After a Missouri grand jury declined to indict Darren Wilson for killing Michael Brown this week, it became clear immediately that Ferguson prosecutor Bob McCulloch presented the case in a way that was bound to fail. Many critics say this appears to have been entirely intentional on the prosecutor’s part.

What those critics (and McCulloch) might not know is that the Supreme Court’s conservative firebrand, Antonin Scalia, explicitly laid out the role of grand juries in the 1992 Supreme Court case of United States v. Williams, and it is in stark contrast with what McCulloch did. Scalia wrote:

It is the grand jury’s function not ‘to enquire … upon what foundation [the charge may be] denied,’ or otherwise to try the suspect’s defenses, but only to examine ‘upon what foundation [the charge] is made’ by the prosecutor. Respublica v. Shaffer, 1 Dall. 236 (O. T. Phila. 1788); see also F. Wharton, Criminal Pleading and Practice § 360, pp. 248-249 (8th ed. 1880). As a consequence, neither in this country nor in England has the suspect under investigation by the grand jury ever been thought to have a right to testify or to have exculpatory evidence presented.

The passage was first highlighted by attorney Ian Samuel, a former clerk to Justice Scalia.

McCulloch allowed Wilson to testify for hours and made sure the grand jury was aware of every possible piece of evidence that could exculpate the cop. In his rambling press conference Monday night, McCulloch explained that the refusal to indict resulted from the combination of contradictory eyewitness testimony and other exculpatory evidence. But it was immediately obvious to legal experts that the way the prosecutor presented the evidence virtually guaranteed that there would be no indictment, and therefore no trial. As the cliche goes, a prosecutor can get a grand jury to indict a ham sandwich. But, it should be added, the prosecutor has to want the ham sandwich to be indicted.

In contrast with Scalia, here are McCulloch’s instructions to the grand jury before they began deliberating:

And you must find probable cause to believe that Darren Wilson did not act in lawful self-defense and you must find probable cause to believe that Darren Wilson did not use lawful force in making an arrest. If you find those things, which is kind of like finding a negative, you cannot return an indictment on anything or true bill unless you find both of those things. Because both are complete defenses to any offense and they both have been raised in his, in the evidence.

Sounds a bit like a defense lawyer, no? It was only by McCulloch’s inclusion of Wilson’s testimony, that evidence to support these “complete defenses,” was heard. Either McCulloch is completely ignorant of the history of how grand juries work as codified by Scalia, or something more sinister.

Scalia has not commented directly on the Ferguson ruling.

One thing seems abundantly clear to me, and that is America will sooner or later become a very dangerous place to live, and the police will be the enemy of the people with little resemblance to the past. The law has been our enemy for decades and now the cops will be their acknowledged enforcers. Don’t let Scalia throw you off, he would not be lawyer if he was honest. And don’t expect much support from the sheeple. You’re on your own now.

On November 22 Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov told the Council on Foreign and Defense Policy in Moscow that Washington treats Russia as “subhumans” and has forced Russia into a “game of chicken” in order to determine whether Russia will blink or defend its national interests. I’m happy to be at this annual Assembly of the Council on Foreign and Defence Policy (Russian abbreviation SVOP). It is always a great pleasure for me to meet people and feel the intellectual potential, which enables the Council, its leaders and representatives to respond to global developments and analyse them. Their analysis is always free from any hysteria, and its members offer well-grounded and solid arguments, taking a step back, since those caught in the midst of events can hardly adopt an unbiased perspective. We are inevitably influenced by the developments, which makes your observations, analysis, discourse and suggestions even more valuable to us.

As far as I know, this year’s Assembly will focus on prospects for accelerating domestic growth in Russia. There is no doubt that concerted efforts by our society as a whole to bring about comprehensive economic, social and spiritual development are a prerequisite for making Russia’s future sustainable. That said, by virtue of my professional duties, I have to focus on foreign policy issues, which are still relevant for the Assembly’s agenda, since in this interconnected, globalised world, isolating internal development from the outside world is impossible.

Russia’s President Vladimir Putin provided a detailed analysis of the international developments at the Valdai Club meeting in Sochi, as well as in his interviews during his trip to Asia. For this reason, I won’t offer any conceptual observations, as everything has already been said.
Nevertheless, I would like to share with you some considerations based on our day-to-day foreign policy efforts. It is not my intention to deliver a comprehensive or clear outlook, since at this stage all forecasts are provisional, no matter who makes them. Moreover, diplomats seek to influence developments as they unfold, not contemplate them.

Naturally, I will start with Ukraine. Long before the country was plunged into the crisis, there was a feeling in the air that Russia’s relations with the EU and with the West were about to reach their moment of truth. It was clear that we could no longer continue to put issues in our relations on the back burner and that a choice had to be made between a genuine partnership or, as the saying goes, “breaking pots.” It goes without saying that Russia opted for the former alternative, while unfortunately our Western partners settled for the latter, whether consciously or not. In fact, they went all out in Ukraine and supported extremists, thereby giving up their own principles of democratic regime change. What came out of it was an attempt to play chicken with Russia, to see who blinks first. As bullies say, they wanted to Russia to “chicken out” (I can’t find a better word for it), to force us to swallow the humiliation of Russians and native speakers of Russian in Ukraine.

Honourable Leslie Gelb, whom you know all too well, wrote that Ukraine’s Association Agreement with the EU had nothing to do with inviting Ukraine to join the EU and was aimed in the short term at preventing it from joining the Customs Union. This is what an impartial and unbiased person said. When they deliberately decided to go down the path of escalation in Ukraine, they forgot many things, and had a clear understanding of how such moves would be viewed in Russia. They forgot the advice of, say, Otto von Bismarck, who had said that disparaging the millions-strong great Russian people would be the biggest political mistake.

President Vladimir Putin said the other day that no one in history has yet managed to subjugate Russia to its influence. This is not an assessment, but a statement of fact. Yet such an attempt has been made to quench the thirst for expanding the geopolitical space under Western control, out of a mercantile fear to lose the spoils of what they across the Atlantic had persuaded themselves was the victory in the Cold War.

The plus of today’s situation is that everything has clicked into its place and the calculus behind the West’s actions has been revealed despite its professed readiness to build a security community, a common European home. To quote (singer/song-writer) Bulat Okudzhava, “The past is getting clearer and clearer.” The clarity is becoming more tangible. Today our task is not only to sort out the past (although that must be done), but most importantly, to think about the future.

Talks about Russia’s isolation do not merit serious discussion. I need hardly dwell on this before this audience. Of course, one can damage our economy, and damage is being done, but only by doing harm to those who are taking corresponding measures and, equally important, destroying the system of international economic relations, the principles on which it is based. Formerly, when sanctions were applied (I worked at the Russian mission to the UN at the time) our Western partners, when discussing the DPRK, Iran or other states, said that it was necessary to formulate the restrictions in such a way as to keep within humanitarian limits and not to cause damage to the social sphere and the economy, and to selectively target only the elite. Today everything is the other way around: Western leaders are publicly declaring that the sanctions should destroy the economy and trigger popular protests. So, as regards the conceptual approach to the use of coercive measures the West unequivocally demonstrates that it does not merely seek to change Russian policy (which in itself is illusory), but it seeks to change the regime — and practically nobody denies this.

President Vladimir Putin, speaking with journalists recently, said that today’s Western leaders have a limited planning horizon. Indeed, it is dangerous when decisions on key problems of the development of the world and humankind as a whole are taken on the basis of short electoral cycles: in the United States the cycle is two years and each time one has to think of or do something to win votes. This is the negative side of the democratic process, but we cannot afford to ignore it. We cannot accept the logic when we are told to resign, relax and take it as a given that everyone has to suffer because there are elections in the United States every two years. This is just not right. We will not resign ourselves to this because the stakes are too high in the fight against terror, the threats of the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction and many bloody conflicts whose negative impact goes far beyond the framework of the corresponding states and regions. The wish to do something to gain unilateral advantages or to endear oneself to the electorate ahead of another election leads to chaos and confusion in international relations.

We hear the daily repeated mantra that Washington is aware of its own exclusiveness and its duty to bear this burden, to lead the rest of the world. Rudyard Kipling spoke about “the white man’s burden.” I hope that this is not what drives Americans. The world today is not white or black, but multi-coloured and heterogeneous. Leadership in this world can be assured not by persuading oneself of one’ exclusiveness and God-given duty to be responsible for everyone, but only by the ability and craft in forming a consensus. If the US partners committed their power to this goal, this would be priceless, and Russia would be actively helping them.

However, so far, US administrative resources still work only in the NATO framework, and then with substantial reservations, and its writ does not reach beyond the North Atlantic Alliance. One proof of this is the results of US attempts to make the world community follow its line in connection with the anti-Russian sanctions and principles. I have spoken about it more than once and we have ample proof of the fact that American ambassadors and envoys across the world seek meetings at the highest level to argue that the corresponding countries are obliged to punish Russia together with them or else face the consequences. This is done with regard to all countries, including our closest allies (this speaks volumes about the kind of analysts Washington has). An overwhelming majority of the states with which we have a continuing dialogue without any restrictions and isolation, as you see, value Russia’s independent role in the international arena. Not because they like it when somebody challenges the Americans, but because they realise that the world order will not be stable if nobody is allowed to speak his mind (although privately the overwhelming majority do express their opinion, but they do not want to do so publicly for fear of Washington’s reprisals).

Many reasonable analysts understand that there is a widening gap between the global ambitions of the US Administration and the country’s real potential. The world is changing and, as has always happened in history, at some point somebody’s influence and power reach their peak and then somebody begins to develop still faster and more effectively. One should study history and proceed from realities. The seven developing economies headed by BRICS already have a bigger GDP than the Western G7. One should proceed from the facts of life, and not from a misconceived sense of one’s own grandeur.

It has become fashionable to argue that Russia is waging a kind of “hybrid war” in Crimea and in Ukraine. It is an interesting term, but I would apply it above all to the United States and its war strategy – it is truly a hybrid war aimed not so much at defeating the enemy militarily as at changing the regimes in the states that pursue a policy Washington does not like. It is using financial and economic pressure, information attacks, using others on the perimeter of a corresponding state as proxies and of course information and ideological pressure through externally financed non-governmental organisations. Is it not a hybrid process and not what we call war? It would be interesting to discuss the concept of the hybrid war to see who is waging it and is it only about “little green men.”

Apparently the toolkit of our US partners, who have become adept at using it, is much larger.

In attempting to establish their pre-eminence at a time when new economic, financial and political power centres are emerging, the Americans provoke counteraction in keeping with Newton’s third law and contribute to the emergence of structures, mechanisms, and movements that seek alternatives to the American recipes for solving the pressing problems. I am not referring to anti-Americanism, still less about forming coalitions spearheaded against the United States, but only about the natural wish of a growing number of countries to secure their vital interests and do it the way they think right, and not what they are told “from across the pond.” Nobody is going to play anti-US games just to spite the United States. We face attempts and facts of extra-territorial use of US legislation, the kidnapping of our citizens in spite of existing treaties with Washington whereby these issues are to be resolved through law enforcement and judicial bodies.

According to its doctrine of national security, the United States has the right to use force anywhere, anytime without necessarily asking the UN Security Council for approval. A coalition against the Islamic State was formed unbeknownst to the Security Council. I asked Secretary of State John Kerry why have not they gone to the UN Security Council for this.

He told me that if they did, they would have to somehow designate the status of Syria’s President Bashar al-Assad. Of course, they had to because Syria is a sovereign state and still a member of the UN (no one excluded it from UN membership). The secretary of state said it was wrong because the United States is combating terrorism and the al-Assad regime is the most important factor that galvanises terrorists from around the world and acts as a magnet attracting them to this region in an attempt to overthrow the Syrian regime.

I believe this is perverse logic. If we are talking about precedents (the United States adheres to case law), it is worth remembering the chemical disarmament in Syria when the Assad regime was a completely legitimate partner of the United States, Russia, the OPCW and others. The Americans maintain talks with the Taliban as well. Whenever the United States has an opportunity to benefit from something, it acts quite pragmatically. I’m not sure why the ideologically-driven position took the upper hand this time and the United States chose to believe that Assad cannot be a partner.

Perhaps, this is not so much an operation against the Islamic State as paving the way for toppling al-Assad under the guise of a counter-terrorist operation.

Francis Fukuyama recently wrote the book, Political Order and Political Decay, in which he argues that the efficiency of public administration in the United States is declining and the traditions of democratic governance are gradually being replaced with feudal fiefdom ruling methods. This is part of the discussion about someone who lives in a glass house and throws stones.

All of this is happening amid the mounting challenges and problems of the modern world. We are seeing a continued “tug of war” in Ukraine. Trouble is brewing on the south border of the EU. I don’t think the Middle Eastern and North African problems will go away all by themselves. The EU has formed a new commission. New foreign actors have emerged, who will face a serious fight for where to send their basic resources: either for the continuation of reckless schemes in Ukraine, Moldova, etc., within the Eastern Partnership (as advocated by an aggressive minority in the EU), or they will listen to the Southern European countries and focus on what’s happening on the other side of the Mediterranean.

This is a major issue for the EU.

So far, those who are not guided by real problems, but rather by a desire to quickly grab things from freshly turned up ground. It is deplorable.

Exporting revolutions – be they democratic, communist or others – never brings any good.

State, public and civilisational structures are actually disintegrating in the MENA region. The destructive energy released in the process can scorch states that are located far beyond this region. Terrorists (including the Islamic State) are claiming a national status. Moreover, they are already beginning to create quasi-governmental bodies there that engage in the administrative work.

On this backdrop, minorities, including Christians, are banished. In Europe, these issues are deemed not politically correct. They are ashamed when we invite them to do something about it together at the OSCE. They wonder why would we focus specifically on Christians? How is that special? The OSCE has held a series of events dedicated to keeping memories about the Holocaust and its victims alive. A few years ago, the OSCE started holding events against Islamophobia. We will be offering an analysis of the processes leading to Christianophobia.

On 4-5 December, OSCE ministerial meetings will be held in Basel, where we will present this proposal. The majority of EU member states elude this topic, because they are ashamed to talk about it. Just as they were ashamed to include in what was then the EU constitution drafted by Valery Giscard d’Estaing a phrase that Europe has Christian roots.

If you don’t remember or respect your own roots and traditions, how would you respect the traditions and values of other people? This is straightforward logic. Comparing what’s happening now in the Middle East to a period of religious wars in Europe, Israeli political scientist Avineri said that the current turmoil is unlikely to end with what the West means when it says “democratic reforms.”

The Arab-Israeli conflict is dead in the water. It’s hard to play on several boards at a time. The Americans are trying to accomplish this, but it doesn’t work for them. In 2013, they took nine months to sort out the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. I will not go into the reasons, they are known, but they failed at this as well. Now, they asked for more time to try to achieve some progress before the end of 2014, so that the Palestinians wouldn’t go to the UN and sign the Statute of the International Criminal Court, etc. Suddenly, it transpired that negotiations on Iran are underway. The US State Department dumped Palestine to focus on Iran.

US Secretary of State John Kerry and I agreed to talk on this subject some time soon. It’s important to understand that you can’t keep the problem of the Palestinian state deeply frozen forever. Failure to resolve it for nearly 70 years has been a major argument of those who recruit extremists in their ranks, “there’s no justice: it was promised to create two states; the Jewish one was created, but they will never create an Arab state.” Used on a hungry Arab street, these arguments sound quite plausible, and they start calling for a fight for justice using other methods.

Russian President Vladimir Putin said at the Valdai Club meeting in Sochi that we need a new version of interdependence. This was a very topical statement. The leading powers must return to the negotiating table and agree on a new framework that takes into account the basic legitimate interests of all the key parties (I can’t tell you what it should be called, but it should be based on the UN Charter), to agree on reasonable self-imposed restrictions and collective risk management in a system of international relations underpinned by democratic values. Our Western partners promote respect for the rule of law, democracy and minority opinion within countries, while failing to stand up for the same values in international affairs. This leaves Russia as a pioneer in promoting democracy, justice and rule of international law. A new world order can only be polycentric and should reflect the diversity of cultures and civilisations in today’s world.

You are aware of Russia’s commitment to ensuring indivisibility of security in international affairs and holding it in international law. I won’t elaborate on this.

I would like to support the point the SVOP has been making that Russia won’t succeed in becoming a major, successful and confident power of the 21st century without developing its eastern regions. Sergei Karaganov was among the first to conceptualise this idea, and I fully agree. Taking Russia’s relations with the Asia Pacific countries to a new level is an absolute priority. Russia worked along these lines at the Beijing APEC meeting and the G20 forum. We will continue moving in this direction in the new environment created by the upcoming launch of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) on 1 January 2015.

We have been treated as “subhumans.” For over a decade, Russia has been trying to establish partnership ties with NATO through CSTO. These efforts were not just about putting NATO and CSTO “in the same league.” As a matter of fact, CSTO is focused on catching drug dealers and illegal migrants around the Afghan border, and the North-Atlantic Treaty Organisation is the backbone of the international security forces, which, among other things, were tasked with fighting the terrorist threat and eliminating its financing schemes, which involve drug trafficking. We tried everything: we pleaded and then demanded real-time contact, so that once NATO detects a caravan transporting drugs and is unable to stop it, it alerts us across the border, so that this caravan could be intercepted by CSTO forces. They simply refused to talk to us. In private conversations, our NATO well-wishers (and I actually mean this in the positive way) told us that the alliance can’t view CSTO as an equal partner for ideological reasons. Until recently, we saw the same condescending and arrogant attitude with respect to the Eurasian economic integration. And that despite the fact that countries intending to join the EAEU have much more in common in terms of their economies, history and culture than many EU members. This union is not about creating barriers with anyone. We always stress how open this union is expected to be. I strongly believe that it will make a significant contribution to building a bridge between Europe and Asia Pacific.

I can’t fail to mention Russia’s comprehensive partnership with China. Important bilateral decisions have been taken, paving the way to an energy alliance between Russia and China. But there’s more to it. We can now even talk about the emerging technology alliance between the two countries. Russia’s tandem with Beijing is a crucial factor for ensuring international stability and at least some balance in international affairs, as well as ensuring the rule of international law. We will make full use of our relations with India and Vietnam, Russia’s strategic partners, as well as the ASEAN countries. We are also open to expanding cooperation with Japan, if our Japanese neighbours can look at their national interests and stop looking back at some overseas powers.

There is no doubt that the European Union is our largest collective partner. No one intends to “shoot himself in the foot” by renouncing cooperation with Europe, although it is now clear that business as usual is no longer an option. This is what our European partners are telling us, but neither do we want to operate the old way. They believed that Russia owed them something, while we want to be on an equal footing. For this reason, things will never be the same again. That said, I’m confident that we will be able to overcome this period, lessons will be learned and a new foundation for our relations will emerge.

The idea of creating a single economic and humanitarian space from Lisbon to Vladivostok can now be heard here and there and is gaining traction. Germany’s Foreign Minister, Frank-Walter Steinmeier, has said publicly (while we have been saying it for a long time) that the EU and the EAEU should engage in dialogue. The statement President Vladimir Putin made in Brussels in January 2014, when he proposed the first step by launching negotiations on a free-trade zone between the EU and the Customs Union with an eye on 2020, is no longer viewed as something exotic. All of this has already become part of diplomacy and real politics. Although this is so far only a matter of discussion, I strongly believe that we will one day achieve what is called “the integration of integrations.” This is one of the key topics we want to promote within the OSCE at the Ministerial Council in Basel.

Russia is about to assume BRICS and SCO presidency. The two organisations will hold their summits in Ufa. These are very promising organisations for the new age. They are not blocks (especially BRICS), but groups where members share the same interests, representing countries from all continents that share common approaches regarding the future of the global economy, finance and politics.

The Federal Reserve Is At The Heart Of The Debt Enslavement System That Dominates Our Lives

From the dawn of history, elites have always attempted to enslave humanity.  Yes, there have certainly been times when those in power have slaughtered vast numbers of people, but normally those in power find it much more beneficial to profit from the labor of those that they are able to subjugate.

If you are forced to build a pyramid, or pay a third of your crops in tribute, or hand over nearly half of your paycheck in taxes, that enriches those in power at your expense.  You become a “human resource” that is being exploited to serve the interests of others.

Today, some forms of slavery have been outlawed, but one of the most insidious forms is more pervasive than ever.  It is called debt, and virtually every major decision of our lives involves more of it.

For example, at the very beginning of our adult lives we are pushed to go to college, and Americans have piled up more than 1.2 trillion dollars of student loan debt at this point.  When we buy homes, most Americans get mortgages that they can barely afford, and when we buy vehicles most Americans now stretch their loans out over five or six years.  When we get married, that often means even more debt.  And of course no society on Earth has ever piled up more credit card debt than we have.  Almost all of us are in bondage to debt at this point, and as we slowly pay off that debt over the years we will greatly enrich the elitists that tricked us into going into so much debt in the first place.  At the apex of this debt enslavement system is the Federal Reserve.  As you will see below, it is an institution that is designed to produce as much debt as possible.

There are many people out there that believe that the Federal Reserve is an “agency” of the federal government.  But that is not true at all.  The Federal Reserve is an unelected, unaccountable central banking cartel, and it has argued in federal court that it is “not an agency” of the federal government and therefore not subject to the Freedom of Information Act.  The 12 regional Federal Reserve banks are organized “much like private corporations“, and they actually issue shares of stock to the “member banks” that own them.  100 percent of the shareholders of the Federal Reserve are private banks.  The U.S. government owns zero shares.
Many people also assume that the federal government “issues money”, but that is not true at all either.  Under our current system, what the federal government actually does is borrow money that the Federal Reserve creates out of thin air.  The big banks, the ultra-wealthy and other countries purchase the debt that is created, and we end up as debt servants to them.  For a detailed explanation of how this works, please see my previous article entitled “Where Does Money Come From? The Giant Federal Reserve Scam That Most Americans Do Not Understand“.  When it is all said and done, the elite end up holding the debt instruments and we end up being collectively responsible for the endlessly growing mountain of debt.  Our politicians always promise to get the debt under control, but there is never enough money to both fund the government and pay the interest on the constantly expanding debt.  So it always becomes necessary to borrow even more money.  When it was created back in 1913, the Federal Reserve system was designed to create a perpetual government debt spiral from which it would never be possible to escape, and that is precisely what has happened.

Just look at the chart that I have posted below.  Forty years ago, the U.S. national debt was less than half a trillion dollars.  Today, it has exploded up to nearly 18 trillion dollars…

But the national debt is only part of the story.  The big banks which control the Federal Reserve also seek to individually dominate our lives with debt.  We have become a “buy now, pay later” society and the results have been absolutely catastrophic.  40 years ago, the total amount of debt in our system was just a shade over 2 trillion dollars.  Today it is over 57 trillion dollars…

The big banks do not loan you money because they want to help you achieve “the American Dream”.  The elitists loan you money because it will make them wealthier.  For example, if you only make the minimum payment on a credit card each month, you will end up paying back several times as much money as you originally borrowed.  It is a very insidious form of debt enslavement that most Americans simply do not understand.

Meanwhile, the Federal Reserve is also systematically destroying the wealth that you already have.  If you try to buck the system and actually save money, the purchasing power of that money is continually being eroded by the Federal Reserve’s inflationary policies.  The following chart comes directly from the Federal Reserve and it shows how the value of the U.S. dollar has plummeted over the past 40 years…

Overall, the U.S. dollar has lost approximately 98 percent of its value since the Fed was first established in 1913.

Most people seem to assume that if we could just send the “right politicians” to Washington D.C. that we could get our economy back on the right track.

What those people do not understand is that our system is fundamentally broken.  We are trapped in a perpetual debt spiral that is destined to end in a horrifying collapse.  Just “tweaking” a few things here or there and adjusting tax rates a bit is not going to fix anything.  The vast majority of the “economic solutions” that our politicians talk about are basically equivalent to rearranging the deck chairs on the Titanic.

And of course the elite don’t want the rest of us to truly understand what is going on.  Just think about it.  Even though the Federal Reserve is one of the most important institutions in our society, and even though it is at the very heart of our economic system, our kids are taught next to nothing about the Fed in school.  The vast majority of them have absolutely no idea where money comes from.

Isn’t that pathetic?

But the elite know that if we did understand what they were doing to us that most of us would start to get very upset.  Henry Ford, the founder of Ford Motor Company, once said the following…

It is well enough that people of the nation do not understand our banking and money system, for if they did, I believe there would be a revolution before tomorrow morning.

Fox News

I have a friend in Pennsylvania who watches Fox News in order to see just what propaganda they’re selling each day. He then goes on the chat boards and yanks their chains by sending emails which counter their claims and expose the truth. What a great way to spend some retirement time as well as educating the dolts who still believe Fox News is a conservative news station. Think I’m stretching the truth? Tell me then what you think about the fact that Fox News has been one of Hillary Clinton’s largest supporters for over two decades.

From Michael Lofti’s article on Ben Swann’s site comes this statement, “To many, it seems contrary to intuition that Fox News could be one of the Clinton family’s largest donors for the better part of two decades. Check your intuition at the door. It’s true. According to Federal Election Commission and Open Secrets’ Center for Responsive Politics data, 21st Century Fox News Corp. has donated more than $3 million to Clinton family accounts. Overall, this lands Fox as the Clinton family’s 9th largest donor over the course of the family’s political involvement.”

Certainly not a pretty thought especially knowing Hillary is a Saul Alinsky student and fan and corresponded with him quite often in her early years. Add to this fact that Fox News and WSJ owner, Rupert Murdoch, is a CFR member and his partner who owns 7% of same is Saudi Prince Alwaleed bin Talal. So, is Fox News conservative? Not by a long shot.

As for me, I don’t watch or listen to Fox News, and when I want to escape from the wretchedness of our disintegrating Republic, I turn on the boob tube and watch what the socialist writers are up to with the various programs.

The Good Wife

One of the most popular shows on television today is Sunday night’s, The Good Wife with Julianna Margulies, Christina Baranski, Archie Panjabi, and Matt Czuchry. Several weeks ago, the star of the show, Julianna Margulies who plays Alicia Florrick, wife of the Illinois governor, played by Chris Noth, was contemplating running for state attorney general on the show. So guess who they featured? Valerie Jarrett as phoning her and urging her to run. Iran born Valerie Jarrett is the assistant to Barack Hussein Obama, and most believe the co-president, having closer advisory relations to the president than wife, Michel

The following week, they featured none other than leftist political activist, Gloria Steinem who was likewise urging the star of the show, “Alicia Florrick,” to run for state attorney general. The Good Wife, Alicia, is an atheist, but now that she’s running for attorney general, she has to go on camera and state that she’s “searching,” rather than stating the truth that she’s not a believer in God. So her campaign manager shows her clips of two politicians who were making similar statements prior to elections. First was neo-con Trotskyite Illinois Republican Senator Mark Kirk, who was making a statement about his alleged faith after his 2012 stroke. Then they drag in far left Democrat, New York Senator Charles Shumer to talk about his faith and his love of his local synagogue. I can’t wait to see what leftist commie they feature next on this program.

