In a book we wrote a number of years ago entitled “Our Cosmic Connection“, we opened one of the chapters with the following observation: “In spite of all of our individual and collective faults, there is a ‘great good’ that exists in a very large number of us. That good is personified in a wide range of human traits and behavior including private and public achievements, bravery, courage, sacrifice, industry, creativity, empathy, generosity, spontaneous volunteerism and spirit, either as individuals, or as a society. Unfortunately, due to the ‘distorted window’ through which we view our information, that ‘great good’ in us seems to be eclipsed by an over-zealous emphasis on that which appears to be ‘bad’ within us.”

One of the print and electronic news media’s flawed policies is personified in one statement: “….. if it bleeds, it leads“. Instantly, our news is distorted by the negativity, bias and general acceptance of almost any kind of violence. Transportation and vehicle accidents, war, pestilence, riots, famine, genocide, floods, hurricanes, tornado’s, earthquakes, tsunamis and the like, dominate the front pages of our newspapers and are the lead stories for evening Television news. On the other side of the negative picture we get political and individual corruption, fraud, adultery, betrayal, treason, murder, robbery and unbridled greed, added to our daily diet of information. Every little sordid detail is trotted out for those who gorge on the grief of others, or thrive on doom and gloom, in soap-opera fashion.
From Boston to Berkley, from Ferguson to Baltimore, from Seattle to Miami, we are forced to witness the bad behavior of a minute fraction of the American population, leading us to believe that everything is going to Hell and society is collapsing before our eyes. In fact, the news media is the carrier of the diseases of violence, dissension, division and racism. Their reporting on violence only spawns more violence, division and racism, all for the sole purpose of increasing their ratings. The recent riots and violence in Charlottesville, VA were a glaring example. The news media alone is responsible for this insane rush to tear down historical statues, as Democrats engage in self-flagellation. It was in fact Southern Democrats of the 1860’s that wished to preserve slavery.
In spite of this distorted picture of America, we have a totally distinct identity that is only marginally represented by the worst in us. What we see and hear every day is not the real America and does not represent the true and beautiful character of her people ….. a people steeped in responsibility, self-reliance, industriousness, goodness, charity and compassion, under that great symbol of freedom, our American flag. If the rest of the world watches American news every day, through the distorted window of the print and electronic media, it is no wonder the people of many countries think we are decadent, self-absorbed and inherently evil. The truth is, such a view of our America could not be farther from the truth.
For over 12 generations, since some brave and courageous men mapped out a blue print of liberty to govern this great nation from sea to shining sea, the American people, in spite of their faults, have done what the people of no other country on earth have done. They have become the beacon of light for the rest of the world, founded on the principles of individual liberty and the God-given goodness that comes from being free. Their sacrifice has freed over a billion people who were locked in slavery or war. Their productivity feeds a hungry world. Their voluntary generosity has lifted millions out of abject poverty or those ravaged by natural disasters.
Americans are farmers and factory workers, nurses, doctors, engineers, draftsman, pilots, truck drivers and fast food employees. We are rich, middle class and poor. We are religious and non-religious. We are adventurous on one hand, while being cautious on the other. We believe in fair play.
We are mothers and fathers, wives and husbands, brothers and sisters, aunts and uncles, nieces and nephews, cousins and children of every stripe, size and color, who live by some very basic, overriding principles of honesty, integrity, honor and family. Most of us have a deep sense of goodness about us and constantly try to overcome the ever-present evil that resides within us.
We have worked hard for what we have obtained and what our Nation has achieved. We should be proud of what we have accomplished and not hang our heads in shame because others are jealous of our success. Our inventiveness, creativity and industriousness have made us the richest nation on earth and have enriched every other nation in one way or another. Our compassion and generosity exceeds that of any other country or culture on this planet.
Bu that’s not all. Just think of the wide range of scientific American research going on right now in the areas of power and electricity. Think of the research in genetics to unravel the mysteries of inherited diseases and other conditions and what part that research will have in finding the root causes of these conditions and their respective cures.
Think of the research in food types and production to increase our food supplies. Consider the research in and use of fiber optics, or the research in rubber and plastics and new materials and fabrics. This research is fueled by the fires of commercial enterprise and in some cases, from the moneys that are collected by our government, as in the NASA space program.
Look at the progress we have made in the world of medicine, even with all of its problems. Look what we take for granted for medical care in this country. Look at the machinery that has been developed for the world of medicine. Magnetic Imaging Machines, breathing machines, heart-lung machines, blood monitoring machines, CAT scanners, X-rays. We don’t know all of them because were not in the world of medicine. All we know is that if something goes wrong you have a place to go where people care for the most part to see that your problem is resolved the best way they can, complete with flaws. We provide medical services in the United States that can only be provided here.
Let’s take a little closer look at technology over the last 15 years and what the computer has done in providing a continuous flow of information so that people can learn more and do things quicker. Watch how fascinated a child is as he makes keystrokes on a keyboard of a computer and sees the response on the computer screen. They absorb it like a giant sponge and love every minute of it. Sure there are side effects but we will overcome them.
Look at the excitement that was generated by the recent solar eclipse. Millions of families traveled hundreds of miles and braved endless traffic jams to witness the Sun disappearing behind the moon, an event that only lasted for two minutes. Those millions of people weren’t thinking about violence, riots, politics, or corruption. They were awed by a natural event that only occurs on rare occasions.
The doomsayers will tell us that we are going to run out of power. We are going to run out of oil. We are going to pollute the environment with our cars and our industry. Our automobiles are going to quit running and our airplanes will quit flying and our ships will no longer ply the open seas. Sorry folks, it will never happen.
Some day in the not to distant future, we are going to develop power sources that will literally boggle the mind. Our vision is that each home, each office, each business or building will have its own centralized power unit. And in that power unit will have the source of power to purify our drinking water, destroy our raw sewage and gray water, heat and cool our homes and offices and provide the electrical power for our lights and appliances.
Think of it. Those in your twenties watch how our planet will shrink in your lifetime. In ten to twenty years there will be airplanes that will leave the United States, sail up to the stratosphere or higher, glide at two to five times the speed of sound and land in Russia in a couple of hours. At 3,000 MPH we can go halfway around the world in 4 hours.
Personalized transportation will change dramatically. There will be air corridors for small, personal air units whether they use the principals of helicopters and small aircraft or some new strange power yet to be discovered. Maybe we will find a way to offset or neutralize gravity.
Folks. We are going to the stars and nothing anybody does will stop that. No amount of fear of the unknown. No amount of nay saying about financing. We will find the money. Ever since man first burned himself with fire and realized he could use it to his advantage or transported some object by rolling a log and converted that idea to the wheel, he has been forever driven towards more knowledge, more understanding and a wider, larger, broader world in which he can explore.
But all that excitement, creativity, generosity and goodness is being eclipsed by the picture that is being painted about us in our Newspapers and magazines and on our radios and TV’s and even the Internet, every single day. The information we receive is not representative of who we are. The propaganda, lies and distortions from our government and special interest groups that we absorb from these venues, warps the vision of who we are and what our true reality is.
There is no crisis here. There are just problems to solve and challenges to meet. Challenges are met by enterprising individuals working together collectively with a common purpose and goal.
If we allow our government, special interest groups, the news media, or the money changers and power brokers who cloud our vision, to divide us and destroy our American sovereignty and our God-given, natural freedom and goodness, that allows our unique individuality to blossom, we will descend into the Hell of the collective and it will take a bloody revolution to restore freedom and liberty. If left alone by government, American individuals will once again, with all our strength, power, beauty, compassion, spirit and the joy of wonder, will lead man on into the coming centuries for the good of all mankind, just as Americans have led the world for the last two and a third centuries, under our cherished flag of freedom. Hell no we are not perfect, but then who is?

But to the point, I pray these words will reach the Governor and all political representatives.

An Open Letter to Virginia Governor Terry McAuliffe

I was born in Los Angeles, California and raised in Ohio. I have taught Political Science at the collegiate level in Cincinnati, been published in The Wall Street Journal and am in my 12th year of research for a forthcoming book on Columbine.

For the past seven years I have made Rockbridge County, Virginia my home. That was a dream planted in my heart as a 14-year-old boy decades ago on my first visit to the Commonwealth. I have loved this commonwealth since then and when offered a change of life, there was never a moment’s indecision where to move. Virginia first, Virginia only, Virginia last and Virginia always.

I chose Lexington for just one reason. I had no family in Virginia. I had no prospects for employment lined up in Virginia. I owned no property here. None of the factors that ordinarily move men to uproot after a lifetime in one state and move to a place where he has no ties motivated me. The one and only reason I live in Lexington, Virginia is because it is the final resting place of Robert E. Lee and Thomas J. Jackson. Their lives, character, faith, integrity, honor and testimony shone so brightly a century and a half after their decease that there is no other place on the Earth I want to be but where they lived and served.

There is something deeply and morally wrong with anyone who objects to these two great Virginians – great Americans being honored by the native State for which they gave their lives, limbs and blood in selfless patriotic service. President Dwight D. Eisenhower kept Lee’s portrait in his executive office while president. Churchill extolled him as the greatest American. Ulysses S. Grant threatened to resign from the U.S. Army if Lee were tried for treason. International ships at sea flew their national colors at half-staff when Lee left this world from Lexington.

The statue that marks the grave of “Stonewall” Jackson was paid for not only by the veterans who served under him, but by financial contributions from former slaves whom he had taught to read in violation of Virginia law. In Roanoke today, Fifth Avenue Presbyterian Church features a stained glass window consecrated to the honor and memory of Jackson by descendants of the slaves he taught the Bible, for the chances he took on their behalf. When a Lexington local assailed Jackson for breaking the law to “teach those people”, Jackson uncharacteristically lost his temper and shouted, “If you were a Christian you would not say so!”

After the war, it was Lee who broke social convention at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church by kneeling beside a former slave who had mortified the White congregation by kneeling at the altar. Asked afterward by a bigot why a man like himself would kneel beside a former slave, Lee simply chastised him, “The ground is always level at the foot of the cross.”

And these are the men so repugnant to your modern sensibilities? This is the course so objectionable to you? This character is what is unacceptable in your enlightened times? If so, then it is you, Sir, who is the racist bigot. If their charity and kindness, their bravery in defense of the then-defenseless offends you, it only means your own character is so depraved and your own heart so darkened as to be unworthy the mention of their names.

The anniversary of the deaths of Lee and of Jackson were long commemorated in this Commonwealth by veterans of the North who were often the honored keynote speakers invited to praise the virtues of their once-foes. You were not at Manassas. You were not at Antietam. You were not at Fredericksburg, Chancellorsville, Gettysburg. But the Union soldiers who were had more wisdom, more character­ were simply better men than you because they practiced forgiveness over hatred, compassion over contempt, fraternity over fractious division. They shook the physical hands that had sighted them down hot barrels and pulled triggers to kill them they put the war behind them in their own generation and embraced their former enemies as their brother and countrymen. You, on the other hand, lack any redeeming moral character whatsoever, obsessing over political winds, polls and a personal agenda of race-baiting anarchy. More than merely unqualified for the high office you hold, you exhibit no evidence of redemptive humanity.

Every monument to a Confederate Virginian is a war memorial to an American veteran. It has been the mark of manhood and civility and longstanding American tradition to leave politics out of the way we honor our veterans. They fought the battles; we did not. They shed the blood; we did not. They reconciled with their enemies; we did not. They were tried on the battlefield and tried by a jury of their peers in the only court of public opinion that mattered: their own generation, ­the generation that knew the issues, heard the speeches, read the papers, pulled the triggers and took the trenches. The battlefield determined the issues and the veterans pardoned their enemies. End of subject. It is not for children born a hundred and fifty years later to judicate the past and expose to double jeopardy men their own contemporaries exonerated.

It is the height of arrogance to suppose that you know more about these men and their times than their even contemporaries. The command of God remains, “Remove not the ancient landmark, which thy fathers have set.” That divine command is unambiguous and apolitical. It is to God you will assuredly answer for its violation. Make no mistake, as Claudius realized in Hamlet, “In the corrupted currents of this world, offense’s gilded hand may shove by justice, and oft ’tis seen the wicked prize itself buys out the law. But ’tis not so above. There is no shuffling. There the action lies in his true nature, and we ourselves compelled, even to the teeth and forehead of our faults”.

There will be no alibis before the judgment bar of God. You will pull no song-and-dance, no shady backroom deals, no political payola. Almighty God will not be fooled nor bought nor charmed. Naked in the full bloom of your monstrous sin, you will stand exposed, every fault, before His avenging eye. No excuses. No patter and spiel. No schmoozing this time. To God you will answer for the slander and libel of His servants.

Meanwhile, in the unlikely event that your parents were not the abject failures your embarrassing course of conduct appears to suggest, I ask you to reconsider the wrong-headed evil you have proposed. If you find it impossible to respect your elders, attempt at least to revere your betters. The destruction of Virginia’s monuments to her war dead is sacrilege and those who urge and execute it are nothing more than cemetery vandals. There is no honor in this course of wanton destruction and, morally, you equate yourself with ISIS which shares your contempt for actual culture, something you both so manifestly lack. It is more than history, more than art. When you pursue this thing, you diminish the honor of these heroes not one bit. You only emphasize by contrast how puny and insignificant by contrast you are. You reveal how painfully short of their measure you fall.

And it is that that galls you, isn’t it? You despise good men because their virtue condemns your depravity. You know you lack their character, their courage, their integrity, their stature. You know that if you served 50 terms, you will never amount to 1/100th of the men they were. You have wasted your entire life in selfish ambition and here, at your age, you haven’t amounted to anything but a common street hooligan, the shame of your family name. Those proud of you love evil itself.

No matter. No one will remember you in any 150 years. Nothing you do can make anything like the mark these great Virginians made on history’s ledger. You are doomed to the political graveyard of insignificant bureaucrats who lined their pockets, sold out daily and slaved away in tireless service to pointless mediocrity. Just being you another day is your own punishment and yet you still face God for what you propose to do as well. Something is deeply, horribly wrong with your soul, Sir. And you know it. So does all Virginia.

If you suppose brass and marble are the only media in which their immortal valor is inscribed, you are as limited in intellect and character as I suspect. Men like Lee and Jackson, for just two, reach good men at the heart; something you won’t even comprehend much less ever do. No one, of course, respects you and who, pray tell could love you? Just asking is to snicker. There is nothing important about you, “Man, proud man, dressed in a little brief authority, most ignorant of what he’s most assured­ his glassy essence ­like an angry ape”. Still, you might prolong your useless career by imitating conscience, but you have hitherto, year after year, crime after crime, failed to generate the least flicker of that vain hope.

Still, your lascivious ambition, that crying ache for power and meaning that keeps you awake on your bed at night, might reckon (for all the wrong reasons, as usual) that just perhaps doing the right thing – doing, for once, the hard thing – just might work as policy. Relax, you wouldn’t have to actually care or be right; nothing as unthinkable as all that. You would only have to play the empty part of doing the right thing as if you did have any sense. No inner reform or spiritual growth necessary, just the usual outward show you’ve performed your whole life long. Going through external motions as ever. You know: SHOWTIME…again!

You could still wring your hands and knit your brow and pretend to care and squeak through the polls but yet accidentally do the actually moral thing for a change. Just to see how it feels. Leave the monuments alone. Muster the courage to…to…do nothing – something you’re usually proficient at. You can prate about how awful those good men were and how terrible their splendid monuments are­ no one pays any attention to what you say anyway – and then resume your strong point: noisy inaction. You’ve done nothing so long this one should be easy for a pro like you. Just leave the status quo in place. Don’t worry; no one will accuse you of virtue. Have they ever?

