800 CONCENTRATION Camps in the USA

11-30-2012 11-43-45 AM

There are over 800 prison camps in the United States, all fully operational and ready to receive prisoners. They are all staffed and even surrounded by full-time guards, but they are all empty. These camps are to be operated by FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Agency) should Martial Law need to be implemented in the United States and all it would take is a presidential signature on a proclamation and the attorney general’s signature on a warrant to which a list of names is attached. Ask yourself if you really want to be on Ashcroft’s list.

The Rex 84 Program was established on the reasoning that if a “mass exodus” of illegal aliens crossed the Mexican/US border, they would be quickly rounded up and detained in detention centers by FEMA. Rex 84 allowed many military bases to be closed down and to be turned into prisons.

Operation Cable Splicer and Garden Plot are the two sub-programs which will be implemented once the Rex 84 program is initiated for its proper purpose. Garden Plot is the program to control the population. Cable Splicer is the program for an orderly takeover of the state and local governments by the federal government. FEMA is the executive arm of the coming police state and thus will head up all operations. The Presidential Executive Orders already listed on the Federal Register also are part of the legal framework for this operation.

The camps all have railroad facilities as well as roads leading to and from the detention facilities. Many also have an airport nearby. The majority of the camps can house a population of 20,000 prisoners. Currently, the largest of these facilities is just outside of Fairbanks, Alaska. The Alaskan facility is a massive mental health facility and can hold approximately 2 million people.
Now let’s review the justification for any actions taken…

Executive Orders associated with FEMA that would suspend the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. These Executive Orders have been on record for nearly 30 years and could be enacted by the stroke of a Presidential pen:

EXECUTIVE ORDER 10990 – allows the government to take over all modes of transportation and control of highways and seaports.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 10995 – allows the government to seize and control the communication media.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 10997 – allows the government to take over all electrical power, gas, petroleum, fuels and minerals.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 10998 – allows the government to seize all means of transportation, including personal cars, trucks or vehicles of any kind and total control over all highways, seaports, and waterways.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 10999 – allows the government to take over all food resources and farms.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11000 – allows the government to mobilize civilians into work brigades under government supervision.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11001 – allows the government to take over all health, education and welfare functions.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11002 – designates the Postmaster General to operate a national registration of all persons.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11003 – allows the government to take over all airports and aircraft, including commercial aircraft.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11004 – allows the Housing and Finance Authority to relocate communities, build new housing with public funds, designate areas to be abandoned, and establish new locations for populations.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11005 – allows the government to take over railroads, inland waterways and public storage facilities.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11051 – specifies the responsibility of the Office of Emergency Planning and gives authorization to put all Executive Orders into effect in times of increased international tensions and economic or financial crisis.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11310 – grants authority to the Department of Justice to enforce the plans set out in Executive Orders, to institute industrial support, to establish judicial and legislative liaison, to control all aliens, to operate penal and correctional institutions, and to advise and assist the President.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11049 – assigns emergency preparedness function to federal departments and agencies, consolidating 21 operative Executive Orders issued over a fifteen year period.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11921 – allows the Federal Emergency Preparedness Agency to develop plans to establish control over the mechanisms of production and distribution, of energy sources, wages, salaries, credit and the flow of money in U.S. financial institutions in any undefined national emergency. It also provides that when a state of emergency is declared by the President, Congress cannot review the action for six months. The Federal Emergency Management Agency has broad powers in every aspect of the nation. General Frank Salzedo, chief of FEMA’s Civil Security Division stated in a 1983 conference that he saw FEMA’s role as a “new frontier in the protection of individual and governmental leaders from assassination, and of civil and military installations from sabotage and/or attack, as well as prevention of dissident groups from gaining access to U.S. opinion, or a global audience in times of crisis.” FEMA’s powers were consolidated by President Carter to incorporate the…

National Security Act of 1947 – allows for the strategic relocation of industries, services, government and other essential economic activities, and to rationalize the requirements for manpower, resources and production facilities.

1950 Defense Production Act – gives the President sweeping powers over all aspects of the economy.

Act of August 29, 1916 – authorizes the Secretary of the Army, in time of war, to take possession of any transportation system for transporting troops, material, or any other purpose related to the emergency.

International Emergency Economic Powers Act – enables the President to seize the property of a foreign country or national. These powers were transferred to FEMA in a sweeping consolidation in 1979.

There are many other locations not listed above that are worthy of consideration as a possible detention camp site, but due to space limitations and the time needed to verify, could not be included here. Virtually all military reservations, posts, bases, stations, & depots can be considered highly suspect (because it is “federal” land). Also fitting this category are “Regional Airports” and “International Airports”, which also fall under federal jurisdiction and have limited-access areas. Mental hospitals, closed hospitals & nursing homes, closed military bases, wildlife refuges, state prisons, toxic waste dumps, hotels and other areas all have varying degrees of potential for being a detention camp area. The likelihood of a site being suspect increases with transportation access to the site, including airports/airstrips, railheads, navigable waterways & ports, interstate and US highways. Some facilities are “disguised” as industrial or commercial properties, camouflaged or even wholly contained inside large buildings (Indianapolis) or factories. Many inner-city buildings left vacant during the de-industrialization of America have been quietly acquired and held, sometimes retrofitted for their new uses.