Of course every program today has a lesbian or gay couple, and they’re pushing the envelope with the sexual scenes. Archie Panjabi plays Kalinda Sharma, the investigator for the Florrick/Argos law firm on The Good Wife. Kalinda is bi-sexual, and they show sexual scenes of her with various women. Personally, I really don’t care what people do in their own bedrooms, and I’m certainly not going to point a finger and scream “sinner!” That kind of attitude never wins anyone to God, but I feel these programs truly are going overboard with the homosexual partners on all programs. It really is “in your face.”

Blue Bloods

If the popularity and propaganda of The Good Wife isn’t enough, then tune in to Friday night’s popular Blue Bloods featuring Tom Selleck as New York’s police commissioner. In the program, he is a widower with four children, one having been a police officer who was killed. The Blue Bloods’ family gathers every Sunday at “Dad’s house,” for dinner with the entire family and grandchildren. The cast includes Donnie Wahlberg as one son who plays New York police Detective Danny Reagan. Will Estes plays the younger son, as policeman Jamie Reagan.

The daughter is played by Bridget Moynahan who is the assistant district attorney, Erin Reagan, and has a daughter who is soon going to college. The daughter is played by Sami Gayle as Nicky. In the August 24, 2014 show, mother Erin Reagan finds out from the Rutgers University’s review director that her daughter Nicky will not get into Rutgers because she has tweeted a negative comment about one of her high school teachers. Of course, mother Erin takes daughter Nicky to the teacher to apologize, even though the daughter has explained that the teacher is a witch on wheels. When they are in the classroom with this teacher, displayed prominently on the wall is a picture of Argentine Marxist revolutionary, Che Guevara, a major figure in the Cuban Revolution to communism under Castro. The teacher is pompous, arrogant and argumentative, and the mother Erin, agrees with the daughter, but tells her not to ever tweet about a teacher again.

Years ago, my husband and I turned off Law and Order’s SVU with Mariska Hartigay because every weekly show was so slanted to leftist and PC propaganda that we could no longer stand viewing the program. So, why are all the popular shows inundated with leftist propaganda?

Writers Guild of America Strike of 2008

Back in ’08, my husband was still receiving US News and World Report Magazine, before he cancelled it for being too leftist. In the back of the magazine in a two inch article, it stated that the recent Writers Guild strike was all about the writers wanting to be able to promote more of their socialist agenda in their scripts. The Writers Guild of America (WGA) and the proposed contract worked out between the Alliance of Motion Picture and Television Producers (AMPTP) and WGA negotiators ended after 100 days, but what the public got from it was hardly what we expected.

“How is that going to change?” asked Walsh. He insisted that objective events would play the decisive role but also that writers had to once again take up the question of socialism.

“A socialist element has to emerge in the film and television industry, which consciously fights for the unity of workers in this industry and workers globally on a program aimed at radically altering economic and political life,” said Walsh.

He continued: “The development of a more critical and self-critical, socialistically minded community of writers, actors, directors and others in Hollywood is a decisive question, both artistically and politically. The ideological atmosphere of the last several decades has not been conducive to complex, genuinely realistic, compassionate, committed work. Everything backward and selfish has been encouraged to the detriment of the film and television industry.”

“A different social situation, above all, the emergence of the working class in open opposition to the present order, will do a great deal to improve the climate, to scatter the clouds of skepticism and pessimism which cover the horizon of mankind, as Trotsky once put it.”

Conclusion

So there you have it. The socialist/communist agenda is alive and well in the propaganda of today’s television programs, movies, and plays. Without the knowledge of history, and truth about communism, today’s poorly educated youth are fair game for this foul propaganda. What is not told by these writers is what communism and collectivism really is and what it will do to a free society.

First it advocates the elimination of private property. In a communist society/nation, the goods are owned in “common” and are available to all as needed. It is a doctrine based on revolutionary Marxian socialism and Marxism-Leninism that was the official ideology of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics. It is a totalitarian system of government in which a single authoritarian party controls state-owned means of production. The final stage of society in Marxist theory in which the state has withered away and economic goods are distributed equitably, where we all become equal, no one higher or lower, no one richer or poorer, no one smarter or dumber, all the same.

Communism in our White House

In the January, 2011 New American article entitled, Communist Propaganda Song Performed at White House:

Chinese pianist Lang Lang performed last week at the White House banquet in honor of Chinese President Hu Jintao. An aspect of that state dinner which has been ignored by the mainstream media is the background, connections, and character not only of Lang, but also of the song that he chose to perform in the presence of the President of the United States.

Lang played and sang the anthem “My Motherland,” the theme song from Battle on Shangangling Mountain, a Communist Chinese propaganda film attacking America and elevating the People’s Republic of China’s nationalist spirit ­ in the White House, in the presence of President Obama. The president complicity smiled along as Lang glorified Red China while damning America, just as Obama’s (former) pastor, Dr. Jeremiah Wright, has in the past invoked damnation upon America.

What has gone largely unreported in the mainstream media is that the film from which Lang borrowed his song, produced by the nascent Communist PRC government in 1956, focuses on attacking America and her struggle against communist aggression in the Korean War. The movie depicts the Battle of Triangle Hill in present-day North Korea, and follows a cadre of People’s Volunteer Army soldiers who steadfastly fight against the U.S. Air Force for control of the area, celebrating their defeat of the United States and the communist victory in the battle, as well as the communist success in capturing North Korea. Both the movie and the song, “My Motherland,” are celebrated in the PRC-issued history text History of War to Resist America and Aid Korea, Volume III, published by the state-run Chinese Military Science Academy.

Think it’s not here? It’s everywhere. Communism is being fed to our children in government schools, on TV, on websites, in politics, in violent video games, in magazines, textbooks, in every facet of our society. The ten planks of the Communist Manifesto have been in America for a long time now. Whether or not America’s people finally wake up and smell the rot is questionable. So for those of us who know the truth, we had better be sharing it with everyone, and praying to God for reprieve, because time is running very short. May the Lord have mercy on His own.

On March 8, 1983, Ronald Reagan coined the term. He did so addressing the National Association of Evangelicals.

He called communism “the focus of evil in the modern world.” Don’t “ignore the facts of history and the aggressive impulses of an evil empire…and thereby remove yourself from the struggle between right and wrong and good and evil,” he said.

Cold War politics returned. More venomously than earlier. Putin is targeted. He’s public enemy No. 1.

Doing so turns truth on his head. Paul Craig Roberts justifiably calls him the world’s moral leader.

A previous article said he shames his Western counterparts. He makes Obama look buffoon-like.

He does it with straight talk. Telling it like it is. Explaining what people most need to know. Unambiguously. Truthfully.

Polar opposite US politicians. Featuring Big Lies. Scorning vital truths. Supporting wrong over right. Making the world safe for monied interests.

Permanent war is official US policy. So is mass extermination. Begun centuries earlier.

Doing so reduced America’s indigenous population to a tiny fraction of its original numbers. Millions were slaughtered in cold blood.

Centuries of slavery were horrific. Black Africans were captured, branded, chained, force-marched, beaten, encaged, and stripped of their humanity.

Around 100 million were sold like cattle. Millions perished during  deplorable Middle Passage conditions.

Genocidal US policy continues in new forms. Technological advances facilitate it. America’s killing machine knows no limits.

One genocide follows others. Countries are ravaged and destroyed. Tens of millions perished.

Winning hearts and minds don’t matter. Stomping on people remains ongoing.

Death squad diplomacy eliminates nonbelievers. Madness defines US policy. Police state harshness criminalizes right over wrong defenders.

Making the world safe for democracy is pure fantasy. America tolerates it nowhere. For sure not domestically.

High crimes are rewarded. Upside down reality endangers everyone. Popular needs go begging.

Conquest, occupation, colonization, and exploitation are prioritized. Ordinary people are on their own sink or swim.

Wars are considered peace. They rage without end. Things go from bad to worse.

Propaganda works as intended. Minds are manipulated to support war. Truth is suppressed. Fear is stoked.

Patriotism, national security, and democratic values are highlighted.

Longstanding US policy prioritizes militarism, wars, homeland security, and related operations.

Doing so has nothing to do with external or internal threats. Nor humanitarian intervention. Nor responsibility to protect.

Nor spreading democratic values. It’s about advancing America’s imperium.

What Michael Parenti calls “the most powerful force in world history over the last four or five centuries.”

“(T)he dominant politico-economic interests of one nation” over others. “(F)or their own enrichment…”

“(S)tealing land, labor, raw materials, and markets of another people.” Dominating other economies and political systems.

Accumulating enormous amounts of wealth in the process. Using money to make more of it. Increase power. Gain market control. Exploit resources and labor.

Societies are destroyed and remade. Nations are pillaged for profit. Populations become disenfranchised. Workers become serfs. Local cultures become mass-market consumer ones.

Agribusiness replaces local farming. Competitive industries are eliminated.  Foreign investment crowds out local capital.

Dominance legitimizes capital’s divine right. Plunder assures obscene profits. Capital accumulation demands more. Profiteering becomes a be-all-and-end-all.

Democracy is pure fantasy. US elections are pre-scripted. Secrecy and back room deals substitute for a free, fair and open process.

Candidates are pre-selected. Big Money owns them. Key outcomes are pre-determined. Voters have no say.

Both major parties share blame. They’re two sides of the same coin.

Not a dime’s worth of difference on issues mattering most separates them. Americans get the best democracy money can buy.

Independents are shut out. Media scoundrels ignore them. Voter disenfranchisement is rife.

Millions can’t vote because of past criminal records. Mostly what civilized societies call misdemeanors. Excluding prison. Assessing small fines or warnings.

Half of eligible voters opt out because their interests aren’t addressed. Losers are declare winners. And not just for president.

Electoral democracy is pure fantasy. America is constitutionally flawed by design.

We the people aren’t served. Wealth, power and privilege alone matter. Tom Paine called voting “the primary right by which all other(s) are protected.”

America’s corrupted process makes it impossible. Democracy is a figure of speech. A four-letter word. A sham no just society would tolerate.

No country in world history did more harm to more people over a longer duration than America. None match its ruthlessness.

Its shameless human and civil rights records. Its pariah state status. Its genocidal high crimes against peace.

Its global gulag. The world’s largest by far. Filled with thousands of political prisoners.

Supplemented by global torture prisons. In dozens of countries. Operating out of sight and mind.

Crime bosses make policy. Monied interests control them. New World Order ruthlessness is official policy.

International, constitutional and US statute laws don’t matter. Washington rules alone apply.

The Human Rights Committee (UNHRC) is one of nine likeminded UN bodies. Each responsible for overseeing a particular treaty’s implementation.

UNHCR documented US human rights abuses. Assessing its noncompliance with International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR) provisions.

Fundament human and civil rights. Signatories are required to respect free speech, assembly and religion.

Electoral rights, due process and judicial fairness. Self-determination and other universally accepted rule of law principles.

UNHCR condemned grave US human rights breaches. Citing institutionalized torture, drone killings, and failure to close Guantanamo.

Mandatory immigrant detentions and mass deportations, as well as lawless NSA spying, among other issues.

It criticized Washington’s failure to uphold human rights standards worldwide. It cited whitewashed CIA renditions, forced disappearances, torture and other cruel, inhuman and degrading treatment.

Excessive secrecy was raised. Torture victims denied redress. Permitting torture-coerced confessions as evidence. Despite America’s Supreme Court banning it.

Enforcing guilt by accusation. Denying habeas rights and judicial fairness. Substituting kangaroo court justice for the real thing.

Police states operate this way. America is by far the worst. At home and abroad.

Disturbing death penalty imposition disparities adversely affect America’s most disadvantaged. African-Americans, Latinos and other people of color.

Justice is a four-letter word. Excessive force is used with impunity. Including beatings and gun-related deaths.

Dissent is criminalized. So is homelessness. Juveniles sentenced to life without parole. For homicides based on flimsy evidence or none at all.

Adults can face life imprisonment for alleged “non-homicide related” crimes. Abusive prolonged solitary confinement persists. Doing so constitutes torture.

Mandatory immigration detentions are reprehensible. Mass deportations deeply troubling.

Obama disgracefully expelled more immigrants and others than all his predecessors combined.

Murder, Inc. is official US policy. Death squads operate in 130 or more countries. So do CIA agents licensed to kill.

US citizens may be targeted at home or abroad. No one anywhere is safe. Summary judgment means no arrests. No Miranda rights.

No due process. No trial. Just a bullet, bomb or slit throat. It’s official Obama policy. Diktat authority denies justice to anyone ordered killed.

Obama self-appointed himself judge, jury and executioner. He decides who lives or dies. Who’s lawlessly indefinitely detained.

Equity and justice don’t matter. Fundamental freedoms are disappearing in plain sight. Tyranny replaced them. It’s almost full-blown.

Anyone anywhere may be thrown in military dungeons. Indefinitely held without charges or trial. Based solely on suspicions, baseless allegations or none at all.

Due process, civil protections, and judicial fairness are null and void. Presidents may order anyone arrested and imprisoned for life without charge or trial.

Abuse of power replaced rule of law protections. It’s happening in real time. Obama abuses diktat power. Unitary executive authority.

The late Chalmers Johnson called it “a ball-faced assertion of presidential supremacy…dressed up in legalistic mumbo jumbo.”

Obama exceeds the worst of his predecessors. He usurped the power of life and death. Including against US citizens.

Prioritizing killing drones, death squads, or other means. Eliminating America’s enemies alone matters. Real or invented makes no difference.

Waging war on whistleblowers. Nonbelievers. Muslims. Latino immigrants. Environmental and animal rights activists unjustifiably called terrorists.

Anti-war activists. Global justice supporters. People associated with so-called “undesirable groups.”

Presidents have public emergency powers. Enabling them to declare martial law. Suspend constitutional protections.

For so-called national security reasons or none at all. Deploying US troops on US streets. Militarizing state and local police forces.

Doing it to suppress whatever is called disorder. Including free expression, the right of assembly. petitioning government for redress of grievances publicly.

Opposing imperial lawlessness. America more than ever is unfit to live in. Unsafe by any standard.

Ruthless. Repressive. Cruel. Malicious. Vicious. Violent. Lawless. Criminally culpable of high crimes against peace.

Legal protections don’t help. No one is safe anywhere. Advancing America’s imperium matters most.

So does serving wealth, power and privilege. America the beautiful benefits them alone. Others take the hindmost.

Humanity is ruthlessly targeted. Battlefields shift from one theater to others. Gangsterism is official US policy. It’s the American way.

I can imagine thousands of self rightness wannbee patriots declaring me a traitor for publishing this article, but it only proves me right in my assessment of America’s history. Although I do not believe the sun rises in Stephen Lendman’s ass, I do believe he has showed a hell of a lot of courage in publishing this undeniable history of our beloved brain washed Nation. If the reader can push his head out of his ass long enough to read and learn, maybe his conscience will mature and the truth will dawn in his mind like awaking from a nightmare of lies. SOCIAL ENGINEERING BRAINWASHING AND HYPNOSIS

In the entire history of man, no one has ever been brainwashed and realized, or believed, that he (or she) had been brainwashed. Inevitably all those who have been brainwashed will usually passionately defend their manipulators, claiming they have “seen the light” …or have been transformed by recently discovered scientific knowledge. The question is how is it possible to brainwash (or induce mental illness in) an entire country? If we look at the former Soviet Union and Communist China to name just 2 examples, we see that it has been done successfully to the masses for hundreds of years.

Conversion is a “gentle” word for brainwashing…and any study of brainwashing has to include a study of the use of the technique by Jonathan Edwards in early America. Apparently, Jonathan Edwards accidentally discovered the techniques during a religious crusade in 1735 in Northampton, Massachusetts. By inducing guilt and acute apprehension, and by increasing emotional tension, “sinners” (today’s equivalent of being persecuted for being politically incorrect) attending his revival meetings would completely break down and submit to their accuser.

Technically, what Edwards was doing was creating conditions that wipe clean the “chalk board of the brain” so that the mind was then susceptible to new programming. The problem was that the new input was negative. He would tell them, “You’re a sinner! You’re destined for hell!” As a result, one person committed suicide and another attempted suicide. And the neighbors of the suicidal converts related that they, too, were affected so deeply that, although they had found “eternal salvation,” they were obsessed with a diabolical temptation to end their own lives.

Once a cult leader (Jim Jones), manipulator or authority figure creates the right mental conditions to wipe the chalk board clean, his unwitting subjects are wide open to any replacement idea. New input, in the form of suggestion, can be substituted for their all previous ideas. “Personality Change” was modeled by Kurt Lewin as a three stage process: Unfreezing the current worldview, changing the worldview, and refreezing the new worldview (Schein, 1961).

Stage 1 – involves reducing our alertness (awareness) and forcing on us various kinds of sensory or information overload, confusion, or distraction. This builds a tremendous psychological and physiological tension that needs to be released (this is roughly analogous to the first step in a stage hypnosis induction, creating confusion or distraction by means of a sudden shock). When longer-term effects are desired, the means of destabilizing people include inducing anxiety and terror.

Stage 2 – involves reducing the tension and anxiety generated in the first stage, and providing something to focus on. This is the step where we enter “trance,” as our welcome relief. The person temporarily becomes weak, with no strong convictions or standards about what is logical, and begins thinking in a magical, wishful way (Holt, 1964). They become unable to distinguish fantasy from reality, dependent upon authority, basically to regress to a childlike state. In some ways, hypnosis is similar to regression to a childlike state. In fact, some psychoanalytic theorists have claimed that hypnosis is a kind of regression. This provides a distinct relief from the psychological stresses imposed in the first stage. By controlling behavior, information, thought, and emotions to some extent, experience both within and outside of hypnosis will begin to be interpreted in a new way, causing a shift to the new belief system (Hassan, 1990). Personality change is made possible by the extension of the “trance” (by imposing more severe stresses), and the use of the “trance” to help create additional changes that will be reinforced by the environment.

Stage 3 – involves reinforcing the new beliefs and new sense of identification with the group/belief. This involves continuing and systematic control of thought, information and emotions. Personality factors which allow some people to be influenced more permanently than others by these kinds of pressures include:

• Lack of assertiveness
  •Low intelligence
  • Reliance on external supports for perception and belief
  • Lack of self-confidence
  • Valuing conformity above independence
  • Black and white thinking
  • Identity confusion
  • History of embracing outside influences in unconditional surrender (“True Believer”)
  • Other-directedness vs. Inner-directedness

Forms of control

Human-potential re-education is an ideal environment to observe first-hand what is technically called the “Stockholm Syndrome.” This is a situation in which those who are intimidated, controlled, or made to suffer, begin to love, admire, and even sometimes sexually desire their controllers or captors. But be warned: If you think you can attend such gatherings and not be affected, you are probably wrong. A perfect example is the story of a woman who went to Haiti on a Guggenheim Fellowship to study Haitian Voodoo.

In her report, she related how the music eventually induced uncontrollable bodily movement and an altered state of consciousness. Although she intellectually understood the process and thought herself immune to it, when she began to feel herself become vulnerable to the music, she attempted to fight it and turned away. Anger or resistance almost always assures conversion. A few moments later she was possessed by the music and began dancing in a trance around the Voodoo meeting house. An “altered state” had been induced by the music and excitement, and she awoke feeling reborn.

True Believers

I believe that at perhaps two thirds of the population is what Eric Hoffer calls “true believers.” They are joiners and followers… people who want to give away their power. They look for answers, meaning, and enlightenment outside themselves. Hoffer, who wrote“The True Believer”, a classic on mass movements, says; “true believers are not intent on bolstering and advancing a cherished self, but are those craving to be rid of unwanted self. They are followers, not because of a desire for self-advancement, but because it can satisfy their passion for self-renunciation!” Hoffer also says that true believers “are eternally incomplete and eternally insecure”!

They are friends, family members, leaders and the wandering “homeless” with catatonic stares. You have run into them time and time again. Some can be awakened, others will sleep through their entire lives because they do not want to live their own lives. But why? Because once converted, the victims previous life is virtually erased, in essence they have no identity but the one installed by their “re-programmers.” For these, all you can do is attempt to show them that the only thing to seek is the true self within. Their personal answers are to be found there and there alone. They must desire to return to the basics of a truly authentic life of spirituality: self-responsibility and self-actualization. Unfortunately, most of the true believers will just tell you that they are not spiritual and go on their merry way looking for someone who will give them the validation, dogma or structure they now need and desire in order to function. Never underestimate the potential danger of these people.

They can easily be molded into fanatics (useful idiots) who will gladly work and die for their cause. Their false loyalty to others is a substitute for their lost faith in themselves and they offer themselves to the “world” to substitute for the loss of their own individual hope and faith. The political left is made up of true believers. All cults are composed of true believers. You’ll find them in politics, churches, businesses, and all sorts social cause groups. Mass Movements will usually have a charismatic leader. Followers will want to convert others to their way of living or impose a new way of life–if necessary, by legislating laws forcing others to accept their social or moral views, as evidenced by the activities of the ACLU. A common hatred, enemy, or perceived evil is essential to the success of a mass movement. Some fanatical religions (Taliban and al Queda) have god himself appointing them to cleanse the world of “unbelievers.” In revolutions, the devil himself is usually the ruling power or aristocracy.

Some human-potential movements are far too clever to ask their graduates to join anything, thus labeling themselves as a cult–but, if you look closely, you’ll find that their devil is anyone and everyone who hasn’t taken their training. The True Believers are mentally unbalanced or insecure people, or those without hope or true friends. People don’t look for allies when they love, but they do when they hate or become obsessed with a cause. And those who desire a new life and a new order feel the old ways must be eliminated before the new order can be built.

 Conversion by Technological Means

The more we find out about how the human mind works through today’s highly advanced technological research, the more power brokers and manipulators learn to control human beings. And what scares me the most is that the medium for takeover is already in place. The television set in your living room and bedroom is doing a lot more than just entertaining you.

Before I continue, let me point out something else about an altered state of consciousness. When you go into an altered state, you transfer into right brain, which results in the internal release of the body’s own opiates: enkephalins and Beta-endorphins, chemically almost identical to opium. In other words, it feels good…and you want to come back for more. Tests by researcher Herbert Krugman showed that, while viewers were watching TV, right-brain activity outnumbered left-brain activity by a ratio of two to one. Put more simply, the viewers were in an altered state…in trance more often than not.

From its very inception, the Leninist/Marxist ideology of the Soviet Union made it a central priority to dispel and subjugate religious and spiritual expression. The state was “god.” No other god could be allowed to flourish, for if the people were given license and freedom of belief in something beyond themselves and beyond the establishment, they would retain a sense of rebellion. The collectivist philosophy requires the utter destruction of all competitors; otherwise, it can never truly prevail.

Atheism became the cult of choice among the communists, for in an atheist world there is nothing beyond the veil. There is no greater goal and no inherent self. There is no true individualism, only self interest (not the same thing), the trappings of environmental circumstances, and the constant substantiation of the greater good. By extension, there is no inborn moral compass or conscience, only the social fashions and mores of the moment. In such a world, tyrants reign supreme because atheism allows relativism to flourish; and any crime, no matter how heinous, can be rationalized.  Beyond this, if you know and study the real history of the rise of communism, you know through great researchers like Antony Sutton that the very fabric of the system would never have existed without the monetary and military aid of international financiers (i.e. the NWO).

The atheist position uses the same arguments I have just made as a reason to remove religion and spirituality from our cultural influences. And in some respects, atheists are right. Religion is a tool that can be exploited to manipulate the masses. Any system of belief that is faith-based can be misinterpreted and abused in order to lure unwitting dupes and mindless followers into the fray of an engineered disaster. Atheists commonly argue that it is the encumbering nature of faith that causes mankind to destroy itself in the name of zealotry and self-righteous ignorance.

The difference, however, is that religious zealots are still required by the confines of their dogma to at least appear as though they follow a moral code. Therefore, they can be exposed as violators of this code and weakened over time. The atheist/collectivist system, though, thrives on the concept that there is no such thing as a moral code and that one is vindicated and heroic if he takes extreme action to prove that traditional morality is a vice, rather than a virtue. Atheists in positions of power often make no attempt to affirm their actions; rather, they demand that society abandon all conscience and sense of natural law. They do not ask for forgiveness; they order you to apologize for your moral compass.  Are some atheists good and honorable people?  Surely.  The point, however, remains; atheism is the new flavor of the era, the increasingly predominant gravitational center of modern culture, the philosophical soil in which the NWO has chosen to grow its globalist experiment.

What atheists don’t seem to grasp is that atheism is itself based on an act of faith: faith in the idea that there is nothing beyond our perceptions of existence. They have no more factual knowledge of what lay at the center of life than any of the religious acolytes they so fondly attack, yet their own hypocrisy is apparently lost on them.

I would not pretend to deny that religion has the ability to create a volatile atmosphere edging toward genocidal tendency, but so does any belief system that assumes it is the paramount of knowledge denying all others. The intellectual intolerance of the socialist atheism of the 20th century spawned a death machine that claimed the lives of millions of people. So, clearly, atheists should be more concerned with the violent tendencies of their own ilk rather than the religious “fiends” they seem so obsessed with. Of course, this is a history modern atheists would rather ignore or rewrite.

I have always been concerned with the dilemma of the collectivist ideology, but even more so in recent months, as our world creeps closer toward global crisis. Crisis always provides circumstance and cover for dangerous philosophical totalitarianism.

Not long ago I came across the column “Some Atheists And Transhumanists Are Asking: Should It Be Illegal To Indoctrinate Kids With Religion?” on Huffington Post. It was written by Zoltan Istvan, a transhumanist and self-proclaimed “visionary and philosopher.”

Firstly, I have a hard time taking anything published by the Huffington Post seriously. Secondly, I have a hard time taking anyone using the name “Zoltan” seriously. Thirdly, I have a hard time taking anyone who labels himself a “visionary” seriously. That said, it is important to study the propaganda of the other side carefully. You never know what kinds of truths you might come across amid all the lies.

The article does not really define what it considers “indoctrination”, but I would assume transhumanists and atheists would argue that anything not scientifically proven could become indoctrination. Interestingly, Istvan starts his tirade against the handing down of religious beliefs by admitting that science has added very little to our overall knowledge of the universe. After all, human beings experience only a narrow spectrum of the world around us, and there is indeed much we do not know. For some reason, it does not dawn on atheists that perhaps our limited scientific observations of the universe do not necessarily outweigh or deny the existence of an intelligent design.

In order to distract from their fundamental lack of knowledge, modern collectivist governments and movements have always made the promise of technological utopia and endless abundance in order to sway the populace into supporting establishment power. We will all work far less, or we will never have to work at all. Shelter, food, health and wealth will be provided for us. Our free time will be spent studying the nature of the cosmos and perpetuating the cult of academia, protected by a benevolent technocratic governing body straight out of an episode of “Star Trek.”