If there were any glimmer of character down in that empty suit anywhere you might even work up the decency to strengthen the existing laws protecting Virginia’s veterans’ memorials. I no more expect it than I expect the shore to drown the sea, but miracles have happened. And God has often worked His wonders with clay as useless as yourself. Perhaps you had a loving grandmother who instilled in you something worthwhile after all a very long time ago; evidently not, but maybe. Maybe somewhere down deep inside in a secret spot you can yet prove useful in this world by surprising everyone with an honorable act. Just One!

I have strived to be civil, but you do not make it easy. Smearing reputations, slandering saints and tearing down what better men raised has zero to do with love, unity, tolerance, acceptance, diversity and coexistence. It’s just the usual political spoils game, playing one race/class/group against another to score a win at any cost. The mean, petty loathing of Virginia’s first string heroes outs you as a raging hypocrite just as you were trying to pass for intelligent. What a piece of work.

I can’t pretend anything could ever make me vote for you. Nothing can. So there’s no political leverage I can exert here, to be frank. You could do the right thing here and I would still know it was the exception, done for some underhanded criminal motive as always. Let’s not pretend. But I would thank you for it. Because in the end its actions that count. Whether you do the right thing for the right motive is between you and God. (No, not “your God”; THE God. Get off that lame routine) whether you do it at all is where my interest ends. Just leave the statues, graves, monuments and memorials right where the grown-ups put them, Terry. Just fool around doing nothing, you know, like back at Georgetown. That’s all I ask. And about the most anybody expects of you. Aren’t you tired yet of just being the same old failure and lurching from bungled debacle to bungled debacle? Why not shock the world: open a book, educate yourself and do something less horrible than usual. Resign, even, and leave Virginians to govern Virginia. What a concept. Shouldn’t you be ruining Syracuse instead of Richmond?

“You struggle, kick and scream, but alas, it is no use, you are trapped in the web of an evil monster. In the distance across the web, a black shape with multiple legs is headed straight for you but you cannot break free from the strands that bind you. Within seconds the monster, 4 times your size, pierces you with its sharp fangs and injects a poison into your blood stream. You can feel the poison work on your muscles and nerves almost immediately and try as you might; the strength is ebbing rapidly from your body.”

“You think back and wonder how you got here. You briefly remember while you were flying free, a voice in the distance said: “come into my home and I will take care of you.” You had many troubles and the thought that someone else would sooth your savage breast and stroke your fevered brow was so enticing you thought it foolhardy not to enter their house ….. especially since the help would be free.”

“But like so many before you, you succumbed to the siren call of a false utopia, when it was the spider’s web that was waiting for you. You believed the propaganda, hype, distortion and lies of the disguised Monster, whose evil agenda was craftily hidden from you. But now it is too late. You are stuck and your freedom and your life are slipping away.”

“You gave up your freedom for a mirage that you could never reach. You fell into the clever trap of a hidden enemy. You gave up your individual, God-given rights to fly free, in the hopes of finding an easier life …..”

Every American that has been drawn into the “Spider’s” web is no longer a free, sovereign individual with unalienable rights, having been poisoned by the “Spider’s” sting. Every American that has resisted the “Spider’s” web will be eventually drawn into the web by the sheer inertia of those already in the web ….. by virtue of their vote. It will take something drastic to reverse what is more than likely the inevitable.

Some may think that Obama invented socialist/Marxist policies in America. Hardly! Eighty-four years ago, another socialist/Marxist and yes, dictator (FDR) took control of the reins of political power in the United States, as the alleged savior of the people who were being torn asunder by one of the many emergencies (the Great Depression) Americans have had to face since they declared their freedom from an arrogant British King. Sadly, this particular emergency was in large part, created by government itself. Instead of letting a free country save itself by the actions of free people using free choice, ingenuity, creativity, productivity, low taxes and regulation and a government limited by our constitution, those in Government saw a quick way to make the American people dependent on government and thereby getting them to vote for those who “saved” them. Or put another way, “buying their vote” with money from the public treasury, money that the government has a fiduciary responsibility to religiously protect and spend wisely, in strict compliance with the it’s very limited authority contained in the Supreme Law of the Land.

Describing what FDR did TO America would take volumes and many volumes have already been written covering those events. FDR almost single handedly took America from a free, wealthy, hard-working and prosperous nation and converted it into a welfare state during his three plus terms as President. After starting his unprecedented fourth term, he said this on a cold January day in 1944, after his re-election:

“This Republic had its beginning, and grew to its present strength, under the protection of certain unalienable political rights—among them the right of free speech, free press, free worship, trial by jury, freedom from unreasonable searches and seizures. They were our rights to life and liberty. As our Nation has grown in size and stature, however—as our industrial economy expanded—these political rights proved inadequate to assure us equality in the pursuit of happiness. We have come to a clear realization of the fact that true individual freedom cannot exist without economic security and independence. “Necessitous men are not free men.” People who are hungry and out of a job are the stuff of which dictatorships are made. (He should know) In our day these economic truths have become accepted as self-evident. We have accepted, so to speak, a second Bill of Rights under which a new basis of security and prosperity can be established for all… Among these new rights are “The right to a useful and remunerative job in the industries, or shops or farms or mines of the Nation; The right to earn enough to provide adequate food and clothing and recreation; The right of every farmer to raise and sell his products at a return which will give him and his family a decent living; The right of every businessman, large and small, to trade in an atmosphere of freedom from unfair competition and domination by monopolies at home or abroad; The right of every family to a decent home; The right to adequate medical care and the opportunity to achieve and enjoy good health; The right to adequate protection from the economic fears of old age, sickness, accident, and unemployment; The right to a good education.”

It is unbelievable that any President who swears on solemn oath to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States would utter such words. FDR’s oath, nor his power as President, gave him the authority to re-write the Constitution, as he was apparently attempting to do with this speech.

We would like to address one event that took place in 1937. As part and parcel of FDR’s continuing New Deal programs in the 1930’s, the U. S. Housing Act, passed in 1937, provided housing assistance for low-income families and individuals. It was codified into the United States Code as Title 42, Chapter 8, Section 1437f. It became known as Section 8 Housing Assistance and is currently administered by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The program is now known as the “Housing Choice Voucher Program”.

Today, the Federal Government is now spending over $50 Billion per year on Section 8 housing alone (2014), assisting over 4,800,000 households, or almost 14,000,000 people ….. people who no doubt will vote for those providing the assistance.

From an article published in the Policy Archives on-line magazine as far back as August of 2005, the following statements were made about Section 8 Housing: “Over the past several years, the program has come under fire for its rising cost. (surprise! surprise!) From 2001 to 2005, the cost of the program has increased by over 34%, although the number of people served has remained roughly the same. These cost increases can be attributed to a number of factors, not the least of which is the structure of the benefit. The value of a voucher is calculated as roughly the difference between rents in a community and 30% of participating households’ incomes. In recent years, rents have been rising faster than incomes, which, along with federal policy changes designed to expand household choice and de-concentrate poverty, has driven up the cost of a voucher and therefore the cost of the program. In FY2005, the overall Section 8 program, at more than $20 billion, accounted for over half of the entire budget of the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The voucher component alone constituted more than a third of HUD’s budget. In order to provide that funding level while remaining within discretionary budget caps, congressional appropriators enacted funding cuts to almost all other HUD housing programs.” (notice the huge increase by 2014)

On further investigation we found that 50% of the recipients of Section 8 Housing were single, 44% were single with children. Married couples with children hardly registered on the graph. Could it be that government housing subsistence replaced fathers?

But what illustrates the true nature of Section 8 housing occurred recently in a story about one Sharon Jasper. Purportedly, Sharon has spent 57 of her 58 years living in Section 8 housing. Apparently, it was a legacy passed down from her parents who moved into Section 8 housing in 1949 when Sharon was just six months old. Sharon has even passed the legacy down to her children (where is the father?) but fears they may have to get jobs to pay for the utilities and deposits. God forbid! She laments about that one year she spent out of public housing. “I tried it for a year“, Sharon said, “you know, working and all. It’s not anything I would want to go through again, or wish on anyone in my family, but I am damn proud of that year.” Damn proud? Really!

Section 8 housing is Sharon’s “free” gift from the working people of America. No doubt Sharon is receiving food stamps as well. She believes she deserves every bit of it and that it is her right, thanks to FDR and the Democrats. The big question still remains, under a Constitutional Republic is free housing to the less fortunate a right, when the cost of the free housing must be extracted from others by the force of law (taxes), rather than through voluntary charity?

Millions of people like Sharon are the victims of generational dependency on federal, state and local government handouts, all paid for by the producing members of a wealthy America. Subsistence for housing, food, college, SSI, health care, transportation, etc. are paid out or handed out to low income families and individuals by the millions, including illegal aliens. More than 40% of those receiving Section 8 housing are Black. (only 13.3% of the total population) But instead of it being a helping hand up to a productive life, much of this largess has become a degrading life unto itself.

Although it is a deep injustice that so much of our tax money has been spent (or is it wasted) in this manner, the deeper tragedy is the outright destruction of human lives who have found it easier to live off the sweat and hard work of others (that’s you and me) rather than being proud of their independence, responsibility and self-reliance. Had they taken the truly American path of hard work and receiving a pay check for the work they do, they would have felt the elation that comes from achieving a worthwhile goal they have sought, or receiving an honest reward for a job well done.

Now, our current government, instead of letting a free country save itself by the actions of free people using free choice, ingenuity, creativity, productivity, low taxes, less regulation and a government limited by our constitution, those in Government are using the same quick way employed in the 1930’s to make the American people even more dependent on government, thereby getting them to vote for those who “saved” them. Trump might help, but don’t count on it.

Unfortunately, 2017 is a far cry from 1937 in terms of the exponentially exploding costs of socialist promises made by government in the last 80 years since Section 8 housing was passed. With unfunded liabilities of well over $100 Trillion dollars (that’s Trillion with a CAPITAL “T”), adding more socialist programs onto the rising annual deficit ($440 Billion – 2017) and national debt (approaching $20 Trillion) is not only unconscionable and insane, it is treason by any other name. A knowledgeable person should question whether Congress ever had the Constitutional authority to do what they did then and what they are doing now.

And Section 8 Housing is only one of over 80 overlapping social entitlement programs that government inefficiently administers, each being rife with waste, fraud, abuse and corruption.

As the number of Sharon’s of this nation grow as a result of grossly negligent government premeditated socialist policies for the sole purpose to buy votes, those who must pay for the Sharon’s of America will have to dig deeper and deeper into their pockets. Such policies will drive the national debt to $36 Trillion by 2026, according to the Congressional Budget Office. One wonders at what point will those who must pay, cry out “enough is enough” and either hide what they earn, cheat, or join Sharon and the millions of other Sharon’s, in a life of generational dependency, paid for by those shrinking hard-working Americans who obviously haven’t seen the “light” yet?

If they don’t see the light pretty soon, the SPIDER (government, world elite and special interests) will have won, or perhaps the SPIDER has already won.

Trump and American History Have Been Assassinated

When Trump was elected I wrote that it was unlikely that he would be successful in accomplishing the three objectives for which he was elected—peace with Russia, the return home of offshored US jobs, and effective limits on non-white immigration—because these objectives conflicted with the interests of those more powerful than the president.

I wrote that Trump was unfamiliar with Washington and would fail to appoint a government that would support his goals. I wrote that unless the ruling oligarchy could bring Trump under its control,Trump would be assassinated.

Trump has been brought under conrol by assassinating him with words rather than with a bullet. With Steve Bannon’s dismissal, there is now no one in Trump’s government who supports him. He is surrounded by Russophobic generals and Zionists.

But this is not enough for the liberal/progressive/left. They want Trump impeached and driven from office.

Marjorie Cohn, whom I have always admired for her defense of civil liberty, has disappointed me. She has written in Truthout, which sadly has become more like PropagandaOut, that the House must bring articles of impeachment against Trump for his abuse of power and before he launches a new civil war and/or nuclear war.

This is an extraordinary conclusion for a normally intelligent person to reach. What power does Trump have? How does he abuse his non-existent power? The ruling Establishment has cut his balls off. He is neutered. Powerless. He has been completely isolated within his own government by the oligarchy.

Even more astonishingly, Marjorie Cohn, together with 100% of the liberal/progressive/left are blind to the fact that they have helped the military/security complex destroy the only leader who advocated peace instead of conflict with the other major nuclear power. Cohn is so deranged by hatred of Trump that she thinks it is Trump who will bring nuclear war by normalizing relations with Russia.

Clearly, the American liberal/progressive/left is no longer capable of rational thought. Hate rules. There is nothing in their lexicon but hate.

The American liberal/progressive/left has degenerated into idiocy. They think that they are fighting “white nationalism” in the White House and that Trump is a champion or symbol of “white nationalism” and that there will be no victory until Trump and all symbols of “white nationalism” are obliterated.

Little do they understand. Ajamu Baraka spells it out for them in CounterPunch. White Supremacy, he writes, is inculcated into the cultural and educational institutions of the West. Liberal and leftist whites are also white supremacists, says Baraka, and Trump and the “alt-right” are nothing but a superficial useful platform on which the white supremacist American liberal/progressive/left can parade its self-righteousness. Ajamu Baraka’s conclusion is “that in order for the world to live, the 525-year-old white supremacist Pan-European, colonial/capitalist patriarchy must die.” It is not difficult to see in this statement that genocide is the solution for the white plague upon humanity. Little wonder the “alt-right” gets exercised by the anti-white propaganda of Identity Politics.

Non-white immigration will finish off the shards of remaining European civilization. All current demographics indicate that all of Europe and North America will sooner than you expect be occupied by non-white majorities.

The problem is not so much the immigrants themselves as it is that they are taught to hate whites by white liberal/progressive/leftists. The destruction of statues will not end with Robert E. Lee’s. Thomas Jefferson and George Washington are next. They owned slaves, whereas the Lee family’s slaves were freed by will three years prior to the Lincoln’s invasion of the South. The Washington, Jefferson, and Lincoln memorials will have to be destroyed also as they, too, are monuments to racism. Indeed, according to the Identity Politics of the Liberal/progressive/left the Declaration of Independence and the US Constitution are White Supremacy documents written by racists. This doubles the indictment against Thomas Jefferson and adds all of the Founding Fathers to the indictment. All are guilty of institutionalizing White Supremacy in America.

The uninformed insouciant Average American may think that this is a joke. But no. It is the orthodoxy of the white American intellectual class. It is taught in all the universities.

In Atlanta they are talking about erasing the heads of the South’s generals carved into Stone Mountain. Mount Rushmore in South Dakota will be next. It has carved into it the heads of Washington, Jefferson, Theodore Roosevelt, and Abraham Lincoln. All racists, and Roosevelt was a colonialist and imperialist to boot. Lincoln was the worst racist of all.

The following statements are all statements that are in Abe Lincoln’s Collected Works:

“I have said that the separation of the races is the only perfect preventive of amalgamation [of the white and black races] . . . Such separation . . . must be affected by colonization” [sending blacks to Liberia or Central America]. (Collected Works of Abraham Lincoln vol. II, p. 409).

“Let us be brought to believe it is morally right, and . . . favorable to . . . our interest, to transfer the African to his native clime.” (Collected Works, vol. II, p. 409).

“I am not nor ever have been in favor of bringing about in any way the social and political equality of the white and black races. I am not nor ever have been in favor of making voters or jurors of Negroes, nor qualifying them to hold office, nor to intermarry with white people” (Collected Works, vol. III, pp. 145-146).