Our Canadian friends tell us that virtually all Canadian military bases, especially those north of the 50th Parallel, are all set up with concentration camps. Not even half of these can be listed, but here are a few sites with the massive land space to handle any population:

Feud at The Fed: “Horrific Consequences” for Unlimited Easing

By Truther

The Fed’s plan to purchase $40 billion in mortgage-backed securities and $45 billion in long-term US Treasuries every month for the foreseeable future is now creating internal feuds.

The Federal Reserve’s latest round of quantitative easing has no timetable to end or any measurable goal. Yesterday, the Dallas Fed President said this policy without limits would result in “horrific consequences”.

Reuters is reporting today on these “deep divisions” at the Federal Reserve:

Charles Evans, president of the Chicago Federal Reserve Bank and one of the Fed’s most outspoken doves, said interest rates should stay near zero until the jobless rate falls to at least 6.5 percent. Such a policy would carry ‘only minimal inflation risks,’ and could boost growth faster than otherwise, he said.

Evans, who rotates into a voting seat on the Fed’s policy-setting panel in January, also said the Fed should step up its program of quantitative easing in the new year to keep its overalllevel of asset purchases at $85 billion a month for most, if not all, of 2013.

But Dallas Fed President Richard Fisher, a self-identified inflation hawk, said the U.S. central bank could get into trouble if it does not set a limit on the amount of assets it is willing to buy.

‘You cannot expand without limits without horrific consequences,’ he told reporters on the sidelines of the conference organized by the Levy Economics Institute in Berlin. ‘There is no infinity in monetary policy, we know that from the German experience.’

No one at the privately-owned US central bank has been able to explain how spending $85 billion per month ($1.02 trillion for 2013) on these purchases will reduce unemployment and maintain dollar pricestability, the only tasks the Fed is charged with.

In fact, they don’t even pretend to be achieving these duties anymore. Both Evans and Fisher agreed that fixing unemployment is more important than controlling high inflation. Therefore, they’re willing to trade one for the other.

“I am not worried about inflation right now, I am worried about an underemployed workforce in America,” said Fisher indicating that he is willing to go along to get along despite his “horrific consequences” remark.

U S fed state govts eliminating private pensions and retirement accounts

 Fellowship of the Minds

Conservatives who love America

By Dr. Eowyn

In a post nearly a year ago, I sounded this warning:

The governments of five European countries — Hungary, Poland, Bulgaria, Ireland and France – have taken over their citizens’ private pension money to make up deficits and budget shortfalls. Given the American Left’s oft-stated admiration for Europeans, who are further down the ruinous road of socialism than the United Statesthis should sound the alarm for all Americans who want to hang onto our private pensions and savings.

That was not paranoia speaking because a year before, in January 2010,Bloomberg’s Business Week had reported that the Obama administration wanted to convert all 401(k) savings and Individual Retirement Accounts (IRAs) into annuities or other steady payment streams.

Business Week also reported that the Treasury and Labor Departments was planning to solicit the public’s reaction, although a report by the Investment Company Institute had already found that Americans oppose any government initiatives that would force us to give up control over our 401(k) accounts. Seven in 10 U.S. households indicated they wanted to preserve their present retirement account features and flexibility, and objected to the idea of the government requiring retirees to convert part of their savings into annuities that supposedly guarantee a steady payment for life.

Now, it appears the Obama administration and state governments indeed are moving to get rid of private pensions and retirement plans.

Linda Stern reports for Reuters, Feb. 29, 2012, that baby boomers may be the last generation to retire with 401(k) plans. A week before, a hearing on the future of pensions and retirement was held in the U.S. Senate, attended by representatives of unions, employers, financial services providers, government agencies and consumer groups. The only thing they all seemed to agree on was that the 401(k) plan has been sort of a failure, which is a most curious consensus, given the fact that current and future retirees have successfully amassed some $4.3 trillion in 401(k) and other defined contribution accounts.

Stern reports that “policymakers are now looking beyond the once-vaunted 401(k) because it has two significant shortcomings: (1) It’s not powerful enough to secure the retirements of low-income workers who can’t afford to stash away enough money; and (2) It leaves each accountholder alone to manage risks.” Without being able to pool risk, participants have to settle for lower returns and lower withdrawals. That, in turn, reduces the amount that they can spend in retirement, and reduces the likelihood that their money will last until they die.

Blah, blah, blah.

In other words, there is a rising crescendo of voices calling for the conversion of privately-managed 401(k) and IRAs in favor of Government Retirement Accounts (GRAs) — government-managed retirement instruments like annuities that “promise” to “guarantee” retirees a “steady stream of retirement income” that’ll last until they die.

Sounds just like Social Security, doesn’t it? The government takes money out of our monthly paychecks and puts it into our separate Social Security accounts. In return, when we retire, we’ll get a Social Security check every month until we die.

And we all know how well that turns out.

Stern concludes her report for Reuters by warning that policy changes down the road could change the shape of our retirement savings significantly because “everything from a curtailing of 401(k) tax breaks to new state-run programs is under consideration somewhere, by somebody.”