Not surprisingly, John Maynard Keynes himself predicted in 1930 that technological advancement and economic abundance would result in a three-hour workday and infinite time to amuse oneself by the year 2030 in his essay “The Economic Possibilities For Our Grandchildren.”

This was the same essay in which Keynes referred to the financial concerns of many at the onset of the Great Depression as “misinterpretations” and “pessimism.”

Transhumanism, a mainstay of global elitism and the New World Order, also uses fantastical images of scientifically created contentment to sell itself to starry-eyed rubes packed into the circus tent of the technocratic carnival. The very essence of the movement is the argument that one day ALL knowledge of the universe will be obtained by mankind and that through this knowledge, we (a select few anyway) will obtain godhood.

Again, as in the Huffington Post column, the claim is that science knows all or will eventually know all and that whatever has not been dissected and observed by science like the conceptions of religion must, therefore, be dubious myth.

Ironically, there is far more scientific evidence of God and spiritual life than there is evidence against. So by the very standards many atheists hold dear, it is they who are peddling indoctrination rather than truth.

In the world of mathematics, the good friend of Albert Einstein, Kurt Godel, is famous (but not as famous as he should be) for writing what would be called the “incompleteness proof.” In mathematics, a proof is a statement that is ALWAYS true and can always be proven true. Godel’s proof shook the very foundations of the mathematical world, because it outlined the fact that all mathematical knowledge is limited by numerical paradox, and that humanity will never be able to define all things through mathematical means.

Global elites such as Bertrand Russell had spent years of effort attempting to prove that mathematics was the unbridled code of the universe and that the universe could be understood in its entirety through the use of numbers. Godel shattered this delusion with his incompleteness proof, establishing once and for all that math is limited, not infinite. The existence of mathematical paradox along with an undefinable “infinity” lends credence to the religious view that there are indeed some things man will never know, but at least he has the ability to prove that he can never know them.

In the world of quantum physics, the work of Werner Heisenberg, along with that of many other scientists, has shown that the very mechanics of the world around us are not at all what they seem and that traditional physics is only a hollow shell of knowledge limited by our ability to observe.

The Heisenberg Uncertainty Principle dictates that the observer of a particular physical state always affects the object being observed, making it impossible to know all the data necessary at one time to predict the future of that object. If a person hoped to become a god, he would certainly need to be able to tell the future; and to tell the future, one would need the ability to observe and record every aspect of every particle interacting in the environment around him. Any unknown quantity could change the outcome of any particular event. Heisenberg found that particles act very differently depending on how they are observed. In some experiments, he even discovered that individual particles appeared to be in two places at the same time, thus making them wholly unpredictable.

This behavior in the building blocks of matter is confounding to many in the realm of physics. Add to it the fact that scientists remain fixed on an endless and apparently futile quest to find the base particle that makes up the universe, and once again we find that the dreams of the transhumanist atheists to attain godhood fall terribly short.  In addition, the apparently “intelligent” behavior of inanimate particles under observation leads one to question whether the universe is really just a chaotic mess of matter, or a dynamic living machine.

In the realm of psychology, Carl Gustav Jung discovered through decades of research the existence of inborn psychological contents. That is to say, from the moment of our birth, human beings contain complex elements of knowledge and identity, meaning we are NOT merely products of our particular environments. Jung called these pieces of inherent information “archetypes.”

The most important aspect of archetypes for our discussion is the existence of opposing views, or “dualities.” The concepts of good and evil, the concepts of conscience as well as guilt and regret, are not necessarily taught to us. Rather, we are born with such elements already within us. The fact that we are born with an at least unconscious understanding of good versus evil means we have the potential power of choice, a power beyond the realm of environment and beyond the reach of would-be tyrants and collectivists. If this does not constitute scientific evidence of a human “soul,” then I do not know what does. The fact of archetypes is undeniable. The question is: Since they do not come from environment, where do they come from?

Istvan’s column doesn’t mention or regard any of the scientific evidence for the existence of an intelligent design. He merely argues that science is the only definable known quantity, and only the known quantity is an acceptable form of belief. But what if the known quantity is so limited as to make a society dangerously ignorant?

The article goes on to promote (somewhat shamelessly) the author’s book, in which the hero, a transhumanist atheist, is given the power to reshape society into any form he wishes. The hero questions whether he should remove religion from the picture entirely, for if religion were erased, wouldn’t the world finally be at peace? Istvan himself questions whether religious expression should be banned in the case of children, so that they are given the chance to “choose” what they wish to believe later in life. This, of course, disregards the fact that children are already born with the prospect of choice, which is why many children who grow up Christian do not practice it later in life, and why many children from atheist homes end up joining religious movements. The idea that all children are permanently molded or damaged by their parent’s unchecked beliefs is complete nonsense.

What the author reveals in his work of fiction is the greater threat of the atheist and transhumanist ideology — namely, the arrogant assumption that they know what is best for the world and the public based on their scientific observations, which are limited and often misinterpreted. This problem extends into the oligarchy of globalists, who adore the theories expressed in Plato’s “The Republic,” in which an elite cadre of “philosopher kings,” men who have achieved a heightened level of academic knowledge, are exalted as the most qualified leaders. However, leadership requires more than knowledge, even if that knowledge is profound. Leadership also requires compassion and informed consent, two things for which the elites have no regard.

The New World Order, an ideal often touted by globalists and defined by their own rhetoric as a scientific dictatorship in which collectivism is valued and individualism is criminalized, seems to me to be — in its ultimate form and intention — a battle for the human soul. They try to convince us that there is no such thing, that there is no inborn conscience, that there is a rationale for every action, that spiritualism is a frivolous and terroristic pursuit, and that cold logic and science, as defined by them, are the paths to prosperity and peace. They also seek to tempt the masses with imaginary stories of attainable godhood and artificial Eden, promises on which they can never deliver.  Anyone can point a gun at you and demand your fealty, but this is not what the elites want.  Rather, they want you to voluntarily resign yourself over to the hive mind and sacrifice your conscience in the process.  While one might argue over what it is they “truly” believe at the core of their cult, it is undeniable that collectivism, moral relativism, and atheism are their favorite promotional weapons.

The reactionary responses to my criticisms of the elitist philosophy will likely involve endless renunciations of crimes committed in the name of religious fervor. I agree; religion has always been exploited, usually by the elites themselves, to enslave as well as to murder. Even today, I hear some so-called Christians argue in favor of genocide using half-baked interpretations of biblical reference. But at bottom, I much prefer a world in which religious expression is free, rather than abolished in the name of an overarching zealotry in the form of a stunted mathematical morality. I prefer a world where the spiritual side of existence is allowed to add to observational awareness. Logic alone is not wisdom, after all. Wisdom is the combination of reason, intuition and experience.

I refuse to live under any form of theocracy, whether religious or scientific. The idea that we must choose between one or the other is a farce — a controlled debate. The individual soul (or whatever you want to call it) is the only thing that matters. It is important that we never forget that when we fight against the NWO, we are not just fighting for liberty; we are also fighting for something profoundly and inherently spiritual. Though we might not be able to define it, we can feel it. And that is enough.

Last year, I was roundly criticized when I said the Cyprus scenario is coming here. I was told there would be a revolution if this happened and the government would be to afraid to try such a thing. I marvel at people who hold to such naive beliefs. The American people have been through several beta tests related to our private wealth being confiscated and no resistance was offered (e.g. MF Global).

Listening to the sheep that believe Wolf Blitzer who tells us that the economy is in recovery, is like listening to a country song played backwards. You know the all-to-familiar message, the wife does not leave, the truck still runs and the guy stops drinking. Maybe it is all the fluoride in the water that is causing such widespread ignorance and apathy.

First of all, our government is not the main enemy. This is not the government we are dealing with. We are battling organized crime in the form of corporations like Goldman Sachs who have hijacked our government and now they have captured the G20. They are lining up for the last great garage sale before they collapse the economy and roll out martial law. There are forces lining up to steal everything that you and I own. It has already begun but this country is so dumbed down, we do not see that it has already started.

The Bankers Have Committed a Coup Against the United States Government

The United States government is not your main enemy, it is the banksters who have hijacked your government. Some of the sheep might be wondering when that happened. The year was 2008 and the event was called a bail-out. This evil was born in 1913 with the creation of the Federal Reserve. This pervasive evil killed America when the first dollar arrived at the door of Goldman Sachs in the form of a bail-out in 2008. Bye-Bye Miss American Pie, that was the day the music died for America.

Yesterday, on November 16, 2014, it was revealed that when you awakened, a new G20 policy was enacted which effectively stole your bank account. For the time being, you still have some access to some of your money. If you have $100,000 in the bank, try taking that money out today and see how fast the Federal authorities show up in your life. And if you did manage to get your money out of the bank, don’t forget about the cop on the corner poised to steal your money under the banner of “civilian asset forfeiture”. Pardon me, I digress.

Yesterday’s article revealed that your money, that is in your bank account, is no longer called money. As a result, when the banks begin to fail, one by one, you will not be at the head of the line to collect your reimbursement from the FDIC, you will be last in line because you have no “money” in the bank. This effectively means that you will get nothing for your lost and subsequently confiscated bank account. However, your bank account will not be the only casualty from your financial portfolio. The banksters are preparing to steal EVERYTHING that is not nailed down and this GRAND THEFT AMERICA will begin with your bank account and will quickly take every other financial asset.

Undoubtedly, the trigger for this approaching calamity will be a series of major bank failures. Some of the sheep will say, “there will be no bank failures, will there”?

The United States has a $17 trillion dollar deficit, an unfunded liability (e.g. social security, Medicare, Medicaid, etc.) of $240 trillions dollars and an ever-escalating $1.5 quadrillion credit swap derivatives debt which led to the bail-outs. Since the entire wealth of the planet is estimated to be $79 trillion dollars, what do you think are the chances that the banks are going to crash and burn since they underwrote and insured the derivatives debt market? Now that you have the numbers, what does your common sense tell you about the possibility of an impending banking collapse? Unless you suffer from short-term memory loss or cognitive dissonance, you better believe that there will be a banking collapse and the new G20 policy will see that you never recover a dime. And my friends, this is just the good news!

 This Could Be the Trigger to Martial Law

The bankers will not tell you that you have lost your money, at least not yet. Instead, they will try and fix up the situation with lies and make it all taste good. For if they told us on November 16, 2014, that they had just stolen our bank accounts by redefining money, there would be rioting followed by revolution. Ultimately, it will come down to the fact that here are a series of in-between steps that the banksters will take to soften the landing of their theft. They want to minimize the possibility of a violent backlash. In other words, they would rather steal your money without a fight, even if they have to do it incrementally.

Inch By Inch Stealing the People’s Money Is a Cinch

It is very likely, that IMF director, Christine Lagarde, has set into motion a plan to directly steal your wealth by stealth and they will call this action, a tax. The includes recklessly advocating for a wholesale seizure of 10% of all accounts in the Eurozone, but because there may be riots and even a revolution if there are wholesale bail-ins, the IMF has settled on a more incremental plan of economic subjugation in a which a 10% tax will implemented against all bank account holders in order to pay down the debt.

The ultimate “gold-digger”, IMF Director, Christine Lagarde.

What the IMF and the central bankers are not telling you is that the debt can never be paid down because the primary source of the debt comes from the derivatives market which totals a minimum of one and on half of a quadrillion dollars which is 16 times the entire value of the planet. In short, these banksters are merely trying to stay one step ahead of the burning bridge by stealing your pensions and bank accounts.

Does anyone truly believe that these banksters will stop at looting just 10% of your bank account? When does 10% become 20%, which becomes 30%, which becomes 100%? Remember, the FDIC is off the hook for insuring your bank account, because under the new G20 designation, your bank account no longer represents money. This will be followed by the bankers issuing a neo-feudalism style of welfare to all citizens. Mark my words America, the coming 10% “austerity tax” is just the starting point.

The IMF has repackaged Lagarde’s recommendation for a 10% tax on all banking accounts and is recommending that all developed countries make up their debt load by “taxing the rich”. This is the same game, just a different name. This game of semantics is based upon the belief that the people of ordinary means will accept a 10% initial hit on their savings so long as the rich are sharing in the pain. Really? Since when have the rich ever shared in the burden for anything? Last year, Warren Buffet bragged that his secretary paid more tax than he does. The rich do not pay tax, they are allowed by the IRS to accept payment for their services in off-shore foreign banks that the IRS does not solicit information from. You and I do not have access to the same tax evasion schemes because it often takes a minimum of $30-50 million dollars to open such an account in places like the Cayman Islands. Therefore, when Lagarde’s IMF tells you that you are going to be taxed (i.e. 10% of your bank account stolen) at the same rate as the rich, do not believe Lagarde and the IMF because they are lying through their teeth.

The coming global tax will be instituted through the central bank of each nation. This means that in the US, the Federal Reserve Banks of Bank of America, Wells Fargo, JP Morgan Chase et al., will be impacted. This means that the tax-dodge banks used by the global elite in the Cayman Islands will be exempt from this “tax” because they are not under the direct authority of any central bank.

Ask yourself, when you have been standing in the teller lines at the Bank of America, how many times have you seen Bill Gates, David Rockefeller, Warren Buffet, George Soros and Donald Trump in the same teller line next to you? These banksters will not pay one dime in tribute to the IMF.  This entire burden, just as it is with the tax system, will be paid by the middle class of each nation.

Conclusion

When the coming austerity tax is announced, you can bet that you do not have long to enjoy your money.  This is the beginning of the end. It is a designed to constitute a soft landing which will give the banksters a chance to launch one more round of thefts of middle class assets.

While the banks slowly slip into oblivion, the banksters will be seeking to garner every asset possible. In the midst of the banking decline. And what is the bankers next target? The next series of bankster targets are your retirement and 401k accounts.

The theft of your retirement accounts is not going to happen tomorrow, next month or even next year. Do you feel better? Good, because the theft of your retirement accounts is happening right now and has been underway for sometime.  And to you Putin lovers who naively believe that he is opposing the New World Order, he is doing the same thing to his people that Obama and the Federal Reserve are doing to our people.

Let me start this piece out by stating that the current economic depression that we are currently in was meticulously orchestrated and skillfully engineered. If you haven’t come to this conclusion on your own yet, perhaps you are not paying close enough attention to the cold hard facts that have come forth from this economic nightmare. The proof is in how the Fed handled, or mishandled, the matter. The notion that our best and brightest economic minds did not see this coming is pure bullshit. The fact that no one has been indicted or jailed for allowing this is disturbing on every level.

Plenty of folks are pointing the accusing finger at unscrupulous Wall Street practices, and rightfully so. Wall Street and its soulless parasitic minions of greed are a huge part of the collapse. The truth is, this meltdown was a mammoth raging tsunami nearly a mile high that couldn’t be missed. This in itself is a telling indicator that the fix was in. There were so many destructive mechanisms in place, that it is impossible for the financial brain trust of Wall Street and the Federal Reserve to deny foreknowledge of this catastrophe, suggesting that those on the inside were well aware of the danger that was lurking.

Many causes for the economic collapse have been suggested, but the U.S. Senate issued Levin–Coburn Report found that the crisis was not a natural disaster. This was a contrivance of man that was no accident.

Like an arsonist madly dousing our economic system with gas, the risky, destructive financial time bombs were purposefully laid with full knowledge of the inferno to come.

A teetering mountainous landslide of U.S. debt, kicked loose by a sub-prime mortgage disaster and a bursting housing bubble, a liquidity shortfall within the banking system, improper predatory lending practices, and a thermonuclear derivatives time-bomb of mass destruction… to name but a few of the numerous triggers… all should have been apparent and raising red flags with regulators and anyone with half a brain to spot the danger. The list of risky programs and questionable activity is quite lengthy and too hard to deny or escape for those involved, along with the institutions charged with overseeing the nation’s financial well being.

So how did our best and brightest allow this to happen? It took time, so the architects of this collapse are many… Warren Greenspan, Paul Volcker, Robert Rubin, Larry Summers, Hank Paulson, Jon Corizine, and Tim Geithner, to name a shortlist of those who should have known better. Are they all incompetent morons, or were they willing facilitators in the greatest economic destruction in world history?

Where was the SEC in all of this? Were they just that stupid, or perhaps, did we have collusion from within? The warning signs were telltale and glaringly obvious, yet no one could see fit to blow out the match that touched off the incendiary that burned another Rome to the ground.

Highly risky financial offerings from the large banks and private lending institutions were certainly major contributors, but many undisclosed conflicts of interest and ethics were also involved in blatant overtures of greed. Through it all, government regulators, such as the SEC, failed to do their job by stepping in. No agency raised the red flag on our financial institutions or that of Wall Street, causing many to allege collusion within the regulatory apparatus.

Before we get too far into this, it needs to be noted that the Clinton administration’s repeal of the 1933 Glass–Steagall Act was a major contributing factor which removed the wall that used to exist between deposit banks and Wall Street investment firms.

The Glass-Steagall Act was put in place as part of Roosevelt’s New Deal, to prevent the environment of greed and corruption that devoured over 5,000 banks and led to the first Wall Street crash of 1929. The perpetrators behind the repeal of this safeguard knew full well what they were doing. They willfully removed a prominent cornerstone of protection, for their own profit, but also with a greater evil at hand.

From that point it was Katie bar the door. Had that act been left in place, it is safe to say that much of the financial crimes perpetrated against the system would not have been allowed. The Clinton administration is as culpable as the Bush administration in the engineering of this latest economic depression. Both must share the blame.

Just look at the lecherous looks of glee and giddiness present on the faces of the soulless parasites in the picture above. They knew full well what they were doing. While the Clinton administration was responsible for re-opening the door for the return of Wall Street corruption, the Bush administration was guilty of allowing the fraudulent exploitation of the system and its ensuing destruction.

Perhaps the worst of the major nuclear financial bombs concocted has been, for all intents and purposes, a pure gambling scheme among the financial institutions, a betting practice known as derivatives. You may have heard about this scheme by now, but few understand the scam. Indeed, it is quite involved and complex for the average person, but that’s what made it so deadly. Outside of the unscrupulous players in this deadly game, few knew of the dangers that existed.

Again, derivatives are nothing more than financial gambling. It is an un-regulated scam that totals roughly $1.2 quadrillion dollars! Not trillion folks… a QUADRILLION, as in one thousand times one trillion. Try to wrap your head around a quadrillion dollars. Seriously. Stop for a moment and think about a number that outrageously large. The whole derivatives scheme is nothing more than one big casino crapshoot. A potentially devastating nuclear WMD, without a doubt, and that is not overstating the analogy.

The point here is that there have undeniably been blatantly reckless games of financial “chicken” being played out among our monetary institutions. The ultra-wealthy elite that perpetrated these destructive schemes knew better, yet they continued on with greed as their sole guide. What’s worse is, our regulatory agencies, such as the SEC, clearly should have known better, but instead they turned a blind-eye to it all.

Now, without going on any further on the cause of this economic nightmare, suffice to say, there are numerous bright financial minds out there, people educated with finance majors working within our government regulatory agencies that should have seen this economic tsunami coming. To say that absolutely no one saw this looming on the horizon is quite questionable, but if true, it’s a chilling revelation that doesn’t offer much confidence that we have the best and brightest watching over our financial institutions.

To the contrary, some observers have insinuated the uncomfortable notion that this economic holocaust was manufactured. I know, That’s a bold notion to entertain, but there are many indicators to warrant this suspicion, as well as the aforementioned ignorance by our government regulatory agencies that all looked the other way.

Why would anyone do such a thing on purpose? Greed, money and power obviously come to mind, but the number one goal that will shock many was to break this country in order to establish the Rothschild-Rockefeller plan for a new world order. This plan would grant world domination to the super-rich. Don’t laugh too loud, because this plan has been in the works for many years, with backing from the Bilderberg Group, the Trilateral Commission, and the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR). Many politicians the world over are in on the scheme, including Henry Kissinger, Zbigniew Brzezinski, Bill Clinton, George HW Bush, Gordon Brown, David Cameron, and a host of others. It is a well organized cartel of trillionaire banksters, with a cabal of political leadership.

Make no mistake about it. All the signs are there to prove that this economic collapse was no accident, as the U.S. Senate issued Levin–Coburn Report found. This plan has been underway for many years, under Reagan, Bush I, Clinton and Bush II.

The real death blow came after 9/11, another event that was engineered to push us into this new world order. The aftermath of that event, plus the groundwork laid under the administration of Bush II, had much to do with driving the final nails into the coffin of the United States republic. When viewed in this light, much of the unfathomable becomes quite clear.

The 2008 collapse wouldn’t be the first mishandled disaster to come from the infamous Bush-Cheney regime. Not only can that integrity challenged administration claim the worst domestic attack ever on United States soil with 9/11, they are also on the hook for a wretchedly piss-poor response to the Katrina gulf coast disaster, in addition to a still unresolved anthrax attack which pressured lawmakers into compromising our Constitutional rights with the infamous Patriot Act, topped off with ownership of the worst economic collapse that the world has ever known. That’s quite a resume.

A strong argument can be made that despite all of the new “safeguard” institutions such as Homeland Security and TSA, along with the ensuing controversial security legislation (Patriot Act, Military Commissions Act, Homegrown Terrorism Act), the Bush administration actually weakened our country, rather than strengthen it.

Again, all of this was by design. The last act to damage our country (and the world) is the increasingly dire economic collapse of our financial system, the proverbial straw to break the camel’s back.

Many would say this is preposterous, but all they have to do is look, for they would be remiss to make a denial without first doing their homework. All the evidence is there, if you just look. It’s the Hegelian Principle at work, create the problem, elicit a reaction, then propose a solution that would never be considered under normal circumstances.

The solution to the problems we’re facing now will be the new world order, because that is their overall goal for control and world domination.

Others will contend that it just can’t be true because it’s not on the TV news; a naive assumption if ever there was one. Sadly enough, our overly revered media is controlled and has been complicit through it all. Money can have quit an affect on morality.

But let’s get back to the second engineered economic collapse of our country, the third attack by the wealthy on the United States for the purpose of fascism.

So after this financial time-bomb exploded in 2008, what did the Bush administration do? They immediately bailed out the ultra-wealthy perpetrators to the tune of $700-plus billion dollars. In essence, they rewarded the crooks that caused the collapse with hundreds of billions more, icing on their cake of criminal collusion and malfeasance. This in effect exacerbated the crisis even more. It was throwing more gas on the arson fire.

At the same time they placated the poor and middle class with diminutive offerings of $300 to $1,200 in IRS stimulus checks, an insult compared to the hundreds of billions of dollars in Federal Reserve notes that they lavished Wall Street with.

Strangely enough, those that were the richest and had the most were given the most.

The indisputable insult to injury is that Goldman-Sachs was showered with billions of dollars, and then reported huge profits as a result. Not only was this an insult because they were in on the entire scheme, but they also then turned around and handed out $14-billion in bonuses to their chief executives! These people have no moral integrity, nor have they any shame. (See Max Keiser: Report 1 | Report 2 )

Where was the payout to the American people from these corporations after taking bail-out money? If we get money from a bank, we are required to pay that money back, with a sizable interest. So where is the extra profit to Americans? Oh that’s right, the Fed is not owned by us. It’s a private cartel of ultra-wealthy bankers. So how is it that we often get stuck for many of these bills? Shouldn’t these belong solely to the bankers running the Fed?

The Bush bail-outs totaled 1.8-trillion after billions paid out to AIG, JP Morgan-Chase, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, plus the GM bail-out, to name but a few.

Then came Obama with his false promise of “hope and change.” Instead of change, he furthered the Bush policies, plus added to the bail-out of the ultra-rich by handing out another $800-billion-plus to the immensely wealthy institutions that were part of the attack on our economy. (And coincidentally enough, Goldman Sachs was a major campaign contributor to Obama.)

So this was the official government response to stimulate our economy… give those that have the least and need the most the smallest amount, but for those that already have the most, they get the most of all, to the tune of trillions of dollars.

Think about the rationale in that thinking for just a moment. Wouldn’t those that have the least spend more to get what they don’t have?

Those that have the most certainly need less, so they can thus sit on their money, with no real immediate jumpstart of the retail economy. So what kind of economic stimulus does that provide?

So, let’s start doing some math now.

If we just add the initial $700-billion from Bush, plus the $800-billion from Obama, you have roughly $1.5-trillion doled out by the Fed in bail-outs to the rich.

If you want to add in all of the Bush bail-outs in conjunction with Obama’s, you get a figure much closer to $3-trillion (2.8).

Not to overstate the obvious, but that’s an awful lot of money to bail out those who either dug their own grave, willfully, or else exacerbated the collapse, yet are still far better off than the rest of us.

 Now, here comes the real kick in the groin folks.

The first ever audit of the Federal Reserve has recently revealed that the Fed instead secretly gave out $16-trillion dollars in bail-outs. Let me say that again… $16-TRILLION dollars! This was reported by Senator Bernie Sanders and a few other web outlets, but it seems to have conveniently slipped by our mainstream corporate news media.

And not only did we reward the ultra-wealthy and fortune 500 companies, we also paid out to foreign entities as well! Yes sir, screw the American people, but let’s help out the foreign banks instead.

The truth is, we bailed out other countries as nothing more than pure bribery to keep them on board and backing the dollar of the fraudulent Federal Reserve system. If they leave the dollar, the Federal Reserve loses its control. It’s as simple as that.

Maybe this is the reason why our corporate controlled media decided to conveniently avoid revealing a $16-trillion bail-out, because U.S. taxpayers would literally rise up in an uproar over money they would more than likely be on the hook for, in some way, shape or form. And some analysts suspect the payments were closer to $28-trillion!

At any rate, this was the official government response from lil’ Timmy Geithner and the crooks at the Federal Reserve, which, again, is a private banking cartel and is not a federal institution.

This one-sided stimulus plan is what those greedy soul-sucking parasites at the Fed thought would stimulate our economy, insulating the ultra-wealthy with vastly more obscene wealth. What a concept.

Now, let’s take perhaps a more practical approach. Let’s take that egregious outlay of unfathomable wealth, $16-trillion dollars, and instead give that to every single American that is age 18 or older, rich and poor. According to the U.S. Census table below, you will see highlighted in blue that this figure is 234,564,071 people.

Get your calculator out and divide $16-trillion by the persons 18+ figure. You should get $68,212 dollars for each of these legal adults. That’s a nice stimulus check for working Americans.

If you omit the richest, who don’t need the money anyway, and you divide that money amongst adults with meager incomes, we could have all received checks of $70,000 to $100,000 plus, per person. Talk about a real economic stimulus!

Putting this money in the hands of “we the people” would clearly have provided more stimulation of our economy than giving it to rich corporations and banks that refuse to lend it out.

Somehow our brightest minds at the Fed apparently missed this win-win scenario.