How did Lincoln in the face of his own words and deeds get to be the hero who liberated blacks from slavery? The Emancipation Proclamation did not free a single slave, as Lincoln’s Secretary of State complained. It was a war measure that only applied to slaves under the jurisdiction of the Confederacy in hopes of fomenting a slave rebellion that would pull Southern soldiers off the front lines to rush to the protection of their wives and children. In 1861 the year the North invaded the South, President Lincoln said, “I have no purpose, directly or indirectly, to interfere with the institution of slavery in the States where it exists. I believe I have no lawful right to do so, and I have no inclination to do so” (First Inaugural Address). In 1862 during the war, Lincoln wrote to Horace Greeley: “If I could save the Union without freeing any slave I would do it.”

Lincoln was elevated to the undeserved position of black liberator by the historical lies made up by white liberal/progressive/leftists who hate the South. They are so consumed by hate that they do not understand that the hate that they teach will also devour them. They should read Jean Raspail’s book, The Camp of the Saints. People taught racial hate do not differentiate between good and bad members of the people they are taught to hate. All are equally guilty. As one Third Worlder wrote to me, “all whites are guilty,” even those such as myself who speak out against the West’s atrocities against the darker-skinned peoples.

The American liberal/progressive/left has long been engaged in demonizing white people exactly as Nazis demonized Jews and Communists demonized capitalists. One would think that the liberal/progressive/leftists would be aware of what happened to the Jews and to the Russian, Chinese and East European capitalists and bourgeois middle class. Why do the liberal/progressive/leftists think they will escape the consequences of teaching hate?

What has Charlottesville taught us other than that the hate expressed by the liberal/progressive/left exceeds the hate expressed by the white nationalists themselves. When it comes to hate, the White Supremacists are out-gunned by the liberal/progressive/left.

Hate is the hallmark of the American liberal/progressive/left, and hate always ends in violence.

The Northern ruling economic interests had no interest in devoting resources to a war to free slaves. They wanted the Union held together so that there would be no competition for the lands west of the Mississippi and so there would be an agrarian sector to which to market northern manufactured goods protected by tariffs against lower priced British goods.

The northern work force didn’t want any freed slaves either. The large number of recent Irish immigrants driven out of Ireland by the British starvation policy called Lincoln’s war “a rich man’s war and a poor man’s fight.” What freed slaves meant for the northern working class was a larger labor supply and lower wages. In 1863 when the Republicans passed the draft, the Irish in Detroit and New York rioted. The rioters took out their anger and frustration on northern blacks, many of whom were lynched. It is not clear to me whether more backs were lynched in the North during the war or in the South during Reconstruction. If there are any memorials to the Irish, those racist statues will have to be taken down also. Perhaps even the Statue of Liberty is racist.

And we haven’t yet heard from Native Americans. In his excruciating history, The Long Death: The Last Days of the Plains Indians, Ralph K. Andrist describes the genocide of the Plains Indians by Lincoln’s Civil War generals, William Tecumseh Sherman, Phillip Sheridan, Grenville Dodge and other of the first war criminals of the modern age who found it a lot easier to conduct warfare against Southern women and children than against armed troops. Against the Native Americans Lincoln’s generals now conducted a policy of genocide that was even more horrible and barbaric than Sheridan’s destruction of Virginia’s Shenandoah Valley.

During the eight year presidency of General Ulysses S. Grant, 1868-76, the Union generals conducted a policy of extermination against the Native Americans. Entire villages, every man, woman, and child, were wiped out. The Union Army’s scorched earth policy starved to death those Indians who escaped fire and sword.

Professor DiLorenzo writes:

“Sherman and Sheridan’s troops conducted more than one thousand attacks on Indian villages, mostly in the winter months, when families were together. The U.S. Army’s actions matched its leaders’ rhetoric of extermination. As mentioned earlier, Sherman gave orders to kill everyone and everything, including dogs, and to burn everything that would burn so as to increase the likelihood that any survivors would starve or freeze to death. The soldiers also waged a war of extermination on the buffalo, which was the Indians’ chief source of food, winter clothing, and other goods (the Indians even made fish hooks out of dried buffalo bones and bow strings out of sinews). By 1882, the buffalo were all but extinct.”

Indian warriors who were captured were subjected to the type of trials and executions that the George W. Bush regime gave Saddam Hussein: “hundreds of Indians who had been taken prisoner were subjected to military ‘trials’ lasting about ten minutes each, according to Nichols (1978). Most of the adult male prisoners were found guilty and sentenced to death—not based on evidence of the commission of a crime, but on their mere presence at the end of the fighting.” In other words, P.O.W.s were executed, for which the US executed German officers at Nuremberg.

The Union massacre of the Indians began before the Civil War was won. DiLorenzo reports:

“One of the most famous incidents of Indian extermination, known as the Sand Creek Massacre, took place on November 29, 1864. There was a Cheyenne and Arapaho village located on Sand Creek in southeastern Colorado. These Indians had been assured by the U.S. government that they would be safe in Colorado. The government instructed them to fly a U.S. flag over their village, which they did, to assure their safety. However, another Civil War ‘luminary,’ Colonel John Chivington, had other plans for them as he raided the village with 750 heavily armed soldiers. One account of what happened appears in the book Crimsoned Prairie: The Indian Wars (1972) by the renowned military historian S. L. A. Marshall, who held the title of chief historian of the European Theater in World War II and authored thirty books on American military history.

“Chivington’s orders were: ‘I want you to kill and scalp all, big and little.’ ( Marshall 1972, 37). Then, despite the display of the U.S. flag and white surrender flags by these peaceful Indians, Chivington’s troops ‘began a full day given over to blood-lust, orgiastic mutilation, rapine, and destruction—with Chivington looking on and approving’ (Marshall 1972, 38). Marshall notes that the most reliable estimate of the number of Indians killed is ‘163, of which 110 were women and children’ (p. 39).

“Upon returning to his fort, Chivington ‘and his raiders demonstrated around Denver, waving their trophies, more than one hundred drying scalps. They were acclaimed as conquering heroes, which was what they had sought mainly.’ One Republican Party newspaper announced, ‘Colorado soldiers have once again covered themselves with glory’ (Marshall 1972, 39).

DiLorenzo reports: “The books by Brown and Marshall show that the kind of barbarism that occurred at Sand Creek, Colorado, was repeated many times during the next two decades.”

General Sherman, a war criminal far in excess of anything the Nazis were able to produce, wrote to his wife early in the Civil War that his purpose was “extermination, not of soldiers alone, that is the least part of the trouble, but the [Southern] people.”

His wife responded: Conduct a “war of extermination” and drive all Southerners “like the swine into the sea. May we carry fire and sword into their states till not one habitation is left standing” ( Walters 1973, 61).

DiLorenzo observes that Sherman did his best to take his wife’s advice.

The extreme hatred and barbarity to which the Northern war criminals had subjected Southern non-combatants broke like fury over the Plains Indians. Distinguished military historians have described the orders given to General Custer by Phillip Sheridan as “the most brutal orders ever published to American troops.”

Clearly, if we are taking down statues, we can’t stop with Robert E. Lee. We will have to take down the Statues of Lincoln, Grant, Sherman, Sheridan, and all the rest of the Union war criminals who implemented what they themselves called “the final solution to the Indian problem.”

The designation of the northern invasion of the South as a civil war is itself a lie. The term “civil war” is used to cover up the fact that the North initiated a war of aggression, thus removing the sin of war from the North. A civil war is when two sides fight for control of the government. However, the South had no interest or intent to control the government in Washington. All the Southern states did is to use the constitutional right to end their voluntary association with other states in the United States. The South fought because the South was invaded. Southerners did not regard the War of Northern Aggression as a civil war. They clearly understood that the war was a war of Northern Aggression.

As brutal as Lincoln’s war criminal armies were to Southern civilians, the inhumanity of the brutality toward Southern people escalated during the long period called Reconstruction. The Northern ruling Republicans did their best to subject the South to rule by the blacks while Northern “carpetbaggers” stole everything that they could. No white Southern woman was safe from rape. “Civil War” buffs have told me that there were southern towns in which all the women were hidden in the woods outside of town to protect them from the Republican Union soldiers and the former slaves that the Republican agents of Reconstruction encouraged. What happened to the South at the hands of the Republicans was no different from what the Russians and Americans did in Germany when the Wehrmacht surrendered. The demonized KKK was an organization that arose to protect what remained of the South’s honor from unbearable humiliations.

Consequently, for decades no Southern person would vote Republican. The Democrats lost the “solid South” by aping the Reconstruction Republicans and again bringing Reconstruction to the South, using federal force instead of persuasion.

No real facts are any longer taught in the US about the so-called “Civil War.” In the place of the actual history stands only lies.

In an accompanying guest contribution, economist/historian Professor Thomas DiLorenzo explains the real reason that Lincoln invaded the South. He shows that Lincoln’s success in conquering the South destroyed the political character of the United States that had been formed by the Founding Fathers. An Obfuscated composition

Only when one has a mind as hungry for information as a young Monk is for regeneration can the obfuscated composition placed on government web sites by attorneys satiate your brain itch? In other words, one must never forget that the truth is as allusive as a virgin in a whore-house and attorney-politicians are the most masterful of all liars.

The time has come when Americans who were brought up to love their country must face the Facts, which are not what they want to believe. Americans have been beguiled from the get-go, and are now sitting ducks for the liars who want their government to be their free nanny.

The days when men were men and women were women and school teachers would quit their job before lying to the students are history!

You may have friends across the street who were like family but who are now your worst enemy due to their political indoctrination. They may be proud of being a liar if they can convince you a democracy is good governance.

Some of our most trusted and loved heroes of the past must be re-evaluated so we can be free of this tendency to trust those with a golden tongue.

The tenets of a citizen run Republic must be studied until they are fully understood by all, and especially those who are allowed to manage our lives. Those Americans who are proud to be called Democrats or Republicans must become aware of why they should have been ashamed.

There was a time when most educated adults understood their human nature was their enemy and their biblical comprehension was their gateway to self control, but now we live in a doctrinaly ignorant society and actually believe we are a sinless and honest person, which makes us immune to sin. Nothing could be further from the truth.

If America can be saved it will only be by recovering biblical truths and presenting them to congregations who reject the denominations now beguiling them and simply attend a Christian Church involved in doctrinal exposition.  They must acquire a conscious comprehension of how moral sin makes it impossible to be a mature and honest human being.

So, my dear fellow American, it is not just the Bankers, lawyers, and politicians who have destroyed our country, it is we who have sacrificed our soul for the pleasures of sinning. We lie automatically in a constant search for pleasure and power, which makes it impossible to understand truth.

This most likely is so offensive to you that you will probably stop reading the rest of what I have learned through living a sinful life which makes it nearly impossible to correct.

Should you see the wisdom in that statement and continue reading then it is possible you have made the first good decision of your life. Please do not assume that I have, or claim to be living a sinless life because I am far from being a good Christian, but that does not make me an ignorant Christian because I have too many years of doctrinal study which gives me the ability to differentiate the two states of being. It is possible for one to know the difference between living a sin controlled life and a sinless life. That I am still a sinner has nothing to do with the fact that I know the difference in the context of this article. I only know these things because of so many years of excessive compulsive doctrinal study. And I am not trying to lead the readers to Heaven, but to a better understanding of how a doctrinaly ignorant person can be addicted to a sinful life style and how that is connected to accepting a Godless society and government.

Let’s take entertainment as an example: because an infatuation with certain kinds of entertainment will eventually produce a totally degenerate person.

Watching children be raped and or led into a life of sexual infatuation is possibly one of the most degenerate of them all. And just what kind of a citizen could you expect from that? Surely one who has the lives of everyone in the Nation under their control is not good for any kind of free society if they are having sex with children!

So let me avoid making the mistake of implying I am sin free while still holding and presenting the absolute truth that God is good and we are not, and the more we try to be sinless the better person we become. In closing this subject I have not clearly presented the fact that whether I am a good Christian or not has nothing to do with the fact that the people need to know Christian doctrine so they can differentiate between a Godless Nation and a doctrinaly astute Nation, and follow the better path. It seems to me that America is far from understanding the advantages of Christian Doctrine and how it applies to governments.

Now I will return to why Americans have been brainwashed by their leaders. The fact that we have been following degenerate politicians into bankruptcy because we accepted the numerous hand outs made us self consciously accept their burdensome statutes, and now we have a government that holds us as prisoners in their homes. That’s right! they own our homes and every other asset we have worked for. In fact, they own us! This is all laid out in Anna Von Reitz’s website and her books.

Politician turned preacher? Hillary Clinton prepares finally to ‘come out’ as a Christian leader.

Hillary Clinton wants to preach.

That was the simple introduction to a revelatory news feature in The Atlantic this week, which claimed that the Democrat former presidential candidate said this to Bill Shillady, her long-time pastor, at a recent photo shoot for his new book about the daily devotionals he sent her during the 2016 campaign.

‘Given her depth of knowledge of the Bible and her experience of caring for people and loving people, she’d make a great pastor,’ Shillady told The Atlantic. No, she probably won’t go to seminary; she probably won’t pursue an official lay position in the Methodist church, like deaconess. ‘I think it would be more of … her guest preaching at some point,’ he said. ‘We have a long history of lay preachers in the United Methodist Church.’

Since the election, he added, ‘I think her faith is stronger…I haven’t noticed anything different, except that I think she is more relaxed than I’ve ever seen her.’

The report cited other ‘scattered’ bits of information that have come out, backing the idea of Clinton focusing on faith: last autumn, for example, the former Newsweek editor Kenneth Woodward revealed that Clinton told him in 1994 that she thought ‘all the time’ about becoming an ordained Methodist minister. However, in a comment which typifies Clinton’s apparent ambivalence towards public knowledge of her faith, she told him not to write about it because ‘It will make me seem much too pious’.

Clinton is not alone. Tony Blair once said, after stepping down as prime minister, that religion was ‘how I want to spend the rest of my life’ before launching the Tony Blair Faith Foundation. ‘Religious faith will be of the same significance to the 21st century as political ideology was to the 20th century,’ Blair added.

Now, two books are set for publication this autumn: What Happened, Clinton’s personal account of the election, and Strong for a Moment Like This, Shillady’s book of devotionals.

Shillady, who runs the United Methodist City Society in New York, wrote the book at Clinton’s suggestion, according to The Atlantic, and his is the only book for which Clinton has agreed to write a foreword. Clinton and her aides read and approved the copy ahead of time.

Strong for a Moment Like This brings together daily devotionals written after Shillady got up at 4am, for Clinton to use in the day ahead, from 2015 onward, when she first announced that she would be running for the presidency.

Other pastors contributed, including more than 100 women clergy who formed a group called ‘We Pray with Her’.

According to the Atlantic, the book ‘offers a rare window into the way Scripture appears to have shaped Clinton on the campaign trail – as it has throughout her life’.

Hillary Rodham grew up attending First United Methodist Church in the conservative suburb of Park Ridge, Illinois.

During the Bill Clinton administration which at times caused upset to Hillary, the family attended Foundry United Methodist Church in Washington, D.C.

Strong for a Moment Like This suggests that Clinton was thinking about biblical themes throughout 2015 and 2016.

Yet she has at times been all too guarded. Early in her career, she learned the dangers of speaking publicly about her religious beliefs. As The Atlantic recalls, ‘When she was First Lady, progressives roundly mocked her moralism, and conservatives doubted her sincerity. After getting widely panned for a speech about America’s “crisis of meaning” in 1993, Clinton waited nearly a year to talk about spirituality again – and did so, she said, “with some trepidation”.’

As long-time friend of Clinton Lissa Muscatine told the New York Times: ‘It’s been a remarkably private part of this hugely public person’s existence. It’s almost like, because it’s so private and has motivated her so deeply, that she doesn’t talk about it.’