NewsMax report describes the latest move towards replacing private pensions and retirement plans with Government-run Retirement Accounts (GRAs):

The Latest move can be found in the Obama Administration`s, 256 page-FY 2013 Budget Proposal.  The revival of his 2008 presidential run, the “Automatic IRA” which has now “Evolved” into two proposals:

Secure Choice Pension & Government Retirement Accounts (GRA’s), both of which automatically “Mandate” 5%-6% contributions into Government Run Pension funds.

One feature of GRAs  is once a participant dies, the uncollected equity belongs to the government.  It’s no wonder the Retirement age for GRAs will be 67, and one proposal calls for 69 years of age.  They’re “off the hook” as soon as you’re dead.

Another change to the retirement account laws, the Tax Benefit.  The current Tax Deduction will be replaced with a “Credit”, which is only redeemable after retirement. To be Eligible for the Tax Credit, you will be given the “Option” to place Your Equity into Annuities composed of U.S Treasury Bonds, that will payout an estimated 3% annually.

Yes, you`ll be Investing/Buying what China No longer wants, U.S. Debt(Treasury-Bonds). […]

No matter who wins [the 2012 presidential eleciton], our government is Neck-Deep in Debt. When faced with the Reality of a Complete government Collapse… a Politician will do, what a Politician, needs to do!   The $4.6 Trillion in IRA’s and the $4.3 Trillion in 401(k)s … are all too tempting!

Some legislators already have introduced bills toward transforming Americans’ private pensions and retirement accounts into Government Retirement Accounts (GRAs):

  • California state bill, SB 1234: Golden State Retirement Trust – A bill introduced on February 23, 2012, by California congressman Kevin De Leon, to replace private pensions and retirement accounts with GRAs. Here’s a quote from SB 1234: “Existing federal law provides for tax-qualified retirement plans and individual retirement accounts or individual retirement annuities by which private citizens may save money for retirement. This bill would establish the Golden State Retirement Savings Trust Act, which would create the Golden State Retirement Savings Trust that would be administered by the Golden State Retirement Savings Investment Board, which would also be established by the bill. The bill would require eligible employers, as defined, and would authorize other employers to enroll eligible employees, as defined, into an employer-sponsored retirement plan or pension plan, as specified, offered by the trust, or a personal pension in the case of a nonparticipating employer, as specified. The bill would require a specified percentage of the annual salary of an eligible employee participating in the retirement or pension plan to be deposited in the Golden State Retirement Savings Trust, which would be segregated into a program fund and an administrative fund, both of which would be continuously appropriated to the board for purposes of the act. The bill would limit expenditures from the administrative fund, as specified.”
  • Connecticut state bill HB 5337: An act “to create a task force to study the need for a public retirement plan,” introduced on May 6, 2012, by Lauren Schmitz, a research analyst at the Bernard L Schwartz Center for Economic Analysis, the very same institution that had originated the GRA concept.
  • Other states such as, Massachusetts, Florida and Ohio have made or are actively conducting moves such as GRAs.

And what will happen to all those Government Retirement Accounts? Why, like that mythic Social Security “trust fund,” the money in those GRAs will simply be dumped into the government’s ever-dwindling general funds to pay for the government’s ever-increasing expenses, of course!

Don’t believe me?

In May 2011, with little media publicity, the Obama administration began raiding the pensions of federal government employees to keep funding government operations. (Read more, here.)

Is Secession Healthy Decentralization or Divide-and-Rule?

Eric Blair
Activist Post

If the centralization of power is one of the biggest threats to human freedom, wouldn’t decentralization be considered the solution? Sounds reasonable, but some say decentralization, or secession, is a divide-and-conquer tactic by the elite. So which is it?

First, a bit of background for those unfamiliar with the ruling class’ agenda. All researchers would agree that the “end game” for the ruling class is complete consolidation of power into a one-world government and a one-world currency. In other words, the goal of the elite is to control all nations from a single central office.

However, individual nations are beginning to realize that their participation in larger political and monetary unions has resulted in significantly less autonomy, and secession movements are popping up everywhere in the Western world.

Greece has been talking about leaving the European Union for over a year, and now the majority of British citizens are also in favor of seceding from the EU. Likewise, smaller territories are at the point of voting in referendums to separate from their nation states. Scottish citizens will be voting on an independence referendum to secede from the UK, while the state of Catalonia has a similar measure to separate from Spain.

In the United States, state secession petitions have been filed on the White House website for all 50 states, with several already surpassing the 25,000 signatures needed to demand a response from the Administration. Originally the U.S. was established as a federation of states, each with their own sovereignty. This was until the Civil War made clear that no state was free to leave the Union, at least not without a fight.

Recently, voters in two US states sought to flex their sovereign muscles by legalizing marijuana, which remains a violation of federal law. Even more telling of overt centralization of power, the U.N. says marijuana legalization can’t happen at the state level in America because of its commitments to international drug treaties. This development has some wondering if it will teach proponents of big government the dangers involved with centralization of power.

Now on to the question at hand: Is the secession movement a healthy development toward decentralization of power, or a ploy to divide-and-rule once the whole is weakened?

Liberty icon Ron Paul calls secession an “American principle” and says it’s the right of sovereign territories when they feel tyranny from the federal government can’t be restrained through other methods. He correctly states that the U.S. came into being by essentially seceding from England, and also points to the decentralization of the former Soviet Union as positive results from secession.