Or did they?

Perhaps the bailouts are insulation for the rich, to weather a perfect economic storm that is still brewing. The purpose, save the rich, but damn the poor and middle class.

So think about this for one minute. Wouldn’t giving $100-thousand dollars, or even $68-thousand dollars to U.S. citizens have far more of an impact on our economy than giving billions to rich companies that don’t need it?

Banks were given that money for lending, but instead most of them chose to sit on it, to line their coffers in case of more economic hardship. Rather than lending it out, as they were allegedly supposed to do, some chose to buy up other failing corporations and banks, making themselves wealthier at taxpayer expense.

If you and I were given $68-thousand, or $100-thousand dollars, we would no doubt spend it, paying off credit cards, paying outstanding utility bills, paying off loans and home mortgages, or buying a new car, appliances, furniture, and things that we need. The important point to note is that most of us would not just sit on it, as the banks did.

This would have been a far better recourse to stimulate the economy.

Giving $16-trillion dollars to the American people would have indisputably stimulated retail, which in turn would have jump started manufacturing and industry, all of which would have translated to more jobs and decreased unemployment significantly in this county. In the end, all of the money would have eventually found its way to the banks that it was given to in the first place.

Isn’t this essentially provoking the capitalist system that fuels the economic engine that runs our country?

So why then did we bypass three vital components of our oft heralded economic system?

1) the consumer

2) the retailer

3) the manufacturer

We also missed out on stimulating jobs and the employment crisis.

And we would have staved off the mortgage crisis!

Our best and brightest economic minds couldn’t have figured this out? Seriously?

Why, oh why did we just hand out the money straight to the banks and the Wall Street villains that perpetrated the fraud and collapsed our system in the first place?

Does that really make any sense to you?

Let me make one thing very clear, this author is not the world’s brightest economist. Far from it. So how is it that a simple solution such as that proposed here was missed by the best and brightest minds within the Federal Reserve?

How is it that our top officials naively thought that this plan from Hank Paulson, Ben Bernanke, and Tim Geithner was best for America?

This author’s take is that this was all done with calculated purpose, with devastating effects and consequences in mind for the poor and middle class.

Let’s examine the rationale for why this was more than likely done the way it was.

If the richest corporations and banks get the bailout money, they are insulated from any adverse economic shortcomings during this crisis. They are in effect made much stronger, with the resources to now gobble up struggling and failing entities, much the same as happened during the first great depression. The mega-wealthy become much more powerful as a direct result.

There are other advantages for bailing out these “too big to fail” institutions, rather than the American people. By impoverishing the middle class, you in effect create a very large and desperate labor pool that no longer has any leverage over wages and working conditions. What you get is an enormous sea of people desperate for any job that will keep them working in order to feed their families. Companies no longer need to promise benefits, or even a minimum wage, because when the economy gets so bad, people will be forced to capitulate and work for whatever they can get.

Advantage to the corporations and the rich.

So bailing out the corporations puts them in a position to be stronger regarding market strength and industrial growth, with clear advantages over labor. Ignoring the people during the bailouts puts us in a weaker position to negotiate working conditions and wages.

A fascist system of complete control that favors the corporate state rather than labor.

As the economy struggles, here are some figures that do not pertain to those rich enough to enjoy the spoils of life, but say everything about the dire emergency that threatens the lower and middle classes.

Over 46-million Americans are impoverished, with most of them being on food stamps. That is a staggering figure because the qualification for food stamps is considerably under the poverty line.

A very sad statistic is that 40 percent of these food stamp recipients have a job, a very poor paying employment that does not allow them to exist with a good quality of life.

Undeniably the worst statistic of all is that 75 percent of those receiving food stamps are families with children, and one-third of recipients are elderly adults, or people with disabilities.

The number of Americans on food stamps is fast approaching 50-million. That is 1/7th of the population, or 46-million people from arguably the richest nation on earth. As we quickly approach 50-million food stamp users, that number quickly jumps to 1/6th of Americans living far under the poverty line.

Understand that you have to be far under the poverty line to qualify for food stamps. Just being impoverished does not entitle you to food stamps. A single person has to make under $677 per month in order to get food stamps. That is far below the poverty line for a single person. (see table below)

So even though a person might meet the poverty level, they have to be far under that, by $2,766 dollars a year. Even though the poverty level for one person is $10,890 per year, they only qualify for food stamps if they are making $8,112.

If you’re not getting the point here folks, the gist of this simple analysis is this… those 46-50-million people that are on food stamps are considerably under the poverty line.

Before the economic depression began there were 26-million Americans on food stamps. That number has nearly doubled since 2008, an increase of 20-million people. We now have in excess of $46-million on the program, according to spring 2011 figures.

That number is most certainly higher by now as we rapidly approach 20 percent of the populace using food stamps. That’s an unbelievable number for arguably the richest country in the world.

What’s worse is that the government estimates that 23 million more are eligible for food stamps, but don’t apply for them for reasons of pride and personal embarrassment, all initiated from right-wing fomented guilt.

A fact that many people don’t know about is that the JP Morgan companies make money off of food stamps. So not only are the ultra-rich fat-cats willfully sponging off the system through corporate welfare to bail them out, but they are also making huge money off of the starving poor.

What a racket.

For anyone thinking that those accepting food stamps are themselves sponging off the system, you should know that the Average Monthly Food Stamp Benefits per person was a mere $133.79 in 2010 (Kaiser Family Foundation website – State Health Facts). That’s roughly $1,605 per year. The average for a household is a paltry $284 a month.

 So let’s do some more math.

If you multiply $1,065 times 46-million people you get approximately $49-billion per year, on the average. The official figure for 2010 was $68-billion. Compare that figure with the hundreds of billions in unpaid taxes from our richest corporations and mega-wealthy millionaires and billionaires, each and every year, and you get a clearer idea of the real freeloaders in this country.

So who is sucking the most out of the system? Clearly it is those who have the most, the ultra-rich fat cats, yet that’s not what the far-right pundits will pontificate about. All they can scream about is how much the poor take from the system. This has got to be one of the greatest lies ever told. The rich are the ones bleeding our society dry. The poor are merely an aftereffect of their avarice.

The most disparaging number is when you compare this yearly food stamp figure to the $16-TRILLION that was secretly and illegally handed out by the Fed to the rich bankers and corporate elite who caused our economic collapse.

Poverty has been growing in America, more so since the economic collapse of 2008 which began under Bush II and has now continued under Obama. Over 46 million Americans live in poverty, the highest figure ever in 52 years, since poverty figures have been kept. A look at the statistics is all one needs to paint a grim picture.

As with all manipulated government figures, poverty is defined by family size and income. The federal government considers a family of four with a yearly income of less than $22,314 to be poor. So what about families of three? Is $22k really a livable income? Add these families to the equation and the poverty level in the U.S. rises dramatically higher.

By “government standards,” we are easily at 1 in 7 Americans in poverty, and fast approaching 1 in 6. That is a glaring figure for a country that claims itself to be the richest nation on earth.

To add insult to injury, quite literally, there are now 50 million Americans who do not have medical insurance. This figure can only exacerbate the number in poverty as these people become sick and thus bankrupt themselves with exorbitant medical bills.

It can be argued that the ultra wealthy have helped to perpetuate the sustainability and growth of this poverty cycle through the healthcare issue. It was the richest Americans who lobbied to keep the healthcare debate from a successful resolution, unless they were rewarded with round two of the Bush tax cuts. Once Congress acquiesced to that pressure, the richest did not hold up their end of the deal, instead turning on the poor, as well as 9/11 first responders, who were also tied to the political blackmail over a continuance of the Bush tax cuts.

The U.S. might have a good deal of wealth, but it is sadly enough concentrated in the hands of 1% of the population. The number is even smaller if you look at billionaires alone. With 410 billionaires in the U.S., that is 1 in 751-thousand Americans.

Clearly, the greatest mass of money sits in the hands of a select few.

The poor in this country are not responsible for our current economic disparity. They did not choose to be poor. They are but a by-product of a very poor unchecked system of bad capitalism. The amount of corporate welfare and tax dodging by our billionaires and multi-millionaires far eclipses that of any lower class welfare fraud. That is an indisputable fact.

We have billionaires and multi-millionaires who pay zero in taxes, all the while the poor and middle class are jailed for the same offense.

The August 2008 GAO report from the General Accounting Office points out that two-thirds of U.S. corporations also pay zero in taxes, as do 68% of their foreign corporate counterparts.

If you go back to 2005 you can follow the trend. According to CBS News, “More than 38,000 foreign corporations had no tax liability in 2005 and 1.2 million U.S. companies paid no income tax, the GAO said. Combined, the companies had $2.5 trillion in sales. About 25 percent of the U.S. corporations not paying corporate taxes were considered large corporations, meaning they had at least $250 million in assets or $50 million in receipts.”

Folks, this is essentially treason, for it deprives our country of trillions in unpaid taxes. At the very least it is outright criminal theft for which middle and lower income citizens are imprisoned for far less amounts that are infinitesimally diminutive by comparison. In the end, it is the middle and lower class that is forced to pay for that which the rich refuses to. That must be what they mean when they say that “wealth has privileges.”

So again, no matter what the misinformed say, or the disinformation pundits try to tell you, corporate welfare and tax fraud by the mega-wealthy far outweighs any free-ride that is falsely attributed to the lower or middle class. It’s not even close folks.

And don’t say the ultra-rich provide jobs and keep this country running. These are corporations that take their companies offshore, along with their jobs, all the while they exploit our economy, damage our highway infrastructure with their large semi-trucks, and pollute our environment, at taxpayer expense. They are making the profits while leaving the bills to you and your children.

During the Great Depression, unemployment stood at roughly 25 percent, with one in four Americans out of work. Despite the well managed unemployment statistics today, many allege that number is already near 20 percent, because the government is not counting those who have exhausted their benefits and have been kicked off the unemployment rolls.

Ah, the beauty of massaging numbers.

With the economic crisis strangling our middle and lower class, all Congress can talk about is where to make cuts. Despite all of the evidence that the rich are doing quite well through this depression, someone is coercing our Congress to consider cuts that affect those hurting the most. Much talk has been spent regarding cutting holy-grail expenses such as Social Security, Medicare, and food stamps.

Given the statistics already pointed out, this is tantamount to criminal behavior.

With all of the above facts about wealth in mind, it is unconscionable that anyone could consider cutting necessary social programs, rather than increasing taxes on the 1% who have increased their wealth since the Bush tax cuts.

The top 400 richest in the U.S. are all billionaires. This lofty subset of the wealthy has seen their wealth doubled under the Bush tax cuts, and continues to grow during this depression. To have their wealth grow in a depression proves that the game is rigged against us, and clearly in their favor. They profit as we suffer.

Let’s look now at one of the major government causes for our economic crisis, military spending.

If you take into account the perversely obscene US Military Spending vs the World, with its 2011 Pentagon Budget of $530.8B, you will hopefully understand why it is inhuman and immoral to consider going after the middle and lower class.

Our military outspends all other countries combined, by a vast amount. That’s a fact. Take every other country in the world and lump their military budgets together as one, and they still pale in comparison to U.S. military spending.

Outspending our closest adversaries easily by a 5 to 1 margin is undeniably immoral, unless of course you’re working for a totalitarian police state and world domination.

For anyone to think that the way out of this mess is to make the lower and middle class suffer more is ludicrous and borders on psychopathic behavior.

To this day, a model has now been constructed that enables the richest to become richer, while the middle class and poor become poorer. Those that are the wealthiest have suffered the least under this current economic depression, while the poorest have lost the most. As a result, the gap between the rich and the poor has become much larger.

A year before the economic meltdown, the richest 1% controlled 34% of the nation’s wealth. That figure in 2011 is fast approaching 40%. The total wealth of 63 percent of all Americans has declined in this period. These are alarming, staggering figures.

The average American reportedly make a mere $38 thousand per year. This figure is quite disingenuous because it would clearly be a much lower figure if you took the millionaires out of the equation, along with the 410 billionaires. The true disparity in wealth is very much hidden, for obvious reasons. It would be tough to herald our brand of capitalism as the better system if people understood the huge divide that exists between the rich and poor.

Meanwhile the U.S. National debt sits at roughly $15-trillion.

As a reminder… this is one trillion less than the secret payout of $16-trillion by the Federal Reserve to the richest of the corporations, banks, and Wall Street institutions.

It needs to be noted that from the time of George Washington up to Ronald Reagan the U.S. government accrued about one trillion dollars of debt, yet we are currently tacking on over 1.28-trillion just this year alone.

Here are some startling numbers for Americans to chew on:

In the last 20 years, nearly 50% of the wealth has gone to the top 1%, with 94% going to the top 20% of the ultra-rich. This of course means that the poorest 80% of Americans received only 6% of the new wealth.

To make matters worse, the ratio of pay for rich CEO’s compared with factory workers went from 42 to 1 in 1960 to as high as 531 to 1 in 2000.

In a recent newspaper article, “The fast track to inequality”, reporter Bob Herbert of the St. Louis Post Dispatch observes that the top CEOs in America all saw their incomes increase 5 times during just the last year of the Bush administration.

What American worker ever gets more than one raise in a year? FIVE raises for corporate CEOs in the last year of the Bush administration. This is absolutely unconscionable. Talk about outrageous avarice, audacity and just plain blind hubris… five raises in one year!

The Bush tax cuts have been a huge detriment to the economy. Clinton taxed the wealthy at 36 to 39 percent, far lower than 1960’s levels, yet it gave the U.S. a projected surplus for the first time in decades. The Bush tax cuts cost the country $1.8 trillion, according to the Tax Policy Center. Since 2008, the total cost of the cuts has grown to $2.3 trillion through 2010. Total income was nearly $3 trillion less ($2.74) during the years of Bush.

An inhuman moral perversity if ever there was one.

 

Adding insult to injury , those making $200,000 or more and paying NO federal income taxes was through thee roof in the second term of Bush. Ten years before, the number of those skipping taxes was less than 1,500. In 2000 the number was 2,300, however the number skyrocketed to 11,000 rich freeloaders in 2007 and then DOUBLED to 22,000 tax free cheats in 2008.

 

One of the wealthiest men in America, Warren Buffet, pays a total tax rate (federal, state & local) of 0.2% of his income and investment gains. By comparison, the average American who earns a paltry minimum wage has to pay a tax rate of 22% of their wages. This figure is 100 times the tax rate of Buffet and the excessively wealthy.

 

For all the lying that the conservatives do about welfare fraud by the poor, whatever the true number is, it is infinitesimally diminutive compared to the outrageous trillions that the rich steal from our capitalist system. Hands down. There is no close comparison. The disparity between the figures is staggering, with the ultra-rich reaping the greatest fraud of all. There is no contesting this fact. Anyone that tries to do so is ignorant and has not done their homework, or they are bald-faced liars.

 

Summary

In light of all of these disproportionate figures and the growing wealth inequality that appears to be built into our system of capitalism, it is no wonder that many feel this economic collapse has been engineered to bring the middle class to its knees, to grovel at the feet of the wealthiest for slave wages, with little or no benefits.

The Federal Reserve and our government economists know these figures regarding the poor all too well, yet they chose to help those who have the most, who have the best chance to survive, versus the average American.

This excuse about “too big to fail” is absolute bullshit when applied to mega-wealthy fortune 500 companies. Far be it for them to see a little profit loss, as opposed to Americans who are losing it all.

Excuse me, but “too big to fail” is 308-million people who comprise the better part of our system of capitalism. Bailing these people out would have in effect eventually bailed out the big corporations, because the flow of goods and services would continue.

Again, knowing all of this, our best and brightest economic financial minds decided to turn their back on these people, skipping the middle man and jumping right to the end of the line. So much for their faith in our system of capitalism. They chose an unreasonable solution to healing the ills of a nation. Instead they deferred to helping the richest, rather than the poorest or those struggling the most.

How anyone can claim that our best and brightest economic minds at the Fed did not see this economic disaster coming, either questions the intelligence of those asking the question, or those running the Fed.

If the Federal Reserve truly cared about salvaging our country, they would have identified the real problem and bailed out the people instead. The people are the true backbone of our economic engine. Companies can have all the goods and services they want, but if the people can’t afford them, what good does it do for the corporations?

If our government was truly representative of the people, it would have addressed their needs and saved their jobs, their homes, and their well being.

The most obvious solutions that would show a logical attempt to dig the U.S. of of its massive hole would be to:

Cut defense spending in half. (we will still be far outspending our adversaries)

Tax the top 1% at 40% (They can afford it. They doubled their wealth.)

Rescind the Bush tax cuts for the wealthy.

Make massive cuts in pork barrel spending.

Start taxing off-shore corporations, or place higher tariffs on their goods

In light of the economic disparity coming forth since the 2008 economic collapse, coupled with the fact that the Federal Reserve has insulated the wealthiest from harm, it could be said that our brightest economic minds do know what they are doing, and it is not in the best interest of the middle or lower class.

The evidence is clearly in who the Fed has bailed out. It is also in the fact that the top 500 corporations have increased their holdings since the 2008 crash, by 60 percent! This gross aberration of our economy is coupled with the undeniable fact that the wealthiest are getting richer, during one of the worst depressions ever known to man.

Once again, the secret payout of $16-trillion dollars is the smoking gun here. When you realize that each U.S. citizen 18 years or older could have been given $68,000, but the Fed chose instead to reward the wealthiest, you start to get the idea that this economic nightmare is nothing but sweet dreams for the ultra-rich who concocted this disaster, for their benefit and the death of the middle class.

Going a sep further, if you exclude giving bailout money to the rich, and instead gave it to Americans 18+ that make under $200,000, each of these deserving needy people would receive a check in excess of $100,000.

Once again, this would have been a far better way to stimulate the economy. Those less off would have paid overdue mortgages, stopping the housing crisis. These people would have made much needed purchases, thus stimulating retail sales, which in turn would have stimulated factory production, all of which would have made its way to the banks. The cycle of capitalism would have been invigorated and renewed.

This is a no-brain win-win for everyone involved. It would have been a boon to the country, but for some reason our best and brightest minds at the Federal Reserve sought to bypass the inner workings of our oft heralded capitalistic system, instead choosing to cut out everyone in between and give the money directly to banks and wealthy corporate 500 companies. All these institutions did was buy up less solvent companies and financial institutions, making themselves much stronger for mere pennies on the dollar.

Those familiar with history may remember that this is the exact same scam that the wealthy pulled on America during the first engineered great depression. This is the second time our highly vaunted system of capitalism has collapsed in less that 80 years!

And lest anyone forget the fascist coup by the wealthy on FDR in 1933. The rich are treasonous, morally deficient, soulless, greedy parasites who have indeed reserved for themselves a special spot in hell.

Make no mistake about it, when weighing the figures and data above, all signs point to the obvious… the Federal Reserve and the ultra-rich engineered and orchestrated this latest economic collapse to benefit themselves and to crush the middle class. In light of their short sided remedial course of action, it is hard to figure otherwise.

Needless to say, in this environment of greed and financial corruption, Robin Hood would certainly have his work cut out for him.

A fascist state is upon us folks. We must end the Federal Reserve system and the rule of the rich oligarchs now, before they put an end to us.

Hillary as president would mean war with Russia. With neocon nazis such as Robert Kagan and Max Boot running her war policy and with Hillary’s comparison of Russia’s president Putin to Adolf Hitler, war would be a certainty. As Michel Chossudovsky and Noam Chomsky have written, the war would be nuclear.

If Hillary is elected president, the financial gangsters and profiteering war criminals would complete their takeover of the country. It would be forever or until armageddon.

To understand what we would be getting with Hillary, recall the Clinton presidency. The Clinton presidency was transformative in ways not generally recognized. Clinton destroyed the Democratic Party with “free trade” agreements, deregulated the financial system, launched Washington’s ongoing policy of “regime change” with illegal military attacks on Yugoslavia and Iraq, and his regime used deadly force without cause against American civilians and covered up the murders with fake investigations. These were four big changes that set the country on its downward spiral into a militarized police state with massive income and wealth inequality.

One can understand why Republicans wanted the North American Free Trade Agreement, but it was Bill Clinton who signed it into law. “Free trade” agreements are devices used by US corporations to offshore their production of goods and services sold in American markets. By moving production abroad, labor cost savings increase corporate profits and share prices, bringing capital gains to shareholders and multi-million dollar performance bonuses to executives. The rewards to capital are large, but the rewards come at the expense of US manufacturing workers and the tax base of cities and states.

When plants are closed and the work shipped overseas, middle class jobs disappear. Industrial and manufacturing unions are eviscerated, destroying the labor unions that financed the Democrats’ election campaigns. The countervailing power of labor against capital was lost, and Democrats had to turn to the same sources of funding as Republicans. The result is a one party state.

The weakened tax base of cities and states has made it possible for Republicans to attack the public sector unions. Today the Democratic Party no longer exists as a political party financed by the union dues of ordinary people. Today both political parties represent the interests of the same powerful interest groups: the financial sector, the military/security complex, the Israel Lobby, the extractive industries, and agribusiness.

Neither party represents voters. Thus, the people are loaded up with the costs of financial bailouts and wars, while the extractive industries and Monsanto destroy the environment and degrade the food supply. Elections no longer deal with real issues such as the loss of constitutional protections and a government accountable to law. Instead the parties compete on issues such as homosexual marriage and federal funding of abortion.

Clinton’s repeal of the Glass-Steagall Act was the initiating move followed by the removal of more constraints that allowed the financial system to transform itself into a gambling casino where bets are covered by the public and the Federal Reserve. The full consequences of this remain to be seen.

The Clinton regime’s attack on the Serbs was a war crime under international law, but it was the Yugoslavian president who tried to defend his country who was put on trial as a war criminal. When the Clinton regime murdered Randy Weaver’s family at Ruby Ridge and 76 people at Waco, subjecting the few survivors to a show trial, the regime’s crimes against humanity went unpunished. Thus did Clinton set the precedents for 14 years of Bush/Obama crimes against humanity in seven countries. Millions of people have been killed, maimed, and displaced, and it is all acceptable.

It is easy enough for a government to stir up its population against foreigners as the successes of Clinton, George W. Bush, and Obama demonstrate. But the Clinton regime managed to stir up Americans against their fellows as well. When the FBI gratuitously murdered Randy Weaver’s wife and young son, propagandistic denunciations of Randy Weaver took the place of accountability. When the FBI attacked the Branch Davidians, a religious movement that split from the Seventh-day Adventist Church, with tanks and poison gas, causing a fire that burned 76 people, mainly women and children, to death, the mass murder was justified by the Clinton regime with wild and unsubstantiated charges against the government’s murdered victims.

All efforts to bring accountability to the crimes were blocked. These were the precedents for the executive branch’s successful drive to secure immunity from law. This immunity has now spread to local police who routinely abuse and murder US citizens on their streets and in their homes.

Washington’s international lawlessness about which the Russian and Chinese governments increasingly complain originated with the Clinton regime. Washington’s lies about Saddam Hussein’s “weapons of mass destruction” originated in the Clinton regime, as did the goal of “regime change” in Iraq and Washington’s illegal bombings and embargoes that costs the lives of 500,000 Iraqi children, lost lives that Clinton’s Secretary of State said were justified.

The US government had done wicked things in the past. For example, the Spanish-American war was a grab for empire, and Washington has always protected the interests of US corporations from Latin American reformers, but the Clinton regime globalized the criminality. Regime change has become reckless bringing with it danger of nuclear war. It is no longer Grenada and Honduras whose governments are overthrown. Today it is Russia and China that are targeted. Former parts of Russia herself–Georgia and Ukraine–have been turned into Washington’s vassal states. Washington-financed NGOs organize “student protests” in Hong Kong, hoping that the protests will spread into China and destabilize the government. The recklessness of these interventions in the internal affairs of nuclear powers is unprecedented.

Hillary Clinton is a warmonger, and so will be the Republican candidate. The hardening anti-Russian rhetoric issuing from Washington and its punk EU puppet states places the world on the road to extinction. The arrogant neoconservatives, with their hubristic belief that the US is the “exceptional and indispensable” country, would regard a de-escalation of rhetoric and sanctions as backing down. The more the neo-cons and politicians such as John McCain and Lindsey Graham escalate the rhetoric, the closer we come to war.

As the US government now embraces pre-emptive arrest and detention of those who might someday commit a crime, the entire cadre of neo-con warmongers should be arrested and indefinitely detained before they destroy humanity.

The Clinton years produced a spate of books documenting the numerous crimes and cover-ups–the Oklahoma City bombing, Ruby Ridge, Waco, the FBI crime lab scandal, Vincent Foster’s death, CIA involvement in drug running, the militarization of law enforcement, Kosovo, you name it. Most of these books are written from a libertarian or conservative viewpoint as no one realized while it was happening the nature of the transformation of American governance. Those who have forgotten, and those too young ever to have known, owe it to themselves to acquaint or re-acquaint themselves with the Clinton years. Recently I wrote about Ambrose Evans-Pritchard’s book, The Secret Life of Bill Clinton. Another book with substantial documentation is James Bovard’s Feeling Your Pain. Congress and the media aided and abetted the extensive cover-ups, focusing instead on the relatively unimportant Whitewater real estate deals and Clinton’s sexual affair with White House intern Monica Lewinsky.

Clinton and his corrupt regime lied about many important things, but only his lie about his affair with Monica Lewinsky caused the House of Representatives to impeach him. By ignoring numerous substantial grounds for impeachment and selecting instead an insubstantial reason, Congress and the media were complicit in the rise of an unaccountable executive branch. This lack of accountability has brought us tyranny at home and war abroad, and these two evils are enveloping us all.

WARNING: Bank Deposits Will Soon No Longer Be Considered Money But Paper Investments

This weekend the G20 nations will convene in Brisbane, Australia to conclude a week of Asian festivities that began in Beijing for the developed countries and major economies. And on Sunday, the biggest deal of the week will be made as the G20 will formally announce new banking rules that are expected to send shock waves to anyone holding a checking, savings, or money market account in a financial institution.

On Nov. 16, the G20 will implement a new policy that makes bank deposits on par with paper investments, subjecting account holders to declines that one might experience from holding a stock or other security when the next financial banking crisis occurs. Additionally, all member nations of the G20 will immediately submit and pass legislation that will fulfill this program, creating a new paradigm where banks no longer recognize your deposits as money, but as liabilities and securitized capital owned and controlled by the bank or institution.

In essence, the Cyprus template of 2011 will be fully implemented in every major economy, and place bank depositors as the primary instrument of the next bailouts when the next crisis occurs…

For most Americans with savings or checking accounts in federally insured banks, normal FDIC rules on deposit insurance are still in play, but anyone with over $250,000 in any one account, or held offshore, will have their money automatically subject to bankruptcy disbursements from the courts based on a much lower rank of priority, and a much lower percentage of return.

