope. My last and only hope in a world that I no longer recognize. A new beginning rising out of the ashes.

As for me? I don’t know how, but I will survive. I no longer have the friends that I thought I had. I only have people around me that I can trust. When things go terribly wrong, only those with strength of character will remain loyal and not turn into predators intent on destruction.

This is the new American Dream. The dream of survival in a world gone mad with its own hubris. The world of tomorrow unless we wake up today and do what is necessary to provide for our friends and family. The most valuable things that we possess are not material goods. Not a new car, fancy house or money in the bank. They are survival skills. When all of the money is gone; when all of the comforts are history, will you be able to say that you did everything you could to ensure your survival and that of your loved ones? Will you stand, or succumb to the devastation surrounding you? The time to act is now.

Your Withdrawal of Consent

06/08/2016

http://www.freemansperspective.com/your-withdrawal-of-consent/

Many of us, either in whole or in part, have withdrawn our consent from the current ruling regime. Up till now, however, I’ve never seen a form to document such a thing. Below you will find one. (Also available as a PDF.)

I am under no impression that any ruling regime will acknowledge such a form, but I think it’s a healthy exercise to specify what you consent to and what you do not.

The form should be self-explanatory.

Nor shall my continued residence in the territory of the above specified political entity be taken as evidence of my consent. Nor shall filing papers, making public displays, or any other type of overt act be required of me to demonstrate my lack of consent; the endorsement of this form alone shall be sufficient.

US Government Intentionally Destroys 9 11 Evidence

Presumption of a Cover-Up …

Judges and lawyers know that – if someone intentionally destroys evidence – he’s probably trying to hide his crime.  American law has long recognized that destruction of evidence raises a presumption of guilt for  the person who destroyed the evidence.

So what does it mean when the US government intentionally destroyed massive amounts of evidence related to 9/11?

 Judge and Prosecutor Destroy Evidence

For example, it was revealed last week that the judge overseeing the trial of surviving 9/11 suspects conspired with the prosecution to destroy evidence relevant to a key suspect’s defense. And see this.

(The Defense Department has also farmed out most of the work of both prosecuting and defending the surviving 9/11 suspects to the same private company.  And the heads of the military tribunal prosecuting the 9/11 suspects said that the trials must be rigged so that there are no acquittals.)

 Destruction of Videotapes

The CIA videotaped the interrogation of 9/11 suspects, falsely told the 9/11 Commission that there were no videotapes or other records of the interrogations, and then illegally destroyed all of the tapes and transcripts of the interrogations.

9/11 Commission co-chairs Thomas Keane and Lee Hamilton wrote:

Those who knew about those videotapes — and did not tell us about them — obstructed our investigation.

And:

Daniel Marcus, a law professor at American University who served as general counsel for the Sept. 11 commission and was involved in the discussions about interviews with Al Qaeda leaders, said he had heard nothing about any tapes being destroyed.

If tapes were destroyed, he said, “it’s a big deal, it’s a very big deal,” because it could amount to obstruction of justice to withhold evidence being sought in criminal or fact-finding investigations.

Destruction of Air Traffic Control Tapes

The tape of interviews of air traffic controllers on-duty on 9/11 was intentionally destroyed by crushing the cassette by hand, cutting the tape into little pieces, and then dropping the pieces in different trash cans around the building as shown by this NY Times article (summary version is free; full version is pay-per-view) and by this article from the Chicago Sun-Times.

 Black Boxes

The FBI long ago found and analyzed the “black box” recorders from the airplanes which hit the Twin Towers, but has consistently denied that they were ever found.

 Pentagon Fibs

The 9/11 Commissioners concluded that officials from the Pentagon lied to the Commission, and considered recommending criminal charges for such false statements.

 Soviet-Style “Minders”

The chairs of both the 9/11 Commission and the Official Congressional Inquiry into 9/11 said that Soviet-style government “minders” obstructed the investigation into 9/11 by intimidating witnesses (and see this).

In other words, the minders obstructed witnesses from openly and candidly talking about what they knew.

 Undermining Investigation

President Bush and Vice-President Cheney took the rare step of personally requesting that congress limit all 9/11 investigation solely to “intelligence failures.”

The administration also opposed the creation of a 9/11 commission. Once it was forced (by pressure from widows of 9-11 victims) to allow a commission to be formed, the administration appointed as executive director an administration insider, whose area of expertise is the creation and maintenance of “public myths” thought to be true, even if not actually true, who was involved in pre-9/11 intelligence briefings, and who was one of the key architects of the “pre-emptive war” doctrine. This executive director, who controlled what the Commission did and did not analyze, then limited the scope of the Commission’s inquiry so that the overwhelming majority of questions about 9/11 remained unasked (see this and this).

The administration then starved the commission of funds.  The government spent $175 million – over $300 million in today’s dollars – investigating the Challenger space shuttle disaster. It spent $152 million on the the Columbia disaster investigation. It spent $30 million investigating the Monica Lewinsky scandal. But the government only authorized $15 million for the 9/11 Commission.

The government also failed to provide crucial documents to the 9/11 investigators. And see this.

The government refused to share much information with the Commission, refused to force high-level officials to testify under oath, and allowed Bush and Cheney to be questioned jointly.

Moreover, as reported by ACLU, FireDogLake, RawStory and many others, declassified documents shows that Senior Bush administration officials sternly cautioned the 9/11 Commission against probing too deeply into the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001.