Watch the video below for his analysis of the idea:

He recently wrote that a free society means your are free to leave:

In a free country, governments derive their power from the consent of the governed. When the people have very clearly withdrawn their consent for a law, the discussion should be over. If the Feds refuse to accept that and continue to run roughshod over the people, at what point do we acknowledge that that is not freedom anymore? At what point should the people dissolve the political bands which have connected them with an increasingly tyrannical and oppressive federal government? And if people or states are not free to leave the United States as a last resort, can they really think of themselves as free?

The underlying philosophy behind Paul’s stance is that a bloated central government will naturally erode civil liberties, and the closer one gets to local control of issues, the easier it is to protect the rights of individuals. Thus, human freedom has a better chance to prosper under a smaller, more decentralized or localized system of governance.

The only problem, assuming the federal government would let states peacefully secede, is that you can’t guarantee what type of government you’ll have and who they’ll be beholden to after it secedes. More on this in a moment….

It has long been known that one of the tactics used by the global elite to centralize their power is to divide a strong territory in order to conquer it under their flag. This ‘order out of chaos’ has been effectively used throughout history, most recently in the Arab Spring. Many researchers would also cite the breakup of the former USSR as an example of this strategy.

In other words, a strong Soviet Union, much like a strong United States, poses a threat to those who wish to control all nations with one central authority; therefore, they must be weakened or destroyed to bring about this New World Order.

In a recent article Secessionism and New World Order, noted historian and author Webster Tarpley calls secession a “crackpot” idea by the right wing who are duping people into “inevitable threat of anarchy, violence and civil war” which would usher in faster imperialism for the banking elite.

Tarpley writes:

What Ron Paul’s deluded followers do not seem to grasp is that secessionism, Balkanization, and the partition of large nations represent indispensable steps towards what they would call the New World Order. The New World Order aims at the destruction of the modern sovereign nation state and its replacement with a universal empire presided over by the International Monetary Fund, World Bank, World Trade Organization, Bank for International Settlements, and NATO ruling over a fragmented crazy quilt world map of petty, squabbling, impotent little microstates, ministates, rump states, and failed states, none of which would have enough power to oppose Exxon Mobil, J.P. Morgan Chase, Halliburton, or a medium-sized private military firm.

Ron Paul is totally on board for this kind of New World Order. He notoriously told the House of Representatives on March 13, 2001 that ‘there is nothing to fear from globalism, free trade and a single worldwide currency.’ These three elements are in fact the guaranteed destruction of existing nations.

Zbigniew Brzezinski’s theory of such a world prescribes micro-states and mini-states as a means of guaranteeing ‘dignity,’ meaning a localist, parochialist, and particularist polity for every affinity group on the planet. George Soros supports ‘partition studies’ at think tanks and universities to facilitate the demise of the modern state. Among reactionaries, Bernard Lewis of the British Arab Bureau has long studied methods for dividing Pakistan into four parts, Iran into five parts, and Libya into three parts, as well as for carving Turkey, Syria, Iraq, and Iran by creating an independent Kurdistan. Iraq is already divided into three parts as a result of US occupation. The US and British have cooperated to divide Sudan into two parts.

Modern imperialism thrives on partition and Balkanization. There was a good case to be made for keeping the USSR together, minus the Baltic and Tran Caucasus states, but the nomenklatura of all the union republics decided that secession was the best way of maintaining oligarchical privilege. This was also exactly what the Anglo-American imperialists demanded. The carving of Czechoslovakia into two parts soon followed. The breakup of Yugoslavia was promoted by NATO, which then proceeded to further detach Kosovo from Serbia, placing it under criminal rule. The British have long supported separatist movements in Spain, Italy, and many other countries, and these are being activated today.

Power will do anything to hold onto power including fighting their own citizens. And when there is a genuine rift movement, the powers-that-be will either co-opt it to steer or discredit it, or they’ll break it by creating as much chaos as possible in order to appear to be saviors when the dust settles.

The eurozone is currently experiencing this exact scenario. As EU nations awaken to their lost sovereignty, Brussels is doing everything they can to hold the EU together, while at the same time welcoming a certain amount of chaos for two reasons: 1) To appear necessary to provide bailouts to ensure further enslavement to the banks, and 2) To create a central EU Treasury that can levy taxes directly on member nations.

Buried in this example is what is perhaps more important than seceding from a political union – seceding from monetary unions – because that’s where the real power lies. Granted, the ECB (European Central Bank), the Federal Reserve, and the IMF have very little to do with things like marijuana laws. Yet, they have everything to do with determining tax-and-spend policies of supposedly autonomous democratic territories.

The truth of the House of Rothschild banking dynasty’s infamous maxim — “Give me control of a nation’s currency and I care not who makes the laws” — proves that monetary policy trumps any form of government.

Even though former colonies of America, Canada, and Australia technically won their political independence from the Crown, the royal money changers remain in control of their private central banks. Incidentally, these bankers also have control of most influential multinational corporations as well. You know, the ones that everyone complains “own” the US government.