This also includes business accounts, money market accounts, and any depository investments such as a certificate of deposit (CD)…

after Sunday at the G20 meeting, the risks of holding any cash in a bank or financial institution will have to be weighed as heavily and with as much determination of risk as if you were holding a stock or municipal bond, which could decline in an instant should the financial environment bring a crisis even remotely similar to that of 2008.

From a technical perspective, this is moving in line with Murray Rothbard’s  perspective on “bank deposit insurance,” which he saw as a scam:

fractional reserve banking proved shaky, and so the New Deal, in 1933, added the lie of “bank deposit insurance,” using the benign word “insurance” to mask an arrant hoax. When the savings and loan system went down the tubes in the late 1980s, the “deposit insurance” of the federal FSLIC [Federal Savings and Loan Insurance Corporation] was unmasked as sheer fraud. The “insurance” was simply the smoke-and-mirrors term for the unbacked name of the federal government. The poor taxpayers finally bailed out the S&Ls, but now we are left with the formerly sainted FDIC [Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation], for commercial banks, which is now increasingly seen to be shaky, since the FDIC itself has less than one percent of the huge number of deposits it “insures.”

The very idea of “deposit insurance” is a swindle; how does one insure an institution (fractional reserve banking) that is inherently insolvent, and which will fall apart whenever the public finally understands the swindle? Suppose that, tomorrow, the American public suddenly became aware of the banking swindle, and went to the banks tomorrow morning, and, in unison, demanded cash. What would happen? The banks would be instantly insolvent, since they could only muster 10 percent of the cash they owe their befuddled customers. Neither would the enormous tax increase needed to bail everyone out be at all palatable. No: the only thing the Fed could do, and this would be in their power, would be to print enough money to pay off all the bank depositors. Unfortunately, in the present state of the banking system, the result would be an immediate plunge into the horrors of hyperinflation.

Thus, the removal of protection for large depositors is eliminating the scam at this tier. It is, in other words, cutting down on moral hazard.

However, I do not suspect that the world’s governments have suddenly found Jesus/Rothbard. I suspect what is going on here is that the government is fully aware that this change will create a separation between bank deposits and government securities. Government securities, especially short-term paper, will become a safer investment than large banks deposits. This will drive funds away from banks and private sector lending and push funds into the direction of government sponsored debt (where there will be continued back up for such debt of the money printing presses).

Tell the Government Accounting Standards Board you want full disclosure on tax subsidies for corporations

Each year billions of your state and local tax dollars get diverted from public coffers for corporate subsidies. Just how much you are forced to pay for corporate welfare could soon move from the darkness of official secrecy into the light — but only if you act now.

A proposed rule requiring state and local governments to disclose the total amount of property tax and some other abatements in any year is being considered by the little-known private rule-making body known as the Government Accounting Standards Board (GASB).

In 44 states, laws let county, city and other local officials grant tax reductions or exemptions to companies, often with little disclosure and no accountability. Exemptions from taxes benefit thousands of companies, from online retailer Amazon to shampoo maker Zotos International.

The proposal is tepid and narrow, but far better to let in a ray of light than to allow these deals the cover of total darkness in which they are typically carried out.
Picking your pocket

Just how many billions of tax dollars corporations escape paying is a mystery. The reason: Everyone responsible for picking your pocket — the politicians who grant the subsidies, the companies that get them and the brokers who charge fees to arrange them — prefer to hide in the dark.

People know little about the myriad local and state subsidies to corporations because governments report welfare costs using two systems, separate and unequal: a fully transparent one for individuals and an opaque one for companies.

Governments at every level publish finely detailed reports on how much taxpayer money is spent to help children, the chronically sick, the disabled, the elderly and the poor. But virtually no statistics exist on welfare for the rich and the corporations they own, as those of us whose who report on these matters know from years of painstaking work to extract limited facts from the public record.

The board’s use of the opaque term “abatement” in reference to companies’ being excused from some taxes indicates how gingerly it is dealing with the politicians, corporations and subsidy brokers that want to obfuscate these deals so they can continue to enjoy the benefits of picking your pocket.

Simply put, this proposed rule is about disclosure regarding rules under which you are forced to pay your taxes in full while others get a free ride. It is about corruption, which in our time has become sophisticated and institutional. Instead of cash bribes, which come with a risk of prison, today money flows as campaign contributions, cushy jobs for friends and family of the politicians who approve these deals and other harder-to-track payoffs.

 

Obama’s Secret Treaty Would Be The Most Important Step Toward A One World Economic System

Barack Obama is secretly negotiating the largest international trade agreement in history, and the mainstream media in the United States is almost completely ignoring it.  If this treaty is adopted, it will be the most important step toward a one world economic system that we have ever seen.

The name of this treaty is “the Trans-Pacific Partnership”, and the text of the treaty is so closely guarded that not even members of Congress know what is in it.  Right now, there are 12 countries that are part of the negotiations: the United States, Canada, Australia, Brunei, Chile, Japan, Malaysia, Mexico, New Zealand, Peru, Singapore and Vietnam.  These nations have a combined population of 792 million people and account for an astounding 40 percent of the global economy.  And it is hoped that the EU, China and India will eventually join as well.  This is potentially the most dangerous economic treaty of our lifetimes, and yet there is very little political debate about it in this country.
Even though Congress is not being allowed to see what is in the treaty, Barack Obama wants Congress to give him fast track negotiating authority.  What that means is that Congress would essentially trust Obama to negotiate a good treaty for us.  Congress could vote the treaty up or down, but would not be able to amend or filibuster it.
Of course now the Republicans control both houses of Congress.  If they are foolish enough to blindly give Barack Obama so much power, they should all immediately resign.

And it is critical that people understand that this is not just an economic treaty.  It is basically a gigantic end run around Congress.  Thanks to leaks, we have learned that so many of the things that Obama has deeply wanted for years are in this treaty.  If adopted, this treaty will fundamentally change our laws regarding Internet freedom, healthcare, copyright and patent protection, food safety, environmental standards, civil liberties and so much more.  This treaty includes many of the rules that alarmed Internet activists so much when SOPA was being debated, it would essentially ban all “Buy American” laws, it would give Wall Street banks much more freedom to trade riskyderivatives and it would force even more domestic manufacturing offshore.

In other words, it is the treaty from hell.

In addition to imposing Obama’s vision for the world on 40 percent of the global population, it is also being described as a “Christmas wish-list for major corporations”.  Of the 29 chapters in the treaty, only five of them actually deal with economic issues.  The rest of the treaty deals with a whole host of other issues of great importance to the global elite.

The following list of issues addressed by this treaty is from a Malaysian news source…

• domestic court decisions and international legal standards (e.g., overriding domestic laws on both trade and nontrade matters, foreign investors’ right to sue governments in international tribunals that would overrule the national sovereignty)
  • environmental regulations (e.g., nuclear energy, pollution, sustainability)
  • financial deregulation (e.g., more power and privileges to the bankers and financiers)
  • food safety (e.g., lowering food self-sufficiency, prohibition of mandatory labeling of genetically modified products, or bovine spongiform encephalopathy (BSE) or mad cow disease)
  • Government procurement (e.g., no more buy locally produced/grown)
  • Internet freedom (e.g., monitoring and policing user activity)
  • labor (e.g., welfare regulation, workplace safety, relocating domestic jobs abroad)
  • patent protection, copyrights (e.g., decrease access to affordable medicine)
  • public access to essential services may be restricted due to investment rules (e.g., water, electricity, and gas)

Why can’t we get this type of reporting in the United States?

And if this treaty is ultimately approved by Congress, we will essentially be stuck with it forever.

This treaty is written in such a way that the United States will be permanently bound by all of the provisions and will never be able to alter them unless all of the other countries agree.

Are you starting to understand why this treaty is so dangerous?

This treaty is the key to Obama’s “legacy”.  He wants to impose his will upon 40 percent of the global population in a way that will never be able to be overturned.

Of course Obama is touting this treaty as the path to economic recovery.  He promises that it will greatly increase global trade, decrease tariffs and create more jobs for American workers.

But instead, it would be a major step toward destroying what is left of the U.S. economy.

Over the past several decades, every time a major trade agreement has been signed we have seen even more good jobs leave the United States.

And it doesn’t take a genius to figure out why this is happening.  If corporations can move jobs to the other side of the planet to nations where it is legal to pay slave labor wages, they will make larger profits.

Just think about it.  If you were running a corporation and you had the choice of paying workers ten dollars an hour or one dollar an hour, which would you choose?

Plus there are so many other costs, taxes and paperwork hassles when you deal with American workers.  For example, big corporations will not have to provide Obamacare for their foreign workers.  That alone will represent a huge savings.

Any basic course in economics will teach you that labor flows from markets where labor costs are high to markets where labor costs are lower.  And at this point it costs less to make almost everything overseas.  As a result, we have already lost millions upon millions of good jobs, and countless small and mid-size U.S. companies have been forced to shut down because they cannot compete with foreign manufacturers.

Later this month, consumers will flock to retail stores for “Black Friday” deals.  But if you look carefully at those products, you will find that almost all of them are made overseas.  We buy far, far more from the rest of the world than they buy from us, and that is a recipe for national economic suicide.

We consume far more wealth that we produce, and anyone with half a brain can see that is not sustainable in the long run.  The only way that we have been able to maintain our high standard of living is by going into insane amounts of debt.  We are currently living in the largest debt bubble in the history of the planet, and at some point the party is going to end.

If Obama is successful in ramming this secret treaty through, it is going to do incalculable damage to what is left of the once great U.S. economy.

How does a man get elected President after serving less than one full term as a U.S. Senator? Does being a community activist/antagonist qualify one for the highest office in the land? Were the Soviet defectors correct in that Obama is the manifestation of a multi-generational plot to bring America to her knees? It is easy to comprehend how and why Putin would want to destroy America. But is Obama is his accomplice in this mission which could imperil all of us?

Who is he?

Former FBI Weatherman Task Force supervisor, Max Noel, noted that the FBI utilized a CARL test when it conducted background checks on various suspects. The acronym CARL stands for Character, Associates, Reputation, and Loyalty is used to assess candidates fitness to hold the highest office in the country. On each of these four points of power, Obama fails and fails miserably. Like many FBI law enforcementagents and officials, Noel was alarmed by the fact that someone like Barack Obama could capture the presidency. For some unexplained reason, Obama was never vetted before he became a candidate for the presidency by the FBI. This is an unacceptable result of our national security system and is wholly suggestive of internal plot to allow the installation of a blatantly communist advocate into the highest political position in America.

 

Soviet Defectors Warn of Deception and the Emergence of a Manchurian Candidate

Did you really think Alger Hiss would be the last communist traitor to serve in a high level US governmental position?

Through the testimony of high-ranking Soviet defectors, it can clearly be established that the Russians have been engaged in a multi-generational plot to destroy the United States from within and from without. Domestically, the Russian communists are in the midst of completing a coup d’état, with the help their communist stooge, Barack Obama. In the following paragraphs, the verbatim statements of high ranking Soviet defectors are offered as proof of these claims. The first three defectors tell how the Soviets are setting the table for America’s demise. Stunningly, the fourth defector warns our country of a Manchurian candidate type of leadership whose job it will be to hand over a weakened America to the Russians (see Part Two).

Today, many people have been in a position to now vet the President after Obama’s first six years in office and observed his “fundamental transformation of America“. This particular series will continue to connect the dots of the secretive and nefarious communist background of Barack Hussein Obama.

Obama Moves To Obscure His Background

With the general warning by Russian defectors that a traitor was waiting in the wings, it is time to reveal the true nature of the Manchurian candidate who sits in the Oval office through a brief examination of his family members with CIA affiliations along with their exposure to the MKULTRA mind control experiments being conducted at the University of Hawaii.

With the stroke of his executive order pen, President Obama quickly moved to seal off his records from public view after his election. However, he was too late to completely hide his background as researchers, such as Wayne Madsen, have found significant  information to demonstrate that what Obama has omitted, is that his rare rise to power can only be explained by his family’s CIA roots.

The election of Barack Hussein Obama is the culmination of what the Soviet defectors have been warning America about for decades in that Obama’s ascendency to the Presidency was part of a documented long-term strategic plan to recruit selected candidates into intelligence, while guiding these individuals and their families into high-ranking intelligence community positions before executing the meteoric rise to power by one of their own. For example, George H. W. Bush was a former CIA director, and CIA member going back to the 1950’s and thanks to Wayne Madsen, we now know that Obama’s family was CIA and not just CIA, but a CIA mind controlled family.

Obama is the Soviet messiah as he will eventually become known as the Second Coming of Stalin. He has been prophesied by Soviet defectors Lunev, Golitsyn, Suvorov and Bezmenov, and now he is here to fulfill his mission.

Question: What does  Barack Obama and the “Unabomber” Ted Kaczynski have in common?

Answer: Both Kaczynski and Obama had significant exposure to the MK-ULTRA experiments; Kaczynski at Harvard and Obama at the University of Hawaii and the Ford Foundation much earlier. Outrageous?

The following paragraph represents quoted excerpts from Wayne Madsen’s exceptional investigation into the Obama family CIA background:

“President Obama’s own work in 1983 for Business International Corporation, a CIA front that conducted seminars with the world’s most powerful leaders and used journalists as agents abroad, dovetails with CIA espionage activities conducted by his mother, Stanley Ann Dunham in 1960’s post-coup Indonesia on behalf of a number of CIA front operations, including the East-West Center at the University of Hawaii, the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), and the Ford Foundation. Dunham met and married Lolo Soetoro, Obama’s stepfather, at the East-West Center in 1965. Soetoro was recalled to Indonesia in 1965 to serve as a senior army officer and assist General Suharto and the CIA in the bloody overthrow of President Sukarno….   Soetoro worked for the elitist Ford Foundation, World Bank, Asian Development Bank, Bank Rakyat (the majority government-owned People’s Bank of Indonesia), and the CIA-linked USAID while she lived in Indonesia and later, Pakistan….. Barack Obama, on the other hand, cleverly masked his own CIA connections as well as those of his mother, father, step-father, and grandmother (there is very little known about Obama’s grandfather, Stanley Armour Dunham.“

Madsen painstakingly and conclusively demonstrated that virtually all of Obama’s relatives were CIA operatives. Madsen has found even more CIA connections to Obama’s first employer. Madsen further went on to describe how Obama’s family was clearly exposed and was intimately connected to MK-ULTRA’s mind control program at the University of Hawaii. Info Wars also carried Madsen’s expose and it is available here.

It’s a Small World, After All

President Obama’s family and former Ex-Goldman Sachs executive, Ex-Treasury Secretary and World Bank leader,Tim Geithner and his family  have been joined together at the hip for decades. Tim Geithner’s father worked for the CIA in the Rockefeller funded Ford Foundation in Asia. Geitner’s father was in charge of micro-finance for the Ford Foundation for all of Asia. From Wayne Madsen’s work, we know that President Obama’s mother was in charge of micro-finance in Indonesia. The Hollywood producers could not make this plot up. Geithner’s father was Obama’s mother’s boss. It is likely that Geithner’s father tagged Obama as a potential presidential CIA Ford Foundation, well-groomed Manchurian candidate.

Additional information comes from the discovery that the two universities that Obama attended, Harvard and Columbia, were prime CIA recruiting grounds. The Ford and Rockefeller Foundations continued to fund Columbia’s Soviet studies programs through the early 1980s, where Obama was a student. And would anyone care to guess what Obama was studying?

Trilateral Commission co-founder, former National Security Adviser to Carter and Obama’s former professor and now political handler.

Obama was enrolled in a Soviet studies program taught by Zbigniew Brzezinski. And to those who are new to NWO conspiracies, one might wonder who is Brzezinski?  Brzezinski was the former National Security Adviser under President Carter. But more importantly, he was also the co-founder of one of the most influential globalist organizations in all of history, the Trilateral Commission. If you know your New World Order history, you have chills going up and down your spine as you read these words. We should be mindful that Brzezinski, in his book,Between Two Ages: America’s Role in the Technetronic Era (1970), that he laid out the NWO conspiracy to control all nation states and usher in a totalitarian world government.

There are two chilling quotes by Brzezinski in his aforementioned book that come directly to bear on Obama and his meteoric rise to power:

“In the technetronic society the trend would seem to be towards the aggregation of the individual support of millions of uncoordinated citizens, easily within the reach of magnetic and attractive personalities exploiting the latest communications techniques to manipulate emotions and control reason.”

In the second quote, Brzezinski is clearly calling for the installation of CIA/MKULTRA mind control leaders. Today, Brzezinski would his former understudy, Obama, a President with an undeniable “magnetic and attractive personality exploiting the latest communications techniques designed to manipulate emotions and control reason.”

Comrade Obama’s ascension to the presidency has been a long time in the making. Interestingly, Barack Obama’s past associates especially the communist terrorists which funded his Harvard legal education and ultimately launched his political career as an Illinois state senator, namely, Bill Ayers and Bernadine Dohrn, have been in lockstep with Obama his entire adult life. However, Dohrn and Ayers were not the first to indoctrinate Obama with the Marxist communist philosophy. For that information, we have to begin with Frank Marshall Davis.

Obama’s real father, Frank Marshall Davis, was a member of the Communist Party and a former Soviet Agent who was under FBI investigation for a total of 19 years. In 1948, Davis moved from Chicago to Hawaii leaving behind a colleague named Vernon Jarrett, father-in-law of Senior White House adviser, Valerie Jarrett. Yes, the Jarrett’s are communists as well. Both Jarrett and Davis wrote for a left wing newspaper called the Chicago Defender in which they espoused a communist  takeover of the United States Government. In 1971, Davis, according to Joel Gilbert, reunited with his then nine-year-old son, Barack Obama, and schooled him in the ways of being a good communist for the next nine years.

The Final Stages of Training the Manchurian Candidate

Adding more fuel to this communist fire, it is interesting to note that both Senior White House Advisers, David Axelrod and Valerie Jarrett were both also “Red Diaper Babies, in which they were the sons and daughters of well-to-do parents who desired communism and lived out their dreams through their children’s revolutionary activities. Other notable red-diaper babies also include such notables as Rahm Emanuel and Eric Holder. Jarrett’s situation is particularly interesting in that her family and the Ayers family have been multi-generational friends which also included a marriage between the two families. Much of the Obama administration is a nest of well-established communists and this should serve to gravely concern every American citizen.

Following the nine years of mentoring and parenting by Frank Davis, Obama made some very important communist connections which ultimately led to him obtaining an impressive college education financed by some very familiar communist activists, namely, Bill Ayers and Bernardine Dohrn. You remember Bill and Bernardine, don’t you?

The Prairie Fire book was co-authored by Dohrn and Ayers, and, quite unbelievably, it was dedicated to Sirhan Sirhan, Robert Kennedy’s assassin. A former FBI informant, while appearing on The Common Sense Show, Larry Grathwohl, revealed that he testified in a court of law that Ayers and Dohrn had direct involvement in a terrorist plot which killed San Francisco police sergeant, Brian V. McDonnell, by a bomb made and planted by these Weathermen Underground terrorists. How are Bernadine Dohrn and husband Bill Ayers not in prison? The only logical explanation is that Ayers and Dohrn are and were CIA assets whose mission it was consisted of guiding the young communist, Barack Obama, and his legal education and later, launching his political career. If Dohrn was not a CIA asset, then how can anyone explain how she teaches at a prominent university with her felony background, conviction and the time she briefly served in prison?

Grathwohl also revealed on The Common Sense Show that he asked Ayers, in a meeting of about 25 well-to do Weatherman, most with advanced degrees from Ivy League Universities, what the Weathermen planned to do when they achieved their goal of a communist take over the government. Grathwohl stated that Ayers paused for a moment and then said that it was likely that about 50 million Americans will have to be re-educated in concentration camps located in the American Southwest and that about 25 million would have to be eliminated, meaning that they would have to be murdered. Bill and Bernardine’s Weather Underground had the support of Cuba, East German intelligence and the North Vietnamese. I believe that Obama could end up being the fulfillment of the Ayers “re-education prediction, and with the power granted to Obama by the NDAA, that he will fulfill Ayers’ promise to Grathwohl to murder 25 million Americans who cannot be “re-educated”.

During the Vietnam war era, Ayers championed black civil rights and he and Dohrn further chastised white society for their treatment of blacks. Grathwohl also revealed that Ayers wanted to support the beginning of a race war by killing whites, from supposed black villains, and then blaming whites in order to begin a race war. How eerily similar does this sound to the Charles Manson Family and their Helter Skelter plans to execute that very same objective? While Grathwohl was infiltrating the Weathermen, Ayers ordered FBI infiltrator, Grathwohl, to blow up a Detroit police substation to which Grathwohl said that a nearby restaurant, where many blacks ate would suffer many casualties. Ayers replied that some have to die for a revolution to proceed.

Ayers and Dohrn raised a foster son, Chesa Boudin, who worked for the late Hugo Chavez, communist dictator in charge of Venezuela. Chesa Boudin was the child of Kathy Boudin and David Gilbert, members of a Weather Underground spin-off group who went to prison for an armored car robbery that resulted in the murders of two police officers and a security guard. Dohrn served seven months for her role in the robbery and this is the reason that she is ineligible to become bar certified as an attorney. Is anyone else uncomfortable with the fact that Ayers and Dohrn were the ones primarily responsible for educating Obama with the communist funds and then subsequently launched his political career from their living room? Well, it is true, please read on.

Allen Hulton, a 39 year veteran of the postal service, provided a sworn affidavit to Maricopa County, AZ. Sheriff investigators, led by Sheriff Joe Arpaio, in an effort toward determining whether or not former FOREIGN college student, Barack Obama, was eligible to be placed on Arizona’s 2012 election ballot. After reviewing Hulton’s affidavit, it is

apparent that Ayers and Dohrn were in fact the de facto adoptive parents to this foreign student destined to become the first illegitimate President of the United States. As a result, Obama was treated to the finest Ivy League education that communist backed money could buy as Hulton maintains that the Ayers’ repeatedly told him that they were financing the education of a promising young black FOREIGN student at Harvard. Hulton also testified that he met Obama while at the Ayer’s home and he asked Obama what he was going to do with all his education, to which Obama politely answered:

“I am going to become the President”. Readers should take note that this is an affidavit, and as such, is formally considered to be evidence, not conjecture or hearsay. There can be no other conclusion that the communist terrorist, Bill Ayers, and his father, the former head of Con Edison, Tom Ayers, began grooming Obama to become America’s first communist President. Bill Ayers and President Obama’s relationship continues into the present time as it is on record that Ayers visited the White House in August of 2009.

I think it is likely that the Weatherman Underground was a CIA created false flag operation simply designed to assist the communist inspired group with the ability to undermine the country and that Obama represents the Weatherman’s finest achievement. The Weathermen were nothing more than mere Soviet collaborators that Soviet defectors had previously us warned about.

We also know that Obama’s communist affiliations continued well into his adulthood because of the good work of Joel Gilbert who discovered that Obama was active with a Weathermen Underground support group known as The May 19th Communist Organization, in New York. Perhaps, this is why Ayers was visiting the White House in 2009.

 

The Communists Openly Declare Victory Upon Obama’s Election

Frank Chapman, a communist activist and a member of the communist front group known as the World Peace Council. Chapman clearly used the term “mole” to describe Obama. He said Obama’s political climb and subsequent success in the 2008 Democratic presidential primaries was “a dialectical leap ushering in a qualitatively new era of struggle.” Chapman further stated that, “Marx once compared revolutionary struggle with the work of the mole, who sometimes burrows so far beneath the ground that he leaves no trace of his movement on the surface. This is the old revolutionary ‘mole,’ not only showing his traces on the surface but also breaking through. The Communist Party USA backs Obama to the hilt.” It is clear that Obama is their man!

Conclusion

Because of the psychological principal, cognitive dissonance, no amount of direct or circumstantial proof would convince some people that the highest political position in the country has been compromised by a communist plot spanning several decades. The term cognitive dissonance refers to a person who received information so shocking, so upsetting, that they cannot adequately process that information and then instead deny the validity of the proof that anyone else could see. If you are one of the cognitive dissonance types, please allow me to ask you a few questions.

Who was Obama’s basketball coach in high school? The President has some degree of basketball skills as he defeated former NBA player and sports broadcaster, Clark Kellogg, in a game of pig (how appropriate) in front of a national TV audience. Who was Obama’s history teacher in high school? Why don’t we see interviews with his former professors, teachers, coaches, childhood friends and his first girl friend? Who in the hell is he?

There are no visible answers to these questions are there? But still the cognitive dissonance crowd still persists with their abject denials. To them, I say let’s judge a man by his actions, not his words. Has Obama’s actions served to help or hurt America? Do his Presidential actions match up with his communist background? It is an easy, perhaps, groundless accusation that Obama is truly the manifestation of what Soviet defectors warned us about when these stated that America’s leadership would become compromised and lead America down the path of destruction.

Ask yourself America, how could we collective allow a person with Obama’s very limited political background into the White House? More importantly, how could Obama’s questionable background escape public scrutiny? And the most important question lies in understanding the the answer to this question, “Can anyone clearly demonstrate his intention to bring America down by his own actions?”  The answer to this question is unquestionably YES, and this will be covered in Part Four of this series! When we put Obama’s misdeeds side-by-side, it will become easy to see how Obama is deliberately trying to dismantle America prior to entering martial law followed by World War III.

 

 

OK, SO THE REPUBLICANS WON, WHAT’S CHANGED?

The fires of Hell burn brightly beneath the halls of government, mostly because men without honor, addicted to the elixir of power, occupy those halls. But is it the fault of the men without honor, or is it the fault of those who put them there with their votes?

Over half of the American people put Obama into the White House in 2008 and 2012 because they bought into the shimmery mirage of Hope and Change. They elected an inexperienced narcissists, obsessed with a white-hate complex and convinced that America is evil because of past transgressions. The voters negligently overlooked his past and associates, (that the media covered up) were mesmerized by his flowery words of unity and transparency and taken by the mulatto color of his skin. They thought by electing a black man they might be healing the wounds of past and present racism. Now, as the man behind the curtain, Obama’s leadership inadequacies, inexperience and the open sore of racism have been exposed like a bleeding wound, the people switched to the other side on November 4, 2014 in the hopes of repairing the damage they caused by their bad decision six years ago. It remains to be seen if the change they have wrought will make a difference.

As Republicans celebrate their apparent wave of revulsion by the voters for Obama and his party, has anything really changed? The lobbyists are still there, the ideologues continue to spread their propaganda and the money still flows to those who bend to the will of their own self-aggrandizement and personal enrichment. Our institutions are corrupt, the country is deep in debt, government spending is out of control, our borders are still wide open, our public schools and colleges have become houses of social and environmental indoctrination and the world is coming apart at the seams in violent conflict, careening wildly towards what could be a Third World War, triggered by radical Islam. Will the Republicans be able to fix all this, or will they succumb to the siren call of power for power’s sake, as have the Democrats for the last 100 years? History has told us they will probably succumb.