It was on January 25, at a town-hall-style gathering inside a gymnasium in Knoxville, Iowa when, after years of not talking about it publicly, Clinton came out as a passionate Christian.

Asked by a Democrat-leaning voter about her beliefs, she opened up. It is worth quoting her at some length because all-too-unusually, it was clear that the guarded presidential candidate finally spoke from the heart:

‘I am a person of faith. I am a Christian. I am a Methodist. I have been raised Methodist. I feel very grateful for the instructions and support I received starting in my family but through my church, and I think that any of us who are Christian have a constantly, constant, conversation in our own heads about what we are called to do and how we are asked to do it, and I think it is absolutely appropriate for people to have very strong convictions and also, though, to discuss those with other people of faith…My study of the Bible, my many conversations with people of faith, has led me to believe the most important commandment is to love the Lord with all your might and to love your neighbor as yourself, and that is what I think we are commanded by Christ to do, and there is so much more in the Bible about taking care of the poor, visiting the prisoners, taking in the stranger, creating opportunities for others to be lifted up, to find faith themselves that I think there are many different ways of exercising your faith.

‘But I do believe that in many areas judgment should be left to God, that being more open, tolerant and respectful is part of what makes me humble about my faith, and I am in awe of people who truly turn the other cheek all the time, who can go that extra mile that we are called to go, who keep finding ways to forgive and move on. Those are really hard things for human beings to do, and there is a lot, certainly in the New Testament, that calls us to do that.’

Clinton went on to discuss the Sermon on the Mount, clearly a central Bible passage for her. ‘There’s a lot of great Bible studies: What does the Sermon on the Mount really mean? What is it calling us to do and to understand? Because it sure does seem to favor the poor and the merciful and those who in worldly terms don’t have a lot but who have the spirit that God recognizes as being at the core of love and salvation.’

And she explained how she differs from some conservative Christians. ‘So there is much to be learned and I have been very disappointed and sorry that Christianity, which has such great love at its core, is sometimes used to condemn so quickly and judge so harshly.’

With right-wing, white evangelicals on the rise in America, and apparently tightening their grip on the White House, Hillary Clinton ‘coming out’ fully as a Christian and providing this type of antithetical form of preaching may be just what the country needs.

Commentary on America Being Led to Re-Fight its Civil War

The twenty million listeners of Rush Limbaugh’s radio program have heard Walter E. Williams because he has guest-hosted behind the golden EIB microphone.  As a syndicated columnist and author known for his classical liberal and libertarian conservative views, his writings frequently appear on Townhall.com, WND, Jewish World Review, and hundreds of newspapers throughout the United States.  Walter Williams keeps impeccable company, as his philosophy has been influenced by both Thomas Sowell and Milton Friedman.

Liberals, Progressives, and Socialists are leading America to re-fight the War Between the States.  The blood of 600,000 Americans killed in war from 1861 to 1865 is insufficient to cleanse the sin of enslavement.  And it is in that context that you should find Mr. Williams comments both highly interesting and instructive:

The victors of war write its history in order to cast themselves in the most favorable light. That explains the considerable historical ignorance about our war of 1861 and panic over the Confederate flag. To create better understanding, we have to start a bit before the 1787 Constitutional Convention in Philadelphia.

The 1783 Treaty of Paris ended the war between the colonies and Great Britain. Its first article declared the 13 colonies “to be free, sovereign and independent states.” These 13 sovereign nations came together in 1787 as principals and created the federal government as their agent. Principals have always held the right to fire agents. In other words, states held a right to withdraw from the pact — secede.

During the 1787 Constitutional Convention, a proposal was made that would allow the federal government to suppress a seceding state. James Madison rejected it, saying, “A union of the states containing such an ingredient seemed to provide for its own destruction. The use of force against a state would look more like a declaration of war than an infliction of punishment and would probably be considered by the party attacked as a dissolution of all previous compacts by which it might be bound.”

In fact, the ratification documents of Virginia, New York and Rhode Island explicitly said they held the right to resume powers delegated should the federal government become abusive of those powers. The Constitution never would have been ratified if states thought they could not regain their sovereignty —in a word, secede.

On March 2, 1861, after seven states seceded and two days before Abraham Lincoln’s inauguration, Sen. James R. Doolittle of Wisconsin proposed a constitutional amendment that read, “No state or any part thereof, heretofore admitted or hereafter admitted into the union, shall have the power to withdraw from the jurisdiction of the United States.”

Several months earlier, Reps. Daniel E. Sickles of New York, Thomas B. Florence of Pennsylvania and Otis S. Ferry of Connecticut proposed a constitutional amendment to prohibit secession. Here’s a question for the reader: Would there have been any point to offering these amendments if secession were already unconstitutional?

On the eve of the War of 1861, even unionist politicians saw secession as a right of states. Rep. Jacob M. Kunkel of Maryland said, “Any attempt to preserve the union between the states of this Confederacy by force would be impractical, and destructive of republican liberty.”

Both Northern Democratic and Republican Parties favored allowing the South to secede in peace. Just about every major Northern newspaper editorialized in favor of the South’s right to secede. New York Tribune (Feb. 5, 1860): “If tyranny and despotism justified the Revolution of 1776, then we do not see why it would not justify the secession of Five Millions of Southerners from the Federal Union in 1861.” Detroit Free Press (Feb. 19, 1861): “An attempt to subjugate the seceded states, even if successful, could produce nothing but evil — evil unmitigated in character and appalling in content.” The New York Times (March 21, 1861): “There is growing sentiment throughout the North in favor of letting the Gulf States go.”

The War of 1861 settled the issue of secession through brute force that cost 600,000 American lives. We Americans celebrate Abraham Lincoln’s Gettysburg Address, but H.L. Mencken correctly evaluated the speech: “It is poetry, not logic; beauty, not sense.” Lincoln said the soldiers sacrificed their lives “to the cause of self-determination — that government of the people, by the people, for the people should not perish from the earth.” Mencken says: “It is difficult to imagine anything more untrue. The Union soldiers in the battle actually fought against self-determination; it was the Confederates who fought for the right of people to govern themselves.”

The War of 1861 brutally established that states could not secede. We are still living with its effects. Because states cannot secede, the federal government can run roughshod over the U.S. Constitution’s limitations of the Ninth and Tenth Amendments. States have little or no response.

We call the war of 1861 the Civil War. But is that right?

A civil war is a struggle between two or more entities trying to take over the central government. Confederate President Jefferson Davis no more sought to take over Washington, D.C., than George Washington sought to take over London in 1776. Both wars, those of 1776 and 1861, were wars of independence. Such recognition does not require one to sanction the horrors of slavery. We might ask how much of the war was about slavery.

Was President Abraham Lincoln really for outlawing slavery? Let’s look at his words. In an 1858 letter, Lincoln said, “I have declared a thousand times, and now repeat that, in my opinion neither the General Government, nor any other power outside of the slave states, can constitutionally or rightfully interfere with slaves or slavery where it already exists.” In a Springfield, Illinois, speech, he explained: “My declarations upon this subject of Negro slavery may be misrepresented but cannot be misunderstood. I have said that I do not understand the Declaration (of Independence) to mean that all men were created equal in all respects.”

Debating Sen. Stephen Douglas, Lincoln said, “I am not, nor ever have been, in favor of making voters or jurors of Negroes nor of qualifying them to hold office nor to intermarry with white people; and I will say in addition to this that there is a physical difference between the white and black races, which I believe will forever forbid the two races living together on terms of social and political equality.”

What about Lincoln’s Emancipation Proclamation? Here are his words: “I view the matter (of slaves’ emancipation) as a practical war measure, to be decided upon according to the advantages or disadvantages it may offer to the suppression of the rebellion.” He also wrote: “I will also concede that emancipation would help us in Europe, and convince them that we are incited by something more than ambition.” When Lincoln first drafted the proclamation, war was going badly for the Union. London and Paris were considering recognizing the Confederacy and assisting it in its war against the Union.

The Emancipation Proclamation was not a universal declaration. It specifically detailed where slaves were to be freed: only in those states “in rebellion against the United States.” Slaves remained slaves in states not in rebellion — such as Kentucky, Maryland, Delaware and Missouri.

The hypocrisy of the Emancipation Proclamation came in for heavy criticism.

Lincoln’s own secretary of state, William Seward, sarcastically said, “We show our sympathy with slavery by emancipating slaves where we cannot reach them and holding them in bondage where we can set them free.”

Lincoln did articulate a view of secession that would have been heartily endorsed by the Confederacy: “Any people anywhere, being inclined and having the power, have the right to rise up and shake off the existing government and form a new one that suits them better. … Nor is this right confined to cases in which the whole people of an existing government may choose to exercise it. Any portion of such people that can may revolutionize and make their own of so much of the territory as they inhabit.” Lincoln expressed that view in an 1848 speech in the U.S. House of Representatives, supporting the secession of Texas from Mexico.

Why didn’t Lincoln share the same feelings about Southern secession? Following the money might help with an answer. Throughout most of our nation’s history, the only sources of federal revenue were excise taxes and tariffs. During the 1850s, tariffs amounted to 90 percent of federal revenue.

Southern ports paid 75 percent of tariffs in 1859. What “responsible” politician would let that much revenue go?’

As a lot of you know, Lynette Zang has been under fire after the interview with SGTReport about the ACChain being tied to the SDR. There have been several people to argue that she is 100% wrong and made videos showing what an SDR is, “calling the IMF”, having roundtable discussions and a variety of other attacks from former hard asset community members turned digital profiteers. The question I have is this – when was the last time a policy, bill or law was implemented then shelved and never used for it’s intended purpose? How many of these people have discussed the SDR with the Chief of the SDR or read any of the documents surrounding, not only the Original SDR but the M-SDR? I would venture to say very few or zero. SDR’s have been sitting in a basket since their inception and have not been used for their intended purpose. That, however, is changing.

What about the IMF, in June 2017 as pointed out by The Daily Economist, stating that banks should get into the cryptocurrency space as reported on Investopedia

A June 2017 staff discussion note from the International Monetary Fund (IMF) suggests that banks should consider investing in cryptocurrencies more seriously than they have in the past. According to the IMF staff team responsible for the note, including prominent economists such as Dong He, Ross Leckow, and Vikram Haksar, “rapid advances in digital technology are transforming the financial services landscape.” These members of the IMF feel that such transformations generate new opportunities for consumers as well as service providers and regulators. The ultimate message of the report seems to be one of support for cryptocurrencies, as it outlines some of the ways that the fintech industry might be able to provide solutions for consumers related to trust, security, financial services, and privacy in this area.

Boundaries are Blurring

One of the key findings of the IMF report is that “boundaries are blurring.” This means that the borders between intermediaries, service providers, and markets, previously well-defined, have become blurry with the advent of new technology related to digital currencies and cross-border payments. Along with the blurring of these boundaries, the authors of the report suggest that “barriers to entry are changing.” This does not, however, mean that barriers to entry are universally being lowered. Rather, they are being lowered in some situations but raised for others, particularly “if the emergence of large closed networks reduces opportunities for competition.” Source

There’s nothing more comforting to me than a group of banksters discussing how they are looking out for my well being and my families wealth and security. Once again, not discussing counterfeiting, currency laws or the disruption of these new currencies coming online. Simply discussing how the banksters should embrace them and get on board.

If this doesn’t give you pause, then you are too far gone to address any further. I could care less about “256 bit” this or “528 bit” that – it doesn’t matter – laws and acceptance are what matter. The oligarchs still possess the keys to the kingdom and until they are wrestled out of their hands nothing changes. If someone believes the masses are going to join forces and be labeled a “terrorist” or a “drug dealer” well, you have not been paying attention at all.

As we discussed in 2016 the SDR is coming to the table and it will fulfill its intended purpose – when that will happen is the next question. Building puzzles takes time and, it appears, another large piece of the puzzle has been put into place with the development of the ACChain.

World Bank explains further

“This is a landmark development for China’s bond market and for the SDR as an international reserve asset,” said World Bank Group President Jim Yong Kim. “We are very pleased to support China’s growing role in global financial markets. World Bank issuance of SDR bonds in China will support the G-20’s objective of expanding the use of SDRs and help promote the development of China’s domestic capital market. It will also increase Chinese investors’ access to foreign currencies in the domestic bond market, while opening up new opportunities for international investors seeking high-quality investment products in the country.” [emphasis added]

In 2016 China was approved to join the SDR basket of currencies and was also approved to issue the M-SDR bond valued in Renminbi. The initial offering was oversold by 2.5 times the offering – not unusual, but shows people are interested. This means the M-SDR is now out in the market place. Where does it go from here? What are China’s plans, with this M-SDR priced in Renminbi?

This was another, very strong, indication of what is on the horizon and will be unfolding. We are seeing some of the unfolding right now – it happens everyday, just some days experience bigger moves than others.

As we have reported over the past several weeks the Federal Reserve Note (FRN), a.k.a. U.S. dollar, is on life support. The changes that are currently in motion, combined with the policy changes that have been approved, will assure the FRN will no longer be the world reserve currency and this will have a direct impact on you, your family and your wealth. As was stated recently by China’s President, Xi Jingping, it is time for action and time to stop talking.

Has anyone bothered to review what has been put in place over the past several years in regards to “freeing” the SDR and moving this monetary nightmare into the global monetary system? Apparently not too many, however, several people are all the sudden some kind of expert on the subject. I am not an expert on SDR’s and do not claim to be. I have, however, dedicated hundreds of hours and tens of thousands of words to research on the subject and feel comfortable in my analysis.

When I interviewed Dr. Warren Coats in 2016, Chief of the SDR, we covered some of the ground that he had been developing and discussing for several years, if not several decades, regarding the use of the SDR at the global level. Did I mention Dr. Coats was the Chief of the SDR at the IMF?

Dr. Warren Coats served on the IMF from 1976 to 2003. He became chief of the Special Drawing Rights (SDR) division in 1983 and remained until he retired. Dr. Coats has more experience with the SDR than anyone else on planet earth. He also knows a little something about currencies after working with well over twenty different countries to either strengthen their currency or develop a new currency. The SDR has been sitting quietly in the corner awaiting its turn in the spotlight. There will be no grand entrance as that is not how the IMF nor China wishes for this to unfold. Bring as little attention to this situation as possible and simply make it part of everyday life. Or as George Carlin said – Nobody seems to notice, nobody seems to care.

I would ask anyone that questions the SDR’s role in the new ACChain to please re-read the above underlined statement. It may have some bearing on the current arguments that the IMF has not approved the SDR to be used with the ACChain. M-SDR’s are that “private SDR” Dr. Coats references above.

This is part of the overall scheme, as was stated by the World Bank – China is being used, as was the original intent, to bring SDR’s to the citizens and have them folded into the current monetary system with little fanfare and no one really paying attention. By doing so, the current monetary system can be circumvented with almost zero noticeable change to the system.

As the IMF recently stated as one of the goals of de-cashing the nations was to create scenarios where no one even questions what is happening because they do not realize what is happening and they awaken one morning and the cash is all gone. This new system will assist in making that happen – right under your nose.

Who’s excited about the cryptocurrency market? “WOW. I just became a gazillionaire with my shiny new Unicorn fiat cryptocurrency, based-on-faith, backed-by-nothing digital blips on a screen. WoooHoooo” I haven’t heard anything like that recently, have you? “Precious metals suck and I have lost soooooo much money on gold and silver.” Haven’t heard anything like that either, have you? I would argue this is part of the assimilation process, part of the enslavement process to suck more funds out of precious metals and into the new system of enslavement instead of a real system that has been proven to break the backs of the banking cabal throughout all of history.  Since when did a “new currency” break the backs of the banking cabal? Gold, and only gold, has proven to have the fortitude to create real change and crush the banksters.