This is clearly spelled out in the video below:

So it’s not enough to declare independence and decentralize political control without addressing monetary sovereignty. Prince Andrew, the Duke of York, made this clear at Davos this year when he made fun of suffering eurozone nations by taunting ‘At least we’ve our own currency‘.

If states in the US were allowed to secede, but do not create a new monetary system for themselves, they will be no better off than Greece or Spain in the European Union. They will be forced into large debts payable to private bankers who will demand brutal tax-and-cut packages that destroy sovereignty worse than any political authority could force in a democracy.

Tarpley adds:

If Scotland secedes, it will keep the Queen of England as head of state, and will still be subject to the Commonwealth, the European Central Bank, the European Commission, the WTO, NATO, and the International Monetary Fund. Since this is so, what is the point?

Every rational attempt to lead humanity out of the current crisis involves fighting back against Wall Street, the City of London, the Bank for International Settlements, the IMF, NATO, and related institutions. Secessionism does nothing to curb these institutions, and instead abandons any ideological or agitational struggle against them. It helps the empire by weakening the nations. It ignores the fact, long recognized by US supporters of states’ rights, that smaller entities are easier for oligarchs to control than larger entities, because in larger entities the conflicting interests of oligarchical factions tend to cancel each other out, giving the people a greater chance.

Realizing that the global ruling class eventually wants a one-world currency through which they’ll control everything through debt-based money they create from thin air, they’ll have to weaken or destroy the current world reserve currency – the US Dollar – and the union that it derives its backing from.

So, yes, the secession movement could very well be a ploy to divide-and-rule after all. While at the same time it is also true that smaller more localized governments are far superior to protecting individual liberty.

Although the US Constitution sought to ensure liberty at the federal level, it failed to address the details of money creation and taxation. If a new nation state hopes to protect individual liberty and economic autonomy, they must, at the very least, have a Constitution-level founding document that clearly spells out monetary policy and the limits of taxation for the optimal benefit of citizens. Otherwise, decentralization seems like a waste of time.

One does not have to be a genius to see the logic of Mr. Blair’s conclusion on secession; however, like everyone else he has avoided the one single act that would return the world to sane national governments. The total elimination of the worlds Banking Cartel, and the confiscation of their assets.

When one considers the human agony they are directly responsible for, the hundreds of millions of deaths, and the billions of dollars of assets destroyed, not to mention the regression of societies world wide, plus the fact that society has been conditioned to accept murder by government as an acceptable means of problem solving, this old dog say’s what’s good for the goose is good for the gander. String them all up and let the buzzards have the left-over’s. The remaining problem would be, what do we do with the liberal supporters of these absolute tyrants?

Of course, we need to have a plan of reconstruction, and if anything good has come out of this mess, it is the thousands of activist who have surfaced to National Attention, with exceptional abilities to discern, communicate, and convince supporters. The whole world is desperate for knowledgeable leadership with the ability to explain the sequence of events that has led to this societal convulsion, and elucidate the road to recovery. Fortunately, we now have thousands of capable new leaders to choose from. With luck, maybe Mr. Blair will be one of them.

Obama Begins Push for New National Retirement System

By: Steve Foley

A recent hearing sponsored by the Treasury and Labor Departments marked the beginning of the Obama Administration’s effort to nationalize the nation’s pension system and to eliminate private retirement accounts including IRA’s and 401k plans, NSC is warning.

The hearing, held in the Labor Department’s main auditorium, was monitored by NSC staff and featured a line up of left-wing activists including one representative of the AFL-CIO who advocated for more government regulation over private retirement accounts and even the establishment of government-sponsored annuities that would take the place of 401k plans.

“This hearing was set up to explore why Americans are not saving as much for their retirement as they could,” explains National Seniors Council National Director Robert Crone, “However, it is clear that this is the first step towards a government takeover. It feels just like the beginning of the debate over health care and we all know how that ended up.”

A representative of the liberal Pension Rights Center, Rebecca Davis, testified that the government needs to get involved because 401k plans and IRAs are unfair to poor people. She demanded the Obama administration set up a “government-sponsored program administered by the PBGC (the governments’ Pension Benefit Guarantee Corporation).” She proclaimed that even “private annuities are problematic.”

Such “reforms” would effectively end private retirement accounts in America, Crone warns. “These people want the government to require that ultimately all Americans buy these government annuities instead of saving or investing on their own. The Government could then take these trillions of dollars and redistribute it through this new national retirement system.”

Deputy Treasury Secretary J. Mark Iwry, who presided over the hearing, is a long-time critic of 401k plans because he believes they benefit the rich. He also appears to be one of the Administration’s point man on this issue.

“This whole issue is moving forward very quickly,” warns Crone. “Already there is a bill requiring all businesses to automatically enroll their employees in IRA plans in which part of every employee’s paycheck would be automatically deducted and deposited into this account. If this passes, the government will be just one step away from being able to confiscate all these retirement accounts.”

NSC has taken the lead in warning the nation about this new government onslaught and is plotting ways to stop it.

“This effort ultimately is designed to grab the retirement nest eggs of America’s senior citizens. This new government annuity scheme, even if it is at first optional, will turn into a giant effort to redistribute the wealth of America’s older citizens,” explains Crone. “This scheme mirrors what I expect the President will try to do with Social Security. He wants to turn that program into a welfare program, too.”