If there be no party that will fly the flag of liberty, no matter what the cost, then there can be no free America. If the people themselves do not demand that one party or the other fly that flag with honor, they are responsible for their own enslavement.

It is preordained that the pundits, the Democrats and the Republicans will spin the grand, mid-term election of 2014 from the perspective of their own biases. Whatever the nature or color of their “spin”, however they shape the tone of their oratory, it only masks the hidden world of power and money that the average individual never sees and is purposely hidden from them. We call it the “Moneypow!” underworld. It is a shadowy world where men (mostly men) pull the strings of the puppets that tell themselves they have power over the masses. These powerful “Moneypow!” men use money as the lever and greed as the fulcrum and enrich themselves when the money flows, with every flick of a switch, or the push of a button.

Mass sums of money are moved back and forth between the “Moneypow!” men, by the technology of ones and zeroes that few understand. A trillion here and a trillion there go completely unnoticed except by those who push the buttons. Millions and sometimes billions of dollars are earned by an elite few, (central bankers) who take a sliver of the monies transferred back and forth. One quarter of a point interest adds up to $2,500,000,000 (that’s billion) with a single transfer of a trillion dollars.

It has been reported that America’s Federal Reserve moved $16,000,000,000,000 (that’s trillion) around the world during the financial crisis of 2008, just before Obama took office. Where did the Federal Reserve get $16 Trillion? It was magically created out of nothing in the form of zillions of electrons moving through conduits of copper and glass and through the air at the speed of light. There was no substance behind the fiat money they created and continue to create. It is backed up by nothing more than the alleged good faith and credit of some country whose good faith and credit could be as ephemeral as a mid-summer night’s dream.

People kill other people for a minute fraction of what is earned by the world’s central bankers in less than a second and as long as the central bankers are free to move money around, they care not who makes the laws, or who is killing each other in the planet’s plethora of wars. It is in most government’s interest to allow the central bankers the freedom to move vast sums of money around the world. It is definitely not in the interests of the pawns that find themselves under the control of the “Moneypow!” men, a closed club of the powerful that only abide by the unseen rules governing a quantum river of fiat money.

So ladies and gentlemen, will anything be different under the leadership of our Republican representatives in Congress? Will the flow of vast sums of fiat money stop? Will Republicans be able, all by themselves, form the words in Obama’s mouth and cajole him into being a true, defiant and wise leader of the free world, ready to take whatever action is necessary to protect Americans from all enemies, foreign or domestic? Will they get him to stop Iran from getting nuclear weapons? Will they get Obama to agree to balance the budget and rein in government spending? Can the Republicans get him to give up the idea of granting amnesty to 12,000,000 illegal aliens? Will they get him to firmly close the borders, abide by all immigration laws and quit releasing tens of thousands of criminal illegal aliens onto an unsuspecting public? Will they convince him to prohibit all flights from the Ebola torn countries of Western Africa? Will he sign Republican-backed legislation and finally approve the XL pipeline? Will he reverse course on Obama Care? Will he repeal a lot of the legislation that has killed our economy and driven America’s entrepreneurs into the shadows and corporate monies and jobs over seas? Will the Republicans be able to get Obama to rein in the IRS, fix the VA, or expose the truth about Fast and Furious and Benghazi? Will Attorney General Eric Holder’s complicity in the administration’s cover-ups and openly breaking the law, be revealed? Will anyone be fired or go to jail?

After watching Obama’s press conference following the mid-term election, we’re not holding our breath. Obama is as openly defiant as ever and true to his radical ideology. He will not be moving to the center in his last two years as president and may even move farther left.

Is it possible that the Republicans will embarrass themselves instead, in proxy fights and jurisdictional or ideological disputes? Or, will they, in the spirit of cooperation, cross the aisle to get things done in the interest of the American people and America’s security and prosperity? Will they live up to their ideals of less government, less regulation, balanced budgets, realistically restrained capitalism and free markets? Or, will it just be business as usual in the corrupt capitol of what is slowly becoming, the American banana republic?

Or worse, will Americans once again two years from now, switch parties in a land slide to the Democrats because the party in power is not doing what is best for America, or isn’t handing out more free goodies to those with their hands outstretched and begging? Or, will the voters throw out the Republicans because Republican policies are attempting to wean Americans off of government dependency in order to return to fiscal sanity?

In two years, or maybe even less, we will get a sense of the direction of the party of Lincoln and whether they will have the courage to put restraints on Obama’s pen and ‘phone, break the bonds of corruption, resist the temptation of money and the obsession with power. Will they vigorously take on those who openly undermine and oppose a vibrant, prosperous, free and a sovereign America, including the President? What the Republicans do and the results obtained from their actions will determine the direction of the presidential election in 2016.

Yes, the Republicans have won this time around, but the question is, what will they do with this apparent victory and what will the positive or negative effects be on the future of America? What happens in November of 2016 will illuminate the successes or failures of the Republicans who suddenly and unexpectedly found themselves in control of the Congress in November 2014, during the too-long reign of King Obama, the Omnipotent.

 FOREWORD

This is slightly condensed, casually paraphrased transcript of tapes of a seminar given in 1990 by Howard Freeman. It was prepared to make available the knowledge and experience of Mr. Freeman in his search for an accessible and understandable explanation of the confusing state of the government and the courts. It should be helpful to those who may have difficulty learning from such lectures, or those who want to develop a deeper understanding of this information without having to listen to three or four hours of recorded material.

The frustration many Americans feel about our judicial system can be overwhelming and often frightening; and like most fear, eventually, with the seemingly tyrannical power of some governmental agency and the mystifying and awesome power of the courts. We have been taught that we must “get a good lawyer,” but that is becoming increasingly difficult, if not impossible. If we are defending ourselves from the government, we find that the lawyers quickly take our money, and then tell us as the ship is sinking, “I can’t help you with that – I’m an officer of the court.”

Ultimately, the only way for us to have even a “snowball’s chance …” is to understand the RULES OF THE GAME, and to come to an understanding of the true nature of the Law. The attorney lawyers have established and secured a virtual monopoly over this area of human knowledge by implying that the subject is just too difficult for the average person to understand, and by creating a separate vocabulary out of English words of otherwise common usage. While it may, at times, seem hopelessly complicated, it is not that difficult to grasp – are lawyers really as smart as they would have us believe? Besides, anyone who has been through a legal battle against the government with the aid of a lawyer has come to realize that lawyers learn about procedure, not about law. Mr. Freeman admits that he is not a lawyer, and as much, he has a way of explaining law to us that puts it well within our reach. Consider also that the framers of the Constitution wrote in language simple enough that the people could understand, specifically so that it would not have to be interpreted.

So again we find, as in many other areas of life, that “THE BUCK STOPS HERE!” It is we who must take the responsibility for finding and putting to good use the TRUTH. It is we who must claim and defend our God-given rights and our freedom from those who would take from us. It is we who must protect ourselves, our families and our posterity from the inevitable intrusion into our lives by those who live parasitically off the labor, skill and talents of others.

To these ends, Mr. Freeman offers a simple, hopeful explanation of our plight and a peaceful method of dealing with it. Please take note that this lecture represents one chapter in the book of his understanding, which he is always refining, expanding, improving. It is, as all bits of wisdom are, a point of departure from which to begin our own journey into understanding, that we all might be able to pass on to others; greater knowledge and hope, and to God: the gift of lives in peace, freedom and praise.

INTRODUCTION

I was asked to testify in a tax case as an expert witness. After many days of preparation, I felt confident of my research. I spent over 30 minutes presenting many Supreme Court decisions that supported the defendant’s position. The prosecution concluded his statements, and to my amazement, the judge told the jury that they could only consider certain facts, none of which were the facts I had given.

As soon as the trial was over I went around to the judge’s office and he was just coming in through his back door. I said, “Judge, by what authority do you overturn the standing decisions of the United States Supreme Court. You sat on the bench while I read that case law. Now how do you, a District Judge, have authority to overturn decisions of the Supreme Court?” He says. “Oh, those were old decisions.” I said, “Those are standing decisions. They have never been overturned. I don’t care how old they are; you have no right to overturn a standing decision of the United States Supreme Court in a District Court.”

PUBLIC LAW V. PUBLIC POLICY

He said, “Name any decision of the Supreme Court after 1938 and I’ll honor it, but all the decision you read were prior to 1938, and I don’t honor those decisions.” I asked what happened in 1938. He said, “Prior to 1938, the Supreme Court was dealing with Public Law; since 1938, the Supreme Court has dealt with Public Policy. The charge that Mr. S. was being tried for is a Public Policy Statute, not Public Law, and those Supreme Court cases do not apply to Public Policy.” I asked him what happened in 1938? He said that he had already told me too much – he wasn’t going to tell me any more.

1938 AND THE ERIE RAILROAD

Well, I began to investigate. I found that 1938 was the year of the Erie Railroad v. Tompkins case of the Supreme Court. It was also the year the courts claim they blended Law with Equity. I read the Erie Railroad case. A man had sued the Erie Railroad for damages when he was struck by a board sticking out of a boxcar as he walked along beside the tracks. The district court had decided on the basis of Commercial (Negotiable Instruments) Law: that this man was not under any contract with the Erie Railroad, and therefore he had no standing to sue the company. Under the Common Law, he was damaged and he would have had the right to sue.

This overturned a standing decision of over one hundred years. Swift v. Tyson in 1840 was a similar case, and the decision of the Supreme Court was that in any case of this type, the court would judge the case on the Common Law of the state where the incident occurred – in this case Pennsylvania. But in the Erie Railroad case, the Supreme Court ruled that all federal cases will be judged under the Negotiable Instruments Law. There would be no more decisions based on the Common Law at the federal level. So here we find the blending of Law with Equity.

This was a puzzle to me. As I put these new pieces together, I determined that all our courts since 1938 were Merchant Law courts and not Common Law courts. There were still some pieces of the puzzle missing.

A FRIEND IN THE COURT

Fortunately, I made a friend of a judge. Now you won’t make friends with a judge if you go into court like a “wolf in black sheep country.” You must approach him as though you are the sheep and he is the wolf. If you go into court as a wolf, you make demands and tell the judge what the law is – how he had better uphold the law or else. Remember the verse: I send you out as sheep in wolf country; be wise as a serpent and harmless as a dove. We have to go into court and be wise and harmless, and not make demands. We must play a little dumb and ask a lot of questions. Well, I asked a lot of questions and boxed the judges into a corner where they had to give me a victory or admit what they didn’t want to admit. I won the case, and on the way out I had to stop by the clerk’s office to get some papers. One of the judges stopped and said, “You’re an interesting man, Mr. Freeman. If you’re ever in town, stop by, and if I’m not sitting on a case we will visit.

AMERICA IS BANKRUPT

Later, when I went to visit the judge, I told him of my problem with the Supreme Court cases dealing with Public Policy rather than the Public Law. He said, “In 1938, all the higher judges, the top attorneys and the U.S. attorneys were called into a secret meeting and this is what we were told:

America is a bankrupt nation – it is owned completely by its creditors. The creditors own the Congress, they own the Executive, they own the Judiciary and they own all the state governments.

Take silent judicial notice of this fact, but never reveal it openly. Your court is operating in an Admiralty Jurisdiction – call it anything you want, but do not call it Admiralty.

ADMIRALTY COURTS

The reason they cannot call it Admiralty Jurisdiction is that your defense would be quite different in Admiralty Jurisdiction from your defense under the Common Law. In Admiralty, there is no court which has jurisdiction unless there is a valid international contract in dispute. If you know it is Admiralty Jurisdiction, and they have admitted on the record that you are in Admiralty Court, you can demand that the international maritime contract, to which you are supposedly a party, and which you supposedly have breached, be placed into evidence.

No court has Admiralty/Maritime Jurisdiction unless there is a valid international maritime contract that has been breached.

So you say, just innocently like a lamb,

“Well, I didn’t know that I got involved with an international maritime contract, so, in good faith, I deny that such a contract exists. If this court is taking jurisdiction in Admiralty, then, pursuant to section 3-501 of your UCC, (Presentment), the prosecutor will have no difficulty placing the [alleged] contract into evidence, so that I may examine and [possibly] challenge the validity of the contract.”

What they would have to do is place the national debt into evidence. They would have to admit that the international bankers own the whole nation, and that we are their slaves.

NOT EXPEDIENT

But the bankers said it is not expedient at this time to admit that they own everything and could foreclose on every nation of the world. The reason they don’t want to tell everyone that they own everything is that there are still too many privately owned guns. There are uncooperative armies and other military forces. So until they can gradually consolidate all armies into a WORLD ARMY and all courts into a single WORLD COURT, it is not expedient to admit the jurisdiction the courts are operating under. When we understand these things, we realize that there are certain secrets they don’t want to admit, and we can use this to our benefit.

JURISDICTION

The Constitution of the United States mentions three areas of jurisdiction in which the courts may operate:

Common Law

Common Law is based on God’s law. Anytime someone is charged under the Common Law, there must be a damaged party. You are free under the Common Law to do anything you please, as long as you do not infringe on the life, liberty, or property of someone else. You have a right to make a fool of yourself provided you do not infringe on the life, liberty, or property of someone else. The Common Law does not allow for any government action which prevents a man from making a fool of himself. For instance, when you cross over the state lines in most states, you will see a sign which says, ” BUCKLE YOUR SEAT BELTS – IT’S THE LAW. ” This cannot be Common Law, because who would you injure if you did not buckle up? Nobody. This would be compelled performance. But Common Law cannot compel performance. Any violation of Common Law is a CRIMINAL ACT , and is punishable.

Equity Law

Equity Law is law which compels performance. It compels you to perform to the exact letter of any contract that you are under. So, if you have compelled performance, there must be a contract somewhere, and you are being compelled to perform under the obligation of the contract. Now this can only be a civil action – not criminal. In Equity Jurisdiction, you cannot be tried criminally, but you can be compelled to perform to the letter of a contract. If you then refuse to perform as directed by the court, you can be charged with contempt of court, which is a criminal action. Are our seatbelt laws, Equity Laws? No, they are not, because you cannot be penalized or punished for not keeping to the letter of a contract.

Admiralty/Maritime Laws

This is civil jurisdiction of Compelled Performance which also has Criminal Penalties for not adhering to the letter of the contract, but this only applies to International Contracts. Now we can see what jurisdiction the seatbelt laws (all traffic codes, etc) are under. Whenever there is a penalty for failure to perform (such as willful failure to file), that is Admiralty/Maritime Law and there must be a valid international contract in force.

However, the courts don’t want to admit that they are operating under Admiralty/Maritime Jurisdictions, so they took the international law or Law Merchant and adopted it into our codes. That is what the Supreme Court decided in the Erie Railroad case – that the decisions will be based on commercial law or business law and that it will have criminal penalties associated with it. Since they were instructed not to call it, Admiralty Jurisdiction, they call it Statutory Jurisdiction.

COURTS OF CONTRACT

You must ask how we got into this situation where we can be charged with failure to wear seatbelts and be fined for it. Isn’t the judge sworn to up hold the Constitution? Yes, he is. But you must understand the Constitution, in Article I, § 10, gives us the unlimited right to contract, as long as we do not infringe on the life, liberty or property of someone else. Contracts are enforceable, and the Constitution gives two jurisdictions where contracts can be enforced – Equity or Admiralty. But we find them being in Statutory Jurisdiction. This is the embarrassing part for the courts, but we can use this to box the judges into a corner in their own courts. We will cover this more later.

CONTRACTS MUST BE VOLUNTARY

Under the Common Law, every contract must be enter into knowingly, voluntarily, and intentionally by both parties or it is void and enforceable. These are characteristic -it must be based on substance. For example, contracts used to read, “For one dollar and other valuable considerations, I will paint your house, etc. That was a valid contract – the dollar was a genuine, silver dollar. Now, suppose you wrote a contract that said, “For one Federal Reserve Note and other considerations, I will paint your house….” And suppose, for example, I painted your house the wrong color. Could you go into a Common Law court and get justice? No, you could not. You see, a Federal Reserve Note is a “colorable”1 dollar, as it has no substance, and in a Common Law Jurisdiction, that contract would be unenforceable.

colorABLE MONEY – colorABLE COURTS

The word “colorable” means something that appears to be genuine, but is not. Maybe it looks like a dollar, and maybe it spends like a dollar, but if it is not redeemable for lawful money (silver or gold) it is “colorable.” If a Federal Reserve Note is used in a contract, then the contract becomes a “colorable” contract. And “colorable” contracts must be enforced under a “colorable” jurisdiction. So by creating Federal Reserve Notes, the government had to create a jurisdiction to cover the kinds of contracts which use them. We now have what is called Statutory Jurisdiction, which is not a genuine Admiralty jurisdiction.

It is ” colorable ” Admiralty Jurisdiction the judges are enforcing because we are using ” colorable money .” colorable Admiralty is now known as Statutory Jurisdiction. Let’s see how we got under this Statutory Jurisdiction.

UNIFORM COMMERCIAL CODE

The government set up a “colorable” law system to fit the “colorable” currency. It used to be called the Law Merchant or the Law of redeemable Instruments, because it dealt with paper which was redeemable in something of substance. But, once Federal Reserve Notes had become unredeemable, there had to be a system of law which was completely “colorable” from start to finish. this system of law was codified as the Uniform Commercial Code , and has been adopted in every state. This is “colorable” law, and it is used in all the courts.

I explained one of the keys earlier, which is that the country is bankrupt and we have no rights. If the master says “Jump!” then the slave had better jump, because the master has the right to cut off his head. As slaves we have no rights. But the creditors/masters had to cover that up, so they created a system of law called the Uniform Commercial Code. This “colorable” jurisdiction under the Uniform Commercial Code is the next key to understanding what happened.

CONTRACT OR AGREEMENT

One difference between Common Law and the Uniform Commercial Code is that in Common Law, contracts must be entered into (1) knowingly, (2) voluntarily, and (3) intentionally.

Under the U.C.C., this is not so. First of all, contracts are unnecessary. Under this new law, “agreements” can be binding, and if you only exercise the benefits of an “agreements,” it is presumed or implied that you intend to meet the obligations associated with those benefits. If you accept a benefit offered by government, then you are obligated to follow, to the letter, each and every statute involved with that benefit. The method has been to get everyone exercising a benefit , and they don’t even have to tell the people what the benefit is. Some people think it is the driver’s license, the marriage license or the birth certificate, etc. I believe it is none of these.

COMPELLED BENEFIT

I believe the benefit being used is that we have been given the privilege of discharging debt with limited liability, instead of paying debt. When we pay a debt, we give substance for substance. If I buy a quart of milk with a silver dollar, that dollar bought the milk, and the milk bought the dollar – substance for substance. But if I use a Federal Reserve Note to buy the milk, I have not paid for it. There is no substance in the Federal Reserve Note. It is worthless paper given in exchange for something of substantive value. Congress offers us this benefit :

Debt money, created by the federal United States, can be spent all over the United States of America, it will be legal tender for all debts, public and private, and the limited liability is that you cannot be sued for not paying your debt.

So now they have said, “We going to help you out, and you can just discharge your debts instead of paying your debts.” When we use this “colorable” money to discharge our debts, we cannot use a Common Law court. We can only use a “colorable” court. We are completely under the UCC, using non-redeemable negotiable instruments and we are discharging debt rather than paying debt.

REMEDY AND RECOURSE

Every system of civilized law must have two characteristics: Remedy and Recourse. Remedy is a way to get out from under that law, and you recover your loss. The Common Law, the Law Merchants, and even the Uniform Commercial Code all have remedy and recourse, but for a long time we could not find them. If you go to a law library and ask to see the Uniform Commercial Code, they will show you a shelf of books completely filled with the Uniform Commercial Code. When you pick up one volume and start to read it, it will seem to have been intentionally written to be confusing. It took us a long time to discover where the Remedy and Recourse are found in their UCC. They are found right in the first volume, at 1-308 (old 1-207) and 1-103.

REMEDY

The making of a valid Reservation of Rights preserves whatever rights the person then possesses, and prevents the loss of such rights by application of concepts of waiver or estoppel. (UCC 1-308 (old 1-207).7)

It is important to remember when we go into a court that we are in a commercial international jurisdiction. If we go into court and say, ” I DEMAND MY CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS ,” the judge will most likely say, “You mention the Constitution again, and I’ll find you in contempt of court !” Then we don’t understand how he can do that. Hasn’t he sworn to uphold the Constitution? The rule here is: you cannot be charged under one jurisdiction, and defend under another. For example, if the French government came to you and asked where you filed your French income tax in a certain year, do you go to the French government and say, “I demand my Constitutional Right?” No. The proper answer is: THE LAW DOESN’T APPLY TO ME – I’M NOT A FRENCHMAN. You must make your reservation of rights under the jurisdiction in which you are charged – not under some other jurisdiction. So in a UCC court, you must claim your reservation of rights under (pursuant to) the [their] U.C.C. 1-308 (old 1-207).

UCC 1-308 (old 1-207) goes on to say:

When a waivable right or claim is involved, the failure to make a reservation thereof, causes a loss of the right, and bars its assertion at a later date . (UCC 1-308 (old 1-207).9)

You have to make your claim known early. Further, it says:

The Sufficiency of the Reservation – Any expression indicating an intention to reserve rights, is sufficient,
such as “WITHOUT PREJUDICE.” (UCC 1-308 (old 1-207).4)

Whenever you sign any legal paper that deals with Federal Reserve Notes (FRNs) -in any way, shape or manner – under your signature write: Without Prejudice UCC 1-308 (old 1-207). This reserves your rights. You can show, at 1-308 (old 1-207).4 that you have sufficiently reserved your rights.

It is very important to understand just what this means. For example, one man who used this in regard to a traffic ticket was asked by the judge just what he meant by writing “without prejudice UCC 1-308 (old 1-207)” on his statement to the court. He had not tried to understand the concepts involved. He only wanted to use it to get out of the ticket. He did not know what it meant. When the judge asked him what he meant by signing in that way, he told the judge that he was not prejudiced against anyone …. The judge knew that the man had no idea what it meant, and fined him an additional $25.00 for a frivolous defense. You must know what it means.

WITHOUT PREJUDICE
pursuant to UCC 1-308

When you see “Without Prejudice” UCC 1-308 in connection with your signature, you are saying:

“I reserve my right not to be compelled to perform under any contract, commercial agreement or bankruptcy that I did not enter knowingly , voluntarily , and intentionally . And furthermore, I do not and will not accept the liability of the compelled benefit of any unrevealed contract or commercial agreement or bankruptcy.”

Actually, it is better to use a rubber stamp, because this demonstrates that you had previously reserved your rights. The simple fact that it takes several days or a week to order and get a stamp shows that you had reserved your rights before signing the document.

What is the compelled performance of an unrevealed commercial agreement? When you use Federal Reserve Notes instead of silver dollars, is it voluntary? No. There is no lawful money , so you have to use Federal Reserve Notes – you have to accept the benefit. the government has given you the benefit to discharge your debts with limited liability, and you don’t have to pay your debts. How nice they are! But if you did not reserve your rights under 1-308 (old 1-207).7, you are compelled to accept the benefit, and are therefore obligated to obey every statute , ordinance and regulation of the government, at all levels of government – federal, state and local.

If you understand this, you will be asked to explain it to the judge when asks. And he will ask, so be prepared to explain it to the court. You will also need to understand UCC 1-103 – the argument and recourse.

If you want to understand this fully, go to a law library and photocopy these two sections from the UCC. It is important to get the Anderson[Anderson, Uniform Commercial Code, Lawyers Cooperative Publishing Company]edition. Some of the law libraries will only have the West Publishing version, and it is very difficult to understand. In Anderson, it is broken down with decimals into ten parts, and most importantly, it is written in plain English.

RECOURSE

The Recourse appears in the Uniform Commercial Code at 1-103.6, which says:

The Code is complimentary to the Common Law, which remains in force , except where displaced by the code. A statute should be construed in harmony with the Common Law, unless there is a clear legislative intent to abrogate the Common Law .

This is the argument we use in court:

The Code recognizes the Common Law. If it did not recognize the Common Law, the government would have had to admit that the United States is bankrupt, and is completely owned by its creditors. But, it is not expedient to admit this, so the Code was written so as not to abolish the Common Law entirely.

Therefore, if you have made a sufficient, timely, and explicit reservation of your rights at 1-308 (old 1-207), you may then insist that the statutes be construed in harmony with the Common Law.

If the charge is a traffic, you may demand that the court produce the injured person who has filed a verified complaint. If, for example, you were charged with failure to buckle your seatbelt , you may ask the court who was injured as a result of your failure to “buckle up.”

However, if the judge won’t listen to you and just moves ahead with the case, then you will want to read to him that last sentence of 1-103.6 which states:

The Code cannot be read to preclude a Common Law action.

Tell the judge:

“Your Honor, I can sue you under the Common Law, for violating my right under the Uniform Commercial Code.” I have a remedy, under the, UCC to reserve my rights under the Common Law. I have exercised the remedy, and now you must construe this statute in harmony with the Common Law, you must come forth with the damaged party.”

If the judge insists on proceeding with the case, just act confused and ask this question:

“Let me see if I understand, Your Honor. Has this court made a judicial determination that the sections 1-308 (old 1-207) and 1-103 of the Uniform Commercial Code, which is the system of law you are operating under, are not valid law before this court?”

Now the judge is in a jamb! How can the court throw out one part of the Code and uphold another? If he answers, “yes,” then you say:

“I put this court on notice that I am appealing your judicial determination.”

Of course, the higher court will uphold the Code on appeal. The judge knows this, so once again you have boxed him into a corner.

PRACTICAL APPLICATION – TRAFFIC COURT

Just so we can understand how this whole process works, let us look at a court situation such as a traffic violation. Assume you ran through a yellow light and a policeman gave you a traffic ticket.

1. The first thing you want to do is to delay the action at least three weeks. This you can do by being pleasant and cooperative with the officer. Explain to him that you are very busy and ask if he could please set your court appearance for about three weeks away.

[At this point we need to remember the government’s trick: “I’m from the government, and I’m here to help you.” Now we want to use this approach with them).

2. The next step is to go the clerk of the traffic court and say:

“I believe it would be helpful if I talk to you, because I want to save the government some money (this will get their attention). I am undoubtedly going to appeal this case. As you know, in an appeal, I have to have a transcript, but the traffic court doesn’t have a court reporter. It would be a waste of taxpayer’s money to run me through this court and then to have to give me a trial de novo in a court of record. I do need a transcript for appealing, and to save the government some money, maybe you could schedule me to appear in a court of record.”

You can show the date on the ticket and the clerk will usually agree that there is plenty of time to schedule your trial for a court of record. Now your first appearance is in a court of record and not in a traffic court, where there is no record.