As we learned in a recent interview conducted by SGTReport, Brad Peters, Sr. Software Engineer, Intel, clearly shows the SDR as part of the code within the ACChain. No it does not show any ties to the IMF, which is not a requirement, but it clearly shows the SDR, which is the real issue that Lynette Zang was bringing to the table during the SGTReport interview just a day prior to the conversation with Brad Peters. jsnip4 also made a video in an attempt to dispel what Ms. Zang had stated. jsnip4, Joe, “called the IMF” to ask about this ACChain and the IMF explained to him they knew nothing about it. Well, why would they when it is not necessary to have the IMF approve the use of the SDR in this manner? Did anyone bother to even think the SDR in the code of the ACChain is tied to the M-SDR bond issued by China and can be freely issued by China? It would appear not.

The conversation continues and I still know that gold is part of the current monetary system and will be part of the future monetary system. What role it will play is yet unknown, but as I have stated time and again, China is not acquiring tons of gold to create more jewelry or produce more coins. The Belt and Road Initiative is not planning on having gold as payment across the “heartland” because they trust nations to do the right thing with their currency. Gold is money and everything else – EVERYTHING ELSE – is credit.

Justification for Study: Living the American dream on borrowed time

Before I was fully retired, like most people, my focus was on supporting my family. There was not much time in that endeavor to think about much else, and again I believe most working class people experience about the same thing. There are exceptions of course, but for the most part I found that people just did not realize they were living the American dream on borrowed time. In fact, many are still unaware of their loss of freedoms, and God given rights. Many more are somewhat aware, but unconcerned due to a false sense of security. After all, this is America, right?

Due to having a natural sense of individualism, I have always been a non-conformist, and once I had the time, I set out to discover why so many people just went along with whatever they were told. Many years later that objective had been subdivided into hundreds of subjects, and I found that I had a higher sense of how people the world over are manipulated from cradle to grave, and for the most part, with their consent.

To make a long story short, many Americans have been influenced from an early age to have a high degree of emotional patriotism that makes them unwilling to face the true history of American politics’. Let’s face it, who wants to know something bad about a loved one? Who wants to admit they have been beguiled from childhood? They have become unwilling to let go of a myth, because to do so, hurts so much.

American exceptionalism is the result of this false sense of value, and trying to change some ones mind that really believes whatever America does is right, is nearly impossible, UNLESS, some person or event convinces them the time has come to have an open mind, and really study both sides of the compulsion to surrender our National Sovereignty to a Global Community.

Once that commitment has been reached and sufficient study has been accomplished, there arises the inevitable crisis of having to ask ones-self; now what the hell do we do? I’ve been there, and done that, and then had to search for the most plausible solution. When I found it, I then had to readjust my child-hood patriotism to a more sensible loyalty to the principles of freedom instead of a tyrannical monolithic nationalism.

There is no getting around it, our present United States Government is out of control, and we have no means of changing it. Assuming your loyalty is to the America we were taught to love and die for, there is only one peaceable way to save it, and that is by going back to the very beginning, and reclaiming individual State Sovereignty, and redesigning a new confederation of States that clearly elucidate the agreements.

If this sounds impossible, it has been done before, and is a lot better than having no say so in the formation of a global government at all. This is where we’re headed, whether you want to believe it or not. You have everything to gain by studying the material I send out, and everything to lose by refusing to be open-minded.

Without a controllable government, we will be slaves to people we have never heard of, and there will be no way to recover our freedom, because the whole world will be against us. Our own government already is, and you can see how hard it is to get them to listen.

Dear Friends, much has been learned since I wrote the above article and in this present day in history it takes a serious reader to understand how the whole world has been brain washed by the constant lies that have surrounded us from birth. You simply cannot waste your brain on entertainment in all its forms, because it will convince you that there is no truth.

For your own sake you must learn to think by discussing or dealing with matters in a thoughtful or thought-provoking way, as opposed to a superficial or merely entertaining manner. This is the only way you can shed the lies you have been indoctrinated with all your lives. The truth is out there if you will only look for it.

The incomprehensible atrocities we have been exposed to must stop before they reach the power to implement the final selection of who lives or dies. As it has been for a hundred years, there is no real freedom in this corrupt world.

The evil cartel who is responsible for these degenerate acts is composed of hundreds of filthy rich people who have set up the Queen of England, the Pope, and the International Bankers as their front men, and they have no intention of letting the worlds people live free from their control, so they must shrink the worlds population before they do lose control. It’s that damn simple, if you can see what is right before your eyes.

So if you want a catastrophic world war just sit on your ass and wait for the end. A reconstruction of freedom is now possible due to the works of several people who have advanced comprehension of history and governments of the past, but only if the people will participate and due their own studying.

International Monetary Fund (IMF) Proposes Central Bank Digital Currencies (CBDCs) to Crush Rise of Cryptocurrencies

The International Monetary Fund (IMF) has recently pushed out a staff discussion note called “Fintech and Financial Services: Initial Considerations” which provides a wealth of detail in how the organisation takes view on the current rise of cryptocurrencies.

The IMF paper focusses largely on the role DLT can play in cross-border payments and ends on the role that the organisation feels they can play on a global scale to coordinate and regulate digital assets, largely, it appears, by supporting the role of central banks in their quest for creating their own CBDCs and assisting in designing the future regulatory environment.

In other words, push current private cryptocurrencies into a subservient role and let central banks take control:

“The introduction and potential proliferation of private virtual currencies might, in one view, threaten to erode the demand for central bank money and the transmission mechanism of monetary policy. A CBDC may forestall such private virtual currencies or relegate them to a secondary role in the payments system. This threat is not imminent given the current transactions domain and limitations of existing private virtual currencies and their likely medium-term growth. Stability and safety considerations connected to this proliferation may, however, be relevant in the medium run but could presumably be dealt with by other measures.”

The key findings include the following:

• Boundaries are blurring among intermediaries, markets, and new service providers.
• Barriers to entry are changing, being lowered in some cases but increased in others, especially if the emergence of large closed networks reduces opportunities for competition.
• Trust remains essential, even as there is less reliance on traditional financial intermediaries, and more on networks and new types of service providers.
• Technologies may improve cross-border payments, including by offering better and cheaper
  services, and lowering the cost of compliance with anti-money laundering and combating the financing of terrorism (AML/CFT) regulation.

The international organisation also calls for  jurisdictions to revise rules governing ownership and contractual rights and obligations when it comes to digital assets.

“DLT records the transfer of ownership of “digital tokens,” which are essentially units in a ledger. They can either have intrinsic value themselves (an “intrinsic token” like Bitcoin), or be digital representations of a physical or digital asset that exists outside the ledger (an “asset-based token” representing an interest in another asset such as securities). The legal status of a digital token, and the legal effect of its transfer are not clear. For example, would the transfer of an asset-backed token (e.g., representing a security) on a ledger transfer legal ownership of the security or would registration outside the ledger (e.g., in a corporate share registry) still be required? Jurisdictions are trying to develop answers to these questions but country practice varies. The resolution of these questions is crucial for the economy to function and will require more thought by policymakers.”

The IMF paper notes that:

” …in their current form, virtual currencies are not likely to be adequate stores of value given the volatility in their exchange rates to fiat money. This same volatility would undermine hub-and-spoke networks, as two “foreign exchange rate” conversions are needed: when the token is acquired, and when it is sold. Even if the virtual currency is held for very short periods, the transaction involves foreign exchange rate risk. FX risk could potentially be hedged, although costs could then rival those of correspondent bank transfers.”

The paper adds a Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC) might resolve the coordination problem over new virtual currencies, and could lead to even more technological innovation. But adds that it might allow the central bank to retain control of monetary policy effectiveness, in case privately-issued virtual currencies started to gain significant ground.

A DLT-based CBDC could also be more secure and resilient than current settlement systems which are exposed to single point of failure risk. Finally, by facilitating small value payments, it could boost the adoption and efficiency of the new, decentralized, service economy. However, CBDCs raise multiple potential costs and risks, such as managing the platform and its integrity, resolving scalability, and dealing with issues of privacy.

A few weeks ago the Board of Trustees of Social Security sent a formal letter to the United States Senate and House of Representatives to issue a dire warning: Social Security is running out of money.

Given that tens of millions of Americans depend on this public pension program as their sole source of retirement income, you’d think this would have been front page news…

… and that every newspaper in the country would have reprinted this ominous projection out of a basic journalistic duty to keep the public informed about an issue that will affect nearly everyone.

But that didn’t happen.

The story was hardly picked up.

It’s astonishing how little attention this issue receives considering it will end up being one of the biggest financial crises in US history.

That’s not hyperbole either– the numbers are very clear.

The US government itself calculates that the long-term Social Security shortfall exceeds $46 TRILLION.

In other words, in order to be able to pay the benefits they’ve promised, Social Security needs a $46 trillion bailout.

Fat chance.

That amount is over TWICE the national debt, and nearly THREE times the size of the entire US economy.

Moreover, it’s nearly SIXTY times the size of the bailout that the banking system received back in 2008.

So this is a pretty big deal.

More importantly, even though the Social Security Trustees acknowledge that the fund is running out of money, their projections are still wildly optimistic.

In order to build their long-term financial models, Social Security’s administrators have to make certain assumptions about the future.

What will interest rates be in the future?
What will the population growth rate be?
How high (or low) will inflation be?

These variables can dramatically impact the outcome for Social Security.

For example, Social Security assumes that productivity growth in the US economy will average between 1.7% and 2% per year.

This is an important assumption: the faster US productivity grows, the faster the economy will grow. And this ultimately means more tax revenue (and more income) for the program.

But -actual- US productivity growth is WAY below their assumption.

Over the past ten years productivity growth has been about 25% below their expectations.

And in 2016 US productivity growth was actually NEGATIVE.

Here’s another one: Social Security is hoping for a fertility rate in the US of 2.2 children per woman.

This is important, because a higher population growth means more people entering the work force and paying in to the Social Security system.

But the actual fertility rate is nearly 20% lower than what they project.

And if course, the most important assumption for Social Security is interest rates.

100% of Social Security’s investment income is from their ownership of US government bonds.

So if interest rates are high, the program makes more money. If interest rates are low, the program doesn’t make money.

Where are interest rates now? Very low!

In fact, interest rates are still near the lowest levels they’ve been in US history.

Social Security hopes that ‘real’ interest rates, i.e. inflation-adjusted interest rates, will be at least 3.2%.

This means that they need interest rates to be 3.2% ABOVE the rate of inflation.

This is where their projections are WAY OFF… because real interest rates in the US are actually negative.

The 12-month US government bond currently yields 1.2%. Yet the official inflation rate in the Land of the Free is 1.7%.

In other words, the interest rate is LOWER than inflation, i.e. the ‘real’ interest rate is MINUS 0.5%.

Social Security is depending on +3.2%.

So their assumptions are totally wrong.

And it’s not just Social Security either.

According to the Center for Retirement Research at Boston Collage, US public pension funds at the state and local level are also underfunded by an average of 67.9%.

Additionally, most pension funds target an investment return of between 7.5% to 8% in order to stay solvent.

Yet in 2015 the average pension fund’s investment return was just 3.2%. And last year a pitiful 0.6%.

This is a nationwide problem. Social Security is running out of money. State and local pension funds are running out of money.

And even still their assumptions are wildly optimistic. So the problem is much worse than their already dismal forecasts.

Understandably everyone is preoccupied right now with whether or not World War III breaks out in Guam.

(I would respectfully admit that this is one of those times I am grateful to be living on a farm in the southern hemisphere.)

But long-term, these pension shortfalls are truly going to create an epic financial and social crisis.

It’s a ticking time bomb, and one with so much certainty that we can practically circle a date on a calendar for when it will hit.

There are solutions.

Waiting on politicians to fix the problem is not one of them.

The government does not have a spare $45 trillion lying around to re-fund Social Security.

So anyone who expects to retire with comfort and dignity is going to have to take matters into their own hands and start saving now.

Consider options like SEP IRAs and 401(k) plans that have MUCH higher contribution limits, as well as self-directed structures which give you greater influence over how your retirement savings are invested.

These flexible structures also allow investments in alternative asset classes like private equity, cashflowing royalties, secured lending, cryptocurrency, etc.

Education is also critical.

Learning how to be a better investor can increase your investment returns and (most importantly) reduce losses.

And increasing the long-term average investment return of your IRA or 401(k) by just 1% per year can have a PROFOUND (six figure) impact on your retirement.

These solutions make sense: there is ZERO downside in saving more money for retirement.

But it’s critical to start now. A little bit of effort and planning right now will pay enormous dividends in the future.

Fake money has created a totally uneven playing field for most ordinary people.
Money used to represent a medium of exchange that would facilitate bartering. Instead of exchanging goods or services, people would receive a piece of paper that was equal to the value of their goods or services. This was initially an honest system when for each service or goods offered there was only one bank note issued. Eventually the banker started to cheat and issued a lot more money/paper than the counter value produced in kind. And that was the beginning of money printing. It just became too tempting and convenient for governments and bankers to simply create more money since nobody would really know. So if the value of a day’s work or a pig were both say $100, the money or paper issued for this should be $100 for each. But gradually governments/banks would issue more and more paper with nothing produced in return. All banks today lend at least 10x the money deposited so for every $100 received $1,000 is leant. But the leverage can be much greater like Deutsche Bank which is leveraged nearer 50x.
The effect of this money creation is that the $100 pig will eventually cost 50x more or $5,000 for the same pig. The pig hasn’t gone up in price since there is no scarcity of pigs but the money has instead gone down in value to 1/50th. The same for a day of labour. The man who previously received $100 per day now gets $5,000 for his work. He is not working harder and the price of labour has not gone up in real terms. But the value of money has gone so he needs to work one day to buy a big which now costs $5,000. I do realise it is a very simplified explanation but in essence, it is the way the corrupt monetary system works.
And this is how governments destroy the value of money. As they mismanage the economy and can’t make ends meet, they just issue more paper which has zero real value since it just lowers the purchasing power of money.

The value of paper money has been totally decimated in the last 100 years since the creation of the Fed in 1913. The chart shows how paper money has declined in relation to “real money” which is gold. All major currencies have declined 97-99% against gold during this period. So there is only 1-3% to go until they reach ZERO. But from here to zero is another 100% fall which will be disastrous for the world and involve an economic collapse as well as hyperinflation.
In a final attempt to save the world governments will print unlimited amounts of money. This is what will make paper money totally worthless and reach zero. This is of course nothing new in history. Governments have always done it. The Roman did it and many governments since. I don’t know how many times I have quoted Voltaire in the last 17 years but it is worth repeating what he said in 1729:

“PAPER MONEY EVENTUALLY RETURNS TO ITS INTRINSIC VALUE – ZERO”

The problem with money printing is not just that it destroys the value of paper money, as creating money out of thin air also creates a totally uneven playing field. To produce goods or services requires a lot of hard labour for ordinary people. But governments and bankers have the upper hand because they just need some electricity which allows them to press a button to produce money. And this money that they produce has the same value that ordinary people struggle to earn.
We are now not far from the point when the bubbles in stocks, credit and property will collapse. This will lead to a final futile attempt by governments to save the world by printing unlimited amounts of money. At that point, normal people will finally realise that the money they are holding is totally worthless. This will lead to protests, attack on government and bankers as well as social unrest.

In spite of a small move in the last few days, many holders of precious metals are getting restless. This is totally normal since we have seen a 6 year range of $150 above or below the June $1,220 bottom.