NSC will likely unveil a new grassroots campaign effort later this year or early in January to coincide with the seating of the new Congress.

From the National Seniors Council

There is nothing wrong with secession and everything wrong with a tyrannical federal government.

By Olddog

Every time I open an email and read about how deeply they love America and cannot understand why anyone would want to leave it, I want to puke. How can anyone have obtained the age of reason, and remain ignorant of the original intent of the founders and their justification for keeping the States sovereign, while constructing a limited federal government? Also, how can anyone capable of picking their nose not see how America has been subjected to the most tyrannical abuse of power ever imagined?

Look at it this way; we have all been subjected to a massive and effective brain washing all of our life, that makes it a sin to not love America. But, just what is America, but either a land mass, or a few hundred million people, or 50 sovereign States? I suppose there will be several answers from the dull and ignorant public, but the original intent was to form a family of States who retained the power to govern their selves, and their citizens, but had committed to be subjected to certain restrictions of conduct between their selves, and a federal government was the mediator with the bottom line. How simple is that?

How hard is it to understand that the term “We the People” was only the founding Fathers, and not the whole damn country. Who in their right mind would accept being born subject to an agreement they knew nothing about?

That is stupid to say the least. The people of each State were born in subjection to the State they were born in, and the State had made a contract with other States which was to be administered by the federal government.

It was not until much later that the fourteenth amendment made everyone dual citizens owning allegiance to both the State of their Birth, and the Feds.

No one can be sure now, but for all of my life I understood I could move any damn place I wanted without asking permission from any body. Now, there is no single person alive who can memorize all of the laws we are subjected too, and I would not be surprised to learn that this letter is illegal. (I could care less) because, in my heart I am not subject to anyone but God. That’s the spirit our founders had, and I don’t give a shit who disagrees. Personally, I don’t need to be forced to obey certain ethical laws; I do so because I want to.

If the average person would start thinking of their self as a State citizen instead of an American, it would go a long way in understanding what I am trying to say here. I’m a Hoosier by birth, and in my mind I have divorced Indiana and married North Carolina. The federal government is just a bully I have not the power to make leave me alone.

In the first place the feds were not supposed to have anything to do with the people; they were the enforcers of certain rules of conduct between the states, period! They should have no contact with the sovereign citizens of each state.

Look up the history of how the fourteenth amendment was rammed through in the dead of night by the Republican party. Too bad no one had the balls to complain. Another thing each citizen should do is read something besides a comic book or the sport page of their local News Liars. How about this list of books instead!

These are just a starter to get your mind headed in the right direction, but if you really are hurting inside and want to know what has really been going on in America, you are going to have to do a lot more reading than playing. Contrary to what every one else is saying, it’s not too late to take back our freedom if you can muster up the balls to fight back and study. All it would really take is to string up a bunch of International Investment Bankers, and confiscate their wealth.

Biometric Gunshot Surveillance Net Will ID Shooters in Real Time Across America

 By Brandon Turbeville

With the recent announcement regarding San Diego police who are now using facial recognition technology to build and maintain a massive biometric database of their citizens, as well as the nationwide roll-out of department store dummies equipped with cameras and microphones used to recognize, record, and monitor shoppers, it appears that the biometric databasing of the American people has now been turned to overdrive.

However, treasonous law enforcement and Big Brother department store dummies are not the only methods by which the American people are being surveilled by recently introduced technology.

Now, programs have been developed that are able to detect gun shots from miles away in conjunction with high-resolution cameras and facial recognition software that allows for not only the location of the shots but the direct biometric identification of the shooter.

Essentially, the new programs being prepared for implementation all over the country (and the world), are designed to detect gun shots from a remote location via acoustic sensors. When the gunshots are detected and located through a quick process of triangulation, a high-resolution camera is then used to photograph the shooter’s face, which is then processed through a biometric database to determine the person’s identity. If the shooter is not yet enrolled in the police state database, the new technology can actually create a new record using the photograph.
In an excellent report entitled, “FaceFirst’s biometric software can use a database of photos to identify you in public,” which details the emerging facial recognition technologies, MassPrivateI, states, “The companies say this is the world’s first such detector to instantly ID a shooter, and aim to make it available to law enforcement agencies and private physical security firms.”

This new technology is a product of the partnership between at least two firms of the military-industrial complex that have been altered and retrofitted to appear as private industry for the domestic sector. These two firms – Safety Dynamics and Airborne Biometrics Group (ABG) – are thinly veiled creatures of the stampeding DARPA-style surveillance state and shadow government infrastructure now firmly in place the world over.

The heart of the program centers around the combination of Safety Dynamics’ already operational gunshot detection software and ABG’s FaceFirst facial recognition software.

As Homeland Security Newswire writes,

Individuals who fire weapons with criminal intent will now have to think twice now that Safety Dynamics Inc. and FaceFirst have decided to join forces.

Working together, Safety Dynamics will combine its gunshot detection technology with FaceFirst’s facial recognition capabilities to automatically identify a shooter’s face in real-time.