3. When you get into court, the judge will read the charges: driving through a yellow light or whatever, and this is a violation of ordinance XYZ. He will ask, ” Do you understand the charges against you ?”
4. It is very important to get it read into the record, that you do not understand the charges. With that in the record, the court cannot move forward to judge the facts. This will be answered later.
5. “Well, Your Honor, there is a question I would like to ask before I can make a plea of innocent or guilty. I think it could be answered if I could put the officer on the stand for a moment and ask him a few short questions.

Judge: “I don’t see why not. Let’s swear the officer in and have him take the stand.”

“Is this the instrument that you gave me?” (Handing him the traffic citation).

Officer: “Yes, this is a copy of it. The judge has the other portion of it.”

“Where did you get my address that you wrote on that citation?”

Officer: “Well, I got it from your driver’s license.”

(Handing the officer your driver’s license) “Is this the document you copied my name and address from?”

Officer: “Yes, this is where I got it.”

“While you’ve got it in your hand, would you read the signature that’s on that license? (The officer reads the signature). “While you’re there, would you read into the record what it says under the signature?”

Officer: “It says, “Without Prejudice, UCC 1-308.” [old 1-207]

Judge: “Let me see that license!” (He looks at it turns to the officer). “You didn’t notice this printing under the signature on this license, when you copied his name and address onto the ticket?”

Officer: “Oh, no, I was just getting the address – I didn’t look down there.”

Judge: “You’re not very observant as an officer. Therefore, I’m afraid I cannot accept your testimony in regards to the facts of this case. This case is dismissed.”

6.a. you had reserved your Common Law rights under the UCC;

1. you had done it sufficiently by writing “Without Prejudice, UCC 1-308 (old 1-207)” on your driver’s license;
2. the statute would now have to be read on harmony with the Common Law, and the Common Law says the statute exists, but there is no injured party; and
3. since there is no injured party or complaining witness, the court has no jurisdiction under the Common Law.
4. If the judge tries to move ahead and try the facts of the case, then you will want to ask him the following question:

“Your Honor, let me understand this correctly, has the court made a judicial determination that it has authority under the jurisdiction that it is operating under, to ignore two sections of the Uniform Commercial Code which have been called to its attention? If he says, yes, tell him that you put the court on notice that you will appeal that judicial determination, and that if you are damaged by his actions, you will sue him in Common Law action – under the jurisdiction of the U.C.C.”

QUESTIONS AND REVIEW

Note: These are some of the questions asked after the main lecture. Some are restatements of material presented earlier, but they contain very valuable information which is worth repeating.

COURTROOM TECHNIQUES

Question: How did you “box in” the judge?

This is easy to do if you don’t know too much. I didn’t know too much, but I boxed them in. You must play a little ignorant.

If you are arrested and you go to court, just remember that in a criminal action, you have to understand the law or it is a reversible error for the court to try you. If you don’t understand the law, they can’t try you.

In any traffic court case or tax case you are called into court and the judge reads the law and then asks,

“Do you understand the charges?”

Defendant: No, (Your Honor,) I do not!

Judge:

Well, what’s so difficult about that charge? Either you drove the wrong way on a one-way street or you didn’t. You can only go one way on that street, and if you go the other way, it’s a fifty dollar fine. What’s so difficult about this that you don’t understand?”

D: Well, Your Honor, it’s not the letter of the law, but rather the nature of the law that I don’t understand. The Sixth Amendment of the Constitution gives me the right to request the court to explain the nature of any action against me, and upon my request, the court has the duty to answer. I have a question about the nature of this action.

J: Well, what is that – what do you want to know?

Always! Ask them some easy questions first, as this establishes that they are answering. You ask:

D: Well, Your Honor, is this a Civil or Criminal Action?”

J: It is criminal. (If it were a civil action there could be no fine, so it has to be criminal).

D: Thank you, Your Honor, for telling me that. Then the record will show that this action against ___(Straw Man Name)___ is a criminal action, is that right?

J: Yes.

D: I would like to ask another question about this criminal action. There are two criminal jurisdictions mentioned in the Constitution; one is under the Common Law , and the other deals with International Maritime Contracts , under an Admiralty Jurisdiction . Equity is Civil, and you said this is a Criminal action, so it seems it would have to be under either the Common Law, or Maritime Law. But what puzzles me, Your Honor, is, there is no Corpus Delicti here that gives this court a jurisdiction over my person and property under the Common Law. Therefore, it doesn’t appear to me that this court is moving under the Common Law.

J: No, I can assure you this court is not moving under the Common Law.

D: Well, thank you, your Honor, but now you make the charge against me even more difficult to understand, the only other criminal jurisdiction would apply only if there was an International Maritime Contract involved and I was a party to it, it had been Breached, and the court was operating in an Admiralty Jurisdiction.

I don’t believe I have ever been under any International Maritime Contract, so I would deny that one exists. I would have to demand that such a contract, if it does exist, be placed into evidence, so that I may contest it, but surely, this court is not operating under an Admiralty Jurisdiction.

You just put words in the judge’s mouth.

J: No, I can assure you, we’re not operating under an Admiralty Jurisdiction. We’re not out in the ocean somewhere – we’re right here in the middle of the State of North Carolina, No, this is not an Admiralty Jurisdiction.

D: Thank you, Your Honor, but now I am more puzzled than ever. If this/these charge/s is/are not under the Common Law, or under Admiralty – and those are the only criminal jurisdictions mentioned in the Constitution – what kind of jurisdiction could this court be operating under?

J: It’s Statutory Jurisdiction.

D: Oh, thank you, Your Honor. I’m glad you told me that. But I have never heard of that jurisdiction. So, if I have to defend under that, I would need to have the Rules of Criminal Procedure for Statutory Jurisdiction. Can you provide me with the location of a copy?

This is a column conservatives and independents won’t like. Don’t take away our hope. But, what if that hope is based on an illusion?

Last Tuesday history was made in many races. The shellacking given the Democratic/Communist Party USA was long over due; millions of Americans are ecstatic. But, ah, yes, there is always a “but” – those who expect certain cancers to be cured simply because the Outlaw Congress is now controlled by Republicans are going to be crushed when it doesn’t happen and it won’t based on the past actions of the incumbents now reelected and newly elected candidates who ran on the standard boiler plate smaller government, lower taxes, stop Obamacare. The same incumbents who will keep us in more undeclared wars, operations or occupations further bankrupting we the people.

Americans just reelected the very same people who have destroyed this country because it was time to punish the Democrats and “I would never vote for a Democrat”. The very same incumbents who have allowed a criminal impostor to usurp the office of president. The very same incumbents who refuse to refer rock solid evidence to a federal grand jury proving Barry Soetoro aka Barack Hussein Obama, Barry Obama, Barry Dunham, Barack Dunham presented a poorly forged birth certificate to verify his alleged birth place (which is not the issue – he was born with dual citizenship making him forever ineligible), is using a stolen social security number and submitted a poorly forged selective service card which is a federal felony barring that individual to every work for the U.S. government including the Executive Branch.

The very same incumbents who have destroyed YOUR God-given rights as defined in the Bill of Rights: the “Patriot” Act, the John Warner Defense Authorization Act, the NDAA, continued spying on us by the NSA and a lot more. The very same incumbents who have allowed the insane waste of YOUR tax dollars to be spent on thousands of projects that have zero constitutional authority to the tune of hundreds of billions of BORROWED dollars. The very same incumbents who continue to steal from we the people for unconstitutional expenditures like foreign aid and trillions of BORROWED dollars for social programs from unconstitutional cabinets like DHS (Dept of Health and Human Services). The list goes on. But, it really was all over with the primaries.

When Patrick Henry said “I have but one lamp by which my feet are guided, and that is the lamp of experience”, it is no different than today. And, as I have said ad nauseum so many times over the past two plus decades: If your incumbent didn’t get the job done in the 2, 4, 6, 10, 20 or 30 years they’ve been in the Outlaw Congress what makes you believe they will get it done this time around? Chuck Baldwin, in a recent column, summarized some of the failures and promises of the GOP in the past and correctly summed up the con job known as the ‘Contract With America’:

“During the congressional elections of 1994, Gingrich promised the American people that if they put Republicans in charge of the Congress, they would pass legislation to eliminate five federal departments (Education, Energy, Commerce, Interior, and Housing and Urban Development), 95 federal domestic programs, and slash federal spending across the board. The GOP promises made during the ’94 elections became known as the “Contract With America.”

“GOP promises during that election cycle proved extremely successful. In the House of Representatives there was a 54-seat swing to the Republicans, which gave them a majority of seats for the first time since 1954. In the U.S. Senate there was an eight-seat swing, which allowed the GOP to capture both houses of Congress.

“During the succeeding congressional session, many of the elements of the Contract were indeed passed by the Republican-led House of Representatives. It was quite another story in the GOP-led Senate. In the Senate, most of the promised bills were either killed altogether or seriously compromised through a variety of watered-down amendments. A few bills–and I mean a precious few bills–made it somewhat intact out of the Senate. At the end of the session, very little of the Contract survived. In fact, during that time, Republican senators reminded everyone that the Contract With America was only the promise of the GOP House, that the GOP Senate never joined in that promise.”

Just a bit of history on the scam ‘Contract With America’: “Do you know Newt [Gingrich] was caught on tape saying the ridiculous “Contract with America” was nothing but a PR tool for incoming freshmen members of Congress? Yes, that’s a fact. They were obtained by Roll Call. Old Newt pulled a fast one on faithful conservatives. His votes killed MILLIONS of jobs and sent them south of the border and overseas.”

Ronald Reagan also promised to get rid of the unconstitutional Federal Department of Education; abandoned after he was elected. “While campaigning for his doomed-to-lose bid for the presidency, Bob Dole said on Sept. 9, 1996, while in Georgia, “We’re going to cut out the Department of Education.” At that time, the GOP presidential platform read, in part:

“Our formula is as simple as it is sweeping: The federal government has no constitutional authority to be involved in school curricula or to control jobs in the workplace. That is why we will abolish the Department of Education, end federal meddling in our schools, and promote family choice at all levels of learning. We therefore call for prompt repeal of the Goals 2000 program and the School-To-Work Act of 1994, which put new federal controls, as well as unfunded mandates, on the States. We further urge that federal attempts to impose outcome- or performance-based education on local schools be ended.

“Of course, just the opposite has taken place and, in fact, the goals for creating the “New Communist Man” was given a huge boost with President Bush’s deceptive “No Child Left Behind” program. As for the repeal of the School-To-Work Act of 1994, Council of Foreign Relations kingpin Henry Hyde explained it this way: When carried to its logical extreme, it chooses careers for every American worker. Children’s careers will be chosen for them by Workforce Development Boards and federal agencies at the earliest possible age …” (Rest at link)

The insidious ‘Common Core’ was shoved down everyone’s throat, promoted by slime like Jeb Bush. Thankfully, many state legislators and parents could read between the lines (inculcate Marxism ideology into young children’s minds) have axed it in their states. How many reelected incumbents or candidates who won said they would work to get rid of unconstitutional cabinets like the EPA – a key tool in destroying capitalism? Not a one. Just more Band Aids fighting endless EPA rules and regulations.

Patrick Buchanan also wrote an accurate assessment of last Tuesday’s “big win”: The Kumbaya Temptation

“Did America vote for the GOP to go back to Washington and work with Obama? Or did America reward the GOP for promising to return and continue to oppose Obama’s policies? Is the answer not obvious? What Republicans are hearing now is the siren song of a Beltway elite that just got its clock cleaned, an elite that revels in Republican defeats, but is ever at hand to give guidance and counsel to Republicans when they win. And that counsel is always the same: Time to put the acrimony behind us. Time to reach out and take the extended hand of the defeated. Time come together to end gridlock and move forward. And invariably this means move in the same old direction, if a bit more slowly. Consider several areas where the kumbaya temptation is strongest.” Rest at link above and worthy of taking the time to read it.

How many incumbents included getting rid of the unconstitutional “Federal” Reserve as a priority? How many incumbents included getting rid of unconstitutional foreign aid, get us out of the UN, get us out of all those destructive “free” trade treaties that have killed more than 10 million secure, good paying jobs, stop the rape of the American people by stopping ALL payments to the BIS (Bank of International Settlements), World Bank, IMF (International Monetary Fund) and kill the rape of our labor with hundreds of billions to the USAID (United States Aid for International Development) under the State Department? Not one.

There are four very important bills sitting in Congress for almost two years; they will die December 31, 2014. Did your incumbent sign on and and work to get them passed?

Get us out of the UN – Given a 1% chance of getting passed even though it should have been done decades ago. It most certainly could have easily been done when new world order puppet, George Bush, Jr., had a Republican controlled House and Senate. That bill was introduced by Paul Broun, Jr., [R-GA] who is leaving office at the end of this year. At this time there are 10 co-sponsors; all Republicans. Perhaps some of them will re-introduce it in January, but that will not happen unless a huge number of Americans demand it. Regrettably, the majority of people in this country know nothing about the UN or it’s crucial role in enforcing the ultimate goal of one world government.

Get us out of the destructive, unconstitutional NAFTA – Given a 0% chance of passing; thank John Boehner and Nancy Pelosi. At this time there are 0 co-sponsors. In 2000, we had the golden opportunity to get America out of the incredibly destructive WTO (World Trade Organization)/ GATT (General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade), but it was killed by John Boehner and Nancy Pelosi.

“During the hearings on that monster GATT/WTO, French financier, the late Sir James Goldsmith, testified in front of Ernest Hollings committee. He demonstrated that GATT would gut the American textile market. The following are some quotes from the Washington Times, Dec. 6, 1993, which accurately reflect Sir Goldsmith’s statements during the hearings: “Global free trade will force the poor of the rich countries to subsidize the rich in poor countries. What GATT means is that our national wealth, accumulated over centuries, will be transferred from a developed country like Britain to developing countries like Communist China, now building its first oceangoing navy in 500 years. China, with its 1.2 billion people, three Indochinese states with 900 million, the former Soviet republics with some 300 million, and many more can supply skilled labor for a fraction of Western costs. Five dollars in Communist China is the equivalent of a $100 wage in Europe.

“It is quite amazing that GATT is sowing the seeds for global social upheaval and that it is not even the subject of debate in America … If the masses understood the truth about GATT, there would be blood in the streets of many capitals. A healthy national economy has to produce a large part of its own needs. It cannot simply import what it needs and use its labor force to provide services for other countries. We have to rethink from top to bottom why we have elevated global free trade to the status of sacred cow, or moral dogma. It is a fatally flawed concept that will impoverish and destabilize the industrialized world while cruelly ravaging the Third World.”

Those “free” trade treaties along with the fiat currency issued by the unconstitutional “Federal” Reserve fed by a “federal” income tax have killed the middle class, further impoverished the poor and enriched the wicked.

Restore Glass-Stegal. First introduced in 2011 and again in 2013. 1% chance of passing. 83 co-sponsors; all Democrats with a few Republicans.

A bill to stop federal income tax on social security. (Why doesn’t AARP support that one?) 0% chance of passing. Besides the sponsor [R-KY], the two co-sponsors are Republican. Taxing SS is the back door to double taxation, yet few seem to care. Why haven’t powerhouses like Rush Limbaugh or Sean Hannity pushed for passage? Why didn’t Dirty Harry Reid introduce a ‘sister’ bill in the Senate and get it pushed through?

The Republican elite who run the GOP in the House and now the Senate vow to get the crushing Keystone Pipeline passed which will throw thousands of Americans off their land. Instead of going for the solution, they choose to destroy people’s lives:

What about all those candidates who won their elections? Take Joni Ernst from Iowa. She is the new darling senator-elect who apparently hasn’t read the U.S. Constitution. I saw her interviewed on Greta Van Susteren’s show as she gushed about going to the Senate to work on behalf of Iowans and their values. I’m sorry, Ms. Ernst. You seem like a nice lady with lots of spunk, but the job of U.S. Senators has nothing to do with representing the people of Iowa – that is the domain of the U.S. House of Representatives under the limited areas defined in Art. 1, Sec. 8 of the Constitution. Of course, with the disaster known as the Seventeenth Amendment on the books, the states have ZERO representation in Congress – a complete opposite of the intention of the Framers.

If you go to Ms. Ernst’s web site and look at issues, it’s pretty much the standard boiler-plate stuff on the economy. Ms. Ernst believes the income tax code needs to be redone top to bottom. Sure, keep raping we the people to give ALL federal personal income taxes to the UN and other transfer payments; see here. She obviously knows nothing about the current tax code because if she did, Ernst would know the truth: the federal income tax does NOT apply to domestic Americans.

She’s also jumped on the dump truck about health care: “Real and Meaningful Health Care Reform – Joni is staunchly opposed to the Obamacare law. Joni supports immediate action to repeal Obamacare and replace it with common sense, free-market alternatives that put patients first, and health care decisions back in the hands of each of us rather than Washington bureaucrats.”

All commendable, but the real constitutional solution is to replace Obamacare with nothing as I wrote in detail about in this column that I hope you will take the time to read over lunch or coffee. The Outlaw Congress has ZERO constitutional authority to legislate health care. While she’s right about free market alternatives, Congress after Congress has done nothing but pile up more and more regulations driving up the cost of health care. How many of those job killers will be eliminated now that the Republicans have control of the House and Senate? Wanna bet?

[Just a quick update on my lawsuit here in Texas to stop direct election of U.S. Senators. Governor-Elect Greg Abbott’s staff attorneys who represent the defendant in my case, the Secretary of State, have predictably filed a Motion to Dismiss. My response is being worked and will get filed. The hearing date where I stand to argue my case to Judge Jenkins who will surely throw it out is December 4, 2014 at 2:00 pm, 53rd Judicial Court in Austin, TX. Jenkins doesn’t want to take on a political earthquake even though this is NOT a political issue, it’s a legal one, so I will file an appeal.]

I checked the web sites of dozens of candidates – many who were elected. Not one of them addresses the disabilities of our monetary system, the misapplication of the “federal” income tax against 90% of Americans or any of the issues above.

Will Obamacare be repealed?

Mitch McConnell Surrenders on Obamacare Repeal (Oct. 29, 2014)

“Yesterday, Senator Mitch McConnell (R-KY) said he won’t move to repeal Obamacare if Republicans win a majority this year. In a Fox News interview, McConnell was asked if he’d push for “getting rid of the Affordable Care Act” as majority leader. “It would take 60 votes in the Senate. Nobody thinks we’re going to have 60 Republicans,” McConnell said. “And it would take a presidential signature. No one thinks we’re going to get that.”

Mitch McConnell willing to kill Obamacare with just 51 votes (October 30, 2014): “Sen. Mitch McConnell, R-Ky., says he would be willing to repeal Obamacare with a simple majority if he takes over as majority leader in January, his spokesman told the Washington Examiner on Thursday.”

You don’t need to repeal it. As a brilliant constitutional attorney I know who is a dear friend said, the Outlaw Congress can simply pass one bill that reads: No U.S. citizen is required to purchase health care in any of the 50 states of the Union and henceforth all funding for Obamacare is now ending. Reality: The usurper in the White House would immediately veto it. The truth is the Republican controlled House could have killed Obamacare years ago and they have not: Election Results: “What’s Going To Change Is Only Who Is Going To Screw You ­ Not Whether You’ll Get Screwed”

“Folks, keep one thing in mind, as I noted on WBAL yesterday ­ Obamacare could have been destroyed “at will” by the Republicans at any time since all spending must originate in the House. As a result, since the Republicans have held the House since the first midterm of Obama’s Presidency, they could have at any time stopped it by refusing to pass the appropriation necessary to fund it. They could have also cut off the runaway spending and thus the deficit at any time via exactly the same means, never mind the 2011 debt ceiling “fight” when an immediate and permanent end to deficit spending, and the destruction of your purchasing power that it causes, could have occurred simply by the Republicans refusing to pass a bill ­ that is, refusing to act instead of acting.”

The House must cut off ALL funding for Obamacare, all those committees and panels – all of it. Americans have been devastated with massive increases in their premiums and more will kick in next year increasing premiums by double digits.

The number one problem for any constitutional legislation sent to Barry Soetoro aka Obama will be a veto so Boehner and company will compromise us into the grave. I had to go do a refresher on veto power the day after the election. This is a short three page precise explanation: The Presidential Veto and Congressional Veto Override Process. The GOP picked up 7 seats in the senate. That means you still have 45 incumbents who have not addressed critical problems like the “FED”. It also means they don’t have enough to override the illegitimate president fouling the White House unless they can get a small number of Democrats to vote with them to override a veto.

The big issue is stopping the complete and total destruction of our culture and further bankrupting this country: Amnesty and the phony “pathway to citizenship” for liars, cheats and thieves, illegal aliens. Comrade Obama wants his way on this because he serves his global masters, not the people of this country. In late August 1998, Bill Clinton speaking in Ireland in response to a question as to what would he do if removed from office through impeachment: “You know, by the time you become the leader of a country, someone else makes all the decisions.” The only time that serial liar ever told the truth while in office.

Elections bring in group of trailblazing lawmakers with potential to reach new heights– Harvard graduates to experienced individuals; very bright well meaning individuals and not one of them addresses the core cancers like the “Fed”. Those incoming new freshmen (and women) will get their marching orders. Perhaps it explains why all those tea party candidates elected in the 2010 landslide caved at the first real challenge: raising the debt ceiling limit in 2011. This is for Newly Elected Members of Congress. Harvard, the home of the most powerful secret societies that run our country.

The election last Tuesday wasn’t just about the Outlaw Congress. The Republicans swept the state houses with even more seats as well as more governors. We are making progress in the state houses: Arizona Voters Approve Proposition to Reject Federal Acts

PHOENIX, November 4, 2014 – “Today, voters in Arizona approved a ballot measure that follows James Madison’s advice to stop federal overreach. With 80% reporting, the tally held steady and increasing at 51-49%. Approved was Proposition 122, a state constitutional amendment that enshrines the anti-commandeering doctrine in the state constitution. The language amends the state constitution to give Arizona the ability to “exercise its sovereign authority to restrict the actions of its personnel and the use of its financial resources to purposes that are consistent with the Constitution.”

I’ve included an Appendix for everything about the election last Tuesday as well as a complete list of all gains Republicans made in Congress, the state houses and governors seats as well as other items. I know the Internet has been drowning in opinions about last Tuesday. I selected what I think are important. Read when you can; not in any particular order. Knowledge is power and as I said, we’re in for the fight of our country, our lives, the future for our children and grandchildren and mostly it will be against Benedict Arnold’s like John Boehner and the other GOP establishment incumbents who do not represent we the people or the best interests of our republic.

Did the election last week really mean that much? I took to my Twitter account on Tuesday to point out that the change in control of the Senate from Democrat to Republican actually means very little, despite efforts by politicians and the mainstream media to convince us otherwise. Yes, power shifted, I wrote. But the philosophy on Capitol Hill changed very little. The warfare/welfare state is still alive and well in Washington.

Some were critical of my comment that, “Republican control of the Senate equals expanded neo-con wars in Syria and Iraq. Boots on the ground are coming!”

But unfortunately my fears were confirmed even sooner than I thought. Shortly after the vote, President Obama announced that he would double the number of US troops on the ground in Iraq and request another $5.6 billion to fight his war in the Middle East.

The President also said on Wednesday that he would seek a new authorization for the use of force in Iraq and Syria. He said that a new authorization was needed to reflect, “not just our strategy over the next two or three months, but our strategy going forward.”

That sounds like boots on the ground in an endless war.

Senate Democrats had been competing with Republicans over who would push a more aggressive foreign policy. This may explain their miserable showing on Tuesday: it is likely the honest, antiwar progressives just stayed home on election night. But with the Republican victory bringing to leadership the most hawkish of the neoconservatives like John McCain, the only fight over the President’s request to re-invade Iraq will be Republican demands that he send in even more soldiers and weapons!

Likewise, the incoming Republicans in the Senate have expressed a foolhardy desire to continue resurrecting the Cold War. They demand that Russia be further sanctioned even as the original reason for the sanctions – claims that Russia was behind the downing of Malaysian Airlines flight MH-17 – has been shown to be false. They want to send weapons to the US-backed government in Ukraine even through it will result in more civilians killed in east Ukraine. Their dangerous Russia policy may even turn the new Cold War into a hot war, which would be catastrophic.

On the domestic front, I do not hold out much hope that the next Congress will give more than lip service to reducing spending. What is more likely is Republicans will support dramatic increases in welfare spending as long warfare spending is increased by an equivalent, or greater, amount. That is what is called “compromise” in Washington.

One positive development from Tuesday is the slightly improved chance for a roll-call vote on “Audit the Fed.” Most of the Senators who are likely to assume leadership roles next year are co-sponsors of the bill. However, special interests that benefit from Fed secrecy are very influential in both parties, so it will be up to the people to continue to pressure Congress for a Senate vote.

Elsewhere, there may also be some rollbacks and reforms of some of the worst parts of ObamaCare, but a full repeal of the bill is unlikely. This is not just because there are still not the votes to override an inevitable veto. The insurance and pharmaceutical lobbies that benefit from ObamaCare are equally influential in both parties and have very deep pockets.

I ended my comments on election night by pointing out that while it may have been an important election, it was not most important ever. Ideas are what really count. And that is where we are winning!

Americas Epitaph

When a person dies someone will often write a brief description, or epitaph, of their life. Whether it is chiseled into granite headstones or written in newspaper notices, epitaphs can always be found on the hearts of those who knew the deceased best. Some people have even been known to change pictures of headstones into amusing epitaphs.

Each person is different regarding the way they live their lives, thus their own peculiarities will make their epitaph different from all others. Whether humorous or melancholy, they will leave the family and friends with a sense of evaluation of the deceased’s life.

Individual nations can also have epitaphs. Though seldom thought of, God assigns distinction to nations based upon their national agendas. The consequences of a nation’s choices can be in the form of blessings, or in the form of judgments. Though this does not clear individual citizens of personal responsibility, it does foster an evaluation of a nation’s choices whether those choices are by law or by agreed common practice.

History shows that God has evaluated whole nations for their national choices, and in most all examples in Scripture the result was His judgment being poured out upon those nations. Even His own people were not exempt, and that is cause for serious consideration of America’s official national choice to dismiss God.

What is sobering is that the warnings given to those nations in biblical history are similar to the warnings given to the 195 U.S. State Department-recognized nations on this planet today. Nobody thinks much about that and the 6:00 p.m. news programs never make mention of it, but the warnings nevertheless are there. And for those familiar with Scripture, the warnings are glaring neon signs cutting through the thick darkness of national rebellion. To people sensitive to these things, what is about to happen is more clear than the noon-day sun. They understand that America will be held responsible for her choices, and that in the end her epitaph will not be an honorable one.

This is not good news, so what kind of people would warn of such things? Are they Christians who are just confused about Scripture? Are they religious reactionaries whose beliefs parallel those of the Westboro Baptist Church? Are they simply ignorant, backward people? The answer is obviously “no” to those and similar questions. That people would even ask such things is indicative of the prevailing but misguided belief that to speak of God’s judgment is non-Christian because it implies we are making ourselves out as judges—a terrible skewing of Matthew 7:1! The truth is those people are like the watchmen on the walls in Ezekiel 33, and thus have a great responsibility before God.