I often get the question if the paper gold manipulation will go on forever as seems to be the case since 2013. My very firm belief is that we are likely to see the end of this consolidation period right now. During the autumn of 2017, gold is likely to resume its uptrend to eventually much higher levels. That next strong uptrend in gold will also eventually break the paper gold market.
The reasons for the coming move are manifold. The risk situation in the world are more critical than ever both economically and geopolitically as I have outlined many times in my articles. Also, the supply situation physical gold is very tight. All the mine production of 3,000 tonnes are easily absorbed and no more can be produced.
In my recent audio interview with King World News I explain this in detail and that we have never seen sellers of physical gold in quantity and that bigger wealth preservation buyers are now buying again. We are likely to see many surprises in the coming months.

This is an article written by an Austrian, Klaus Madersbacher, who, somehow, was able to see through the heavy blanket of Amerian propaganda that suffocates the ability to think and to pereive throughout the entirety of Europe. He correctly undersands the Western destruction of Libya as a war crime. Germans were executed by the Nuremberg Tribunal for less.
Madersbacher is correct that Libya was a monstrous war crime committed by the Obama regime and Washington’s NATO puppets. However, Libya is a worse crime than the Nazis committed, as is Afghanistan, Iraq, Yeman, Somalia, and parts of Syria. The Germans never destroyed entire countries and murdered the leaderships. Life in Nazi-occupied France was not as pleasant as in unoccupied France, but it was far more pleasant than life today in Afghanistan, Iraq, Libya, Somalis, Yemem, and part of Syria after America “brought democracy” to the countries.
Under the Nuremberg standard, the country (or countries) that originates war is the country that is responsible for the war crimes. The irony is that World War 2 was the responsibility of the British and French who started the war by declaring war on Germany. So under the Nuremberg standard it is Britian and France who are responsible for the war crimes.
Madersbacher believes, as I did prior to reading David Irving’s book, Nuremberg, that Robert Jackson, the chief prosecutor, succeeded in establishing the legal principle that it is a war crime to launch a war of aggression. In actual fact, the principle was not established. Irving points out that no other Tribunal was ever formed until the Clinton regime sent the Serbian president, Milosevic, to a tribunal that cleared Milosevic of the orchestrated charges.
Of course, as Madersbacher understands, for now Washington’s “might makes right” prevails, and no one is going to send the criminal regines of Clinton, George W. Bush, Obama, and Trump if he follows their path, to a War Crimes Tribunal. But if Washington one day is militarily defeated or suffers economic collapse that makes the US dependent on foreign support, Washington’s war criminals, who exceed in number Nazi war criminals, could be finally held accountable.
As Madersbacher writes, we await a Stalingrad 2.0 that paves the way to a Nuremberg 2.0.

I wrote this in July 2011, when three big European nations of culture and civilization together with some smaller ones under the leadership of the cultural superpower bombed peaceful Libya into ruins and systematically devastated the whole country.
This is exactly the kind of crime the Nazi leaders have been hanged for. The crime against peace, which apparently only very few seem to know that it does exist at all. The crime against peace – “To initiate a war of aggression, therefore, is not only an international crime, it is the supreme international crime differing only from other war crimes in that it contains within itself the accumulated evil of the whole.” – the International Court at Nuremberg declared.
Simply said that means, that the party which initiates a war is responsible for all crimes committed in the context of this war.
In the next two paragraphs, Madersbacher is saying, I think, that countries called democracies are excluded as war criminals because a parliament or congress acting for the people fund the war. He disagrees, correctly in my opinion, from this excuse for criminality.
It´s not like that, that killing or hurting people in war is no crime, that the destruction of houses etc. is no crime, when carried out by means of high tech war machinery by armies financed by a budget decided by a parliament.
Even if such outstanding democratic institutions as the Congress of the United States of America, her Majesties´ Parliament or the German Bundestag authorize such activities, this wouldn´t change a fart of the fact that these are crimes.
As is generally known the Nazi leaders were hanged after World War II. During the war they and most of the people in their country didn´t think that such a fate was going to come upon them.
Today things are not very different. I´m not going to puzzle over who of the present political leaders likely will end being hanged, if the presently waged wars will be followed by a new Nuremberg Tribunal. It has, however, to be taken as a fact, that all the wars waged at present constitute crimes against peace. And they won´t last forever.
Those who have initiated these wars and still are waging them seemingly still are appearing somehow honourably in the western hemisphere, where their propaganda organ is drowning out any rationality and is trumpeting hymns of praise for the criminals.
Until a Stalingrad 2.0 will pave the way to a Nuremberg 2.0 we´ll have to live with the situation, that those who oppose this lunacy will be labeled as “terrorists” while the actual terrorists are moving around freely.

Anything Goes When You Are a Cop in America

“There is one criminal justice system for citizens—especially black and brown ones—and another for police in the United States.”—Redditt Hudson, former St. Louis police officer.

President Trump needs to be reminded that no one is above the law, especially the police.
Unfortunately, Trump and Jeff Sessions, head of the Justice Department (much like their predecessors) appear to have few qualms about giving police the green light to kill, shoot, taser, abuse and steal from American citizens in the so-called name of law and order.

Between Trump’s pandering to the police unions and Sessions’ pandering to Trump, this constitutionally illiterate duo has opened the door to a new era of police abuses.
As senior editor Adam Serwer warns in The Atlantic, “When local governments violate the basic constitutional rights of citizens, Americans are supposed to be able to look to the federal government to protect those rights. Sessions has made clear that when it comes to police abuses, they’re now on their own. This is the principle at the heart of ‘law and order’ rhetoric: The authorities themselves are bound by neither.”
Brace yourselves: things are about to get downright ugly.

By shielding police from charges of grave misconduct while prosecuting otherwise law-abiding Americans for the most trivial “offenses,” the government has created a world in which there are two sets of laws: one set for the government and its gun-toting agents, and another set for you and me.
No matter which way you spin it, “we the people” are always on the losing end of the deal.
If you’re a cop in the American police state, you can now break the law in a myriad of ways without suffering any major, long-term consequences.

Indeed, not only are cops protected from most charges of wrongdoing—whether it’s shooting unarmed citizens (including children and old people), raping and abusing young women, falsifying police reports, trafficking drugs, or soliciting sex with minors—but even on the rare occasions when they are fired for misconduct, it’s only a matter of time before they get re-hired again.

For example, Oregon police officer Sean Sullivan was forced to resign after being accused of “grooming” a 10-year-old girl for a sexual relationship. A year later, Sullivan was hired on as a police chief in Kansas.
St. Louis police officer Eddie Boyd III was forced to resign after a series of incidents in which he “pistol-whipped a 12-year-old girl in the face in 2006, and in 2007 struck a child in the face with his gun or handcuffs before falsifying a police report,” he was quickly re-hired by another Missouri police department.

As The Washington Post reports: “In the District, police were told to rehire an officer who allegedly forged prosecutors’ signatures on court documents. In Texas, police had to reinstate an officer who was investigated for shooting up the truck driven by his ex-girlfriend’s new man. In Philadelphia, police were compelled to reinstate an officer despite viral video of him striking a woman in the face. In Florida, police were ordered to reinstate an officer fired for fatally shooting an unarmed man.”

Much of the “credit” for shielding these rogue cops goes to influential police unions and laws providing for qualified immunity, police contracts that “provide a shield of protection to officers accused of misdeeds and erect barriers to residents complaining of abuse,” state and federal laws that allow police to walk away without paying a dime for their wrongdoing, and rampant cronyism among government bureaucrats.

Whether it’s at the federal level with President Trump, Congress and the Judiciary, or at the state and local level, those deciding whether a police officer should be immune from having to personally pay for misbehavior on the job all belong to the same system, all with a vested interest in protecting the police and their infamous code of silence: city and county attorneys, police commissioners, city councils and judges.

It’s a pretty sweet deal if you can get it, I suppose: protection from the courts, immunity from wrongdoing, paid leave while you’re under investigation, the assurance that you won’t have to spend a dime of your own money in your defense, the removal of disciplinary charges from your work file, and then the high probability that you will be rehired and returned to the streets.

It’s a chilling prospect, isn’t it?

According to the New York Times, “Some experts say thousands of law enforcement officers may have drifted from police department to police department even after having been fired, forced to resign or convicted of a crime.”

It’s happening all across the country.

This is how perverse justice in America has become.

Incredibly, while our own protections against government abuses continue to be dismantled, a growing number of states are adopting Law Enforcement Officers’ Bill of Rights (LEOBoR)—written by police unions—which provides police officers accused of a crime with special due process rights and privileges not afforded to the average citizen.

In other words, the LEOBoR protects police officers from being treated as we are treated during criminal investigations.

Not only are officers given a 10-day “cooling-off period” during which they cannot be forced to make any statements about the incident, but when they are questioned, it must be “for a reasonable length of time, at a reasonable hour, by only one or two investigators (who must be fellow policemen), and with plenty of breaks for food and water.”

These LEOBoRs epitomize everything that is wrong with America today.
Now once in a while, police officers engaged in wrongdoing are actually charged for abusing their authority and using excessive force against American citizens.

Occasionally, those officers are even sentenced for their crimes against the citizenry.
Yet in just about every case, it’s still the American taxpayer who foots the bill.

Human Rights Watch notes that taxpayers actually pay three times for officers who repeatedly commit abuses: “once to cover their salaries while they commit abuses; next to pay settlements or civil jury awards against officers; and a third time through payments into police ‘defense’ funds provided by the cities.”
This is a recipe for disaster.
“In a democratic society,” observed Oakland police chief Sean Whent, “people have a say in how they are policed.”
Yet as I point out in my book Battlefield America: The War on the American People, America is a constitutional republic, not a democracy, which means that “we the people” not only have a say in how we are policed—we are the chiefs of police.

I keep running, but the dogs are gaining.  I’ve been running for two days now and I’m hungry, tired and exhausted.  I hear the hounds behind me but I must find the strength to stay ahead, always ahead.  If they catch me, I might as well be dead.

It all started one Sunday when I was working one of my fields with a tractor, preparing the field for the next round of hay for the season.  The exhaust pipe of the tractor was belching black smoke, as it usually did.  The old diesel engine kept on chugging in a low staccato, as it always did, old reliable as it was.

I looked up and saw three official-looking black SUV’s in the distance down in the draw, coming up the gravel road that led into my isolated ranch.   I knew by their speed and the dust streaming behind the trucks, that something was a foot.  What I didn’t know at the time, was that I, working my land with my tractor, was that “something”.

For you see the county council got together in one of its weekly meetings and decided that in order to curb CO2 emissions from all vehicles, due to the alleged threat of global warming, they passed an ordinance declaring that Sunday was to be a day in which all citizens of the county were prohibited from running their trucks and their tractors and that only cars could be used for the sole purpose of going to and from church.  No other form of vehicle transportation was allowed on that day.  To violate this new law was a criminal act.  If you were caught you were guilty.  No due process, no trial, and no facing your accusers.  You were just guilty.  It didn’t matter that the law as unconstitutional.

The county council had directed that the new ordinance be posted on their website and that a small public notice be published in the local newspaper.  I don’t own a computer, I don’t read the local newspaper and I had no idea that the new law even existed.  I doubt that many rural landowners in the county knew as well.  Nor did I know that the penalty for violating the law was criminal and included a huge fine and six months in jail.   But one of my neighbors did, as you shall soon see.

Down by my ranch house the SUV’s roared in and screeched to a stop in a cloud of dust.  I could see from my tractor that four hound dogs on leashes were being let out of one of the trucks.  The handler looked up in my direction.  Five sheriffs in uniform, the dog handler and the four dogs opened the gate and started walking across the field towards me.  I had no idea what they were doing here, but I thought I would stay on my tractor, still running and wait for them to tell me.

When they finally reached where I had stopped, one of the sheriffs that was out in front, with his hand waving circles in the air, motioned for me to shut down the tractor.  I ignored him.  He then handed me a piece of paper.  I opened it up and on the paper was a description of my violation and the penalties for it.  It seems one of my neighbors had seen the smoke from my tractor and called the sheriff.  The call was anonymous of course.  I looked at the sheriff, who had his hand on his gun, and said,  “I was not aware of any such law“.  The sheriff said that ignorance of the law was no excuse and that I should get down off the tractor and accompany him to the sheriff’s office.   I had but a spilt second to make a decision, go with them or run.  Six months in jail and a heavy fine would break me.  I would lose my farm.  In an instant, I chose to run.

I slammed the tractor into high gear, the front wheels jerked off the ground and I took off towards the far fence.  On the other side of the fence were deep woods that wound into the mountains behind my ranch.  I heard the multiple “cracks” of a pistol and a few bullets ricocheted off the tractor.  The dogs started barking furiously.  But since the officers were on foot, I knew that if I could beat them to the fence, I would have time to disappear into the woods.  I knew every inch of that forest and that would give me an edge, an edge I needed badly.  I didn’t even stop the tractor as it neared the fence.  I jumped off while it was still running, jumped the fence and ran in the direction of the mountain pass.  I was sure I could lose them there.

I’ve been running for two days now and I’m cold, hungry, tired, scratched and bleeding.  I can always hear the dogs in the distance, but so far I have stayed ahead of them.  I know that if I don’t make it to the pass, they will have me.  Just on the other side of the pass was a mine entrance and I knew that if I could reach the mine, one of the shafts would lead me to a place way down the other side of the mountain from which they could never find me.  I breathed a sigh of relief as I crossed over the pass and saw the mine entrance up ahead.  Finally, I would be free of the dogs.  I entered the mine, hurried towards the shaft in the darkness, feeling my way and stumbled down its full length until I reached the lower entrance.  I walked out into the sun, a free man, at least for now.

As I wandered along the path, I wondered how it is that a peace-loving, law-abiding farmer like myself could be in this situation, running from the law?  How had our government become so out of control that they would pass laws that made no sense?  What was it that we did or didn’t do that made government think that they could treat Americans in this manner?  Did we not have a Constitution that granted us certain unalienable rights?  Were not those rights a gift from our creator?  Did not those rights shield us from government abuse and tyranny?  How could government ignore the supreme law of the land with such reckless abandon?  How is it that we have reached the point where neighbor would rat on neighbor?  I thought of Nazi Germany.  As I pondered these thoughts, I ran down the path to the river that would lead me out of the county.  I vowed to find out what happened to our government and get others to help me right a situation that had gone terribly wrong.  I vowed to regain my freedom and the freedom of all Americans, no matter what it took, or where the path would lead.

AUTHOR’S NOTES:  If you don’t think that this kind of thing can happen, you are living in a dream world?  Ask the Sackets of Idaho that got hit with a $35,000 per day fine by the EPA for trying to build a new home on their single-family lot in a subdivision of built-out homes.  They had to go to the U. S. Supreme Court to get justice, but all they really got was the right to sue the EPA.

Ask the Wyoming rancher that had all the permits he needed to construct three water ponds on this own land.  The EPA charged the rancher with over $16,000,000 in accumulating fines.  The rancher finally won but at a terrible cost?

Ask the wheat farmer in California who has been fined $2,800,000 on a “filling-in-a-wetland” charge by the Army Corps of Engineers for daring to plow his own field, in full compliance with the law.  His trial comes up this month.

Ask the hundreds of farmers in the rich California San Joaquin Valley that have been denied irrigation water because of a little two-inch fish, putting 40,000 farm workers out of work.

Ask the people that live along the Klamath River in Oregon and California.  They are going to lose four dams that have provided irrigation, flood control and electricity for a hundred years because the environmentalists and the Indians again, want to protect a two-inch fish and allow salmon to run up the river free from any obstructions.  How nice!  Thank you judge Boldt.