Whenever Safety Dynamics’ acoustic ballistic sensors detect a shot it will automatically zero in on the exact location and direct a high-resolution camera to zoom in and capture the shooter’s face. At that point FaceFirst’s software will run the shooter’s face against a biometric database to determine their identity or create a new facial record if they are unknown.

For those who might be wondering about the source of the images contained in the “biometric database” that is referred to in the quote above, the answer is quite simple – everywhere. Although it is well-known that the US government is attempting to establish (and probably already has established) a Total Information Awareness Network of surveillance on each and every American citizen, the fact is that this work has been largely done for them.

This is because, in addition to programs like NGI, US-VISIT, IDENT, and S-COMM, photo identification requirements, airports, city streets, shopping centers, and other public sources of surveillance, voluntary facial photographs like those posted on dating sites, Facebook, and personal websites also make up a great deal of the images in the new biometric database to be accessed by the new software tag team.

As GovTech.com writes,

The technology necessary to perform facial recognition is cheaper and easier than every before, according to Facing Facts: Best Practices for Common Uses of Facial Recognition Technologies, a best practices guide released by the U.S. Federal Trade Commission that explores the possibilities that facial recognition technology can bring. According to the guide, a 2011 Carnegie Mellon study showed that researchers identified individuals ‘in previously unidentified photos from a dating site by using facial recognition technology to match them to their Facebook profile photos.’

Facial recognition technology is indeed becoming much more affordable as are the technological capabilities to record, monitor, and store the digital, audio, and video data for literally every single American citizen as a report from the Brookings Institution entitled, “Recording Everything: Digital Storage as an Enabler of Authoritarian Governments,” has suggested.

It should be noted, of course, that the FaceFirst software is especially designed to work in tandem with government “lists.” This much is stated clearly on the FaceFirst website which states,

As individuals enter your facility, FaceFirst’s high-speed face-tracking camera and proprietary software instantly detect and identify all known terrorists, felons and con artists on a customized database of local, state and federal agency lists. You can also add your company’s internal databases of trespassers, fired employees and other persons of interest — plus similar watch lists of other participating companies.

Alerts are instantly sent as e-mail, SMS or MMS messaging) to the devices you specify — cell phones or PDAs or computers — so that your security staff can deny access to and/or detain the individual. You can also configure alerts to be automatically e-mailed to law enforcement authorities and/or key government officials.

FaceFirst improves your security team’s efficiency by sharpening their focus on prior offenders — before they attempt to present bogus credentials harass staff or instigate an attack.

Yet, the gunshot detection/facial recognition program is not something completely novel to the police state of America. Indeed, all across the country similar programs are being introduced and, in some locations, these types of technologies have already been in use for some time.

Safety Dynamics has already been involved with many of just these types of programs.

For instance, the SENTRI Gunshot Detection program, developed by Safety Dynamics, is actually used by the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco. The Safety Dynamics website describes how the program works by stating, “If a shooter discharges a weapon inside the building, the SENTRI system will lock down all security doors to the bank, trapping the shooter inside. This SENTRI application demonstrates the significant value of gunshot detection for the purpose of asset protection for federal facilities—both indoors and outdoors.” Admittedly, not a bad idea for high-security situations. That is, of course, unless you are unfortunate to be locked inside with the shooter.

However, other applications for SENTRI are much more questionable in nature and much more conducive to outright police state mechanisms. Indeed, these programs have been rolled out onto city streets all over the country such as Baltimore, Baton Rouge, Tuscon, and Los Angeles.

Again, one need only reference the website of Safety Dynamics to discover the basic justification and method of operation for the SENTRI Gunshot Detection programs. It states,

State of the art technology that could play a huge role someday in fighting crime is in Tucson, AZ. It’s called instant gunfire recognition–and this essentially is how it works: A shot is fired in a metropolitan area, within one second of the shooter pulling the trigger, microphones pick it up, a camera zooms in and authorities instantly have some idea who and what they’re dealing with.

‘So in most cases, the shooter hasn’t even begun to drop their arm yet and we’re already looking at the scene,’ said Wayne Lundeberg, Chief Operating Officer of Safety Dynamics: a Tucson-based company with gunshot detection technology in the US and Mexico.

In relation to the program’s use in Baltimore:

City police hope they will one day have an easier time solving shootings with the help of new technology. The latest police tool to catch criminals is being tested on top of some blue light cameras. It’s gunshot detection. “The way the technology is designed is that the sensor would actually redirect the camera in the direction in which the shot sound came from,” said Cheryl Goldstein with the Baltimore mayor’s office. Each sensor is supposed to be able to hear a gunshot within 600 feet. That’s about the distance from a blue light camera to one or two city blocks. For now there are two sensors installed in East Baltimore. The city is working with the vendor, Safety Dynamics, to make sure the system is worth the investment before buying anything. Johns Hopkins used a different vendor last year. “What the city is looking for is a gunshot technology that can identify a gunshot, and will not alert when there’s other noise.” said Goldstein. So far the city says the two sensors are showing promise.

Baton Rouge:

The new gunshot detection units will allow Baton Rouge police to transport the crime prevention functions of SENTRI to areas of immediate need and special community events. Crime rates at Safety Dynamics installations typically fall 14% with the presence of the new technology and a 35% drop in shootings and calls to 911 are realized within weeks. The Baton Rouge Police like the idea of moving SENTRI to various locations in the city that are seeing high rates of crime and for local community events to increase public safety through the SENTRI’s unmatched detection and localization of gunshots in less than one second.