This subject prompts a lot of questions, and the most provocative ones go all the way back to the reason for America’s existence in the first place. Why did God allow America to happen? Why was she brought to such lofty heights among the world’s nations? So, why is she not in Bible prophecy? No one knows all the answers, but that does not mean we should avoid trying to find them. The search alone will reveal some important truths about our national choices.

Nobody really knows why God allowed events to transpire as they did in the closing years of the 15th Century. It is only with a look into world history that we can formulate some thoughts on the subject, and even with the witness of history we can only speculate in many instances. But, there are some things we do know. We know that America became a haven for the spiritually oppressed as seen in The Mayflower Compact.

We also know that the God-given liberty recognized in our founding documents testifies to the spiritual foundation and insight of our Founding Fathers. Many Christians believe that God used America as a reservation set apart from the growing spiritual degradation of Europe; a place where godly people could develop both the means and the motive for world evangelism.

We do not know exactly why America was allowed to reach such power and affluence. But, we know that, though certainly imperfect, the American soul was touched by the helplessness of the global masses. American sympathy is evidenced by this excerpt from Emma Lazarus’ “New Colossus” written on the plaque mounted on the pedestal of Lady Liberty, “…Give me your tired, your poor, your huddled masses yearning to breathe free, The wretched refuse of your teeming shore. Send these, the homeless, tempest-tossed to me, I lift my lamp beside the golden door!”

There was a time when those words meant something noble, but things have changed drastically. It is clear that where they once extended great opportunity to those seeking a better life, they have now been bastardized by social-correctness in turning them into license for entitlement-spawned laziness, a violation of both Scripture (2 Thessalonians 3:10) and plain horse-sense.

Yes, benevolence and compassion are important in God’s eyes. From general policies such as avoiding the colonization of vanquished enemies to specifics like feeding the hungry through the Berlin airlift, America has consistently seen to the needs of weaker nations. In many instances, however, those acts of kindness would not have been extended to us by most of those same nations that benefitted from our generosity. The fact is our nation has gone far beyond the mere call of duty in order to help those who would later, and without a second thought, bite our national hand.

The logical question is this: Can a nation with such a benevolent past pay forward for its future rebellion against God? No. Rather, an emphatic no! That is akin to the idea of being able to buy indulgencies for future sin by presently giving money to some church. That is anathema in the eyes of God. If that is so, then what has happened?

Though progressives and historical revisionists gasp at this truth, the fact is the foundation of the American republic was intentionally fixed to God’s moral code. Remove or dilute that code and the foundation crumbles. It is that simple.

There is no doubt that the moral code once woven into American cultural fabric has been removed. Add to that the removal of constitutional liberties and the ignoring of our system of checks and balances and the face of America becomes horribly disfigured. Elected officials and appointed bureaucrats are complicit with those with evil agendas, and have no remorse or shame for being so. If pressed, any penitence shown is mere window-dressing for a gullible public. The results are obvious. We now have national support for moral decay, the shedding of innocent blood, the in-your-face attitude toward God, the undisguised hatred of Christians and all things godly, etc.

Very little is done to hide these things. God is out, anything goes and that is the way it is. The official response to all protests is a quick and abrasive, “Go to hell if you don’t like it.” A line has been officially crossed that seems to be our national point of no return. That nations have crossed it before and paid dearly is an ominous warning to anyone awake. To those who are asleep none of this means anything.

Two thousand years ago no culture was more corrupt than that of Rome. God sent a letter to the church in Rome that made clear His opinion of the Empire’s conduct, and the warning was clear. In the very first chapter God said He will vent His wrath upon those who endorse ungodliness and unrighteousness, and who suppress truth. He said such people are without excuse, and He called them fools. Further, He said He would give them over to their own lusts, degrading passions, self-deceit and depraved minds. And God then ended with a blazing indictment against any culture that might “give hearty approval to those who practice (such things).” And whether we will admit it or not, that pretty much sums things up for our nation.

Our country is guilty of everything listed in that text and much, much more. The America of the 21st Century is not the America many of us knew. What our nation has become is not what our Founding Fathers would have wanted. It is not what is wanted by what is perhaps many Americans. But, that is the way it is. And, there is no realistic recourse – not even in the voting booth. The decision handed down by the U.S. Supreme Court this summer regarding homosexual “marriages” indicates clearly there is no recourse. Prayer for this nation will, at best, only result in the delay of God’s wrath by prolonging His mercy a short while. Maybe. And that is a very shaky “maybe.”

It is worth noting that what appears to have been the overriding issue in Romans chapter 1 was the pagan demand that homosexual relationships be considered normal. Their demand for the normalizing of that kind of perversion was so persistent that God “gave them over” to it. The result? They received “the due penalty of their error.” We are not given the whole scenario, but secular history gives us a picture of the horrid consequences of sexual perversion in the Roman Empire. And to the disbelief of some Americans, our country has chosen to follow that same path!

The Myths of Initiative 594: Politicians are surreptitious scumbags

Newspaper editorial boards and media coverage of I-594 continue to distort the purpose and effect of this anti-civil rights measure. The media regularly portrays I-594 as a background check on firearm sales which it is not; it is much more.

There is an effective media blackout on press releases and position statements opposed to I-594. The public, even the shooting public, does not yet realize what this initiative will do if passed.

Use the facts presented here (the quotes included below are directly from the text of I594) to inform your friends and family, even your local newspapers and local political leaders, of the true impact of this measure.
Myth #1 – I-594 requires background checks only for gun sales.

Reality: I-594 “would extend criminal…background checks to all guns sales or transfers.” Every single time that a transfer occurs a background check through an FFL is required. “Transfer means the intended delivery of a firearm to another person without consideration of payment or promise of payment including, but not limited to, gifts and loans.”
Myth #2 – Failing to do the I-594 paperwork on, for example, the loan of a firearm to another must be a minor violation like a traffic violation, right?

Reality: I-594 re-writes Washington law to make transfer violations the equivalent of RCW “serious offenses” such as rape, drive by shootings and vehicular homicide. The I-594 class C felony conviction for failing to do the transfer paperwork will result in the loss of your civil rights, including the loss of the right to vote and possess firearms.

I-594 is written to make a class C felony conviction equivalent to other legally defined “serious” class B felonies.

If you remain in possession of any firearms after conviction of a I-594 felony, then you may be charged with a separate possession felony for each firearm owned; the sentences for felony possession are consecutive. I-594 is specifically intended to imprison those who transfer firearms without an FFL and to confiscate their firearms.

Violations are not civil infractions as you might imagine, they are serious crimes. The first violation is a gross misdemeanor and, if convicted, then subsequent violations are class C felonies.
Myth #3 – Gifts of a firearm are exempted.

Reality: Not true – gifts are specifically included in the definition of transfers requiring a dealer and registration of the firearm. Only gifts to immediate family members are exempted.
Myth #4 – A person can loan a firearm, without going through a dealer, to another as long as it is returned to him,.

Reality: Transfers are defined by I-594 to include any loan of a firearm. Any temporary loan of a firearm, no matter how short the time, without FFL dealer paperwork would be a crime.
Myth #5 – I-594 is primarily a gun show law requiring background checks at shows.

Reality: I-594 regulates all transfers “between unlicensed persons.” All citizens are unlicensed persons and must transfer firearms through an FFL whether the transfer occurs in their homes, at the firing range, or at any other location.

The Washington Arms Collectors already background checks members before allowing them to engage in firearm transactions. (under I-594, a new and separate background check conducted by an FFL would need to take place before each firearms transfer – even at a WAC show. – Webmaster)

Myth #6 – I can hand my firearm off to my friend for some minor repair without doing all the transfer paperwork, after all I will get my own firearm back.

Reality: You and your friend will both have committed crimes if you make this transfer without an FFL dealer for the transfers in both directions; this is two separate transfers as defined by I-594.
Myth #7 – My gun club can continue to offer firearm safety training with our member instructors providing the firearms for use by the trainees.

Reality: Probably not – there is an exception but it states that the, “firearm is kept at all times, at an established shooting range authorized by the governing body of the jurisdiction in which such range is located.” Since the I-594 language very clearly states that the firearm must be kept at all times at the range it is unlikely that this exception allows temporary transfers without an FFL.
Myth #8 – Coaching of shooters which includes the handing back and forth of a firearm is exempt from I-594.

Reality: I-594 contains an exception which may allow transfer to a person under age 18 for “educational purposes…while under the direct supervision and control of a responsible adult….”

This exception would not permit transfer during adult classes such as women’s handgun classes, adult hunter education, other types of training , or range orientation training.

While classes for children may continue, the majority of adult training is effectively banned because the transfer requirements cannot be met in a training environment. Private firearms trainers and law enforcement instructors who train the public can probably not avoid I-594 violations.
Myth #9 – I can loan a hunting rifle to a friend during hunting season.

Reality: No, you absolutely cannot. There is an exception that would allow you to hand your rifle to another licensed hunter “while hunting” but this only applies during the actual hunt if both hunters are present and licensed; so you may hand your rifle across the fence to a partner, but if your hunting partner drops his rifle and damages it, you cannot loan your extra rifle – it would be a crime.
Myth #10 – I keep a rifle in my truck and occasionally allow my daughter to drive this vehicle on our

property – this can’t be a crime?

Reality: Unless you are in the truck with your minor child, this is a transfer requiring an FFL dealer at two points. There is a transfer when she departs with the truck and when she returns it to you – possession equals transfer under I-594.
Myth #11 – My son and I go to the range to shoot trap – we take only my shotgun because he can’t afford one; surely we can share the shotgun.

Reality: If your son is a minor and you supervise him then you can share, but, oddly, if your son is over age 18 then these transfers would be illegal. I-594 appears intended to entrap entire families with these nonsense violations.
Myth #12 – My children have both hunted since they were young and have the required hunter education training and licenses. They have always used my firearms and they are free to choose the one that best fits the game. Can I continue to allow them to use my rifles and shotguns during hunting season?

Reality: No, both you and your children will be committing a I-594 crime if they use your firearms during hunting season without your “direct supervision.” This means that you must be present, able to see and contact the child you are supervising.
Myth #13 – Our local high school has a trapshooting team in which my daughter competes with my rather expensive shotgun. This must be okay.

Reality: Yet another trap for you and your daughter. You will both commit criminal violations each and every time that she takes the shotgun to practice. There is an exception that would allow you to bring the shotgun to a competition and transfer it to your daughter, but this does not apply to practice, only to “organized competition.” And if a firearm is transferred to her at a competition, it must be transferred back at that same location.
Myth #14 – I have a concealed pistol license; this must exempt me from the requirements since I have already received a thorough background check.

Reality: Your CPL has no value in firearms transfers under I-594 and all of the transfer requirements still apply to you.
Myth #15 – The waiting period of five days for non-CPL transfers remains unchanged.

Reality: The waiting period is now 10 days.
Myth #16 – My brother and I are both shooters and collectors. We often sell firearms to each other. I understand that these family transfers are exempt from I-594 provisions.

Reality: Absolutely not! While there is an exception for “bona fide gifts” within and among family members, it does not apply to sales. You and your brother will be multiple violators.
Myth #17 – I-594 advertises that private transfers are exempt from sales tax, at least this is a good thing.

Reality: Private property transactions are subject to use tax, not retail sales tax. Again, it appears that I-594 proponents are creating a smokescreen in an attempt to make I-594 appear reasonable. I-594 amends only RCW 82.08 which regulates retail sales and businesses.

There is no exemption in I-594 that would prevent the Department of Revenue from collecting use tax and they will have access to the records that will allow them to do so.
Myth #18 – My brother-in-law is a police officer and he says that he is exempt from I-594.

Reality: The I-594 law enforcement exception is only valid while on-duty. It does not apply to private purchases even if the firearm will be used on-duty (backup guns and patrol rifles are often personally purchased and these transfers must follow all I-594 laws).

Law enforcement officers are more likely than citizens to violate I-594 because they own, trade and maintain many firearms. Every officer should read “In Harms Way” published in the August GunNews.
Myth #19 – I have heard I-594 people stating that this is not a firearm registration law.

Reality: I-594 requires that every transfer be reported to the Department of Licensing, and while the requirements imposed on DOL are not clear, it seems that all firearm transfers are reported to DOL thus creating a registry of all firearms owners.
Myth #20 – This is a minor expansion of existing background check law and will not cost much.

Reality: I-594 does not just apply to sales, rather it applies to all transfers. We know that there are thousands of non-exempt transfers that take place each week during hunting, recreational shooting, coaching, practice and firearm maintenance.

We must assume that every one of these transfers will be reported to the Department of Licensing and that they will maintain records as required. Assuming full public compliance with the broad reaching language of I-594 there will be millions of new records created annually.

The burden on DOL will be staggering and it is unfunded. New buildings, computers, and personnel will be required. We know from DOL’s own testimony before legislative committee that they are approximately six months behind on new handgun registrations.

It is most likely that DOL will never be able to meet the requirements of I-594.
Myth #21 – The transfer of a firearm through a dealer won’t cost me much.

Reality: We don’t know what the cost will be as it is not capped within I-594.

Currently most dealers charge between $30 and $50 per transaction.
Myth #22 – I-594 is worth voting for if it catches criminals attempting to purchase firearms.

Reality: I-594 does not impact criminal access to firearms. This is already illegal and criminals will not use legal transfers to obtain firearms; rather they steal them and buy on the street. I-594 only affects the law-abiding firearm owner and will make criminals of many innocent people.
Myth #23 – We have to do something to stop the mentally ill from purchasing firearms!

Reality: We all agree, but I-594 contains not a single provision that will allow closer scrutiny of those who are mentally ill, or drug-impaired. Instead I-594 is targeted at responsible citizens.
Myth #24 – I’m an FFL dealer and I-594 will be good for me and my business.

Reality: It may be impossible for a Federal Firearms Licensee to follow both Federal and State law and rules. I-594 requires that the seller, “shall deliver the firearms to a licensed dealer to process…the transfer as if it is…transferring the firearm from its inventory.”

I-594 instructs the FFL dealer to handle the transfer “as if it is selling or transferring the firearm from its inventory…”, but then also allows the seller, who still owns the firearm, to leave with the firearm.

The reality is that an FFL dealer may lose his license if he allows an item in his inventory to leave the premises.

Furthermore, I-594 states that if the intended buyer, “…is ineligible to possess a firearm, then the licensed dealer shall return the firearm to the seller….”

Again, the Federal rules prohibit the release of an item in inventory unless a background check and all paperwork are completed and approved.

In other words, the seller must be subjected to and pay for a background check just to receive the return of his own firearm in the case of a failed sale. FFL dealers will be faced with the choice to follow State law or Federal law.

Because I-594 is intended to create a huge new market for FFL services, it is likely that new “dealers” will enter the market with the intent to process firearm transfers. This proliferation of FFL dealers is most likely to negatively affect storefront firearm retailers.

Predictably the new non-stocking “transferring dealers” will undercut FFL transfer fees and reduce profitability.
Myth #25 – The answer to I-594 is for every club, school and range to have an FFL dealer “on duty.”

Reality: even this extreme accommodation will likely not work. FFL dealers can conduct transfers only at their place of business or a bona fide gun show. There is no such thing as a roving FFL dealer who can perform the background checks required for all transfers under I-594.

It is conceivable that a gun club could obtain an FFL for their premises, but the paperwork required to legitimize all the transfers that would take place is daunting and expensive.

It appears there is no legal way to conduct FFL transfers on private property, while hunting, while shooting on public land or in any of the other situations in which the transfer is temporary, or a loan.
Myth #26 – The changes in I-594 are the only way to background check gun buyers.

Reality: There are efficient and (to some of us) acceptable ways to background check gun buyers. The Concealed Pistol License can be upgraded to a background check document that would serve as a transfer document; then all those with a CPL, who have already been backgrounded and fingerprinted, could use this license to effect lawful transfers.

Alternatively, a firearm purchase card could be created as it has been in some states; again, this would pre-background firearm transferors and allow law enforcement to conduct background checks and fingerprints in a timely manner before this is needed for a transfer.

It is difficult to find the motivation to write about the state of the global economy these days, if only because there is not much left to say. I feel like I am composing multiple obituaries for the same long dead corpse. Most of the Liberty Movement and I suspect a small portion of the mainstream market understand that there is no tangible or legitimate recovery, let alone a stable fiscal ladder to rest our feet upon. There is literally nothing left to the financial system but rigged statistics, false promises, and ever expanding debt. In fact, the concept of debt creation is the only thing holding our facade of an economy together.

You and I probably find this rather strange. We come from a long forgotten school of economics, in which demand, supply, and savings actually mean something in terms of our fiscal health. I have come across many mainstream economic acolytes and cultists in recent months who disregard ALL logic and reason, forsaking the realities of demand based trade and immersing themselves in a grand delusion in which central bank generated debt and inflation are the real source of “prosperity”. I feel sorry for them in a way, because the truth is right in front of their faces, and yet, they will never see it, not until they are buried alive in it.

Nothing makes this problem more apparent than the behavior of equities in the past month.

Stocks are, of course, a sham of the highest magnitude, but they do still say something about the greater truth behind our financial condition. The fact that many market traders clearly KNOW that it’s all a farce, and are actually banking and betting on the scam, tells me exactly how close we are to the end of the line. The recent near 10% drop in the Dow at the beginning of Fall must have certainly been a shock for the day trading community as well as mainstream pundits. The assumption for the past few years has been that central bank stimulus guarantees a constantly growing bull market, and to experience a considerable decline in equities even while QE was still in action was at least a noticeable wake up call.

I suspect that this decline in markets was not necessarily planned by the central banks, and was a stumble in their scheme to keep stocks elevated until after the QE taper had settled. It was also a stumble I expected a little earlier, around the end of Summer to be exact. Since the drop, central banks and the mainstream media have reacted forcefully to manipulate public perception as well as investor optimism, but this cannot go on for much longer.

In almost every instance of market decline, financial news group Reuters has injected false rumors of more stimulus from the European Central Bank. This was also the case in October as markets began to crash. These rumors were later dashed by the Financial Times, but not before the mere mention of more fiat stimulus from any central bank sent stocks soaring yet again.

This also occurred when middle management Federal Reserve member John Williams hinted in interviews of the possibility of “QE4” if the economy began to show signs of regression. Williams, of course, has no say in the decision to reintroduce QE, but this did not matter to investors, who immediately latched onto the meaningless news like anxious children, and threw their money back into stocks again.

And, most recently, Japan’s central bank announced a sudden and surprising re-ignition of stimulus measures to the tune of 80 Trillion Yen a year. This announcement, once again, sent global stocks skyrocketing, even though it was a stark admission by Japan’s financial elite that all their inflationary printing efforts for the past several years have failed miserably. As I have warned in the past, when bad news becomes good news because bad news promises more central bank intervention, the economy is truly on the verge of a reckoning.

Hopefully, we can all see the trend taking place here. With the end of the Federal Reserve taper now complete, and questions circling as to when interest rates will be raised, a market volatility not seen since 2008-2009 is returning. The ONLY measure that has slowed the crash is the use of false news stories hinting at further stimulus, as well as futile efforts by other central banks to pick up where the Federal Reserve left off. This shows that the investment world is so thoroughly addicted to QE that even the mere hint of another small fix of their favorite drug is enough to get them out of bed and excited. They know that the entire system is rigged by central banks, and they don’t care. In fact, they revel in it. The only goal of your average day trader now is to profit on the scam for as long as humanly possible, even though the ultimate conclusion of the scam will mean the utter destruction of their profits and the end of their way of life.

I hate to use a cinema analogy for a very real threat, but investors today remind me of Joe Pantoliano’s character in The Matrix; the guy who is fully aware that the Matrix is an illusion, but wants to experience the pleasure of the illusion all the same. So much so that he doesn’t mind being exploited like a slave by the system, and is willing to sacrifice all measure of truth and even the future just to get a taste of the fantasy again.

But what is the reality that the central banks are trying to hide, and why? This I have written about in detail on literally hundreds of occasions, so I will only cover the very latest news briefly here, and why I think the overall dynamic is about to change for the worse.

Global exports, and thus consumer demand, are plunging. Germany, the only pillar left to prop up the failing European Union, has experienced a severe decline in exports not seen since 2009.

China, the largest exporter and importer in the world, and Chinese companies, have been caught in a number of instances using fraudulent invoices to artificially inflate their own export numbers, in some cases reporting 50% more exported goods than had actually existed.

China’s manufacturing has also declined for the past five months, exposing the nature of its inflated export stats and indicating a global slowdown.

The Baltic Dry Index, a measure of global shipping rates for raw goods, and thus a measure of demand for shipping, continues to drag along near historic lows.

The U.S. consumer (the only economic asset the U.S. has besides the dollar’s world reserve status), has seen declines in spending as well as wages.

In the meantime, long term jobless Americans continue to fall off welfare rolls by the millions, making unemployment numbers look good, but the overall future picture look terrible as participation rates dissolve into the ether of government statistics.

How is such poverty being hidden? Food stamps. Plain and simple. Nearly 50 million Americans now subsist on food stamp programs today, and this number shows no signs of dropping. In states like Illinois, two people sign up for food assistance for every citizen that happens to find a job.

But this is all rudimentary. Most analysts in the Liberty Movement agree that our fiscal structure is on the edge of collapse; what they tend to bicker about is HOW and WHEN the structure will collapse.

Guessing market declines has been extremely difficult in the midst of a fiat soaked fiscal environment. Nothing is ever quite what it seems. My predictions of a 10% drop by the end of Summer were off by three weeks. Because of the nature of QE stimulus manipulation of the Dow, our only real guide has been the timeline of the Fed taper, and the fact that major banks have been relying on fed fiat to continually cycle capital into equities through the use of low interest loans to corporations and the stock buyback scam. Company buybacks have given steady boosts to the markets at least since 2008, and many corporations are using up to 50% of their “profits” just to continue buying their own stocks.

This strategy, however, is reaching a point of diminishing returns as many companies are issuing too much debt in the process. IBM is a perfect example of a company that has hit the ceiling on stock buybacks. This odd coordinated attempt by corporations and central banks to keep markets propped up even as companies sacrifice whatever debt stability they had left indicates a state of collusion between such institutions that goes far beyond the mere idea of “mutually assured greed”. Since at least 2008, there has indeed been a “conspiracy” amongst banks and international companies to generate a massive stock bubble designed to keep the masses calm and placated. However, these groups understand, better than many give them credit for, that such measures will have to end, or be revealed.

With the taper finished and QE money drying up, it is important to ask a few questions. For example, how are companies going to continue to accumulate capital to dump into their own stocks if fed money is becoming scarce and consumer spending is in decline? And, if they can’t continue stock buybacks because of a lack of funds or an overburden of debt, how are equities markets going to stay afloat?

And what about government debt? As it stands now, foreign interest in U.S. treasury bonds is waning. The vast majority of new bonds sold are short term. Until now, the Fed has been the primary buyer of long term debt, snapping up 10 year bonds from the market while other investors lose confidence in America’s ability to pay off liabilities in the future. Now that QE is over, who is going to buy the ever expanding U.S. government debt? I aimed this question recently at a Fed cultist and his response was “Well…obviously somebody will buy it…”, though he couldn’t specify.

The spike in short term debt purchases after the end of QE3 was also predictable, but it can only be sustained IF stocks begin to fall considerably yet again. Think about it; interest in U.S. debt has been on the decline for years, not just because foreign banks are shifting away from the dollar, but also because stocks have been a much more attractive investment with greater returns guaranteed by Fed QE. The taper announces a violent change in circumstances. The only way for interest in U.S. debt to be energized, even for a short time, is for stocks to crash, leaving bonds as the only safe haven left. I discussed this development in detail in my article ‘The Final Swindle Of Private American Wealth Has Begun’ at the beginning of this year. All other investment avenues seem to be in decline, from foreign markets and forex, to commodities like oil. Even gold and silver have taken a hit. For the average investor, if a route in stocks occurs, they will immediately jump into bonds. This plays into my theory on the coming financial end game, which I will be discussing in my next article.

Investors are counting on an eventual QE4, but I think this might also be wishful thinking.

At the end of 2013, I predicted the Fed would indeed follow through with the taper of QE3, and that they would drastically reduce stimulus measures. I believe this is in preparation for a major implosion of U.S. markets in particular. The whole point of the taper is to support the illusion that the U.S. economy has recovered, and that the Fed has “accomplished its mission”. When a crash does take place, I think it will be ALLOWED to move freely and that new QE intervention will not be taken. I have no doubt this crash will be blamed on an outside force or act of fate (the Ebola outbreak, which is doubling in cases every three weeks, is a perfect possible catalyst), and that banks will be absolved of all blame in the mainstream.

A coming crash is not only my personal view. It is important to note that behind the background noise of the recovery party, international bankers are sending a very different message about economic health.

On the same day as the Federal Reserve announced the end of QE3, former chairman Alan Greenspan gave a speech to the Council On Foreign Relations in which he lamented that the QE unwind would be painful, that stimulus measures had not achieved their goals in the past, and that gold might be a good investment today.

The International Monetary Fund and the ECB also released statements warning that “accommodative stimulus policies” could contribute to economic volatility. That is to say, stimulus might be setting the stage for fiscal instability. The IMF claims that “bold action” is required to “reset” the global system.

And, the ever present overlords at the Bank For International Settlements have posted a stark warning about our financial future, predicting a “violent reversal” in markets. The last time the BIS made such a prediction was in the summer of 2007, just before the derivatives crash. But this is the M.O. of the central banks, to warn of coming calamity just before the event, but not long enough before the event to make any difference. They present themselves as prognosticators of economic future, but in reality, they are the instigators of every disaster they predict.

I do not know how the markets will react to the likely landslide “victory” by Republicans in mid-term elections (can one ever be “victorious” in a rigged contest?), but what I do know is that a Republican majority offers an even greater opportunity for further collapse. Negative movements in markets that have been obstructed through manipulation can now be unleashed and then blamed on “government gridlock”, or the inability of conservatives to “compromise” fiscally. A Republican shift in government only offers more cover for a collapse that is slated to occur regardless.

I believe that the admissions of financial danger by internationalists, the sharp drop in stocks at the beginning of fall, the reversal of the political theater, and the fact that mainstream investors now recognize the illegitimacy of the markets yet continue with the scam anyway, signals the last gasp of the global economy. I expect increasing market instability from this point on, as well as numerous geopolitical distractions which will be blamed for the fiscal chaos. I have left out my explanation of the final end game so that I can cover it more fully in my next article. Needless to say, the coming storm is a deliberately engineered one, meant to achieve very specific goals, including a fearful and panicked populace, easy to manipulate as the system goes off the rails for the last time.