Ask the ranchers living along the Red River in Northern Texas where the BLM came along and tried to confiscate their land because the river moved.

Ask the lady that owned land along the Grays River that flowed into the Columbia River when two Non-Governmental Agencies (NGO’s) and the U. S. Fish and Wildlife, armed with millions of taxpayer dollars for habitat restoration, came along and took out the tide gates that protected her land from river floods and rising tides.  She eventually had to abandon her flooded house and land and lost everything.

Ask the man that was digging a ditch on his own land when along came a disgruntled neighbor and the local authorities that charged him with digging in a wetland that the authorities declared a wetland after the man had dug the ditch.  The authorities literally created a crime out of a non-violation in order to send an environmental message to other landowners.  His alleged “crime” cost him 150 days in jail and a $20,000 cash fine.  It broke him.

Ask all the rural landowners of Washington State who now won’t be able to drill a well on their land due to a State Supreme Court decision brought by environmentalists.  Their land is now worthless.

Every day lawmakers, at every level of government, are making laws just as insane as the one in our story.  Every day, most people just ignore what goes on in the halls of local, state and federal governments.  Every day that is, until one of these insane laws catches up with them and they have to choose between being caught in the enforcement of the insane law, or to run.   Many stay and fight the injustice because by God they are Americans and they have the righteous right to defend themselves under our Constitution.  But in the end they get run over by the law and the legal system, because government supports and defends government (and the environmentalists and the Indians), instead of government supporting and defending the unalienable rights of the people, as it should be.

You city folks may say, “what do you care if government, the environmentalists and the Indians push around a few rural landowners?”  Better think again for two reasons!  First, rural landowners grow and raise the food you eat.  Second, just because you live in a big city will not protect you from government abuse and tyranny.  It’s been happening for years.  You just don’t know it yet.

There will come a time in the near future when someone will be prepared and take out a group of (Law Officers?) which will result in absolute war between the people and the powers that be, which means “He with the biggest stick wins”. At the present time a large percent of the people are totally ignorant of the tyranny we suffer and their patriotic stupidity will decide who they support, the people or the corporation? American’s have been indoctrinated from childhood to love the tyranny we all suffer without even once realizing they are slaves. In short, if it does not hurt you can shoot me. That’s the best way to describe how people have allowed the corporation to enslave them. But those of us who have established limits to the tyranny will soon rise up and be murdered in mass by the superior fire power of the militarized police. And, if that is not enough the military will be forced to annihilate us. Many of us real lovers of freedom will go down in a firestorm of lead. But we feel like it beats the shit out of kissing their ass. Those who choose to ignore the coming threat will pay the price, and the powers that be won’t shed any tears. Fatally Flawed Justice System:The Monopoly of the Corporate BAR Associations

 “There is absolutely nothing in the Constitution for the United States authorizing, or otherwise directing the creation of these self protecting unions that have monopolized our judicial system at every level and use that monopoly to profit at the public’s expense. And, there is nothing authorizing the incorporation of these specialized unions or of the Supreme Court itself. Yet here we are in the grips of these corporate entities who have monopolized the very judicial system meant to protect America from just such things.”

In every state and on the Federal level, the BAR Associations have established a monopoly on our courts and our so-called judicial system. The existing Sherman Act: the Clayton Act and FTC Act only become active when the monopolized systems that have been established harm consumers. I can think of no other more harmful monopoly to the American public overall, than what passes for the judicial system in America and its associated BAR unions that not ony control and own our courts, but also profit mightily from doing so. The law is what they say it is regardless of what the law might actually be.

The Sherman Act outlaws “every contract, combination, or conspiracy in restraint of trade,” and any “monopolization, attempted monopolization, or conspiracy or combination to monopolize.” Long ago, the Supreme Court decided that the Sherman Act does not prohibit every restraint of trade, only those that are unreasonable. Obviously, the Supreme Court has decided that the monopolies that exist in our courts are not unreasonable. Especially since they too, participate in that monopoly.

Q: Do you believe the monopolies on our courts at every level via so-called BAR Associations are unreasonable?

When individuals go to all the expense and time of acquiring a degree in law, why should they then be required to pass some contrived test, many times at great expense, to acquire a union card (The BARS are UNIONS) permitting them to work in the field they trained in or to practice their trade in any court room in this country? No union card? No access to the courts. Didn’t pay your BAR union dues for access to the courts they monopolize? Too bad for you!

Even the Supreme Court of the United States has established itself as its own BAR. To be heard in this highly politicized “court”, you must be a member in good standing for four years in another BAR union before you can apply to appear in their closed union shop called the Supreme Court.

R.I.P. Pro Se Litigants Before the Supreme Court

The Supreme Court has finally revised its rules to prevent a non-lawyer from arguing before the Court.

When the Supreme Court issued its new rules for the Court in July of 2013, it curiously included rule 28.8. The move by the Court merely codified its standard practice of denying requests by non-lawyers ( no BAR union member) to argue their cases. In fact, the last time a non-lawyer managed to get in front of the Court was in 1978:

Antitrust law only springs into action against a monopoly when it destroys the ability of another company to enter the market and compete. But! Since all courts and BAR Associations operate as corporations, does this not make them businesses operated with one fiduciary duty? That duty is to make a profit.

Q: Does it not also make them invested competitors against the pro se litigant?

The key question, of course, is whether a particular monopoly is harming consumers – or merely harming its competitors for the benefit of those consumers.

Q: Who would be the competitors these closed union shops are competing with?

A: The pro se litigants who have realized that the thousands of dollars demanded for representation will likely produce few results. Because of this, they have chosen to learn the law and represent themselves.

“The answer isn’t as simple as “big equals bad”, or “competitor harm equals consumer harm.” Instead, courts must rely on complex economic analysis to determine whether consumers, not just competitors, have suffered harm.”

No they do not. They simply have to rely on the Constitution and the laws that are in compliance with it. But, as these “courts” have decided unilaterally that the Constitution applies only if and when it is to their benefit, or one of their corporate contractors, they have lost any relevance or reasonable excuse for their continued existence.

The Constitution provides no provision for the courts to declare themselves immune from prosecution for wrong doing or for their obvious pandering to their own members of their specific union.. Neither does it make any provision for the establishment of these unions or the monopolies that have resulted in what are supposed to be the people’s courts of law.

If you or I cannot claim “ignorance of the law”…why is a judge or attorney allowed to? Aren’t they supposed to be experts in the law? Supposedly, this is the reason they voted to give themselves immunity. Otherwise they might be afraid to hand down certain rulings….like those where they ignored the law or where they knowingly violated the very principles that put them on that bench.

Practicing Law without a license

The Constitution does not say that we need to have a license to access the law. That is a self-protective declaration used to keep non-union members out of the courts. What it does say is that we are allowed to have representation i.e., someone who acts on our behalf. Not a word is said about hiring a BAR union member who will charge you unimaginable fees just to gain access to that court.

In Summary

We need to end the BAR Associations and return the law and the access to the courts to the people. No one should be forced to pay exorbitant fees to closed union BAR members to access the courts. What is the first question many judges ask before any court begins proceedings? “Has your attorney been paid?”. And that would concern that judge for what reason?

Neither does any judge have the authority to order anyone to “hire an attorney”. Yet it happens everyday in court rooms across America.

RT reports on a memo sent by a male engineer within Google. The memo committed the impermissible offense of challenging the feminist allegation that women are paid less than men in science and technology because of male discrimination against women. The engineer expressed a cogent argument, once understood as the obvious truth, that, despite sexism and all that, there are “differences in distributions of traits between men and women.” He lists male traits and female traits and nowhere says female traits are less important, only that they lie in different areas.

The engineer says that truth about male/female differences can no longer be uttered, because of “our shaming culture” that feminists and Identity Politics have created. We are obliged to ignore all factual evidence, because the evidence does not support the ideology.

The engineer, so far undiscovered and not yet fired, was denounced by Google’s new vice president for Diversity, Integrity and Governance, Danielle Brown—a woman of course—for advancing “incorrect assumptions about gender.” There is no known scientific evidence attesting to the incorrectness of the engineer’s exposition, and even if there were there is nothing unusual about Americans having incorrect opinions. As hard as I try I cannot accept the prevailing ideology that men and women are totally equal. If they were, why are we different in all other aspects? I do not claim male superiority over women, but the differences are overwhelming and to demand total equality is insane. They have a predetermined position in humanity that is priceless. And to insist we are all equal is as stupid as stupid gets. I do not practice or tolerate female abuse, and would protect any woman who was being attacked, but to get a dirty look or nasty remark from a woman because I held a door open for her will provoke a justified verbal response from me. China has been accumulating a lot of gold over the past decade. It is certain that their “official” reported gold reserve data grossly underreports reality. Furthermore, no one with any sense believes their “officially” reported reserve numbers, especially since I had been blogging for years that their official gold reserve data was nonsense. The Chinese government themselves substantiated my claim in 2015 by increasing their reserve numbers overnight by 60% to 1,658 tonnes from “official” reserves of 1,058 tonnes, the gold reserve number that the PBOC reported for six straight years prior. Even when this updated number was reported, I again, at that time, stated that such a number was a gross underreporting of their real reserves, as Chinese government officials had zero desire to reveal the strength of their hand in the middle of a global currency war.

For the past two years, the PBOC again has failed to update their gold reserve data, and it still stands at 1,658 tonnes though many have speculated that the real number is upward of 20,000 to 30,000 tonnes based upon internal nationwide production that never leaves China, in addition to the extrapolation of Hong Kong gold import data that is publicly available. Global bank analysts, that tend not to look at real data that is available to estimate China’s real gold reserves, blindly report “official” data and used China’s reported 1,658 tonne number a couple of years ago to call the figure underwhelming, and in increase that would have no bullish effect on gold prices, simply because it fits into their unrealistic narrative that they wish to propagate to keep gold prices suppressed.

However, unlike the mass financial media of Reuters and Bloomberg and big global banks, I believe that the alternative China gold reserve figure that has been floated, a number that is in the 20,000 to 30,000 tonne range is reasonable, which begs the question, “What does China plan to do with all this gold?” The easy answer would be to back the renminbi, but I think it goes a little deeper than this simple answer. I believe that China will use gold to back the renminbi in all trade associated with its OBOR (One Belt One Road) project, that will build massive infrastructure to connect 65 countries economically across Asia, the Middle East, Europe and Africa, in which 62% of the global population resides.

If China can usher in the adoption, across 65 countries, of a gold-backed currency, then this currency will become a global currency even if the remaining 48% of the global population entirely ignores it. I also have a second theory regarding China’s potential use for their alleged massive tonnage of physical gold, one that I have not yet heard proposed anywhere else, that could help catapult gold as an essential part of the global currency system even outside of any designated OBOR infrastructure..

In any event, the progression of OBOR has been a struggle thus far, as other Central Bankers that have held the entire world population hostage to its fiat currency system likely recognize the key role that the development of OBOR will play in determining the eventual winners of the current global currency war and have convinced many NATO nations to boycott the development of OBOR up to this point. In my estimation, NATO and international banking organizations are likely controlling the narrative of non-participation in OBOR by the threat of pulling military support. But should the development of OBOR pick up steam and should China reveal gold’s role in the new OBOR economy, as I believe gold will play a key role in ensuring that Chinese currency is the primary currency of the OBOR economy, this event would send the price of gold soaring. Is this event imminent? Likely not.

However, there are a number of other ways that China could still contribute to a much greater fiat currency price of gold, including revelations of their true gold holdings over time. For example, during their next update to their “official” gold reserve numbers, they could step this number up from 1,658 tonnes to 5,000 tonnes, a considerable jump in the “official” number that would be enough to boost gold prices, but not reveal the entirety of their holdings. And as I hinted at above, there is another possibility being explored by the Chinese government right now, using gold as the basis for this event, that could possibly help catapult China to the top of the mountain in the global currency wars that are being played out right now as fiat currencies continue to die all around the world. I’m still researching this topic, so don’t want to speculate any further until my sources are able to send me some more concrete information about my theory.

After I wrote that, silver did get smashed considerably lower than $15.68 to $14.34, but that smash, as I had predicted, literally only lasted but for a New York minute, as most of the smash from above $16.00 an ounce to $14.34 was literally regained in just a few minutes. However, the smash represented a non-tradable event in physical terms, as it happened so quickly and was deliberately executed during thinly traded hours that made it near impossible to buy any physical silver anywhere near $14.34 or even $15.00 an ounce. Furthermore, the very next day after the very short-lived silver smash, silver closed 9% higher at $15.63, and has steadily climbed since then, to its current spot price of $16.86. The 17.6% bounce in spot silver price in just a few weeks should amply demonstrate how the smash to $14.34 was a 100% completely manufactured event by the global banking cartel in their efforts to continue to try to scare people out of possessing physical precious metals and to herd them into 100% digital currencies, as is necessary for their plan of global subjugation.

It should  come as no surprise to anyone that the very countries that have been able to herd all their citizens into adopting 100% digital currency, like Sweden, or are in the process of moving toward a 100% digital currency economy, like Norway, Finland and others are  ramping up their military budget. For example, the Swedish government just pledged to increase defense spending this year to $5B, Norway increased their military budget to $6B, and Finland has also openly discussed the need to increase military spending after years of spending cuts. Meanwhile, China has cut their military spending into single digit percentages of its GDP for the second straight year, after years of ramping up their military spending by double-digit percents of its GDP.

Still, it is indisputable that Central Bankers have done what they do best all around the world – rapidly erode the purchasing power of fiat currencies in every nation in which they operate. The US dollar has been in a nose dive all year long and now is at 27-month lows. In Venezuela, the Venezuelan bolivar is worth just 1/1000 of what it was worth in USD just 17-years ago. In Venezuela, the amount of bolivars one would need to spend to buy an average priced car not too long ago, will not even be enough to buy a phone today. Think about those last statements. The US dollar has been in a free fall all year long and is now at 27-month lows, and despite this, the Venezuelan bolivar’s purchasing power has free-fallen at such a clip, that is has still managed to lose massive amounts of purchasing power against a nosediving US dollar. This fact has led to all-time high levels of dissatisfaction with the government in Venezuela, chaos, and citizens continuously fighting the police State in Venezuela. Consequently, even if China continues to play chess while the rest of the Western-hemisphere Central Bankers play checkers, and therefore continue to hold their cards close to their chest and do not liberate gold’s price any time soon, Central Bankers will self-destruct on their own to liberate gold’s price, as self-destruction is their mission.

The situation in Venezuela, due to the destruction of purchasing power of the bolivar, is so bad today, that even if you had the foresight to hold your savings in the form of gold in Venezuela, and thus did not suffer apocalyptic destruction of your savings, courtesy of Venezuelan Central bankers, as they killed the purchasing power of the bolivar, it would still be extremely difficult for you to purchase a new car today in Venezuela, as the waiting lists for new cars are so long that it’s near impossible to buy one. And worse yet, because new cars in Venezuela, in recent years, have been as common as Bigfoot sightings, in past years, a Venezuelan citizen has had to pay more money to buy a used car in Venezuela, even three, four and five-year old cars, than one would have had to pay for a new car if one were available. That situation perhaps made Venezuela the only country in the entire world in which a car started increasing in price the second one drove it off the lot.

The discussion of the trade agreement, known as NAFTA rarely if at all, ever mentions some of the most dangerous elements of its provisions.

What we hear is whether it is good for American jobs, business, or balance of trade among Canada, Mexico, and the United States. These issues are important, but they pale in comparison to the implications for the independence and freedom of the American people – this is the crucial aspect of NAFTA that is being purposely ignored, and hidden from the public.