The 9-11 Commission took this warning to heart, and refused to examine virtually any evidence which contradicted the administration’s official version of events. As stated by the State Department’s Coordinator for Counterterrorism – who was the point man for the U.S. government’s international counterterrorism policy in the first term of the Bush administration – “there were things the [9/11] commissions wanted to know about and things they didn’t want to know about.

 Saudi Role

Investigation into Saudi government aid to 9/11 conspirators was also obstructed.

For example, Philip Shenon – the 20-year New York Times reporter who wrote a book on the 9/11 Commission – reports:

The [911] commissioner said the renewed public debate could force a spotlight on a mostly unknown chapter of the history of the 9/11 commission: behind closed doors, members of the panel’s staff fiercely protested the way the material about the Saudis was presented in the final report, saying it underplayed or ignored evidence that Saudi officials – especially at lower levels of the government – were part of an al-Qaida support network that had been tasked to assist the hijackers after they arrived in the US. In fact, there were repeated showdowns, especially over the Saudis, between the staff and the commission’s hard-charging executive director, University of Virginia historian Philip Zelikow, who joined the Bush administration as a senior adviser to the secretary of state, Condoleezza Rice, after leaving the commission. The staff included experienced investigators from the FBI, the Department of Justice and the CIA, as well as the congressional staffer who was the principal author of the 28 pages.

Zelikow fired a staffer, who had repeatedly protested over limitations on the Saudi investigation, after she obtained a copy of the 28 pages outside of official channels. Other staffers described an angry scene late one night, near the end of the investigation, when two investigators who focused on the Saudi allegations were forced to rush back to the commission’s offices after midnight after learning to their astonishment that some of the most compelling evidence about a Saudi tie to 9/11 was being edited out of the report or was being pushed to tiny, barely readable footnotes and endnotes. The staff protests were mostly overruled.

But Kean, Hamilton and Zelikow clearly do not speak for a number of the other commissioners, who have repeatedly suggested they are uncomfortable with the perception that the commission exonerated Saudi Arabia and who have joined in calling for public release of the 28 pages.

“US Citizenship”- – – Why Won’t You Believe That You Have Made a Wrong Assumption?

By Anna Von Reitz

I recently explained why the NLA Common Law Grand Juries don’t work and can’t work as the Fourth Branch of Government they claim to be—- and it is simply that the people operating these juries aren’t classed as Americans.  They are still operating as “US citizens”. They can’t operate an American Common Law Grand Jury for the same reason that Englishmen can’t operate an American Common Law Grand Jury.

I gave everyone the actual Naturalization Act that addresses this issue: Seventh Congress, Session 1, Chapter 28, Sections 1- 4, passed April 14, 1802.  This is so straight forward, so cut-and-dried that a grade school kid can grasp what it says and what it means with no problem.

And yet, I still get people who want to argue with the facts.

Okay, here’s another crystal clear, in-your-face, can’t avoid what it says or what it means example from long after the Civil War:

1893 case,

CITY OF MINNEAPOLIS v. REUM. (Circuit Court of Appeals, Eighth Circuit

*Only one way to become US citizen, make voluntary application, have oath accepted by competent authority and have this put in public records. *And Not Otherwise.*

Americans call all the states together “the United States” the same way we mistakenly call a “Federal Reserve Note” a “dollar” but in both cases our sloppy language has led to widespread sloppy thinking.

A “Federal Reserve Note” isn’t even the same as a “Silver Certificate” — much less is it a unit measure of fine silver.

In the same way, though we speak of “the United States” and merely mean the whole country, all the states together, the fact of the matter is that each one of our states is a separate nation unto itself.  We derive our nationality from our states.  We are Georgians and Vermonters and Oregonians for a reason.

The “United States” is a separate and foreign nation with respect to us, that has two forms of citizenship.  If you are born in the District of Columbia, Guam, Puerto Rico or one of the other Insular States or Territories, you can, at your option, claim to be a United States Citizen.  If you are operating as a federal corporation franchise, a federal civilian or military employee, a welfare recipient, political asylum seeker, or happen to be African American, you are stuck with being classed as a “citizen of the United States” under the provisions of the 14th Amendment.

Neither of these classes of citizens— Big “C” or Little “c”— are what Americans mean when they call themselves “United States Citizens”.  United States Citizens live under a constitutional democracy, not a republic.  They are guaranteed “equal civil rights”, not their Natural and Unalienable Rights. They have to pay federal taxes on every cent they earn, because they are—- guess what?—-Federal United States Citizens, whereas the vast majority of American State Nationals and their business enterprises are naturally exempt.

I could go on, but the point is that most of the people reading this are not United States citizens of any kind.  Most of you are American State Nationals who have misidentified yourselves through ignorance and now cling to your chains in a foreign and distinctly disadvantageous political status.

Please stop trying to argue with the facts, just because you have mistakenly thought of yourself as a “United States Citizen” since grade school.  Wrap your head and your tongue around the fact that you are a South Carolinian, a Wisconsinite, or a Montanan, instead.

These are the six categories of “United States Citizens”—and if you don’t see your situation described here, you can rest assured that you are not a “United States Citizen” nor a “citizen of the United States”, either.

People born in one of the Federal Insular States (like Guam or Puerto Rico) or in the District of Columbia;

  1. People working for the federal civil government or active duty or reserve military personnel;
  2. Political asylum seekers;
  3. Welfare seekers;
  4. People choosing to operate as federal corporation franchisees;
  5. African Americans who were never granted actual state national status after the Civil War.

The first step home is realizing that you aren’t a “US citizen” and probably never have been, don’t live in a “democracy” and aren’t bound by the laws of Puerto Rico.