Los Angeles:

Los Angeles County Sheriff Lee Baca, Los Angeles Police Chief William Bratton and other police officials gathered at a news conference to announce the completion of work to install Safety Dynamics’ SENTRI gunshot detection for urban crime prevention in the city of Compton. SENTRI units consisting of a camera and four microphones were scattered all over town a month ago, officials said. ‘As soon as it hears shots fired, boom, the cameras turn,’ said sheriff’s Lt. Scott Edson. The SENTRI unit is able to detect shots fired from within a quarter-mile radius and can even distinguish the type of rounds fired, said sheriff’s Lt. David Telley. The unit employs neural networks, so it can listen for the temporal pattern of a gunshot and ignore similar sounds, like a bus backfire. The Sheriff’s Department had tried similar technology, but Edson said the older equipment does not have cameras, only listening devices. ‘It’s going to be like another eye for us, which will help us apprehend any suspects,’ Deputy Tony Bowie said of the new technology.

Similarly, another program related to gunshot detection that has gained much more attention in recent years is theShotspotter technology. Shotspotter is yet another program designed to recognize gunshots and transmit the information recorded to law enforcement agencies. Shotspotter is not unique to major cities; however, as even smaller areas such asRocky Mount, North Carolina are using the product. Obviously, it goes without saying that the technology comes at great cost to the average taxpayer.

Of course, the programs mentioned above are not combined with facial recognition software. However, one of Safety Dynamics’ programs can be seen as a precursor to the partnership with ABG both in the sense that it was itself a partnership with another surveillance company as well as the fact that it also involved the combination of gunshot detection with surveillance cameras.

This program is the partnership between Safety Dynamics and ELSAG North America, who manufactures high-resolution cameras with an impressive reading capacity for the photographs taken. ELSAG’s cameras were combined with Safety Dynamics SENTRI gunshot recognition program and the combo is now being marketed to law enforcement agencies all across the country.

None of the programs mentioned previously, however, are quite as advanced as the partnership between Safety Dynamics and ABG, the focus of this article. As previously stated, this program combines gunshot detection technology with both high-resolution cameras and facial recognition software to produce a surveillance net that is, at least currently, unparalleled in the United States. Unparalleled, at least, when compared to programs that have been officially admitted to being currently operational.

Of course, one should not be surprised that the companies developing, manufacturing, and marketing the technology of control such as ABG, Safety Dynamics, and ELSAG North America are selling their country and their fellow citizens down the river. While money itself always provides enough of a motive for the majority of people to abandon what little sense of morality and freedom they have, the fact is that these companies are not basic free-market startup initiatives. In reality, they are as much a part of the military-industrial complex as DARPA and the US military itself.

The only difference between corporations such as these and the Homeland Security/Shadow Government/Surveillance State establishment is that these companies masquerade under the cover of private enterprise. While they may be private ventures on paper, they are attached at the hip to the defense industry itself.

For instance, Airborne Biometrics Group (ABG) is actually a spin-off corporation of Airborne Technologies, Inc. (ATI), a firm founded in 1980 as “a defense contractor supplying aircraft structural parts to the U. S. government and other countries flying U.S.-manufactured aircraft.” In 2003, ATI became a partner with Lockheed Martin, another giant of the military-industrial complex, solidifying its place as the first manufacturing licensee for Lockheed.

Likewise, Safety Dynamics is also a player in the military industrial complex game. Safety Dynamics is not just involved with the development of technologies such as gunshot detection programs but also with projects involving the US Navy, the U.S. Army Research Laboratory, and the University of Southern California Neuroscience program.

Interestingly enough, Theodore W. Berger, co-founder of Safety Dynamics is also a biomedical engineering professor at USC as part of the Center for Neural Engineering and the Viterbi School of Engineering at USC. Berger was also the recipient of the Lockheed Senior Research Award and was co-editor of Toward Replacement Parts for the Brain: Implantable Electronics as the Next Era in Neural Prosthetics published in 2001.

Berger was also involved in an experiment conducted conjointly between USC and Wake Forest University in which a brain implant was tested on rats with findings that revealed the implants could actually restore lost memories.

Lastly, ELSAG North America is actually a subsidiary of Finmeccanica, an Italy-based company which is nonetheless a part of the military-industrial complex surveillance state defense contractor world. Finmeccanica describes itself as

one of the world’s leading high-tech companies, operating in the design and manufacture of helicopters, defense electronics, civil and military aircraft, aerostructures, satellites, space infrastructures, and missiles. It plays a leading role in the European aerospace and defense industry and participates in some of the biggest international programs in the sector through well-established alliances with European and American partners.
Clearly, the United States and the rest of the world is moving toward the point of no return in regards to the surveillance state that is no longer creeping but rushing forward with lightning speed. While gunshot detector technology represents a disastrous encroachment upon the right to privacy and the fourth amendment, it is also an unfortunate reality that this technology is just one of many.

The entire world is fast reaching a point of do or die (literally) where the people who inhabit it will have to make some hard choices soon or they will be forever unable to do so.