Hiding the truth is to be expected when considering the history of all the “free trade” tactics back to the 50s. It was always about trade – nothing else. The prospect of the loss of sovereignty and the freedom of the citizens was never allowed to enter into the dialogue. The discussion was always centered on trade and how marvelous it was going to be for everyone.

NAFTA was introduced and promoted back in the 90s, and we were sold a bill of goods that we’d have enormous prosperity with jobs of all kinds. There would be so many jobs, we would be hard pressed to fill them.

The purpose of this strategy was to keep the American people so enamored with the prospect of all the inherent goodies which would flow into the deal that they wouldn’t look any deeper into the trade agreement.

This strategy is standard Modus Operandi in the globalists’ bag of tricks.   They resort to the same tactics every time, tactics and lies which will suck the people into accepting and promoting issues which will later prove to be very disastrous, but it will have advanced the globalists’ agenda.  Here are the tragic real figures from three years ago.

A case in point is NAFTA. According to the article, “DON’T RENEGOTIATE NAFTA: GET US OUT!,” published in the New American Magazine, June 26, 2017 by Charles Scaliger,
On New Year’s Day 1994, the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) came into being. Despite the enthusiastic backing of then-President Clinton, congressional Democrats, and a large majority of Beltway Republicans, the massive new trade deal and the international bloc that it created were controversial everywhere but inside the Beltway.”

There was a lot of suspicion in the public mind at the time, but the beltway crowd was just going to have their way – come hell or high-water. However, it would not have passed the Senate without support from the Republican Leadership, along with some Senate Republican members who were influenced by the leadership.

This fact supports the contention that the Republican Party, the leadership especially, has served as a back-up to the Democrats in steering the country toward the fruition of the globalist agenda. There are very few exceptions.

As discerning observers pointed out almost a quarter-century ago, although NAFTA was being sold to the American public as a “free trade” deal, it was in fact anything but. Its beguiling name notwithstanding, NAFTA was and remains, a “managed trade” deal, an instrument of international socialism setting up a vast new array of international bureaucracies to manage the flow of goods across the borders of Canada, Mexico, and the United States.

Included in the deal from the very get-go, for example, was a sweeping set of environmental objectives and rules in a little-noticed side agreement, the North American Agreement on Environmental Cooperation, whose enforcement arm is the Commission for Environmental Cooperation, headquartered in Montreal, whose mission is to receive and adjudicate notices of alleged environmental violations by any of the three North American countries.

Here we begin to see where all this was headed. But if anyone was surprised they shouldn’t have been, for this is the way the “free trade” proponents have operated from the very outset.

When I was a lot younger I was involved in the hobby of trapping wild hogs. In order for me to have any success I had to first scout out and reconnoiter the area within where I was going to set up my operation. Then I would build a trap-pen in a strategic location. Next came the main thing – the bait, without the bait I knew I wasn’t going to trap anything, and that’s the way it goes with the forces behind all this “free trade” that has been going on since about 1950. They must have the bait to start the process. And in this case the bait was trade. But trade isn’t what the movers and shakers have on their mind.  It’s something else entirely.

NAFTA has failed to deliver on the airy-fairy promises of its creators, at least from the point of view of its most important sponsors, American taxpayers. And despite its dismal track record, the organization is in no imminent danger of collapse, now that President Trump has decided, after months of anti-NAFTA campaign bluster, to renegotiate rather than withdraw from the organization.

Trump’s top priority, as with most of his foreign policy priorities, is to get a better deal for the United States. But extracting better trade terms from our two North American neighbors has virtually nothing to do with the long-term objectives of NAFTA. Not only is NAFTA not a “free-trade” agreement, its underlying purpose is not trade at all. Like the former European Common Market – which was transformed into the European Community and finally into the modern European Union, a full-fledged continental government, NAFTA was designed with much more ambitious aims in mind than making the world safer for imported avocados and Canadian softwood.

President Trump, by deciding to stick with and further legitimize NAFTA, has – wittingly or unwittingly – greatly improved the prospects for NAFTA to someday be transformed into the North American Union.

Mr. President, Tell Me This

Why would you choose to stay in this traitorous organization, after so bitterly denouncing it while campaigning for the office of President? Could it be that you just don’t know about NAFTA and its goals? Are you completely at a loss to understand that the goals and objectives of the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) have and always will be bringing to fruition the globalists’ agenda for total world government?

The part of the plan that NAFTA is to play involves using the agreement to gradually and incrementally combine all of North America and South America into one regional government. When all the separate nations are completely and successfully combined into the regional government of the area, they will all be one global entity.

Mr. President, we must not let this happen on our watch. Please remember your promises to the people who supported you. Mr. President, stay true to those who got you there. To hell with those who have opposed you from the beginning and are trying to make you think they have been in your camp all along.  Your supporters been waiting for an opportunity to work with you in Making America Great Again.

Please think about this, Mr. President. Psalm 33:12 says this, “Blessed is the nation whose God is the LORD; and the people whom he hath chosen for his own inheritance.”  The antithesis of this holy verse is “Damned is the nation whose God is not the Lord.”

In my previous article, “What Next Mr. President – Part 2,” I pointed out a few instances where you were being advised by the wrong people, especially with regard some of your appointments. I am sending you a copy of the article and a copy of a comment on same by Mr. Harold Pease.  In it he contends that your association with Richard Haass of the CFR, and others he considered in the same category, equated you with being in the establishment. I believe, and hope and pray that he has reached the wrong conclusion. However, what he presents has to be considered, and I am glad he took the time to share his thoughts with me on this matter. It will help me in my future efforts to expose the CFR and their goals.

President Trump, I hope you will seriously consider this comment by Mr. Pease since there could be many others in our country who are also looking at the connections of some of the people which you have in your administration.

My Dad was something of a barnyard philosopher, and when he would admonish me regarding those I associated with, he said something like this, “When you lie down with dogs, you’ll get up with fleas.” In my 90 years of observing things, I have found this to be so true. Additionally, I have discovered an immutable law which holds that all choices result in consequences like unto the choices. So, we must be careful of our choices.

To sum it up, you have done an amazing amount of good. As I stated in a previous article, you have accomplished more for the American people than any President since Calvin Coolidge. Yet, you have only scraped the surface of what needs to be done. The Left, the Globalists, the Conspirators for world government, are going to do whatever they possibly can to stop you and ultimately to destroy you in the process. They know that if you are even half-way successful in bringing your agenda to fruition, it would set them back a good half century.

Mr. President, while you were campaigning for the presidency, you stated many times to different crowds how bad, how disastrous NAFTA was to individuals, business and states.  Now you are saying you may keep NAFTA, depending on whether we can negotiate a better deal for America, economically speaking. But that’s not the worst part of it!  The worst part is what it will do to our sovereignty, our individual rights, and in addition, how our laws will have to be changed to coincide with those of the other countries. We’re not just talking about Canada and Mexico, but all of the countries of both North and South America, and finally Sir, all the countries of the entire world.  This is the goal, the very objective of the New World Order, i.e., Novus Ordo Seclorum, but none of this is being brought to light. It’s just the same old song – nothing but “trade” – everything is all about “trade.”

The bait is the same, just as it was in the promotion of the TPP.  Nothing was ever said about open borders and unlimited immigration.  There was a provision that stated that there were other provisions that would not be disclosed for at least four years after it was ratified had gone into effect.  As well, other provisions could be added in the future as needed.

Mr. President, those making up the forces behind this horrid trade deal, a deal that literally sucked the jobs out of our country, they are a bunch of reprobates who have been turned over to this mind-set by God. This makes them anti-God as well as everything He favors. So why should you be influenced by them?

I’m asking you, Mr. President – DO NOT RENEGOTIATE NAFTA – GET US OUT OF IT ALTOGETHER.

A lot of people have been confused about claiming their name using State Session Laws. The example I am posting here is for a name in Alaska— but every state in the Union has similar provisions. You simply have to search your own state’s Session Laws (not Statutes– Session Laws) or hire a Paralegal to search the material related to Assumed Names to find your state’s retained remedy.

I have been asked and asked— what’s the simplest, fastest way out of this bind?

Nationalize the banks, hire new managers to ride herd on existing managers, keep the account structure intact.  Force the banks to pay for it.  If they had done their job, this step wouldn’t be needed.

At the Treasury, do the long-delayed bookkeeping crediting the American People, which will automatically off-set and wipe out the so-called “National Debt”.  Get the Territorial United States out of bankruptcy.  Return the rest of the credit to the individual accounts as subaccounts.

It is important to tell the truth. Terrorism in its various manifestations is generated and fomented by the aggressions of the West throughout the world.

Aggressions against whole nations. Aggressions of the past, but above all domination, plunder and the slow and inexorable destruction of national economies and the social fabric of a increasingly large number of countries.

A total of 55 wars implemented directly or by proxy by the West including US-NATO since the beginning of the 20th century.

The fallacious discourse propagated in the international political arena continues to legitimize Western warfare operations, by hiding the factors behind them. This assertion is corroborated by all those who have understood the underlying stratagems of propaganda of power politics. Two of them, Noam Chomsky and André Vltchek, proposed an analysis of this global situation in a book published by Éditions écosociété, entitled “The Wes’ Terrorism [L’Occident Terroriste]. From Hiroshima to the Drones’ War”. They give a picture of past centuries:

“There are certainly two ways of talking about terrorism, because terrorism is not considered as such when it is practiced (and in a much more deadly form) by those who, Their power, are adorned with virtue. ”

“Since the end of the Second World War, Western colonialism and neo-colonialism have caused the death of 50 to 55 million people, most often in the name of lofty ideals such as freedom and democracy. Yet the West manages to escape with impunity and to maintain, in the eyes of the rest of the world, the myth that it is invested with some moral mission.”

How does it work? Both authors criticize the fatal legacy of colonialism and the shameless exploitation of natural resources of the planet in the West. This book of interviews is augmented by two articles published in the wake of the attack on the satirical weekly Charlie Hebdo in Paris in January 2015, denouncing Western hypocrisy for terrorism ‘It has largely contributed to developing’.

The theses propagated in the West are those of the conquerors. All those who oppose the policies of intervention in the world by the Western powers are labeled terrorists or enemies of democracy. In this context, there is no mention of the process of militarization of economies and societies.

The capitalist state takes over the world’s political and social scene and acts in a dictatorial way in collaboration with the mainstream media which echo this situation by normalizing it in the eyes of the public.

Lies and false truths are then propagated ad nauseam, all supported by experts selected to corroborate them. It is the spread of the single thought so much decried in recent decades. It is the general wandering which develops the syndrome of the enemy and attacks on the individuals with the so-called terrorist profile according to the definition proposed by the Western experts.

Terrorism defined in the West (by the Western establishment) corresponds to all forms of activity that threaten the interests of those who control the heart of the capitalist world. The popular demonstrations in the streets of major metropolitan areas demanding the protection of their rights and social justice, associations fighting for the protection of these rights and, strictly speaking, progressive states are considered as a threat.The attacks in Paris in November 2015 and those in Brussels in March 2016 made it possible to reaffirm the fallacious discourse of the Westerners. This tracking of the jihadists, this concentration of the news directed towards so-called radicalized and dangerous individuals has not yet allowed a reflection on the true supporters of international terrorism. Yet the war on terror should be elucidated in the eyes of the general public. On the contrary, it is being sought to speak of it as a search for individuals around the world who “threaten” the global security of the planet.

Terrorism practiced by the West

It is important to tell the truth. The attacks in Paris and in Brussels lead nation states to adopt measures to control the people and thus militarize the civil society and it institutions. This regime, Latin America has known it for decades with the prolonged reign of several dictatorships and, in particular, in Brazil, Uruguay, Argentina and Chile. A permanent state of siege and the loss of all civil rights and fundamental freedoms. This is what is now taking shape in Europe’s Shengen space. Deployment of police and armed forces, increased control of people’s movements, multiple searches, monitoring of strategic sites such as nuclear power stations and military bases. It will increasingly be the expression of state terrorism exercised over all citizens. A worrying prospect at the highest point.

Radicalization. A concept that applies well to the contingents of national armies

Another misleading conception diffused from all sectors of human activity: The phenomenon of radicalization. Individuals would be trained to develop radical thinking and to act violently to the detriment of innocent citizens. According to this view, this behavior appears to be the result of indoctrination and deep deviance. In this speech, it is forgotten that soldiers of the national armed forces around the world are trained to perform warlike actions, to kill human beings and, above all, to obey the orders dictated by the commandments. Can their actions be characterized as radical? These soldiers accept two elements: “Kill or be killed”. How can we conceal this reality and repeat that these soldiers are there to defend their country? They are trained to destroy an “enemy” that is taken care of in collective thought.

The West’s victims are acknowledged. The victims in poor countries are “statistics”. Examples: Brussels and Aden

This is exactly what we saw with the attacks in Brussels and those that took place a few days later, on March 25, in Yemen. The Brussels attacks, which killed 34 people and more than 200 wounded, resulted in a considerable deployment of police and armed forces and caused a global shock and concern. Yemeni suicide car bombs against three dams held by loyalist forces in the large port city of southern Yemen killed at least 22 people (Journal Le Devoir, 26 and 27 March 2016, P. 5). A dispatch appears at the bottom of an inner page. No tribute is paid to the victims. These events, which took place in Yemen as well as those that mark the invasion wars of the West in Syria, Iraq and Afghanistan.

Conclusion

The Paris and Brussels attacks revealed, once again, the blindness of the West over the terrorist actions which they continue to perpetrate in vast regions of the world.

The Global War on Terror delivered by the United States since 2001 Caused the Death of 1.3 Million People according to a Report entitled “Body Count: Casualty Figures After 10 Years of the War on Terror” Organizations International Association of Physicians for the Prevention of Nuclear War (IPPNW, 1985 Nobel Peace Prize), Physicians for Social Responsibility and Physicians for Global Survival.

This report asserts, based on various sources, including governmental, that the death toll of 1.3 million deaths is “a low estimate” and does not take into account other countries in conflict (Yemen, Somalia, Libya, Syria ). 500 deaths a day in Iraq.

Here we take up the conclusion of Michel Collon analyzing the attacks in Brussels:

“The attacks are not inevitable, they are the result of a policy. Conducted in Washington. Then to London and Paris. Brussels following slavishly. Gentlemen, you are therefore jointly responsible. Do we have the right to debate it – in “democracy” – or will you still be pressing for the media to be silent? “.

When you are born and your parents give you a name it is a Trade Name issued on the land jurisdiction of your birth state— like Oklahoma, but your innocent parents don’t hurry over to the land recording office and record your Common Law Copyright of your given name. Every state’s Session Laws have provisions for doing this, but because your parents don’t know they have to do this and how to do it, something else happens—- people working for foreign corporations come in and “register” your name as property belonging to their corporation.

This gross infringement on your natural copyright is the beginning of a vast fraud leading to peonage and theft of your assets under false pretenses—- a crime known as “unlawful conversion”.

When this happens, your Trade Name becomes “interpreted” as a US Foreign Situs Trust operating in international jurisdiction and as a Municipal ESTATE trust ACCOUNT operating under the all capital letters version of your NAME.

Thus, “Benedick Reginald Howard” becomes the property of the USA, Inc. franchise operated as the State of Oklahoma, and “BENEDICK REGINALD HOWARD” becomes an ESTATE trust ACCOUNT operated by the STATE OF OKLAHOMA, a franchise of the UNITED STATES, INC.

That’s how your natural estate becomes an Estate which becomes an ESTATE.

That’s how your public employees rob you blind and seek to make you responsible for paying all their debts, ad infinitum.
